This wrench will work to a certain point and could use some upgrading. The tightening knob is not large enough to tighten down thoroughly to secure the choke tube as it should be. Also I notice in the photo it shows a washer between the knob and wrench.

Mind did not have this washer and may have some effect on how tight I can make the choke. I am currently looking for a larger replacement knob in hopes this will make a difference.

I needed a shotgun choke wrench that would not damage a tight choke when removing it. The part of the Carlson wrench that goes into the choke is covered in rubber. It worked perfectly. I ordered online and had it delivered to the store.

I saved a little on shipping, but I always like visting my local Cabelas store!.

Very interesting design. Seems sturdy and well made. Very unique the way it operates with the rubber expanding to grab the choke tube instead of teeth. The only problem I foresee is if choke tubes have fouling or lubricant on them it may be difficult to operate efficiently, but I’ve had no issues yet.

Don’t waste your money. I bought this alarm for about $30. The only reason I bought this item was because I wanted the voice feature. I thought it was really cool that I would be able to hear why my alarm was going off whether it was a fire or carbon monoxide.

Well I got it and it wasn’t what I expected at all. It didn’t even come in a normal closed package like all other alarms. It came in a plastic zip bag and it made me wonder if it was used? Well I tried it out and it was horrible.

Yea the alarm beeping was loud just like any othe regular alarm but the voice feature is so so low that I had to put my ear right up to the alarm to even hear what it says. I emailed the seller almost 2 weeks ago and still no reply.

So I forsure will not be purchasing anything from this seller in the future. Very bad customer service. So if your looking for an alarm save your money and just buy a cheap $10 or $15 one because this isn’t worth the money.

I have a cheap one and it works just the same as this expensive one. The seller doesn’t even deserve a star but this review makes you put a star to post review.

This was so easy to hard wire! Directions were simple to follow and they really made it fool proof by having the wires plug into a harness. If you don’t want to hardwire it works fine with the battery feature.

We put it to the test in the shed with the generator and echo backpack blower going as we cleaned it and it immediately picked up the carbon monoxide detector went off. This is the only alarm that I’ve ever had that speaks to you.

My youngest child loved this feature and kept making it go off and run the test feature to hear it speak as we were deciding where to locate to best detect the center floor location of the downstairs.

We did not use the Bluetooth feature yet but what we’ve saw so far has really shown quality. We have kidde fire alarms outside of each of the kids’ rooms and have a carbon monoxide detectors on the top floor this is definitely though an upgrade from the older models by volume and clear loud speaking which we discovered the kids instantly responded to to check out versus ignoring the beeps or just yelling for someone to turn off.

The fact that they are clearly hearing why it’s going off they quickly came to investigate. As a mother I like this feature best.

First, I love the interconnecting feature of this alarm system. When properly installed and programmed, when one alarm detects carbon monoxide or smoke, EVERY interconnected alarm sounds off LOUD AND CLEAR! This model can be programmed to identify with one of 11 different pre-programmed names, such as kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc.

When an alarm is sounded in your bedroom at 2am, the interconnected alarms all might say “CARBON MONOXIDE IN THE LIVING ROOM”, (or wherever the detector is located at). Oddly, there are two places where I worry about carbon monoxide coming from inside my house.

One is in my attached garage, where somebody might park the car, close the garage door, and neglect to turn off the engine. The second possible source of carbon monoxide is in the laundry room where I have a natural gas clothes dryer.

Sadly the words “Garage” and “Laundry Room” are not included in any of the 11 names you can program for your alarm. Maybe future First Alert Smoke alarm models will add these standard names in their vocabulary.

In my case, if the the garage and/or laundry rooms sense smoke or carbon monoxide, they will still trigger the alarms on ALL of the detector units, but the only thing that will be missing is the LOCATION of which detector tripped the alarm.

Another feature that I found annoying, was that the alarm test button (and temporary hush button) is inconveniently located at the very TOP of the detector. If it was located at the BOTTOM edge of the detector it could be more easily reached without standing on tp of a chair, or it could be activated with a push of something like a broom handle.

Overall, these interconnected First Alert battery operated smoke and carbon monoxide alarms work GREAT. I am a heavy sleeper (and more than a little deaf), and I really appreciate being able to instantly know if ANY of the smoke alarms in my house sense a fire.

I have replaced ALL of the smoke alarms in my house with First Alert interconnected smoke alarms of different models, and I have experienced no false alarms in the past 30 days.

Was looking for stabilizers for my RV’s wide stance tires. I purchased these and immediately tried them out on a camping trip. They performed as advertised, but are heavy and bulky. I also have to put them on upside down due to my fender skirt not allowing me to get the tool in to extend them.

However, once they were adjusted and I figured out how to use them it was easier to get them on. Just remember these are heavy and you don’t want to be squatting down for a long time fiddling with them.

get them almost to size prior to putting them between the wheels and you will be glad you did. Hope they will hold up for several years.

We were impressed at how much these chocks stabilized our camper. So much nicer than that seasick feeling when the camper rocks. They are not the easiest piece of equipment to install but once installed, they definitely make a difference.

Follow the manufacturer’s recommendation and tighten them after a night or two of use, and again whenever you feel the wobble back. There is still some wobble but it is so minor compared to what it is without these chocks.

Was very difficult to install. The threaded rod and nut were sticking and unfinished making it very difficult to turn. My electric screwdriver that I use to deploy the stabilizers couldn’t do it so I ended up using the small wrench that it comes with.

I had to muscle the thing out by hand taking an exorbitant amount of effort and time to install. Also, it did not eliminate or even lesson the movement of our trailer. Gave it two stars at least because they are very heavy duty and appear to very durable.

However they are very heavy and cumbersome.

This choke is specific to Browning shotguns and is exactly what I wanted at the best price I could find on the internet. I use an improved cylinder choke in both barrels of my Browning over/under shotgun.

The same product is sold on other sites for much more money. I received it promptly in the mail.

This is original browning SK choke. Arrive on time. I didnt have a chance to use it, but expecting no problem, like other browning chokes I already have.

These are very high quality chokes. The perform flawlessly! The threads stay clean and they do not shoot loose. Even though these are extended, you may want to use a choke tube wrench. The brass band keeps them tight while installing or removing.

Carlson’s choke tubes are by far the best, This extended choke tube has a more consistent pattern than most choke tubes that I have patterned in the past. This is the choke tube of choice that I use to reach out and smoke clays.

Browning BXD 3-1/2″ #2 @ 40yds = 122 pellets in 30″ circle. This choke tube and ammo make it hard to miss. Highly recommend. Ruins ducks day, makes mine.

This choke made my patterns much more consistent over my stock choke. You need to pattern your own shotgun to determine if the upgrade is necessary or not.

Fit my wife’s stoeger STF3000 20 ga to a T!! The expert at Cabela’s recommended a different choke so I ordered both but only this one fit. The IK-22-7264 Berretta choke did not fit.

First off this is a great turkey choke for beretta /benelli shotguns. People are saying they will not fit there shot guns. Just do some research before you nock this product and you will find out primos does make the choke in the optima and the Mobil choke tubes and yes beretta uses both of these tubes in different shotguns and that is why they work in some and not the others I think Cabela’s is offering the Mobil choke tube model and they should put In description so it would be less confusing.

I am not sure if they just carry the Mobil or if they can get the optima choke tube as well. It’s always best to call if your not sure about which tube to buy. I do know that they do make both models for the beretta / benelli shotguns.

And they do work great in them. I have pattern my beretta with 4 different types of turkey shotgun loads in 5 shot and all my shells shot awesome patterns with the jelly head choke tube. I can even shoot a good pattern at 50 yards which is way more than enough range to kill a turkey! So my suggestion if you want a good turkey choke this is it and also do a little research and find the one that works with your shotgun thanks.

I read some reviews about this choke and wanted to try it. Being that turkey season was in full swing, they were a little hard to find ” on the shelf “. Searching on line, I found a store in my general area that had some in stock the model indicated ” beretta/bennelli”.

After I picked up the choke, I discovered that it would not fit my Beretta extreme II. Now if a guy owns a few different Beretta’s, he might know the difference. I only own the extreme II, and as my x-wife would say ; ” I’m not always a deep thinker ” so did not realize that different models required different chokes.

Like I said, the choke was identified as ” beretta/bennelli “. I did manage to return the choke to the store for a refund. I contacted Primos by email to explain the problem, I also explained that I had wasted 3 hours of my time going to pick up the wrong choke.

I suggested that they should correct their labelling or have their distributors specify which guns their choke will fit. ” Bubba ” from Primos replied, ” yeah we have chokes for the extreme II “. That was it, no ” sorry that you wasted 3 hours of your time.

“. No ” thanks for the suggestion and we’ll look into the problem. ” or anything. My follow up email was a bit more “direct but polite “. It remains unanswered. I realize that Primos has a lot of products on the market.

Seeing their lack of follow up, I’ll be a bit more cautious before trying their other products. Is the ” JellyHead ” a good choke ?. I don’t know, I never got a chance to try it. Now I’m not sure that I’ll bother ordering one for my extreme II.

Tried and true. My daughter took her fourth turkey with a Remington 870 20ga 2 3/4” 4 shot at 32 yards very impressive the pattern this choke holds at that distance. Other chokes I could only pattern to 25 yards for good clean killing patterns Jelly Head patterned well to 35 and could have been farther.

With my daughters closer is always better. Take the time to call them in close even if it takes another day. No better way to spend time than in the woods.

Keep getting these stupid write a review emails, so I am writing a review. It’s a choke for crying out loud! If you own browning you should know the type of choke your Browning will take and the different grades.

This choke tube is supposed to be better than the regular choke tubes and they extend out from the barrel. The Browning website has information on the Midas Choke tubes and the different choke patterns.

I bought this choke to shoot trap handicap and doubles. I also pheasant hunt and will use the choke for the second barrel option if I miss the first on the first shot, which unfortunately happens more than I would like to happen.

I used this tube a month after a sporting clays shoot. This was the first time I have ever shot skeet. After that sporting clays shoot I realized the need for skeet tube for my Browning Citori CSX. It made all the difference on the skeet range.

It matched perfect the tubes that came with the gun. I soon be ordering a improved modify tube for my bird hunting season.

Excellent choke for the money. Browning issue. I used it in my Browning Citori Plus for the bottom barrel with a light full choke for the top barrel for sporting clays. Excellent combo. Sellar was top notch.

So I just got my very first bow and read good reviews on this so I went ahead and got and and absolutely love it. I’m shooting with a couple of buddies that have been bow hunting for many years and like that mine is much smaller than theirs, but works just as well.

All of them even liked it and are thinking about getting it for a bit of a smaller profile.

This is a very good quality set up. Way over priced in my opinion. Set up and installation is easy but no instructions come with the product. The main draw back that I encountered was when moving the bar forward or back to set the balance the clamp holds the bar so tight that you have to completely remove the top portion of the clamp to adjust and then the bar will get blemishes on it.

Otherwise its great.

Definitely took me awhile to see and feel the added bonus of putting weight out in front of the bow. Always thought it was a hoax. Found out it isnt. Especially considering my shoulders arent what they used to be.

This bar set w/ added or subtracted weights out front really helps in the end. The more arrows shot is when the real benefits show up. And the Grey color really looks great up against the Storm colored Hoyt riser.

The collar feels sturdy and well made. But my big issue is that despite using the size guide and picking a size that should have been plenty large enough for my dogs neck, it’s too small. When I try to put this on him it won’t fit over his head without me squeezing it on.

I would have definitely went an entire size up because I honestly don’t feel it’s safe to use this on him due to how difficult it is to get on and off. Provided the size is correct, this collar would be useful and sturdy.

In my case I won’t be using it on my dog because it’s just too small. I got a 24 inch and I think I should have chose the 28 inch. My dog only has a 23 inch neck but his head is blocky. I will donate this collar and maybe buy another in a larger size personally.

These are the best quality collars, by far, BUT they run shorter than the described length (noted by others). A 22″ collar measures 21 1/2″ from the end of one ring to the end of the other ring; a 24″ collar measures 23 1/2″.

I ordered both the Heavy 300mm and X-Heavy 400mm collars; both superior to what is normally available; have a 9-month old Labrador puppy wearing the 22″ at present. Don’t hesitate to buy these, just be mindful of length discrepancies!.

High quality chain. I only use this brand. Smooth, heavy metal allows the chain to quickly release after correction. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Already knew the quality of Herm Sprenger so didn’t give it a second thought.

I would order at least two sizes up. My puppy has a 14″ neck so I purchased the 16″ chain. The chain barely fits around her neck. Didn’t even try slipping it over her head because it was so small. The 16″ measurement counts the two rings on each end.

Need several extra inches for the chain to hang loose when not correcting.

Overpriced with excessive gimmicks you don’t need. Adjustable sight does not seat properly and is made of cheap metal which already broke. I am waiting to hear from Barnett. a reply back or a replacement sight sent out.

The width between the forks is narrow and the riser is to high. you will skip plenty of projectiles off this riser. Save your money and purchase the reliable Marksman. loved it as a kid. and as an adult.

This is a good design, the grip is perfect and makes it so you can use it with out the wrist brace which turn slightly and I haven’t been able to get any information on this, I don’t know if it is suppose to be that way or not, I’ve even posted a question about it here and still haven’t got an answer, it doesn’t come with instructions on how to put it together which makes not since, this is one of my issues with this product.

It does shoot really good and is accurate, the stabilizers do help in holding it steady. The bands though are way too long, you can’t get a good enough stretch so that the release has enough force to give the shot a good velocity, that’s fine for target shooting, but not for hunting or long range shooting.

But shortening the bands can fix that. Though I’ve heard that the stabilizer bars aren’t tempered and can bend, if that is true(I haven’t tested mine), I would call that a major fault in this product, tempering the bars wouldn’t have cost any extra money or time, steel that size can be hardened and tempered in your garage or even your kitchen.

That just says that the company just wants to make a quick extra buck on a sad product and doesn’t take the sport seriously enough to make a really good product. I’m giving this an average rating because of the lack of instructions and I’m not sure if the way the wrist brace connection is a sound one(they don’t seem to be held very well even if the did fit more snug).

As fare as the stabilizer bars, I”m not sure if they are as weak as I’ve heard, so I’m not giving to low of a rating because I’m not sure if that is the case or not.

I was very excited to get this item and a bit disappointed after receiving it. The main body(grip, fork, wrist brace) is well made with a comfortable hold. The problem is with the weights. They have only plastic to screw into, no metal inserts or any other hard material.

Could be very easy to over tighten and strip out the holes. That being said, I didn’t strip mine, but was lucky. The problem that I have is that the bottom weight stripped off the shift before I could get more than two threads started in the hole.

Very soft splines holding the weight in place. I can’t believe it is press fitted and not threaded on the shaft. Barnett needs to realize that products like this can sway a potential customers thinking.

If they can’t even make a slingshot without it falling apart. How can they make a decent bow? Something I am in the market for. I won’t be looking at a Barnett that is for certain.

Both dogs pull on the lead and could be reactive. Using these collars (sensibly and carefully) allows me to have control of both dogs at the same time. Neither dogs have been hurt by using the collars, but there is just enough pressure from the prongs to have a reaction when required.

They sit slack on the dogs neck alongside their normal collar so I only need to use a short quick tug of the collar for an instant reaction. Other devices such as head collar, harness mad different techniques haven’t worked.

These collars have worked for my dogs. I only use them whilst walking on lead. They must not be used off lead as they would get caught and injured.

IšverstiShow in original languageOur 95 lb, 8 month old female Cane Corso is a COMPLETELY different pup with this collar on. I don’t really have to pull or tug at all because the pressure from her walking when she gets to the end of the leash when I stop walking she sits down.

The cheap prong collar we got talked into from a local pet store during the puppt training class Zoey would still pull and try to scoot closer while sitting when she wantex to greet my wife or myself.

With this collar she didn’t try to pull or scoot towards either one of us at opposite ends of the hall. You can take the extra links out by hand by bending and using the leverage from the link that’s staying on the collar, BUT needle nose plyers are needed to pinch the links closed back to factory specs.

High quality stainless steel with blunt ridges on the INSIDE of the collar keep anyone from making comments about prong collars and the prong collars aren’t rated near as high as these Neck Teck stainless collars.

This one we got is rated for 150 lb dogs. She’ll grow into it considering her dad was 150 lbs & her mom was 110 lbs, she above average size for her age. I can’t say enough good things about this collar.

HIGHLY recommed this to anyone who has issues with their dog pulling when on leash. It’s also super easy to take on and offwith the locking carabiner, just center the plate on the front of your dogs esophagus and pull it around both sides to the back and clip the one side in the carabiner and twist the lock until tight.

This is an easy-to-use terminator for rodents of the chipmunk size. After years of repairing sunken concrete pads, enlarged holes in foundations and chewed porch screens, I decided to take action. Other products, such as the gas-based so-called “giant-killers” didn’t work.

They just polluted the atmosphere without preventing rodents. Similarly, live traps required baiting and additional handling. Take these dears to a park or other location and you end up improving the chipmunk genetic pool.

Chipmunks in the woods can stay there. But, when they intrude and target the house foundation, it’s war. I use these in pairs about 2-3 inches apart, with the open jaws facing the wall. No bait is used.

The secret is to locate the traps along the chipmunk run along the house.

Very effective. Simple to operate and no mess to deal with. I placed it under a small inverted cardboard box with a rectangular hole cut out in one side and put a rock on top of it for weight to keep the trap out of the elements.

First three days caught two chipmunks. I’ve filled in the holes they made in my lawn and have yet to see any further activity. Very pleased to have the results I had hoped for after trying regular snap traps with no success.

A friend loaned me one to try out. Caught chipmunks, moles and mice. Immediately bought 3, I tied the traps to old milk crates and place these opened end crates on top. I heard sometimes a critter may not die immediately which could drag a few feet from where trap was set.

3 traps Bought and caught 3 pesky chipmunks on first day! Carried crates to trash bin, reset and now I can continue my yard work.

I bought this to hunt deer from a tree stand with this year (+-40 yards or so). It did the job superbly. I the only caution I will pass on to others it not to use Hornady 00 Buck Shot, as it groups horribly.

ordering info is insufficient to make a correct order. the package info spells out which degree of restriction to order depending on how it will be used93″” 00 or 31/2″ 00, etc. only after you receive the itm will you see this.

my full choke which was sent to me only patterns 23/4″ magnum 12 pellet 00 buck in an acceptable pattern. the package info recommends full choke for 3. 5″ 00. and an x-full forjust about everything else.

would liked to have had access to this info when ordering.

This choke is awesome. I shoot it a benelli super nova, I never patterned it. I put it in my gun and used shells I already had and went hunting. The longest shot ive made with it was 65-70 yards away it dropped the deer in it’s tracks with #1’s.

Michigan Stinger spoons are one of the best on the market. Live in Indiana and troll these on Wabash river, St. Joseph and on the reservoirs. It’s nice that they come in variety of sizes, have caught plenty of fish on them.

Have caught various species- cats, crappie, stripers and pike. Best speeds 1 to 2. 2, we run the spoons behind dipseys an trip divers 10ft-12ft leaders.

Functionality is good based on results. This spoon design in the larger size has consistently produced walleye > 17” ( my personal minimum) in the central basin of Lake Erie. I get two of every color when I restock my tackle.

I’ve used this choke for over two years and I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. It holds a tight pattern at long distances and will still demolish a gobbler as if it is at close range. It works well with the Winchester longbeard xr’s which is my main ammo of choice.

That being said, just because it works well for me doesn’t mean it will work the same with other applications. As well as different ammo preferences. The targets pictured are from this year 3-14-2020 at 50 yards.
