I just bought this item from Amazon. The fat on my stomach was hard but I can feel it loosening up. My pants that were becoming tight are now feeling loose again. The electric pulsating from the trimmer, actually feels good.

I wear my belt with sweat cream. I put some cream on my stomach and onto the 4 nodules in the inside. When I take the belt off after using it for 1hr20min with 3 minute breaks in between. My belt and stomach are covered in sweat!! I also bought some for my arms.

The famidoc waist trimmer works well. The current is more than strong enough to produce good muscle contraction. And you don’t have to worry about replacing gel pads. But you do have to make sure the area where you place it is nice and wet, otherwise you’ll get uncomfortable little stinging shocks! I’ve found it easier just to wet a paper towel real good, place that on my belly, and then put the waist trimmer on top of it.

You also have to strap it on pretty tight so that the contacts don’t accidently separate from the body when you move around. This can also cause stinging sensation. But the unit is good quality, easy to use, and works well if used correctly.

Can also be placed on your sides to work the love handles.

I have used this Ab belt for about 2 weeks. I used the machine for an hour after work each day. Everything is Okay till now. It is very convenient to use and I can do what I want during the time such as walking and watching TV.

As a long time Rife technology user, I was excited for the “ease” and “convenience” of this device to help regain use of stomach muscles lost after injuring my back years ago. Sadly this device was neither easy to use nor the least bit convenient.

Oh, if you’re skinny and have no life to live while this device is working, it’s great! The pulses are powerful and the pre-programmed sessions are handy! If, however, you have substance at all, the fight to even get this ON is a workout all is own! It does come with an extension at least.

Then there’s a controller that sticks out in front of your middle the whole time it’s working with no protection over the buttons, so that’s fun. all of a sudden the intensity ramps up mid-session! The second time I went out on my deck to feed the birds and inadvertently bumped it off completely and when I looked down it said the brand new battery was dead?! I was pretty much over the hassle this thing is by then.

But like I said, if you’re skinny and don’t have to do anything where this thing sticking out in the middle of your body will get bumped – it works great! Oh, if you don’t mind the whole having to wet it and your skin first.

This Beurer Abdominal Muscle EMS Belt really seems to help my stomach muscles recover better from doing sit-ups. I am an almost 60-year-old male who is out of shape and just recently started making small changes to be more fit.

Exercising is not very desirable after years of slowly getting out of shape. I have never been good at sit-ups and with this belt, the dread isn’t as bad as expected like before use. The programming of the different EMS functions what I believe helps out even more.

I like the fact it works in progressive manners for each use. The included belt clip holder for the controller is great and so is the lock function. What I do not like is how I have to connect it on my waist.

Having a waistline size of 42 inches does require me to use the included belt extension but being I am not skinny, I have to attach it behind my back, Tough to do without any extra hands. Otherwise, I really like it.

I actually like this Beurer muscle training system. I have used it daily for about a week and I like the results. I wouldnt say my abs have returned overnight but I do feel like some strengthening has occurred.

The electrical muscle stimulation feels like a tingle at a low setting but at a higher setting I would describe the sensation as a high intensity workout which can be quite uncomfortable. The 4 self adhesive electrodes gel pads stick very well to my body and do not leave a sticky residue on my skin.

Overall I would recommend this item for muscle training ,but I would say this is not for instant results you must use this daily to help define muscles. Using this beurer muscle stimulator along with regular exercise will increase your results.

Had a different brand from different supplier and it was not intense enough. The InTENSity III has been great for me anterior tibialis muscele regeneration after an anterior tibial nerve injury. All the NMES settings are perfect for my recovery and healing, especial the intensity.

And much less expensive than what the PT facility wanted to charge me. This unity has helped my nerve and muscle recovery greatly. The only cons are that the instruction manual is lacking in clarity and that I can not turn the ramp feature off completely to do a one second on, one second off to time it to my walking.

I would buy this unit again and I would recommend to a friend.

I’ve had this for at least 6 months or more now. It’s awesome. Just as strong as the one my chiropractor uses. It has many different settings. The manual gives good directions on how to adjust those.

For the money, this thing performs as good as a 100$+ unit. It’s battery powered or you can plug it in. I use the battery option, and it’s just as powerful as when you plug it into the wall. The electrode pads that come with aren’t great.

I think they are 1. 5×1. 5. I bought better ones when I purchased this. They’re cheap. I recommend getting the gel too. As you use and reuse the pads they loose their stickiness. The gel helps remedy that.

It conducts the electricity better so you don’t get that pinching feel when the electrodes don’t adhere as well as they did upon first uses. By the way, I use this for sciatica and general neck and back pain from a car accident.

I have had the 1. 0 version of this model without the TENS function for about a year and I love it. I gave that unit to a friend and upgraded to the new TENS version. I’ve had a few muscle stimulators over the years and I must say that this is the best I’ve had.

The units with wires become cumbersome and performance hindering after a while. Wireless makes all the difference for me. I also have a competing wireless product but I find the Compex to be so much better.

The amount of power is incredible as well as the range of programs. If anyone thinks that a muscle stimulator doesn’t work your muscles, ramp up the power and you will definitely feel the burn the next day.

The trick is to make sure you use enough power to recruit as many muscle fibers as possible. The new TENS function is a great addition to help with my aches and pains as I’ve gotten older. It definitely helps.

waited a month to review this. First, this does seem to produce results, however, the instructions really don’t provide enough information to maximize results (how often? how many session?) or explain the difference between 1/2 sessions to “tone” or the full ( 1 hour).

Unfortunately, though I have been diligent about placement of the pads, I keep getting burns/bruising of about 1 inch with every use that last several weeks. It did not come with a carrying case or a lot of pads (the replacement pads are $12 a package and about 1/3 the size of a mini kleenex packet).

I have used about 8 times and I’m almost through them. A major drawback is that it can only be used while plugged in (so you need to remain in one place for the entire hour), does not have a pause button or even a “remaining time” indicator.

The adapter is quite bulky and so needs to be positioned on a table as not to pull on the unit. As noted by other reviewers the belt needs to be at least 4-6 inches longer ( I am medium build). Difficult to position and use on back areas or to see the settings to press when used on those areas.

In short, it’s about a 3. 5 star item and needs improvement, especially for the price.

I am still not convinced spot reduction works. I am using it every morning, 60 minutes each time. I have noticed the plug from the adapter to the machine is becoming lose and will stop if I move too much.

One reviewer was right, if you stay still for a half hour to an hour you are ok, but you can’t walk around with it on. I plugged it into a drop cord and throw the adapter over my shoulder and walk all around the house.

I am still on the fence. I also bought the LED fat burning and toning and use this for an hour after or before the freezer. Using it on different parts to see if I get different results.

TENS unit cordless, model ET-5050 plus expanded 2 receivers. Came with standard case nicely build. However, a gift was send with the unit. I much better case that holds everything. I was really impressed with the quality of this case.

Nice looking also. The unit is simple to operate also quality made. Instruction manual is easy to read and follow. The explanation of each program for both the TENS programs and the EMS programs is shot and to the point.

You do have to experiment a little with the intensity setting. I am about a month in and use it mostly in the evening. I started with 1 or 2 and have slowly increased the intensity level to my comfort level.

At this point I vary between 3 and 4 but use less time with the higher intensity. Again experiment a little. Pads and receiver very easy to use. I use the smaller pads around my neck area and the larger on my lower back.

Still on my first pads so not sure what the life of the pad is at this time. I think I’m going to order the lubricant to extent the use of the pads. You can put the pads anywhere much better than the wired units.

I don’t feel restricted at all. I purchased two extra receivers and can have all 4 working at once. Can work 1 program 2,3,or 4 different programs. In fact according to the manual the number of receiver’a is infinite.

My neck pain is much better. I believe about 70% better but, that is purely a guess. Any kind of pain relief at this point is fantastic. Only a month in so I can’t respond to Longevity of the product.

So far it exceeds my expectations. I did contact the company about how much I like the case. I received an Email back that the gentleman passed on to his crew. It was a personal note not a form letter.

In the reply he said that I had made his day. Well, this employee and his crew at ExcelHealth Inc have made my day. With less pain. I truly look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I like not having a bunch of wires to worry about. I still have to be careful putting clothing over my back, so I don’t dislodge the pods! But way better than wires. I deal with chronic pain from a scoliosis fusion that was major – as in most of my spine was fused.

I was getting really depressed in the evenings because the pain was so severe. Now that I’m using this TENS unit my pain is reduced a few notches. Still there, but much more manageable. My only complaint would be that I needed to purchase 2 extra pods, so I could have my upper & lower back treated, which meant I needed to also buy the charger that could charge 4 pods at once and I needed the larger case to fit everything.

So I wished that ALL of this had been made into a set.

I have blown out my knee 2 times. While I need a full knee replacement, I want to wait as long as possible to ensure I do not have very many of them due to wear and tear over time. The pain in my knee worsens over time and I try not to increase medication consumption.

I love that I can move around while I am using it as there are no wires. I had no idea how much I would like a wireless unit until I tried this one. Being wireless, I was worried about strength and longevity but have been pleasantly surprised.

My typical session is 50-60 minutes for each of 3 zones at a fairly high power. I can easily use them without recharging. The strength feels less toward the end of the 3rd but that could also be due to the blessed numbness that comes with using a tens unit at a higher strength setting.

I bought only the 2 channel but plan on now buying the 4 channel so that I can use it for pain management in one sitting at the same time as using the 2 channel for strength.

My husband’s OT suggested this unit to help with his shoulder subluxation. It works very well! I just wish the company had put more information in the product description. I had no idea I needed a rechargeable battery and charger, which is separate from this unit! The battery it comes with only lasted for two sessions.

I bought this on offer for £35. 99 so value for money is rated using that price. Was delivered on time without any problems. The belt is really good so far. Easy to setup and to work. I was wary about it needing batteries instead of being rechargeable, expecting to be changing batteries every few days but I’ve used it everyday for over 2 weeks and the ones that came with it are still going strong so far.

I can definitely feel it working when I use it and it is quite powerful. Not had no problems at all. It is too early to know how much it is helping me lose weight (2 weeks), I doubt if it is A miracle fat busting device and I aren’t expecting it to be but it will hopefully help make working out more successful.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have been struggling for months to find a solution to the pain. I finally found it! While it’s not an overnight miracle, I can tell my condition is improving every day.

I love having control of the different levels in a way that’s completely different from any other TENS unit I’ve used. The app is really innovative and super user friendly. I like that there’s not a ton of wires running all over the place either.

Overall I’m very pleased with my Powerdot. I just wish I had been able to get the duo instead of just the one.

I purchased the Power Dot Duo in hopes of alleviating my sciatic nerve pain, and in short it definitely helped. Of course, it was not just the PowerDot, but a list of exercises recommended by a physical therapist, the Power Dot is great for warming up/warming down/quickening recovery time, assisting in the exercises and ultimately full on recovery.

It has a clean and easy to navigate UI with several plug and play exercise programs. It tracks my progress so I can see if I am improving. I do wish it had more options to customize the workouts, as I enjoy an uninterrupted full contraction for 20-30 minutes.

The closest setting I found was 5-10 second contractions followed by resting states, repeated for the exercise duration. Overall I give it 5 stars for: 1. Ease of use – Easier to use than getting it out of the fancy packaging.

2. Design – UI/UX is CLEAN, attachment cables are just the right length. Built in progress tracker. 3. Portability – Connects with your phone so you can go for a run while you have it attached to a part of your body.

4. Strength (Output limit is higher than most; great for getting DEEP muscle recovery/activation) 5. Support – I reached out to ask about my shipment delay, and due to the high demand/COVID lockdowns the reduced team is working day and night to get everything shipped.

I have spent a good amount of money in massages for recovery. And while I still advocate for a good deep tissue massage for in depth kneading out knots and recovery, sometimes you’re just looking for certain isolated movements.

Not to mention those monthly massages add up fairly quick! My PowerDot 2. 0 Duo allows me to take a load off in specific areas that I just trained. Allowing the blood to keep moving through, having the muscles contract enough where sure, it may feel a little uncomfortable at first but you know that recovery is happening right before your eyes.

I’m the type of person that has to justify a purchase on how much I will use it and is it cutting off other expenses? A monthly massage membership PLUS having to tip your massage therapist runs you close to the price of ONE PowerDot.

You’re looking at just a one time purchase for the actual PowerDot. Then you’re only spending 18 bucks maybe per month for pads? The fact you can peel them off, use them at any given point of the day? Purchase justified and my body has been beyond grateful for this purchase.

I’ve been able to go back the very next day feeling beyond primed with all the lactic acid being pushed out of my muscles. It’s a game changer for sure. Also quick little tidbit from having some experience with Chiro’s, hospital’s, testing centers that use electric stim.

USE RUBBING ALCOHOL on the area you’re about to put the pads. You are removing the excess oil and sweat that will take away the adhesive lifespan. I see a lot of people just try to use a towel and clean the area that way.

Ideally, if you can. Take a shower and just get all the sweat and oil off your body. If you absolutely need to use them immediately, have some rubbing alcohol handy and make sure the area is super clean.

I was able get over 30 uses before the pads starting to pop off from the motions of the stim.

This is a good value product. However, don’t buy it if you want to use the Russian mode. The Russian program implemented in this machine doesn’t conform to the Dr Kots 10 sec on/50 sec off/10 min protocol.

The 3 Russian programs in this device are Constant contractions (always on), the on-time and off-time can’t be changed. Also the intensity can only be adjusted by pairs of channels (Channel 1/2 and Channel 2/3), their is no way to adjust the channels individual in the Russian mode.

This item is such a wondrtvul, user-friendly item. And it helps to relieve migraines, sore and achy shoulders and knees. And very easy to operate and use. Husband and myself highly recommend

I bought a tub of the orange flavour and tried it last week for the first time just 1/2scoop before my PT session. Well I got there and I was pinging thinking I’m glad I only had half a scoop, well I smashed my pt session and had so much energy to burn, Energy lasted me a good few hours.

So each morning since I have been using 1/2 scoop in a pint of water. It’s ridiculously sweet but i tolerate that amount. Today I used 3/4 scoop and smashed out 8hrs of cleaning houses in 6. 5hr. The focus and energy this stuff gives is amazing.

As for the appetite I feel like it’s made me hungrier just that I’m too busy buzzing around to eat. Not sure what I’m taking exactly and don’t know if it will burn weight but I’m liking the buzz. Going to buy a diff flavour.

This is the product I first purchased from you and I was quite happy with it as I did notice it reduced my appetite. I only ordered the one to try it out. I since tried to purchase the same one but you keep sending me the one that does NOT say ELITE FAT BURNER on it.

I was assured on the last order of 2, that it was this product. That was the ONLY reason I went ahead and paid for them/ It was very hard to see what the picture was on the order as it was sooo soooo small but trusted your staff that it was what i wanted.

I have since sent back 2 on separate occasions , received a refund on the first one and have not had a refund on the second one. I now have 2 that do not do what i wanted it to do and that is to reduce my appetite.

Purchased the lime hyperburn and it was very very sweet, tough to get through at times, also tub says 30 serves when really it was more like 20-25, tub barely half full also. Purchased again to see if it was just the lime that was too sweet, so I ordered the Orange dream flavour and it is definitely not as sweet and easier to get through, tub once again barely half full and gone through it in less then 30 servings with most of the servings being less then the serving cup provided so unsure what is going on there! Felt quite sick after taking the lime as it was too sweet but after drinking the orange I felt way better and seeing progress and lots of energy.

For such a high price I would expect there to be at least the advertised amount of servings. $70-80 depending on where you buy from for 20-25 serves isn’t ideal.
