Who knew unwrapping a mattress could be so much fun! I was not prepared for the intensity of watching this thing unfurl from its vacuum sealed state! Talk about entertaining! One minute its a hard roll and the next it’s a large floofy mattress! I really could not be more impressed with both the packaging and the mattress itself.

I didn’t have high hopes with it being a “bed in a box” but I was quite surprised at the level of comfort and how nice this mattress looks! It’s a med-firm support, has a nice plush top, and its a hybrid with both springs and foam for support! I really appreciate that the foam is CertiPur certified.

What impresses me the most about this mattress is the comfort. I have scoliosis so it’s important for me to have a good mattress. I have been waking up relatively pain free, so that’s a huge pro in my book.

I am petite and around 125 lbs, and my husband is around 200, and it works well for both of us. I am more a back sleeper, while he sleeps on his side, and we both are sleeping great and waking up refreshed.

There is no noticeable heat issues like we have had with some foam mattresses either. Flash Furniture really got it right with this line of mattresses for sure!.

This mattress is very well made, and I was really looking forward to it. When we got it, we carried it up to our bedroom to open it up. You can do this by yourself, but it is somewhat heavy and awkward, so it’s helpful to have 2 people.

We took it out of the box, and followed the instructions on how to open it. The matress fluffed up pretty fast, so we stuck it to the side to let it fully take shape. There was a slight odor mat first, but it eventually went away.

When it came time to go to bed, I was slightly disappointed. I’m a bigger guy, so I thought maybe I was too heavy for it, but my wife who is only 110 pounds felt the same way. It is very soft and you sink down into the bed, it’s kind of hard to maneuver around because you sink in so much We did sleep ok, but it wasn’t the most comfortable.

We decided to give it another shot the next night, but the same thing occurred. If you like a very soft bed, then this is the mattress for you, but unfortunately we need something firmer.

I was a bit worried about this mattress being a medium-firm. Softer mattresses have always been my go-to and I was a little apprehensive. To my utter surprise, this mattress has exceed my expectations! It is A LOT softer than I anticipated.

I almost wonder if I was sent the wrong firmness! Whatever the case, I am extremely happy with my mattress! Getting it out of the plastic was a little difficult, but nothing too bad. Once the plastic was cut, it popped right open! I let it sit in our guest bedroom for about 36 hours before putting it on our new frame.

There were no issues with it no expanding fully, which I have had in the past with mattresses in a box. I was worried that we would be able to feel the coils when we were laying down, but have not had any issues with that! 10/10 definitely recommend!!.

Love this mattress! Both my husband and myself are overweight and have struggled to find a mattress that won’t sink with us both sleeping on it, but this one has been doing amazing! All my back pain has gone away (side and stomach sleeper) and my husband has gotten his best sleep in years! The bed shipped in less than 24 hours and arrived intact via carrier in about a week. Frames are heavy but the process was relatively ez. I’m almost 64 and I managed to move, setup everything myself.

Good thing the ghostbed mattress is so awesome cause my back was toast after the whole process. Its been a few weeks now and both my wife and I are enjoying the extra room on the split king. I can lay flat and she can elevate her head.

The under bed lighting is great. The base motors are fairly quiet but not any more so than my previous queen frame of another brand-name. The support bracket for the mattress on the frame is not the best design.

it keeps coming out so that the mattress slides down. The other frame we had it mounted into the frame and stayed in place. We have had 3 other memory foam mattresses and this one has been the best we have ever owned.

Its the original 11″ which is relatively firm but comfortable whether you are a side back or stomach sleeper. Highly recommend the mattress!!! The frame is good but could use a few improvements. The massage is nice although its more a novelty than anything.

After sleeping on the same queen bed for 9 years, the husband and I finally bit the bullet and got an adjustable split king. We knew nothing about Ghostbed, but decided to take a chance since we had considered the Sleep Number bed, but couldn’t justify spending DOUBLE what we would spend for a Ghostbed in what appeared to be an almost apples-to-apples comparison (minus the pick-your-own-sleep-number, of course).

The reviews and the satisfaction guarantee–with a reasonable trial period–made us think, “What have we got to lose?”. The hubs and I have VERY different sleeping preferences and “issues,” so I was really advocating for the bed for him, but since the first night I slept on it, I have been completely in love! Little did I realize that my old medium-firm memory foam-style bed was the source of all of my hip and back pain.

I kid you not. The pain I have had for years is gone, and I had NO idea it was because of my old bed until I slept on our new Ghostbed! The bed is noticeably softer than our old one, without being too soft, and I can comfortably move from my stomach to side to back during the night without waking.

Additionally, I enjoy the adjustable base for reading in bed. I’m honestly not a fan of the vibration settings though and will never use them. So, that’s my love story with the bed. As for my husband, he tends to like a more firm bed, so when I ask him, he says he is “in like” with the bed, not love.

He thinks he has found the position he needs to be in to minimize snoring and maximize comfort, and unlike before (when he would wake in the middle of the night to go sleep in a recliner), he has slept in the bed ALL night, every night since we set up our Ghostbed.

As for the other aspects of Ghostbed fulfillment and customer service: I’m impressed. They have done an excellent job with packaging their products. All of our items trickled in at different times, but they communicated well via email notifications and shipment tracking.

And, given the issues around shipping and CoVid these days, I could cut them some slack. The split king sheets arrived last, so I had to buy some different sheets until they arrived. When they did, I realized why it’s a good idea to pay more for quality sheets.

There is a wide elastic band on the fitted sheets, and it is far superior to a “typical” fitted sheet, particularly when you are using an adjustable base. And they are very comfortable sheets. I would love to see them offer more style selections and will definitely watch for sales to buy more.

We purchased the split king bundle with adjustable base. Our mattress is the Flex. My husband finds the mattress comfortable. He is tall and quite heavy. I suffer from chronic pain in my shoulders, back and hips so finding a mattress that helps me get a good night’s sleep is a challenge.

I need to switch positions during the night. I find back-sleeping on this mattress quite comfortable. I also enjoy spending some time in the zero-gravity position while I am settling in for sleep. However, I find there is too much pressure on my shoulders when side-sleeping.

Reviews had warned that side-sleepers might find this mattress too firm. Indeed. I am still trying to decide whether I will opt to trade for the Flex before the 101 night guarantee ends. I am just not sure if it will be better.

I was having constant shoulder pain upon waking and was looking to replace our king size mattress. We had recently moved around a hand me down from my in-laws to my older son and the younger got his old one.

God this mattress is amazing. That is literally the FIRST thing I think EVERY single time I lay down or sit on it. It’s nice comfortable. I’m definitely quite fat and I don’t feel it sink uncomfortably or sag.

I just feel like a perfectly supported feather laying on top of the bed. As soon as I sat on it for the first time I actually groaned from I instantly feeling so much tension release from my body. Every time a friend/roommate/family member/etc passes my bedroom and sees my amazing mattress they make scrunched up jealous faces and mutter about wanting it.

Literally every single person. This too provides a kind of satisfaction that other mattresses might not provide. Buying this mattress was the best decision I made during my move. I can’t think of a single thing that is bad about this mattress.

We upgraded from our old hand-me-down bed to this bed because, while hubby was sleeping fine, I woke up daily with shooting shoulder and hip pain that lasted all day. I haven’t had an issue with it since.

The responsive air feature is incredible, I frequently wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck because I slept so hard (in a good way). It does have it’s faults, as with any piece of technology. Pumps can accidentally get disconnected, or get kinks in the hoses, but it’s always an easy fix.

Also, as someone that loves a softer setting, I do wake up sweating. It’s like sleeping in a cocoon, which is comforting, but my body heat gets trapped. Keep that in mind if you’re a hot sleeper, maybe look into their True Temp sheets! We tried them in store and they were amazing.

Currently writing this review so I can get money off to buy some myself, lol! All in all, great purchase, and I don’t regret a thing.

I bought this bed in 2004, in 2019 one of the chambers was not working properly. I call costumer support and even with my warranty not fully supported they offered me a great deal for a new chamber and (read this amazing next sentence carefully) They upgraded my under bed machine with a brand new controller at no extra charge! They worked hard for us not to lose our bed for a ridiculously low amount of money and that alone will make me buy another bed with them soon.

We’re getting to an age that reclining is a must so, our next bed will have that feature. Overall… the quality is superb, the technology is amazing and the sleep is 100% satisfactory. Ours is a California King size and it’s very comfortable! I recommend this bed 600%.

Ordered their $500 foundation along with their mattress. Delivery was a mess, UPS did not want to deliver the items because of how heavy and awkward they are. Kept getting notifications that they were out on the truck for delivery, but it was several days before they were actually delivered.

Anyways, imagine my disappointment when I go to assemble their $500 foundation and they have screwed on a connector for their support beam upside down. Can’t just unscrew it and turn it right side up because the screw holes make it uncentered in that case.

Can’t even drill new holes in because a couple of the holes are already right next to where the new ones would go so they would create ovals. Anyways, this NEVER should have left their factory, easiest freaking thing in the world to catch, but nope.

The only fix is to get a replacement for this support beam. Unfortunately they refuse to send one and tell me I have to return the entire half assembled foundation for a new one. I am so mad I just want to return everything.

$500 for a foundation that is literally 6 pieces of wood and some slats and they can’t even get it right, and refuse to stand by their product. If you are thinking about buying from Leesa, think very carefully about whether you want to deal with the fallout when something goes wrong.

I like a firm mattress, so foam mattresses out of the box have done well for me. My first was a Nectar but it was time to upgrade so I got the Leesa hybrid on the recommendation of a friend. The first few nights were ok but I woke up with my lower back hurting.

Honestly, that’s probably my fault as I sleep on my stomach and can contort my body oddly while sleeping. I added a mattress cover with very minimal quilted down padding (very minimal, just a standard mattress protector) and it made enough difference that the next week was much better.

So far so good. I recommend the foam pillows as they’re super supportive for your head and neck. I do want to note that there was a smell when I unboxed the mattress – a combo of clean laundry scent with a touch of chemical.

That went away within 24 hours. Also, it felt to me that portions of the mattress took longer to fully unfurl and fluff – I slept on one side and couldn’t shake the feeling I was rolling to the side the first night.

This also went away within a day or two. Overall very comfy, but give it a good 12-48 hours before full judgment.

We had chose Leesa mattress originally because of. other customer reviews, price point, versatility of sleep position accommodation, quick delivery,etc. Truth Is, I would have never considered a box & ship mattress if we had not decided to list our cottage as a vacation rental and needed these features and needed them as soon as possible! But I sure am glad we did chose Leesa Mattresses.

they arrived quickly , the price for the 2 XL twins(which we made in to a king) was very comparable with other companies, they were easy to transport And manoeuvre. We had an original design sleep number bed which was pretty tuff to change the bedding on and clean thoroyghly, but these are great! Light enough to easily move, sturdy enough ti sit on the edge without sinking, firm enough for a great nights sleep.

Our 3rd guest actually wrote to us about how after her back surgery she had trouble sleeping, but was so comfortable on these, that she stripped back the bedding to see what mattresses that they were so that she could order her one! We finally got to enjoy them for ourselves recently and I must say.

these mattress were purchased for my children to replace their “discount mattress” brand that lasted 2 years. alot of people complain about the smell but i did not notice one. i left them in the house for 2 days before opening the boxes to allow them to get to room temp.

then once i opened the bag let them sit an additional 24hours to “expand” but they seemed pretty full withing 5 mins of opening them. i expected a strong vinyl or foam smell with i did not even notice a slight smell of either.

the packaging was a bit cumbersome to get rid of as its a very thick vinyl like material but the 2 mattresses worth fit into a single garbage bag. several months later and the kids still love them and i no longer hear the beds squeaking.

i am even considering getting one for myself to replace my 10 year old mattress.

Two nights on it so far, and I’m very happy. I just needed a little more support. After an exhausting search, I found this. I admit, price had a lot to do with my choice, but other people’s reviews did help.

Here’s mine. I hope it helps. I am five foot one, about 130 pounds, and am just past forty years old. This mattress is supportive with just enough give to not make you sore. I side sleep, and occasionally sleep on my back.

I don’t spend the night rolling from side to side trying to ease the pain in my hips. I had heart surgery a year ago, so I have to be very careful with how I sleep, and this bed has made it easy to prop myself up so my chest isn’t closing in on itself.

We had a limited amount of money to spend but desperately needed a new mattress because ours was over 10 years old and in really bad shape. I like a firmer mattress and my husband likes something softer so it was a challenge finding something we both liked.

Also, I woke up with a backache every morning I have already tried a mattress topper because I didn’t want to spend the money on a new mattress. The topper didn’t help much. I finally broke down and got this after looking at MANY different options, we settled on this one and we are both SO glad! It is just the right amount of comfort and support, and was a great price! Best of all, we noticed right away that we both woke up without the aches and pains we had after a night’s sleep on our old mattress.

Another mattress and another disappointment. I have tried most of the brand named mattresses but continue to br underwhelmed with the product. Zoma was supposed to be better and cooler and more restoring but after 30 days, I find the Zoma just too hard.

I continue to wake up during the night to toss or turn because of pressure points on my shoulder or elbow. Add in that the mattress is actually bigger than a standard queen of 60 x 80, at almost 61 x 80, it doesn’t fit my frame properly.

Im just underwhelmed. I also found some quality issues with the manufacturing. like two of the corners are rounded instead of squared, making the mattress in those corners tilt down instead of being flat.

Also along the sides you can feel where areas where the materials were not squared off so one layer overlaps another and it makes a bulge stick out and just take away from the over all satisfaction. If Im paying $1000 for a mattress, I want it to look and feel as such.

I also found it slept hotter than expected and had to get new sheets to counter that otherwise I was sweating most nights. I selected this brand because it really pitched it helped athletes recover and slept cooler than most but i cant agree.

This Zoma mattress is a god-send. Not only do I sleep all night through, I wake up without aches and pains. The customer services is top notch. Not only is a live assistant always available, but they follow through with an email feedback request on the customer service.

Set up was a breeze. After carefully cutting the shipping plastic (it comes in a box), it simply unfolded itself on the platform. The bed is relatively heavy, but I am able to shift it around. The first night it felt a little firm as I was used to a pillow-top mattress, but by the next day it felt perfect.

Very comfortable for the price. I previously had a pillow mattress from Organic Cotton that was well over $1,000. This is more comfortable than that bed. It is firm with a very slight memory mattress feel but gives similarly to a spring mattress.

I am not enjoying sleeping on this mattress. The mattress is too soft and sags in the middle when I sleep on it with my husband. I do think the mattress would be ok for 1 person. I wouldn’t recommend.

My husband made me a beautiful outdoor daybed that I was using an inflatable twin mattress on, but I wanted a waterproof option that would feel more like a mattress. This was an affordable option and I have been so pleased with the comfort and the waterproof cover.

We had a huge storm last night and the mattress was soaked. I brushed all the water off and unzipped the cover, and the foam inside was completely dry! I think it would be great for a little one during ***** training, too.

We have used this mattress for an outdoor daybed. Very happy with the firmness. It does not sink down, but still comfortable which is ideal for our purpose. It is encased in a plastic covering and I believe will hold up well outdoors under a covered patio.

This mattress is exactly as advertised, it fit into a small package which surprised me. The mattress is actually comfortable it is being used on a trundle bed for guests. Guests have said it’s a lot more comfortable than the old spring mattress that was on the trundle.

THIS BED CHANGED MY LIFE OVER NIGHT I’ve dealt with back pain most of my adult life. I have a compressed lower spine and standing for more than a hour can be taxing. The past year my Sealy Hybrid mattress was making me dread going to bed and when I wake up I could barely walk.

BEST BED I HAVE EVER OWNED! Having worked at Mattress Firm for 5 years I have owned a couple of really nice beds. The Midnight from directbed is a step above them all. The gel matrix is the best technology in mattresses today, in my honest opinion.

It gives the perfect blend of support and pressure relief for both my wife and myself. We are two different shapes and body types and this bed gives each of us exactly what we need to get an amazing night sleep.

The break in and adjustment period was about a month and our sleep wasn’t great during that time, but after that first month we have been sleeping like we have never slept before. It is pricey but for how long it lasts and how good of sleep I am getting it is worth every penny!.

So, that’s a little disingenuous, I’m wayyyyyy too cheap to pay $10,000 for a bed. In fact, it was my wife that talked me into buying this mattress while it was on sale because the regular price was just so far out of the realm of what I thought I would ever pay for a bed.

That being said, in retrospect, my frugal butt would absolutely pay every bit of $10,000 for what this bed has done for me. If you don’t want to hear a story, just stop here and buy the bed, you won’t regret it and you can return it if I’m lying to you.

For the rest of you, I’m 34 years old, I’ve worked as a lineman for the phone company for over a decade now and have had 2 pretty serious car accidents as well as some herniated discs from my years of highschool football.

The smart money would say to get a different job, live a different life, and maybe get some surgeries, but I love the work and I love being active. The consequences for my choices have been constant pain in my back similar to a mild burn with sharp, shooting pain a few times a day.

Pain, like everything, is something you get used to the more you experience it. But it makes falling asleep take hours, then waking up 5-6 times a night to walk around, stretch, then fall back asleep.

With ibuprofen I could drop that to once or twice a night, but that has its own consequences, long term. I don’t want this to sound campy or hyped up, but laying down the first night was the first time in more than 10 years that I had ZERO back pain.

I woke up to my alarm and not once before that. I thought this had to be a fluke, but the same thing happened the next night. It has, more or less, happened every night since then. I can’t begin to tell you how much this mattress has changed my life.

To sleep through the night and wake up refreshed is something I never thought I would get to experience. I thought life is filled with pain, just deal with it and be grateful for the enjoyable moments.

I started with the Luxe as I have a bad back and usually sleep better on harder surfaces from issues when I was in the service but I could never get that solid sleep I was looking for. I was able to trade that in for the 3D Matrix.

Very satisficed with the 3D Matrix and I am 100% satisfied the entire process. I had the sleep number and I was sleeping ok but didn’t have the adjustable base so we decided to get a sleep number with the adjustable base.

Paid for it and later found the Ghostbed site. short version is Sleep Number refunded all the money as the mattress was not shipped yet. That bed was over $8500. The Ghostbed we now have was over 1/2 the price of the Sleep Number and we decided on the Split King.

I was a side sleeper but now with the adjustable base I fall asleep on my back now and the remote will let you save 1 position that is your go to position. Great Company, if you undecided I will tell you this has saved me as I get great sleep and able to do more activities.

The adjustable base is a life savor. If you lose power to the house you can use 2 9-volt batteries to get the bed in the spot you want. Be careful as those batteries don’t last long at all. All the customer service reps were very knowledgeable of each mattress and I talked to several of them.

It was time for an upgrade of our 20 year old mattress, it was long overdue. So my husband and I set out on the hunt and research for a new mattress. The amount of stuff posted online about mattresses and what’s best or good is so confusing and contradictory that it makes it so hard.

We then found dealbeds, asked a sales rep whats the best mattress and he straight up said I would be lying to you if I said this model is or that mattress is, he said it all depends on your personal preference, one size doesn’t fit all.

Asked if we’re side, back or stomach sleepers, asked if have back problems, or sleep hot then presented us our choices and we narrowed it down from there, couldn’t have been easier, saved us a bunch of money, headache, and time.

Rest assured this site has the lowest prices from any other online outlet or local store. The first place we shopped that was unbiased and didnt have a pressuring sales tactic. The mattresses arrived a few weeks after the order, they were just manufactured and looked to be delivered directly from the factory, there was a little new smell to them after being set up which made us realized they were just made new to order.

The mattress was better than we expected, nice and soft, yet supportive and contouring, unlike traditional memory foam we didn’t sink and feel stuck and it doesn’t get hot or sleep hot, which is a big deal for me due to age and hot flashes.

So I tried this mattress (available at Sears) for the first time. I loved the color and the material. It seems like one mattress that I don’t want to get off of. To the touch, it is very soft but it also seems very strong.

I am amazed because it’s very thick (which makes it very durable) but it’s also very light for the thickness that it has. I like how the surface/top of the mattress is shaped. I think the price is decent too.

Honestly, this mattress seems very luxurious and one that is to cherish forever. It has a lot of memory foam to make you feel and sleep comfortably on it. This mattress is not only beauty but it’s also quality and durable mattress.
