Awesome project boards. I love the live edge. It takes great for wood burning and I will give you a tip if you do. Use about 1 parts borax powder to 4 parts water in a spray bottle. Spray the board with a mist and wipe off.

Allow to dry for a few hours and then you will notice that the board will take the burning better with less heat. Hope it helps.

These are good quality planks. I use them primarily for pyrography and get consistent burn patterns unlike the blanks I’ve used from Walmart. 4 stars because the dimensions of the of planks can vary greatly.

The length is generally the same but the width is much different.

This is a great wooden surface for various art and craft projects. I will personally be using the wooden plaque for painting. It has a rustic feel to it overall and I love that it has the bark on the edges.

They work great and the install would have much simpler with a little direction or had I done them before. By the time I reached # 4 I had it down and went back and redid them all. There are all types of tricks to get them perfect, maybe someone who has done it before could write a small tutorial to include with the order.

These latches are very heavy duty and strong. Used them to build and hold wood rails to flatbed car hauler. Worked perfect and easy to remove side rails in a snap. Thank You

Some Assembly required! Great Cart much better than the box store offerings. I was able to put mine together in about an hour. Couple of pro-tips on assembly: Hand tighten bolts 1st for each section then when everything is aligned tighten accordingly.

The instructions are basic so make sure you pay attention to use the correct bolts fort he correct pieces The most complicated part of the project is the tilt release. Really study the picture; the extension brackets are the ones with the rounded corners.

They look like the spacers for the top rails and are easy to confuse. Tire install is on the vary last page. Back cover of the instructions. If you want to add a trailer hitch it takes a 2 inch wide, 1 7/8 receiver / 2 – 3/8″ x 3 ” bolts.

Well made, tough little trailer. Perfect for taking in the yard or up in the woods behind an ATV. Able to handle large loads without tipping over like same other trailer designs. Aggressive tires won’t slip on rough trails.

Assembly takes about 2 hours. The design and finish were good quality. I added a 2 inch trailer ball hitch to make a secure connection to my EV side by side. Pre-drilled holes made it easy.

Assembly: ok, takes time, some discrepancies between manual and parts added confusion. Have your drill ready for holes that dont line up quite right. Function: good. Touchy to back up. Build quality: nice.

Though I would have used more spot welds. Drawback: its smaller than Id like. A foot wider, a foot or two longer, would be better. Cost: Seems a bit expensive to me.

I’ve only had my cart 1 day but it seems sturdy and should be perfect for how I plan to use it. It will be used to move wood and other items around my property. It was easy to put together other than having to deal with two bent slots for the upper rails.

Very nice off-road utility trailer for the money. It was easy to put together and seems really solid. The only thing missing is tie-down hooks, but those can be added later.

After 3 weeks in service, product functioning properly. Product installed for replacement in kind application after original equipment failed due to rust from 20 years of service. Bought and placed in service same day.

Installation took 30 minutes (including removal of original equipment), and was straightforward with no problems. Make sure you have a torque wrench to set bolts properly. Product has approximately 4 inches more travel than original equipment which is an improvement.

I would encourage buyer to consider investing in the purchase of a new footpad at the same time. Upon inspection of original footpad, there were signs of welding bead fatigue and rust.

Why did I suffer the old, slightly pranged, extremely difficult to operate, jack for so long? Well, first I had to grind off the welds that held the old jack on. Then I had to cut the old jack in half because the foot was welded to the jack.

But 3 minutes after all that, I had bolted on this incredibly easy to operate new Bulldog jack to my trailer. One finger spins it with no load and a single hand, with no effort, raises my 7000 pound dump trailer.

Very happy with this product.

Has a good heavy duty turning handle. For longer life, if used regular, install a grease CERT at the top of the jack. Before you put the foot on the jack, , Cut a swimming pool noodle approximately 8 inches and stuff up in around the screw, this will keep the grease that you pump into the jack and will keep the screw continuously lubricated to prevent Gaulding.

I purchased this mounting system because my budget and space does not allow for an additional trailer specific to a large kayak. I mounted it to a small utility trailer, smaller than the one in the picture I’m sure, and it is solid.

The top of the rack has a smooth hard plastic that did not seem to grip well with the kayak I placed on top and even when tied down tight, would slide back and forth. To prevent slippage, I zip tied some pool noodles to the top and the kayak and now it stays put when strapped down.

It works great for what I need. If your on a budget, already have a utility trailer and need to haul some water fun, this rack is perfect and easy set up. I had help with one other person installing to help keep railing straight, and it helped a lot.

Overall good sturdy product.

No, I do not personally own one of the racks, but coming from a person with loads of ladder rack and vehicle rack purchasing and using experience, this may the coolest, most useful product I’ve ever come across.

And believe me when I say, I am very OCD, we use ladder racks on all our work trucks and enclosed trailers and I have shopped just every brand and style out there. Never have I run across anything this functional.

Such a simple idea and long overdue. Wish I had thought to design and sell it.

These Dexter replacement equalizers and shackles are much better built that the OEM Rockwell parts that were on my flat deck. I got 10 years out of the Rockwell parts and expect many more than that out of these Dexter parts.

You really do get what you pay for.

Great upgrade from the weak worn out factory parts. The shackles are about three times thicker and easy to grease bushing with grease gun. I installed on a tandem cargo trailer now rides new again.

Price including shipping was less than I would have to pay at the biggest home and farm type stores. Heavy duty quality not thin steel like some. Shipping was very fast too!!

These are well built in every respect. Each one is exactly like every other, which shows quality control. Good value.

I needed 8 bolt on stake pockets in order to convert my boat trailer as a small trailer to use for periodical runs to the local dump site with trash. I drilled holes on all 8 stake pockets on each side because I didn’t want to use 4 bolts for each one.

I then bolted them 2 on each side of the trailer, slipped 2x4s on each one, screwed 1×4 slats on to the 2x4s, placed plywood for a floor and the trailer was completed. I can now remove the sides and the floor and place my heavy kayak back on the trailer.

I used these to hold my stake sides on my newly flat bedded Mazda pickup. I placed them inboard hidden under the bed floor and they did a great job of holding the sides up while allowing the sides to be removed wilt very little effort.

Very heavy guage and should outlive the truck.

these corner latches are thick and tuff ! I like their sturdiness and rust proof coating. They let my tailgate slide in – out with ease. thinking about another pair. Very good product and would buy again.

Aggressively cupped. Not really rocklers fault, I guess, but unusable and the boards cost more than they would have from another supplier. Just go to the lumberyard locally and pick your pieces yourself, at least then you can grab screwy lumber that is usable for your purposes.

Everything fits! Aft nuts for tail lights were impossible for one person to install. Would prefer galvanized steel and better lock washers. Does the inside grease seal goes over or up to the axle’s inside shoulder? Why does the manual call for cleaning the new grease out of the new bearings and then putting in new grease? Should have an optional longer tongue.

This will be used on freeways but the recommended maximum speed is 45 mph which is an unsafe speed on any freeway. Maximum tire speed rating is not shown on the tire and the information is important.

The grease cap on the outside of the bearings will not stay on well. I like having one size bolt for most connections. Recommend a “V” brace from the front of the rectangular frame to the trailer’s tongue for additional bracing.

4′ x 4′ would be more practical (and useful). Optional support for the tongue would be useful. Too stiff for some applications so the two small leaf springs should be removable. My construction is not complete yet.

Track is great, plenty heavy duty(more then enough),as are the brackets but the end caps are sort of well they just don’t fit the track. So you sent me more that don’t fit. Do you want them back? They do me no good, I’ve done some thing else.

Wood beam adapter sockets work great for building a “shelf” from one side of my trailer to the other. Great product. Actually need to order a few more ….

Nothing but great things to say. Ordered 2am on a Saturday, shipped later that same day and arrived on my porch in less than 5 days total. Incredible service and high quality products from the DC Cargo team!.

Nice little trailer. Good quality and excellent durability. Ive already put almost 300 miles on the trailer with no issues. NOTE: 1 7/8 ball. Also, make sure to use the right height for the hitch. If it isn’t pulling level it rides horribly due to the suspension being at the wrong angle.

Also the wiring will need to be wrapped in some areas dute to touching metal. In the 300 mile I’ve currently pulled the trailer I’ve had no problems at all. Just plan on heavy use for this trailer so taking extra precautions.

ONE negative. the fenders were rusted and paint peeling on the edges. I found this trailer had been on the store lot for a couple years so not an issue. Rattle can fixed it and no issues. Great little trailer.

Trailers were hard to find as stock replenishment was slow going for retailers. Was looking for larger size trailer ( 5. 5-6. 4 x 10-12) but none available at a decent price. This one was in stock and ready for immediate pick up.

Decent trailer for the price. Few spots where paint was chipped already had rust. Front rail had paint drips along entire length. Has 13” tires rated to 75 mph, might try going with 14-15” tires and wheels, fenders permitting.

Lights are nice and bright. Pulls nicely especially with the zero turn on it. Will revisit after hours of use and update review as needed.

Great trailer, wood is thick and should last a long time with proper care. The addition of the welded on tie-down loops along the sides is great. But it could use more than 2 and it would have been good to have some along the front and rear as well.

The electrical hookup could be a little longer, it barely reaches the hitch and I’m worried about stretching it when I’m making a tight turn, so I had to buy and extension. Shouldn’t have to buy an extension.

Great affordable little trailer with some very nice features. Folding sides are a benefit for loading. I also have an earlier version of this trailer and the newer ones have made some improvements to the latching at the corners of the sides and gate.

Tire size is nice to have larger for highway speeds and general load capacity. Does not come with a spare but we added one and a folding tongue jack in place of the stationary version. Gate could be a little longer for a lower angle when loading low clearance things such as mowers but you can work around this by cranking the jack down.

Build quality is very nice compared to other utility trailers. Frame has tube construction rather than angle iron like many others I’ve seen. Overall I’d recommend it for the money.

Pulls great, weighs nothing, easy to load stuff with the folding sides. I buy and sell power sports vehicles and this trailer is just perfect. I’ve had jet skis, quads, side by sides, lawn mowers, snowmobiles, dirt bikes and farm equipment on this trailer.

No problems at all. I highly recommend this trailer.

Purchased yesterday. The two guys that assisted me were amazing, we bought two trailers. Karavan 6 x 12. Great features, easy to use, fold down sides excellent. Price was amazing. Used a longer tow hitch with more drop and no issues with tailgate and tongue jack.

First off, the tail lights are only working intermittently (brake and turns). That’s the biggest issue. I can’t see where the plug is grounded to the trailer if at all. It seems like they expect the ground to come through the hitch and the ball which is ridiculous.

Who wants to grind off their rust resistant powder coated finish on their hitch to get a ground? If not that then the plug is bad or the lights themselves but good luck getting a hold of Carry On for warranty purposes.

Also the plug doesn’t come with any kind of dust cover, so it’s just exposed to the elements all the time. The bearings in the wheels often come a little loose so the wheels wobble a tad and create some rough pulling.

You shouldn’t have to pull the dust caps off the bearings and tighten the nut, but you do, and this seems to be a problem a lot of people encounter if you do some research on it. The rest of the trailer build seems to be good quality although that paint doesn’t last long.

I do like it comes with the tongue jack. I wish it came with a simple foot plate, they are inexpensive so why not include that? Overall I do like the trailer, but there does seem to be a lot of cost cutting.

I would expect better from “Made in the U. S. A”.

Trailer is good but there are a couple flaws. Biggest being is that the crank handle for the stand sits up just high enough that you can open the tailgate therefore you can’t use the bed. It’s disappointing mainly because the cinternet and is only in the way by a couple inches.

The gate on the trailer itself doesn’t ramp, it is squared at the end so manually rolling something onto the trailer can be difficult. There are also alot of sharp edges around. The only real issue out of the 3 is the crank and not having access to the bed.

Trailer was shipped in a decent container but the cardboard wrapped components were pilled into the bed of the trailer and left two dents in the Sheetmetal. But I guess I’ll be adding plenty of my own dents soon enough.

Upon inspection and assembly I was appalled at the lack of weld Quality. To be fair I have been a welder and metal fabricator for over 40 years. But I have seen better welds come out of a high school weld shop class.

Incomplete welds, Underfill everywhere, excessive reinforcement, widespread Porosity. Apparently the untrained chi-com slave labor had excessive productivity expectations. Fortunately the frame is of decent material thickness it will probably be just fine with my limited use until after one day of the expiration of the warranty.

I will then repair it and carry on. Plus the bed and frame seems to tilt to one side a bit. Perhaps I can adjust the bolted connections and straighten it out. Be careful, during assemble and use. None of the parts are deburred after saw cutting or shearing.

The trailer wheels and base seem solid and have performed well so far. My problem with this trailer are the flimsy tailgate locks and front panel locks. The locks are a joke, they barely secure the doors.

I haven’t had one load yet not break the doors wide open while moving it. The crane to unload the bed should not pull from inside of the bed. the bed the hook should be on the outside as not to interfere with the load while lifting to dump.

Forget about lifting large loads with the crane unless you are on flat ground and even then it’s not that great of a feature Overall Im disappointed with my purchase and I think I spent way too much for a trailer that doesn’t perform that great.

I like dr power products but the engineers missed it on this one. in my opinion.
