Does the trick! I needed induction pots and pans quick but couldn’t make up my mind. This definitely gets the job done until I find the set I’m in love with. Not to say that this isn’t a great product, but is a good staple when you’re cooking for a meal for a lot of people and remembered that you had this as a back up.

Wow! Such a great cookware set. Firstly, I’m in love with the copper-ish color of the cookware. It matches my kitchen decor a lot. Second, it is really well made. I have been using it for sometime now and love how the heat gets evenly distributed and the dishes come out perfect each time.

They are easy to clean and the non stick coating is solid. These are perfectly heavy, just the way I prefer. Heavier cookware bear high heat easily and the coating doesn’t spoil for a long time. I like the different sizes they come in.

Easy to store. Highly recommend these.

I just love this color! I couldn’t wait to use these pans, they’re perfect. I can’t stand when handles overheat and I have to grab them with a towel or oven mitt. These really don’t get hot and you can handle them to transport to the sink to strain spaghetti.

They have a nice rubber over them as well as the handles of the lids. The handles are heat resistant and also slip resistant. They hand wash great and they’re great nonstick pans. The quality is one of the best I’ve ever owned.

Hello, I have been looking for a way to get “out” of the teflon pans I have been using all these years, pans I paid a lot for, originally. These Caraway pans are perfect and I love every aspect of them yet I still have suggestions which I’ll come to in a minute.

First, these pans are beautiful and made of solid but not too-heavy metal, so as an older person, they are not too hard to pick up, even the largest of them. The ceramic lining is the perfect solution to replacing teflon, and cleaning them is a breeze.

Here are my suggestions: These pans were made in a size meant for a family of four or more – which means they are basically too large for the average 2-person couple or even one person. I would love to see at least three sizes smaller on the handled pot (not the big one, but the one with a single handle.

) We often use small pans for making items for just two. I already had another brand in the very small fry pans, but if you would have had them, I would have purchased them from you first. One other suggestion: It would be nice if you had an option where the tops were glass and a little curved up.

The flat-tops (which are nice and come with a very cool wall-hanger for them) are awkward to work with when taking it off of the pan when something is boiling, it drips on the stove so even though cork rounds are included to put the tops on, it is not enough, because you have to get that dripping top TO the cork, and it isn’t big enough for the larger tops.

A top which is slightly curved up handles this problem in my opinion. I am suggesting glass for the tops because many cooks love to be able to look into the cooking food without having to lift the top to do so, and considering the provided-for tops are flat and drip quite a bit when you lift them, a glass-top option would be much appreciated.

And if you come up with some small, smaller and smallest pans, I promise I will buy them all from you and I assure you, so will many more people. And one more thing: I would love to replace my extra-large soup pans for cooking for groups, so a size or two larger would be great, too.

In other words, I really hope you diversify as these pans catch on. They are great and to tell you how great they are, I rarely if ever fill out these surveys, so it takes something great for me to do so.

Let me start by saying that I have had this cookware set for less than 2 months. I have the marigold and this set is very pretty. Unfortunately, looks alone cannot make a good set! I am not rich and I just moved.

I purchased this set with the hopes that it would last me a lifetime if I took great care of it, so I’m extremely disappointed to say that parts of the coating have already chipped despite me not putting any part of this set in the sink, using soft sponges and silicone only utensils, not dragging on the stove, and following every little detail in the instructions to the very best of my abilities.

This set will NOT last a lifetime, even with exhaustive tenderness. I am heartbroken, honestly. For something this expensive, I expected at least a year without damages. As I said earlier, I have the marigold set.

Stains catch in the exterior easily and are nearly impossible to get out considering you have to wait until the pans are completely cooled before cleaning and you can’t use anything too abrasive. The smaller fry pan has the worst internal coating despite my best efforts and already things are getting stuck.

True nonstick should not have any need for butter or oil, but yet you need it and I use it despite it not helping as much as they claim. There are several imperfections in the interior coating, like a tiny bubble in one of the fry pans that drives me totally insane because I think it is food stuck on it when washing.

The lids scrape against the top edges of the pans (which damages the coating on both items!!) if you try to turn the handle slightly while it’s already on the pan, which REALLY frustrated me. The handles on all parts get far too hot, even beyond the notching that is supposed to protect you, so I’ve already burned myself pretty badly on one of the lids.

I had a huge, nasty blister for about a week, and now a fresh pink scar on my thumb. Overall I am giving this 3 stars because it’s a pretty set and for a (very) limited time, it will function as advertised.

However, if you cook daily like I do, it won’t last long despite your best efforts to treat each piece as a delicate little baby that can’t handle even the slightest ding. What a shame, truly. I had decided early that I didn’t want to go through the return process and already thrown out the boxes because I live in an apartment so I feel like I’m stuck with this set and it’s not amazing, save for the first 2 weeks.

I am very proud of my cookware. I use at least two pieces everyday at least two times a day. I have no issues with any of them. Frying eggs have never been easier. I have not fixed one thing that during cleanup you could just wipe the pots clean if you wanted.

The only draw back is I’m afraid to put them in the dishwasher. I’m scared that the dishwasher detergent will ruin the outside finish of my pots.

If these pots and pans last as long as their warranty, it will be the best deal we’ve ever made on kitchenware. They were only a fraction of what we paid for our previous designer cookware set. However, Granitestone outperforms every other set of pots and pans that we have ever owned.

Previously, I had to “help” our non-stick pans with a layer of olive oil. I only use it now for flavoring. In fact, I frequently make scrambled eggs without adding any butter or oil to the pan. Cleaning the pan afterwards only requires minimal effort.

Review for: Cook Pro 7-Piece 18/10 Stainless Steel Cookware Set In need of a 2 or 3-qt. Saucepan and a skillet, I purchased this set after seeing the individual pieces I needed were going to cost as much, or more, than the 7-piece set of 18/10 cookware.

As noted by others, this is not a heavy-duty tri-ply set, but an 18/10 set with clad bases. All of the pieces heat unusually evenly, which was a nice surprise. The lids DO NOT fit snugly, so if this is a big deal to you, you may want to consider another brand.

For me, this was not a deal-breaker, though. I was at first disappointed that every piece discolored after the first use. Thinking this was an irreparable defect, I almost packed it up for return. But, after having looked around at other reviews for various 18/10 cookware on this site and others, it became apparent that China-made stainless steel is known for this.

And, it turns out, several reviewers found that this discoloration is corrected by simply using a small amount of Barkeeper’s Friend on the stains. So, it’s more of an inconvenience than anything. The best thing about having decent quality stainless steel cookware is that it will probably outlast disposable non-stick cookware.

I expect this set to do just that. One other item that you need to be aware of, that others have noted, is that the knobs on the lids DO get hot, so you should be aware of that and use oven mitts or hot pads to protect your hands from getting burned.

The handles on the cookware ARE stay-cool, though. All-in-all, I would recommend this set for both performance and value, in spite of the quirks.

okay. The coating had come off for years but I couldn’t afford to replace them until now. I knew there would be a transition period to learn HOW to cook with them. I was already in the habit of using nylon cooking utensils but I’ve adjusted to using LOWER temperatures (natural gas) to cook and I allow them to completely COOL DOWN before putting them in water to wash them (so they won’t warp).

If anything sticks to them, just let them sit a little while in water and it will come off easy enough! If they’re getting scratched or dinged or discolored it’s because of how YOU’RE treating them. They’re a lower line of cookware so don’t expect them to stay perfect.

just handle them with care and they’ll stay nice looking. When my husband first saw them he surprised me by saying he thought I’d bought a “real nice looking set”. Don’t let complaint reviews scare you off.

If I hit the lottery one day I’ll buy a MEGA dollar set but these will work fine and dandy for now! So fine, in fact, that I HOPE to buy a second set before they are no longer available!.

Medium heavy pots. handles stay cool. Come clean in the dishwasher. I’ll wait to see if the welded handles hold up as well riveted ones.

This is a review of the KitchenAid Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Onyx Black 10-Piece set. I’ve only been using the set for a week but have been impressed so far. You get a good mix of sizes and would make a great starter set for any new homeowner.

So far, the nonstick is working great and they are very easy to hand clean. We just pour a little water in them after cooking and then when they cool, we have just been using warm soapy water to clean and they all have cleaned up quickly with little effort.

I would say these are medium weight – not as heavy as others we have had but also not as light as some cheaper quality pans we have had. They seem to have a thicker base and thinner walls and I have to say they cook more evenly than our previous pans we were using.

There are grip handles that make moving/handling the pans easier than having to always find an oven mitt. The black color looks good as we have a pot/pan hanger over our sink where these are stored but also visible to anyone who enters our kitchen.

Overall, I am pleased with this set and believe it’s a great started set for someone who cooks daily or even occasionally with a good assortment of pots/pans to fit almost all your needs.

This cookware set does not disappoint. Heavy use of the frying pan and no signs of having to use any cooking spray. The pan hasn’t warped at all, no wobbling if using on a glass top stove, where that can be an issue.

The heat seems to be very even all around the surface, outer edge cooks at the same speed as the center. The handle has a nice grippy feel, does not get hot, and the pan feels balanced, for those of you that like to flip eggs… The connection where the handle meets the pan is solid, and nothing makes a pan feel cheap like a little jiggle out of that spot.

The glass lids are nice, similar grippy handles that also don’t get hot, and they don’t appear to be the type to wear down with a lot of use and washing. The kids fit the pots, but not the frying pans, which I would have liked, but not that big a deal.

This set is getting used more than daily in this house and is showing no signs of wearing out so far. Nice set.

This cookware set is absolutely amazing! The pots and pans are very sturdy and non-stick! It comes with 3 pots and 3 pans, one of which is a square grill pan. There is literally no mess – simply wash with warm soap and water and any residue slides right off.

You really do not need spray oil in these pans first due to the instructions and second because of the seamless cleaning process. The grips on the handles are really nice and you don’t have to worry about the handles heating to where you can’t pick them up.

I have had no issues with fading and I use these constantly! All of the pots and pans heat evenly and make perfect meat, vegetables, etc. I hope to have these in my pantry for a long time! The only thing I wish it had is a cover for the grille pan to avoid splatter.

I opened the box and they didn’t smell like metal, the glass lids were sparkling and the stainless finish was like butter. I thought I’d miss the traditional long handles on the pots, but no. The pots nest well about the size of my large double boiler so they store on top of it in the cabinet, I’ve never had stackable pots before.

The bottom of the pans and pots is heavy and thick like the reviews say, and the finish is fine milled. The first thing I did was throw the whole set into the dishwasher. my dishwasher is a small apt size one but this set including the lids all fit in together nicely.

After the wash, I noticed still no metal smell like you get with store bought stainless pans. Then I poured some oil in the large fry pan and couldn’t believe it that the pan sat flat on my crooked conventional burner, the oil heated up and didn’t run all to one side and the pan sat solidly on the burner without rocking.

I seared two chicken breasts put the lid on and let them fry under the lid for another 6 minutes. Honestly the best stove top fryed chicken I’ve made, moist and fully cooked. With the fond stuck on the pan I made a bar-b-que sauce right there with the fond, and the stuck on fats just slurped right up into the sauce and it boiled down without burning the sugar.

hardly any stuck on fond after the sauce was done. Easy clean up, oils wash out easily. Cooks evenly, sits on the burner evenly. These pans are lighter than the heavy aluminum teflon pans I had that hurt my wrists to use.

These pans are about a third heavier than the Tramontia brand. So glad I was able to purchase this set. I’m gonna throw away all the old ones. Very happy. I would buy this again as a gift for someone.

I’m so impressed with this 10 piece stainless steel cookware set. It has a variety of features that make it better than other cookware I’ve used before. First of all, I like the fact that this is stainless steel.

There are too many sets out there that are non-stick, which in the short term may be okay, but are definitely not durable or safe in the long term. I would rather use some oil or butter to ensure food doesn’t stick rather than be potentially concerned about the non-stick coating.

This set allows for that and is a much more durable, safe and higher quality alternative to non-stick cookware. Secondly, the double thickness flat bottom makes it easy to use on any type of cooking stove.

I’ve had issues before with rounded bottoms which wobble on my flat cooking surface. That’s not a problem here and the double thickness wall allows for even heat distribution. All my meals have turned out great because of this feature.

Another small feature that I am very appreciative of is the stay cool handles. The rubber handles and grips allow the parts you touch to remain cool, even when you are cooking a hot meal. No more burns or “ouch” moments because you thought the handle would be cool.

Having used all the pieces of this set for a couple of weeks, I can definitely say this is one of the best cookware sets I’ve used. The various sizes allow you to make whatever portion sizes you need without having to compromise.

Compared to my other stainless steel pots and pans, I found these to be a lot more lightweight. However, this doesn’t mean they are not good quality. On the contrary, I found them to work better. It usually takes forever to bring water to a boil in my other stainless steel pot or even in my enameled one, but these pots conduct heat a lot better and it takes less time.

I always put the lid (do not completely cover the pot though) to help speed up the boiling process. This cookware set uses 18/10 Stainless Steel, which is one of the best types on the market. 18 and 10 represent the percentages of chromium and nickel alloys added to the stainless steel.

They improve the performance of thes products by protecting them from rust and preventing corrosion. They also provide even distribution of heat. The small sauce pan is perfect for cooking my morning soft boiled eggs or making a small portion of polenta.

I normally use non-stick cookware for polenta, but I found that the polenta did not stick to the pan at all and was, in fact, very easy to remove. I cooked some of my crispy chicken in the pan and that requires a lot of attention.

I failed to add more butter, so I burned the pan a bit. I wasn’t too worried, since I have done that in the past. After the pan cools down, I just add baking soda and vinegar and let it sit for a while.

After that, I add warm water and soap and let it soak. It is very easy to clean. I use a non-abrasive sponge and a mild detergent. I prefer to hand wash my stainless steel cookware, as opposed to using the dishwasher.

If you want to turn it into non-stick cookware, look it up. Using oil you can season it, and this would turn into a non-stick surface. This set has a good variety of sizes – perfect for cooking both small portions of food, or a big batch of soup.

The pan is big enough to cook 2-3 portions of meat or vegetables.

Incredibly nonstick, you could almost call it self-cleaning. I stopped using oil completely with no problem. Gorgeous to look at, much more lightweight than it appears, the handles and knobs are perfectly ergonomic and pleasant to the touch.

I was very leery of the boast of the non-stick feature. I have always been a stainless steel pot/pan user. But, one of my SS skillets needed to be replaced and I saw this product and the outstanding reviews.

These pots and pans have been great. I have had mine for over 2 years and they have held up perfectly so I ordered some for a gift. I have not had any trouble with the non-stick properties and even using metal spoons to stir stuff has never been a problem.

I bought this set for my daughter as a gift. She truly needed an “entire kitchen n a box”. This set proved to be the perfect one! She loves it! Stainless steel is so durable and safe too.

Over the course of a year I researched cookware, to replace my old Calphalon non-stick set that didn’t seem healthy to use anymore because of erosion of the surface. I finally decided on the Calphalon Premier set after reading many good reviews on it.

I’m a bit disappointed. They don’t have the smooth interior of my mom’s old stainless steel pans which always cleaned up beautifully. The sauté pan and the stock pot, which get the most use, have discolorations and areas that are not smooth.

I’ve gone to using stainless steel to get the pans clean. Should I have opted for the signature series, or selected another brand? I just expected that a high polish surface would be a standard of good stainless steel cookware.

The handles stay nice and cool which is great. I wish there was a way to have the covers stay cool too. I was also disappointed that they was no literature in the box. Any basic info was on the box. Kind of hard to keep at hand! There was no real description of the warranty or contact information, which I expect from a quality company.

I bought this set about a year ago; held off on reviewing them until I’ve put them through their paces. I use these daily on my gas range. They cook even and are easy to clean, even when things stick.

Those of you who use a gas range know that temperature is key; gas heats the pan faster/hotter, so most things that stick are user error (i. e. I got busy chopping and didn’t turn the heat down fast enough).

Even so, a quick soak in hot water and a few scrubs with Dawn & steel wool remove any residue and pans, after a year, are still shiny. I love the heavy duty feel and thick glass lids. Highly recommend these for anyone who cooks on a regular basis!.

I have been cooking with Calphalon cookware for years. My original set of Anodized Aluminum is still usable however my wife wanted a set of Stainless cookware for an upgrade. I have read a lot of reviews on this cookware and found many comments about food sticking to, and staining this cookware.

I have learned that I am more than capable of destroying any kind of cookware regardless of how bullet proof the manufactures claims may be. For me, this was the result of not using the cookware correctly.

Pre heating a clean dry pan before adding any fat or food makes all the difference in the world. I’m very happy with this set.

Well, I purchased this set on another retailer website, and paid an unbelievable price for this set, too good to be true. It was shipped prompt. Could not wait to try out my new pans. I have many name brands Sets of Pans from high price to low price, and sometime, the lower priced brands, believe it or not, seem to cook and clean better.

Price has no bearing for me at all. When I received my set, I followed the instructions to a T, and yes, I season the pans after cleaning them and following the instructions. So, I wanted to see what all the hype is about, and made a simple sunny side up egg, using no oil or butter, as their claim is nothing sticks to the pan.

Because their Cookware is mineral infused with a granite coating. which the Mfg. Claims makes their Cookware Non-Stick, and easy clean up. Well, I put the 8 in pan to the test as stated above cooking a sunny side up egg which I do very often with other Non-Stick pans and they don’t stick using no oil, or butter.

So, I cracked my egg into my little dish, season my egg as I normally do, and proceeded to cook my Sunnyside Up Egg. I do not know what the heck happened, this was only an egg, but it stuck to the pan like glue, and believe me the words coming out of my mouth, were not nice, I was not a happy camper.

The pan did clean easy, past that test, but in all honesty, and being completely sincere, I doubt the claims that their Cookware is 100% Non-Stick as other Name Brands I have that make that same claim, really are, I have had the set for 6 years, and still can use with no oil or butter.

Not this set. Which upsets me to no end. I love the way the pans look, absolutely love the color, they clean up good, but what good is a pan if it states NON-STICK, but a little egg Sunnyside Up, stuck to the pan like glue.

Not Happy, and sorry you can have your opinions, and by my test, it does not past the 100% NON-STICK. This set is pressed from Aluminum, and it is Layered 3 times, with a Special Coating, which is supposed to give their Cookware, the NON-STICK SLOGAN.

This set comes with an 8. 5 10. 25 but I doubt that is the actual size, does not look as large as other 10 In. pans I have and a 2 qt saucepan with lid. I could not wait to receive this set, but very disappointed in its ability to cook without sticking horribly to the pan.

That great fantastic price I paid, means nothing, if the set does not live up to all the Hype that is out there.

I started digging my heels into cooking earlier this year, so I needed some really good cookware and bakeware to up my game. This set has not let me down yet! I love that it’s nonstick, and I don’t have to fidget with oils and butter, or anything else I may have allergies to.

Being able to use metal utensils has been a big help, especially because I like to cook in big batches and store things in the freezer, and sometimes metal utensils is the only thing that will work. This is a great way to introduce yourself to amazing cookware and bakeware.

I received these just yesterday and at first site I thought about returning them. The green is not as green as the picture, more a dark dark green, pretty though (I love most greens). The steamer fits into the skillet, not the largest pot.

The handles are going to get hot. The lids have a steam seep hole which I like, no pour spout so it’ll be a good seal. This morning as I was preparing to return these I decided to give one a try and made scrambled eggs, absolutely no oil or spray in the pan the absolutely nothing stuck, it was crazy, we’re talking scrambled eggs! Heated nicely, cooked evenly and clean up was a simple rinse with the faucet! The only sticking was on the rivets that attach the handle but that is just life.

Nice sizes but I would like a larger, deeper skillet to have been in the set. If you are in need of a new set (and I was, desperately) of cookware, give this one a try. I think you’ll be pleased. Blessing to all, ljm.

My Granitestone 13 piece Farmhouse Cookware arrived just in time for the Ultimate Test Run. Thanksgiving. Was it a bold move to trust new cookware on the Super Bowl of holiday meal preparation? Yes. Madness.

Did I have faith in my new set? Absolutely. Observations so far. From unpacking, heavy enough to feel quality but light enough to not feel like a cross fit session making a meal. The coatings are smooth and sturdy.

Bonus of no funky smell. Seems like everything shipped now days has a funky smells. Handles are solidly affixed, no rattling about. From the stove, even heating without hot spots. Level cooking surface no “off to the left” eggs or pancakes.

Nothing sticks, the swirl effect is real. From the sink, easy clean up. A quick wipe with a bit of soap level of effort. Tomato based food did not stain, even with a long simmering window. The cooking surface is unmarried without any drilling.

Very happy with appearance, performance and efficacy. A good price point for an all purpose cookware set.

The pots and pans are easy to use and the non stick surface has performed well. They heat evenly throughout the bottom and easy clean up. I have to admit though I was disappointed to find out that the core was aluminum I am hopeful that the nonstick surface will not scratch but the moment I noticed any I will be disposing of these pans because aluminum is not good to cook on.

I understand that most pans are made with aluminum for weight, but with a feel of a high-end set I expect better quality materials. One note: the large square frying pan with the stipples bottom is not flat on the bottom and likes to spin around on the stove.

It requires two hands to flip an egg chasing it round and round.

Finally scored a cream set a couple of months ago, and they are gorgeous! Seasoned properly, they cook well and the nonstick is easy to clean. However, after multiple times a day use on my fry pan, I will say that it now makes perfect sense to me why cream is not a common color in cookware.

The bottom portion of the pan is now more of a yellow, and the ceramic is chipping and wearing in places. I never wash them while hot. I use barkeepers friend and a nonabrasive cloth, and they have never been in the dishwasher.

All this to say, for light cooking, these are great! They are stunning to look at. But if you intend to use them heavily, I would either look elsewhere or get a darker color (though I suspect you will still have to contend with chipping and wear on the ceramic coating).

If you proceed with the cream, just have managed expectations as to how they will look after a couple of months of wear.

This is a gorgeous set. I ordered the Toffee Delight for my daughter who likes light woods & white for her kitchen and she loved the color. The set looks so rich. The Toffee Delight is a nice neutral color — almost a light gold — yet the beautiful, large silver handles make the set.

I have a similar KitchenAid set in Black that I love but it isn’t as nice as this set. After this came in, I went to order the set for me in Black (I have a black, grey, silver & expresso kitchen) and it was sold out — so sad.

KitchenAid products always are great for cooking but the color and design of this set knocks it out of the park. Plus it is a great value for the complete set especially with the added steamer insert that did not come with my set.

I received my pans a week ago and have used for every meal since. I’ve made a variety of foods and have cooked things like macaroni and cheese, fried potatoes , foods that normally would scorch or stick on my stainless cookware didn’t on these.

They cleaned up without any effort. The 8 in skillet is perfect for omelets and the 3. 3 gt saute pan is not only perfect for sauteing but also for frying chicken. The steamer insert is great for broccoli, cauliflower green beans.

It’s a good selection of sizes. They cook evenly, hold the heat nicely after turning flame off, wash up easily by hand and I love that they are dishwasher safe. I love the modern style and the black finish?.

We purchased this set of KitchenAid cookware because we retired our 10 year old set of KitchenAid cookware. We are very pleased with our purchase. The cookware is as durable and well manufactured as or original set of KitchenAid cookware.

(Just a TIP: save the round cardboard pieces from the original packaging (or paper towel’s) and place them in-between the pot’s and pan’s when storing/stacking them. This will prolong the life of this cookware indefinitely also “NEVER EVER USE METAL UNTENSIL’S” and this cookware will last a lifetime.

If we had followed these tip’s we would not have had to replace our original cookware. This is a very beautiful well manufactured set and we highly recommend it.

These pans are beautiful, durable, and have not warped or stained after 4 months of heavy use. When they need a little extra love, they can be scrubbed to their original shine with a little Barkeeper’s Friend.

The pans are nonstick as long as you know how to use stainless steel pans properly: get the pan nice and hot, until a drop of water sizzles right when it’s dropped in the pan, put in a little bit of oil, coat the entire pan, and get the oil to just about smoking temp.

After that, the pan is” seasoned” and will be nonstick; I don’t even wash the pan I use to cook eggs, and I only add a little bit of oil each time I cook and it’s perfect. This can take a little trial and error, so don’t panic! The fact that these are oven safe, lids and all, is great for cooking a variety of foods.

And the fact that they’re dishwasher safe is just a bonus for any fatigued cook. I anticipate having this set for a long time and am very happy with them. Absolutely worth the price.

I purchased this for my son who loves to cook. He wanted a stainless steel cookware set. After looking at numerous reviews on QVC and other websites I purchased this set. We put it to use as soon as it arrived a few days ago.

We heated the pans and seasoned them with oil before our first use. I read some of the reveiws where food sticks. We did not have a serious issue with that but I do recommend that you get some Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser.

It does the trick and removes anything that does stick. Pans heat well and cook evenly. The handles do get hot but we use potholders. Best cookware set we have ever owned.

This pot and pans set is a literal dream for anyone who likes to cook. They are super easy to clean and are beautiful to look at. The lids to all of the pans have strainers on the side so its easy to make pasta.

Absolutely over the moon with my new purchase! This set is just great. The pans are a good weight, not too heavy (which is important to me due to the onset of arthritis), but still very sturdy. Heat distribution is excellent.

Non-stick coating is very good – no need to put the pans in the dishwasher each time you use them. Depending on what you are cooking, for the most part you can just run the pan under the tap and wipe it over with a cloth.

As with all pan sets, I feel like there are too many lids. I think I would like to be able to buy lids separately, so that you just buy one in each size (for example I have a 28 cm saute pan, and a 28 cm crockpot – I’m not likely to use them both at the same time, so one lid in that size would be fine).

A great investment.

Put this stock pot in the simmering oven of the Aga without using the Aga shelve (as it wouldn’t fit in otherwise) despite gently putting it in and out it has scratched the bottom badly. Also there is a cloudy mark where the contents were that despite rigorous cleaning remains on the inside of the pan.

The pan after two uses looks far older. Not impressed!.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more.

Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference.

As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though.

I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.

I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all.

I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years.

Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

I already had a 12” Le Creuset non-stick pan and used it all of the time. It out-performed my other pans, which I decided to replace. I purchased this set of the 10” and 8” and have not been disappointed.

The handle is different than my 12” pan, but the new handle is balanced and comfortable to hold. The pans heat evenly and the non-stick surface works great. For egg scrambles in the morning, these work perfectly for all of the combinations my family wants: 2 eggs with shallots and tomatoes in the 8”, 3 eggs with ham and cheese in the 10”, and all of the rest with everything in our largest pan.

I rely on having a choice of pan size to fit the need.

I cook most of my meals myself at home. I buy new non-stick pans about every two years. They just don’t last very long before the start to stick and cause problems. I bought this set at Costco and I use them every day now.

I really like the pans for everything I cook. I was a line cook when I was younger so I cook a variety of foods. So far everything I cook in these pots and pans turns out fine. I especially like how I can use a low-to-medium heat flame that regularly produces the finished dish I want quite nicely.

Also, the pans are very easy to clean. I stack the pans with a layer of soft spongy drawer liner material between them to protect the pan’s cooking surface. They work great!.
