I’m big on taking vitamins and trying to stay outta the doctor! 😉 These vitamins are you’re typical multi vitamin with added biotin for hair, skin and nails. I can take on an empty stomach and be well.

Very affordable and I already notice I’m not as tired mid day as last month! I highly recommend!.

I have used GNC Mulivitamins Ultra Mega for over 10 years. They insure that I get all the necessary nutrients I need each day and may miss in my regular diet. I get so much energy, sustained all day from taking them.

They have a great balance of the common vitamin nutients that you need, plus eye vitamins and bone health, and mental focus.

The dose is two big green pills daily but they are somehow not difficult to swallow. Make sure you take them with food to avoid any nausea. They also have minerals along with the vitamins so that is a plus.

I’ve been taking this multivitamin for years. This one provides the most complete combination of vitamins and minerals for a mature woman that I’ve found and which is a reasonable cost. I look for sales, too! It’s almost impossible for us women to get all the nutrients we need in our daily diet, since we eat less than men, and it’d be tricky to get all these nutrients in food every day.

So I take Nature Made’s multivitamin to ensure I get everything I need. It’s a somewhat large pill because it contains so much, but I’ve gotten used to it and have no problem. It’s not much larger than my Vitamin C supplement and it’s smaller than my Omega 3 capsule.

This did not work very well for me personally. There are very few vitamins that do not make me nauseous and get awful feeling and unfortunately this one did. I wanted to try one with iron even though I have read the this is what make most people not tolerate vitamins very well I had never tried one with iron however and have some health issues in trying to help so I figured I’d try it.

The pills don’t taste bad and are easy to swallow. You get a bunch in the bottle and only take one a day. Thankfully this was part of a buy one get one free del so I didn’t actually pay for it. By all accounts it looks like a decent multivitamin by a good brand it’s just not for me.

I have cancer and start taking these vitamins about four months ago. My lab numbers have gotten better. I take Iron (my white blood count is normal and my red blood counts are one point off from being normal).

My Iron has gotten better, not fully where they need to be just yet, but hopefully on the next test we will see my iron improve. I take Iron for anemia and for my blood counts. I take the one a day multivitamin, I take vitamin D to help with my bone health.

I take Magnesium to help with taking the iron, so I am not constipated, and I take turmeric and ginger to help with arthritis. My hip is not nearly as bad with taking the turmeric and ginger and my laboratory numbers have gotten better in just four months.

I am looking forward to seeing where my lab numbers will be in a year. I also started intermittent fasting around the same time (16 fasting/8 eating) so not sure which of these have made the greatest impact but with them together, I am hoping my condition improves over time.

I have taken Garden of Life multi vitamin products for women for years, but recently purchased this product: vitamin code 50 and wiser. There was an issue with the outside of the number of the capsules where there seemed to be an irregularity/ hard to explain, but almost a wrinkle / unevenness that made me uncomfortable.

I wanted the company to know for obvious reasons and called and explained the situation along with providing them with pictures. I didn’t assume there was any tampering, but I was certainly not going to take them.

Also, I had never seen anything like this before and I’ve been taking vitamins for many years. To try an keep their response brief, they sent me coupons in very small amounts to be used on further purchases basically ensuring I would have to buy many products in the future with a minimal credit.

I did not expect this and emailed back how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with this “resolution” and how I have been s customer for a long time. They basically responded that they stand behind their quality control and their decision, but that I was free to return the product for full refund.

Problem is, I cannot remember where I purchased them, I’m almost certain it was on-line, and am having trouble finding that information which is unusual for me. I may give them one more chance to do the right thing and replace or refund completely, but I believe they have lost a long term customer.

Love these vitamins, I always feel better internally when i take them and love that it’s only one tablet a day. The tablet is big so i break it in half and take it that way! I will say, people were right about not taking this on an empty stomach.

I was rushing the other morning and skipped breakfast and took my vitamin and about 30 mins later I felt like I almost needed to barf. Drinking water didn’t even help much. But I never have this problem when I take it after I have ate my breakfast.

Other than that, I will continue to get these!.

I CAN’T STAND THESE. As soon as you open the bottle, this putrid stench comes out of the bottle. I’d literally have to hold my breath while taking it and then a couple seconds after swallowing. I’d have to immediately follow up with eating something good right after taking this pill to mask the stench, or else the taste and smell lingers in my mouth and esophagus.

Even still, I’d burp it up sometimes and the smell lingered on my fingers. I gag nearly ever time. It’s not worth it. Get multi-vitamins from a reputable brand, like Kirkland or One A Day. I got Target’s Up&Up and it has no scent whatsoever.

Trust me. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF. THESE TASTE INTOLERABLE AND REPULSIVE. Even if they were free, I wouldn’t take them. If I could rate this -10 stars, I would.

Finally found a multi-vitamin that is truly a SUPPLEMENT not one that is formulated to OVER supplement with the extreme percentages. Sometimes more is not better! No bizarre fillers. It’s a Swanson brand to top it off.

I truly feel better with this formula. I’m a 74 years old woman. Sometimes if it’s going to be a busy day I’ll take two. At about $5. 00 for a 30 day supply I’m glad I ordered it!! I have purchased from Swanson for many years (even before computers) when they were a “snail” mail catalogue and you had to call to place an order.

I am very satisfied with their quality, selection, customer service and real unbeatable pricing. During that time I admit I “wandered” but I always came back.

I have been using the Swanson Multi Without Iron supplement for years. I have found that it fulfills most of our daily vitamin and mineral needs all in 2 soft tablets at a very reasonable price. This is a perfect supplement for most men who do not need supplementation with iron.

There are other supplements that contain all the high potency completeness of this product, but generally at a much higher premium. Cheaper one a day type single pill multi’s don’t have the completeness of the Swanson Multi.

I have been using the Whole Food Complete Multivitamin for almost a month now. I have tried many different multivitamins in the past and some have zero results and some have had noticeable results. Naturelo claims this one is a “beauty blend” to support energy, immune and skin health.

I have noticed a slight boost in energy. My skin was dry before and has remained dry – no change there. We have had some really extreme weather changes over the last month that would normally send my immune system into a tailspin.

Oddly, I have felt pretty great through it all. Even though it isn’t an advertised side effect on the bottle, there has been a significant change in my hair. I have oily roots which causes my hair to lay flat and since I have been taking these capsules, my scalp is no longer oily.

These capsules are the only thing I have changed/added to my routine, so it is hard to believe it is not related. Just in case it is, I am going to continue to take them daily. Overall, I am pleased and have had no bad side effects.

I would suggest taking prenatal vitamins as opposed to just a multivitamin because they have everything we need and more and in greater quantities but as far as multivitamins go Women’s One A Day have been my favorite.

For starters they are easy to take, One A Day easy peasy but I know some women do find it difficult to swallow pills, I don’t have any problems swallowing pills even larger ones as I had to get used to that due to the size of some of my prescription medications.

These vitamins are affordable, sold over the counter at any store basically and have a sufficient amount of all the vitamins we need as women in them, sufficient enough that after about a week of taking them I felt more energy and an overall sense of feeling healthier all around.

There was no taste or after taste to deal with so that is always a plus. I know many women report that these multivitamins make them nauseous but there is an easy way to avoid that side effect 1. Read the directions and follow them 2.

The directions say to take this vitamin with food and plenty of water-this is because the vitamins and minerals in this product can cause nausea it does not mean that it’s not good for you though our body is need these vitamins and minerals and are not used to getting them at the proper amounts! Everyone’s body is different and it can take some getting used to be consistent take them daily take them with a full glass of water and after eating a meal! Not just a light snack but a meal will keep the nausea side effect at Bay.

Overall I would recommend this vitamin to anyone although I see no point in not getting the extra vitamins and minerals found in prenatals!.

Honestly, I couldn’t tell at first if this was working or not. I just wanted to make sure I was getting all the vitamins and nutrition I could. This is a great general supplement, it has almost everything you could ask for.

After a few weeks, I started to feel really great. Like happy and energized. I also started to look into other “gummy” supplements that advertised “healthy skin” and “clear complexion” etc. , but when I looked at this supplement facts grid, i see all of those ingredients already here with this one and the other gummy ones were missing some.

I ordered three packages and it came really fast by OnTrac shipping. I ordered these because they didn’t have a high percentage of vitamin K in them. It’s hard to find multivitamins without K. I wanted potassium and magnesium but these don’t have any.

I had a hard time finding vitamins that had a low level of K that also included magnesium or potassium so I’ll have to keep on looking or buy those separately. I also wanted vitamins that were easy to swallow and these said petite, but they weren’t very petite.

They’re more like medium size. I wish they would actually make small tablets. Three a day wouldn’t be unreasonable one with each meal if they are just easier to swallow. I don’t like horse choker pills.

While these aren’t that big, I don’t care for the oval shape.

I have been using the multivitamin and other invite products for a few years and I do like them. I would prefer if the vitamins could be combined into one, but, on the other hand it forces me to drink more water which is good.

This multi is more complete than any other multi I have found and I have been looking. I feel like if I take this, and nothing else, I am covered. It is very expensive though, which is why I am still looking around for something comparable.

I have never seen a combination like this for a prenatal vitamin, however, given the issues my daughter has been experiencing, I thought this would be the best. My daughter has suffered from extreme morning sickness that has lasted a good part of the day.

This has limited her ability to eat as she typically would. Most women experience this issue, but with her, it seems to be very bad. To make sure her and her baby were getting the right nutrients, these were suggested to us.

There are two different ones to take. My daughter takes them both shortly after dinner. They are easy to swallow for her. She has not experienced any stomach upset. Another plus, is typically when she has taken a fish oil in the past, she gets what she refers to as “fish burps”.

She has not gotten the fish burps taking this which really was what made this her favorite. She’s been taking these now entering her third month. Her doctor is happy with her weight gain and the baby’s growth for the progression of the pregnancy.

So I waited till the campaign was almost over to truly test the product and give an accurate review. Package is cute, definitely eye appealing sue to bright colors. The pill is huge…. like pre natal vitamin huge, which i absolute hate as I choke on them and hate to cut them because then I just have a nasty taste in my tongue, and I don’t wanna do all that.

However I endured a month of basically chocking to test this product and it’s effectiveness, since I know a lot of people don’t have problem with these pills. They work. I have to say I don’t eat much, I’m more of a snacker most days and eat only one meal, so I’m definitely sometimes lacking in the vitamin department.

I took these in the morning and I gotta say I didn’t notice it right away, but over the course of a few days I started to notice I had more energy to do more things, and I battle slight depression so a lot of the time I’m very “meh”.

Suddenly I had energy and was in a better mood as well. I know that type of issue is more complex, but honestly this helped a lot with it, so aside from a physical aspect, I would recommend it from a mental aspect too.

So I was skeptical about these vitamins because I thought how can such inexpensive vitamins have so many 5 star reviews? But I’m just finishing up my first bottle and I have to say that I do notice a difference in my energy levels and overall health.

And just 1 a day. idk I’m still skeptical as to why these are so good lol. Maybe because they’re not overloaded with vitamins. We don’t need 100% of every vitamin especially if our diet isn’t horrible.

Vitamin overload isn’t a good thing. Maybe that’s why these work so well!.
