For almost 2 decades I have been enjoying the toffee flavored macadamia flavor. It was my go to whenever we are in Hawaii. I normally purchase 5-8 bags throughout my trip. This is one treat I always look forward to getting and is always on my top 10 items to do in Hawaii.

I like several of your reviews was very disappointed with your new dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts. The bitter chocolate powdered nuts are very disappointing. At first I thought they were stale or spoiled.
Then I talked to customer service and found out you think this makes them a more premium tasting nut. Not for me. I will not buy them again with this recipe. I also spent over $80. to get free shipping.
What a waste. I gave them to friends for the holidays before I new of the change. I was also disappointed that knowing how disappointed I was nothing was offered to make a substitution. The honey roasted nuts were still good.
I recently received several packages of these for Christmas, and was really looking forward to eating them. While the macadamias are wonderful, and the chocolate around them is fine, they have been dusted in unsweetened cocoa.

I have been super addicted to the MacFarms dark chocolate Kona coffee macadamia nuts. But I can only get them from Publix which is like 30 minutes away from me. We only go there once every so often for good produce runs.

I actually bought these to get to the ‘free shipping’ amount, was surprised how much I liked them. Kicked myself for not buying more. WILL order again. And sometimes you think they’ll just take the lesser quality nuts to cover them with a coating? Not these, lots of big/whole pieces and EXCELLENT taste.
My favorite confectionary delight, expensive if purchased MSRP and an indulgence. That said, if you can negotiate a better price do it, a fine bottle of wine can be had for less just to put price into perspective.
