Pros: *classical built like many other desktops* a bit more quiet than my other desktop Cons: *the big minus from me is that doesn’t come with the wifi already enabled. So, out of the box, you can not connect to your home or work wifi.

I have treid two days in a row with the indications from some websites including Microsoft but I couldn’t manage to make it work or activate. So, I ended up to buy 30m of ethernet cable(this is the only connection that shows in the system as possible connection to the internet) to distribute all over the house directly from my router to be able to use the computer.

I couldn’t believe that in 21st century, I buy a desktop and not being able to connect to wifi. It doesn’t have the ability to scan the wifi networks around you to see them. It shows just ethernet connection via cable.

If you have ethernet cable to connect to internet then i recommend to buy it but if not, look elsewhere. Read the specifications carefully and if necessary ask the website about this.

For the exact same price, you could buy a warrantied, refurbished modern gaming laptop. A screen, a mouse, a keyboard and even a graphics card, all in one. Absolutely everything anyone could need for computing for the price of this paper weight.

We bought a number of these for our office. They are quick, quiet and small. Exactly what we needed. Unlike some other manufacturers I really didn’t have a problem with bloatware. I did have to RMA the first one received as it made a continuous clicking sound.

The process was easy with Newegg. The 2nd unit came in perfect.

Issues! This unit took 3 weeks for delivery from JOY systems. First, it did not have bluetooth or wi-fi capabilities as shown in the specifications. The BB chat rep could only offer a return / refund.

I went to a location and described the situation and they gave me both a USB wi-fi adapter and USB bluetooth adapter, for which I am quite pleased. Both work well, but occupy USB slots The unit would not get through the boot process without freezing up.

After 48 hours of troubleshooting, I discovered that the unit would boot with only a single stick of RAM installed – didn’t matter which stick or which PCI slot. Currently inquired with JOY to remedy the RAM situation, but haven’t found a solution otherwise; Dell has no setting in the BIOS and diagnostics all pass.

I’ve got the unit loaded up and running smoothly, but prefer to optimize the RAM situation. We’ll see. Would recommend, but with caution. I’ve learned a lot through this process. Hoping it performs in line with my intentions.

The unit is supposed to have 8 USB ports, but it only has 6 that can be used. The other two are blocked from inside the unit. I am only using 5 currently. so that’s Okay. The USB mouse looked like someone had stomped on it, crushing it.

I planned on using a wireless mouse I have anyway. so that’s Okay, also. The keyboard is a really cheap one, but works. The monitors are huge and look great. I love the dual monitor thing. The machine is FAST compared to any other computers I have owned on start-up.

It loads Windows 10 very quickly. I am pleased with that. Overall, I am satisfied. I almost got what I expected. Just the stomped on mouse and the two blank USB ports kept this from being a 5 star rating.

But. it IS refurbished, no doubt.

I was still running Vista and having much trouble viewing and advancing catalog pages on the internet. My email program would not either load or send messages half the time. Now with this rebuilt 3020 Optiplex everything works great; it had to be the outdated operating system and the 3020 came loaded with Windows 10.

The new keyboard that came with it is great also, my old one had the reference keys worn down and was losing finger position. I am just an 80 year old guy and this 3020 sure fit the bill for the price! My daughter got an Optiplex from this company for church business as the tech recommended this company, they never have any issues with their products.

It was her recommendation to purchase from Micro Tech.

I have never been this upset when returning the product. I bought a refurbished desktop computer from this seller. First, I was surprised that it didn’t have a HDMI port. Second, the the Window program installed in the computer doesn’t work with Microsoft Office or any other software and is not compatiable with any retail or OEM version of Windows.

Third, it takes off 10% of the price just because box is open( it is already open box because it is refurbished) and I guess I have to pay the shipping fee because it is not in the three categories they pay the fee( defective, incorrect or damaged).

But how i7 intel core computer doens’t have a HDMI port and how window doens’t work with other software programs and how come I have to pay 10% when I didn’t even turn it on. I read the Window instruction and I just closed the box.

I wanted to update my desktop from an older model so that I can get on the bandwagon with the newer Windows 10/11. This desktop is user friendly (Im 65 years young). If I can set up this system, anyone can.

A lot of instruction is on the screen as soon as you plug it up. The size is perfect, it hides behind my new 24 inch monitor. I have eliminated so much clutter from my desk. It even comes with a plug in mouse (I did not use it I like my wireless) and a keyboard.

The speed is phonemonal. I compared it to other sites online and I went straight into the store and picked mine up. I felt that I got the best price at the Micro Center.

This computer is recycled from a business that probably upgraded and Dell resold them. This company then refurbished it and resold it. Visually, the computer is banged up and obviously used, but the system runs good.

The monitors are very outdated, heavy, and they did not include the right plugs to connect the monitor to the tower. I’ve messaged them several times but still no resolution. I had to connect a monitor that I already had to find out if it worked.

I wouldn’t buy from them again.

This little Dell Micro PC is a great tiny PC that will fit virtually anywhere! With its 10th Generation Intel I5 CPU and 8 GB of ram it is the fastest I5 computer I have ever seen. In addition, it has a slot inside that will accommodate a 2.

5-inch hard drive, in addition to the SSD boot drive on the mother board. The M. 2 boot drive is not soldered on the mother board, so it can be upgraded to a larger boot drive is desired. I highly recommend this Micro PC from Dell!.

I love that Micro Center had quote a few of these in stock at the time of purchase. Can’t go wrong with this PC for the price and configuration. Once you go with Dell OptiPlex/Precision/PowerEdge, you’ll never go back for a basic PC that’s well built with a warranty.

I only wish these had the DVD drive, but that is super easy to add later. This config (with the pcie SSD) cannot be beat for everything it offers. This is a steal at the current price.

This desktop does everything a full size desk top does in about a third of the space. I purchased it for a client who had space in a compartment in their desk that they wanted to utilize to move their computer off their desk.

Price point was favorable and the unit runs quiet and cool so it fits perfectly.

This is the first time I purchased a refurbished computer. Pros – I like that it does not have a bunch of preloaded software like new computers. If you already have your favorite programs and anti virus programs, this is a really nice touch.

When I started it up, it only had two icons on the desk top, MS Edge and the recycle bin. Works really well, actually better than I expected. Only one con: the headphone jack is deformed and you can not put a RCA jack or whatever jack it takes inside.

You can actually see it is defective by looking at it. If it was not for this, I would have gave it 5 stars. I didn’t notice it until I had a zoom meeting, I can get around it by using my desktop speakers and just the mic jack.

But still, everything should work when you get it. That said, because everything else works really well and the price was good, I would consider getting a refurbished for my next computer.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with this computer bundle! It looks new and everything included in the bundle worked. This is probably one of the best $350 computers you could buy! I bought it to use when I visit my Army daughter to care for my grandson when she deploys.

I’ve been using it for three weeks now and have been doing everything I normally do on my home computer. I’ve bought refurbished electronics three times before and have only been disappointed when I bought them from an independent neighborhood store.

I had a Dell 970 machine with Ubuntu 18. 04 LTS on the hard drive. I up-graded that product with this Dell Optiplex 7020. There was no operating system on this system. I put the hard-drive from the Dell 970 into position 1 of daisy chain and moved the existing blank drive to position two.

The system worked completely. I have my old desktop back at about 3x the speed. It took less than 5 minutes to make the changes. I also tried to utilise the existing ram from the 970, but it had was pinned differently so I could not add it to the new mother both.

Everything on the Dell 7020 worked wonderfully.

For the price, this is a good computer. It is fast and reliable. The only issues I have had is that after 6 months I discovered that the DVD drive does not work. And it turns on every night at 12:00am despite changing multiple settings, so I unplug it at the end of the day.

But otherwise I am happy with it because for $300 it is a decent computer. I will continue to buy refurbished PCs in the future.

You get what you pay for and this is not a mistake I will make again. Computer (tower, keyboards, and mouse ONLY) is loud, slow, and come to find out, the information from Dell states the equipment inside the computer is from 2014! 2014!!!!! The warranty ran out on this model in 2016.

This is information is something that needs to be included in the description. Furthermore, the only way to connect this computer to the internet is with an ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi components) and I had to buy equipment to get the computer connected to the internet.

Out of the four extra slots (for additional HHD’s, or additional upgrades) was completely open which allows for anything to get into the tower. If I had known what I was REALLY buying, I would have just bought a new one or build one myself.

Sure, it costs more, but at this time it would be worth paying the money. I literally got exactly what I paid for: a noisy tower that is very slow.

Product NOT as described. This was in no way, shape or form, a gaming PC. Advertised specs not even close to what I got. Additionally, the New PERIPHIO peripherals advertised were note included. So what did I get? An old, used business PC only capable of running basic software.

The advertised graphics card? Nope, I’m-fact, they left a hole on the backside where a graphics card WAS!.

I picked this up to dedicate to a conference room with a specialized speaker/mic & 360 degree camera for hybrid meetings. We just run Zoom & the fancy camera does all it’s processing onboard, so I didn’t need a workstation with more than very basic specs.

We couldn’t beat the price in this one, for sure! It didn’t occur to me, however, that a refurb workstation would’ve been on wired Internet, so I wasn’t reading the description closely. Lucky for me, I had a long enough cable (and a not-too-disruptive path) to get things working quickly.

So, love the purchase, but if you’re in a similar situation remember the wifi adapter or cable!.

This refurbished PC works flawlessly. It operates quietly and even runs video editing software quite well. The available 16GB RAM is nice for multitasking, but it does peak when editing 2. 7K and 4K videos.

Having the option to increase to 32GB RAM is nice and might be a valuable upgrade later. Wherever it came from, it still had the SATA cables left inside. So, to increase memory, I added a 2TB HDD internally.

Overall, this is a great option for a relatively powerful PC at a really good price point.

I had previously gotten a refurbished machine from another company and although they were nice people, their machine had issues. I turned it back in and ordered this one from Wal-Mart. I was a little apprehensive but it came sooner than originally expected.

It was packed nicely. It had everything (except the monitor, which was mentioned in their ad as not a part). I got a huge monitor at a thrift store that is great! I set up everything quickly and about a month later so far no issues.

I’m really enjoying this computer, at least so far.

My old PC gave up, and I quickly needed a replacement. This had reasonable specs, enough RAM (8GB), i5 CPU, and 500GB HDD. It arrived, and came with keyboard, mouse, and USB Wi-Fi dongle. It fired up straight away, and is very quiet, plenty fast enough, and refreshingly came without a load of unwanted rubbishy software pre-installed.

My only gripe, is the Wi-Fi dongle it came with. It is pathetic. My old (slower in specs) PC could achieve about 75mbps through it’s TP-Link USB Wi-Fi dongle (I have 200mbps cable), but when I connected to my Wi-Fi with the new PC, even though the connection was showing 4 bars, the speed was terrible.

I speed-tested at 0. 1mbps DL and 0. 07mbps UL !! Worse still, it kept disconnecting from my network. I tried my old Wi-Fi dongle but the new PC would not recognise it. So, I bought a brand new TP-Link Wi-Fi adapter (decent one), and thankfully I am now getting 178mbps wirelessly, awesome.

So, the PC was not at fault in any way, which is reassuring to know. Overall, I am happy so far, with this refurbished PC. The case is in very good condition, and the CD/DVD drive works fine too.

Purchased this to replace a HP DESKTOP I had for 7 yrs. I’m hoping this one lasts as long. Unit was shipped extremely FAST and EXTREMELY well packaged – One of the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve assembled more then 500 PC’s in my lifetime.

I currently have 23 laptops and needed a 2nd desktop so looking around this came with a one year warranty and was priced ok for a refurbished. Turned on unit and had to set the clock , Kind of weird? Then very first thing it did was give me the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH.

(took screen photo ) Let it reboot only to get it again. after 3rd time it let me redo the OS and it took over night but next day unit came up ready for setup. So if there were any DELL software on the unit – well thats gone now.

; ( – Unit was fast enough and everything was going fine with no issue. Powered unit off for the day, next day asked to setup the clock again, ( NOT HAPPY ) so I left it on for a week, turned it off and the unit has not asked again for the clock so far.

we will see – other wise the unit is running great. So 3 stars.

Product received as advertised. Fast (Core i5-8500 with 6 cores) and quiet. The SSD is NVMe (I’ve bought another elsewhere which was SATA) I bought one with a hard drive already installed too (even though the the HD capacity wasn’t great) because I wanted to be sure to get sufficient power connections inside.

My only complaint is that the power button is hard to find — it’s the same color as the rest of the faceplace. C’mon, Dell, help us out by using a contrasting color for the power button!.

Very, very disappointed with this purhcase. We were intially reluctant to purhcase a refurbished computer but after speaking with BestBuy they assured us that the machine comes with a full 1 year warranty and has been throughly tested before being re-sold.

So we went forward with the purchase. We unboxed this computer, turned it on, and immediately started getting fatal Windows OS errors. I work in IT and could not recover this machine. This will be our first and last purchase of a refurb from BestBuy.

Starting off with the looks of the mouse, is what any minimalists like myself looks for. With tones of white and grey is a very subtle, clean looking mouse. The shape of the mouse allows for a very comfortable hand position and the design helps your wrist be in a more natural position.

I recently bought a 7090 micro desktop and was pleased with its size and capability. I then purchased this 5090 micro desktop for its availability and price. However, I failed to realize that this unit does not have wireless capability (especially when I noticed that the unit did not have an antenna).

My fault for not seeing the fine print, but what computer is sold now without wireless? After that, the Dell monitor that I purchased for the 5090 came with only an HDMI cable, not a display port cable which is required for this unit.

Yes the computer works (after a hardwire connection and a trip to the store to find a cable. Not an ideal experience. I think that the selection process should make certain omissions (like a wireless module) a little more obvious.

This wireless mouse is amazing! The contour is very ergonomic and easy to hold. I like that you can use this same mouse on several computer devices just by selecting the buttons in the middle of the mouse.

The most ingenious aspect of this device is that Dell has designed this mouse to store its dongle inside the cavity where it is impossible to lose it! I love that it is white and silver in color. Too many come in black, which is not appealing at all.

I would recommend this product highly to another consumer.

DONT BUY THESE DELL REFURBISHED COMPUTERS. purchased one 8/5/17. computer is programed NOT to allow you to add anything to it no hard drives ,no RAM ,no DVD drives, Sound Cards. ECT. Took it to Best Buy they had to wipe the hard drive of Windows 10 and reinstall Windows 10 so it would properly recognize the additional hard drive I added.

What makes Netgear Arlo a great product is that it is the COMPLETE solution, not just a CCTV camera system. The video quality is nothing special, same quality as any video captured by a smart phone on the market.

However Netgear package it with a simple User Interface App (for Iphone/Android/Ipad), simplify the installation process, make good use of wifi technology to eliminate wiring. Other WIFI camera on the market also use WIFI but their technology is primative resulting in a doggy system where the WIFI keeps dropping out and the cameras completely reconnect to the base.

Netgear Arlo does not exhibit this problem. Their WIFI connections is reliable. But Netgear doesn’t stop there. They then wrap around all that with a cloud storage that gives you free, 7-day worth of video storage for up to 5 cameras.

The App lets you easily and reliably view camera LIVE or replay and video captured in the last 7 days, and download to keep if you wish. The only weakness in the whole system now is its power source, or battery.

There is an Arlo Q which may be a solution for that. You can also connect the Arlo Q camera to an external USB power bank (cost $25 or so). Only if price can come down a little, but the RRP is certainly not unreasonable at all.

Let’s get the negative out of the way first and that’s just a little lag between the sensing of movement and the alert to your email/app. This is only an issue if you want to screen whoes at your door, important delivery or sales/ reglious pursuaders.

You want to rush to sign your pacjkage but not into the arms of the pious few. Excellent for checking your property, if a package has been delivered and left and general alerts. Has the ability to go live if you want to check.

With the Ebay discount (lucky me) I thought it was value for money and super easy to set up too.

Pros: Small and fast Cons: Not sure why when is going to sleep is dificult to switch ot on.

Mouse works like it should. Thought the recharging would be nice, just means Ihave to keep track of another cable. Biggest complaint is the usb dongle. Would have thought buying a new computer, (no usb ports), add a mouse to the cart, didnt think i would have to use a huge adaptor to use the mouse.

Appreciate the inclusion of the adapter from Dell, but I figured the mouse would come with the newest adaptor, not old usb. The big adapter is cumbersome and in the way.
