👟 FITVILLE WALKING SHOES REVIEW 👟 I was asked to give an honest review by Fitville (an international company using cutting edge science to create their shoes). I am not in the business of giving a good review in exchange for free gifts-so this is a honest as it gets! 👟 As I had not heard of Fitville I was slightly sceptical (were they connected to Farmville?😅) but my scepticism was proven to be unfounded! 👟 I have suffered some foot issues over the years – a bunion removal operation, plantar fasciitis and achilles tendon issues.

👟 Although I have a fairly small bone frame my feet however are quite wide. I’ve often had to go to the men’s section to find trainers as women’s sizing can be too narrow in the toe area for me. In other words these shoes are designed with the wider foot in mind wide2E/ extra wide4E.

👟 So when Fitville asked me if I was interested in trying their shoes I seized the offer with two feet😁and can I say I have not been disappointed! 👟 When I put on these Rebound Core (woman’s) in sandy grey – (they do a Gent’s range also) I actually did not take them off for the entire day! It was as if I had worn them for months! There was no breaking in period at all.

I also loved the rubberised non slip soles especially when walking out in the Scottish rain. 👟 These shoes are equipped with wide toe boxes, patented PropelCoreTM EVA soles, and shock-absorbing pads, I literally felt I was walking on air with the cushioned inserts provided.

They also felt very light to wear. 👟 Most of all I love how stylish they are! I wondered would they have the look of shoes designed for the ermm. elderly. but not at all! In fact I had to prevent my daughter (24 yrs) @lookswithlaura from acquiring them for herself! 😂 👟 Can’t wait for summer walks here in the Highlands of Scotland with these stylish and comfortable shoes.

I have Multiple Sclerosis which means I have very strange feet that I can not wear most shoes. I can no longer walk on sandy beaches as too painful and my balance is not good either so a supportive shoe is vital.

3 years ago I broke my leg then Covid so my movement was greatly inhibited. I have only found one brand of trainers I can wear and have lived in them for over a year now. I had looked at Fitville and thought it might be worth a try and finally I have.

I bought them about a month ago and have slowly started using them, day at a time for a few hours to get my over sensitive feet used to them. I wore them for a couple of days at a time a few times and now for the last 3 days continuously! I walked over a patch of land, grassed but uneven today that I haven’t done for 3 years with our dog.

A bouncy Labrador pointer rescue. I find I can drive much better in them and can feel the soles of my feet too and wiggle and move my feet/toes. I actually forgot to take my cane and only realised when I thought something is missing! I went without it even when I realised.

Not for too long but trainers have a wide supportive sole which I realised are easier to stand with that extra support. So if this is how a person with a real physical challenge can be made to feel, just try them.

I am now going to try the trainers you don’t have to bend to do up laces and are quite cute too. Nice colours. and use them as supportive slippers. I am so glad I took the plunge and bought them. Dark blue rebound core ladies.

I bought ladies 6 and they are true to size. Don’t be tempted to size down because wider. I have been 6 all my life, 39 European. And the extra width gives more movement to my feet. I have a smaller foot by half a size but bought to fit the larger foot.

I hope this review may help others with weird feet, neuropathy etc. Those with fabulous normal feet, these will be just amazing! Thank you for reading, i hope this helps. To be able to walk again on land I have not been able to for 3 years gives such hope and pleasure.

I got these because of awful problems with my feet, particularly fasciitis and achilles problems, and I have to walk quite a bit. I needed a comfortable fit. These come in 2 sizes of width, the WIDE was perfect for me rather than EXTRA WIDE.

I was able to judge the correct size by measuring my foot length and using the fitting guide. Perfect. The support they give is very good even though they are very light weight shoes. They have what they call an anti-pronation ring which helps stop my foot from rolling inwards as I walk.

I knocked off a star though because they are not waterproof. For £75 I’d have expected a waterproof membrane to be built in. Having said that, I would buy again.

I have been wearing 928 V3s now for a few years when not at work. I find the shoes fit well, are comfortable, functional and reasonably attractive in any setting. They feel great no matter what I am doing.

(Walking around town, working on my boat or car, going for nature hike, or just hanging out at home. ) I like the padding because it makes it easy to stand for long periods of time. (I have a standing desk at home, and there are times when I am standing at the desk for 8-12 hours a day, which is less appealing in a less comfortable pair of shoes.

) I don’t really use them anymore for anything “athletic,” but I used to wear them at the gym. All the 928s that I have bought over the years last a long time, even if they begin to look a little ratty.

(When they start getting really dirty, I use them for dirtier activities. ) I keep an extra pair in my car so that if I want to change out of more “formal” shoes after work, I can do that easily. The soles also have the right balance between soft and durable.

I started buying 928s after the New Balance/Sperry boat shoe was discontinued. (To this day, I think the New Balance/Sperry model boat shoe is my favorite, though the soles wore down quickly because the rubber was so soft.

) Because of what I presume were supply chain problems couldn’t find 928s in the blueish/gray color in my size for 2 months. I checked the New Balance website daily, sometimes twice a day. When they were finally available in my size and color, I pounced.

(I was going to buy 2 pairs anyway, but as I was making the purchase the website said there were only two pairs left, so I didn’t buy some other items I was thinking of buying out of fear that someone else might beat me to the last two pair in my size.

).

Previous to these shoes, I have been wearing the MW813 walking shoe for several years and was disappointed by the poor life and performance of PU-Leather (plastic leather substitute) used for the entire upper of the 813.

I was pleased to find that the MW928 v3 had leather uppers and foot bed style of the well fitting 813 while improving comfort and durability. The 928 v3 is a comfortable shoe and supports well while walking on streets and other paved surfaces.

It felt “broken in” from first use. Seems true to size. Due to the flat sole design I would not recommend it for trail use. It is a nicely styled lace-up, and will work with “business casual” in most cases as an all-day shoe.

Since the uppers are leather they can be kept smart-looking with a little shoe polish, something that doesn’t work with PU-Leather shoes. Soles have reasonable wet grip on moderately smooth surfaces.

Not sure of sole wear since they are new to me. One issue I had with them were the extra long shoe laces they came with. Although many modern synthetic laces stretch with time, these were so long I had to cut 10″ off them to keep the ends from dragging on the ground and tripping myself be stepping on them after my first walk.

It appears that a 44″ lace would be much better. Cost is considerably higher than the MW813, but if they wear better, the higher price will be worth it.

I am an old guy and I wanted a pair of good quality, solid footware that would give me good support and slip resistance for simply walking and doing light chores. I had a pair of shoes that met most of these goals but I was getting sick and tired of having to constantly worry about loose shoe laces not only because of the inconvenience they presented but, more importantly, because of the tripping threat.

When you are my age you don’t want to add to your chances of falling. I found what I was looking for on line. I had already looked for similar shoes in several stores but couldn’t find them. These New Balance shoes fit great and had everything I was looking for.

And, I especially liked the set up with the Velcro straps that can be trimmed to avoid catching on things. I put a little polish on them and they buffed up nice. They may not be the flashiest shoes I ever owned but they are solid footware for guys like me.

For years I wore cross trainers only because they came in EEEE. Never like the roll off you felt in the heel. I walk 3-5 miles daily on a sidewalk, used to in a park which is too crowded to deal with these days.

You can tell these are walking shoe, the heel, and toe, don’t have that odd heel to toe roll feel, heel more damping in these, which is nice, over the cross trainers; what I don’t like is these only come in EEE as the largest wide.

What is wrong with Reebok? Do you think only people who have extra wide feet only need cross training shoes? They are slightly tighter then I like on the sides in the toe area, also I prefer the extra head room in the box toe area of an EEEE.

Other than the EEE over EEEE they are find. I did purchase them here, you can’t find shoes anymore local, which sucks. I had to return a pair from an online buy, from a well known site. I suspected, not sure, they might have been fakes.

They came without the Reebok box, a little research of the company with a very impressive long corporate name, seemed to be a Post Office box. Well, that is strange? I didn’t like the looks where the leather met the sole on one shoe.

So back they went. So, I ordered them from here to make sure I got a real Reebok. I wish they could come up with something, printed QR code on tongue, unique number, something you could check against as brick and mortar shoes carrying shoes are just disappearing or don’t care enough stock.

I knocked a star off for comfort only because I would prefer EEEE if they made them and the EEE just does fits. If you don’t have feet like a duck’s feet are wide, they are very comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe to wear all day for normal office work. I would not recommend for a half-marathon, I walked one and they are just too heavy. This is the 3rd pair I have bought, and they all tear and come apart in the same place on the outer edge above where the leather meets the midsole.

I usually get about 4-6 months out of them before they have to be replaced. The soul is still good, but not not the leather. Also, the heal tab or Achilles notch wears out very quickly, usually within the first 2 months.

The tongues don’t seem to be attached very well as every pair I have owned have had at least one tongue comes unstitched from the shoe. For the price of the shoe, I would think they quality would be better.

The comfort is great, but having to replace them every 6 months is not.

I have been looking for a sturdy leather walking shoe. My big toes tend to poke through the fabric mesh shoe uppers, so I was looking for a leather toe cap, thinking leather would be more durable. At first they were very comfortable with great heel cushion and padded soles, then my right baby toe got irritated by the stiff seam from the toe cap! I glued in gel pads on the inside of both shoes.

On the second walk, my right ankle was hurting from the stiff ridge cradling the ankle. I had to cut the leather down so it wouldn’t hurt. I should have gotten white leather shoes for summer. The black leather gets very warm (and it’s only March!).

I felt the difference from the light weight mesh fabric shoes. Still looking for the perfect walking shoe!.

Brooks have been great to me over the years, but as I’m getting older and sadly health declining they don’t seem to feel as they used to. Plantar faciitis has affected my left heel only, not my right though so now I’m noticing something different about Brooks fitment.

Almost as if they are designing them tighter in the heel on then sides. I typically wear a men’s size 9. 5 US medium (D), but the next width up from Medium seems to be impossible to come buy when I go to order new shoes.

I’ve tried Glycerins, Addiction, and now Addiction Walkers, etc, all feel tighter on the sides of the heels than they did in previous editions. Everywhere else in the shoe feels fine, just pinching tight on the heel sides.

Regretfully it might be time for me to move to a new brand. Unless the next width up from Medium (D) becomes more readily available for me to find in a shoe I am willing to drop $160 on.

I have been purchasing the Addiction Walker for 15 yrs. and never had a problem with them. until my last pair. In fact, they are my ‘every day’ shoes (shopping, walking, cooking, etc. ) I even have all 3 colors in this shoe.

I usually buy a pair every 10 months. Last Fall 2021, I purchased a pair of Black Addiction Walker V-strap, but did not start to wear them until February 2022. Since they were made of leather, I felt that they just needed to be “worn in” After three months wearing these shoes, they are still hurting my foot.

I am 78 yrs. old and surely my foot has not grown. I believe that Brooks has changed their manufacturer in cutting this shoe. I always took a size 9. 5 M and I probably need a size 10 M on this shoe now.

Unfortunately, I do not have the Brooks shoe box nor receipt to exchange these shoes for another pair.

The Addiction Walker Suede is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! I have debilitating foot pain when I am barefoot or dressed in anything else. I am very overweight and stand long hours for work.

I have worn the Addiction Walker Suede every day for 10 months, washed them once (only because I started wearing them without socks and they got smelly), but they still are I holding up beautifully, look nice, and are comfortable and supportive despite the extra abuse I put them through.

I usually tend to over-pronate in shoes. Even after 10 months of daily use, there is very minimal to ever-so-slight pronation in the Addiction Walker Suede. I don’t make a lot of money, but I would still buy this shoe even if it cost several times it’s listed price.

I also own the leather Addiction Walker I that I use for my side jobs as usher for a NHL and a MLB team. This version of the shoe is also incredibly supportive and comfortable (but not as comfy as the suede).

It is finally starting to wear down after 3 years of use in extreme weather and standing on concrete for hours at a time. I just purchased the Addiction Walker II yesterday and eagerly awaiting its arrival.

I am crossing my fingers and hoping it is as comfortable as the suede version. PLEASE MAKE MORE COLORS AVAILABLE IN THE SUEDE 2E WIDTH! I would purchase them all. I tried buying the men’s version of this shoe but you didn’t have my equivalent size in men’s in 2E width (women’s size 9/men’s 7.

5). It was too narrow. I kept it and I hope it stretches in time.

A well made sturdy shoe that is actually a wide width as advertised. I worried about getting the right size when ordering unseen, but Boscov’s makes it easy to return and exchange at no extra cost. That fully guaranteed return policy is the reason to buy here.

I think I will buy two pairs of these; this one for winter use with heavy wool socks and a half size smaller for summer with lightweight socks. More affordable than similar or same brand in the mall stores by about 40%.

I have not been able to get correct size shoes from a store in years because they no longer carry small sizes, but I found them at Boscov’s. I will buy again.

Bought these shoes because they claim they have memory foam. They felt comfortable in the store, but after working a few 8 hour shifts, my back and feet are killing me. Even after using insoles, these shoes are still horrible.

Now one of my heels feels bruised all the time because of them. Don’t waste your money, buy literally anything else.

My husbandf has worn this type of shoe in black for everyday use for the last several years. His usual brand choice wasn’t available any longer, so I took a chance on these. He says the fit and comfort and support are equal to or superior to his previous pairs.

He has worn them for several days and is very happy with them.

I suffer from Haglund’s Deformity – which is an enlargement of the bony section of your heel. My feet are also wide. I have a tendency to wear out shoes by boring a hole right through the back of the shoes due to the bones at the back of my feet sticking out an additional inch, which continue to grow – and is painful.

I have not had any issues with these shoes as there is extra thick padding in the rear of this shoe and the shoes seem to “cradle” my heels. I walk 5 to 6 miles a day in these shoes. So far, 200+ miles walked in this pair and I’m not experiencing any problems.

I did add an additional gel insert mostly for my toes, which are also not normal – they are curved – which helps out. But thus far, this is the best walking show I have found in terms of its cost relative to having a shoe constructed for my feet – which is big bucks.

I hope to get at least 2,000 miles out of them. If I can get 2,000 miles plus per pair out of these shoes, I’ll keep buying them. I’m on my second pair – the first had well over 2,000 miles on them and I had to replace them because I had worn the rubber off the bottoms to the point that water would seep into them if I stepped in water.

These are good shoes for the cost and deliver an exceptional value.

The shoes look good and fits perfectly. I have very high arches, and the cushioned gel support makes these a;mong the most comfortable shoes. Also, I love the velcro straps, which makes fastening shoes quick and easy.

The shoes also look great, which I cannot often say for other velcro strapped shoes.

Leather shoes that you can polish with the Kiwi brand “Black Parade Gloss” for that great look. Also, very comfortable to wear! Velcro straps are a BIG plus.

I Have personally worn New Balance shoes for decades. I used to wear Nike and Adidas, but I had such bad foot and low back pain at the end of my nursing shift that I started paying attention to what some of my coworkers were wearing and I noticed a lot of New Balance, so I decided to try them, and I have never gone back, I recommend them to everyone who complains about foot pain or asks me about how I like mine.

I have had such a wonderful experience with every pair I’ve bought, never got a bum pair, but there are styles I like better than others. This pair that I’m reviewing for this particular purchase, I actually bought for my mom who is 85yrs old and diabetic.

For some time she’s been complaining about her expensive, doctor prescribed diabetic shoes that she could only get in person from the Hanger company. They were so heavy, she wasn’t picking up her feet high enough when she walked and was having a lot of falls, one that resulted with a broken hip.

So I decided to take a chance, with utmost faith and confidence, and I purchased these shoes for my mom. They were true to size, she has a narrow heal and wide toe bed and she says they feel like a dream, the heal hugs hers, they’re light weight and have a nice wide sole, and she said she felt so much more stable when she walked.

This is the 2nd pair I bought for her, the 1st pair were a neutral khaki color, but she likes to wear black a lot, so I bought her a black pair when they came on sale, and she just loves them, couldn’t thank me enough, and by the way, this woman is sooooo hard to please!.

I always buy 7 2W shoes from New Balance. Over the years, they have always served me well. but this pair of 577 v1 hook and loop was so tight that I had pain every time I wore it around the house (did that so I could it back if it did not fit).

Finally, I measured it against some of the other pairs I have, it it was more than a half inch shorter. I sent it back. 7 2W NB shoes with a white sole (so it won’t scratch hardwood floors in our house) are rare, so I may try to go to a NB stare where I can try on another pair to see if this is a one off issue.

Another more minor complaint. The VELCRO is quite short, so if you want to wear the shoe loose, of want to adjust for a high foot, you can’t do it. That is a really bad way to cut production costs.

I normally love NB sneakers and I got these because they’re solid black and I can wear them into the office. However, I’m really disappointed with these. They are very stiff and the tongue is huge and gets in the way.

The laces are also extraordinarily long. I also take a narrow width and these do not feel like the usual NB narrow, especially in the heel. The heel also feels lower than the rest of the shoe, almost like my heel is sitting in a hole.

They also seem a bit short. Unfortunately, I’ve worn them so I can’t return them. I selected Runs Large because they are too wide, but they are also a bit short.

This shoe has been my go-to shoe for everyday use for several years. I wear them every day and get about a year out of a pair. This shoe provides not only the width but also the height that my messed-up feet need to avoid pain while walking.

Not to get personal, but my feet have been bent out of shape by past gout and arthritis problems, resulting in bunions, hammer toes and subsequent outward turning toes. This particular New Balance shoe has given me the great gift of painless walking because of its large toe box.

My only regret is that I need a new pair now and there are none available due to supply chain problems. I purchased a similar pair of New Balance but my feet hurt when wearing them.

I love the feel, but i didn’t realize that they run 1/2 size small. They hurt my big toe. I think you should tell people that before they order them. I’m wearing them but they hurt. You commit Glen Stubblefield.

These skechers are very worth purchasing very good shoes they are very comfortable and i no doubt would hesitate to purchase them again. Your missing out if you don’t get your self a pair or for some one that you know that could use a very comfortable pair of very good shoes.

These shoes are like walking on a cloud. That said, I’m having trouble getting them “dialed” in. I’ve tried the inserts first on both feet then on the right only then on the left only and it just seems I can’t get long term, as in all day, relief from knee, hip, foot pain.

Not all at the same time. Changing out the inserts moves the pain around and for now it just a matter of which combination is the most bearable. I’m in no way faulting the shoes. At least I can make adjustments/alterations unlike a couple of other pairs of shoes I alternate with.

If bunions are your problem, like they are part of mine, the toe boxes in these shoes are a blessing. They definitely solved that problem for me. I recently started some pretty strenuous exercises and that’s when my problem, knee/hip, pain, showed up on an on going basis.

But. my knees feel the best they do all day immediately after exercising. I’m continuing to modify my exercise routings that now include knee pain exercises. It seems to be getting better but like always – Time is the teller of all.

I would buy these shoes again and do recommend them.

50 years of high intensity cycling have left me with metatarsalgia and the formation of a bunion. Recently some unusual swelling has made it impossible to wear almost any of my shoes without cutting slits in them across the metatarsal region (helps a lot).

I was a bit overgenerous in picking out a size and width of Edgewaters, but greatly appreciate the first pair of shoes I’ve owned that are truly “wide” and caused no pain while going through this episode.

Choosing a half size larger than my normal 9, and “extra wide” (4E) for my “D” foot was a bit overkill, but now I know I’m prepared if the swelling I experienced reoccurs. It’s nice to know there is a company that understands the need for a wide last.

Perhaps if I’d had cycling shoes with a truly wide last (good luck finding them) starting 50 years ago, I would never have needed these. Very few shoe manufacturers understand the need for a wide toe box as a matter of course, and I don’t care how narrow or wide your feet actually are.

This goes double for any sort of athletic footwear.

I broke my tailbone 16 years ago then went through surgery 2 years ago that actually made my pain significantly worse. After surgery I was recommended Hoka One One, I wore those the last 2 years. Recently I felt like they weren’t good enough and did a search online for sciatica shoes and decided to try out this pair of Orthofeet.

My pair arrived today and I immediately felt more support than the Hokas. One of my problems is that I limp and leg stands about 3/4 an inch longer than the other, things like heel lifts and 3rd party orthotics in my old shoes wasn’t enough.

These shoes come with spacers and orthotics so I can perfectly make them to my unique body. The only complaint I could imagine is that they are warmer than my old shoes. I also really like the style choices in this brand; I think these will never go out of fashion.

I ordered 3 more: slippers, dress, and another casual.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. I decided to try this shoe to see if it would alleviate some of my knee discomfort and I have been using the Brooks running shoes for quite some time which I have loved.

This shoe does not hold up to the standards of other Brooks shoes. I only wore it once and it was so uncomfortable I decided to return it. In fact, this is the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve worn in years.

It’s at least a half size to a full size too small and it is not soft and cushiony like other Brooks shoes. The soul is hard and uncomfortable as very much contrasted with other Brooks shoes. Honestly I was very surprised and disappointed.

I’m definitely returning it.

The original Addiction Walkers were the best shoe I’ve ever worn. The Brown Nubuck style was a perfect winter shoe for the Pacific NW, I wore little else. These are too thin to be a winter shoe, aren’t nearly as comfortable, and not nearly as good for plantar fascitis and flat feed.

They aren’t as solid either. I’ve spent thousands on these–though not cheap, I never regretted it. Won’t be buying any more of these, they seem in truth a completely different shoe (yeah, they look really cool) that should have been introduced under a different name.

Would have bought 10 pairs of the original version in black *and* brown if I’d known the style was about to be degraded. Really poor choice.

I am hopeful that these World Tour Classics will become a good choice for general walking and travel. I have been trying to loosen up the tight fit by wearing a little every day. Reflecting, it may have been better to order these shoes in a half size larger than my typical shoe size.

I have replaced the insoles with Superfeet insoles, which I wear in other shoes for walking and traveling, getting improved arch support and overall comfort. I would recommend these shoes, with the considerations I have noted.

I would consider purchase this model of Rockport again, but in a half size larger.

Very hard to rate the shoe ! I always order size 10. 5 and M width and almost always that size is right for me. This time I could not even get my foot into this beautiful, well made shoe! the shoe inside label was 10.

5 but believe me it was not a 10. 5. it deserves a 5 star rating but it was mislabled a size 10. 5. I sent the pair back with enclosed return label. maybe I’ll order again and get a properly sized 10.

I’ve been wearing Rockport World Tour Men’s Shoes for over 20 years now and I have to say I’m disappointed in the shoes I just purchased. I had read reviews that the quality has deteriorated over the years and my order seems to confirm it.

Shoes were much stiffer and they felt tighter on the sides even though I ordered my usual 11. 5D size. I haven’t worn them long enough to see how they hold up but I must admit I am concerned based upon others reporting that they are not nearly as durable as previous versions.

I’m just disappointed. I used to love these shoes but not anymore. Also, when ordering, I was told I would get a discount code if I provided my email address to receive promotional mailings. I provided my address, I now get the SPAM mail and the discount code DID NOT WORK so I had to pay full price–that made me angry.

I purchase these walking shoes to replace my old ones that were worn out. The first thing I noticed is that the quality is nowhere near as good. The leather straps are much thinner I feel like they would break at any given moment.

Because they are thinner it feels like the velcro won’t hold as good as the old style. The shoes themselves fit comfortably. There seems to be something under the foot bedding that kind of pokes into the ball of your foot.

Not real bad but as the shoes get worn more I don’t know if that will be a problem or not. All in all I feel that new balance has had some very good shoes but unfortunately they seem to be skipping on materials nowadays.

The same high price but with lower quality. Please don’t get me wrong I would buy from them again because they carry sizes that most places don’t and they are generally good shoes. I just think that they have went to skipping on quality to make a greater profit.

I hope this trend does not continue because very few companies offer what they do. Would I purchase them again? Maybe, but I would check out the competition also. In my mind they aren’t the solid company I had grown to trust.

i found a pair in a medium blue color at local skechers and it was designed well not the usual odd color combo usually found in mens go walk. some orange trim on the sole and toe protector but it works.

bought it for walking the dog esp when the morning grass is wet. we’ll see how it holds up to water. water repellent not water proof as skechers claims.

Was initially impressed with the style and having purchased this brand before was confident the Andes would be perfect. Typical Sketcher amazing comfort right out of the box , add breathable and weather resistant cover not to mention that cushion sole, wow! Bought there flip flop sandal last summer and they too offer super comfort sole and wear very well.

Just purchased these shoes in brown a few days ago and wore them to church for the first time. I am very impressed with these shoes. They are so stylish and yet so practical. I like that they are water repellant.

I just ordered a second pair (also in brown) as a backup pair.

First found SAS when I broke my left foot and spent several months in casts and splints. I had always worn Florsheim shoes, but no longer could find any of that brand or any of numerous other brands comfortable.

One salesperson asked if I had tried SAS. I said I didn’t even know the brand. He fitted me and suggested I take them home and wear them on carpeted floors for the evening, bringing them back the next day.

Wow. Comfortable. Wearable. Attractive. I went back the next day, reported on the phenomenal experience, paid for the shoes and for the last 28 years have bought at least one pair of shoes each year, brown, black, bone.

Time out and bout time. They are fabulous. They wear very well, always look clean, neat and in good repair. The inner sole is worth its weight in gold. I have recommened SAS to many people and especially for folks like myself who are now diabetic.

Only frustration is that with the new pair, for the first time, no extra set of laces were included. SAS laces are the best, last a long time, but are difficult to replace.

I have four pairs of men’s Time Out shoes. They are the first shoes ever that needed no break-in. The leather is soft, the fitting is fine. The shine appears to remain weeks after I started wearing them.

I would hope that SAS would make the leather shoes in navy color, but so far no. Only the sneakers are navy.

Very disappointed. Wore shoes to work and my foot was killing me by the end of the day. The right shoe was so tight across the top of my foot where the seam is, that even with it loosened all the way did not help at all.

It caused extreme discomfort while the other was super loose. And since I have worn them, I most likely can’t return. What a waste of all that money on shoes I won’t ever wear again! I would give zero if I could.

I have surgically corrected club feet. Typically, if I walk more than a mile in other shoes, I pay for in the next day with my feet painfully turning in. With these shoes I can walk 3-4 miles without pain the next day.

I now buy two pairs (black on black) of these a year and always have an extra on standby. I love that they don’t have an “orthopedic” look and have minimal branding. It’s not an exaggeration to say that these shoes have drastically improved my quality of life.

I was on the hunt for a pair of shoes that would work for my mother when going out to doctor’s appointments. They needed to be wide enough to accommodate her swollen feet, easy to put on and take off, and also look like normal shoes.

These fit the bill! While her transition to her disability is slow going, at least she does not have to be self-conscious about her shoes now. It’s one less thing that she cries about, and that to me is worth more than anything.

My Husband has circulation issues in his legs and feet from agent orange exposure plus from being broken when injured in Vietnam. It has been impossible to find a pair of shoes that fit the extra width and larger toe box he needs.

He has been wearing the disposable shoes from the podiatrist for years. The slightest rubbing irritation make horrible ulcers that take months to heal. With a little cushioning on his little toes he can now wear real shoes to go out in the world.

Thank you so much. He wants another pair in a different color to have a choice now.

I wear New Balance walking sneakers almost exclusively. I have serious arthritis in both hands which makes tying laces laborious, so I always buy the type with strap closures, and this brand is my favorite.

I find that, with a modest amount of shoe polish I can even wear the black version for more dressy occasions. I usually have 2 pair in my shoe rack, one in black and one in a lighter color. They wear well, are very comfortable, and do not hurt my feet like other brands.

The price for this pair was quite reasonable; I intend to add a lighter-color pair when they become available again.

I bought a pair of 11 EEEE about 8 years ago. I wear maybe 3 times a week. I just received the new version. They are a little tighter fit. The sole is different. The heel feels not as secure (as though the heel of the shoe is not at the same level as the toe and mid section).

Different does not mean bad. I hope they spread a little.

Personally I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger than normal. I always wear a 10 1/2 and wish I had ordered a size 11. But I am keeping the size 10 1/2 in hopes they will stretch a tad : ). That said if you like a nice light weight tennis shoe you will love these.

As far as the shoe holding up only time will tell. I had a pair of New Balance tennis shoes I am replacing and I’m not sure about the materials in these new ones being as high in quality. I definitely like the style.

And the fact that they are black in color. Shipping was speedy fast as usual from Haband. I have had the best luck with Haband jeans. I thought I would try there shoes.
