In general, conditioner for co washing is a cleansing conditioner that is used in place of shampoo and/or traditional conditioner. Cleansing conditioners are usually much gentler on the hair and scalp than shampoo, and can help to preserve the natural oils in the hair.
Many people find that co washing with a cleansing conditioner leaves their hair feeling softer, smoother, and more manageable than shampooing alone.

so this is the second jar for me and it lasts a while. I only use it every now and then maybe one or two times a week. the consistency is like a conditioner and it definitely doesn’t lather (no wonder since it’s not a shampoo) BUT, co wash is the wrong word for this product if you ask me.
co wash is washing with conditioner only. This co wash really cleans the hair but also tends to make my hair feel a LITTLE dry. so I use my regular conditioner afterwards! make sure to rinse it really good so it doesn’t leaves residue (never happened to me) in your hair.
my scalp gets really clean and my hair too, the hair feels clean but a little different than after using shampoo. I don’t know if I really love this product but for the price it is ok and I definitely like it.
if your hair is really dry you should be careful with using it every day or every wash. make sure you use a conditioner afterwards, I don’t think you can skip that part with this product. maybe I’d call it creamy non foaming shampoo instead of cleansing conditioner.
I have straight color treated Asian hair & this product worked so good for me! My hair is also high in density, long, and low porosity. My roots get oily pretty quickly so I wash my hair every other day or sometimes I’ll have 2 days in between my washes.
I’m also prone to seborrhoeic dermatitis flare ups when I don’t wash often. Since my hair is a bit damaged, it is also dull, frizzy, and dry. In my old routine, my hair was literally at its worst after washes and the day after is when my hair looks its best.
Ever since I incorpoated my co-wash, my hair has looked its best all the time! I also now have 3 days in between my regular shampoo days (second day is cowash day) and it’s really helped my hair. There was also barely any breakage, which I usually had quite a lot of in my previous wash routine.
I rlly recommend this product, especially if you want to reduce how often you shampoo while still technically washing your hair.
I absolutely love this product! It has helped with my frizz, leaves my hair smooth and shiny. This is also my first co-wash and I am so glad I gave it a try. It does take some time to get used to but I noticed that I could use this everyday and it didn’t damage my hair.
I go to the gym every other day and get sweaty hair and I don’t like to keep it that way for the sake of not washing my hair. This doesn’t strip it and use it almost daily. It feels nourishing yet is able to clean still clean my hair.
I still have to clarify weekly and this does weight down my waves but I don’t care. I rather have healthy, shiny and frizz free hair with stretched out waves anytime. I have dark wavy and sort of thick hair for reference.
Made with organic Monoid de Tahiti, this natural cocktail of Coconut Oil and Vitamin E delivers antioxidants that replenish and rejuvenate dry brittle hair and reduce split ends. Jojoba Monoid Hair Milk leaves your hair soft, shiny and manageable.
My hair is bleached and semi colored using wild colors all year long and i keep up with it. Bleach roots every few weeks and work bleach to the end right before rinsing and i have wavy hair. Had to add that for this review to be a review.
I use this and im glad i found it because at this moment right now this is the best on the market as far as price, effective in cleansing and conditioning while rinsing out clean not weighing down hair and zero slime feel before, during or after using washing and rinsing.
IF USED CORRECTLY the results are FANTASTIC. Price wise its worthmore than $8 but because it is $8 it is the best there is as i type this review. It is a very clean cleansing co wash. No greasey feel when using amd definitely not when rinsed out.
The cocnut scent is moderate amd not overpowering though you can still smell it afterwards. If using a haor dryer or straightener etc it just burns the smell out because people use too high heat. Hair stays clean and no greasey look for atleast 24 hrs.
My hair gets greasey if i dont atleast rinse it once a day when i have roots. With this my hair is just fabulous and i can skip a day pr two. If you’re sweating daily i wouldn’t skip. Work this through the hair from root to tip, leave in in for minimum 5 minutes ams rinse THOROUGHLY and i mean until it feels squeakybut trust me its not a bad things.
You’re just used to typical conditioners slimey feel. Towel dry, comb or brush and style like usual. Blow. Dry low heat and you’ll have silky smooth gorgeous bouncy hair. And it’ll be clean with no hidden residue.
I have gone back and forth between using shampoo or a cleansing conditioner/co-wash for many years ever since I started wearing my hair in it’s naturally textured (wavy) state. I honestly try and use shampoo, but then after a while I find it dries out my hair.
And, then I would switch to co-washes because they aren’t drying to my hair at all. However, I will admit, based upon the formulation of certain co-washes and the products that I would use in my hair, they honestly didn’t cleanse my hair and scalp as well as they should have, and I would incur buildup as a result s d my hair would be noticeably greasy and limp afterwards.
I honestly on my haircare journey haven’t found a shampoo that I absolutely consider a must-have in my regimen all year round, as I am still on the hunt for such, idle it even exists, so this is why, I decided to go back to co-washing my hair but with an actual cleansing conditioner.
Now, when I first tried this product, I wasn’t super wowed by it and stopped using it. However, I decided to give it another try, because I have switched up haircare products tons of times in my hair, so honestly some haircare products are best removed with a shampoo based upon their formulation.
However, I now currently use Innersense Organic Beauty’s I Create Hold as my current styler of choice and i can say that it is 100% water soluble and I can easily remove all of it from my hair with this cowash without any issues.
Now, this product has a tropical coconut type of scent, which I am okay with, as it’s nothing overpowering. It gets my hair and scalp completely clean, and it leaves my hair in a very manageable state afterwards.
My only slight con about this product is that I wish it had a bit more slip to it, which is the only reason why I rated it 4 stars. But, outside of that, I no have major complaints about this product at all and most surely will buy it again.
This is a product that anyone can use on their hair, whether they have straight or textured hair. It does not matter. Cow ashes and cleansing conditioners can be used on all hairtypes and hair textures.
But, you must understand that based upon the ingredients in your products, cowashes will have a tough time removing ingredients that truly need a shampoo to fully remove such from ones hair and scalp.
If you use a product with a silicone or silicones or heavy butters, and/or lots of oils then you need a shampoo to thoroughly remove such from your hair and scalp. Oh, and something that’s very important- when using a cleansing conditioner/cowash to cleanse ones hair with, after applying it to your head and massaging it around for a while let it set within your hair for at least 5 minutes (or even a bit longer) thereafter, before rinsing it out.
Uh, yesssssssssssssssssss! I forgot my sister had bought this for me until she submitted a review but HOLY MOLY! My hair smells aaaaaaaaamazing and after only using it one time it gave my curls something fierce! This is just the CoWash.
There is another similar product specific to curls but if I got what I did with this I fully expect to be blown away with the other product! I only combed through my hair after using in the shower. I didn’t even scrunch it.
Just let it air dry! So sad everyone in my house is in bed and now this fabulous hair can’t be shown off! 😄.

I have low porosity 3a, fine to medium texture hair and I live in the humid Southeast US. I’ve been using the As I Am cowash for a long time, but it caused so much buildup that I had to shampoo more often than I wanted to.
I’ve been using this Mixed Chicks cowash and it makes my hair so shiny and bouncy. I don’t think it has any real chemical cleansers in it, but I don’t use heavy styling products so it’s great for me.
My cowash days are so quick and easy with this, I love love love it.
My daughter is mixed and she is 8 yrs old, I have been trying different products for years and still combing out her hair was impossible. A family member recommended Mixed Chick’s brand so I bought it and after the very first use it was so impressed! We could run our fingers through her hair, we have never been able to do that without using tons of conditioner and even then there were tangles and mats even though I really took care of her hair.
She has not cried or said ouch not one time since we have been using this cowash. This product quite literally changed my daughters life for the better I highly recommend this product!.
I’ve tried a many a co wash I only cowash maybe twice a month. I needed another cowash so I grabbed this one at ulta. I still had some design essential so i did one side with that and when i got to the other side and used the Mixed chickes.
let me tell you this mixed chicks co wash showed out. I could definately tell a difference it melted into my hair, the slip was A1 and my curls were popping and very soft. I have type 4 hair lol I still can’t figure out the texture thing but I think its 4a/4b.
and I though ugh this bottle ain’t going to last ne but I didn’t have to use alot. I like it.

Cleans and conditions normal, dry, damaged and color-treated hair that is wavy, curly or kinky in texture.
This is my go to daily conditioner! My hair is wavy, low density, coarse, and about 50/50 salt and pepper. Once again (Moptop, this is for you!), my only complaint is that it’s hard to obtain a liter bottle and I prefer to buy liters.
They have it on their website, but I can’t find a liter size in stores. I’m a pro in the beauty industry and am spoiled with always being able to obtain back bar sized products. It does exist, it’s just not readily available at my local stores.
Other than that, I have 0 complaints. I’ll continue happily buying the 8 oz size because my hair loves it, curly or straight. It has amazing slip and glide and moisturizes exceedingly well while rinsing clean.
I usually cocktail Leave-In Conditioner with Salon Anti-Frizz Gel. Like it says, “no matter your hair type or texture” it works great. I’ve recently gotten my husband to use it too & he and I are literal opposites on the texture scale he = super fine, I = thick.
It’s taken be several months to find replacement products from using DevaCurl for the past five years. Through much trial and error, I finally found Mop Top. I have 3a fine curl hair, which is thin in density.
A little goes a long way for my hair texture, so I can see this leave-in conditioner lasting me a while. It is lightweight and has great slip. After using this then the curly hair custard for styling products, I have noticed a huge and positive difference in my hair.
It curled more than it has in the last four-five months, gave me great definition, and barely any frizz. I also had more volume because it’s so lightweight yet hydrating.
Made with love. Born in Brooklyn. Your dream hair starts with the perfect cleanser that won’t leave hair begging for moisture or full of tangled tresses. Improves softness. Prevents frizz. Contains shea. Made in USA.
This is an amazing product! Having used other cleansing conditioners in the past, I can say this is one of the best. I have an oily scalp – and it actually does very well. The trick lies in a few simple details: – don’t forget to SCRUB your roots (not with your fingerNAILs but with you fingerTIPS).
Give yourself a good scalp massage – this is great for hair growth as well! – LEAVE the cleanser in. It feels like conditioner so it’s tempting for those of us with oily hair to have it touch the scalp.
But it actually does soak up the oil so you’re left with a clean feeling at the end – DON’t use this everyday of the week and expect perfect hair. I still use regular conditioner/shampoo every 3 or 4 washes.
This is a must for those with oily hair. and dandruffy hair. Because dandruff, believe it or not, gets worse with oil Pair with the styling lotion – it does a great job of keeping curls bouncy. As an Asian with coarse, oily, wavy hair – I never thought I could use a cleansing conditioner.
But after using this for most washes for ~3 weeks, my hair is a lot less unruly and frizzy. And a nice bonus is that it actually tends to get LESS oily between washes – partly bceause I’m not stripping my natural oils from my scalp and hair everyday!.
This product line was cool at first but after trying the shampoo and the conditioner (purple vanilla ) i bought the leave in spray and the hair milk …. It makes my hair very dry …. ESPECIALLY THE HAIR MILK I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR Very curly hair textured heads.
I have the hair milk in now and it turned it hard , and very dry feels stringy.
I love this stuff. It has helped my hair so much. I sometimes use Carol’s Daughter Rhassoul Clay, For Overworked Over-Washed Hair, 12 fl oz (moisturizing shampoo) when I feel like I need extra cleaning but the co-wash milk cleansing conditioner works well on its own too.
It is not too thick or heavy so it works like a shampoo for curly/wavy girls better than using traditional shampoo. It is recommended to use a leave-in conditioner after using this to hold in the moisture.
Then use ur regular styling products. I feel like the health of my hair and curls have improved greatly.

This product is great when you need a mild, moisturizing cleanse. It removed my buildup from the week before but left my hair soft and moisturized. I use this every other week alternating with a moisturizing shampoo and also a clarifying shampoo.
I highly recommend giving this product a try. I will be purchasing this product again.

Made with natural and certified organic ingredients. Coconut oil hydrates and protects hair while reducing breakage. Silk protein smooths hair for a soft, silky feel. Neem oil controls frizz while adding brilliant shine.
Best detangler for kids I have ever used. It has excellent ingredients that provide really good slip for combing through long tangled hair. I love that it’s not just a ton of glycerin with a fruity scent that leaves the hair feeling sticky without actually helping detangle like most detanglers for kids do.
I should add my kids have straight hair of varying density and thickness, but it works for all of them. I’m familiar with Shea Moisture because I have wavy hair, but I’m telling you this product works on multiple textures.
I even use it on my own sometimes. I hope Shea Moisture continues to make this product forever and that Target carries it in the stores as well as online. I recently bought two bottles online because my local store didn’t have it in stock and Shea Moisture has a habit of introducing great products and then discontinuing them.
Everyone please buy this so they keep it around, haha! It really works, has no toxic ingredients, and smells great.

I never leave reviews. At all, it’s tedious but this right here is so awesome!!!! I just have to gush about it. I’ve been using this for about 2+ years and it has helped my hair so much!!! I have wavy hair and recently went back to my blonde balayage (used to be dark brunette).
I used like 2 products to help me detangle my brittle hair after every wash and this one by far has been THEE BEST one I’ve used. It leaves my hair very soft so that I can comb through it. It seems like it untangles my knots LOL I spray it on after I wash my hair without fail.
It’s a routine now and without it idk what I’d do! Also, very important, it DOES NOT LEAVE YOUR HAIR GREASY. Which is a PLUS for me since I’m always working out my hair gets greasy after 2 days. Hope this helps!.
Experience the gold standard in moisture, with Pantene Pro-V Gold Series Deep Hydrating Co-Wash. Thoughtfully developed by Scientists and perfected by Stylists, every bottle of our paraben-free, sulfate-free, and dye-free formula is infused with Argan Oil.
It’s gentle on hair, delivering a moisturized feel that restores strength against damage and protects natural oils essential for hair health. Use in place of Gold Series Shampoo and Conditioner system in-between washes.
In my opinion, Pantene has been a horrible excuse for an industry-standard brand. Their basic old-school formulas leave film on your hair and simply don’t work. However, the Pantene Gold Series, sulfate free, is quite possibly the best line of products on the market for hydration, shine, and restoration of hair.
The detangling milk is the best anti-frizz detangler shine-inducing product on the market. I am so impressed with Pantene Gold Series that I will clear any store out of the kits and give them as gifts.
I am often met with women and men who have had the same amazing results. Use any one of the Pantene Gold Series Products and in some way, you will have restored your hair.
After trying one of their hair mask packets and failing to find the full size in my local stores, I decided to try this Gold Series co-wash with similar ingredients. As with the other Gold Series product, I saw an IMMEDIATE difference.
My hair is softer, less frizzy, and I feel like it’s producing less oil? I’ve always had an oily hair problem, and washing too often or using too much dry shampoo makes it worse. I’ve somehow been able to almost completely forego my dry shampoo as I’ve not had nearly as many “oily days.
” I do use this alongside other Pantene products, and honestly the more I try the more I want to switch completely over to their Gold Series line. My hair has always been a frizzy, damaged, unmanageable disaster and I’ve never found any products (salon or otherwise) that help me without worsening the problem prior to this.
I could do without the citrus smell but that’s personal preference really. I really recommend this for anyone with damaged or frizzy hair.
LOVE this stuff. I started using it about 1. 5 years ago when someone gave me a few bottles. Its now a regular. I have always had a sensitive scalp (like HAD to use $40 shampoo) so I was worried about how this would do but it has been great! I know everyone is different but for me I wash with shampoo every 3rd time.
So I cowash twice then shampoo. It is the only wash my hair feels like it retains moisture. It leaves my hair SO soft and workable. Even with the expensive shampoo/conditioner, my hair still feels less hydrated on shampoo days.
Also, my hair ALWAYS feels, looks, and smells clean after using this product. My only regret is not finding this product until I was 27. So many years of questionable hair. 😂.
Alikay Naturals Cowash Me Cleansing Conditioner For Kinky, Curly, Wavy, Straight Hair, Essential oil that breaks down undesirable buildup and residue at the scalp and rootsFills cracks of hair cuticle to repair damage, hydrates hair from inside out, Encourages hair growth by stimulating blood flow in scalp, Soften hairs and helps moisture loss to improve hair hydration level.
I absolutely love this! It is very moisturizing, it smells great, and it can be used for detangling hair as well as a cleanser. It was gentle enough for my two year olds hair. It is a bit pricey but the product is good and full of all natural ingredients this 8oz bottle less than me and my daughter for at least 4 months.
Smells absolutely amazing 😍😍 I use this on my daughters hair. she is mixed and needs products to help retain moisture bc she has a mix between my texture and her daddy’s and not only does it smell like heaven but it keeps her hair soft and detangled.

This is one of my favorite brands of shampoo. It aroma is very pleasant and the lather is always up to par. I started using this brand after a friend referred it to me and I haven’t used another since.
I have locs and this shampoo keeps mine and my boyfriend’s hair feeling like a million bucks after each wash. There’s no residue leftover and my hair doesn’t feel dry. I highly recommend.
I didn’t like this product for my tightly coiled hair. It honestly did nothing for my hair. Compared to others, I believe it could be the ingredients. The smell of the product was fine and part of why it received 3 stars.
I was disappointed, but I’m sure it’ll work for other hair types.
I currently need use this product as of today. It has left my hair shiny ans easy to manage. It’s best for a dry l scalpnwhen followed by a moisturizer. It compares to the other brands depending on the hair preference of choice.
This is a sulfate free hair care product formulated with natural ingredients which nourish and remove dirt and grime without stripping your hair of its natural oils. It provides nourishing hydration to dry, damaged.
I was using the Kristen Ess co wash (not clean!) before this and this is far superior. I have recently become a lot more conscious about the ingredients in my products and I have 3B/3C curls. That Kristen Ess co wash was like any other conditioner but they just packaged it as a co wash.
You can actually tell this Shea moisture product is unique and has its own qualities. It’s not quite a shampoo nor is it quite a conditioner… It is somewhat in between. I felt that it was so effective in removing buildup simply by massaging it into my scalp for a few minutes.
To start, this conditioner is in my opinion the best smelling, detangling miracle I have ever used. I have THREE daughters 1 with thick wavy small s curl patterned hair I think 3c. 1 with thick wavy big s curl patterned hair and 1 with literally a mix of both top half of her hair has med s curls and the back has small s curls.
And they all have a coarse patch right on the top middle of their heads, smh. I said all of that because THIS conditioner softens, smooths, absolutely detangles and has a lasting scent for a few days.
I looove this stuff and the funny thing is I have never tried on my hair. I have other Shea moisture favs for my hair. But PLEEASE give moms like me a larger bottle, a leave-in spray or cream for styling, and maybe a serum for moisture and shine.
Please, and I look forward to something new in that scent I’m hopeful.
Joico Color Therapy Co-Wash preserves your gorgeous color and nourishes each strand with every wash. Nourishing argan oil and Joico’s exclusive hair protectant system delivers unparalleled shine and smoothness.
This shampoo gives you three more times the color protection than other co wash products and locks in color until your next visit at the salon. Joico products contain the finest and most beneficial ingredients in the world; orchid oil from Asia and shea butter from Africa.
I have very fine and somewhat limp curly hair that’s easily weighed down and gets greasy at the roots and very dry at the ends. I’ve tried a few co-washes which left my hair feeling greasy or weighed down.
I have long loved the Joico K-Pak so I thought I’d give this a go. This co-wash is completely different creature to the other ones I’ve tried – it’s very light, but leaves my hair feeling properly cleaned but not dry, or weighed down.
I’ve only used it once so the jury is out on the long term, but I think I may have found my product! If I can get away with just this instead of two products (Shamp and Con) then I will be absolutely thrilled.
I am not typically a review person, nor am I one to go with the trends and do “no poo. ” I tried Wen for a while as I do LOVE to color my hair, and self admittedly love to go with red/burgundy/violet undertones that never, ever stay.
Ever. Cool water and sulfate free shampoo and conditioner every few days will work but my hair is thin and gets greasy and I don’t want that. I bout Joico Co+Wash Color with minimal expectations. Honestly–I love a gimmick—mousse I can play with in the shower? Um, yep, sign me up for that! I have medium/long hair (about mid-back) and find I need about a golf ball size dollop if not a little bigger, rub together, make sure my hair is wet, then massage into roots, and use the rest like conditioner.
The massaging into the roots is the *biggest* advice I can give. Seriously. If you don’t and have greasy hair like I do, it will remain greasy and you’ll have washed your hair for nothing. Also, if it matters–and let’s be honest, it does–it smells amazing, but isn’t overly powerful on the scent.
It smells clean and fresh without giving you a headache. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone not yet willing (or wanting!) to go no-poo but still wanting something less damaging on their hair. It’s been a week for my hair and I can tell a huge difference.
I’ve gotten at least a half dozen comments in the last 3-4 days alone.
First of all I would like to thank everyone for their reviews. I normally have thick wavy hair but I recently lost a lot of weight and at 47 menopausal so a double whammy. My hair has been coming out nonstop I constantly pick hair off my clothes.
I have been extremely careful handling my hair no brushing no chem treatments. just trying to baby it. I lose so much while washing that it was alarming so I decided to try this since it seemed to help one reviewer with dry hair which I also noticed.
This stuff is amazing! It’s whipped and I do the double cleanse like the other reviews stated while leaving the second one on for 5 mins. This leaves my hair feeling clean and moisturized not dry feeling or stripped like shampoo.
I also noticed that I’m not losing clumps of hair in the shower like I did before. There really isn’t one bad thing I can say about this. I will keep using and see how the long term results are and will repost.
Just when you thought you couldn’t add one more thing to your calendar, we figured out a way to take something off. With one-stop washing, Moisture Co+Wash not only merges shampoo and conditioner into a conveniently single maneuver, but actually infuses dry, brittle hair with the kind of nourishing ingredients you normally get from a deep-conditioning treatment.
Plus, we threw in a cool dispensing system that puts a dollop of this sulfate-free, ultra-rich, aerated cream into the palm of your hand a dollop that’s half the size of other two-in-one shampoos. With Co+Wash, just a tiny bit will give you slip.
Perfect choice for: Dry, brittle, or undernourished hair of any type or texture. Co+Wash actually reduces breakage by up to 59 percent.
I used this product for the first time tonight. It smells good and left my hair very clean and healthy looking after the blow out. I hope i wake up with the same result. I have used Unwash bio wash conditioning cleanser as well and got the same results as the Joico.
This is a lot easier on the pocket book. If you don’t like scents, use the Unwash, you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely buy this again. I hope to cut down traditional washing and conditioning all together.
I probably used too much the first time around, but it didn’t leave my hair feeling heavy or looking greasy like others do if you use too much. I highly recommend both products.
First, I love how this co-wash with so much slip simply cleans and detangles my natural hair. It is a double threat when used with my Denman brush it destroys any knots and tangles leaving me with great results.
The smell is not the greatest but what I’m looking for is the softest, smoothest, and tangle-free best results and with this co-wash that is exactly what I got! This is a five start product for soft hair results.
I recommend this product highly it is always on my list when buying hair care products. You are always left with perfectly soft and smooth results.
The smell is phenomenal! I look forward to wash day just to smell this cowash. But even more importantly than that my hair is so healthy on this! My curls are more defined even without any additional products or styling.
My hair is so much softer. My hair feels so so healthy since starting this cowash.
This conditioner reminds me of being a teenager. When I was in my teens they constantly had those really overdone Pantene commercials. I used this product for at least a year. It is a good solid product that delivers everything that you expect from a bottle of conditioner.
First of all I’m not sure why but the Pantene bottles last like three months they put so much product in one giant bottle. Also the price is wonderful. You can often times clip a coupon out of the Sunday newspaper ads that make it even more affordable.
Now that I’m a grown woman and know the difference between a salon conditioner and a drug store conditioner I have obviously moved on to bigger and better things. It’s a good conditioner for someone on a budget but it is not the best out there.
It’s one of the better drug store brands but not the best. My husband likes to use it because he likes the way it smells. It does a decent job at making your hair soft and shiny. I wouldn’t say its a deep conditioner by any means but it is a good solid product.
Gently cleanses curls and the scalp to avoid product build up while a unique blend of natural butters and oils provide deep moisture. Made with 100% Pure Shea Butter and formulated without harsh Ingredients, Cantu for Natural hair restores your real, authentic beauty.
Embrace your curly, kinky, or wavy hair with Cantu for Natural Hair. No mineral oil, sulfates, parabens, silicone, phthalates, gluten, paraffin, propylene, paba or dea.
This product changed my life. Before I found out about Cantu, I had heat damaged, dry, lifeless hair AND I was spending $15-20 on ineffective products, hoping something would help me like my hair. Then I found this online and decided to give it a try.
I’m so happy I did because it gave me so much confidence in my 3c/4a curls! Figuring out my routine with it took some trial and error- I find that watering this down in the less curly areas and applying while my hair is still dripping wet in small sections makes my hair much bouncier and more defined.
I also scrunch after it air dries. Everything else I use is also in the Cantu line, so the smell is very consistent (I get lots of compliments!)Love this! Will buy it forever! I went from a stylist telling me my hair felt like straw to my stylist telling me it feels super soft and moisturized! (Buy it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond with a coupon- it’s much cheaper that way).
I love this product and bought extra as a gift for someone. But the way they were packaged together with sellotape ripped all the writing and information off so it doesn’t look like a new product. I was then unable to give any of them as a gift.
Which was disappointing. I can and will still use them for myself as I love love love this co-wash. So it’s not a bad thing. Just maybe package them in an alternative way. Like no sellotape x.
I love this stuff because it doesn’t strip your hair. It cleanses the hair gently without taking to much natural oil. I love the lather , very bubbly. It gets the job done and cleanses the hair thoroughly.
I like to use this for my afro texture children. It’s better to use a good co wash instead of shampoo. This one doesn’t disappoint.
Conditioner is an important step in co-washing, as it helps to hydrate and detangle the hair. It is important to choose a conditioner that is specifically designed for co-washing, as this will help to ensure that your hair is getting the nutrients it needs.
