My entire life I have had TERRIBLE PMS pain: cramps, bloating, body aches, breast tenderness, sickness etc. I took these and within the first 2 months, I noticed a HUGE difference. I have been taking these for over a year now, and I literally don’t even know when my period is coming (because I really have no PMS anymore).

I used to lay in bed with cramps for 2-3 days. Now I maybe have one or two hours of kind of uncomfortable cramps, but absolutely nothing like I had before. Typically I don’t even need ibuprofen, whereas before I was maxing out what I could take.

I agree with another review how after one take, I noticed a difference! For me, no more night sweats and appetite control. My appetite was seriously out of control for sweets but the same day after taking this, I attempted to eat something sweet but my taste buds was not in agreement.

when I tried this product after just a few days it started to work and I am amazed! Ive tried so many other products and they never worked it was just not worth the time or cost but I tried! I am very impressed with how quickly it started to work and noticeably at that! I would recommend this product to others for sure it helps a lot and you would greatly benefit from this.

At my age, I have perimenopause symptoms. My periods are lighter, and I wake up in the middle of the night a lot. I took these hoping to better my sleep patterns. However, I don’t think it has helped in that area.

On the other hand, I know my body does have more hormones because I do get a little bit more acne than usual when I take the full dose. My friend took these as a result of three missed periods. They seemed to work for her.

Let me start out by saying I do trustt Dr Axe products based on he and Jordan has frequently seen on TBN. However the lions mane mental does not seem to make a difference in my cognitive memory, that I was hoping for.

This is my beginning of second bottle. Still takes a minute to remember things like people on tv names. And effort to focus on what I watched last night. It could be I go to bed 2:am sometimes 5:am not getting enough sleep.

I watched Dr. Axe on TBN, explaining why their lions mean product was better than other brands. Because a mushroom is porous it absorbs whatever is in the soil. Ancient nutrition is very careful about allowing only healthy nutrients to be observed as they grow their lions mane mushrooms.

It really has helped me focus and gives me more mental energy. I have set it up on auto refill so that I won’t miss this part of my daily healthy regiment. I highly recommend this product to the more mature population experiencing their golden years.

I have always had a thyroid that when tested bordered on almost but not enough to need medication for hypothyroid disease. As I have gotten older my symptoms have ever so slightly progressed more and more.

One morning I woke up and noticed that my thyroid was a bit swollen and concerned about thyroid disease. Please keep in mind that I am against pharmaceutical medications and modern medicine. It is my own personal choice to do research, weigh the pros and cons and decide what is best for my body.

Seem to be fine, but in the past 2 bottles, ordered separately with weeks in between, all of the capsules have been slightly squished. The first bottle was far worse to the point some were malformed on both ends or and/or pinched very very tightly in the middle.

The 2nd bottle isn’t so bad, as you can see in the images, but still visibly dented/squeezed in on one side. I’ve purchased multiple bottles of several other items from Gaia Herbs and they have all been perfect little capsules, so I’m not sure what’s going on with these.

None of their other supplements have had any scent to them, but these smell very strongly of cinnamon – as does everything else they come in contact with. Perhaps that pinch is coating them with their contents before bottling.

This is not an issue I have had with other cinnamon supplements, though they were filled with powder vs. these being liquid. All in all they are good, high hopes for the 3rd bottle… they are a bit pricey to have issues.

Their other products have been great, so I’m willing to give it another shot.

I did not notice any benefits when taking it. But what really bothered me was how BIG the bottle was and the capsules barely even covered the bottom of the bottle. What is the point of having such a big bottle? The packaging is not at all environmentally friendly.

I have been taking these supplements for five days. I suffer from hormonal imbalance, I get my period whenever the heck she wants to come, it can be consistent or skip a couple months. I get very bad cystic acne on my chin jaw and cheeks.

I constantly feel tired, moody and anxious and I have low libido 🙂 The pills do no taste gross and have a nice minty taste. Also does not cause me to have heartburn like some vitamins do. Day one. My mood improved drastically! I cannot even really believe that this happened right away.

I have been suffering from horrible anxiety. This boosted my mood significantly. I felt mellow and calm. Day 2. Along with the hormonal imbalance I suffer from low libido and I am amazed at how well this worked! I am not even sure if this was supposed to help with that but it did and my husband is very happy.

Day 3. My chin acne reduced significantly. I feel as if my face is glowing. The amount of new cystic pimples has also reduced. I have had three pimples. pimples. not cystic pimples since Sunday. Day 5.

I feel great. My mood has improved as well as my energy. My acne has also improved I have had less cystic ones and if I do get a new pimple it goes away quickly than before. I cannot say yet if my period is normal or if bloating improved as I have not yet had it, but will post results in the near future.

This worked well for me in the span of five days. This will or will not work for you, because everyone is different. But considering the price it’s worth a shot especially if you’re trying to avoid birth control.

I love these vitamins! I can actually feel a somewhat noticeable difference when I take them regularly vs. when I don’t. I don’t know for sure that I have/had a hormone imbalance but I have suspected that I have for a long time so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try these out and see what they’d do.

I’ve gone through 2 or 3 bottles of them now and I just feel like they make me feel better overall. My mood seems to be better when taking them and I don’t feel as sluggish and just have a better overall feeling.

My one drawback for most vitamins is the taste and the aftertaste (burping whatsoever after taking most vitamins is just… yuck) but these ones actually taste weirdly good? The capsules have a nice somewhat subtle spearmint flavor and I honestly appreciate this company for adding that nice little touch.

I know the spearmint thing isn’t necessarily new or innovative but combined with the quality and their overall branding, it just makes me love this company and their supplements and what makes them standout to me.

I had no idea what to expect when first starting these supplements. I just recently started taking these with a few other Rae supplements and so far these are my favorites. I’ve been taking them for about a week, when I first started taking them I took 1 pill (instead of 2 like recommended) in the morning when I woke up and I felt really drowsy for the next few hours.

I then switched to taking them in the nighttime about an hour or two before I go to bed. They have helped me fall asleep much easier and faster because they make me drowsy and they also helped to clear my mind.

I’ve been on birth control for years to help control pains from fibroids. Now in my early 40s I figured it was time to get off the pill. The minute I did all hell broke out. The night sweats were unbearable.

I’ve never been so sweaty for no reason before. I was t sure if I was going into menopause or not, but I needed relief. I saw so many good reviews about this stopping the night sweats so I had to try.

I am 55, and so far, I’ve only been taking this a couple of weeks but I’m experiencing very few hot flashes anymore. I was experiencing very intense fast and strong hot flashes frequently throughout the day and mostly in the evenings while laying down or relaxing.

I was breaking sweats and everything! I’m getting hardly any now compared to what I was getting. That is the BEST thing I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I also think I’m sleeping better. Easier to fall asleep without sleeping medications, AND staying asleep and not waking up in the middle of the night all the time anymore.

I am anxious to see if I can lose any weight while taking these too, but too soon to tell. They are expensive, but if you consider it a “co-pay” for HRT, then it’s not bad at all. I have no insurance, so this is my only alternative at this point.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 15 years. In those fifteen years, I have been to the ER four times for excruciating abdominal pain that ended up being popped cysts each time (dang it healthcare system, I was making sure it wasn’t appendicitis, don’t need to hand me such a large bill- I did wait for several days before going in geez.

) If I am not on birth control, things are impossible. Weight gain, even without eating much and exercise, acne, heavy to the point of fainting periods, etc. I am limited to progesterone only birth control options.

However, I’d noticed this really did not do much outside of regulate my periods. I still had acne, weight gain- especially from appetite increases, and times with excruciating abdominal pain from cysts and/or endometriosis (who knows at this point ¯\_(ツ)_/¯).

Since trying this supplement, which I happened upon via TikTok, my insatiable appetite from the progesterone BC options (and therefore weight steadiness/loss instead of gain), bloating, and I haven’t had a cyst pop in months either.

I will note, it did absolutely nothing for my acne, and didn’t seem to make a difference for my periods. Honestly the only thing that does change acne for me is eliminating dairy, or using an estrogen-based BC, which is not an option.

I even tried the Beauty Babe supplement for a few months, and nothing changed with acne there either. Though I think it made my hair a bit shinier. So, I am pleased because I am finally not gaining weight, and actually making small progress at losing it again.

I was so excited to try Smoo, I’ve struggled with PCOS since I was 14 so learning about smoo gave me some hope. 1) THE TASTE, I’m sorry but the flavor is absolutely VILE. I’ve tried a million different ways to disguise the flavor and I had the most success with peanut butter.

It’s also very hydrophobic so you could still smell it, so eventually your gag reflexes got tired of smelling peanut butter smoothie and… whatever smoo is made of. It’s rough. 2) I really wish it was more affordable, I’m sure it’s reasonably priced for most people but it’s not something I can afford on a regular basis and that makes it hard to know if it actually works.

3) the first 4 days or so it made me feel like I was on adderall or something, I kept clenching my jaw/grinding my teeth, I felt extra spacey and unfocused (I do have adhd but it was enhanced) and all around very anxious.

It did subside after the first few days but eventually my gag reflex couldn’t take the flavor anymore. Giving 3 out of 5 stars for these reasons. If I could afford it every month for multiple consecutive months and I felt it was working that would maybe bump it to a 3.
