Sometimes it worked. most times it didn’t. Too many negative variables. After we washed the glass using the Unger Tablets and water solution we noticed that there were smears present. If you are considering this purchase I would highly recommend using this cleaning system with pure water ( 0 TDS ) The problem with most cleaning systems is the mixture.

When hard water is present, it can be difficult to avoid surface residual or smears, especially while working in direct sunlight. Update: The bottle and spray system leaks too much. I have gone through 2 Unger bottles already as the thread count on the bottle is only 2 and the thickness of the plastic threads are so thin and brittle that it does not take long before it breaks.

I have also had to purchase a new pump sprayer as mine broke. I am going you have to replace the Unger velcro strips one the mop head because they have failed to stay on and have deteriorated early. Also, I wish I didn’t have to use a separate adapter for this mop head to fit onto the Unger threads.

Alternating between the Unger thread adapters is not proficient enough for me. For a commercial indoor cleaning system, I need something better than this. Something well made and built to last many cleans.

Huge user of Unger Cleaning Tools but I this one missed the mark.

I have to first say that my husband used this item, not me–but he found it to be pretty decent. Not perfect, when you have high windows inside this was a great way to reach them, avoid a drippy mess, and have windows be “pretty clean”–not spotless, but then the good news was he wasn’t dragging around a heavy ladder and climbing up and down.

He was happy with the compromise. I wish we had been more aware that the cleaning solution did not come with it but he used a vinegar and water solution which is our go-to for cleaning windows. All-in-all a pretty good experience.

This is a great product for high difficult to reach windows. Doesn’t do a perfect job but is the best product I’ve found in 16 years of trying everything. The swivel head is fabulous. Also, the Unger cleaning solution is first rate, better than any over the counter products.

Be sure to mix the concentrate with distilled water as recommended. Highly recommend.

It works works well. It does extent to 8ft of reach. Unger makes this extension pole with multiple attachments that fit the end but one of the poles I got doesn’t fit the cleaning attachments especially the round duster head very well.

It’s a clip on instead of a screw on and it’s the little black tabs you pinch with your finger and thumb to take the attachment off. That’s the part that has a hard time keeping the attachment on I think it’s because when I’m using the duster head I twist it in a round motion but but but the window cleaning kit you don’t have to twist and it does stay on.

And it does clean windows. I think the squeegee could be a little bit better attached. The hard does come off for washing for reuse which is cool.

Terrible attachments will not lock on to telescoping handle. So what’s the sence of a handle with a push button lock

I am 63 and have always done a lot of my own household work, but a couple of years ago, I slipped off a ladder and fell, and my wife banned all ladders and roofs. Our house gets a LOT of leaves and twigs year round, and I got sick and tired of paying a hundred bucks for some 16 year old to jump up on my roof and blow off the leaves.

So I bought this product with the idea of adding a garage broom and brushing the leaves off by myself. I went to LOWES and bought a slightly smaller and lighter weight push broom for $13, Then i had to throw away the stupid pole that comes with it (what a waste).

Anyway, this was 15 inches wide instead of a typical garage push broom of 18 inches, but only weighed about HALF as much, and that is the SECRET to my success. This telescopic pole can easily lift the broom head to it’s full height, but when you get it to about 15 degrees above level, it starts to BEND under the weight.

At that point, I usually put the bulk of the weight on the ROOF and NOT THE POLE, which is probably the right way to go about this. Anyway, the POLE works GREAT and I am extremely pleased with it. Now I brush off my roof about once a month, concentrating on built up piles of twigs and leaves, which are the root of my problem in the first place.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!But you have to understand that it has weight limitations when fully extended (as one would expect!).

Used, $ quite friendly, delivered well cared for. The tool is seemingly one of the best production telescoping tool available for the general public. I have not used it as the attachment head will not work for my tools.

I haven’t yet used it as I bought it to string lights in a tree for Christmas. However, testing it out I determined it will do the job perfectly once I devise a nook for the end. It’s a little wobbly when fully extended but even then a great improvement over the 1 x 2’s I was using.

This is lightweight and easy to use. We have 27′ vaulted ceiling in our living Room with exposed beam that is a magnet for cobwebs. When others would have to brave the ladder to get up there to clean precariously.

NEVER AGAIN. I just busted all the walls the beam in the ceiling fan along with all the curtain rods and the skylights in under 25 minutes. The extension latches are easy to use, It collapses so it’s easy to store.

You can adjust the angle if needed. One of the dusters is flexible so you can shape it to clean ceiling fan blades. Will Be buying more attachments for sure.

We tried for over two weeks to receive the missing fiber duster with this order. The original order they delivered within three days but they only mailed the pole. The Walmart partner Docazoo kept telling us they would be sending the missing duster that screws onto the end of the pole but they never did.

The pole alone is worthless without the microfiber duster so we are preparing to return the pole to Walmart to receive a refund of the $39. 99. Walmart should fire this partner!.

I just received the set but I am very impressed with the quality. The shipping was SO FAST!!! I did test it out briefly on my 15 ft ceilings and I was standing on the floor. It worked perfect. I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stop climbing on a ladder and get their home dust free.

The were packaged great too! Honestly, I don’t think you can beat the price. You will spend ALOT more paying a professional to come clean your ceilings.

This is a well built unit and has a long reach. I have purchased as I have 18’ ceilings need to reach cobwebs etc and windows on the outside (I purchased window accessory with it) but I am a small frame person with health issues and to extend and clean would let my husband do these cleaning jobs.

Could also use for Christmas lights I suppose. Still glad I purchased.

nice solid item that does it’s job in reaching the hard to reach spaces. it did lock up more than i wanted to for the top most portion, but it was also 35 when i was washing the windows, so more operator error than item error, hopefully.

all in all, it has a very sturdy feel to it.

Useful, inexpensive tool, with useful accessories. I used the narrowest wiper blade to reach from the upstairs window and push moss off our roof shingles. The minor drawback is that while pushing the moss off, the wiper blades tended to go out of alignment, so that I’d have to push the head back into place at times.

But it’s a small quibble, and it did the somewhat unorthodox task to which I applied this tool.

It does work , But for how long before the Flimsy Squeegee with the Scrubber attachment Fails? The Pole seems fine and made well, why they used a Plastic attachment that is not as strong as the rest of the Pole? Bottom Line is ” If you have outside tall windows as I do, it will save you a Possible trip to Hospital if you Fall off a Ladder cleaning Windows.

My husband loves this window tool. reading other reviews some complained it was too heavy but thats what he likes about it since the weight adds to its sturdiness when extended. The first use already covered the cost of the tool.

This Unger 975620 Squeegee and Scrubber Kit was great for washing the exterior windows and slider doors of my home. It was very convenient to have the scrubbing cloth and the squeegee installed back-to-back so I could wash and immediately dry.

The telescoping handle was great for reaching the tops of taller windows. I also found it useful to scrub mildew off my vinyl siding. I would not recommend this be used indoors as it doesn’t not have a wringing option (like mops do), and it does drip.

All of our windows were cleaned recently using this handy tool. Worked very well to clean and rinse the windows and screens. We were able to clean all of our windows and french doors with cleaning solution to spare.

Does the job well, Should offer an extra mini squeegee and additional squeegee cover in kit for the full value. The handle extends pretty long but if you are washing windows on the second floor you’ll need a ladder.

Overall, I like the cleaner but I did have a couple of minor problems with it. First, it was difficult to keep it tight in the extended position. It kept collapsing to a shorter pole length. My other problem with it was that I could not use if for very low surfaces.

I wanted to use it on some of my glass doors but toward the bottom, the pad would override the squeegee and undo what I was trying to clean. It worked well on the rest of the door and I plan to keep using it.

I love this squeegee. The blade is soft and flexible. I bought one several years ago. Now I own three. One in each shower. Great on sliding glass doors as well, and all windows.

Makes quick work of window cleaning. I use it outsde for all my 1st floor windows and doors. The removable pad is thick enough to remove the dirt and with the squeegee on the other side, I dont have to change tools.

Because it’s on a telescoping pole, I dont need a ladder and I just throw the dirty pad in the washer. I use dish soap with a bit of JetDry as my cleaning solution. I’m sold!.

The pads work okay. Not near as clean as a squeegee but I was most disappointed when the velcro pad came off the pad holder after the first use. This works on windows that are cleaned more regularly.

My favorite tool for cleaning on my route. I can wash inside Windows without dripping and I can touch up any streaks with the microfiber pads. I would recommend this to any window cleaners any day of the week!.

Bought a house with lots of windows and have used the unger window washing kit before

We were paying someone to come in and do our windows for us regularly and this was a great one time investment that allowed us to eliminate the recurring expense. The pole is long enough for me to reach all of my standard height windows, though I would likely need an extension if my windows were taller.

I’m reviewing this pole after one use. The plastic fitting has already broken, even though I haven’t dropped the pole. However, I’d still like to give this pole 5 stars for a couple reasons. The handles are ergonomic, the pole is very sturdy and won’t bend when fully extended, and the push and snap attachment is super convenient.

There’s no internal metal spring to wear out or come loose or rust, the “press and release” action works by pressing on the thick plastic ring around the collar that provides a slight amount of give, just enough to release any attachments.

It’s very well designed.

I like this Unger EZ400 OptiLoc 13′ Two Section Telescopic Pole with ErgoTec Locking Cone, the quality is very strong and the attachment “easy” is very easy and fast to use with almost all the tolls in the market.

I brought this squeegee for my husband to wash my mother’s window. As soon as he opened the box and tried to attack the wash attachment to the handle and use it , it fell off. The pole was striped and the attachment would not stay on.

I was so mad because it was a very good brand and was very sturdy. I wanted to send it back but there wasn’t any return information in the box and my husband said it was not worth the hassle so that was a waste of my money!!1.

Not a good buy! The handle and squeeze do not fit tightly together. The scoping handle doesn’t expand. Delivered in a long box that was at least 2-3 ft longer than needed without any packing material.

Product was able to slide around. Poor packing! VERY disappointed!.

Right in the title it says “telescoping”. On the packaging that took me 10 minutes to remove, it describes how operate the telescoping feature. AND YET! There is nothing on the handle that would allow you to telescope.

Which is the only reason I ordered it. to reach windows too tall to reach without a ladder. Otherwise, it’s fine.

I had a gopher to help with getting laundry out of my front loader and picking up small items. It wasn’t very strong and broke after about a month. I found out I had to have surgery that would prevent bending for 4-6 weeks, so I set out to find a better quality replacement.

The Unger Nifty Nabber is amazing. It is strong and grips items securely. I like the magnets. They really do pick up small metal objects that you wouldn’t be able to retrieve that easily. It took some practice to use it because the grabber is curved and it just felt backwards to me.

At certain angles the handle will pinch the skin on my arm. This usually happens when I’m removing laundry from the dryer. I just try to remember to not let it touch my arm, because it does hurt. I like the straight shaft on the gopher better as I find it was more natural, however the Nifty Nabbers design is stronger and grips better.

This has helped me so much after my surgery. I like it so much I will continue to use it after I’m healed.

I’m disabled and have found this to be a very handy tool for me in many ways. When I have delivery’s as long as they aren’t to heavy this allows me to wiggle it over to the door where I can get it in the house.

I also use it around the house to pick things up and move things out of my way with the walker. I do wish I could get the handle to lock in place instead of me having to hold the clamp. With my arthritis sometimes that is hard so I have to be careful to use my locking nabber for those items.

Still I feel it’s a great product for me!.

It is pretty decent quality. Works well, better than most. The jaws can bent if you try picking up something heavy, but they are easily straightened out by hand being aluminum. The magnet is strong for its size, it picks up key rings pretty good unless you have a ton of stuff on your key ring.

I bought 2 grabbers, a 3 foot and a 4 foot. I find myself using the 3 foot one more often and I am 62 tall. The 4 foot works well for fishing stuff out of the pool the winds blew in. Like a 4×8 foot rug soaking wet.

I managed to drag it out enough to grab it my hand and pull it out. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and know quality tools well. This pretty much met what I expected. The only improvement I would make on it is jaws made of steel so they wouldnt bent quite so easy picking up pretty heavy items.

I may just fabricate them myself. Overall 4 stars out of 5. This grabber will do almost everything you need it to do.

I like the diversity of attachments but it doesnt allow for you to apply much pressure to the scrub at the height I need. Leaves streaks even at eye height. But got what it is, its useful
