Did not really notice a difference. I didn’t care or like the wetness I felt after applying. I mean there’s a lot already going on down there to feel additional wetness in my opinion. I highly recommend the frida spray bottle as that made a huge difference in my postpartum care over the hospital spray bottle.

However, as far as this is concerned – my favorite products are the Dermoplast and tucks pads. Don’t get me wrong I’m a huge frida mom and baby fan, but this just missed the mark for me.

My daughter decided to get her shoulder stuck during birth and caused a 3rd degree tear,ouch! This Frida perennial foam has witch hazel and alcohol in it. I put it in the refrigerator for extra cooling.

I put on a pad and tried to use it that way but felt it didn’t work as it could so against my better judgment I applied the foam directly on the tear and wow, what a difference. It did sting for a short time, especially right after coming home but that is so worth waiting for that to pass to feel the pain relief once my pain meds kicked in.

The cooling was like heaven and I swear it helped it heal faster. This definitely made my tear much easier to recover from than those horrible witch hazel pads the hospital sent me home with.

I was looking for a toner because I’ve heard it’s really good for pores and helping even out your skin tone. I remember hearing very good things about Quinn’s a number of years ago, so when I came across this one, I decided to give it a try.

That and the fact that I love lavender. I am not one that’s quick to try new products. I’m very glad I did. I’ve tried to be diligent and use it everyday. I feel like it’s made a huge difference in how my skin appears.

I’m happy with what I see. I love how fresh my face feels after each use. And I don’t need a whole lot. Just enough for a jumbo cotton ball. So refreshing. And it’s lasted such a long time. Now that I’m finally down to the last of it, I’m super careful.

I found this product so incredibly, unignorably sticky. Every time I put it on my face, it felt like there was a sticky film sitting on top of my skin that would not soak in, even overnight. I had really high hopes with this product for its price, reviews, and ingredients but it really doesn’t work any better than Thayer’s; it’s just stickier.

I have been on the look out for a facial mist that will help my other half and his issue of break outs! Everyone I have come across for him either has way to much scent, no scent or nothing witch hazel wise.

This has been my favorite most helpful toner for years. Everytime I go to Tjmaxx, I buy all of them that I can find. Having very bad hormonal acne, nothing has really ever helped in the toner category.

This is the 2nd witch hazel toner that I tried. Any witch hazel toner that had alcohol is going to be quite drying to the skin. It is also going to have a strong smell. I first picked this up about a year ago when I was trying to find a way to prep my skin before self tanner. Any tanner I invested in seemed to magnify and clog all pores on my legs, giving me “strawberry legs.

First, I really like that this toner does not contain alcohol or any fragrances. The vegan formula with certified organic aloe vera that is a super gentle one to use it every day and that is pretty inexpensive.

I want to say in fact I have my hubby use it for after shave. I find using it with a cotton pat is better. You can see the dirt coming off of your face with the cotton pat. It helps me to calm my skin and gives an extra bump of hydration before I applying with serum /moisturizer.

This watery toner also work well to use it as a toner masking. It’s the most effective if you need a mask but don’t have time for the usual sheet mask. Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel is a GREAT toner! I’ve been using it for at least five years. I use it religiously after micellar water and it catches dirt and makeup that the micellar water leaves behind.
