I really enjoyed using the YouTheory Collagen Vitamins. I absolutely love the packaging as I am really picky about the way things look and I think YouTheory smashed it, not only with the Collagen, but with all of their vitamins.

Very sleek, expensive design. I took the vitamins for an entire month before reviewing so I could see if I noticed a difference and I did!! The first place I noticed improvement was my nails. I have thin, brittle nails with ridges and after a month my nails grew stronger, looked healthier, and the ridges were reduced significantly.

Next, was my hair. I have been having trouble with breakage and I noticed around week 3 that my hair wasn’t breaking as much as it had been. It just looked overall healthier as well. It’s hard to say if I noticed anything in my skin because I use so many skin products; however, I like the product so much that I am going to keep on using it and take pictures along the way to see if there is a difference.

YouTheory Vitamins are made with NonGmo ingredients and are Gluten, Dairy, and Soy Free. I don’t believe they are Vegan friendly. The prices are so reasonable starting around $15 at the time of this review.

I did not have any adverse reactions to taking the vitamins – no upset stomach, heartburn, bad taste, etc. that you can sometimes get with certain vitamins. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because in order to take the full dosage you have to take 6 pills.

I took 3 in the morning and 3 at night. I am not a big fan of taking that many pills; however, YouTheory makes a Collagen Powder that I am keen to try out. In fact, they have many other vitamins that I am excited to try! I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone.

I feel that marine collagen is THE superior collagen because it comes from deep sea fish swimming in salt of the earth waters and not living in disgusting animal farm slaughter houses. Fish are clean and are not like bovine, swine or poultry/chicken /egg shell collagen.

I prefer a bone broth / collagen that is from the environment that I grew up in for 4 decades in the commercial fishing industry. All collagen pretty much is. is the connective tissue fatty acids when meat or fish products are boiled down.

Like when you make chicken soup and it cools after wards. the liquid becaomes a gelatin like substance that is. gelatin. Thats what bone broth is gelatinous materials from animal or fish products after they are boiled down for cooking.

Fish are the key to life. I fished most of my life. Fishing is the key to life ! I find Marine collagen SUPERIOR with a big PERIOD on the end!.

I dislike the smell and it won’t dissolve. After leaving to sit in hot liquid for 15 minutes I finally got it where I could drink it. Don’t try anything cold it’s worse. Just started taking it 1 week ago and if it helps with everything else I’ll still keep drinking it.

I have no idea if it is helping the Anti-Aging. I would like the makers to contact me to tell me how I can tell if there is improvement. I also use regular over the counter face creams which I am not prepared to give up.

I mix the Marine Collagen with milk and add chocolate syrup for a nice tasting milk shake type drink. I will give it 3 stars out of 5 because I really don’t know if it works. However I plan to continue because it does not harm.

I had been using bovine collagens for a couple of years (Zint, Neocell, etc. ), and they were ok taste-wise. I usually added them to soups and things I cooked. I decided to give marine collagen a try and chose this brand.

I like it a lot. I put it in my coffee. I read a couple of complaints about clumping, so decided to try putting a little cold water in the bottom of a bowl, and sprinkling the collagen over it like you would with gelatin.

I works really well. Stir it around. Give it a minute. It will dissolve. It’s nice in coffee, actually … seems to kind of smooth out the acidity. I can’t speak to differences in my skin yet as I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks.

Generally, though, I think I do notice a positive difference in skin and hair when I take collagen.

I have tried different collagens over the years. Mostly beef collagen, like Great Lakes. Honestly, I wonder if collagen is really helping me so I will stop and do a wash out period to see if I feel any different.

I usually don’t. I have been reading alot about marine collagen. I worry that the beef collagen is not really pure grass fed/finished. I have tried other Codeage products and I like their products, they seem to use higher quality.

First of all, this collage is a very fine powder, so fine that it will get everywhere if your not carefully. Second of all, it doesn’t dissolve right away so don’t be surprised. I think that is a good sign, means it is really like a gelatinous collagen substance.

I put mine in hot coffee in the morning and it clumps up at first. I have to stir for a long time and then I use my Ninja coffee frother to get it to completely dissolve. It takes time but I’m okay with that.

I don’t think this would dissolve very well in a cold beverage unless you work with it. If it’s added to a blender then I I think it will be fine. I have been using it for two weeks and I feel like I can tell a difference.

My nails are growing very fast and they are stronger. Hoping it will help strengthen my brittle weak hair too.

Had researched many products prior to purchasing this one. Has been a little over a month and am taking for RA. So far, have had good results with joint inflammation and pain. Product works well in both cold foods as well as hot and have found that there is definitely no fishy taste.

Strawberry flavor is just enough but not overbearing. I understand everyone is different when it comes to RA but I would definitely recommend this to friends!.

I like Genuine Health! Their products taste great and come Highly recommended! As for the collagen, it is blends well into smoothies! There is no taste! When I make a match latte or turmeric latte it also does not add a taste.

The other ingredients are strong enough to overpower. However, I drink my coffee black and I do notice a taste in my coffee I don’t particularly enjoy so I just don’t add it to my coffee. If you add to your coffee I’m sure you would be fine!.

I’ve mixed collagen in my morning coffee on and off for a year or so. I am on my second container of Genuine Health Marine Collagen and find it to be easy to use. It takes more effort to blend it in with my coffee than other types of collagen I’ve used, but it’s not a big deal.

I use a small whisk and can get it mixed within half a minute. It leaves a creamy consistency to the coffee afterwards. I don’t want to taste the collagens I add, and this one fits the bill perfectly.

I am disappointed by the volume of product in the container. I had read on other reviews you get about half a container worth of product, and that’s true. I’ve had other collagens and they fill the container much more fully, so I’m not sure why these folks do not.

It does feel a bit like you are not getting the value for your money. I can’t speak to the efficacy of the product yet as I’ve only used it for about six weeks, but I believe in the long term benefits of adding collagen back to your diet, and I’ve read enough to believe that marine collagen is a more digestible, beneficial source so I’ll continue trying it for a full six months.

I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the product yet but I am reviewing to comment on the packaging and the price and what I can see as being a problem here. Yes it is packaged in a fancy way, and unexpectedly includes a nice brass spoon that folds into the lid – nice touch – but I suspect this is largely what you are paying for here.

The way this spoon sits in the lid means it is clumsy to open the box every time. The first time I opened it and knocked the whole box over losing about a third of the powder on the floor! I won’t make that mistake again, but I’m finding every day it’s an incredibly messy and wasteful process trying to get two scoops out of the packaging.

It seems if they could just have this in normal packaging they could reduce the price and perhaps still have a premium collagen without the fanfare.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now(missing a day here and there). I noticed a small change in my skin after day 3. Last week I was sick and the skin on my nose started peeling (on Friday) from rubbing it with tissue.

By Sunday my skin was completely healed and healthy! My acne scabs (gross I know) are healing so quickly it is ridiculous. The bad side is that I am very sensitive to smell and sometimes the smell of the collagen bothers me.

I usually drink my coffee straight with a pinch of sugar and cinnamon but I have to add a bit creamer to disguise the collagen smell/taste now. When I mix it with my smoothies I barely taste the difference but I don’t always have time for a smoothie in the morning.

Overall my hair is shinier and my skin is showing brighter/healthier complexion. Adding this supplement to my drinks does not take that much time so I am very satisfied!.

I think it’s a great product. I have 2 concerns: 1. The product is a bit “messy” and when I mix with my yogurt the powder tends to puff out of the bag and sticks to the side of the bowl. It’s not a huge deal, but I would prefer it in a capsule format versus the powder.

2. Affordability—the bag contains 15 servings. I’m receiving a monthly subscription AND it’s quite costly so I would not be able to afford 2 bags per month. I’m wondering why the bag does not contain enough for a 30 day supply? Overall, I love Truvani products and trust them completely.

I don’t want to come off as negative. I wish to continue to use the products and hope that my honest review above will help the brand and other consumers. We want the same thing! Safe and effective!!! Thanks for all that you do.

So far I have been extremely sastified with the product. I mix it with a warm cup of water each afternoon and true to what you report, there is very little flavor (this is fantastic). I am only guving the product 4 stars because I have only been drinking it for about 8 days so I am not Confident that am experiencing any benefits/changes as of yet.

I am also confused as to the “month supply” but yet there is only 15 servings. This seems a bit misleading. I am considering this an investment in myself and will give it a 3 month trial before I decide to continue or discontinue use of the product.

After having several surgeries, it was recommended that I start taking collagens 1 and 3 regularly. It is suppose help heal the surgical area and promote skin elasticity. Plus, I know it can help strengthen my hair and nails, which is a benefit that everyone needs.

This particular collagen also has biotin (also good for hair and nails), vitamin E (helps immune system – which is really needed in today’s pandemic), and vitamin C (which also helps the immune system, but wound healing as well).

Since I need all of these things, this seems like the best product for me. I started to notice a difference after the first week. My nails were noticeably growing and not breaking and my hair is showing a new shine and luster that I haven’t seen in years.

These results make taking the 4 capsules a day well worth it (although hard to swalIow – literally, at first. ) Plus, my surgical areas have healed very nicely, without an skin pulling where stitches/staples were.

These collagen pills are a must have for me! I’m 31 and can confidently say I look amazing for my age. I could tell that my skin (and joint) elasticity was changing when I was 28. I cannot say I see a difference after drinking this for a long time but with what I read about collagen peptides at 57yrs old I am not gonna stop. I do have to get better with drinking it everyday but I go through spurts.

ALSO IT HAS NO TASTE WHICH IS AWESOME COMPARED TO THE BOVINE COUNTERPART THAT CAN BE HARD TO SWALLOW without much doctoring.

I have been using this brand of collagen for about a year now. Previously I had tried Dr. Axe brand which was considerably pricier and of the same quality as Zen Principle. The large container lasts me around 6 months taking 1-2 doses daily.

I have noticed a decrease in wrinkles and joint pain after taking it for about a month. I would recommend this brand.

Two scoops everyday for 5 months, no change in skin as promised. Not even a slight improvement in brittle nails or hair. I truly was dedicated to the product daily for vanity reasons. As Andrew says, “all the topical skincare products sold on QVC or HSN or elsewhere, never ever penetrate the skin, therefore are never effective in improving texture, lines, firmness or wrinkles.

I do appreciate that truthful statement. So how does QVC get away with their skincare products claims? And why associate yourself, Andrew, with those that speak these mistruths? This was an investment product, price wise for me.

But willing to do without other necessities for a glimmer of hope. For me the “tasteless” claim didnt hold true, when mixed in plain water as shown by Andrew. There was a distinct taste and odor of dirty sock water.

But mixed with a strong coffee or tart lemon aid the taste was neutralized. Just state the truth bc its the first impression of the product you “promise” as tasteless. The packaging does not seal properly and is cumbersome to handle.

But i poured it into easy to access canisters to insure no accidental spill overs of what I perceived as precious miracle granules. I appreciate the reasoning behind the packaging though. Congrats to those who had positive results.

I have been using this product for about 2 yrs. My former ridged nails, dry skin, achy joints ad thinning hair. all appreciate it. In the past my nail were rigid. They split and often break off. It was embarassing to hold out my hands at the checkout counter.

Now my nails need cutting constantly and are strong. The ridges have virtually disappeared. My thinning hair is soft, shiny and growing so fast it is difficult to afford the constant cuttings. As others have said, I don’t ever want to run out.

Oh, by the way, my achy joints have benefited considerably.

Love this product. I add this to my herbal teas and you’ll never know you added Andrew’s powered supplement. No taste whatsoever. And, yet, your adding something good for your body. I try to take everything that is necessary for strong bones, because of my arthritis.

If you’re looking for collagen, that’s easier to absorb this is great. It does have a slight aftertaste but mixed into the right drink, it disappears. This is a great alternative to spendy collagen trends.

My hair was shedding terribly bad and my skin was soooo dry. After About 2-3 weeks of taking my collagen my skin was so much better and my hair stopped falling out ! I am extremely happy with this product.

I’ve only tried it once, beaten into a berry/banana/almond milk smoothie. Didn’t detect any offensive taste or smell. I’ve just started on marine collagen less than a month ago (different brand), so I can’t attest to any long term benefits.

Hoping it will help with my surf-abused hair! Bronson marine collagen seems to fit the bill for what I wanted and I will buy it again.

I always leave reviews because reviews are a huge factor for me personally when deciding to purchase a product, however not all reviews are honest, unfortunately, so I try to leave a review that is honest, even if it’s not a good review.

I have been taking this VP unflavored collagen peptides for about two and a half months, maybe three, and I actually can tell a difference. My hair is showing new growth, and my nails are growing faster and thicker.

I am starting to notice my skin is super soft, and I swear a couple of fine lines have diminished as well (I am JUST starting to get very fine lines around my eyes). I have also noticed that when I bend my knees I do not hear the slight ‘popping’ sound every single time anymore.

I started noticing these changes recently so give it some time. It may take you more than one jug of this to see results, so don’t look at getting results overnight or even within a week or two (except for possibly the nail growth which I noticed within approx.

2 weeks!!). I put 2 full scoops in my coffee every morning, it dissolves quickly and has absolutely no taste. I put creamer in my coffee so for those of you drinking it black, I can’t comment on no taste.

I just started taking the Beauty Gummies as well, I am on my first bottle (2 per day, sometimes 4) but I haven’t been taking the gummies with the powder long enough to know if they gummies are making a difference.

I will review those after a while of taking them. I would definitely recommend at least trying this powder though, but again recommend giving it time before you make assumptions on whether or not it works.

I was diagnosed with a medial meniscus tear 2 months ago, and asked my orthopedic surgeon about my options. The tear was small, and in an area he described as having good blood supply, and that there was a chance it could heal on its’ own if I avoided certain activities and worked on strengthening muscles around the knee.

I asked him about using collagen peptides, and he replied: “It couldn’t hurt”. I am 2 months into these efforts and using this product 1-2 times daily. I am convinced it is helping, and my doctor agrees that it is likely contributing to improvements.

The soreness, clicking and adhesions in my knee are nearly gone. I will continue using this product indefinitely as I am a very active 63 and want to keep skiing, mountain biking, off-road motorcycling and hiking as long as possible.

Some other things: While the powder is fairly neutral in flavor, there is a slight “cooked” taste to it. Not unpleasant, but it’s there. I use it mixed in plain water or in my morning coffee. I also drink a tablespoon of ACV in 12 oz of water each morning, and put a scoop of this powder in it once.

NOT recommended. The acid immediately turned the power into a gelatinous goo. I imagine the same might occur in other acidic beverages. My biggest gripe?: My hair and nails are growing crazy fast. I actually have begun cutting my hair much shorter to avoid bi-weekly trips to the barber, and I find myself cutting my nails every 5-7 days as opposed to about every 10 days as before.

It works for me. Hopefully you will find some benefits from it too.

After the heavy metal claims that’s ere found in Vital proteins I have recently switched to this and I’m so happy I did. I love this product and buy 3 at a time so that I do t run out. I just wish they would offer bigger canisters instead of a bunch of small ones.

So, I am vegan. I saw the leaf, I saw collagen and I assumed that “marine” was seaweed, kelp, or spirulina. Why did I assume that? Because Well. ca has taken the liberty of using the leaf used for everything plant based/vegan/vegetarian and used it to manipulate the market – their meaning being Natural, I have just come to realize.

Compared to another popular brand of collagen, this one is a tad disappointing. Does not blend entirely in my hot coffee, takes a little whisking, and still leaves some clumps afterward. It says unflavoured, but it is definitely NOT tasteless.

I started Marine collagen 4 weeks ago. I have started to feel a difference on many levels. It is easy to use and I tolerate it very well. I am exyremely sensative to many things. I ordered the value pack and intend to continue using it.

I purchased this Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid because I had lost a lot of weight on my arms and they were looking a bit wrinkly. As I had read Marine Collagen was supposed to be very good I thought I would give it a go.

I am half way through my 3 jar. Although it has helped, it is not a miracle wonder. My face does look much better and firmer and more bouncy. But my arms and inner thighs need a bit more weight for the collagen to take full effect and I am in the process of speaking to a Nutritionist for assistance as I have digestion issues.

But I must say this product is very gentle on the stomach and not to bad in taste. I sometimes have it with juice or just water with Wheatgrass Protein and Milled Mixed Seeds with Goggi Berries. I add it to almond milk sometimes, with Cacao Powder, to create a hot chocolate just before bed.

You can pretty much add it any health type drink or smoothie. I use 1 rounded teaspoon morning and another just before bed. 27. 10. 20.

1) This product is very fishy – not for those who cannot stand the smell of fish. I have tried another brand of marine collagen which had no smell whatsoever. 2) This also does not mix very well. Compared to another brand, this powder seems thicker so even when mixed in a hot drink it still congeals together, best mixed with a fork so you can break down the clumped up pieces.

3) You can also taste the product in the drink a lot stronger than I could with my previous brand that I have tried. 4) It does not come with a scoop so you do end up eyeballing the amount you are using since not everyone will measure a teaspoon worth the same way (some might do a heaped teaspoon, some might level it etc).

I have little measuring spoons for baking at home which I use. Not sure I will purchase this again, I only tried this one as you can get good offers on here for this product which makes it a bit more affordable since pretty much all marine collagen powders last one month or less.

The marine collagen powder is perfect. I much prefer knowing it’s from fish rather than other animal matter. I was a bit dubious about whether it would taste fishy but once blended with the rest of my smoothie I couldn’t smell or taste fish so I’m very happy!! Glad I got two jars!.
