I was sent a wig that was almost 4 inches than the one I ordered. When I tried to return it, they tried to talk me into keeping but eventually agreed to return. It cost me $23 to return it so I sent them the receipt and requested reimbursement.

They responded stating that they were not “responsible” for the return cost. This, even though they sent me the wrong item. Now the wig – it looked nothing like it does in the photograph but was bushy and dry-looking.

This is my second purchase from NiaWigs. I like the customer service. I was disappointed when I first opened the box. My wig looked nothing like the one the model was wearing. I started to return it, but my husband encouraged me to go to work on it.

After giving it some TLC, (and much fluffing) it’s transforming into the wig I had envisioned. It’s actually quite nice! I’m a happy customer.

I got this kinky curly wig in a size large and 12 inches. It came with a brush, wig caps, and a elastic band. The package was nice, especially the silky black bag to store the wig. At first, I was skeptical, but once I brushed out the curls and added water and mousse, it turned out beautifully!!! It looks like my natural hair.

It sheds only if you are rough. Its full lace as well. Be sure to measure your head first. The lady I emailed in customer service was kind and it shipped about 1 week from ordering. I am pleased with it for my first human hair wig and I am still learning.

This wig is so beautiful even though it’s not human hair. I get glowing compliments everywhere I go. mostly from men. There are numerous colors from classic to over the top. All I do is run my fingers through it and go.

I highly recommend buying this wig in the color of your choice. The price is right also.

I first purchased this Cali-Wig in St. Louis, Mo back in November 2015. I had never worn traditional wigs I have always worn custom made wigs and sew-ins. But now, I am hooked on this wig selection because so many people compliments me (men/women) even well after a month of wearing it.

I searched the web to find a way to re-purchase this wig without traveling back to St. Louis and/or bothering friends/family to purchase the wig for me. I was ecstatic when I came across this website and saw that I was able to purchase this wig again and know that the outcome would be positive.

I also was pleased with the fast shipment and pricing of this wig. St. Louis charged me almost $15 more than the price on this site. I have read some negatives reviews from other customers relating to this company and I can say, that my experience was positive in all manner.

I will be purchasing again for as long as this service continues with this company. Overall, Vanessa wigs are amazingly realistic and not Wiggish looking.

The process mail time is good. Received the wig in a timely manner. I ordered the Tight Curl 10inch The hair was very soft but the wig curl pattern did not match the wig picture shown on your website nor the wig video on your website The curl pattern did not hold after co-wash.

The 150)% density did not match the 150 density of the wig I purchased from you earlier. I was disappointed. The Lace front portion was spacious and well designed.

The hair arrived within a week. Top quality wigs that I have ever owned. Fell inlove with it. You will have to pluck a lot to get the more natural look but overall the hair is perfect. I’ve worn it for about 2 weeks now doesn’t shed.

I would definitely recommend this hair! It’s a really beautiful wig and for the price it couldn’t be better! it feels good, The hair is super soft and manageable but the only thing that i felt could be better is the plucking of the hair, also if you want a more natural hairline you would want to beach the knots overall i will definitely be buying from the vendor again!!!.

Really pleased with this wig so far. Due to a label on the packaging I needed to check whether it was authentic 100% human hair so I verified with the company who came back to me very promptly. I not a fan of natural black as I love jet black hair so I paid a hairdresser to dye my wig.

So far so good I very pleased with the results and the hair quality is lovely. There is a little bit of shedding but I hoping that this will settle down after the first couple of washes.

Buying it was easy. It came fast but none of that matters when what you purchased looks nothing like how it was presented. The curls did not match, some were long in places and really short in others, the bangs looked like a toddler cut them.

The piece closure where the part is doesn’t lay flat and sounds like some type of crinkle noisey paper. The wig looks nothing like the picture. I soaked it and conditioned it, it was a frizzy long in places short in other places mess.

I even tried customizing it to see if I could make it look ok since I paid over $130 + for it but it was not salvageable. It looked like trash so that’s where I put it. If I had known the wig was being made and sent from China I never would have ordered it simply b/c I have had a few bad experiences with wigs being made and sent from there.

They know how to sell quality wigs but they are not able to make quality ones. If I had realized it had to be made, I definitely never would have purchased it. If you are thinking about buying from this company, take it from me.

DONT. the items being presented on their site is not what you will receive and it cost too much money to send items back to China and not only that I did not want to put anymore money in that horrible mess of a wig.

If I sound angry sorry I am. this company misrepresented their item and this is my honest opinion based off of my experience. I will be purchasing from some of our US based companies only in the future after becoming very familiar with the return policy and how they operate.

Wigs cost too much money to be dissatisfied with the quality once you receive them.

The wig arrived within 11 days to the UK. It’s good quality. There was some shedding when conditioned and brushed through, however, and I would have liked the “scalp top” to be a little more visible.

I ordered a 16 inch and it was quite short after the co-wash. So if you want length that goes past the shoulders, go longer. Also, one side was longer than the other so I had to trim a little to even it out.

I am happy with it however. I would like for the company to make this same wig but with a 4×4 centre part. That would be awesome.

Amazing quality. “She” comes to life when you wash, condition, and apply leave in curly products. I used the same products and techniques that I use on my hair and the results are unbelievable. I’ve washed her twice now and she still bounces back and looks better after being wet and refreshed.

Just like real hair, she retains more moisture and stays curlier longer when kept in the satin bag overnight. She enables me to keep my hair healthy in protective braids while rocking an awesome curly look that people can Not tell is a wig.

I bought this wig in nutmeg because I wasn’t sure how bright the other blondes were. It’s a Jennifer Aniston color, which is more of a chestnut with lots of highlights. It is beautiful, natural looking, and comfortable.

It’s not too hot and I don’t feel self conscious at all! I have been wearing it for a couple of months, 3 times a week due to hair loss. I am using HairMax with great success, but it will still take some time.

For daily maintenance, I am wiping it off with a damp paper towel, spraying it with Restore conditioner by HairUWear, and gently combing it with a wide-toothed comb. You cannot use a curling iron on this, but it keeps a soft wave that can be styled by hand or with wig styling spray.

A couple of things to consider. this item is the average cap size, I wish it was a little bigger. The features of this wig are more than most, but I still have to figure out the forehead styling, it doesn’t quite lay flat.

I wear a ball cap most of the time anyway. I hope to get at least one more in a lighter blonde. Of course QVC has the best price and easy pay is the best!.

I am a lover of Noriko wigs and have many. I finally took the plunge and went for Angelica and I adore her! So much in fact that I have been back and got a second back up in the same color Mocha H! She is super long, so you definitely need a very wide tooth comb and some Simply Stylin spray or serum to keep her beautiful.

I love the styling options and it’s one of the reasons I bought an identical backup. I keep one just for wearing her down with a clip or two only, because when worn down there is more friction and so I tend to only do that for ‘party’ hair.

The other I wear in a pony, her baby hairs make this option easy, I also wear her in a super cute thick side braid. Having two identical means I’m not constantly changing one up and they should both last longer.

Mocha H is a gorgeous ash based light blonde that catches the light and garners many positive comments. So if you are in doubt about Angelica like I was just get her, she is stunning and my friends have serious hair envy when I wear her!.

My Noriko Angelica wig came packaged nicely and the texture of the hair itself is silky and smooth. I have a petite head, so I was worried the standard cap would be too big, but it fit almost too snugly.

which was fixed by manipulating my hair underneath. I’m more used to lace fronts and wigs with combs and clips, so this is the reason for 4 stars. I understand these wigs were intended for those who have little to no hair, explaining the fact that clips and combs would be useless in such a case.

Nothing a few bobby pins can’t fix, if you do have enough hair. The wig itself is gorgeous. I ordered color “Butter Pecan-R” which is a golden blonde with highlights and lowlights. It’s just beautiful! I love the length and layers as well.

Next time I will try the Angelica PM, as the original seems to have just a tad bit much of the permatease for me. Overall, I’d buy this wig again.

I always buy this wig. It’s curled perfectly and the part is wide enough where you don’t have to pluck it unless you want to. It’s meant to be parted on the side, but you can wear the part in the middle too.

It’s definitely a wig for big heads, but can easily be adjusted. When the wig loses its exuberance, just soak it in cold water with conditioner and get you some flexi rods to roll the hair, and it’ll be back better than ever!.

This is the best hair ever! It will not kink quickly. The only complaint I have is the top is a little thick, but it’s manageable. This is an older model that’s been around for awhile, but it will not let you down.

Not a summer wig, it gets really warm. Perfect for Fall and Winter months.

This was my second purchase from Ebonyline. My first unit I purchased the Remi touch RT7 in cool grey was just perfect!! I always find a unit I like then search it on YouTube to see how they look in my preferred color Silver/grey.

The Uma unit shocked me when it arrived. First I ordered it in DRBLGREY for 1st choice and it would not let me select it for my 2nd choice also so #1 highlighted. I typed in comments “Please cancel order if DRBLGREY is not available”.

So I was so sad when I opened box and it was a black wig. Well I thought okay. it was on sale so I won’t sweat it. Well. needless to say I’m stuck with a unit I can do nothing with!! This black unit is so very small.

I did my research and saw many women review this wig and some had a larger head than me and it looked nothing like the unit I received. It is so small, it is impossible to put on!! My unit has to be defective.

After reviewing the return policy and restocking fees associated I just put it back in package and lost money. For the $11 shipping I really feel not valued as customer with the strict return policy.

Especially when I placed in comments specific instructions.

I love the fact that this brand fits my head which is 21”. Most wigs are toooo large. You can comb in different styles. The light shine is a natural look. I purchased 3. I go to gym on a regular and sweat, so they start to look a little rough‍♀.

I love the look of this wig, such a fun style! RH26/613RT8 is described as golden brown with pale blonde highlights & golden brown roots. Right out of the box the color looked pale blonde with very dark roots.

Wig Studio is wonderful to work with but there was not another color that would work for me. It was an easy fix with root color spray in med blonde with a little light brown. It toned down the blonde & blended better with the root.

I usually have to thin my wigs & make some cap adjustments. Mellow is low density, so no thinning. I sewed a comb at the nape like I usually do. Perfect!.

Delivery was fabulous, 7 days to Indonesia and I love the way customs is included. This is my third Winner wig, I find the style comfortable and versatile. My other two wigs are brown but I wanted to try some highlights as I had them when I was younger.

I think the routed wigs look more natural so I chose Shaded Cappuccino SS12/22. I hunted all over the web for a review or You Tube video for Winner in that colour but could only find longer styles. In the end I ordered it anyway.

When it arrived I hated it, I thought the roots made me look like a skunk, and if I lived in the US I would have sent it back. Anyway I kept digging it out of my wardrobe and eventually began to like it.

I think I have had brown hair for so many years I wasn’t used to the tones. So it’s all good now.

I am not a wig expert however I have purchased this 3 different time. It has been easy to care for and low maintenance which is what I like. The wig is sexy and real looking. The volume is just perfect and the texture is not too rubbery.

All I do is cut off the lace and put a little powder on the hair line and that is it. The back does start to get melted after a few weeks of wearing but overall this has become one of my favorite looks.

This wig is gorgeous. The coloring is fantastic. Shedding is very minimal. Very easy to secure to the head and big head friendly. Be careful brushing because hair becomes more voluptuous with brushing.

Nice size part space. Very soft and not shiny at all.

This is really good care for synthetic wig. It really lasted more than two weeks with every day where and styling it was super easy and nice. This is an easy every day wear or if you’re trying to be professional and get a nice look it would be good for that as well.

I had bought two of the Tab wigs on sale. One had seemed slightly drier fiber than the first when I first opened them. but because the fit felt good and the wigs were pretty I kept both and washed and conditioned them in cold water with a shampoo made specifically for synthetic wigs.

After a very short period of time it became apparent to me that the one which had looked slightly drier was in fact somehow different in the quality of fiber and was frizzy, unmanageable, and ridiculous-looking.

I don’t know if that wig had been somehow stored improperly or was simply lower quality, but considering the hefty price for Elllen Wille Wigs this should not happen. I also found that the great comfort of both of these wigs did not last.

The lace front became unbearably scratchy on my forehead and the rest of the wefted cap was not much better, with permatease working its way back inside the cap very easily. What an expensive mistake these were.

Buyer beware!.

If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck.

Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The pros are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic.

If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.

Pros: Hairline and parting needs very little tweaking. Natural looking light yaki texture. Little shedding. Medium natural density, not thick/bulky like Neesha so it doesn’t need thinning. Burgundy color is perfectly blended.

Consistent curl pattern. Cons: A bit too long so I’ll cut about 3 inches. There aren’t any other colors available so I can’t order more units right now.

I love this wig. It’s just the right length for me, not to long and not to short. It’s very soft texture. I like the color, though I wanted it in another color that you didn’t have anymore in stock. I love that it was delivered so quickly.

Very silky texture. No tangles. Looks very natural. I love the density but others might not. Its pretty thing, but so is my natural hair. Hairline is perfect as well. It feels like a $40 wig. I want one in every color!.

First of all I understand I purchased this wig during the holiday season, however shipping timeframe on the company’s website estimates 2-9 days shipping, but I received my order 13 days after my order date.

I was only about to successfully contact the company 2 days after I placed my online order in which was a Thursday & they confirmed my order was received & said it will probably arrive mid to the end of the following week.

Where my order didn’t arrive that following week, I made several attempts to contact the company via phone & on Facebook to inquire about the status of my order, but I received a voicemail recording saying the nobody is available to take your call, leave a message & no reply to my Facebook post.

I even tired contacting the company during different times of the business day in case they were out to lunch & I accounted for the time zone difference because they are located in CA & I live in MO.

I never received any contact from the company until I received an email once my order was already delivered. Before ordering this wig I used the guidelines to properly measure my head size, which I knew my head is smaller than average women because I can never find hats or beanies that are small enough to fit my head.

This wig is too small for my head because when I be put it on about half an inch of my hairline comes out under the lace front & the ear tabs don’t come done fully to above my ears. The only way to hide my hairline under the lace front is to align the front of the wig in front of my hairline & sit above my ears & that causes an issue with the back not fitting low enough.

If I try to pull the back of the wig cap down the front will slide back exposing my hairline. I wanted to return the wig & start my search all over again assuming I need to try an average size wig but with the Christmas holiday I wasn’t able to meet the requirement to return within 10 business days from ship date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

On the 10th business day I thought about still printing the return shipping label & taking the chance my return will be approved, but then I didn’t know if the company will mail the product back to me if they deny the product return.

This company was one of the few that I found willing to accept wigs to be returned if they’ve been tried on. It would’ve been nice if around the holiday season the company gives customers extended return deadlines.

Now I’m stuck with a wig that retails for about $187 & I doubt I can find a buyer to sell it via social media. I did really like color of the wig. Most of the synthetic fibers feel soft to touch. During the try on process, which I did try on a few times to make sure it was too small for my head & not a problem with the method I was using to put it on I kept having issues with parts of the hair was coming through the inside of the wig cap.

I didn’t want to mess up the wefting when trying to push the hair back through the cap & after being careful I was never able to get all of the hair to fully be on the outside of the cap. If the wig wasn’t too small for me & fit properly then I wouldn’t be able to constantly spend time trying to fix the hairs to be on the outside of the cap.

My last Sarah large was recently retired after six months of use. I had trimmed her three times, and the fibers were just getting worn out. I loved her, she’s by far my favorite, and in fact that six months of use was pretty much daily use except for days I washed her.

Part of retiring the old Sarah was acquiring her in the same color. Luckily, I was notified she was available on a day with a 30% off sale. I put her one and marveled at how nice she is with new fibers.

At the end of that first day I took her off and combed her out, and while I wasn’t surprised there were some loose fibers, I was surprised at how many there were. Every day since that I’ve worn her, I’ve loved the feel of the new fibers.

Then at the end of the day been surprised (and disappointed) at how many of those fibers came out with a gentle combing. At this point, I’m not sure she’ll last more than a couple months. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll hit the end of the untied fibers soon (yes, it seems that they were never knotted).

So in summary, while I love the look of Sarah Large, the quality seems to have gone downhill since my first Sarah. If I knew this was just a glitch, I would happily keep buying Sarahs (though I’ve been considering Blake as well).

As it stands, I’m a little worried about buy anything else from Jon Renau, and especially anything as expensive as Blake.

When received, it did not have zig-zag parting which I thought was because it was hand tied and packed inside out. The hand tied cap is amazing and comfortable with little to no itching. Hair around the ear tabs lay perfectly making it feel good without that ear itching you sometimes get when it’s a little bulky.

I ordered the 24bt18s8, Shaded mocha I think it’s called, and absolutely love the color and the curl pattern. The hair is much more full on top which is a bit poofy, but I like big hair so it’s not an issue; however, the nape is very sparse and wish it had more hair.

They may do that to keep the weight down and keep it from being too full …but I like full. It seems as though it was pre-thinned which I do not like and found areas of shorter cuts 3-4” lengths around the left part that seem to be long permatease or part of the thinning already done.

I’m unsure if this is typical of this wig or if mine is just a little different. Overall, I like the look of the wig, but wish it were fuller throughout and not ‘thinned’. Would love to find a similar one that is longer and fuller.

My family and friends have given me compliments on the Vogue Wig. This is my third wig in the last four years. I like the pixie cut and the #60 color. The Vogue Wig is deeper than my other wigs. I did have it trimmed and styled by Elite Wigs in Sawgrass Florida.

My first two purchases were from Elite.

This was my first wig ever! Lost my volume from illness and I’m now gray and can’t use hair dye. Did some research and found Vogue. It only took a week and half to receive. It came sealed in a bag and wrapped nicely.

Took out my wig and it looked just like the photo. Really easy to figure out how to use and I LOVE this wig! I got brown but it’s very dark, almost black but my hair was, black so even better! Fits like a glove and the adjustable fasteners gave it even better fit.

Wig is ready to wear straight out of the box. Customer service is amazing and got back to me very quickly every time I wrote. I had many questions as this was my first wig purchase! I’m already planning on my next wig and have told my friends about it.

Everyone thinks it’s real hair, it looks and feels REAL and this is synthetic. Great quality, fast shipping and very helpful customer service. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to be able to order again.

I was hoping this would let me post a photo, because I always find customers’ own photos very helpful when looking at reviews. I bought this wig for a costume. I’m dressing like Penny Lane from Almost Famous, played by Kate Hudson.

The color is not quite as blonde as hers, but will be suitable. It’s a lot thicker than her hair, which will also be close enough. The texture is very soft, and you can move it from side to side pretty easily.

I’m parting it in the middle and letting the sides hang close to my face, even more so than the girl in the above photo. I’m very pleased with this wig. The fit feels normal, but I do have a small head.

I gave the color a 4, just because it’s hard to tell exactly how the wig will look from those swatches above, especially when it’s two colors.

I absolutely love this unit! The hair looks and feel like human hair, it’s soft to the touch! It’s not a heavy synthetic wig, which is very important to me, because I normally wear human hair wigs! I decided to try a synthetic wig.

This is not like my first synthetic wig, which was heavy and made me sweat a lot! I have yet to wear this unit, but have tried it on, and love everything about it! My only concern is I really wanted a different color, but it was sold out, I will be on the look out for the restock of this wig! Love it!! I LOVE the Jamison – The quality of the synthetic hair fiber on this wig is one of the best I’ve come across yet at this price point; it’s silky soft, falls and moves like natural hair does and rivals the silky texture of my own bio hair, so I was impressed with her and im not easily impressed.

I purchased ICY SHADOW for something modern to match my age and the funky style I’m known for. It’s also still very classic chic and beautiful, Feminine, and works across the board in style and function.

Straight out of the box, you must give her a chance bc she will certainly fall in your face. Walk around your house with her on and begin training the front fibers how you want them to fall around your face.

I rub my hands together to create friction and rub the hair down and around into the shape I prefer; don’t use product!. The heat from your hands will start to “train” the fiber to that direction, so don’t judge her out of the box- it’s actually a positive as it gives you some room to customize and play.

Spending that time on the fibers will begin molding them. With this style, you can wear the part off-kilter for an emphasized asymmetrical look if you want. I also did a little trimming and slight reshaping, so you can have a professional make some adjustments to fit your face if you’re not able to cut hair yourself.

It’s a very realistic wig, both in feel and in look. I did not have any issues w quality of the knots as I read one person’s review, so hopefully that was a one,off issue. The only negative about this wig for me is the size ~ I’m a very small-framed person, small bones and frame, small face and head lol so my true wig size is petite to ultra-petite.

Therefore this wig, as most average size wigs are for me, is very big. I’ve had to make a lot of adjustments and will even be removing some of the weft to tighten the cap as it falls over my ears completely without serious adjustments – but im able to do those and knew when I bought average size that it would likely be the case, so it isn’t anything wrong with the wig itself.

FYI to anyone with a petite size head, expect it to be very large on you. But if you’re like me and know how to make it work w tweaking, you will otherwise love it. I’m a younger cancer patient, so my wig journey has been wild.

I’ve accumulated quite a diverse collection of wigs to learn from. It was upsetting for me at first being in my 30s and seeing mostly “granny” or traditional pieces available at my budget. So, a wig like Jamison was worth the cost, as she truly helps you to feel back to your age, your style, modern, etc.

I love Jamison in Chrome rt. As my hair started going gray, I tried Jamison to see if I would like all gray hair. I thought chrome rt would be a little extreme at my age with the dark roots but tried it.

I get compliments on my hair every day. Trying to get through the airport recently, I kept getting stopped by people saying, “I love your hair”. My only issue with this wig is that each time I order a new one, it has been shorter than the first one.

This is disappointing since the right length is critical for my face shape. Also, upon receiving a new wig, I take it to my hairdresser to cut in a few long layers to lighten the look and give it natural movement.

I was very excited to receive this wig as I wanted a pink one. But ultimately it was disappointed as it did not fit correctly. The lace front around my forehead was too big and loose and did not touch my skin, but buckled and stuck out.

I wear average size but this one just did not work for me. I had to return it and was also disappointed that I had to pay for shipping both directions so I did lose that money. This wig is difficult to get as it is because it’s always on back order.

I did order it from another company and waiting for it to arrive in mid September. Hopefully the new one will work, maybe each one is a little different? I am also looking at a different pink style if it does not work out.

I have worn this wig for almost 20 years. It was first quality, easy to care for and the reason for numerous compliments on my “hair”. I ordered a replacement last fall and have been sadly disappointed.

What happened? The wig seemed sparse, with lots of fly away hairs that looked unkempt and frequently landed in my eyes causing irritation. The synthetic hair seemed to lack quality overall.
