This bench is not only really good looking but it is a solid piece of outdoor furniture. I put Teak oil all over it. The oil not only made the beautiful grain of the wood stand out but it also made this piece really weather sturdy.

I could not be happier with this bench.

I absolutely love this bench! It’s a perfect replacement for my old rotting bench for my front porch. It’s sturdy and very well built. Put it together in about 10 minutes. I did give it a light sanding and painted it with Rust-Oleum Spar to keep it looking new and protect it from the sun and rain.

I love the way it looks and the simple elegant lines.

Honestly, i was a little worried when ordering that it would be a bit flimsy. I thought that because of the length with no center support it wouldn’t be very strong. I was wrong! This bench is heavy duty! Easy to put together and very solidly built.

We have this in our mud room, so it’s used a lot for putting boots on.

We bought this set June 2021 for outdoor patio use. The assembly was easy, minimal and straight forward. I added carpenters’ glue on the leg joints just to add strength and hopefully longevity. The pieces look just as pictured on the website.

The items seem strong enough. It’s too early to tell if the wood will wear well in the weather. We liked the price and the rapid availability. I haven’t yet assembled the chairs, so they’re not in the photos.

We purchased the table, bench & 2 chair set, plus we bought a second bench.

Wood deck table for use on our wood deck. Received this great table in good condition. It took me 4. 5 hours to put it together using the included instructions that were very accurate and easy to follow.

Once assembled with our deck chairs in place we discovered it to be too high for the chairs at 30 inches. Our original deck table is 27 inches high. Attempted to cut the legs down 3 inches but it proved to be too difficult and should be done in a wood working shop.

We made the condition somewhat better with the purchase of cushions for the chairs. It is recommended to seal the wood twice a year with teak wood sealer to protect it from harsh weather and fading. I have yet to apply the sealer but I think that it will further enhance the look of the wood.

Beautiful table at a fair price. Putting it together is an adventure (2 hours for skilled assemblers), but the finished product is worth the effort. Do not use a screw gun for the Allen bolts. They are not high quality and will instantly strip.

We also made slightly larger pilot holes and used a lengthening device on the Allen key wrench, for leverage. All-in-all a great purchase.

Overall, this seems to be a well made table, however a couple of quirks led me to lower it to a average rating. First, the two outside table tops on either end are slightly bowed, while the butterfly leaf is not, making it difficult to expand the table, and second, the holes for the clasps that hold the leaves in place either in the expanded or compact configuration were drilled in such a way as the clasps could not engage.

This required determining the correct position and drilling new holes to mount the clasps. This had to be done for three of the four clasps. This made the assembly significantly longer, but up until that point, it was quick and easy to follow the instructions.

Lastly, the hardware screws are fairly low quality metal, which I have found typical in many assemble on site furniture pieces. Fortunately, only one screw head stripped out, but I did take care to tighten them slowly to prevent stripping.

If you were inclined, better screws can be found online. The last minor gripe is that in the compact configuration, the ends o the table are all but useless since the table top does not overhang the support structure, thus leaving no room for a chair to be placed under it, nor any space for someone’s legs.

This means that in the compact configuration, it is essentially a two person table. When extended, however, this is not a problem as the leaves overhang the ends nicely. Time will tell how the table performs, but for now I think it will meet our needs.

Shame on me for spending over $200 on this table. Two stars because I like the look of it but the quality is poor. Wood is very soft; our umbrella tipped over a bit (wasn’t even windy and we have a weighted base) and the weight of it caused the umbrella hole in the middle of the table to widen significantly.

Guarantee this table won’t last more than one season.

We put it together easily but the end screws wouldn’t go in completely on opposite sides. It wasn’t worth the trouble of dismantling and sending it back so we are keeping it as is.

These chairs are kind of rough. Not the best wood or finish. I know they definitely were not the most expensive chairs out there, but for the price I was expecting them to be a little nicer. I did treat them with Teak Oil, which improved the look, but left them kind of sticky despite thoroughly wiping them down several times.

Now that dust and pollen has blown on them they have kind of coated on them thanks to the slight stickiness of the oil and the chairs look bad again. Kind of bummed I paid so much for these chairs.

We have tried a few times to buy patio furniture that can actually be assembled in the home. Each time we have had to return it because nothing is ever drilled or cut correctly. These chairs were also not exactly right, but we were able to drill new holes in three places in order to fit them together.

They are nice chairs and comfortable, so now we will see how long they hold up in salt air on the coast. I did reach out to Walker Edison, but have had zero response from them regarding the issues we had with their product.

The chairs are very pretty and go well with the Manor Park table I ordered, but the machining on these is way off. I had to manually scrape out a couple of the holes because the bolts wouldn’t catch to screw in.

Also, tip if you do buy these…do the seat bolts first and keep everything loosely screwed in until the end. The parts were very tight and it took me an hour for two chairs. If the components went together more easily I would give these chairs 5 stars.

Once they are together they are great.

This is very poorly made. It arrived warped and with the pegs not lining up. I decided to keep it because it was mostly cosmetic. Over time, however, the wood has split in many different areas and the arm rest split completely in half and fell off.

I emailed and called, as well as sent pictures to the company, but they were not helpful at all. They told me there was nothing they could do and that they would work to help others in the future. I couldn’t believe it! For a company that claims to have quality made items, I was very disappointed.

I gave this 2 stars because it’s a neat concept and hasn’t completely fallen apart just yet.

Shipped fast. Everything labeled neatly and labeled. Came with all necessary tools to put together. Took 2 people about an hour to assemble. One of the holes didn’t line up but no big deal. Love the bench/table and love that you can add an umbrella if you choose.

easy to put together but very uncomfortable, if the backs of chairs went back more it might feel better but sitting for more then 15 minuets your back starts hurting.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and appearance. Very easy to assemble had it built in about 10 minutes. Instructions were clear. Finished product is exactly what we were looking for.

This is a solidly built bench that can support big adults. It was carefully wrapped to prevent damage during shipment. We had one minor problem when assembling it because one precision drilled hole was slightly off.

However, we’d recommend it be used with a cushion. I.

Beautiful addition to our pool deck. Sturdy construction and design. Cons: The table did not come with leg levelers. Outdoor areas are seldom level surfaces. I purchased and installed a set of adjustable levelers for under $5 dollars.

Now its perfect. I would also have liked to see some optional seat cushions from the seller or manufacturer.

This is a very attractive outdoor dining set, and the chair seats are large and can accommodate larger people. It is also easy to put together. The only problem we had was that several bolts stripped when we tried to tighten them all the way.

We had to get more bolts to replace the stripped ones. When it shipped, it came in two shipments. I received the notice that my order had arrived, but only three chairs had arrived. I contacted Houzz and received an email back a few days later.

By that time the rest of the order had arrived. The shipments were 2 or 3 days apart. This may have been a problem with the shipping company. Bottom line, I would give this table and chairs set a thumbs up.

Really nice set that was a fair price. Went together easily and measurements posted were accurate. Great addition to our back porch.

It took a while to get but considering COVID has everything backed-up, shipping time was not too bad. Price for what you get is good. Nice wood finish, easy to assemble and looks great. Fits well on a small patio and could add two additional chairs to make seating for 4 for the occasional outside dining, best for only two daily use.

I bought this table and the pair of matching chairs. I have the set on a covered porch,so little to no rain exposure. I dust when needed with Pledge and the set still looks like new. I love the set and recommend!.

Look, I don’t expect to receive quality furniture when purchasing online but overall this seven piece set isn’t too bad construction wise. However, I wouldn’t expect the finish to last long out in the elements.

There a very thin coat of paint_varnish. Secondly the hardware, screw and bolt are made from a very soft material so screws snap and the heads of the bolts strip. I began to use my own deck screws to attach brackets and began to use a power drill to fight the 2-3/4” and the 3-2” bolts.

No way was I going to drive them using Allen wrenches. Btw, two Allen wrench per chair, so I have 12 wrenches to discard. Crazy.

I’d done a lot of research to find a 6-person outdoor dining set that would fit on our rather narrow deck. We ordered this on Monday and it was delivered Thursday or Friday — you can’t beat that. It was not difficult to put together.

My handy husband responded to other folks’ comment about the screw holes not lining up with a suggestion. He said, when you’re building a chair, don’t tighten the screws until you have all of them started in the holes.

Then tighten them. He had no problems. I do rather wish though that the chairs slid under the table. Seems like an easy design fix. Make the apron a little narrower.

Pros- All the pieces came on time and no items missing! Nicely packaged, easy to follow directions for assembling. Beautiful display for finished product. True to size. Cons- Only issue was that some nails didn’t align so we had to unscrew some parts.

I also would recommend this for owners with carpenter tools handy. a Power drill and extra nails are very helpful.

Beautiful bench. Lovely design, rolled ends add a lot. Perfect for extra seating indoors in the colder months and out on the patio for the summer months. I bought ours to put opposite another garden bench in a corner of our patio, for a little conversation area.

Ours is a five-footer. It seems a bit light for being hardwood, but it seems very well put together. Enjoy!.

This is a nice long bench. It was exactly the size we were looking for. The finish is a weathered looking gray. Some of the slats are starting to warp a little bit, but it’s minor and the bench lives outside all year round, rain and snow.

It is light and easy to move around.

I just assembled the set and it’s relatively easy. I didn’t realize that the table is really small for six chairs. The listed measurements were correct but 6 people could have drinks but definitly not enough room for 6 people to eat; it should work well for 4.

This is a gorgeous, substantial, and sturdy dining table. Easy to assemble, it will take two people to set it upright as it is pretty heavy. It will always be under a roof on my screened-in porch, so I cannot comment on how this table will weather the elements.

The style is more modern farmhouse and it fits in beautifully in my mountain cabin, although I can see it working in many more settings. Six diners should have plenty of room to enjoy a meal.

Received these chairs,first thing you see is poor quality of finish. On assembly discovered 6 split up the front leg of one chair ( I purchased 2) a seat joint had pulled apart,gap at the back of the seat rail was twice as wide at one end,joints were a poor fit,there are dings in the wood, and some off the wood feels like it has not been sanded.

I had to buy a can of teak oil to finish the chairs to an acceptable standard. I have repaired the chairs myself with the view that replacements would be of a similar standard. Some of the screws wouldnt hold and had to replaced with longer ones.

The most disappointing thing is that I messaged the supplier and they havent bothered to reply.

I bought these chairs and the matching table (Vidaxl 59 inch table with umbrella hole) for my new home. The quality is great. We had a hiccup with assembling one of the chairs because of the holes but we got it to work.

Overall, I would recommend.

I would give this a 5 except one section (this product comes flatpack), the seat of one chair, was damaged when I opened the box. There was a split in the wood. I am handy and was able to reinforce the split in a way which will not be visible but 9 out of 10 buyers would probably be left in a position of having to return the item.

My home is in the middle of 1. 25 acres of gardens with chickens, and when I saw this inexpensive bench, I had to try it! And it’s perfect! Fast shipping, easy to put together, and it’s strong enough to support a human with coffee AND a flock of fowl! The color is a nice grayish, worn color that fits in with nature, and I liked it so much that I ordered a second one! ‘Nuff said!.

So, houzz has asked that I review the bench again, and it’s very nice. I had planned to keep them both outside, but the first one is still on my porch, and it may stay there!.

I wish I could give it 5 stars, it is beautiful and fits perfectly on our new redwood deck; however, as noted with other benches by this manufacturer, the screws did not fit with the pre-drilled holes.

They were so off in alignment, I could only fit five of the eight in place and had to place wood screws of my own into holes I had to drill to put the bench together. For this price, the hole alignment should be perfect all the time and I know it is not hard to make certain the quality control is there.

Also, the bench was not level (new deck definitely is) so had to put 1/4 inch risers on two legs to make it level. That should not be the case either.
