Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Online (2024 Updated)

I bought these at my local WalMart. They are DISGUSTING! Why mess with the delicious original cookie? They were perfect the way they were. These are not hip, cool, or modern. Manufacturers lose sight of the fact that people buy things for the taste that evoke memories…a little treat in the lunchbox, a couple of cookies while chatting with friends about boys, school, etc.

These are so gross! I will no longer buy the brand, nor do I recommend them. I will be buying Pepperidge Farm cookies instead. Hopefully Ferraro will bring back the original cookies. Too bad!.

The new recipe is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. These cookies taste NOTHING like the regular Famous Amos cookies, which seem to now be just about impossible to find. These “new, improved” cookies have a totally different texture and taste; they crumble like sawdust.

HORRIBLE. I even emailed the company and said I wanted my money back; they sent me a $5-off coupon but it’s useless if I can’t find the REGULAR Famous Amos cookies!.

I’ve had these cookies before and they’re very good. I understand though, that Famous Amos has come out with different cookies than this original one, and you can no longer find this original one in the yellow bag.

A friend of mine has been searching everywhere for them, and I found and bought them for her at Sam’s Club. It’s the original cookies at a great price, and she & her husband were thrilled to finally be able to get these again, as they do not like the new flavors and prefer the original ones!!.

Similar to most fiber cookies and bars I’ve tried; these are edible but so-so in taste and way too expensive. I really only like the Fiber One Supreme brownies but they are VERY challenging to keep on hand, (the ones I like actually have “supreme” in the name–I’m not really into the basic chocolate fudge brownies that are almost always available) and though I think they do aid with my digestive system, nothing really makes the big difference like eating the foods that are naturally high in fiber rather than the processed (read: expensive) stuff.

I do recommend warming the cookies for 10-15 seconds in the microwave as they are a little hard straight out of the package.

Bought 4 or 5 of them with very high expectations. Turned out to be stale, disgusting, rock solid and almost broke my teeth. This item should not be allowed for sale. I wish I donated that money to the poor and needy.

Buy Pepperidge Farm Santa Cruz Soft Baked Oatmeal Raisin Cookies instead.

I have tried almost every Fiber One product, and these chocolate chunk cookies are my absolute fav! The texture is perfect and they’re loaded with chocolate. I love that they’re individually wrapped and ready to throw into my bag.

Just one helps control my cravings and fills me up til mealtime. Fiber One products have helped me lose 20 lbs so far!! Fan for life! :-).

I was excited when I saw these! All I can say about these is they do not taste right, by soft baked I think of chewy vs. crunchy, but with these The consistency is somehow really dense yet also airy/floury simultaneously.

I almost never throw food away, but I threw these away. Even my sons who typically like anything resembling a sweet, passed them up.

These cookies are ok at first bite…Until it happens…The texture of these cookies make them addicting. It’s the perfect soft but chewy mix. And since there are a few cookies in each package, you feel satisfied after one bag.

These were the perfect snack!.

These cookies are delicious! They are soft and chewy, and come in just the right packaging for a small, sweet snack. There are just the right amount and combination of cookie and chocolate. They don’t last long in our house.

So I was given a few bags of Tate’s Chocolate Chip Cookies by a friend a couple weeks ago and I was blown away by how delicious they were when I first tried them and I was totally hooked on them right then and there.

These are hands down the BEST chocolates chip cookies I have EVER had in my entire life! I am absolutely addicted to them. I have only tried the regular chocolate chip cookies, but I plan on trying the other kinds soon.

I love how thin they are and how they just melt in your mouth after being dipped in milk for 5 seconds. Mmm. Soon yummy. Gotta go eat some right now! I think e everyone should try them.

I have always been a chocolate chip cookie fan but over the last few months I’ve lost my desire for the chocolate chips but still want cookies. I saw these and thought I try them. Well am I ever glad that I did.

These cookies almost melt in your mouth! They have a wonderful crunch that is filled with the delicious flavor of butter. The only downside, there’s only 14 cookies in the package, so if you are in the mood to down a bunch of cookies, these aren’t the ones to eat.

You want to savor the goodness of these! Make sure you buy multiple packages!.

Soft batch chocolate chip cookies were unavailable at my local Walmart for about two weeks. When they became available again, they had a brand new look. I got them, and excitedly said, “New look, same great taste!” My husband laughed, as he knew how happy I was to get “my” cookies.

Well, they are definitely not same great taste. Did y’all change the recipe??? They are NOT the same cookies I have been eating for about 25 years. Please let this be a bad batch I got, even though I got two packages and they’re both the same 🙁 bring the old back!!!!.

These are delicious cookies. Everytime I find them at a store I have to buy 2-3 packages of them. I like these better than most of the soft versions of other cookies that are sold today. These are the closest to tasting like homemade cookies.

The hard and crispy texture of these cookies is the best thing about them, but there are not enough chocolate chips, and the cookies have too much of a rice flavor to them. They are also a bit too sweet.

The taste is not bad, but not that great. I started eating them adding some pieces of Trader Joe’s dark chocolate and they were very good! My recommendation is that you have to eat them with a little dark chocolate to overpower the rice flavor and they will taste like a delicious chocolate chip cookie! Tate’s gluten free chocolate chip cookies are the best!.

I had to cut gluten out of my diet because it made my IBS absolutely impossible to control. So, now the challenge really is finding gluten free alternatives to the foods I loved to eat. Cookies are temperamental when being baked with gluten free flours so I can see that it’s quite difficult to produce something everyone will like.

With Dr. Lucy’s gluten free cookies, it really depends on the flavor, in my opinion. 😛 That isn’t to say they weren’t altogether delicious! Because they were. I’ve tried the chocolate and the cinnamon so far.

The chocolate ones were dryer in comparison but still full of flavor. One think you’ll notice about gluten free foods is how bland or dry they seem. But these weren’t overly dry nor lacking in flavor.

The cinnamon ones were the best of the both, absolutely delicious and not too dry. I’d eat them with hot chocolate :3 I hope if you’ve been considering trying them, that you do! When looking for a favorite snack food or dessert or anything gluten free, you really need to be willing to take a leap of faith.

Had to go gluten free and missed chocolate chip cookies. Most gluten-free cookies on the market taste AWFUL!!!! EXCEPT for the LUCY’s brand of cookies. Lucy’s gluten-free chocolate chip cookies taste great!!! They’re so much better than any other gluten-free brand on the market.

They are now my go-to cookie of choice. My husband couldn’t tell the difference in taste/texture between Lucy’s chocolate chip cookies and other name brand gluten containing cookies. Gosh, thank you for having Lucy’s on the market!!!!.

Perfect for a snack. Very low in calories. Tasty crispy little cookies.

Trader Joe’s Crispy Chocolate Chip cookies are a favorite with our family. They provide us with a small snack…rather than eating a huge cookie. Helps us watch our calories.

I am obsessed and in love with these cookies! I’ve been eating them for a while and honestly think they taste better than most cookies full of sugar/carbs. Recently, these have especially become a lifesaver! My bf was recently told he was pre-diabetic and needed to make changes to his diet which obviously included low carb/low sugar which I knew would be tough for him to do since he has a sweet tooth and he was having a hard time adjusting to feeling like he couldn’t eat anything “normal”.

Honestly these cookies have helped so much, he loves them and as stupid as it sounds, he’s said that they help make things seem more normal and is glad that he can still have a couple of cookies without worrying about how it will affect him.

Every single flavor is amazing! We haven’t tried one yet that wasn’t good!.

Xanthan gum is a fine food additive, and as a long-time on-and-off low-carber, I’m quite familiar with it. For some, however, xanthan gum can diminish or mute the flavor of the food to which it is added, and I am one of those people.

Consequently, these don’t taste like chocolate chip cookies to me; they taste vaguely like something sweet, and nothing else. Sadly, the sheer amount of gums in the cookies also affects the texture, which very quickly transitions from crispy to just plain slimy on the palate.

For me, these are just slimy, unflavored xanthan gum cookies that happen to look like chocolate chip cookies. Bleh. I can make much better, for a fraction of the cost.

I really like the Highkey chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate chip cookies have a saltiness and the cookies are pretty good. The taste is very similar to the leading blue-packaged brand of traditional chocolate chip cookies.

They have just the right amount of crisp and crumb, good balance between chocolate chips and cookie, and just the right sweetness. I’m happy with the ingredients and the quality in this bag. I finished that bag in 5 minutes.

The cookies are small enough that you can satisfy your craving with few calories or eat a whole bag of you like. Gluten free and keto friendly for an added bonus! The package is small (Too small for me).

So I picked these up because I wanted something I could eat on my drive to work that would hold me until lunch time. I got the Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, and the Snickerdoodle cookies.

My favorite was immediately the Snickerdoodles. I can’t describe why that is, it just matched what I wanted the most. So I bought another 12 pack of the Snickerdoodle, and they were noticeably different.

They had so much more of the cinnamon and sugar coating. Loved it. They also weren’t as soft, I didn’t enjoy that. I ended up buying a third box. This one was just trash. The texture was wrong. They weren’t firm, but they weren’t soft, and the way they looked on the inside just didn’t look right to me.

I had a similar issue with the chocolate chip ones. The first box smelled very strongly of chemicals, almost like gasoline, but the second one was fine. It was just weird, you don’t know what quality you will get when you order these.

This cookie is bland and barely has any pumpkin in it anymore. There’s a much more artificial taste, and the texture/appearance looks more processed than ever. Lenny & Larry’s Complete Cookies (especially pumpkin and birthday cake) used to be my favorite, but for the past few years they’ve changed all of their recipes.

The pumpkin is barely edible anymore. The chocolate chip is inedible. The snickerdoodle is the only decent one left, only because of the cinnamon sugar coating. Since formula change after questions of protein content and if they were truly vegan things started going downhill.

And then it seemed to happen again when they started playing around and offering different varieties of cookies. Buy only if you’re really not a picky person.

I feel like everyone who has first started their fitness journey runs into these cookies. They have great advertisement because they are at every gym. I personally don’t think they are that tasty and a big chalky.

I also think a big misconception that a lot of people have who are getting into fitness is that it’s “healthy” or will help you “lose weight” when in reality it has a lot of calories. It’s misleading.

Yes it has a good amount of protein but you can get that somewhere else for far less calories. If you’re bulking and want some quick cals and you don’t mind the taste then this is perfect for you. It’s just not my cup of tea.

I didn’t find these tasted like red velvet or chocolate. I couldn’t really define the taste other than sweet with a partial berry aftertaste. However, when my kids were in grade school they loved stuff with this fake sweet taste.

They come in nicely packaged individual servings which are great for school lunches, but unless your kids are celiac, this is an expensive option.

I bought the Snickerdoodle variety, so that is what is pictured and reviewed. (Just didn’t see them listed!) I found these at Target while browsing. I’ve tried MadeGood snacks before so I grabbed the box to take a look at the carbs.

I am a type 1 diabetic and always looking for snacks that will satisfy my awful sweet tooth and that won’t raise my blood sugar a ton. These sit at 15 carbs and 110 calories – perfect for a quick snack.

I love that they are packaged in portions so I won’t want to eat a million of them. The cookies are soft and chewy and the flavor is definitely there. They are a little more expensive than comparable snacks, but I’m willing to pay it for something “better” for me.

The cookies, or the remnants thereof, were delicious but most of them arrived as crumbs and broken bits, only a few intact and actual full cookies. The price was a tad on the high side for the lack of shipping care and the delivery of smashed former cookies to my door.

It seems they just toss the bags in a box and pray for safe arrival. Because of that, we can’t order again. $7+ for a three ounce bag of smashed up cookie bits is not really worth it. They were delicious however and if they were on store shelves I might try them again.

The question about the size of the cookie, asked below, is inapplicable to crumbs. The size they started out as is irrelevant.

This was my first purchase of nunbelievable cookies; I choose the pecan sandies. These are the first keto cookies I’ve had (and I’ve tried them all) that don’t have that nasty paint-thinner alcohol taste to them.

My husband liked them too, and I’ve already gone back and ordered the chocolate chip and the double chocolate for my husband. Maybe the company could create a shortbread cookie? Please???🙏.

I have always liked Pecan Sandies and being low carb I don’t get to eat much sweet stuff that tastes all that good. Things are either too sweet or just disgusting in texture or ingredients. These are the best low sugar/carb cookies I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot! They are not too sweet(could even be less), they are nice and crunchy and hit the spot as a way to handle the sweets craving.

Just a couple after diner do the trick! Wish they came in bigger bags!.
