I was hesitant to try cod liver oil but wanted the health benefits associated with it. (I was mostly hesitant because I assumed it would taste terrible. ) I’ve been taking it for about 4 months or so, and will never stop.

The most noticeable change is my skin. I have always had pretty clear skin and a good complexion, but the CLO has made it noticeably better! Shortly after starting to take it, my husband started frequently commenting on how smooth and “creamy” my face looked! While I can’t really pinpoint other noticeable changes, I am able to notice that I feel different if I forget to take CLO for a few days.

I don’t like the taste, but have figured out a good workaround. I hold my nose, take my dose, take a sip of water, and then chase it all with an orange slice per a recommendation I saw in the reviews.

Wow! I am shocked!! I didn’t think it would work this well and this fast!! I was losing massive I mean MASSIVE amounts of hair recently to the point where I lost half my hair in just a short 2-3 weeks.

I wanted to wait for the review at least after my first bottle is finished. I arrived in CA from Central Europe and got sunburnt right away. Then I bought this EVCLO for experiment and since then I’ve never had any problem like that.

Didn’t get sunburnt even though being exposed to sun most of the day here. I’ve always had problems with acne and skin is 100% better now. Results weren’t visible immediately like many people say but first two weeks I didn’t see any signs of improvement and then it felt like it happened through the night.

So be patient. I eat beef liver quite regularly but it has never delivered results like this EVCLO (i still eat liver so maybe it works synegically?). I think it’s because the retinol in it is arguably one of the the most bioavailable one on this planet.

Anyway, I can’t do nothing but recommend this product. Thanks to Rosita team, keep doing the good work, I’ll be buying more.

Not flavored; terrible tasting, BUT many excellent nutritional benefits. Start by preparing your tooth brush. Then drink a glass of water -> then Ts Cod liver oil -> chase with water -> immediately brush your teeth.

This will all alleviate the taste! SKOL!.

Tastes great if you like slimy fish taste! I believe it is good for me so I take it every day twice to three times a day.

I have taken Cod Liver oil and orange juice for joint relief for some time now !! I have not had this brand for long but seems ok !!

I bought this for my 9 son (who was recently diagnosed with ADHD). I have decided to take an Holistic approach as appose to jumping into medications. My son is lacking all the proper nutrition due to being a very picker eater.

I can’t quite say that i see a big improvement yet, since he’s only been taking it for a week, but i do see some small changes in focus and attention. He is also taking other supplements as well. My son has no issues taking it and he says that he likes the “lemony taste.

” The side effects that i noticed after taking the oil is dizziness and drowsiness. I typically administer his dose to him with breakfast, so I will not administer a dose right before his Soccer games.

I also have been giving him 2 teaspoons and we will start doing 1 instead. I will give an update once he has been taking the oil for a longer period of time.

I have health issues and worry about getting the right levels vitamins and minerals. I love this product. Really quick and easy to take. Can swallow fine with a little water (they are smooth and do not stick) and I don’t have to worry about fishy breath lol.

Genuinely started to notice a difference (hair, nails, energy) after taking for a little while. Was never one for supplements, but this has really inspired me to take others. Honestly think this has made me more resilient to the minor bugs that go round (which working in schools I used go get all the time).

There’s lots of stuff written about cod liver oil and it can be confusing but I think this is a good quality product and cost effective. I use it to keep my hands supple and free from tendinitis and it works for me.

This arrived within 5 days and am happy with the product. I decided to go for this because I didn’t like the thought of having the fish breath people keep talking about with the original. This tastes like a pleasant lemon/orange cough medicine and I have no problems getting it down.

The one thing I would say against it is, upon carefully reading the labels, it is not as potent as the original. It has 450 combined epa and dpa. This is still much higher than most capsules, but lower than the original flavour cod liver oil.

I purchased Cod Liver Oil Liquid because I recently read about the benefits of Cod Liver Oil and wanted to try it out for myself. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now. I started off with 1/2 tsp as recommended by the bottle and I put the oil in a shot glass of juice and drank it like a shot.

It smells like lemon/lime and I have only tasted it with juice but I cannot taste anything bad there is no odor and it is really easy going down when you drink it with something rather than just with a spoon.

I have upped my dosage to about a full tsp now that my body is used to it. I havent had any problems with it so far and I really like this brand. Like I said there is no fishy smell or taste and I may get the un-flavored version next time I purchase this.

It is a decent size but I will go through it quick as I take a tsp every day. I would recommend this brand as it seems to be one of the few that keeps the oil as natural as possible as it says that no synthetic vitamins are added only the natural ones already in the oil.

I like that the flavoring is just lemon/lime oils with no artificial colors/flavors.

Got this delivered fast opened it and noticed it was filled with some plastic at the top I was not happy with this. I took this for a month and noticed my eye lashes have gone longer thicker very curly but my lashes looked like this before until I let go off my health my eye lashes looked less thick and Appeared unhealthy before they deffo weren’t curly or as long.

I do not need mascara. It looks like I am wearing it, also my smile looks nicer and my jaws feel more aligned face looks symmetrical. Teeth feel stronger gums do not hurt as much. I could feel my gums and mouth moving as I took this.

My jaw was never aligned after I took braces off. I developed a click on my left jaw but that has also disappeared and my jaw no longer clicks or makes a pop sound when chewing food or yawning. The pop sound would happen during yawning and chewing since a teenager but stopped after taking this.

I used to purchase from Green Pastures. For four years my Cod Liver Oil was awesome. The company changed. My last two orders were dark brown and smelled horrible. So, I changed companies and went to your company.

I only ordered one bottle, thank goodness. It was dark brown and solidified. I was so disappointed. I was told to take a picture and send it. I don’t know how. I just decided to drop the Fermented Cod Liver Oil and try to find another brand that I could take.

I am still evaluating this product, as I do not know how to compare it with high quality non-fermented cod liver oil, but I am happy with it so far. this is my first bottle. I’m not convinced about the delivery system, which I realize the company did for accuracy in dosage.

Have bought this from Piping for the past few years. It isn’t fishy but clean with a touch of fresh fish. I keep in my fridge and it stays good. I like the plain type. They raised the price with the times but it’s still fair and I’m glad I found a good size bottle to get to do so by them.

This is the first time I’ve tried this brand of cod liver oil, and it appears to be very clean and pure. I’ve been taking it with a small amount of juice, but I was brave enough to try it without juice because I was curious of what it might taste like.

To my surprise it wasn’t awful at all, and it wasn’t nearly as fishy tasting as I expected. I would recommend to family and friends. I had no issues receiving product. Piping Rock is excellent.

I’ve been taking Omega-3 supplements for a very long time. This cod liver oil is the best I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t have any flavors, sweeteners and cheap fillers added. It doesn’t need it. The taste of this cod liver oil is not overly bitter as other cod liver oils.

Quick delivery, very good price. Looks good but, as it’s for the dog, I can’t comment on its taste or effectiveness. He has joint problems and it’s part of his medication. He hasn’t got any worse over the last year or so since he’s been taking it.

I am a big fan of emulsified oils! They’re easy to digest. I am surprised that companies do not carry emulsified fish oils–there are many people out there who have trouble digesting oils. Anyway, I am glad that I found your product–originally on Amazon.

I enjoyed this product, and as of today, I am in the process of ordering my second bottle. I like that it had a soothing feel from the mint on my stomach. I took it before going to work and sometimes again in the evening.

I purchased this Arctic Cod Liver Oil and did not get 1/4 way thru when the cap just splintered into pieces. No added presure was used or anything just went to open it and it just went into pieces. I cannot use it because I do not know if fragments went into the oil or not.

I purchased this after going thru a lot of reviews and read about the company on their website. I like it but this should not happen. I am disappointed but gave it 4 stars because of what this company stands for and puts into their production of this cod liver oil.

This cod liver oil really help me increased my vitamin D level! I finish one bottle in three months (with some days I forgot but in general I follow it for daily consumption). Then it was time for me to do my annual blood test, the result was such a pleasant surprise.

My number went from in lower 20s to mid 50s. FYI the normal Vitamin D level range is 30 – 100. I have been deficient in vitamin D for more than 10 years. This is the first time my number has reached the normal range level.

Please also know that for all these years, I have been taking the 50,000 IU vitamin D prescribed by my doctor and supplement with Nature Made Vitamin D3 gel pills. They do not seem to help me increase my numbers.
