Excellent product. Extremely well packaged for shipment. Fit and finish is excellent. Chrome is good, welds are good. Installing them on the HD Freewheeler is a challenge. The sound is awesome. Not too loud, not too quiet.

I wanted to add a little something extra to my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This Gibson system added the perfect amount of rumble to the exhaust. My service guy double checked with his expert and agreed that, for the money, the Gibson was the way to go.

Good product, good price, great growl. But it’s not too much. At low RPM’s the system is practically silent. However, at around 1500 rpm (at least for the Jeep) it’s a high reverberation that can wear on the ears.

So I try to stay one gear lower when cruising at about 55 mph. I also love the look, definitely better than stock. Ordering through Summit was a breeze. They had a great price and fast shipping.

Excellent product. Excellent price. Sounds awesome. I Would highly recommend that you at least consider Gibson exhaust systems.

The Gibson muffler is THE best money I have ever spent on a vehicle ever, I can’t believe the acceleration difference not to mention the difference in the mileage indicator. Sounds great, no drone at any speed, feels like I put a small block in my JK.

I bought this kit because I was wanting ground clearance more than I cared about the sound, loudness, or performance of the exhaust. I actually prefer the lack of sound from the stock exhaust. With that said.

I was surprised with the loudness of this exhaust kit, or lack of. it is no louder than the mud tires on the highway. The volume does not bother me. I do not really care for the note of the exhaust. Fart Can on a Honda.

no one really likes it. My Biggest complaint, The muffler hangs about 3-4 lower than the frame rail. I wanted a short exhaust kit for clearance. Performance. I felt like it lost performance. but lets get real.

its a 3. 8L. it has no performance to begin with. Installation was easy. Hardest part was removing old exhaust. An Air hammer made short work of it. Summary: The exhaust kit fit good. sounds ok. no performance gains.

I bought this to replace a home-made shorty system I engineered from a long bodied Thrush glasspack. The glasspack had too much drone but otherwise sounded great. This Dynomax system greatly reduced the drone, however, the tone is raspy and not very refined.

Contrasting the two, the Trush sounded like a deep, rich, and well-tuned exhaust system whereas the Dynomax sounds like a well-tuned exhaust leak. I’ll keep it for now, but am still looking for the ideal muffler.

As another review mentioned, you have to cut a notch in your evap skid plate for the rear hanger. Otherwise, the install went OK. I’ve had the system on for about a month and it has developed a rattle.

Probably just needs adjusted but I will update if it’s a problem with the system itself.

Received item within 2 days of placing order back in December, very fast shipping! Now I’ve had this installed for about a month and I’m very satisfied and happy with the sound. For the price compared to others, this one caught my attention.

After months of researching different exhausts, sound clips on youtube, I made the decision this one was worth it, if I was only looking for a decent sound. Not too loud, but just right. It’s really low at idling, when you give it gas it can get really loud, specially around 2RPMS, overall it’s a great exhaust.

Installation is a breeze if you know how to turn a wrench. Which is good cause the instuctions are a scan pdf file bs. Bike sounds like a 302 small block in the distance. If you live in a subdivision with fussy neighbors just keep the rpms round 2500 and youll be fine.

No need for fuel mapping or tuner, i cleared this with the technician at indian in person myself. The bike runs better immediately after install. As everyone else has stated, use the factory clamps cause the ones that come with these are weaker.

These pipes are an affordable way to make your bike look good and make it sound like a Harley should. The videos I’ve watched about these pipes before I purchased them do not do them justice. In person they sound much better and they are much louder/deeper then stock mufflers.

It took about an hour to take the stock mufflers off and put these on. Very easy to install. Overall very happy with these pipes.

Not impressed with this brand. Sound is great but the quality is not. The x-pipe arrived twisted, so when you align it to the muffs the front ends are not level. The welds on the muffs are pretty rough, look like mild steel instead of stainless, not at all like the polished pictures.

The extensions over the axle from the muffs back are not even, so one side will not make it to the rear valance. You are better off buying just the muffs by themselves and having a shop make the connections.

You can always tell when a company takes complete pride in a product because every aspect of the product you purchased from them has stringent quality control. Like the title states, the magna flow exhaust kit is a good fitting kit but when a company does not pay attention to details like the weld on the muffler hangers, it shows that the company needs to pay more attention to quality control.

I am Sure that most people won’t mind this small detail, but it makes me wonder if there are going to be issues with internal parts of their products. Or maybe they should get someone who can weld and takes pride in their welding techniques.

I had done a ton of research before purchasing an exhaust system and went with Gibson for the price and on some other good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed at all. It sounds awesome! Just buy it.

Watched many videos on products and ratings. Went with what Revzilla had to say and video tutorials. (Thanks Lemmy). Product says it takes 30 minutes to install. At the time I had use of only one hand and it took me about 65 minutes from start to finish.

So it’s pretty easy. one beard. Vance & Hines makes a great product, solid as a rock, looks awesome and sounds amazing. I had to use red and blue loc-tight, product was not shipped no big deal. Just make sure you have both on hand.

Highly recommend if your looking for something louder than the stock (sounded like a moped) but not to loud where you will grab the ear and eye of an Officer. Like I stated, Vance & Hines makes a great product and without checking with Revzilla and the gang I would have not purchased this item.

Although I didn’t buy the parts from Revzilla, I do own this as i got a good deal right after I bought the bike elsewhere. This is an exceptionally well built product. Vance and hines build quality all they way! The pipe took me about 20 minutes to pull the old one off, put the new on and clean it off.

Instantly on firing it up, it sounded like what i always thought a harley should sound like. It has a good deep low rumble at idle and revving it up sounds fantastic. It is not obnoxious loud, but a good Harley Rumble Noise!! Highly Recommend it.

Fit well on my 2015 Low rider FXDL. I also did a Kuryakyn High Flow air cleaner and finished it off by mapping the bike with a Fuelpak FP3 from Vance and hines. All said and done, i think this combination of upgrades is the best upgrade and bang for the money right now for this bike.

I have bought other parts from Revzilla and would recommend buying from them. Always had good experience dealing with them.

I have a 2015 HD Dyna Low Rider FXDL with stock everything relating to exhaust and engine. First off all, the shipping on this item was awesome! I wasn’t expecting it until the end of the week and it arrived on Tuesday.

This is after I ordered at the end of the day on Friday. Install took less than ten minutes and was extremely straight forward. Anyone with the appropriate wrenches can do this in their garage with minimal effort.

I would recommend a helper to hold up the muffler while the flange bolt is aligned. As for sound, you get a real throaty (for lack of a better word) deep rumble sound. This sound might not be for everyone but I like it for the time being and am happy with the purchase.

I received today those pipes. Shipping was in time. Excellent quality slip-ons. Easy installation – took me about 20 minutes. Installed them on a 2020 FLTRX. Sound at idle is just a bit louder than the stock M8 exhausts – not obnoxious at all.

The pipes open up when you rev them over 2000ish RPM – now you got the real Harley sound. On the highway, you can still hear pretty well your music. You can still feel the rumble of it. Not too loud for the passenger.

But louder for the person that follows you. The peep in front can hear you coming. Awesome product!.

I spent a lot of time looking for slip ons that just added enough above stock exhaust to make me grin (particularly at idle). I’ve done full exhaust systems in the past – which are great – but just wasn’t what I wanted to do here.

From a cost perspective, ease of install and a far superior throatiness compared to stock, I’m very happy with the product. I’ve always loved the twin slash look as well having had them in short shots in the past.

Great slip ons! Came very fast and arrived in perfect condition. Very easy to install, the hardest part was getting the OEM mufflers off. They sound fantastic, just short of jagoff loud. Was exactly the sound and look I was looking for, put new life into my Heritage Softail.

I had Bassani pro street’s on my sportster so I knew these would be a good choice for my heritage. I was right they look and sound awesome. The only problem I encountered during installation was that stock mufflers had different size bolts.

A trip to the hardware store and a little drilling and the job was done. These have a deep throaty sound that every Harley owner desires. I don’t think you can beat them.

Pipes shipped quick. The look is awesome. Like other reviewers have said the scratch easily as mine had a few scratches from the factory. Nothing a simple black sharpie cant hide. Install for me was very hard.

I have a decent mechanical background and a good set of tools and it took me over 4 hours. TIP. When bolting the manifold undue the two top hose clamps by the head bolt and pull shielding away then the bolts are better accessible, this cost me about an hour.

Also like other reviewers have said the new gasket seals can take a good long time to get in. The sound is loud but in a put a smile on your face kind of way. I would definitely do this project with a buddy as holding and bolting can be difficult.

One final note if you have passenger foot pegs the bolt on the muffler mount can be difficult to reach, I was able to get a wrench in but only a quarter turn at a time.

I got these pipes recently along with a K&N air filter and a V&H Fuelpak FP3 to wake up my ’07 Sportster. The combo certainly did the trick, there’s better throttle response, torque and horsepower, although my fuel mileage did drop a bit, but that’s not a big deal.

As far as the pipes themselves go, I guess you could call increased volume and reduced back pressure their feature, and they do well at both things. They were easy to install — easier than taking off the stock pipes, LOL.

I rated them good as far as bang for the buck, because the of engineering that went into them, and they are less expensive than some other comparable pipes. Fit and finish on them was outstanding, and the chrome plating is excellent, but I haven’t had them long enough to rate their durability.

I wouldn’t expect them to rust out any time in the near future, though.

These short shots really improved the looks and sound of my Sportster. They were, after all, made for the sporty, and they couldn’t be more perfect. After going back and forth between the short shots and the 2 into 1, I chose these and I know I made the perfect choice.

The blacked out look really compliments my Sportster Iron and they look like they came from the factory-not flashy at all, which is exactly what I wanted. The sound, however, will definitely get everyone’s attention! These pipes are so loud! Even though my fiancé says he won’t ride behind me anymore, I think they’re the perfect level when I’m riding.

Loud pipes save lives! We did the install ourselves and it was relatively simple-keep the shields unattached until you install the header-this will save a major headache when you’re trying to wrench it down.

The delivery was fast. I installed this on my bike along with the K&N air filter and it took about 2 hours. I am totally happy with the way the bike runs. The sound is awesome. I have not put any fuel management system because after 750 miles of riding I have gained 4mpg and have had many compliments.

The Vance and Hines Twin Slash Round Tip Exhaust is the most bang for your buck of any exhaust out there. I get the rumble when I cracked the throttle,but can also keep it mild when I’m leaving for work at 5 a.

m. I love the exhaust,installation was easy. The only complaint I have,if your installing on a voyager buy the exhaust gaskets(2) where the muffler bolts to the header. They do not come with it,that should change.

Other than that you will not be disappointed with this product,it even improved performance noticeably.

I’ve only had these on for 2 weeks so i cannot speak to their durability. They are relatively easy to install. Just have an extra pair of hands or some thick padding to put under the pipe and hold it up so you can use your hands.

They sound good. Not too loud not too soft. I might change the baffle for a little more sound. with my new air box they definitely helped with performance!!.

This is the second set of slip on pipes I have purchased for one of my bikes. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing sound of these pipes. The ones I purchased for my other Heritage Softail do not sound the same as these.

I am guessing it is a difference in the head pipes on each bike since they are different. These have a very nice smooth sound that I can ride with without needing ear plugs. Great sound and very ride-able.

I have a 2014 heritage classic and the pro streets look absolutely awesome. These things sound amazing too. Hard to beat the price on these Bassani’s. The only discrepancy I have is just off idle There is an occasional chirp definitely not a dealbreaker though.

Very cool little exhaust. It really opens up the view of the motorcycle on the right side. Installation was a breeze. Took about 2 hours. Sounds very HD.

I am very happy with how this exhaust sounds. While cruising And at low rpm they are quiet which is what I wanted. When you twist the throttle the pipes wake up and sound awesome. Installation was very simple.

I havnt installed an intake or tuner yet and the bike run 10 times cooler and does pop and backfire must while deceleration. I just need to adjust a few of the heat shields as they seem to rattle after my first ride.

Quality seems to be quite good, time will tell with that. Overall I’m happy with my decision with Bassani.

First, let’s talk about the challenges. If you choose the black ceramic coat, it will scratch incredibly easy. so take your time! I needed to plug the larger 02 sensor bungs, but unfortunately there was a sharp edge ( bad weld? ) in the way.

It had to be forced, and luckily wasn’t the port I needed to use! The clamps for the heat shields are a bit of a pain ( and risk scratches during installl! ) but seem to be marine grade. However, the pipe looks great.

sounds great. and performs just as well.

I have owned two of these systems before,so I knew it was a proven performer. It has great flow and, in my opinion, the best muscle car growl of any of the F-Body systems out there. This time around I did notice that the muffler and tips were made in China which was a surprise to me.

The major issue I had was that the intermediate pipe joint that connects the over-the-axle pipe to the transmission tunnel pipe was not expanded. Therefore I was unable to simply slip the lap joint together and clamp it for adjustment, as I had done on my other installs.

I had to cut the pipe shorter and weld in a coupler. They did include the clamp for this joint however. I figured it was a manufacturing step that was left out accidentally. Overall I like the system and would recommend it for flow and sound.

The 5. 0L Coyote is arguably the best engine Ford ever built. Unfortunately, they spent a lot of time & money to make it practically silent. I wanted my truck to sound angry and powerful, but I don’t crave constant attention like my neighbor who owns a BMW with straight pipes.

Needless to say, everybody hates him. I installed this exhaust on my FX4 along with Airaids’s cold air intake. At an idle, the truck now emits a menacing rumble, but without being pretentious. Step on the gas, and a ferocious yet subdued roar fills the cab and immediate area with the sound of rage that puts a smile on my face and doesn’t make my neighbors curse.

Installation is easy, I did it myself with a socket wrench & WD-40. It’s expensive, but worth every $ to bring the natural rage out of your Coyote.

Installation: The hardest part of this is removing the stock exhuast. First unbolt the stock resonator and the rotate it (there is a little nub that locks it in place that you have to rotate free), and then pull it loose.

Mine was VERY difficult to remove but just keep applying pressure and rotate it slightly back and forth and it will wiggle loose. After this the stock exhaust can slide right off the hangers (do not damage the grommets), but be aware it has a little weight to it.

Put the exhaust together loosely and insert it into the hanger. Then install the stock resonator and tighten everything down once it is straight. (you can do the tip last to make sure if it aimed straight down).

Sound/performance: The sound has a mellow note with some noise in the cab. no drone (it’s a turn down under the cab. what do you expect?!). As for performance I can’t speak much. I noticed an. 5 MPG increase, but have no idea on anything else as I do not have a dyno.

I already have my truck tuned, but I highly doubt if you have an increase with this alone you would notice it.

Bought this exhaust kit for my 2013 F150 Ecoboost. I chose this particular product because I wanted Magnaflow but did not want to remove the spare tire from under my truck bed. Expertly installed (not by me) and it sounds great.

I am pleased with how my truck sounds and performs with the Magnaflow exhaust kit. I’d buy this again. Magnaflow was recommended by a performance shop in Dallas that only does muffler and exhaust work.
