I was nervous to try this because i have Very sensitive skin and i hate risking. Tried it and definitely irritated my skin, i couldn’t tell at first if it made my face worse, but after a two weeks i realized it did.

Bummer, so now im going to try certain vitamins instead of just throwing chemicals on my face. Everyone’s different!.

I’ve tried all sorts of Proactiv products over the years and this has been the only product that honestly worked! It has cleared my acne, prevented new ones from forming, and has also lighten my stubborn post acne hyperpigmentation.

My face has never been this clear before. I will say that it does dry out your skin, so I’d highly suggest applying spf moisturizer after it settles.

Best acne product that I have ever tried, wish I had it as a teen! I found this late in life but I do use when I get the occasional acne. I bought for my teen daughters and now grandsons as they face teen crisis of acne.

Recommend for anyone with the problems of being a teen. I feel like get rid of problems that you can. It’s hard enough being a child today.

if you have delicate skin you must be very careful as it can irritate, you cannot expose yourself to the sun, but it does help improve the acne condition

I recently broke out on my cheeks and forehead. Overnight the pimples had turned red and huge. I was passing by a Kiehl’s store and decided to drop in to see if they could recommend something. This product was recommended by the sales stuff and she claimed she was using it too.

I used it that night as the sales person had recommended. After washing and toning my face. I applied a thin layer over the problematic areas and a thicker amount on the pimples itself. The next morning, the pimples had dried up, become smaller and there was no redness.

Even my husband commented on it. I’m currently using the product daily in thin layers as i still am breaking out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something to “attack” their pimples.

All I can say is that I’ve tried so many “spot” treatments before and I feel like they don’t do anything. I had one of those bumps that was swollen and hurt (but is not white). I used this twice a day morning and night and within 2 days it was gone.

Gone! Then I tried it on my son who sometimes gets those sweat pimples and the swelling was down dramatically overnight and also gone in 2 days. Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone, but it certainly works better than it’s previous version and any other typical Salicylic or BP treatment I’ve tried – and it doesn’t even burn.

While I do like this product , it was a little misleading to pair it with the foundation, as I assumed it was more of a concealer since it was the makeup isle and tried to wear it under my makeup. TERRIBLE IDEA.

DO NOT PUT ON BEFORE YOU APPLY YOUR MAKEUP. DO NOT USE YOUR EVERY DAY BEAUTY BLENDER TO APPLY. If you do, you will get a ruined foundation look because it will get sticky and start to clump together.

Also, will absolutely ruin your beauty blender and make it sticky. Other than that, I have no issues with this and actually enjoy it and see a noticable difference in my skin when I wakeup. Really rad.

Only wish more product came out, the stick ‘lip gloss like’ applicator does not get enough out of the tube at a time so you have to dip back in a few times to get a enough out.

This stuff is amazing!!! I’m acne prone and this stuff zaps zits. It’s like a lipgloss, it has a wand that you pull out, and you just smear a little of the liquid on your acne and leave it on. I do it at night, and when I wake up the zit is dried out.

The only thing I don’t like is that it’s in the tube, so like a lipgloss, you won’t be able to use up every last drop. It was totally worth the price though, and I’ll totally buy more.

I am obsessed with the facial results. I’ve been struggling with adult hormonal acne and my usual benzoyl routine that I’ve used forever had suddenly not been doing the job anymore! I’ve been trying different skin care options, and I added this a few weeks ago.

it definitely did take a week or two for me to see a difference, but BE WARNED: I actually received a really bed chemical burn from this (look it up— it’s called a retinol burn) and even though I hadn’t been applying it to my lower neck/collarbone area it must have been rubbing there at nighttime and it gave me the worst rash/skin peel/sunburn-looking area and it was actually quite uncomfortable.

My skin peeled horribly there and after 3-4 days it did go away. I did stop using this product during that time period for fear that more would get on the already burned skin… but, I did resume again on my face once it cleared up and thankfully have not had any further issues.

I still give it 5 stars because the retinol burn was worth it if it’s going to keep my face clear, but it was a very uncomfortable few days! Also, I love that this is the same as Differin gel but just a cheaper alternative.

No need to spend the extra money on brand name!.

too give a detailed review on this product, i must first start by saying that i started this product in october and it is currently december (using around 2 months). i was very hesitant, however desperate as my skin was not doing so hot (mini bumps, regular acne, etc.

) so i bought this and i love it. some questions that i had at the beginning that i couldnt find the answers for were: 1) does it break your skin out when you first start using it?- for me, it didn’t really, however it definitely didn”t do anything immediately for my skin.

2) does it actually take 3 months to work?- i would say yes, it takes commitment but i think it is worth it as my skin looks better and doesn’t have many pimples pop up. 3) does it get rid of acne that is currently on the skin?- it is not a spot treatment, nor do i think it helps get rid of acne currently on the skin.

it is more to help prevent new acne from coming up. other details about it: MOISTURIZE. this product dries out your skin a tad, i would find a GOOD moisturizer that doesn’t add oil to your skin and won’t clog your pores.

i use the cetaphil moisturizer which seems to be working well with the product. also, i find it more effective to let the product dry down before adding your moisturizer to it. and also dont stack forty other products on top of it, cleanse and then use the product.

to sum it up, the product works if you keep it up. the good news is it is only $10 for (sorta) thirty day supply. dont get discouraged if it doesn’t work at first, however if it is breaking out your skin discontinue use.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try retinoids without the prescription. Adapalene up until recently was only available through prescription. If your not familiar with the name RETINOID, its just two steps below RENTIN A which is a powerful anti ager and anti acne medication.

Many beauty brands sell RENTINOL. Which is far less potent than Retin A and Rentinoids. This particular gel is smooth, goes on evenly, and lasts about thirty days if used every night. Since using this my skin is much smoother, and overall brighter.

To get the anti aging effect I will have to use it for a little longer, but because of the affects Im already seeing, I know I will get there.

I bought this kit from my local Ulta and have been using it for about 7 months now and I think I finally found product that work for my skin! I breakout heavily around my period and have painful cystic hormonal acne.

When I consistently use these products (twice a day), my skin is soft, smooth and clear which is something I have never experienced before! Everyone’s skin will respond differently but i typically give facial products 2-3 months to really see if it works.

I developed Milia on my eyelid and was searching for ways to get rid of it when I happened upon this line of products. My skin has improved within the two week timeframe they stated it would, and that’s a plus for me (no solution found to get rid of this Milia yet short of going to the dermatologist).

I just ordered plenty more of their products so I’ll follow their directions and hope to see good results just as I’ve obtained with these, if not better because I’ll transition fully over to their entire line of products to see how they all work together.

I normally don’t leave reviews, especially very early on. I ordered this on a whim because I’ve had problems with textured skin, and black heads specifically on my forehead, a lot of it was all under the surface.

I came across this brand after hearing positive reviews on their moisturizer, and saw this set. I read the description and thought the “see results after day 1” was just a gimmick to try and get people to buy it, but after using the three step system, and the moisturizer I purchased, a lot of the texture has already gone away.

I don’t want to jinx it, as I said, it has only been a day of use. I will say that I do have very sensitive skin and my face became a little red and irritated after using the toner, but it quickly went away.

I definitely won’t be using certain products multiple times a day, as I feel it would be too aggressive for my skin. Very impressed with it so far, though!.

I received this as a tiny breakout was starting, and tried this following the toner. A few hours later I noticed the spot had flattened, so I was thrilled about that. I also like the product a lot for the ingredients.

They feel soothing but there’s also a nice herbal scent. The citrus, achillea, borage, calendula, parsley, fennel, tea treat, eucalyptus, and juniper make for a soothing yet bracing combination. (Some of the bracing-ness might be due to the alcohol in the product, as it dries.

) But I do like how the ingredients work together, especially the hints of fennel scent that emerge after applying. It works fast, it’s easy to use, and it doesn’t annoy my sensitive/normal skin. I also discovered one other side benefit, one that’s even better than the breakout assistance.

I got this as mosquito season is getting underway, and mosquitos have always feasted on me, leaving me with itchy red welts and bumps wherever they attack. Desperate, I tried the Burt’s Bees clarifying toner on the bug bites and then applied this spot treatment on top of that.

It provided some very welcome relief, and a few hours later I noticed the bug bites had reduced considerably. It’s honestly the best bug bite relief I’ve ever experienced. (And I’ve tried toothpaste, witch hazel, peppermint and tea tree oils, clove oil, hydrogen peroxide, antihistamine creams and other concoctions.

) This, hands-down, provides the best relief for my bug bites. I might be applying this behind my ears when I go outside to see if this treatment drives them away.

It is marketed as an acne spot treatment, but it looks and feels like a facial oil, so that is how i incorporated it into my skincare routine.

The product has a distinct herbal scent that is quite strong that some people may not care for, but I like it. I used this product at night since some acne products can cause irritation when out in the sun for long periods of time (which my job requires) and applied it by patting it on with my fingers in problem areas on my face and neck.

I noticed a reduction in redness and new breakouts after using it for just over a week. I used this product every other day since acne products can sometimes be overly drying for my skin. Overall, I think this product works well and I would recommend it to others who have moderate acne problems and are looking to improve their skin.

I decided to purchase this item as more of a dark spot corrector than actually treating acne. I only get acne around my time of the month so it’s not severe, however, my skin is weird that one or two pimples leave dark spots.

I’ve tried everything and nothing seemed to work. Recently someone pointed out that the “mole” on my forehead was getting bigger/darker and that I should check it out when in reality it was just a dark spot.

I decided to use this spot treatment and honestly, after 6 days, the dark spot has gotten about 3 shades lighter. a few other spots have lightened up or disappeared as well. I will say that certain spots it really does dry out your skin, where I find myself peeling off dark flakes of skin.

Gross, I know. I suggest buying a really good moisturizer to put on about 15-20 minutes after you use this. The only true negative is, I actually really hate the smell. It has like hints of ginger and mint, not sure what but I hate both so maybe that’s why I’m not a fan.

Even with the smell, I highly recommend.

I started taking them and saw really good improvements since the 10th day but after a while the acne came back (not as bad tho) even while I still took them. I’ll buy a second box to see if it gets better as it did the first time.

The A+ Retinol and the UFO Oil in this kit have made some dramatic changes in my skin, and I am really glad I got this kit since it introduced me to these items. I will re-purchase them again, although I only spot use the UFO Oil on problem areas and it will last most likely a year.

The retinol has definitely made a difference in my skin. I look significantly more luminous and glowy and some fine lines have softened, become less noticable. I will keep using this retinol! It is fairly gentle for being a stronger product than the CeraVe retinol I started with.

I am very happy with the changes. The Saturn mask does not seem any different than other run of the mill clay masks, the cleanser is also just a cleanser, and since there are affordable options that can produce the same results, I would not buy those two items again.

I have not been able to use the Good Genes product enough to know if it’s very beneficial to me, because I have been building up my retinol use and using non-retinol days to avoid actives and ensure I am not damaging my skin barrier.

This photo shows my skin on the left on 2/15/22 and on the right on 3/12/22, so less than a month of use! Sorry the light quality is not identical. But I feel you get the idea, my skin is so much more even, some darker spots have also disappeared! and my skin looks more luminous and hydrated, less fine lines and tight areas, less breakout for sure.

We just bought this kit yesterday. I wish I had taken a Before pic prior to using the products on my son’s face last night, but I will take pictures tonight and update as time goes on. My 15yo son has very sensitive skin and he has used the products TWICE with an already drastic improvement.

The skin on his chin was VERY red and inflamed and it is now almost 100% not inflamed. Last night: Cleanser, UFO and Spot Treatment (slept with it on his spots) This morning: Cleanser, UFO and Good Genes We are going to stick with this routine for 5 days and then start adding in the Retinol.

What a small price for self esteem and showing my son his skin needs quality products for his sensitive skin. I’m so excited he has learned about skin care, we have found this product and he will be a life long user! *He has tried, and used a few weeks each to give the products a fair chance; the Equate Proactive knockoff system, the Acne Free system and the Bliss Clear Genius system.

I rarely leave reviews, but for this Sunday Riley product, I will. Usually my acne only flares around the time of the month, but lately, it hasn’t disappeared. My routine prior to purchasing this SR product works for me, but this time, I needed a little bit more help.

I ran across this set as I was Christmas shopping and I have to say. it was definitely one of the best shopping decisions that I’ve made. I just started using this product a few days before Christmas and I already the results are fantastic!! Within 24 hours the affected area was purging and the my face felt a lot better.

it has not been a week, but my face has cleared up and the texture is nice and smooth. I’m a very impatient person when it comes to skincare results, but with Sunday Riley, I was pretty amazed!! I absolutely love this product and will definitely buy again.

I also bought the wake up and bedtime set for later use.

My partner has always had trouble with back acne since I met him. He has very large pores on the back and sweats a lot specifically just in that area, causing very clogged enlarged pores and acne. I have bought him several different body washes throughout our relationship that have helped control it, but it was still present.

These two products have made so much more of a difference than anything else! The body wash is not too stripping for the skin and doesn’t leave his back red. The spray however is probably making the most difference, because he can take it in his work bag.

He uses it any time he has been sweating while at work or commuting. His enlarged back pores are very noticeably smaller and cleaner! The acne marks that are there are drastically reduced already and I am sure will continue to improve.

I got of birth control a few years ago and although my hormones took some time to adjust to not be dependent on a synthetic hormone I experienced months of clear skin. I was so happy my body was adjusting, but low and behold my hormones started to get out of whack almost a full year off BC.

I was diagnosed with PCOS-like symptoms. My body acne at this point was so angry and inflamed I just didn’t know what to do. Countless dermatologists visits, endocrinologists, I am in my late 30s and I wanted to stay off of any harsh anti-biotics but tried a few courses of doxy with very little improvement.

I decided it was time for a lifestyle change, cut gluten, sugars, alcohol, dairy, been doing this now for 2 years, still no significant improvements. I tried all the natural products, over the counter products even prescription topicals again, with little to no improvements and I was just at the point of accepting the fact I will just have to live with this.

Anyhow fast forward to a few weeks ago where I went on an internet search frenzy looking for something to at least calm my Body acne. I wish I would have taken progress pictures the week I started the wash and spray, which I may update this post in a few weeks because I recently started to document my progress to see if I need to make any diet adjustments or maybe add the exfoliating scrub.

Other than my back being a little itchy, I can handle it I have experienced no other side effects. I am so so happy and highly recommend this system if you are struggling with hard to treat body acne.

I’ve posted this same review on the body wash just to clarify some info but I actually purchased this whole system. So I’ve used this product before when the body wash contained salicylic acid instead of BP.

It worked so well with the body spray it completely cleared my bacne! This is my second time buying this as my bacne returned from working out and constantly irritated by my own hair. I noticed they reduced the amount on both products.

I will have to wait and see if the formula change is as effective for me as my bacne is pretty stubborn. The reason for 5 star is I’ve dealt with bacne for 10 years and I’ve tried every product but this is the only brand that ever successfully worked on me.

I felt unashamed of showing my back for the first time.
