Not sure why the system thinks I have the AX6600, this review is for the X90. After trying a number of router and extender combinations I finally gave in to the lure of mesh networking. I wish I had done it sooner! Whilst I had researched this space over the last couple years, I was waiting for a kit like the deco to come along to fit a sweet spot of performance and price.

The X90 does that for me. My link speed is rock is solid, the roaming hasn’t let me down and I no longer have to manually fidget between networks to get the best signal in my apartment. The apartment is quite long with thick walls and heavy doors.

The units are around 15m away from each other and paint the apartment in solidly wonderful wifi 6. The dedicated backhaul gives me superior performance from the remote unit, with more bandwidth available than my measly 100Mb Internet connection offers.

Whilst it’s still early days, only a few weeks old, the link has been solid with no drop outs or performance issues even though I have dozens of devices connected simultaneously. The app that controls the units, whilst easy to use, is a little simple for my liking.

I would like it to offer a bit more information and control than it currently does. But it does all the basics well. I’m not a fan of having to connect it with a cloud account but it’s a negative I’m willing to look past for now.

Easy to set up as all I had to do was turn off the router in my Virgin Hub and set to Modem Mode, then connect to one of the Ethernet Ports on the back and let the Tp-Link Deco X20 auto-configure after placing each of the three included around my home.

It provides a Solid Connection Signal for when you are engaged in Gaming, 4k Streaming or Surfing the Worldwide Web and has built-in Anti-Virus along with Intuition prevention to protect all your connected devices.

As for managing the settings in the router, it has an app that can be downloaded & installed from the GooglePlay Store that’s very intuitive to use and, you can also run a network optimization if needed.

Overall, one of the best purchases I’ve made this year and worth the Price. ‘Considering how slow my internet speed was before when using a Powerline or Virgins rubbish wireless router either, of those connections provided just around 60 megabytes download speed.

And now, with the Tp-Link Deco X20 Mesh System, I get 220megbytes on all connected devices.

This mesh system has been a game-changer for our household. Previously, only the living room had a good Internet connection, and the rest of the house suffered. With this system, I have one in the furthest room and one upstairs, which has helped TREMENDOUSLY! No more dropped connections! No more inability to stream 1080p videos in the room most distant from the router! No more issues at all with connections in other rooms.

This was pretty easy for me (a tech-savvy person) to set up and is easy to manage; the mobile app is also excellent and convenient—I have no complaints about it. I do notice that now and then, one of the extenders will disconnect (which you can see in the app), but after unplugging and plugging back in, it reconnects.

This only has happened a few times and is pretty inevitable, in my opinion. This was definitely worth it for us; I can’t imagine going back to being without it!.

I bought this product last week, Firstly my comments are dependent on my expectations. First of all as I have 1Gb speed, my expectation was moving this speed to the first floor using a Wi-Fi repeater according to its limit.

I compared this product with other repeaters and started watching the price. I saw that it looks much better than the M4R model and the WiFi speed is faster(400Mb) at 2. 4GHz. And it is stated that it gives around 800mb at 5GHz.

So far so good, I set the first deco M5 successfully, the device boxed very well and the interface for setup was clear and easy. Also it has a nice design and you could mount it to the wall. Quickly I tested the setup for its raw speed, as this one has this future in the application.

So I saw that it was around 1GB. Wifi speed was around 500Mbps which is good. But It is the same speed with the modem, which is something I expected, But for the first floor second deco didn’t give the same speed, it was around max 100-150Mbps.

That part was really disappointing for me. But the signal level was quite fine. So, if you are looking for a nice design, full coverage LOW SPEED wifi speed this could be for you. Also I tested with an older version of deco which is M4.

The speed was much better and it is almost the same that I got from the main deco. Annoying part is, M5 looks like it is better signal value then M4, please check it: https://www. tp-link. com/nl/compare/?typeId=5700&productIds=40375%2C40542 but the performance is less than M4.

They work nicely and are reasonably easy to set up, though you still have to give them a separate network name to the modem network and then rename it! To avoid confusion, you can hide your modem network name.

They are small and ok-looking. They don’t have their own power button if you want to switch off parts of the network. Pretty happy with them – good speeds, though the 5GHz band doesn’t have as good a range (by its nature).

They boot up fast. If your NBN sucks anyway, these will be adequate. Security setup is still a bit confusing and the app isn’t *quite* as user-friendly as they claim, still requiring some tech know-how.

Got 2 of these routers as part of Google Fiber subscription. Routers/AP supports WiFi Mesh technology, so signal should reach any corner of your home, up to 1900sqft. For my home 1100sqft even one of these works perfectly.

Setup was easy-breezy, using Google Home mobile app. Although, router lacks advanced settings like wifi mode and channel selection, for average casual user this shouldn’t cause discomfort. Design-wise it looks cozy, so you can leave it on the surface, you can even cotrol LED intensity what is well thought for dark environment.

I been paying for charter internet and speed wasnt great even though I was paying for it. Had a tech notion come out and he confirmed my reasons why it wasnt working as fast as it should be. the router.

Their router ran well for 1 level home but at having just moved into a 2 level condo the reach suffered upstairs. So I did some researching and stumbled on mesh routers that handled 2. 5 and 5 ghz networks, but are more on the bit pricey.

Luckily i found one on eBay to test it out and it wouldnt hurt my wallet too much. So far its been great the speed is at maximum and reaches the upstairs easily since its 1,200 sf this 1 mesh point is enough but I could add a second point later if we add more smart home devices which is great because we could move to a larger home and this system would hopefully not be absolute.

Highly recommend it, set up was easy and integrates with other google products.

I would give it a 5 star but there are things that are not mentioned. Cons: If you are thinking that you can buy this and have 5G, then it does not. I thought that I could buy this device and use it on T-Mobiles 5G network but T-Mobile does not allow that to work.

You will be forced to use 4G only. This device does not work with Ring Stick up cam. I have tried to look up forums and online for help but no one seem to know how to fix the issue. Pros: Device has a great wide range.

Speeds are reasonably fast. Easy to setup. I had to return device back to Netgear because if a $1,000 unit can’t work perfectly, I’d rather have my money back.

I live in a somewhat remote area and have few options for internet. Cable won’t even give me an estimate and I’ve been on waiting list for StarLink for over a year. This seemed like a good option, so I went for it, despite it being a pretty new product.

I don’t often write reviews but I’m so thrilled with this product I felt I should. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on a Wednesday. The set up is easy! You download the app on your phone (as you need to use cell data until you have one canister set up).

The app has very simple instructions. You plug the first canister into an electrical socket and into your modem using a cord provided and set a password. That’s it! You now have internet back. You then take the second canister into another room (with your phone) plug it into an outlet, turn it on and then use your phone to connect it.

Repeat for the 3rd canister. You will now have internet throughout your home. The hardest part is signing all your devices into the new network but you’d have to do this with any new router or system.

We are currently experiencing wifi speeds similar to hardwire. We have cogeco and are getting over 100mbps throughout the house that used to have many dead spots. The best part, in my opinion, is the parental controls.

You are able to assign devices to family members and set time limits or bedtime hours and the app will shut off the internet to these devices. For example you can shut internet to the Xbox and iPad for one child but still let them watch Netflix on the smart tv.

I was able to even pause one child’s internet until they finished their homework!! This is only day 3 but I highly recommend this system. I was worried I should have purchased a more expensive system but so far so good!!!.

Pros: We are a family of 5, living in a 4 bed, brick built dorma bungalow with Virgin media 100Mb broadband. Until buying the Deco I was getting nothing but complaints from the Xbox-ers about lagging, games cutting off a crucial moments, not being able to play on Xbox if somebody else was already on Xbox.

So many issues. Similar with work MS Teams meetings being cut off at the most inopportune moments. Many calls to Virgin with no resolution, I did my own bit of research. Now I must advise that I am not technically minded in the slightest.

I started off with zero clue of what I wanted. I found these Decos and given the other reviews figured they’d be worth a try. GAME CHANGER!! No complaints at all from any family member within any part of the house doing anything they want or need.

Streaming is seamless, work meeting uninterrupted. AMAZING!! As I said, I’m not technically minded so was worried how I might manage the set up – easy peasy. Honestly cannot recommend these enough to people in similar situations to mine.

Cons: The units are quite big so no way of blending them in to your home decor but that said, they’re not the ugliest things I’ve ever seen and frankly it’s a small price to pay for harmonious children.

One of the interesting characteristics about this mesh system is that it’s actually beneficial if you don’t know how these kinds of devices work. Those who have experience with networks and routers will find this mesh system somewhat hard to grok.

So, when installing it, it’s best to dumb yourself down and just follow instructions and not overanalyze why. Otherwise you will likely follow the same sequence I hdi, which was to set up the mesh, have it not work for reasons I honestly cannot fathom, then reset the whole system and start again.

The second time through it seems to make more sense (in its own odd way). I was eventually able to make the system work. The hardest part was getting it to work with an Amazon Smart Thermostat. So my advice is this; if you are unlucky you may have to spend a significant amount of time ironing out all the kinks.

That said, with sufficient patience I was able to make it work with my entire complement of wireless devices. Price is right too. Overall, I am quite pleased.

Simple but still technically sophisticated, all the normal settings. I’d beware of setting a specific channel on this or any other router. If your neighborhood is packed with others a fixed channel will get you dropped from your own router dye to conflicts with nearby strong signals.

This unit set up easily and functioned flawlessly. Place high up on a wall so no interior items (mirrors, furniture, metal file cabinets) block line of sight. If there’s solid metal between a user and the router, the user won’t connect easily, if at all.

Mine is dix feet up the wall, and I can walk 250′ to my outdoor mailbox and still have a “good” rated signal. I get “excellent” signals everywhere within my home. With radio signals (wifi is radio), higher is always better.

And I’d you have mirrors, signals get blocked or reflected, and play havoc with WiFi. Take down all unnecessary mirrors. It’s like lining your walls with Faraday cages, not good.

I really like this router, of course there is some sacrifices by the price you pay, namely the wired ports are 10/100M and the USB is 2. 0, but this is clearly stated in the specs section (at least in newegg) so no surprises there unless you don’t pay attention.

Setting up was relatively easy , tested the USB sharing capabilities, simple but really good so far. Range is good and stable for a small to medium apartment/office but be aware of obstacles and location of the router for using the 5GHz band.

Great for a budget initiation to the ac1200 world with some simple but useful media server/usb sharing capabilities. Edited because, recently, after a little “shifting” at the office, we are using the Printer share capabilities.

So far works great with an all-in-one HP printer. Only a little extra step for using the scanner (you have to “capture” the printer using their app, this happens automatically for printing) and the app itself is very simple (great for not eating your OS resources).

The bad side is that such app is for Windows and Mac only (so far). and since seems like a proprietary comm protocol between the app and the router to simulate the USB-Network bridge, there is no manual configuration nor app/driver for linux :(.

Works fine for most of the things you want it to do. For required tasks, the WiFi connection is dropped for a split second every ten minutes or so. For gaming, you may be dropped from a game. This happens once every 30 minutes or so.

At other times, you will see a slight lag or glich for a split second. For streaming video on Roku and Home Essentials Direct Fire stick, you will see the video freeze for a second or two. Once every ten minutes, you may lose the stream and the Roku/Fire will take you back to the main menu.

This is really annoying if you are trying to watch a movie, or a Basketball/football game, and the signal drops. Since I have multiple sources wired to a switch (2x game consoles, Roku, AppleTV) when the signal drops, the switch cycles through and searches for a new signal and land on the second streaming device (for example, I will be watching Roku and it will automatically swap to AppleTV, or vice versa) and I would need to manually switch it back.

Slightly annoying. so when I have a gathering, I unplug all the other sources and only have the Roku plugged in. Even if the signal is dropped, the switch stays on the Roku since it has no other sources plugged in.

(This happens with both a Roku media player and a Home Essentials Direct Fire stick so I know it is not the device). Like I said – Slightly annoying.

So far, this has been a great improvement over the router we were renting from our provider, and it will pay for itself in four months. It was super easy to set up; it took me maybe 10 minutes, and I even made a mistake.

We pay for 150Mbps, but we usually get download speeds close to 200Mbps. We’re not even close to pushing the capabilities of the router, so I wouldn’t expect anything less, really.

Likely this is due to devices unsuccessfully moving between mesh nodes despite being stationary… had the same issue with Google WiFi. – Has web UI at master node’s IP address, but interface there can do next to nothing.

Like Eero, everything has to be done through the app, and the app is less than intuitive, and quite ugly. You have to go 3 menus deep to even see IP addresses. Conclusion: I’ve tested nearly every WiFi mesh on the market in this apartment, and they all perform comparably.

I think interference from other people’s WiFi networks is to blame, since there are nearly 20 other WiFi networks in the same building clearly visible to all my devices, though I really expected this to outperform my Orbi RBK20 Wifi 5 routers that I’ve now been through 3 other routers trying to replace (all at twice the price, even on sale).

However, Deco and Google are the only ones to have the issue where connection will drop due to confusion around which mesh node to connect to, and frankly, WiFi needs to be more stable than that. I can’t be running a 2 day long database transfer job and just lose connection whenever, nor do I want to get kicked out of games, dropped from Zoom calls, or just generally annoyed by sudden lack of internet.

If other brands are comparable in performance, I really can’t overlook this. Lastly, the lack of web interface administration, when combine with a very mediocre app, this will drive tech enthusiasts nuts.

I’ve become a bit spoiled by Netgear Orbi’s app, but where TP Link is also a real network hardware company, I really expected better. Planning to return this when I have time. tips: – If you get a consistent 90-100Mbps on ethernet (wire), then the wire is bad.

If the wire is damaged, most computers will cap the speed at 100Mbps to prevent issues. – Mirrors, metal structures, large electronics, and large quantities of water (including human bodies) will interfere with WiFi, so try to set up nodes a few feet from such things, and if you imagine a line between the WiFi mesh nodes, don’t put any of these things in that line.

– Other WiFi networks overlapping with yours will cause interference. Your WiFi will attempt to use a different channel to avoid this, but there are a very finite number of them. This is a huge issue in apartments.

– Most devices do not yet have WiFi 6 cards. The only ones I own that do are M1 Mac products, and the PS5.

My old router was located in the center of the house and provided good coverage throughout, but I saw that this mesh system was on sale and I thought that this would help extend coverage in the areas outside the home by locating the meshed APs on the outside walls near the patio and deck.

Setting up the system once I downloaded the app was extremely easy, much easier than any router I have previously owned. In my opinion, the app is the best feature of they system and makes every aspect of the setup and management of the network much simpler than previous apps and browser interfaces I have used.

Managing devices on the network and particularly things like WEP setup are much easier to handle through the app than my old router’s interface. The individual devices are much smaller and much less obtrusive visually than my old router and easy to work into the room.

Functionally, the “main” router connected to my modem is just as “fast” as my old router, however it doesn’t have nearly the same transmission/reception range. I figured that this wouldn’t be a big deal once the additional access points were online.

While the additional points do extend the system’s reach, there is quite a cost. When connected to one of the meshed APs instead of the main router, the connection speed was dramatically decreased. This was true even when I tested the speeds with the AP sitting right next to the router and using the same distance to the same laptop.

This is very disappointing, and I have found that my old router delivered better speeds even at lower connection strength in certain areas in and around my home. Another issue that I have discovered is that when moving through my network environment my mobile devices do not always “roam” to the closest AP or rather, they will show that I have an excellent signal, but I cannot access the internet.

This can be fixed by waiting a few minutes for the network to figure it out or by disabling and re-enabling the wifi on my device. Either option can be annoying. Overall, I have been a bit disappointed with this system.

I have kept it in use as I got it on sale and the comparable router that I would replace it with is much more expensive at a time that I cannot really afford to spend the money. I am most disappointed with the performance of the APs, and I am hopeful that future system upgrades will improve the situation.

If not I will probably replace when I am better able.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis Deco AX3000 mesh Wi Fi system was easy to setup, and I’m happy to report that I have fast, reliable coverage throughout our two-story house, including some spots that were definitely not being well served by a single Wi Fi router.

We have lots of devices in our home – work computers, personal computers, streaming TV devices, tablets, a Wi-Fi connected security system, a whole host of smart devices, etc. They’re all connected, and all getting fast, reliable connection.

The Deco app is fairly easy to use to configure your network settings, choose device options, etc. We have a very-popular residential fiber-optic ISP, and I was able to completely replace the router I was renting from them with this system.

My Deco base station is connected directly to their terminal via Ethernet. If you have a cable internet ISP, you’ll need to keep your cable modem and connect that to the Deco via Ethernet (but won’t need a cable modem with built-in Wi-Fi router anymore).

From a slightly more technical perspective, I’ll note that the three stations are all the same, and that the two ethernet ports on each support “auto-sensing. ” That means a few things: First, no one device is pre-determined to be the base — whichever one you set up first in the app takes on that role, and the others become satellites.

Second, whichever ethernet port you connect to your ISP connection becomes the WAN port. Third, if you wanted to connect the Deco devices to one another by wire (and preserve all of the available wireless bandwidth for communication with your computers, phones, and other devices), you can do that using whichever ethernet port is available on each one.

A few other technical notes just in case: Setup and configuration is primarily through the app. There is a web interface, but it seems like it doesn’t support all of the features. So, if you are someone who *needs* to configure your devices via desktop/laptop computer, this may not be right for you.

Also, there’s no dedicated third band of wireless signal for station-to-station communication, so while I had no noticeable speed issues, systems with a dedicated band will be faster. This can be mitigated using the “ethernet backhaul” feature I described above, connecting the Deco devices by wire, but I found there’s plenty of speed and bandwidth to go around, even without using that option.

Overall, I’m happy with this TP-Link Deco system. Easy to setup and use, reliable and fast coverage throughout our home.

Many LTE routers include the ability to utilise modern 4G networks, they typically do not include a key feature being carrier aggregation. However the TP-Link Archer MR600 includes the feature which allows for several mobile frequencies to be used for incoming traffic, resulting in a high speed and very responsive to various demands.

Once the MR600 is setup using the TP-Link Tether application on an Android or iOS mobile device then the router seamlessly determines the best mobile frequencies to be used, thus providing optimal connectivity and throughput/ Overall, the MR600 is highly recommended as an excellent 4G+ LTE router.

Excellent 4G Router for small business. 4G speeds are as expected for the locations tested. Can be configured as a 4G failover for an NBN connection although the default is for 4G only. Configuration change location in the firmware is not obvious but internet searching found the setting location.

Easy setup with my AT&T NVG510 Modem router. Works well for my needs. The 5Ghz band covers most of the house a 1 story 4 bedroom approximate 2100sqft. The Router is setup in the front of the house and the 5Ghz band is week in the back bedroom.

The 2. 4Ghz band covers the whole house very well and strong signal. For the cost I can not complain. As I learned more about Routers I rather have a router with more antennas and removable antennas that can be changed out if needed for higher dBm.

I would have purchased a router with the latest 802. 11ax rather than then the 802. 11ac. I am pleased with this purchase. I have not had any dropped signals or anything like that. I do advise with any new hardware you add to your pc always go to manufactures website and download the latest Firmware to update.

Never use a disc that some hardware’s ship with.

If you worried about TP Link, only had one router die after two years of continues service, I suspect that bad surge protector, and bad surge may have caused its demise, but it was running 24/7; so routers have to take a lot of abuse in 24/7 environment.

With 15 years experience in networking, mostly SOHO, and home users; I have used other brands, from well known to not so well known, and TP Link does outperform them in my opinion hands down. G was ok wireless in 2005, (I used wired); 2008 moved to Gigalan wired and Cat 6;been there ever since.

N came to town and saved us from connecting wireless of only 20 ft. in some cases. AC has changed the playing field, finally; wireless that is as strong, maybe stronger than wire. I like TP for pricing and reliability.

Works and doesn’t drop signal, no restarts, only upgraded firmware first time out of box, set it and forget it cause it works. Setting privacy, passwords, renaming it and other features, easy and nice to see.

(if you are new to wireless world, you have to set privacy and passwords to keep neighbor boy from using your bandwidth) or not if you prefer to “hotspot” its users choice. Range, AC has got the range for ya, at roughly 1/2 mile; at 2 bars yeah that’s your range, no joke.

Walls, levels, line of sight issues; of the past, this router says “what issues”, haven’t experienced no drop signals and couple of times that has happened wasn’t due to router, its laptop overheating, being older model.

Other devices was singing along no problem. You wonder how many devices? I’m using 7 on my network, one being a server, and couple added smartphones that guests show up with, all running at same time, and no one noticeing any bandwidth of the others including major download, i’m using heavy cable internet, 70mbps input to Gigalan output.

I don’t use any fancy routing tables or rules, don’t use guest account, I just give password to those that need it, my password I use is simple (five digit name/number) you don’t have to encrypted these things for soho or home use, just change the default to something only you will know.

Always change the default if using wireless, is a must do.

Have not used the tech support that was advertised on the box but having 24/7 support is very useful for any product. The connotation “AC 1200” typically refers to the total added max speeds of the 2.

4 Ghz an 5 Ghz bands. So in this case 300 Mbps 2. 4 Ghz + 867 Mbps 5 Ghz = 1167 Mbps total speed rounded up = 1200. Unfortunately most consumers who are unfamiliar with routers make this mistake and think that this speed of 1200 Mbps is available through 1 single connection.

However that is not the case primarily due to speed split over two bands and being that the advertised speed is the theoretical maximum which is never reached. Client devices primarily those being USB 2.

0 connected to PCs and laptops will suffer from a speed limitation on the 5 Ghz band. USB 2. 0 caps out at 480 Mbps theoretical speed thus limiting the 867 Mbps data connection between the client and the router.

That was primarily the case with older routers utilizing 802. 11 N via Ghz. However 802. 11 AC increases the range to the inclusion of beamforming which is mentioned above. Overall a solid router which gets the job done and I would definitely recommend this router.

It has been over four hours, and my ears are still ringing. The speakers on this thing are awful and extremely quiet, which I didn’t mind obviously, I was buying it for 4K resolution, as basically everybody buying it is.

I cannot express to you how loud the siren was, and with almost complete certainty based on the quality of the speakers, I can say the sound wasn’t coming from the speakers. It sounded like a police siren was installed in this thing.

Now, I had it for a year, and loved it – and I’m not saying that every single one will do it, but the amount of views suggest that many may have experienced this issue besides the maker of the video and myself.

Tired of having multiple wifi extenders that constantly drop I investigated mesh networks. I needed something that I could put the kids on timeout, prioritize wife’s internet traffic and manage everything even offsite.

The OnHub ticked those boxes for me. I bought one to start with and I am super impressed. Previously without the extenders I would get POOR (11Mbps) wifi signal in my bedroom from my main router. With the OnHub (located right next to the main router) signal is EXCELLENT (72Mbps on phone) in my bedroom.

My home is an old brick home. The parental control (time limits, Safe Search) are great features to keep the kids safe. I can prioritize my wife’s device when needed (like when kids are streaming). The only feature request I would like is ability to lower certain devices priority (but sure that will still come).

As someone not staying in USA, yes the AC adapter is rated 220v also so all you need is a US to your local plug converter for it to work. The app also does not have any localization limitations. I read old reviews where people complained about not being able to set DHCP range, DNS or IP address of the device, this is not the case with the latest firmware (that installs automatically when setting up the device).

Would I recommend this product – for someone with beginner or intermediate IT skills and wants something that you can “set and forget” then I would say a definite yes. For someone who wants more control on their router and loves Mikrotek devices, maybe give this one a pass.

For me this has been a great purchase that I definitely do not regret.

The Google WiFi router has a great design, is small and can be placed anywhere. (i. e. tabletop, countertop or hidden on top of cabinets or furniture) and it doesn’t look like a typical router. It’s very easy to setup providing you don’t have a complex network or are looking for advanced routing features, For a typical home it’s more than sufficient and will provide you with fast WiFi speeds.

My only critique is you may find the “Meshing” distance to be less than advertised requiring more access points to fully cover your house. It’s advertised they should be approximately Two rooms apart from each other, however below are the advertised coverages, which I found to be completely different.

This was bought as an addition to the existing 3 pack system in ~1500 sq feet ranch style house to improve wifi performance in a back room. That room already had one of these units but signal wasn’t as good as we’d like to.

Near the main unit I had around 100 Mb downstream , in that room – around 5-10. When I originally installed that system I had about 40 Mb there, then it went down no matter what I’ve tried. So I’ve decided to add another one in a middle so now I have only one wall and about 20 feet between these units.

Now I have about 11 Mb in that back room, no real improvement to speak of. I used to have Archer C7 who gave me great Wifi everywhere except in that room which was a primer reason I got this mesh system.

It costed me 3 times more than Archer, result is barely better. I understand results may vary depends on a structure of your place (I have older brick house) but this mesh system certainly under delivered.

Very good product good value for money I recommend it. Strong signal, light and easy to install! Cant fault it.

Works well, I have used it to extend wifi from the house to the summer house. Hard wired from router 1 to this and then wifi from there. Easy to setup.

Pros: Very fast Cons: Distance seems to be an issue on 5g unless its where I have it located.

Mijn problemen waren hiermee veel eenvoudiger (en goedkoper) op te lossen dan ik had durven hopen. Het instellen van de router is zeer eenvoudig, maar voor mensen met minder ervaring kunnen de hoeveelheid instellingen wat afschrikken.

Er is een mogelijkheid om een stappenplan te volgen voor de basisconfiguratie, welke al meer dan voldoende is voor de basis gebruiker. Dit kan vanaf je laptop en/of vanaf een APP. Eenvoudiger kan niet.
