Best Charizard Moveset Pokemon Go (2024 Updated)

Besides the price this thing has inflated to its an awesome trainer box for evolutions fans it has the card list book sleeves and the usual goodies of trainer boxes and 8 packs of those sweet sweet evolutions boosters.

This was a legit box, pulled wonderful cards including a OG Charizard card. 1000/100

Pokemon evolutions set is getting harder and harder to find so being able to get some sealed products of older sets is always a must for collectors!!

What can I say about Pokemon cards. Especially you get a special edition huge hologram Charzard card. Need I say more!!!

The charizard GX detective pikachu is great value, including exclusive detective pikachu boosters and assorted boosters from other sets.

The little child loved it. He wanted some more Pokemon. It was exactly what he wanted.

This figure is honestly cool and looks better in person than in promotional images. However, the joints in the arms are all over the place. The shoulders have very sturdy, clicky ratchet hinges while the biceps and forearms are quite thin.

I had the figure’s left arm just snap off at the bicep joint from posing it, and I wonder if the tightness of the ratchets caused stress on the bicep as a result as it’s the best place to grip. It’s a very nice-looking figure, but I just hope I got the short end of the stick with quality control and it’s not just a design flaw.

Pokemon fans both young and not rejoice! For now we have poseable affordable action figures of our favorite Pokemon! The tail, the wings, the mouth, all fully poseable! The included stand is also a nice bonus.

A lot of effort was put into this toy’s creation which is interesting as I can’t imagine Jazwares would be able to reuse this mold for anything other than other Charizard repaints.

I ordered it online and the shipping was spectacular, literally got it in two days! Box was a little ripped but where it didn’t matter, I’m excited to give it as a gift to my boyfriend, it was bigger then I thought which is cool!.

Really disappointed with this pack. Especially considering the high price tag. Yes you get the Mewtwo and melmetal cards but the rest is just dud. In the Mewtwo side we got 16 of the same energy card! Then Barry trainer card 5 times.

And then lots of duplicates with Pokémon too. Really disappointing and my son was gutted.

I bought three of these trainer boxes. Got greats cards to build a couple of awesome decks. I was a little disappointed that one out of my three boxes did not come with the promised Mewtwo V card. Like I said other than that one card missing everything was great quality (dice, sleeves, etc.

).

Price was mind blowing! Pills were even better! Love the radiant collection and peelable ditto cards in this set! Thanks OverTheBrick!

This set is a great deal, with a lot of cards in it, and comes with a 65-card sleeve. Lots of great cards, my kids love them! If your child loves Pokemon cards, this is a great gift for Christmas or birthday.

When they announced Pokémon Lets Go! I was skeptical at first, with all the forums and such explaining what it might be and how the game would be like. It is a completely different game from the mainline ones that we are all so fond of for sure.

Some hate it and some love it, I have grown to love it just as much as the others in the mainline. There are many very noticeable differences including no wild encounters when in tall grass, caves and floating on the water with your Pokémon.

That alone made some people hate Lets Go. For Let’s Go there are two games just like the mainline games 1-8, Pikachu and Eevee are your choices for the starters. In Lets Go your buddy Pokémon Stand on your head (Eevee) or on your shoulder (Pikachu) and you can have another Pokémon from your party follow you around when you take them out of their pokeball.

Pokémon Lets Go is a Gen 1 game that can also connect to your Pokémon Go game on your phone or tablets. You can trade from your PoGo game to Let’s Go but not the other way around. Surprisingly the two, Pikachu and Eevee, have some major differences in themselves.

In Let’s go Pikachu and Eevee there are game specific Pokémon you can get in each version. In order to get the ones from the game you have to trade with someone who has the other or trade them from your PoGo account if you have them.

(Mentioned in photo attached) On top of that the only way to get the legendary Mew is by purchasing the Pokeball controller which is $50 in USA and to trade it from the pokeball when you purchase it new.

Pikachu and Eevee both also have special moves that they can learn too. Pikachu for its special moves can learn electric and water moves where Eevee can learn a vast majority of move types because of the many evolutions it has.

Unlike the mainline games you can NOT evolve your buddy (starter) Pokémon at all unless you hack it which is not recommended if you plan on playing online mode. The great thing about this game being on the Nintendo switch is that you can play in TV mode or in handheld where in the previous mainline games you could only play in handheld with the gameboy or DS systems.

On the handheld you can play with your buddy and change its hairstyles! In handhelds when you catch Pokémon you use the tilt sensor instead of dock mode where you have to use one switch controller like the old Wii Systems.

I would highly recommend this game for someone waiting on the Gen 8 coming out later in 2019 or for someone looking for something slightly different from the mainline.

Alright so I’ll admit; after coming from Pokemon: Sword/Shield to Let’s Go: Eevee, it was an adjustment and I was not super into the game at first. The throwing style threw me off which also encouraged me to never play with the switch connected to the TV and only play handheld.

The storyline seemed more meant for children but after beating the first two gyms, I got more into it. I loved the classic 150 Pokemon that you’re able to catch (even though about 20 of those you have to find someone online to trade with you because they’re only exclusive to the Pikachu version, I suggest Reddit), and the graphics were amazing especially on the OLED switch.

I loved the close relationship that you develop with Eevee and that you can pet it and give it treats. The gyms get especially harder so you do need to know your types and what they are weak/strong against.

I loved being able to catch Mewtwo in the end but wish that Poke Ball Plus(es) that originally came with the game weren’t such a rare item and so expensive to come by these days because you can’t obtain Mew as a mystery gift anymore.

There is a solid storyline after beating the Elite Four and I ESPECIALLY love that you can ride around on Charizard/Dragonite/Aerodactyl, it’s loads of fun and makes traveling way quicker. Overall, once you get into the game it is loads of fun and I can honestly say that I enjoyed this game as much as Sword and Shield.

Now to wait for Gen. 9 to come out at the end of 2022.

Had great fun playing this game. This was my first experience playing Pokemon on the Switch and it was much more enjoyable than my Nintendo 3DS experience. I enjoyed being able to see the Pokemon in the wild rather than just tripping over them suddenly.

It made picking and choosing which ones to go after much more enjoyable. I also loved that the Pokemon were “actual size”, as in Onyx was HUGE compared to a smaller Pokemon. Sound quality was well made and even sounded good through small in-ear headphones.

Just playing for a few hours here and there in the evenings, I was able to complete the game in about a month. Not including the “after game” extras. Overall a very laidback game to play.

I bought this controller about three weeks ago and I’m already having major drift issues with the left stick. I didn’t even use it for the first week I had it because I was still waiting for my Switch to arrive.

So two weeks of (admittedly moderate to heavy) use means that every now and then Link (BOTW) moves forward at a stumbling snail’s pace instead of full speed or tries to walk towards the camera when the stick is in neutral position.

I can fiddle with the stick for a minute to get it back to working for another hour or so before it starts up again. Some might argue that you get what you pay for in this controller, but I went with this controller because even the much more expensive Nintendo Pro controllers have complaints about drift issues.

I figured that if I was unlucky enough to get a problem controller, then at least I wouldn’t have paid $60 or more for it. I still expected this to last at least 3-4 months. There is a two-year manufacture’s warranty apparently, so I may try to work with that, but other’s have complained that it’s a mess of a company to work with.

I will likely give this controller another go (I need to get one before the drift renders my current one unusable) just because it’s a quarter of the price of the pro and I don’t want to throw extra money towards a controller with similar known issues.

My biggest gripe is really a non-issue for most. The design on the controller is skewed/distorted and it bothers me a little. Quality of the controller is good for the price, but I wish it were heavier, even if it’s just added weights, the thing is seriously light.

A downside I did notice is that you can’t use these unless it’s docked, it has a normal full size USB to Micro USB cord, while the Switch itself has a USB C port. You might could find a USB C to Micro USB cord (if they exist) but you’d have to notch the Micro end if it’s got a bigger plug head.

2 buttons you can remap on the fly on the back are also a really nice addition to a controller at this price point, usually those are only found on 2nd or 3rd party offerings at $100 or more. So far I’ve only had about 8-10 hours of use on it and I can report no problems.

I needed a controller to play BOTW. I decided to give this a try as it was the middle ground option in terms of PRICE (about $50. The pro would have been $70 and there was another for $25) I now see why it’s less expensive.

Upon taking it out of the package it just felt really cheap and it’s super light. I could look past that. What I can’t look past is that I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and the drift is absolutely horrible.

I could be not even touching the controller and my character in game will be walking to the left. There’s a lot of parts in the game that needs me to be precise and this controller prohibits that. I should have spent the extra $20 on the pro.

Lapel pin included is excellent quality! Really enjoyed opening these packs. Great pulls. A fun set with lots of card art variety. I like seeing less dull CGI type card art. It was fun finding a Ditto card and this was a cute little feature that made me smile.

In the future I would like to see better card quality. Disappointing to have uneven borders on cards, bent edge cards and/or curled cards. Quality control is a must for this price! Overall this set is an excellent purchase and would make a fantastic gift for your fellow trainers!.

Came as expected. A little beat up but I was planning on opening it versus putting this one up for display. Everything inside the box was fine just the corners where a bit beat up. If you want a pristine box i recommend getting it in store instead of online.

The contents inside were okay but the box it came in was not in the greatest conditions, looked kind of opened, either way it was good. I pulled a golden mewtwo and the alternate art conk from just one of the boxes.

I also got two radiants, venusaur and blastoise.

This is literally the heaviest Funko I own! Charizard is very well made, very solid. Funko came packaged well, no issues with the box as he was bubble wrapped. Definitely recommend this one, who wouldn’t want their own giant little guy?!.

If you’re thinking on getting this big Charizard don’t wait on it! He is 100% worth it! It’s quite the beefy pop figure as he has quite a heaviness to him! The size of him next to my other Pokémon pops is really outstanding too!.

If you’re a Pokémon fan, and like Charmander and it’s evolutions: this is a product you MUST have! Charizard is so big it didn’t fit on my bookshelf so I had to find a different spot for it! Great showcase item for those who like this Pokémon or just Pokémon overall!.

Four booster packs plus two Dedenne alternate art cards make this an awesome deal. Plus plenty of cards for deck making. I also like this toolkit because the box itself makes nice storage for organizing bulk cards.

tbh good price but terrible packaging. my trainers box came inside a bigger box, with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it. my trainers box was completely destroyed and smashed, luckily the contents are fine.

i wanted to keep the box for storage but i had to throw it out because it was just smashed.

Perfect for beginners looking to get into playing the Pokemon TCG rather than just collecting. If you want to get this as a gift and your grandchild/nephew/niece/child already plays then consider a product that contains more booster packs.

Pokémon Trainer Trivia has created a whole new level of competition between my two girls. After fighting it out amongst the streets tracking down their fave Pokémon and competing in battles they are now able to put all the information they have gathered to the test.

Up to 4 players has meant they can also include their cousin in their quest for Pokémon master. With 1000 questions, their knowledge of each Pokémon is put to the test. You get to choose out of 4 Pokémon who want to pitch against the other opponents.

With either single player mode or multiplayer, the game is really good as there can be no cheating as the Pokémon master keeps scores, explains the rules and even asks the questions, so no chance of losing questions cards either which is a bonus in our house! Listen for the question and answer true or false, but you’ve got to be the fastest to press your Pokémon to answer.

Answer wrong and you lose points. To win the game you’ve got to be the trainer with the most points. This has been great for my girls as they have been able to start at beginner level and work their way through up to advanced, although they are no experts yet lol Plenty of fun to be had, my girls are 9 & 11 and this has kept them entertained for ages and they seem to always go back for another battle.

What a hilarious toy! It was really amusing to guess the answers, although one has to pack some good knowledge on Pokemon. And you will really need patience as well, as the questions go fast and sometimes are a bit difficult to understand (as in literally – they sounded a bit “grainy” or muffled).

As far as we got, the questions did not seem to repeat themselves, though I would probably need to sit down with my kids for the whole duration of the game to be able to give you a proper answer regarding this.

I would only like to recommend the manufacturer to add a switch that selects between volume modes – “not so loud” and “LOUD”, because so far the latter seems to be the only setting. This toy is medium to small size, therefore easy to store and won’t clutter the game cupboard, of what i am quite pleased.

The gadget comes with batteries already included, so that’s a bonus.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my 9 year old child. They love Pokemon. I had a little go on the demo mode while still in the box and it seems really fun. I think they’ll love it. Only complaint is that it’s REALLY LOUD and I don’t think you can turn the volume down.

Yay for kids toys. ha.

Description promised 60 cards, I received 59. The missing one was the holographic charizard. I would have liked to have known about its omission before making the purchase. The remaining commons are of sufficient quality, if not slightly warped.

I have already written to mastermind with no response but since you sent me this review email, I’ll respond again – my son purchased this package using his own money and when we went to curbside he was told there are 2 different packages of Pokémon cards under the same bar code.

The one he thought he purchased ( Pikachu) had been sold out for months yet was still advertised as available, in the moment ( and after a longer car ride to go get it) he felt obliged to take the one offered even though it wasn’t what he wanted.

The salesman had no solution for him either- he would have to go online to get a return but no support there while in person. This will be our last purchase from mastermind. Given the lack of response from mastermind, the poor customer service and the unsolicited emails, I will not be supporting them any further.

So they clearly show 2 decks, charizard and drednaw. I clearly selected the charizard and it was showing as available in waterloo location. I buy the charizard deck and drive all the way down the store and they give me the drednaw.

They said although you pick the charizard they give you the one that is avilable from the 2 decks. My suggestion: dont buy here if they can’t tell the difference between 2 decks. I understand that maybe the lady in the store didn’t know the difference, but I emailed their customer service and they replied “you get whatever is available, not what you select and pay”.

Waste of time and money.

It arrive in 7 days since I bought it. Really really good stuff.

I like this set mostly because everyone else is selling it for $300 bucks. It included the Booster Packs or whatever, which suck. But this is the cheapest way to get a Jumbo-Sized Pokemon card. It also included the pin and coin and Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard regular sized cards.

Its very good because its hard to find good cards sometimes. But in this box you get some very good cards for a good value. Its fun to open them up and look at them. The 2 Charizard GX’s are extra special because they have a special material on them that makes them feel “scratchy”.

Got this for Grandsons Birthday and he loved it. He was very excited and kept showing me wow cards but of course I had no idea what he was talking about. Bottom line is; it was for him and he loved it.

Glad to purchase this set at retail, as prices were very high upon initial release date. Jumbo charizard card looks awesome!

Bought as a cake topper for my grandsons pokemon themed birthday cake. Good quality with the added benefit of him getting an extra toy. Also great price, £10, amazon were charging £30.

Fully articular for multiple poses. Great for kids who love to play with the action figures, great for adults who want to display it…and vice versa 🙂

My 5 year old loves it its not a huge action figure but its alot bigger than the standard action figures you see all over. Huge hit for a fantastic price based on the other prices

Like any pokemon box it is rare to get a good card. More often than not my son is disappointed and I am left wondering why I paid to watch my kids cry. My son with every box he got (4) received a total of 2 EXs in addition to what is displayed on the cover Typical for the tins and boxes I have found in 2 years of kids obsessed with pokemon.

Just so much better to go to a used card shop and buy EX/GX cards individually at $2-$5 each. Too bad youtube has made my son obsessed with the thrill of opening these overpriced things!.

The design of this set is fabulous. It comes with over 2000 pieces, but the directions are so well done that it isn’t overwhelming. The pieces are broken down into 21 bags, with each bag corresponding to the directions.

For example, Bag 1 is shown in the directions, then a series of well illustrated, simple steps show you how to work through all the pieces in bag 1. Bag 2 won’t be shown until you have used all the pieces, and completed the steps for everything in bag 1.

This bag system means that you never really have more pieces out than the ones you are actively working with. It also breaks the whole build into smaller, easier to manage pieces. Complete a bag? That’s a great natural stopping place! I am *not* an experienced builder of these things, and each bag has taken me an average of 30 minutes, with a few toeing closer to 45 minutes.

I have praise for the illustrations in the directions as well. The team that produced this managed to show every vital angle needed for placement of blocks. When there are two blocks that are similar enough to be confused, the directions highlight those similar pieces with a green checkmark, specifying which one you need for the step.

I’ll attach a of this to my review. The set itself is also remarkably well designed. There were moments where I questioned the design; once I thought a moving part would catch on the surrounding area, breaking off pieces, but by the time I had completed that particular bag, the moving piece had been given support, and the play in the joint that was catching was removed.

There was only play in the joint because I hadn’t completed the steps needed to support it. I suspect there is a team somewhere that put tons of hours into designing this thing. It’s hard to imagine designing it all; both the look of the gyarados and the mechanical movement are impressive.

Did I mention that it isn’t battery powered? You move gyarados with a crank, which I love! Let’s talk about what age this set is for. The box says 12+, and for most families, that’s probably correct.

My 8 year old did not have the patience for it, but he’s never had the patience to sit and build *any* set to directions. But, if you have a child that has been building smaller sets, you will likely have more luck than me.

Remember, you are only working with 1 bag at time, and a bag approximates the amount of pieces/time you find in some of the smaller sets. Fair warning, there are some steps where you are lining up axles and holes.

Getting the axles and holes to line up was sometimes a struggle for me, and I had to get my 8 year old for help! He prefers freestyle building, but I showed him the picture of the axles and holes, and he popped it all together! Those pieces weren’t all easy for me to put together, but if my 8 year old could do them for me, then it can’t have been *that* hard.

I would like to add that he thinks the gyarados and it’s crank movement are “awesome”, and is excited to have it displayed in his room. This Mega Gyarados is a big hit in our household.

This set is hands down the coolest set we have ever seen…ever! The build kept my son happy and excited the 2 weeks he took to build it. The colors are bright and bold and the facial features are excellent on the dragon.

My son’s eyes would light up when the mechanical features were coming into play as he continued his build. There is so much play in this set. He has little men characters in the dragon’s mouth and the scene that the dragon is swimming through water mechanical feature is hands down over the top innovative and fun.

My son plays with it every day after he gets home and he displays it on his desk in his room. The quality and stability of the set is really impressive considering all the motion. Keep up the great work on these builds, my son already made a list of other mega block sets like this that he wants for Christmas!! I’m very impressed as he tends to want video games…not anymore…MegaBlocks it is!!!! Thank you for showing my son a new world of age appropriate building that’s fun and gets him away from screens.

This Mega Pokémon building set is much bigger than we expected. My son loves Pokémon but with over 2000 pieces we were a bit overwhelmed when we first got it. Upon opening the box the pieces are broken down into 21 individual packages with over 200 pages of detailed illustrated instructions.

There is a QR Code on the box that you can scan and it will show you a video of the finished product and how it moves. I like the fact that there are no batteries required and all the moving mechanism is through lever and gears what you put together.

We haven’t had a chance to build it yet but we can’t wait to get working on it together. It will be a great weekend or holiday activity for the family to work on it together.

Build and Battle kits are nice, but can be a little more than I’m looking for. I don’t need a partially constructed deck or more energy bulk haha. For pure pack opening fun without the frills of other products, these booster bundles are a great new offer.

The Pokémon Lost Origin Booster Bundle pack includes 6 TCG packs. It’s a great item for fans and collectors. Bought a set for my nephew. Over The Brick has it available for an unbeatable price!

The main thing you worry about when you buy boosters online is resealed packs. These did not appear to be resealed. Don’t have great luck with Lost Origin pulls but that’s not on the seller.

So I got the box in the mail today, surprisingly very fast to build. Kids loved the wings on charizard because they said they felt real! My son built charizard and daughter attempted to build the other two with my help.

He had a little trouble at some points but we ended up getting it down. She loved building the charmander and charmeleon. The only things they didn’t like were that the stand was very difficult to build.

I had to help them as it kept breaking since it was only held by a 4 stud brick for a big chunk of the build. Also it was impossible to keep charizard up with just one of the clear tube pieces so we used 2 even though the book said one.

Even then he still kept falling off. They all have trouble just standing up by themselves, my son likes to keep them displayed and they wouldn’t stand so he had to put them on the display stand but it wasn’t big enough for all 3 so a bigger display stand where they could all stand would have been better.

Ended up displaying it as it was on the box since it looked better and also since every time we would walk in the room the charizard looked like it was about to fall off. Still had fun building them and looked good next to his other mega construx and legos.

So my 7 yr old my son couldn’t wait to open this and get started building it after it arrived. We got it out, went over instructions, and left him to it. He got real frustrated soon after starting because the instructions weren’t as clear as some other lego kits he has.

So we started to help him but that doesn’t seem to help. He’s still getting frustrated about not understanding the instructions even with our help. Secondly the pieces are sticking together and not coming apart very well when we mess up.

We cant’ get them apart to fix our mistake. Over all I feel like this should be for older kids. It’s an amazing build it looks like, but I strongly believe it’s made for older kids. But we will definitely be keeping it for when he’s a little older for him to build.

My almost eight year old son could not wait to open this set. He’s been getting more into building lately, and he’s absolutely obsessed with Pokemon. What he and I loved about this set is that the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, the pieces come in bags that are clearly labeled with numbers, and for the most part, my son was able to assemble the set without my direct help.

Even my two younger kids were transfixed while they watched him build his new masterpiece! The building blocks and pieces in this set were not too small to be easily handled, and are of very high quality.

One of our favorite parts is the flexible “wing” material on the Charizard figure. I would 100% recommend this set, and we have already purchased additional sets to enjoy building together!.
