The thread is made according to North America CGA320 standard.
Purchased the Pro-SE Series Aquarium CO2 Dual Stage Regulator kit with the 16/22 Inline CO2 Atomizer Diffuser. It included everything I needed for the CO2 system. I connected this to my Fluval 406 cannister filter.
In order to connect the inline diffuser to the rigid hose on the cannister, I purchased a set of 3/406 Rubber Adapters, removed the nuts on the diffuser and slid the adapters up flush with the diffuser chamber and it worked great.
Leaving the nuts on or trying to use hose clamps created a very slight leak. Overall very happy with the system and if I need another CO2 system, would definitely purchase again. I had contacted CO2 Art support to ask about connecting the inline diffuser to a Fluval cannister because of the rigid hose.
They were very helpful, provided a solution someone else did, and cautioned that the connections might leak and if I didn’t want to engineer a solution, would probably be better with intank diffuser.
Couldn’t have asked for better advice, resources, and communication to make sure I understood what I needed and possible complications.
Ok… I had a bad experience with another brand so I was not going to mess around. I wanted what the competition aquascapers use, and it’s more affordable than I though it would be. It stays where I put it! The solenoid is strong enough to turn off! I like the o-ring instead of the nylon washer! The 5 year warranty leaves me feeling secure! Turning the working pressure up a little more eliminated the variability I believe was caused by the resistance of the diffuser, and now it holds very steady! If there was one thing I’d change: I would make the needle valve knob bigger so you can have even finer control with smaller movements… but it’s not bad as it is, just a little bit of back and forth until I got the bps I want (I actually use a metronome app so I can do bpm instead of bps without waiting a whole minute with each adjustment.
I think bpm allows for better experimentation of how much CO2 you need. Cause this thing really does have fine control, if you want 91 bpm rather than 90, you can do that. The needle valve is very smooth.
The other brand I tried had a sticky needle valve and was horrible. If I’m at the fish store and I hear someone asking about CO2, I will tell them, trust me, go with CO2 Art and save yourself some trouble!.
Being fairly new in the planted tank hobby and I originally purchased a cheap regulator off of a popular site. I didn’t realize at the time it didn’t properly regulate the gas and in turn ended causing a lot of problems since I had to pretty much guess the co2 level output.
After a few months of frustration I finally decided to invest in a better regulator. Well I gotta say I’m very pleased. First off with how fast I received my order. Secondly, once I opened the box I could see how much better this one is made.
Once I installed it I was shocked to see IT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO!! AND REGULATES THE OUTPUT. It took no time at all to dial it in and since then I haven’t had to make any further adjustments.
Thanks for selling a quality product that works as advertised!!! Needless to say I highly recommend getting quality lighting and a quality regulator like the one from CO2 art. You may be tempted to go the cheap route but trust me you’ll end up saving yourself money and headaches in the long run.
Carbon deficiency is one of the leading causes of poor plant growth in aquariums. API CO2 Booster adds essential liquid carbon for planted aquariums to fuel the photosynthetic process and turn light energy into new plant growth.
API CO2 Booster supplies simple carbon compounds, and slowly releases CO2 to aquarium plants. Product may be used alone, or in conjunction with CO2 systems. Safe for use with freshwater fish, and will not alter pH.
I received my package today. The box was wet. I thought it might’ve rained on it. Which was ok it wouldn’t have hurt anything. I open the box and the filling paper of the box is soaking wet and both of my bottles of CO2 had soaked through the box.
2 bottles were missing their lids and now I’m stuck with 2 bottles that only has half the product of what I paid for. As for how well it works this was my first time ordering it. How the lids managed to come off in the box I have no clue.
Unless they were thrown in the box without lids. The box itself was pretty beat up and smashed also which still shouldn’t have made the lids twist off.
I bought this for my simple, low tech betta 5 gal and I genuinely think it makes a difference! I have a lot of plants in my tank, and ever since I started using this, they’ve really taken off. I recently bought plant bulbs, and they’ve shot up and grown like crazy with this! Now I just have to work on my brown algae issue😓.
I recently just purchased this product for my first planted aquarium. I am running a small 5 gallon, and the idea was to learn how to maintain and care for a planted aquarium. Ideally you want a CO2 pump.
However, I didn’t purchase one and decided to regulate and dose with the CO2 booster. Overall I love this product. My tank mostly maintains itself, and although the bottle says to feed the plants every other day, I supplement once a week.
It has given my plants a much more vibrant green color, and as a result they are growing out of control. My fish have even taken a brighter color. I would highly recommend this product to a friend. However, it is not to be used with the completely inexperienced fish enthusiast.
CO2 booster may be toxic to the tank if used excessively.
CO2Art Inline CO2 Aquarium Atomizer Diffuser System Features: – replaceable ceramic membrane – in two sizes: 12/16mm and 16/22mm – durable and crack resistant metal body – nano co2 mist technology membrane These cool new inline diffusers allow less equipment to be placed into your aquarium providing a more visually appealing setup without sacrificing the needs of your aquatic plants.
Important things to know. This professional quality diffuser requires a minimum of 30 psi working pressure. Must be used with CO2 pressure rated tubing only, not for use with silicone tubing. Tubing must be acid resistant and rated for high working pressure.
Do not use with bubble counter fluid or other bubble counter oils. Fill bubble counter with water only to avoid contamination of diffuser. The CO2 Diffuser A CO2 Diffuser optimizes the CO2 entering the aquarium for efficient plant absorption and less waste.
As CO2 bubbles pass through the porous diffuser, they are diffused into streams of tiny bubbles. With increased surface area, the tiny CO2 bubbles are readily dissolved into the water, increasing the saturation of CO2 in the aquarium ecosystem.
I originally bought the online diffuser as I wanted to see less bubbles in the tank so that I would get a clearer look. Once I installed the online diffuser with the working pressure at 40 and 2 bubbles per second I struggled to see an increase of co2 within the tank (the co2 indicator stayed blue) The tank was also filled with a huge plume of micro bubbles making it fairly hard to see into the tank clearly.
I spoke with someone from the customer services team but it was made clear that this is the way that the tank would look. (Your customer services is great btw) now this is t the look I am going for and so I did purchase the EDA in tank diffuser and can confirm that I prefer this product much better than the online diffuser and I can actually see an increase in the co2 levels within a couple of hours.
Perhaps my online diffuser was dodgy I am not sure but what I am sure of is that the EDA diffuser was a lot more efficient and produced a lot less micro bubbles. I have attached a photo with the inline diffuser and with the EDA submersed diffuser you will be able to differentiate the two.
I gave this product two stars because the first time a used it with my new oase 250, it leaked every where. I had to take apart all the plumbing and remove it. Made adjustments, connected it back up and it still leaked badly.
So…. since returning seemed to be going no where and was just getting a bunch of ****** question I decided to try and enhance it. Since I felt the gasket were the problem, I replaced them all with black round gaskets and put it all back together.
I tested my solution on a spare canister I had and it worked great, no leaks. So if you buy this, be sure to replace those ****** red hard flat gaskets with round black rubber ones. Seals much better.
As with all of CO2 Arts products, there are no instructions with this product. Nothing to indicate what way round to install it or if that even matters. The tube connection on the black end is narrow compared with other barbs so needs pristine tubing to get a good seal.
I had quite a lot of leaking to get it to work. With all of the ******** parts it could do with a ****** somewhere to put pressure against to ensure that as you’re tightening one screw you’re not loosening another one.
The glass, ceramic and o-rings seem high quality. The plastic is good quality materials but the manufacturing marks on it feel like it was worked cheaply.
Applications NEO CO2 Refill provides 50 days supply of CO2 (depends on climate). Includes a Mini U Type Diffuser that produces fine CO2 mist into aquarium water for plant growth. Constant CO2 release Comes with diffuser Diffusor made of acrylic glass Produces finest CO2 mist Refill sets available How It Works MEP CO2 s a bio CO2 solution that features a longer reaction time with a more constant CO2 production compared to other CO2 solutions.
The sugar resides in a gel that forms inside the bottle, the yeast gradually dissolves the gel and the sugar in it from top to bottom. Depending on the temperature the yeast solution above the gel becomes inactive due to the increasing amount of alcohol after 20-60 days.
When that happens the yeast solution simply is exchanged with a new one, the gel can remain in the bottle until it is completely spent. Refill sets including gel and yeast are available. For better results in hot Singapore climate, please use “Bake King Instant Yeast” instead of the yeast that is included in the package.
A more conventional CO2 system offers a complex, costly solution to plant carbon requirements. This yeast-based CO2 system is a simple, highly cost-effective, functional alternative. Instructions for setup and regular use are clear and easy to follow.
It provides my 36-gallon aquarium with plenty of carbon to promote plant growth! At night, the temperature in my fish room naturally drops, slowing the yeasts’ metabolism and reducing CO2 output; this coincidentally ensures adequate oxygen levels, even when my plants are not using CO2 overnight.
I cannot speak to the longevity of the product itself (material quality is more than adequate for the low price tag), nor the duration that one yeast packet will last (I only set this system up recently), but it is certainly a strong alternative to conventional canister- or acid-based CO2 systems, and in many ways works even better and with less maintenance than such systems.
The kit includes all the required equipment to set up natural CO2 supplementation. Now, not only are fish, plants, and bacteria working in mutual symbiosis within the aquarium, but also yeast fungi!.
Overall a very good setup for beginners. Instructions get a bit lost in translation, but it’s very easy to set things up. My only complaint is that it last nowhere near the 50 days listed. I do get about a month per Bio bag, which I still think is great, but with temperatures getting higher I suspect it will last an even shorter time.
The jelly actually ran out only 10 days into the 3rd Bio bag. Even with that I still love this product for my 10 gallon. I wouldn’t use it on a 2o gallon or larger though.
I was looking for an inexpensive system for a planted nano tank. Saw this product and it looked promising. For the price I was willing to give it a try. Works great! Plants are thriving. There was one problem.
The diffuser did Not work. Nothing would come through. So I got a fine air stone to use. Seems to work just fine. I would highly recommend this product. Inexpensive, and easy to use with expected results.
This package includes 1 Aquario NEO CO2 Bio Powder for refilling your Aquario NEO CO2 DIY Kit. The Aquario NEO CO2 Kit is a perfect hassle-free and budget-friendly solution for smaller aquariums, beginners, or someone who simply just wants to dip their feet into CO2 injection but doesn’t want to spend too much on a larger more complex CO2 system.
This kit comes with simple set up instructions and all the necessary equipment, making it extremely easy to start injecting CO2 into a planted aquarium to achieve better plant growth. The NEO CO2 Kit is designed to provide a natural supply of CO2 suitable for planted aquariums for up to 50-60 days.
This low-tech CO2 kit is very easy to set up and use. In less than a week, I noticed the difference and now use these on three of my five tanks. An easy and affordable alternative to pressurized systems.
The diffuser I received with one of my three orders was plugged but Buceplant took care of that right away. Great service! The small bottle is easily tucked away behind a tank and with additional CO2 tubing, can be placed underneath as well.
Excellent product for beginners. Very easy to use. Though the diffusion is less but an okay product. Planning to buy full Co2 injection set in next season. Most of the compact reusable face up cylinder sets are sold out.
The whole set is very good value, admittedly its not the most effective way of getting CO2 into the tank but it works. The diffuser is very temperamental but once you get it right you dont have to mess with it again.
I found the best way to diffuse the Co2 is to put a tiny 2w pump over the diffuser so the bubbles hit the intake of the small pump diffusing it all around the tank. I guess this would work too if you could make it so the bubbles hit your internal filter or outlet/inlet to any canister filter.
Lets see how well it goes after 1 month. If it shows good results then I may think about upgrading but for now, this will do. Noted Im battling with string algae in this tank due to, too much light.
I was looking some things like this and when i came across it, i found it to be too good to be true. Quality and functionality is top notch. Plants will be to have this. But for faster growth you will need a better system than this.
Pristine uses bio-augmentation, a non-chemical and natural method, to improve water quality. It provides bacteria that break down excess food, waste and detritus in freshwater and marine systems. It will also reduce excess nutrients (e.
G. Ammonia, nitrates and nitrites) that may fuel the growth of nuisance and disease-causing organisms. Pristine increases water clarity and promotes overall better health for the aquatic environment.
The bacteria species in pristine thrive in fresh or salt water and can utilize a wide range of organic compounds, including fats that can cause unsightly films. Unlike traditional nitrifying bacteria, this bacterial blend can adapt to harsh or low oxygen environments and continue to multiply and improve water conditions.
Biopolymers produced by established bacterial colonies trap particulates and increase water clarity. The species of bacteria in pristine are a unique blend, specifically developed for hardiness and their ability to adapt to a wide variety of environmental conditions.
Directions shake well before use. Turn off uv/ozone. Use 1 capful (5 ml) for each 40 l (10 us gallons). Then use a maintenance dose of 1 capful (5 ml) per 80 l (20 us gallons) with additions of livestock or the disruption of the bio filter through cleaning or medications.
Antibiotics should be removed with fresh carbon and a water change before adding bacteria. Allow 2 or 3 days for the bacteria to become established before using uv sterilizers or ozone. Recurring problems with high nutrients can indicate overstocking, overfeeding or inadequate filtration.
Product shelf life is 4 years from date of manufacture.

Fluval CO2 Aquarium Indicator Kit; Help monitor and measure approximate CO2 levels in your saltwater or freshwater aquarium with Fluval’s CO2 Aquarium Indicator Kit. All plants need carbon to grow—the same way humans and animals need food to thrive, plants need a little something to keep going, too.
Carbon deficiency is a leading cause of poor aquatic growth, but this kit will help you maintain the proper levels in your aquarium. It comes with one 10 ml CO2 indicator liquid, a color check sticker to help gauge CO2 levels and one CO2 indicator.
It is very difficult to adjust the pressure due to the low quality valve used. This makes it hard to adjust the bubble rate especially for low counts. Given that the product is aimed at small or nano tanks setting a low bubble count is essential.
The lack of a check valve inline to the diffuser results in water filling the diffuser line overnight when the co2 is off. Unless you re-pressurise very very slowly and carefully – and I mean VERY – then the water pressure in the line will blow the diffuser off.
If you are carful (did I mention VERY) then it can be made to work but I would advise spending a bit more on quality gear and enjoying the experience. I have purchased a quality needle valve to place after the build in one effectively replacing it and improving the usability in my setup.
I bought this hoping to use it to determine CO2 levels in my low tech tank. (I use liquid CO2). However the color doesn’t change at all. I researched some fish forums and learned these only work for CO2 injected tanks.

The UNS Mini Regulator is easy to install and is ready for immediate use with various CO2 cylinders: standard CGA-320, paintball, or a UNS disposable cartridge. This regulator comes equipped with a dual-stage, failsafe mechanism for added safety measures and includes a bubble counter for simple, yet precise management of CO2 levels.
Each Unit Includes: Bubble Counter Select Tools Standard CGA-320 Adapter (pre-installed) Paintball Adapter Power Adapter Assorted Extra Washer O-Rings.
I got this mini UNS Regulator for my first hi tech tank and the build quality is super nice and the solenoid has been reliable. It was really easy to dial in the proper flow from my 5lb tank (CGA320) and box came with a wrench and bunch of extra O-rings which is nice for maintaining the unit.
The only thing worth noting with this mini regulator is that it only shows the working pressure going into your bubble counter and not the remaining tank pressure but that’s okay by me, when the bottle is running low (in a year or so) the working pressure will drop and refilling my bottle is easily done within a few hrs.
First one I received was DOA. The second leaks. At first I thought my tank was not full. Replaced the tank and it emptied that tank in 2 days. There is a leak somewhere. I tried to add teflon tape to the input supply and tightened anything I can see to be tightened but it drained the second tank in two days again.
So far so good. This regulator is easy to use and seems to be solid. Right now I am using it with the 95g disposable cylinders right now, but plan to upgrade to a paintball tank. The only negative thing I can think of is the hex wrench that was included was pretty poor quality and wouldn’t work on the regulator, but I have hex wrenches, so it wasn’t a big deal.
Pro-Elite Series, the Most Advanced Aquarium Dual Stage CO2 Regulator is the New Generation of our best-rated dual-stage regulator. This model has been appreciated by professionals all over the world.
CO2Art is honoured to present you with the best aquarium CO2 Regulator ever. The Dual-stage design minimises an increase in output pressure as pressure drops in co2 cylinder and will prevent end-tank-dump keeping your aquarium safe and CO2 levels constant.
The regulator is equipped with two gauges showing the tank volume and the flow pressure/working pressure. The most precise injection is possible thanks to a high precision needle valve with an integrated bubble counter allowing to adjust the pressure accurately.
The customised manifold block is extendible, which means that you can run multiple diffusers with only one CO2 regulator. The pressure can be adjusted on each manifold separately allowing to run different CO2 levels in different tanks individually.
The stem thread is made according to North America/CGA320 standard. This CO2 regulator is compatible with all CO2Art tubes and accessories. Pro-Elite CO2 Regulator provides you with a range of valuable features: Safe 12V DC Integrated Solenoid Valve Power adapter with universal voltage 100V-240V Adjustable working pressure up to 5 bar Stainless Steel Dual gauge pressure indicators (tank volume and flow pressure / working pressure) High precision integrated needle valve Bubble counter with built-in check valve Extendable manifold block The thread is made according to North America CGA320 standard.
Looking to inject CO2 into two, three or more aquariums? Your Aquarium is +200Gallon and requires more diffusers? Now you can add as many outlets as you like. With easy installation you can add or remove additional blocks anytime you want.
Overall the build quality and adjustability is excellent. The thing which is most annoying is a poxy 1 metre of airline; for the price being paid even 2. 5 metres wouldn’t break the bank. The u bend supplied was useless for my particular aquarium.
The bubble points system is again, frustrating at best.
Product works well and was easy to install after having to apply gas tape to one of the fittings to fix a leak. One of the gauges was leaking at initial installation and I could not get it stopped by tightening.
Had to purchase some gas tape from hardware store to fix. I would have thought this could have been caught during QC check. Recommend shipping product with tape if this is common.
The new generation of CO2 reactors! The Sera Flore CO2 Active Reactor is integrated into an existing water circuit (e. g. external filter), or it can alternatively be operated with a pump (sold separately).
The rotors ensure strong blending of CO2 with the aquarium water, allowing it to dissolve several hundred CO2 bubbles per minute. The holder included with the kit allows the reactor to be attached inside or outside an aquarium cabinet, depending on the existing installation.
The reactor is made of smoke gray plastic and is effective against algae settlement. Very easy to clean. The Sera Flore CO2 Active Reactor 500 is recommended for larger or densely planted aquariums. This reactor features easy installation and cleaning.
Includes holder bracket for installation inside the aquarium or outside, e. g. in an aquarium cabinet, connectors for standard hoses and hose connectors with fastener. The Sera Flore CO2 Active Reactor 500 with twin rotor supersede the generation of static CO2 generators.
The rotors, the upper one of which is designed as a lamella rotor, ensure strong blending of CO2 with the aquarium water, allowing dissolving several hundred CO2 bubbles per minute. The Sera Flore CO2 Active Reactor 500 is suitable for freshwater aquariums between 65 and 160 gallons.
Installation was easy and looks great. The product takes getting use to and it works great once I took the regulator out. It fits my toilet although there is one problem for the male members of the household which is the seat does not stay up when they need to use the toilet.
This is because my toilet tank is not a true rectangle (see photos) since it bows outward in front The top of the seat even leans forward alone (although this does stay up) but once the seat is put up, it just slowly closes.
It is a bit of an inconvenience to them since they need to hold the seat up while going but I didn’t take any stars away since this is more due to design of the two items not completely being compatible rather than being something wrong with the GenieBidet or the toilet for that matter.
(I wish I knew this before I bought the toilet or I would have picked the one without the bowing tank. ) They really don’t have a problem with it and to me it is great because it assures that they will always leave the seat down so in that sense, maybe this is a woman’s dream come true!.
The design and quality of build is nice. The CO2 connection is AWFUL. I bought some CO2 proof air line that fits every single CO2 fitting that I have, except for this Reactor. It is really sad and kind of pathetic that they don’t put a more forgiving nut on that connector.
No matter how I try and connect it, it fails. I even heated up the tubing to make it really pliable and the nut just CUTS the tube all the way around it, like that was it’s purpose to cut off 1/8 inch long sections of my tubing.
I am now forced to try and find tubing that will specifically work just for this ridiculous fitting. I am really disappointed that I am having to spend even more money to find tubing that may, or may not even work, because my current tubing does not.
This CO2 reactors works reasonably well, it does restrict the flow noticeable so suggests that one uses at least the minimum require lph pump for this unit. The major down side is the seal. I 4 years of usage, I am up to the third seal that I had to get sent Germany as nobody seems to have stock here in Australia.
Getting the seal to sit correctly is challenge, especially once it has hardened and shrunk. Sorry only two stars as this reactor has caused some significant flooding!.
This product has forever changed the introduction of CO2 into an aquarium. Used for CO2 injection for a freshwater planted aquarium, or a Calcium reactor in a saltwater application. The problem of “dumping” is completely eliminated with this regulator.
Dumping is always a problem with ALL OTHER regulators which utilize a needle valve. Simply because, a needle valve relies on the pressure on both sides of it for it’s accuracy. So, even though you have it set at a certain “bubble rate”, once the pressure in the cylinder (or the outside atmospheric pressure) changes, so will the amount of co2 that passes through the needle valve.
This is why it is physically impossible for any and ALL other regulators that rely on a needle valve to ever be consistent. Our regulator does not have a needle valve, but instead, it has an electronic valve that opens and closes in a fraction of a second, (each “opening and closing” equates to a bubble) and, due to the fact that it is “electronic” the “bubble rate” can NEVER change.
Once it is set, it can never vary more than +/- 1/1,000=of a second.
Consists of a pre-made 4dKH solution containing the appropriate amount of indicator. Easy to use, no mixing required. Simply open cap and fill CO2 drop checker (sold separately). Directions Fill the drop checker 2/3rds full of CO2 Drop Checker Solution Install drop checker inside aquarium Optimum CO2 level is reached when indicator solution is deep green Replace CO2 Drop Checker Solution minimum once a month to maintain accuracy When the drop checker is submerged in the aquarium, the carbon dioxide will outgas from the aquarium water into the airspace of the drop checker and will eventually be absorbed into the indicator solution.
The carbon dioxide gas will seek a point of equilibrium between the indicator solution and the aquarium water. As equilibrium is achieved, the colour of the indicator solution inside of the drop checker will change based on the concentration of CO2 in the aquarium water.
If the indicator solution is green in colour, then appropriate levels of carbon dioxide exist in the aquarium, and no action is required. If the solution in the drop checker changes to blue or yellow, then the CO2 levels in the aquarium are too low or too high, respectively.
The instructions are very clear and easy to setup. You can directly use the pre prepared solution and no need to make 4 dkH solution separately. More importantly it shows bright green color when you have enough CO2 in the tank and it is easy to read the colors.
I recently purchased Pro SE Regulator, Bazooka Flux Diffuser and CO2 Dropper from CO2Art. Fantastic quality products which also look great. Not the cheapest products you can buy, but I feel you get what you pay for.
Would definately order from CO2 Art in the future.
I have both this and a fluval drop checker. I find the fluval slower to change colors but much, much easier to read. I find that I have to place something white directly behind this item before I can read it because it picks up the green, red and yellows from my plants, but it does seem faster to change colors when the CO2 levels in my tank change.
Contains 3x95g of pressurized liquid CO2. Full weight of pressurized liquid CO2 assured for the best value compared to other existing similar cartridges in the market. Strict quality control and safety guaranteed.
Disposable cartridge free from the trouble of CO2 refilling. Simple and easy to replace cartridge.
Having a hard time finding the fluval 88g cartridges, I think they stopped making them. So to tide me over while I set up my proper co2 setup, I tried these AND THEY FIT! Work like a charm, just what I needed!.
API CO2 Booster contains a unique organic carbon compound that helps provide plants with the essential carbon. This easy to use liquid formula will help plants grow 7 times more than untreated aquariums.

I dont think just yes or no answers are appropriate or fair in rating this product. Ive used it a couple of weeks and havent seen any obvious changes in my plants. That said, it may take awhile for the plants to respond with new growth so Im not yet willing to make a judgment call in its effectiveness.
