The exhaust sounds great, I have a 383 with big cam, at idle its a deep solid sound not overly loud but has great muscle tones. When your foot is on the floor it has a fantastic aggressive sound, not hollow like other chambered mufflers.

Its perfect for the person looking for an aggressive sound when your in it and quality ,classy adult tones at rest.

Installed on my 1988 Trans Am 305. Install was as easy as can be. Added HP and sounds absolutely amazing. Nice tone at idle and sounds great under throttle. Well worth the price. Looks great as well.

Perfect fit and easy to install. A true bolt in process. Took about an hour with two people and the truck on jack stands. This system’s sound is described by most as mild and I agree. A low rumble at idle and no drone on the freeway.

Perfect for what I wanted for my daily driver. May not be the best choice for those that want to significantly increase the sound of their vehicle.

Magnaflow makes a great system. The sound is perfect and a good balance for a daily driver. You get a nice rumble on cold starts and medium to hard acceleration but great highway manners with no drone.

Fit and finish is excellent, pipes fit togeather and line up great. One thing to note that is not in the directions. When removing the exhaust you need to unbolt the factory resonator so it can be rotated 45 degrees to disengage the factory muffler.

I was looking for a good cat back for my 2016 F150 5. 0 Platinum screw. Got it. It has nice v8 sound that will not drive the neighbors crazy. Interior sound is noticeable but not loud. Same with the exterior.

No Drone. Install is pretty easy. Note that you will have to take the hangers down and put on the new pipes and bolt them back up with the new pipes. I really like the behind the wheel exit rather than in front.

The dual polished tips look great.

I was looking at several 2 into 1 systems for my 2013 Harley Night Rod Special. I considered the V&H Competition, Bub 7, Ground Pounder, and the Bassani. I decided on the Bassani as I had read so much about scraping with the other systems and how they were so loud.

I also considered the amount of air volume the others appeared to have, or lacking of, and that having proper volume in the exhaust is important to a properly running street motorcycle. Bassani is the best for ground clearance and size without being too big like the stock exhaust.

When I received it I was very impressed with the packaging as the whole system was so well padded nothing would budge in the box. The fit and finish was very good and went together without issue. I also noticed that both 18mm O2 bungs were welded in and it came with adapters to reduce down to 12mm O2 sensors and plugs for those going without O2 sensors all together.

(Previous reviewer said they didn’t come with 12mm adapters, but Bassani must have changed that around the spring of 2014) The sound is awesome as it gives a great low rumble and really sounds aggressive when you open her up, but will not give you a headache or really upset the neighbors every time you cruise bye.

It sounds aggressive, but not ear drum thumping loud. I have no clearance issue in right hand turns. It does stick out a little more than the stock so you have to hold your right leg out further when at stops to make sure you don’t rest against the header and burn your leg.

Great system. After a proper tune at my local Harley dealer on their dyno running a Screaming Eagle Pro Super Tuner I went from 114 rwhp to 118 rwhp with this system. It rides similar to stock with just more power and sound.

Torque curve remained pretty flat so it pulls really nice. I am very happy with my decision with going with Bassani RR B1.

Decided it was time to take the next step in exhaust performance when my stock system with Tab slip-ons decided to give out all at once (packing blowing out, heat shield mount tabs breaking off). I read some opinions on a V-Rod forum fully expecting to land on a V&H system.

I was surprised to read that this Bassani system had more positive long-term feedback than the aforementioned system did. So I took a chance on it. Installation is simple enough. If you have a few hours you can dedicate to doing it right, this is an enjoyable DIY bike project.

This system, like my title says, sounds absolutely wicked. definitely not for someone looking for a smoother, more-subdued sound. I like that the Revolution motor has more of a classic Harley rumble at idle with this.

Screams like a banshee at high RPMs though. (Note: the instructions call for snap ring pliers. If you’re using the hardware off of your stock headers, spade-nosed spring ring pliers are the ticket. ) Cheers!.

You do NOT need separate O2 sensor adaptor bungs! They come with the pipes as do exhaust port gaskets. Would have been nice to have read this in the description instead of purchasing them separately only to find I wasted money.

They could see I purchased bungs in the same order, too. Oh well. Great pipes.

I purchased a whole exhaust system from two different vendors. The pacesetter tfx exhaust and the pacesetter header kit. The piece of pipe after the header was not bent the right way for my application and had to be modified to fit.

The tfx exhaust did not need modification but the fit is a little rough for the truck to get into place. The header had to be dimpled to clear the bellhousing in two places. It seems they made this kit for universal fit and it would be better if they offered several kits more specific to different trucks of the same type.

The welds and bends were good just that the bends were off enough to cause difficulty in installation. Someone without better than average automotive skills would have had a very difficult time with this installation.

The exhaust sounds awesome. Bolts and hardware where to short. Had to buy my own. That was a hassle. None of the factory hangers lined up. But with some welding and an exhaust extension I was able to make it work.

Purchased cat back system for my 94 Toyota 4×4 pickup. The tailpipe was not correctly bent to fit. Required cutting and welding! The head pipe also needed to be cut to length (per instructions) “if wheelbase is less than 122 inches” Requires hanging the muffler then taking measurement of length of cut.

A total pain!.

Shout out to import image racing for getting this to me in a few days, you guys are the best as usual! I’ve got this Tomei paired with a grimmspeed catted downpipe and stock UEL headers. It real brings out that perfect, aggressive, rumbly exhaust note you think of when you think of a Subie.

Very unique sounding vehicle, Im in love with it. however it is definitely loud when matted to an aftermarket downpipe, I may need the ugly silencer on long road trips xD If you want that glorious subie sound, buy it, you’ll love it!!! Your neighbors or non car loving wife/husband may not love it though.

This exhaust really woke up my v6 mustang. It took most of the day to install, but was pretty straightforward. The instructions say to cut the stock y-pipe 8-9 inches from the cats, but it would be better to cut about 12-13 inches away from the cats.

I cut it 9 inches and had to leave about half an inch between the pipes in each clamp. Also, it comes with an unnecessary U-bolt, but did not come with the bumper cutout template. The template is available on Pypes’ website under the SFM69 product page.

To install, use the two provided HVC65 clamps to connect the x pipe to the cats. The instructions say to use the HVC25 clamps, but it is wrong. The HVC25 clamps are what you will use everywhere else.

The angle of the pipe with the slight bend that comes after the mufflers is very important as well. If you have it slightly off, the over-axle pipe with be resting on metal and it will rattle. Those pipes will bend towards the outside of the car.

Overall, I am very happy with this exhaust. The sound is amazing, but not obnoxious. I am still able to drive through a neighborhood in the morning without waking people up, but when I want it to be loud, it will be.

It even has some pops and burbles when you downshift. It feels like it added a little bit of torque, but I haven’t tested that. I highly recommend this exhaust!.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as tone and loudness because I keep reading some people saying that it’s “a little louder than stock” so that seemed pretty quiet to me. I had longtubes, offroad X, and Flowmaster 40s and liked the sound but was kind of tired of the drone and wanted something with that classic muscle car sound.

So I bought an offroad H pipe and this catback and wow, it’s a completely different car. I didn’t notice any performance gains but I didn’t expect that since I already had the longtubes and full exhaust.

I can tell you that if you are putting these on a system with headers and an offroad mid pipe they will be loud enough for almost anyone. Idle and <2000RPM driving (like going through my neighborhood) is pretty quiet, and I like that.

But when I go 1/2-wide open throttle it is very loud. Reminds me of going WOT an F-150 with the 4. 6 and straight pipes that I had a long time ago. I love the looks (tips are nice) and it reminds me of that old late 60s muscle car sound.

The quality of the kit is pretty nice. The only thing I didn’t like is the u-shaped exhaust clamps. In my experience if I don’t clamp them down enough they leak, but if I go too tight they crush the pipe.

So I spent like $35 and got a set of the band-clamps style clamps and a tube of Permatex copper gasket maker (safe for high temps of exhaust) and smeared it on the pipes before sliding them together.

I ended up having 0 leaks. The longest part of the install was trying to adjust everything. I had the system hanging and mostly done within 90 min, but then I spent another couple of hours trying to get them in the best location so I didn’t have any scraping and banging from the pipes hit anything like the rear end.

The tailpipes went on over the rear end with no effort, but I just unbolted the rear shocks and dropped it down so they went right over. Definitely a different sounding exhaust and I love it. Not the typical Flowmaster/chambered muffler sound like many have, but not the super loud and raspy straight through muffler sound that’s (IMO) annoying.

A little pricey but we’ll worth it. My stang can finally breath!! Before it was a dog, because of the stock Y pipe, clogged cats and resonator. The high flow cats in combination with the X pipe, making this a dual exhaust, went together perfectly.

Cold starts are awesome, cruising down the highway and letting down on the gas really puts a smile on your face ?? Installation takes time like any exhaust. Be sure to really get the X pipe up from the center so it doesn’t Bow downward.

The exhaust sits low, so really try to snug it up high if possible. Im really pleased with this kit, it’s well made, solid welds and you get everything you need. Only had to go to the store for some exhaust cement, other than that, take your time and don’t forget to take a break if you start busting knuckles lol.

Recently installed these headers to go along with my 3 inch MBRP catback. The shop took about 5-6 hours to complete with no issues whatsoever. The fitment was perfect, the sound is amazing and the power is there particular in the top end.

I plan on doing a procharger in the near future so I decided to go with the larger primaries (1-7/8 inch) However, its probably going to be awhile until then. I would recommend that if your staying N/A to go with the 1-3/4 inch so you don’t sacrifice any loss in torque primarily at lower rpm’s.

you will notice a hit on the torque. but not too much. But overall as far as the headers themselves 5 out of 5 stars on quality etc.

Install sucked on the ground by myself. Did it in 7 hours with my full set of tools. Make sure you have swivel head wrenches and swivel sockets. Also if you’re wondering this does not just bolt up to a borla.

Asked was told it would had to go buy a 5 inch piece of 3 inch tubing to make the connection. Overall after the hell of putting it in was it worth it oh yea.

Everything fits nice and it sounds excellent. Customer service helped me with one of the steps on the install ??. My only complaint for AM is they constantly promise free stuff if you post pics, give reviews or spend x amount of dollars.

I’ve probably spent 20k here over the years and don’t recall getting anything for free.

The Magnaflow Off-Road Pro cat back exhaust is definitely a minimalist’s enhancement. It tucks up well beside the driver frame rail and terminates close to but just shy of the rear axle. It opens up the rear underbody to prevent damage and allow space for other modifications.

The note is louder on start but mellows to a fairly quiet idle. See the XT videos to hear a fairly good representation. I’m still in the break in period so it sounds like a V-6 with some power when I step on it.

It’s a fun sounding exhaust. Install went very well – I followed other reviewers’ advice and used penetrating blaster on the nuts and connections. My 2017 did not have much if any rust on the exhaust.

The exhaust hanger tool from Amazon helped too, it’s $20 or so and made hanger removal much faster, but there was a bit of wrestling anyway. Install time was about an hour counting removal. So far I’m very pleased and looking forward to my next trail run.

Purchased a different brand exhaust system. Just way too loud for MY particular taste. I like loud, just didn’t like the tone. I”ve purchased MagnaFlow for my other vehicles and LOVE the brand. Should’ve gone with them initially.

This was literally a 30 minute install. only because I’ve been taking on and off other brands till I found what I wanted. Everything fit perfectly !! The sound was quieter than I expected from watching other installs, but I still like it.

MagnaFlow is known to get louder over time. THIS is perfect and I know as time goes by, the low tone I want will come out. Performance gain was really decent. It IS a straight-thru design.

The kit arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. The kit contained all necessary components to install on either a JL (mine) or JLU, the difference being the install of one length of straight tube.

It sounds nice when you get on it, but doesn’t drone annoyingly at highway speeds. The entire system is tucked up in the vehicle’s frame so you’ll never rip this off while wheeling. The only complaint I have is that the angled cut on the outlet tip was botched and the tube extended ~3/8″ past the score line.

This caused rubbing against the rear frame crossmember so I had to pull that section back down and re-cut it myself. The install itself was simple and I did it in my driveway with basic tools. If not for needing to take the last section back down for cutting, the install would have been roughly an hour/just under.

The Corsa comes in a LARGE box and is packaged extremely well in custom fit Styrofoam. I had to take the system out of the box in order to transport it since the box wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. On the plus side, none of the pipes had suffered any shipping damage.

Installation was easy since I have a specific muffler shop that I use for all of my exhaust work. Install took a little less than an hour with no major issues. I’ve had the system on my 2013 SHO for 2 weeks and I am pleased with the sound and lack of drone.

The cold start sound is especially wicked but mellows somewhat as the engine warms up. I really enjoy NOT having any drone during acceleration and steady state cruising. Although the system is expensive, it works.

My SHO sounds great now! Increased power! Catback exhaust reduced the back pressure noticeably on throttle lift; just coasts out now. Gave it a growl without being obnoxiously loud. Great product! Sounds great! Looks great! I waited too long to get this.

Exhaust sounds nice on my 2016 Ford Taurus SHO. Price is a bit high, and then needed to shell out another couple hundred in installation labor costs (professional install recommended). Seems like the power is most noticeable low end, but then again I havent had the opportunity to stretch it out given the roads I live on and commute to work on.

I have paired this corsa exhaust with a diablo performance tune and a KN cold air intake.

I should have done this the day after I bought the truck new. The Corsa Xtreme with the resonator delete sounds like a lot like a cigarette boat when it fires up from a cold start. It’s deep and a little raspy.

On the first start, my dog ran back inside the house, tail tucked. No drone at highway speed when cruising at 70 or 80. Stomp on it and it sounds like you’ve summoned evil from the depths below. It sounds best when reverberating off a Chevy as you ROAR past.

This should have been the factory exhaust. In my mind, no v8 Raptor should be without this.

I love it. Was nervous it would be too loud due to the area I live but it’s really tame while at idle. Cold start has some noise but it really doesn’t melt your face until you give it the beans. That’s when it sounds amazing.

The only difference is I’d pay the $100 more to get the black tips instead of the chrome ones. I kind of ended up with the chrome tips by accident but I really love the Corsa Xtreme.

I love this exhaust and I cannot say anything bad about it. Packaging was excellent. Quality was excellent. Startup sounds aggressive along with acceleration. Zero drone at all and sounds stock in terms of cruising driving.

Install took twenty minutes in my driveway with the help of a couple of friends with just a socket wrench.

So you might guess by the title I chose, this assembly doesn’t have good sound. Not true, but I did buy this purely for the look and marginal performance gains from opening up the exhaust a bit. Don’t expect your sound to keep pace with the Hemi Challenger’s or V8 Mustang and Camaro crowd.

Your truck is still gonna sound like a 6cyl. with an open exhaust. Having said that, this is a quality built system with good hardware provided. The black tips are a full 4. 5 inches wide at the exit and really do look great dumping out behind the rear wheels.

This kit is as good as you would expect from a name like Flowmaster. I am very satisfied with the way the kit installed and how easy the stock system comes out in one piece. The sound is exactly as the install video from XT depicts, a 4 out of 5 on the loudness scale when putting your foot in it and just a very low rumble at idle.

My only negative (see pics), on my 2022 SR5 there is slightly too much flange that is intended to sit inside the recess provided on the kits mating flange. That piece of the stock exhaust needs to be ground down an 1/8th to 3/16ths if an inch to properly and flush mate the stock side and kit side of the 2 bolt flange mating surfaces.

I completed my install as a rainstorm was starting so I will grind that down on another day. An afternoon is generous. If you have a critical eye as I do, adjusting these tips for symmetry on both sides of the truck will take some patience, took me about 20 minutes and just a little bit of back and forth to get them dead on even.

I absolutely love this exhaust! I have been using it for the past 5 months ever since I bought the truck. I really disliked the stock exhaust for it’s look and quality of sound. I wanted a little something extra in the way of sound, and this exhaust fits the bill almost perfectly.

The only thing I will mention is that when you have an additional side exhaust on the driver’s side it may impact you if you decide to get bigger tires or wheels. The 5th wheel is stowed underneath the bed and the exhaust fits fine with stock tires, however with 33s or larger you will start to touch against the exhaust which obviously can dispense large amounts of heat.

Using heat shield can prevent any burning or damage to the tires but it is something to mention I didn’t think of when I bought the exhaust. Other than that it is fantastic, it is a little throaty in the early rpms (2-3.

5) and really starts to rip in the latter (4-6). It is not too loud where it wakes up the neighbors, but enough to have fun with. I mean for the price it is hard to beat really. I looked at carbon exhausts, which can sound incredible at high rpm, but they get expensive quick, and can be much louder.

The drone only starts to get a little annoying around 80 and up in mph. Took me 6 hours and a 12 pack of miller lites to put on.

Years ago I had installed a custom exhaust system on my 2006 Tacoma to allow the engine to breathe better over the O. E. system. The result was too loud and I regretted the change every day I drove the truck.

I wanted the same outcome for this Tundra but as quiet as the O. E. exhaust note. This Flowmaster Force II dual is PERFECT! The exhaust note is the same volume as O. E. w/ the added pleasure of a better/deeper resonating sound.

I won’t know for a couple of tankfuls if the MPG improves. I don’t hotrod this truck, its main purpose is a daily driver and pulling my 26″ travel trailer all over the country. VERY happy w/ this specific exhaust system!.

I don’t agree that this is only 2/5 on the loudness meter (according to the video on this product page). It’s a strong 3/5 in my opinion, but that’s not a bad thing. This thing really barks on a cold start, but it quiets down quickly, while keeping the aggressive exhaust tone.

On acceleration, you won’t be able to stop smiling because it sounds so good. Perfect fit for my 2018 F-150 crew cab. Easy install with another pair of hands to help. No drone whatsoever. The tips look amazing.

I was debating on going with the black chrome tips, but I’m really happy with the standard chrome tips (and even happier that I saved a lot of $$$ going with the standard chrome). This is a premium cat-back, both build quality and sound, so you will end up paying for it with the higher price tag.

It’s worth it in my opinion. I read a lot of reviews before pulling the trigger on this system. A lot of reviews describe the Corsa Sport as being “Classy”, which I didn’t know what they meant at the time.

Now that I own the system, I agree completely. It’s perfect in every way. Just loud enough without being annoying, no drone, easy install, looks awesome! The only downside is that I’m wasting more gas because it sounds so good to put the hammer down.

I was able to start my truck with the Corsa Sport next to a 2018 Mustang GT, and I’m happy to say that my truck definitely sounds better and slightly more aggressive than the Mustang. I chose this over the Borla S-Type.

I highly recommend Corsa.
