20 Best Wrap For Tennis Elbow (2023 Updated)

This has been one of my best purchases. For years Ive been bothered by elbow pain. I work a physical job and I also lift weights which made the pain worsen more recently. Bought this with little expectations it could help and wow was I wrong.

I wear it pretty much all day. At work and the gym. The only time I take it off is at home. Im not going to tell you it completely cured my elbow pain and I feel like a million bucks. But its definitely reduced the pain significantly.

Especially when Im lifting heavier weights or doing something physical that used to cause much more pain in my elbow. Now if I could only stop inadvertently whacking my elbow off of things I might be much better, but the brace cant help with natural ability to hurt myself daily.

This brace, with modifications, does seem to help my tendonitis. The hand specialist recommended a strap without any pressure pads. I tried this brace with it and it didnt help, so I removed it and got relief.

It is a big help that the Velcro has no stretch, which creates the pressure when those muscles are used. The thing I dont like is the sweat building up under the cuff. The material doesnt breathe enough.

So I have to take it off every few hours.

I ordered Sm/Med size brace which fit perfectly especially if you have a small forearm. It stays securely fastened

I’m using it for more than 3 weeks now and it seems to do the work. I ware it for several hours during my long rides and it really help. It seems durable enough.

This causes me more pain. I’ll have to go back to my original brace.

The Mueller elbow support is well made and uses quality materials. However, it is too stiff and bulky. I have been using the TruFit elbow support for many years. TruFit provided excellent support without the unnecessary bulky and stiff material.

Unfortunately, it appears that TruFit no longer sells their elbow support, which is why I tried out the Mueller support. I would not recommend Mueller but its possible that there isn’t any better alternative on the market.

Washable and fits tight if you want. Does not slip around like other brands. I have two and this one is my favorite, gives great support for my tennis elbow. I am ordering another one to wear while one dries from hand washing.

I hurt my elbow at work and knew is have to give it as much support as possible for it to heal. I opted for the Vive health elbow brace after testing the description and reviews. It has worked very well in giving me support and still having mobility to do my job.

The material is good, breathable and well designed. It is, in my opinion a great big of health equipment to use.

The support is very effective and offered nearly complete relief from the stress of lifting and pushing. I am very satisfied with it’s performance. The one drawback however was with the velcro patch.

After only one week of use, the stitches came out and I had to sew it back in order to use it. Overall, a very good product, except for the one quality issue associated with the velcro.

With RA there are times I cannot bend my arms. I now wear these when I know I will be over using my elbows and it keeps my pain tolerable. On nights when it’s too intense I sleep in them and wake up with no pain.

This was the second wrap i have purchased to deal with my elbow pain. I do like the compression sleeve, very solid and secure feeling when I am wearing it. On the first day I noticed that my elbow felt warm while wearing the sleeve with no real constriction in movement.

Over the week I did find that the sleeve does seem to be a bit stretched on each end. Not sure if this is caused by the pulling on/off of the sleeve, but not a big problem. I have noticed that a product tag has been placed in the joint side of the sleeve that is scratchy and annoying.

I have not cut it off since I think I will have a scratchier cut tag digging into my arm. Overall, the sleeve works as I expected, has really helped to deal with my pain. Yes, I would buy it again, but would tell the manufacture to have the tag sewn into the sleeve on the outside, as with how the product tag is.

After several months of using this product my elbows are limber and fluid again. The sticking points and audible creaks I used to get from tendinitis are gone and I’ve broken through several plateaus.

The benefits have stuck with me even when not using this equipment. These have been better than a personal spotter.

I went with other’s research on this before I bought it. Use some BioFreeze or Max-Freeze before you put it on and you’ll have some pain relief and get thru your day. It also offers some protection for your elbow.

If you ever bumped your elbow with tendonitis it will send you in orbit with pain. This sleeve reduces that from happening. It does stay put on your arm. Healing of this is a long process so anything that will help is surely welcome.

I’ve used this brace for a couple years as I’ve had flare-ups of doctor-diagnosed tennis elbow. My old Mueller brace is still working fine but no longer looking “fresh” so I ordered a new one just like the first.

The integrated gel pad I’ve found to be far superior to air pads or foam, and it hasn’t broken down in continued use. The strap is a particularly good and comfortable design, washes and dries easily, and has a fine hoop-and-loop fastener that allows fine adjustments and stays put even during heavy activity.

The hook part of the fastener is blunted so it doesn’t snag on clothing or things I might pass by. Overall, a very high quality item that caused me to buy the same when I needed replacement. No better endorsement than that.

For me, long hours raking debris when landscaping is what causes the tennis elbow — repetitive motion. Wearing this brace in advance has actually prevented recurrences (if I can only remember to do so).

Odly enough this lil strap really works. I suffer from terrible pain just below my elbow. I cant even lift my clothes to hang them up without pain. I put this strap on my arm and I can do everything I need to do around the house.

This doesnt mean you can over do it, but it helps ease the pain of noramal everyday household chores and typing.

This is an excellent device to support a sore elbow and forearm from ‘shooter’s elbow’ (aka ‘tennis elbow’). The Mueller elbow support with gel pad reduces much of the pain associated with this type of ailment.

This is not a cure, but simply a product to allow continued activity with only a little discomfort.

My right elbow bursa has been filling with fluid and reached the point that I had to have it removed twice. The elbow sleeve keeps the fluid from returning with the continued compression. Also, I have three of these sleeves now.

One of the first two I ordered began split at the seem on one end. I contacted CC and they immediately shipped a replacement no questions asked. The quality of these things are great. I’ve had my for about two months and they provide tremendous relief to me by preventing the return of the fluid to my elbow.

The sizing on this wrap is not accurate. I ordered according to the recommendation, but L/XL was way too big (closing straps could not go far enough) and way too heavy. It just slid right off my arm.

The S/M has one less ice pack (less weight) and I am able to close the straps enough for a snug fit.

The loop and velcro design on this particular wrap seems of poor design and quality. Very hard to properly align the wrap where the end of the strap doesn’t end up pinching your bicep and inner forearm.

Would give them a zero rating.

Great help with tendonitis pain. Was having real difficulty while doing pull-ups, and this was becoming more evident in everyday lifting/pulling. Realised I had to find some sort of support and this seemed to fit the bill.

It was adustable, washable and reviewed well in Amazon. It has been a definate benefit, I can feel a real easing of the pain and it gives me more confidence when exercising in avoiding injury. Recommended.

This support is well made and gave comfort immediately however after an hour I had to take it off because it was making it worse. Maybe I dont have tennis elbow because it started after I banged my elbow so now at least I am encouraged to visit my GP and get a proper diagnosis.

Ill keep the support because it may be useful again. Its easy to put on and adjust.

I have been using this product fora week now. I love this product and it really works. I bought this because I had injured my Tendon tendonitis. I wear it most of the time and while lifting weights Iuse it as well.

I bought this sleeve about a month and a half ago to use mainly when working out. I had elbow surgery a few years back, and the elbow aches and feels weak at times when lifting. This sleeve fits very comfortably and provides enough stability to my elbow without restricting any movements.

I unfortunately left it at the gym one day, but will be purchasing another very soon.

The velcro on my earlier tan version was getting tired so I got this “new and improved” version. Bad move. The pads are now about an inch higher up from the bottom and hard to get in position. Also, the earlier version had a more pronounced ‘bend’ to it that this one doesn’t.

Think a ‘regular’ sock vs a ‘tube’ sock. This is the ‘tube’ sock and it puts a wrinkle in the support right in the crook of your arm. Very uncomfortable.

The strap works very well, fits very comfortably. I think I will try the other compression strap with the boa enclosure for added compression.

I have severe carpal tunnel and some days I cannot even make a fist and its very painful. Using a tennis elbow brace helps put pressure the nerve preventing me from closing my hand. I used a product before that had a ratchet type preasure point but it would cause soreness and bruising because it pressed down on a very small specific area which made the skin extremely sore.

This product has a wider pad and feels much more comfortable to wear, my only complaint is there is no XL size.

The strap lets me work with a minimum of pain in my elbow. the strap is already snug when slipping it on my arm and the pads are firm enough to target the painful area. the velcro secures the flexible strap and will not work loose.

I have to snug it up rather tightly and the strap is wide enough not to cut off circulation (or give the feeling as if it cuts off the circulation), unlike some cheaper ones I have tried before. I definitely recommend tis elbow strap to anyone with golfer/tennis elbow! I also appreciated the fast shipping and e-mail notifications.

I was concerned when the dr told me to wear a padded elbow brace. I checked all the local stores and nobody had one. I finally found one through Braceability. It took a while to get here (8 days) but it finally arrived.

so far so good seems to be reducing my swelling and the discoloration in my right (dominant) elbow. only 30 days so far but dr wanted to to perform surgery so definitely worth a try! Item is not breathable and gets sticky.

Said one size fits all but label from corflex says medium so i have it on its loosest fitting.

RDX knee support has been very good for my arthritis, it has reduced the swelling in my Knee and taken away the pain, I recommend this product to releave pain from arthritis.

They do not want to stay in place. Yo constantly rewraping. They are not flexible enough while performing other exercises. They do a good job of protecting your elbows during a heavy set though.

These wraps have been very helpful when I began to lift heavier weights. It helps prevent strain on my ligaments which is a great benefit! If you want to conserve your joints and ligaments I highly recommend these for any level of fitness.
