Best Cold Lunches For Work (2024 Updated)

I had a set of these previously and I really liked them. They fit a lunchbox nicely, were easy to clean, good size, and lasted over 2 years after near daily use before needing to be replaced. I bought these and the quality has really gone down from the last set.

Upon opening, one of the bases was already cracked. Then, after only one use another of the plastic bases had a piece break off. You can even feel the plastic is more brittle than the previous version.

Disappointing decline in quality and I would have been better off purchasing something that will last longer (especially if I have to use plastic). Will be looking for something else in the future.

We have used these “3 compartment containers” for a long time for our elementary-aged kids. There is a lot of space in the main compartment and best of all-everything stays where it should. The dry-snacks like chips or goldfish dont “migrate”the other compartments like they do in another brands.

Easy to clean and stack also!.

I love it! This was exactly what I wanted. I have been packing cheese in one section, meat in another, a cut up apple in another and almonds in the last. This works great none of them touch and the juices do not run.

I love it so much I am getting another pack so I can make a snack pack for the whole week. Thank you!.

I absolutely adore this bag! I’ve had some crappy lunch bags before, but this one rocks! I never write reviews unless I feel strongly about something. This is sturdy, I’ve opened and closed the zippers a zillion times and it never snags, lots of room, waterproof, holds a LOT of stuff, my big thermos, highly recommend.

The price was cheap compared to the quality of this bag. You won’t be sorry. I’m not.

good heavy duty zipper. It has course teeth making it rugged and easy to open and close. Pockets and 2 fishnet pouches are also pretty rugged. Cold items stay cold for quite awhile even in the cab of a truck with the heat going.

One main con; The bottom is soft inside. No stiff liner for support of drink bottles. I doubled up a piece of cardboard and zipped it in a bag for waterproofing to line the bottom. Works pretty good.

It should have had a 1/8″ thick hard plastic plate. All in all. A very good quality lunchbox. Very roomy. Only one set of the pictures show that it also has a center carry handle on the lid as well as the adjustable shoulder strap.

This too is rugged.

This is the 3rd lunch bag I have purchased since school started. It is by far the best one. I got it for my 10 year old boy that refuses to eat school lunches. After a month or so of 5 day a week use it still looks new.

The zippers are not getting stuck and none of the stitching has started coming loose like the others. We were impressed with how much it holds without looking too big for a child or being bulky. It is plenty big enough inside for him to take both lunch and snack in along with his drinks for both.

His drinks stay cold all day. His ice pack is still cold when he gets home after school. Cold drink mid afternoon on a hot day? That’s quite impressive! I honestly was not expecting the quailty to be as good as it is or for it to last very long for the price I paid.

I’ve spent a lot more on much poorer quality lunch bags.

I bought this for my daughter for school last year. We take good care of our things and she is one of the cleanest kids I’ve ever seen. I was very disappointed in the exterior of the lunchbox. I wiped it clean every day after school with water and a paper towel and followed the instructions to wash it more deeply as needed, but it came home each day looking worse and worse.

The material also scratched very easily. In preparation for next year, I did a comparison of the insulation capabilities to another, much less expensive, lunchbox and at the end of a 5 hour test, the results on the thermometer for each lunchbox were the exact same.

For the test, I used the same thermometer, same ice pack, and same contents. The only change was the lunchbox itself. This lunchbox is also much heavier than our comparison lunch box. I would not recommend paying the extra money for this particular lunchbox, because I can’t see where the value is.

I am a huge fan of other hydroflask products, and I’m so thankful for the company, but this product does need some refinement.

I bought this to keep cold lunches (sandwiches, sliced apples, cold chicken tenders) cold while working outside as a summer gardener. The food stayed cold for an hour or two then quickly became warm.

When working outside one would expect several hours of cold preservation. Not with this product. In fact, after the cold contents were no longer cold, the lunch box actually began to absorb heat, making any leftovers warm after 3 hours of being outside.

I am really disappointed considering the cost and anticipation of the product. Better insulation or the ability to freeze the box would make this product better. I’ve now got an expensive and useless lunch box that sits in the closet – barely after 3 uses.

I really wanted to love these lunchboxes. I bought them for my kids after a long search for a great, classic-looking, monotone lunchbox. I was super excited to get them from Hydro Flask, a company I know makes great products.

The lunchboxes are good, but NONE of the plastic lunch box inserts from any of the major companies fit inside (rubbermaid, Bentgo, etc). Very frustrating since I feel like a lot of people like to use those, especially for kids.

If this were just a CM bigger in either direction it would be perfect. It’s also a little more shallow than I expected inside, but that was not a deal breaker. They also seem like they would get dirty very easily and would be difficult to wash.

I bought Baldwin Boxer lunchboxes for my two adult daughters. They are so cute! They look like little purses. I filled them with goodies and gave them to them as “Easter baskets. ” My daughters were delighted.

The only downside is that the lunchboxes are not very deep, so, although they can hold quite a bit, you might have to buy some new containers to fit inside. I bought cream lunchboxes, because the dimensions in the description online were larger than the other colors, but the cream ones I got were just the same size as the other colors.

Overall, though, I was very pleased with the purchase.

This is such a well designed roomy lunchbox. I have been trying to bring my lunch to work and this lunchbox is so “fancy” that it makes whatever I have feel more elegant. If presentation matters to you where food is concerned this makes the most boring leftovers or brown bag lunch feel special.

You lunch is a treat to open up. Super happy with this purchase. This bag makes me want to pack and bring a lunch! The outside pocket is great for my breakfast or snack bar. The inner pocket keeps my small items from being crushed by my larger items.

This lunchbox has kept my lunch cool even with a small ice pack. It holds a variety of sized items and is easy to load and unload. Makes packing and clean up easy. Other lunch sacks seem to be a dark hole when trying to clean or to tiny to use for most lunches I want to pack.

I have the blue alligator pattern, that has held up well in the past few weeks I have owned it. The waterborne strap is awesome! Helps me stay hydrated, but not having to juggle a ton of stuff. I have an extra large bottle that hangs over the edges a little, but not in a way that makes the bag difficult to carry, nor crushed my lunch.

Although this lunch bag is nice to look at, the quality, ability to maintain a cool temperature, and durability of the material are all poor. We considered returning it, only to learn the company only accepts returns in new and unused condition.

How are you suppose to know how a product functions before even taking it out of the package? Have several other low cost big box store bags that kept lunch much much cooler and had more room. Even purchased their branded ice pack, so can’t say I’m using something that’s inferior ice wise.

I’ll pass on anymore of their products and would not recommend.

We have owned several bentgo boxes, starting with the bentgo kid. What I love about them is it makes packing lunch easy. The kids know, one section holds their protein, one their fruit, one their vegetable and one their grain.

It makes me confident that they can pack their own lunch and get a well balanced diet. The bentgo kids was the perfect size for kindergarten and below, but as we started to try to stuff whole sandwiches into it over time it eventually did crack and break.

So definitely size up rather than stuff it! Bentgo was great though and they do stand behind them for 2 years and replaced it since it was just under 2 years (they definitely aren’t flimsy but kids are tough on things!).

I love the bentgo fresh as it has plenty of room for my 2-4th graders, I even have been know to pack them more than they can eat in it. There have been 2 issues with the bentgo fresh, one has been the hinge on both of the two we own eventually broke when dropped just at the right angle.

Luckily my husband was able to fix both with baking soda and super glue which made me happy they didn’t end up in the land fill (I am sure bentgo would have helped us out with a replacement). And one of them has been going strong for over a year with this fix (the other was dropped recently).

To avoid this problem I am trying out the bentgo pop for my 3rd child. The hinges seem to be protected here so hopefully we won’t have to worry about them. And the second problem has been the dividers getting thrown away.

I love the divider and it seems to fit very snuggly, but somehow my children find a way to not come home with them. I do not know if they bang their food out when emptying them and they fall out, but unfortunately bentgo does not sell replacements.

Hopefully they will change this as they already sell replacements for utensils and other parts that easily wander away. Overall we have really enjoyed ours, they make school lunches easy and are great for traveling (car or plane) as they easily sit in their lap.

Hopefully my review helps others avoid a few of the hassles we had along the way!.

I got two of these to pack my daughter’s lunches in, and they are very good. They are sturdy and well made and it’s nice to have the different compartments. I would recommend them. That being said, there are a lot of areas where there could be minor improvements.

– The removable tray is dishwasher safe but the outer shell does not say that it is dishwasher safe. However the lid does come in contact with the food. This means that you still have to hand wash something.

You could put the outer shell in the dishwasher anyway but with the top and bottom attached together it is quite large. – The two clasps do not guide themselves into place, you have to press down on the lid so it is fully closed before snapping the clasps.

If you do not, they will go above the snap point and do nothing (though they will look closed). We often end up with one clasp properly locked and the other above the snap point. – The removable tray has “pockets” on both sides, obviously on the main side for the food but also on the reverse side as an effect of the manufacturing process.

This means that no matter which way you put it in the dishwasher, water (and food gunk) will fill up one set of pockets. – The way the external clamshell is designed the removable tray can almost fit in the bottom or the top or it can even almost fit rotated around, but the box will only close if the tray is in the 1 correct position.

This means that in the morning when you’re getting lunch packed and feeding kids breakfast, you have a 1 in 4 chance of getting the tray in the right way on your first try.

I recently purchased a two pack of the green/navy ice pack kid boxes. Although the ice pack is an amazing idea, I feel that there is a major design flaw. With both of my boxes the inner compartment (Ice pack and lunch tray) do not clip securely into the outer box.

We have a few bentgo boxes without ice packs and these always click in and never move around. I feel that this is because the lunch tray in the ice pack model is much thinner than in the original bentgo boxes and can bend and therefore pop out easily.

The fact that things do not stay clicked in also makes securing the lunch box closed challenging. The latch also pops open super easily. On a few occasions my daughter’s lunch has ended up all over her back pack which as you can imagine is very stressful for a kindergartener.

We have never had these concerns with our other bentgo boxes. Maybe with older kids these concerns would not be a problem. But for a 3 and 5 year old these concerns are difficult to overcome. I really wanted to love the ice pack boxes but given my many concerns the convenience is just not worth it.

The orginal Bentgo lunch box is far better quality in my opinion. Customer service was great! They understood my concerns and rectified the situation quickly.

I purchased these because I purchased the Bentgo and Bentgo lunch box. They are slim, freeze quickly, stay frozen for several hours, easy to clean and durable. I thought they would break easy bc they’re so slim but nope, these things hold up.

They give you 4 in the pack. We use them for my daughters Bentgo but you could use them in any lunchbox. My favorite feature is the fact they’re so slim and don’t take up a ton of space. I can literally fit two of these, Bentgo and a cup in my daughters Bentgo lunch box plus snacks.

Even if you don’t have a Bentgo lunch box, these will be great especially for kid lunchboxes.

So far I am very pleased with my new lunch cooler! It’s only had one week of use so far, but I wanted to leave a review to point out what I like about it and strongly suggest one way Yeti could make it an even better product.

I had a hard time choosing between the Daytrip Lunch Box and the Daytrip Lunch Bag, but ended up choosing this one because of the more rigid construction offering better protection of whatever is inside, the zip closure, and the “lip” feature it has around the top edge that essentially provides a little tray surface if you have no table to eat at and just want to put the Lunch Box in your lap as a dining surface.

I work outdoors in my job teaching nature programs, so I wanted something a little more rugged than your typical “office worker” lunch bags/coolers you can buy at any old store; this one is much more suited to dragging around on the trails for my work or play, because as I said, you don’t even need a table to eat at if you have it, and also because it has a water-resistant exterior and won’t get soaked in a passing shower.

I love the multiple handles to carry it too, and another smart feature is the magnets that help keep the lid in place! The Yeti Thin Ice products aren’t currently in stock, so I haven’t used it with those, but I have been using my old random ice packs from other brands and they fit in just fine.

My one suggestion to make it even better is that I would LOVE to have this lunch box come with a removable shoulder strap. I actually bought the Large Rambler Bottle Sling along with this (in matching Alpine Yellow), and that product does come with a removable shoulder strap.

I tried that strap on this Lunch Box (attaching it to the two side handles), and it works great. I contacted Yeti customer service to see if they could send me another of the Bottle Sling straps so I could keep one on my Bottle Sling and one on my Lunch Box, but when the kind customer service representative looked into it, she found that Yeti doesn’t *currently* have replacement Bottle Sling straps available.

If Yeti were able to offer replacement Bottle Sling straps in the future (or offer them for this product specifically), it would make the Daytrip Lunch Box even easier to carry with you out on the trails.

I purchased these lunch boxes for my high schoolers a few months ago. Now that they have been using them for some time, there is a notable design flaw that I wish I had been made aware of. Although the bags are nice and compact and can be easily attached to their back packs with carabiners, the bags are incredibly difficult to clean inside.

No matter what position you place the bag (on its side, upside down, standing straight up), the top automatically closes onto its magnet. This makes cleaning the inside difficult because it renders it nearly impossible to stay open for drying.

Trust me, it will drive you nuts after trying to clean them if you use them regularly, as my boys do for school. (Also, the bag capacity feels much smaller than the Yeti lunch box. ) If you are on the fence whether to buy the bag or the box, 10/10 recommend the box.

The bag needs to have the design flaw fixed.

The Yeti lunch box is awful, this Yeti lunch bag is great; I bought two along with two Yeti ice. How it works best for me is, first place your Yeti ice at the bottom of the bag when empty while you get your lunch/food items ready.

When you’re ready to pack your food then take your Yeti ice out and place your boxier food container(s) at the bottom, then your Yeti ice, then place the rest of your food items on top of that to evenly distribute the cold.

There are reasons for this: 1) this way you’re also pre-cooling the bag, and 2) you keep the bag from sweating on the bottom. It’s happened twice where I’ve placed the Yeti ice directly on the bottom of the lunch bag then found sweating on the bottom exterior of the material.

I think the sweating can happen because the bottom exterior is a harder material which may be prone to getting cooler when the Yeti ice is placed directly on the inside bottom of the bag. I keep my Yeti lunch bag on my window sill at work so having the bag out like that and with the bottom of it getting very cold, it just causes sweating.

Fortunately the sweating wasn’t a problem since I hadn’t placed the lunch bag on any paperwork. My husband keeps his Yeti lunch bag in the refrigerator at his work so he doesn’t have the bag sweating problem.

The best way to avoid external sweating is to first pre-cool the bag then place your food items inside, then place your Yeti ice on top. I find this works best because cold also flows downward. Like is said, I keep my Yeti lunch bag on the window sill by my desk (I just don’t like going to the refrigerator since sometimes there’s food on surfaces or people can touch your bag or move it around, I just don’t that) and after I have my lunch and snacks, I end up with just a cold Yeti ice in the otherwise empty bag which means that at times there’s sweating on the inside of the bag.

I’m just careful when I get home to place the Yeti ice back in the freezer for the next day and dry off the inside of the Yeti lunch bag then I also leave the top open just make sure it’s dried out fully.

Like I said, this is what I’ve found works best for me since I keep my lunch bag out and since I’m in the Bay Area we don’t have any air conditioning in our building and we keep the windows open; also I don’t use the refrigerator.

My husband stores his Yeti lunch bag in the refrigerator at his work and he doesn’t have the sweating issues with his bag at all. I bought the gray bag for myself and the navy for him and we love the durability of the material, how you can adjust the bag to accommodate the size of your food container(s).

Also, a 6-pack fits perfectly in the bag. The problem at times can be with the hook which goes into a loop to close. Sometimes closing the bag is a challenge when you can’t get the hook through the loop you want.

Otherwise, I love this lunch bag; it works great and I can keep it by my desk. One suggestions though, a Yeti strap to carry the bag over your shoulder would be nice; the bag already has two loops on top for a strap so I’m ready to purchase when one is available.

Very good, modular design. Nice colour too. Perfect for mostly cold lunches. Bad points: Main case isn’t microwaveable. Limiting hot meal size. Lids are not microwaveable. So lunches with a sauce are hard to microwave without making a mess.

Both compartments should have leakproof and microwaveable lids. Should offer a bundle with the ice pack.

Love those lunchboxes. Brought this for my little one as he likes to take his own lunch at school. I have one of these for my oldest he has it for over a year now and its still working and looking nice.

Great product. This one has very convenient inserts, I just love those. It is a smaller lunchbox takes just half lunch bag.

I bought the box thinking it would look pretty in my bento lunch box prep video on Instagram. When the piece was delivered to me it was super huge, beautiful and the color was spot on! I think this bento box has started a movement, if not for anyone else, but for me! I can’t wait to dress many more bento meal preps in my box! My old soft side lunch box was in need of a replacement after many years of use and I was looking for a replacement. I saw this Coleman Bckroads lunch box and it was perfect. I love the rugged yet stylish look of the waxed canvas exterior construction.

The inside was well insulated with TempLock insulation. I tested this and it kept my food and drinks cold for atleast 4 hours. I like the welded and easy wiping plastic liner inside. There was a mesh pocket on the lid that was great as it allowed me to place my cold pack.

I was also able to hold my utensils and granola bars here. The handle was strong and padded. This allowed for comfortable handing of the lunch box. I highly recommend this Coleman Bckroads lunch box if you are in the market for a strong, durable and well insulated lunch box!.

Coleman Backroads Lunch Box in grey is great. This lunch box is small and compact yet very roomy. Holds plenty of goodies and keeps them a good temperature for a good period of time. Easy to take on the go and the lunch box is pretty durable.

It’s been great for taking to work and would definitely be great for taking on my fishing, hiking, camping and hunting trips. I would definitely recommend this lunch box to anyone who needs a good lunch box for on the go.

Clean thoroughly after each use.

My son loves his snacks and so we started making sure we always have snacks ready if we are out or in his back pack, and having a container that holds his snacks and keeps them from getting crushed is a must.

For starters this holds a good amount of snacks, I usually pack him some fruits and veggies and then something sweet or chips and this holds those both with room to spare most of the time. I like that the container is pretty much marked to where the lid fits into the container so you don’t overfill and crush what you put into the container and with the lid snapping into place the lids closes tight so if you have something like yogurt or dips it doesn’t leak.

I think my favorite part of this container is the moveable section divider so you can fit your snacks in better or it comes out completely for bigger snacks or you could even fit a sandwich or two in there as well.

Cleaning wise I have been just throwing it in the dish washer but if you need it right away you can throw some dish soap and water put the lid on and shake it really well to clean. Over all I’m very happy with this container and will definitely be getting more in the future.

I was lucky enough to find the Packitdev Mod Snack Bento container just in time for strawberry shortcake season! We are a family that eats strawberry shortcake for the whole of strawberry season but the problem is if we pack it to go it either ends up soggy and gross or we have to carry too many containers.

Not anymore! The Mod Snack Bento containers have a genius divider that keeps the strawberries separate from the shortcake until you are ready to combine them! Of course we use our Mod Bento containers for everything but the way our strawberry shortcake travels now is definitely our favorite use.

I really like that I can design and change the little sections for different food. However, the only reason I purchased this is because it said it’s designed to fit the Pack It bags and boxes but it doesn’t.

It might fit some but the particular Pack It bag I have it barely fits in the bag length wise to close the outer Velcro and will not allow the interior Velcro to close which is the purpose of the bag.

to stay closed to keep the food cold. I’m pretty frustrated because I’ve searched for a container with a divider that would fit and found this that claims it fits and spent money on it to only find out it doesn’t fit either.

Nice box but if you’re getting it specifically to fit in the Pack It lunch bag the interior closure won’t close.

I wrote a review about this 4 years ago. We are still using the same lunch box and I’ve purchased 3 more as my 4 kids started school. I love love love it. As a teacher, I appreciate the ease of it. Children know what to eat when, and it promotes healthier eating since you can’t stuff it with wrapped goodies.

It’s the easiest lunch box doesn’t take up too much space (please don’t put it in another lunch box; I don’t know why people do that). They are easier to open now as my first review my son had a hard time closing the box.

But the new version is very easy. Cleaning is a breeze. I hand wash it always. The washing machine ruins things and these are pricey. Some may argue for the price it should be dishwasher dryer safe, but as with everything nothings made to last so I take the time to handle with care.

With 4 boys I’d rather pay a higher price for higher quality knowing they can use their hand me downs and it’s still in good condition. These are worth the price and the option to switch up hot and cold foods sold me too.

We currently own two of these lunch box already, one V1 and one V2. This is my 3rd purchase for this lunch box as I wanted to replace one of the v1 for the V2. Compared to the V1 it has improved a lot.

The cover is easier to open, the thermos fit anyway instead of the perfect fit required for the V1. Most importantly the rubber seal has Changed so that nothing is trapped in between to creat mold. It take very little time to clean and dry now.

It is such a time saver and worth the money to replace the V1. I love that they don’t need an additional outer layer bag to put their lunch box in. The lunch box is big enough to carry all their snacks and lunch for the day.

The kids love the lunch box and are so proud to carry it around.

I bought this for my extremely picky eater and it’s given us so many more options for her school packed lunch. I always make sure to warm the thermos part with boiling water first as that really helps to keep the food warm until lunch.

She’s had pasta dishes, rice dishes and thick soups so far. The lunch box as a whole can hold a good amount of food and I also bought the silicone snack pots which are great as they’re leak proof so you can use them for things like yoghurts.

It definitely worth the money and I’d definitely recommend. My only negative is that’s it’s a little chunkier/heavier than our other lunch boxes.

Size is perfect! Fits sandwich box, ice block(whatever you want to call it), two small snack containers & small milk. This design also has a mesh pocket that works great for napkins & utensils. Ooh and can’t forget about the snap buckle on the handle.

Love this feature for when the backpack is to full you can just clip on the out of the pack.

I got this bag because I needed a low profile lunch bag to fit in my backpack. This bag fit the bill and has enough room for a large tupperware container and a few small snacks. However, the zipper quality is less than desirable and often catches.

The fabric around the zipper has also started fraying. Otherwise, good lunch bag.

The lunchbox is better than I expected! The size is perfect for an individual and the material is wonderful. Overall, the quality and build is great. Highly recommend.

The Packit Freezable Snack Box is very “cool” literally! We got the modern triangle print and it’s vibrant in color which make it super easy to locate in my beach bag with all the other kids toys. I placed the entire bag into the freezer for a couple hours and the gel sides froze up firmly.

Nice and cold. My son was having a school party and wanted popsicles! So I decided to place20 slim freezer pops on the bag, (which seemed to be the limit ) and freeze the entire thing overnight, placed the bag in his backpack and and they remained frozen for his party that happened in the afternoon about 1pm.

Perfection! I’ve also froze the bag overnight and placed fruit in the bag in the morning for our beach trip. The fruit remained fresh and chilled during the hot day in the sun. This was great for snacks for our four kids.

The size is great! It’s 9 x 4. 5 x 5 inches. And has a clip on the end so that I could easily snap on the outside of a bag, stroller or backpack if wanted. Although I am going to purchase another since it’s super convenient to have available with multiple kids.

I have had the bag versions for about four years. Ordered them when Packit only offered bags. I have had two my boys take to school and one I use for day outings. Just Get it. I can send milk!! I can send our Alaska caught and jarred salmon.

Basically made up like tuna fish with Mayo. It is their most favorite lunch item with crackers and I don’t have to worry about it spoiling. I can put a warm drink it in and it will get cold after an hour or more.

I’m excited to see more from Packit. My youngest started taking his to daycare and is now in 1st. Which leads me to my own negative. He wants the traditional lunch box, which I can’t blame him because I want one too.

But I wish that Packit would have color options that don’t include Camo. Also, the patterns are cute but what if we just want block colors. Like, red is his favorite color, green is my other sons favorite.

Purple is a favorite. I wish we had options that were more gender neutral. Pink doesn’t mean girl. Purple doesn’t mean girl. Dark colors don’t need to be in camo. I hope to see more gender neutral options especially since I don’t even know my daughter’s favorite yet as she just turned 1 and will be using one when the time comes.

This box is awesome and so seriously adorabe! Its got a perfect size insde and it stays cold for 8+ hours! The asteonaut pattern is adorable! The handle is perfect and the ziper pouch on the front is handy for siverware and napkins.

this may be out of the box but I breed snakes and I only get out of my home once day every two weeks and this box is perfect for bringing snake and gecko food home. When I have alot to do I’m able to keep them frozen until I get to a freezer! Perfect for the beach, zoo and long trips out this lunch boxes amazing for all my needs! For sure need more though!.

Really good basic lunch box. Bought this one too replace my last Eddie Bauer lunch box cooler which I lost. Perfectly fits a sandwich, apple, and a can of your favorite drink. My only wish is that it came with some thin flat cooler pack that fit in the bottom or somewhere as there isn’t any premade space for a frozen cooler pack or such.

Would like it in the berry color. It wasn’t an option when I ordered. The expandable height is nice to have when you just want to throw in a few items – banana, apple, string cheese, powdered drink packets.

The zip pocket on the top will hold keys, money, and credit cards,.

I bought this lunch bag for my 1st grader after hours of research. And we both love it! Win! I love that it fits his lunch containers without being a huge, bulky bag and that it can be carried horizontally.

He’s using the Goodbyn lunch boxes which are a bit large and it was important to me that he be able to carry his lunch boxes flat. I spent so much time trying to figure out what bags the Goodbyn’s would fit in, that I’m totally delighted to say that they fit in this bag!! The Goodbyn Bynto fits perfectly in the bottom with room for an ice pack on top.

And if expanded there is room for a water bottle and more. The Goodbyn Hero fits best if it’s expanded, but it can be gotten in even without expanding. It’s a really tight fit, though. Expanding it gives you more flexibility on the sides.

I love how many options there are for carrying this bag. You can use the shoulder strap or the handles to carry the bag vertically or horizontally. We’ve only used it for a week now, so I can’t say how it will hold up, but so far.

I’m really happy with this cooler bag!.

I bought this Herschel Lunch Box in May to take a lunch on my bike rides. I love that the design is wide rather than deep. I find it easier to arrange the food and my sandwich doesn’t get squished. You can’t unsquish a sandwich, believe me, I’ve tried.

I haven’t used the thin zippered pocket on the front, but it looks cool, and could come in handy. Perhaps that’s where I could put a napkin? My passport? Anyhow. These bags are all about details! Overall, it’s well made and looks great.

Great lunch bag! Big enough to fit my double level sistma lunch box and a juice box. Front zip pocket for napkins and notes. Easy to clean. Label for name. Fits in the kids youth sized backpack easily.

My 5-6 year old can take it out no problem for lunchtime at school.

Arrived promptly. Ordered the galaxy and artsy block ones for my 5th grade sons. They were a bit bungee than I thought, that was ok. Would fit a drink or containers if you wanted. Sons were happy with the style and they help them find their lunch bags a lot easier.

I also like the built in name tag on the bag.

Perfect product for us. My husband loves it. It does not have a hard plastic interior like most I’ve purchased in the past — those plastic boxes crack always. Now? I have a thick flexible interior and can fit almost any container into the lunch box.

Great product, roomy and lightweight @ the same time. It has a front pocket that can hold a sandwich or to put silverware. The 2 water bottle holder is perfect, 1 for thermal mug and 1 for bottle of water/energy drink.

This personal soft cooler is perfect for taking small lunches to work. It is also great to just take on the go to keep food cold. It has a mesh pocket on the inside for the ice pack and several multiple pockets (zippered pocket on the outside) to separate items.

It has an antimicrobial protected liner and great insulation as well. It can keep food fresh for a long period of time. This is a great quality little cooler for kids and adults.

My husband was a little hesitant to use this lunch box, thinking it would be too small. Surprisingly, this lunch box just fits everything perfectly! I love how the inside liner is so easy to clean, especially when you might have something leak.

It also has a zippered compartment on the outside which is a nice place to add a napkin and your silverware. Appears to be nicely made. Very happy with this lunch box!.

I use this at work to keep my food and drinks cold when I don’t have access to a refrigerator. This works great for a days worth of snacks and drinks. I use a ice pack and this seals up right and keeps my food ice cold.

It’s small enough that I can bring it with me at my job and has enough capacity to fit what I need. The construction looks solid and the stitching is holding up. I’d recommend this.

Aesthetically, this is a super cute lunchbox and holds a surprising amount of items. I want to love it. Unfortunately, this fabric is not even slightly stain resistant. Disappointing as it would seem this would be a key feature for a lunchbox.

On way my into work one morning, a small amount of my coffee dribbled out of my cup onto my hand. A few drops made it onto the lunchbox. I tried to wipe it clean just moments later and it had already stained the fabric.

I have the gorgeous aqua color. If you must have this lunchbox, choose black.

Super cool camo color and the size is perfect. Easy to clean and carry. Holds everything easily, and my son loves it. I gave it only 4 stars because a lunchbox shouldn’t cost a day’s wages. This is significantly overpriced, but I caved because my son was so excited about it.

I bought this lunch box and matching backpack for my oldest in 2018, and still going strong! Now in middle school, he still likes the pattern and the items seem like nearly new still. I just bought a lunch box and matching backpack for my youngest.

She is very excited to have a shimmery glitter bag. I love knowing that it isn’t going to fall apart the first month of use! I always let my preschoolers pick out the fun yet poorly made bags. Characters or sequin covered.

Because that phase is so short. But those bags get hobbled together all year to keep them going. I waited til 3rd grade to get my oldest a good quality bag and lunch box. My youngest I didn’t make it past her second year of preschool.

She is tall for her age so I bought her an elementary sized bag. I’m assuming (if it lasts) I’ll have to get her a larger bag that’s tech. It fits the kids and adult Bentgo boxes. And the mech pocket holds their thermos brand water bottles.

How is it a good idea to make a fabric kids’ lunch box that can’t be washed? I’m baffled by that. Little kids are going to have stuff leak out of containers, and with this box, there is no way to get it all out of the zippers and the mesh area– think liquid that leaked out of a partially-eaten yogurt.

It needs to be washed, but the label says not to. The inside “wipeable” layer started peeling off, so at that point, I figured this thing is toast anyway, so I ran it through a gentle wash and it was fine for a bit, but it definitely accelerated the peeling on the inside and now, after only 9 months of intermittent use, I’m going to toss it an look for something else.

Come on, LE, you’re better than this. Make it washable or make it hard plastic or steel. You can’t split the middle on this type of thing.

this lunch bag is a very efficient shape (square-ish) for fitting in a lot of food items for my child’s lunch. The extra front pocket and interior mesh pocket are useful for putting in silverware or a block to chill the lunch.

The buckle snap carry handle is wonderful to unsnap and attach the lunch bag to the exterior my child’s backpack so it can hang. Then my child can unsnap the handle for regular carry usage. The wipeout interior is terrific and not thin plastic but like a formed rubber box.

Very high quality for the money and my child loves it. I think it’s the best lunch box we’ve tried yet. Thinking of getting one for myself next!.
