20 Best Wide Calf Rain Boots (2023 Updated)

I ordered these after my last pair of Bogs boots got a bit thin in the sole after 6 or so years of clomping around in West coast rain and mud every winter (nothing wrong with the upper boot!). I decided to upgrade to the next level boot, more for the promise of comfort than anything as I am at the tail end of recovering from Plantar fasciitis, and in that regard, they really work – very comfortable! No need to comment on waterproofness, longevity and style – it’s a given it is excellent! I took off a star because (1) I really liked my old Bogs red tarten boots and wasn’t really enthralled with any of the options this year – but I needed to replace the tarten boots, (2) they are a bit bigger than my last pair so I have to wear thicker socks with them.

I generally wear a size 8 Bog boot and I suspect anything smaller would have been too tight. But just beware you might be needing a thicker sock! And (3) I like adding reflective strips to my boots because I walk the dog a lot in winter evenings and the coating on these boots was oddly, utterly repellent to my reflective tape – and I tried 3 brands but it all slid off like I was applying the tape to grease! So note to Bogs, if you are going to make the boots repellant to reflective tape as well as snow, water mud etc, can you please apply some reflective stuff to the boot before you seal it with the repellant stuff?? But.

These 3 things aren’t enough to drop more stars because they are awesome quality waterproof boots!!! I will be buying Bogs again when these wear out, which might be even more years into the future given the better sole on these (or sooner if they come out with same boots but better pattern!.

I was so excited to receive my boots today. I spend a lot of time outside with her three-year-old lab and my feet are all constantly cold or wet with every other footwear purchase I have made. When I opened the box, very excited at the design of the boots and pleasantly surprised at how lightweight they were.

These boots are rated for up to -50° which still blows my mind. The sole on them is amazing and very stable. They are so easy to put on and takeoff and I feel amazing when they are on. I was outside a couple of hours last night and several hours today after a huge dump of snow and my feet were dry and warm the entire time! I also want to note that I have larger calves and so the neoprene top on the boot with the handles made the boots so comfy and easy to put on.

There was no pinching or tightness at all which I have never found in a boot for women. I also have issues with stability in my feet and I can honestly say that these boots make me feel very safe and that I have a good grip on the ground.

I’m very impressed with the tread on the boots and these feel like these will last me a good number of years. I would definitely buy another pair of Bogs.

I bought these boots for my 8 yo daughter for playing out in the snow. They seemed to be very well made and warm. They were quick and easy for her to pull on. However, they are no good for use in the deep snow that we have where we live.

The first time she wore them outside, they immediately filled with snow. She tried playing for awhile but the snow just continued to pack deeper into the boots. She did have thick, tall socks on and we tucked in her pants and interior of her snow pants, but all that did not help keep the snow out.

It was really disappointing. Because we used them outside and the bottoms were a little worn from that one excursion, they were not returnable. The fact that snow could get in through the handles and top was an oversight on my part.

But I really would not say that these boots are any good for use in deep snow or crawling around in snow. I’m sure they are great for cold or wet places, but they just didn’t fit our climate or lifestyle.

For those reasons I won’t be buying these again.

I purchased these as a gift for my husband. He tried them on at the store. He wore them out hunting the first two days. His exact words were ” These are the most expensive worst boots I have ever owned.

” The sole was not strong causing his feet to hurt. The boots rubbed on the back of his shins causing sores not on one but both legs. I have read hundreds of reviews on these boots and did my research, disappointed is an understatement.

These boots are overrated. I contacted Muck boot by email. Their response was bring it back to Tractor Supply and return them under the warranty, and they would let them know they were coming back. They did not.

Spoke with Manager at my store and she advised me to bring them in and she would return them no questions asked. Spend your money wisely, and my opinion is this is not wise.

I enjoy lengthy walks in nature and whilst my walking boots were adequate for the summer months, I needed some totally waterproof boots for ventures into extremely muddy places during the wet winter season! I had some basic, inexpensive wellies and after a short walk in these, I ended up with sore ankles as they rubbed and were a poor fit.

After much research, I settled on trying some Muck Boots for an upgrade. Happy to say, these wellies are excellent and very comfortable for extended periods of wear having walking on varied terrain, and they are 100% waterproof.

The neoprene upper makes them feel lighter and not at all clumsy like traditional wellies do. The insoles are cushioned and soft, featuring a special coating to prevent odours.

The wetland muck boots are pricey but because they last so long they’re affordable. On my second pair of this same boot over 13 years. They support the feet well so walking a lot in them is easy on your feet.

They are true to size for fit. I live in the midsouth and wear them all year for garden and yard work. I even turkey hunt in them walking a great deal and they make their own camo when they get muddy.

I will be looking into a low top style muck boot for summer for a cooler alternative and going into town. The upper neoprene calf part can be rolled down as well to make them a sort of mid size boot that I just learned.

100% waterproof.

The price was right, the design was sleek and I was so excited to find a boot with a wide calf. Many ‘wide’ calf boots are still on the smaller size. Unfortunately the foot area is waaaay too narrow.

I thought I could handle it being a bit tight, but after wearing them for 20 minutes I was in such pain. It just doesn’t make sense, if you have a wide calf, you more than likely have a wide foot. I won’t be able to wear them again.

Really disappointed that they don’t come in a wide fit. Argh. Back to the search. 3 stars for price, design and actual wide calf.

The shape makes me feel like they are the doc martens of boots. I prefer the WC matte black over the Slogger (another brand) gloss. It customizes for small-large calves. Height is ideal for working in wet conditions (Chooka has a similar boot that is too low and water comes in the top).

Fit runs true (and fits with thick socks). Back buckle is cheap plastic, so it becomes loose easily and then the customizable size is moot. I wish it had an insole comparable to Sloggers, but it has a very cheap insole that crinkles when you put your foot in the boot.

I just noticed that the rubber is starting to break off and degrade gardening outside in California sun after 1 month! Not sure these will last long “( But they are cute and a good height.

I am so glad I found these boots to replace a similar pair that my dog got ahold of. I always size up for boots so I can wear thick socks and get the boots on and off easily. I would say they are true to size but it you are in between sizes I recommend sizing up.

It was hard to find a rain style boot that is lined. I can wear these all winter and they are easier to drive in than a big winter boot. I live in Michigan for reference. These boots are comfortable and cute!! I highly recommend!!.

I got this boot in a grey/olive/blue gloss color at my local Nordstrom Rack for about half off the normal price & they are everything I thought Hunter boots would be and more. Just the right height for me when driving (I’m 5’7) and hits at the calf comfortably.

I got a size 10 even though I’m normally a 9-9. 5. They fit my full length orthotics perfectly, with regular boot socks they fit well, plus they’re definitely waterproof. Easy to get on & off too. The one thing I’d absolutely recommend for anyone buying these is to pick up a pair of their Hunter boot socks…the ones that fold over the top of the boot and protect you from the exposed rubber.

Your calves will thank you in the end. The way the socks were made I was able to wear regular socks inside those socks & it made them fit perfectly. They’re expensive but worth the investment. Overall I’d still recommend these for anyone who lives in a colder & wet climate for sure.

This is my third pair of Original Rain Boots – not because they don’t last, but because I love variety! I usually get the glossy finish, but the matte black boots are equally pretty! The quality is amazing, just as you’d expect Hunters to be.

Great for rain, mud or just to call yourself stylin’. I buy the shearling linings, which makes them perfect for cooler days too! I’m a women’s size 5. 5 and buy the size 4 Big Kids, which is about the only perk of having small feet! 😉 They fit perfectly! Ever-so-slightly different than the women’s boot, I get many compliments on and questions about them!.

Same Hunter Quality!! Just a scaled back version of their traditional heavy duty workhorse boot. These are styled more like a streamlined shoe rain boot vs the ‘take on the elements, work in a muddy field’ wader boots.

My intended purpose for these was for the warmer spring/summer seasons when I don’t want to lug around in a heavy boot. My feet might still sweat after wearing all day, but the rubber is a bit thinner, the sole is more refined and they are 1 1/2″ shorter than the traditional Hunter short boot (like the Nebula).

The color is so fun! I have a few styles of the Hunter boots and these will be great with capri pants, shorter clothing, yoga pants, etc. They are probably the mid-point option between a short ankle shoe rain boot and the taller, storm boots.

I’m excited I was able to snag these in my size. I think they are very nice for the intended purpose and am glad Hunter is offering this new style version option. DEFINITELY SIZE UP! (I’m a 6. 5 and purchased these in a size 7.

They are perfect. If you’re a size 7, definitely get an 8).

I just got my boots today, and I’m really happy overall with altitude customer service, and these boots! They are so comfy , feel sturdy like they wont bust, but a bit stretchy and foamy almost, really comfy and warming.

Love the little wedge, so they feel feminine & can put them on to go out as well as gardening, bus runs, and nature walks ETC. I did quite a bit of searching around and reading reviews about different rain boots, and these are great.

fits true to size, and even tho there is no buckle on these Hunters, there is plenty room but there not clunky. Im a 10, and tall, average weight. these are great value.

Have been resisting spending the money on Hunter boots but sadly have ended up spending more money, cumulatively, on lesser brands- every other pair of rubber boots were hard to walk in, hot, ill-fitting.

These little gray rubber boots may just get more use out of than originally attended. Was desperate to find a rubber boot for just hosing the garage & basement floor down , but I’m thinking now of hand full of other reasons to slip these boots on.

/ gardening in spring & summer in muddy conditions , trips out to trash in alley in the rain, saving my leather boots from the rain when running around town. They have great traction underneath, foot bed is slightly arched & padded so seems comfortable & the entry at calf opening has a buckle for slight adjustment.

& the color of the boot is a happy gray. I normally love black but this boot is pleasing to look at sitting on floor ready for when in need. The only problem but not major is I would say size up from ur normal shoe size u wear.

1) the ankle can seem slightly snug & after wearing a bit I’m afraid will fell too uncomfortable, but the boot tends to slip on & off without too much effort. , I’m saying beware. 2) the foot bed itself doesn’t seem wide nor long enough & I sizd up all ready 1 size as always do no matter what.

My toes in these boots r snug length & width wise just with thin ankle no show socks on & I will b wanting to wear slightly warmer socks in colder weather. Only reason did not give these boots 5 star.

I will return for next sz up & hope the I can rate them a 5 plus star.

My husband said rain boots are only a necessity for a 7 year olds wardrobe so I promptly went on the search for a pair. After scouring the internet to the delight of my inner 7 year old, I found these boots.

The traditional Army green combined with the navy blue stars is perfect. Thankfully it was a rainy day so after getting them into the car I immediately put them on. They are extremely comfy and fit exactly like they should.

I normally wear between a 10. 5 and 11 and since this was my first order with Torrid I decided to be safe and go with an 11. They fit great and stayed on my foot when I walked, I could have got the 10.

5 but the 11 does leaves just enough room for thicker socks if I wanted. They are slightly cushioned which will make your feet happy. I wore them for a few hours and once they warmed up to my body temperature my feet stayed nice and warm.

These are nice quality, thick rubber, good give but supportive. The calf is nice and roomy how rain boots should be. I love the buckle on the back plus if you needed more room it gives you at least another inch or so but you’re not going to need it.

Can’t wait for more rainy days. Im Obsessed and the hubs agrees this was a much needed addition in my wardrobe.

I ordered these and they arrived just before a rainy day. Super comfy and grip the ground well so less slipping than I’ve experienced in other brand rain boots. I normally wear 8. 5 in Torrid shoes but went with 9 so that I can wear big fluffy socks with and they fit great! Plenty of room for my big calves and even has an adjustable part for more room.

So I am a 9 wide but these are not that wide, it seems like it’s almost half wide. Also when I put them on they are so tight I can only wear them with thin socks or tights. However when I get them on they are very light weight and the padding is really nice and pillowy.

Walked a while in them a few times and I forget they’re on. Also they are visually stunning. Black, shiny and beautiful. I have gotten a few compliments on them. I would recommend getting a size up.

Although they are a little snug, they are comfortable with or without socks. I bought the black polka dots pair, and I also bought a black polka dot rain coat to match. As they would also be great for gardening, I think I will have to purchase another pair just for the garden.

The polka dots are so cute, I hate to mess them up during gardening.

These boots are regular width even though I purchased wide. My shoe size is 10W. I had to use a shoe stretcher to widen it and they fit better. Either provide double wide or make these in actual wide.

But for my fellow wide feet shoppers, you will need to get 1/2 size or go up 1 size for a perfect fit.

I chose these rain boots for eventual garden work for my daughter. She’s not that into gardening but offered helping me with weeding 😀 These boots will keep your feet dry for sure; they’re not intended for long hours around your garden, they’re not uncomfortable, nor are they particularly comfortable.

The sole seems to work great to prevent sliding on the mud, she hasn’t tried them on rainy days. I’m sure you can find them or similar to them anywhere online at the same price level.

Cute and comfortable! I can recommend these boots. I have size 9, medium width, feet and I ordered a size 9 boot in black. They are very shiny on the outside with a pretty white lining and a black and white winged “Foever Young” in addition to the black buckle.

They fit very well. I could put a warm sock on with these boots, if needed; but they aren’t too big with a regular sock. Just right!.

I bought these to work in the garden. My normal shoe size is 10-1/2 so I bought size 11. They are very roomy, and if I was going to wear normal socks they would be too big. However, when I work in the yard I wear coveralls and heavy, tall socks.

If I had bought size 10 it would have been too small. I was looking for a garden boot that would not be so manly, which is why the pink boot appealed to me.

Finally, a rainboot that’s lightweight and comfortable enough got all-day wear! Not only is the Everywear material super lightweight (my giant size 9s Totes Cirrus in tall are 1. 5lbs for the pair and weigh less than my 5-year-olds traditional rain boots!) but the material also has a bit of cushion and bounce making them surprisingly comfortable.

If you need a little more support there’s enough room to add an insole if needed and I think they would fit wide feet as well. I love that the material is antimicrobial and can be machine washed if needed, but since they are unlined I’ll probably just rinse mine with the hose.

The only possible downside I’ve found is that the calves don’t have any stretch. I have a muscular but pretty average 15. 5″” calf and these are definitely snug. I would suggest measuring your calves before ordering and if you have larger calves to go with the ankle boots instead of the tall.

I wish Totes offered a wide calf or added a bit of elastic at the top or back to make them more comfortable and more size-inclusive.

I was in need of tall boots for running my lab in a field. I looked at Hunter but they were not in my budget and I didn’t want something so heavy. These boots were so inexspensive and are super light.

Very comfortable and I love that I can tuck my jeans into them. I did size up and am happy I did. They are a tiny bit loose but I will be wearing thick socks so they are perfect. What a treat and for a great price! I will be ordering another pair to wear on my preschool playground.

I am 5 ‘3″ and they come right up ander my knee which is what I wanted.

With a crazy,rainy spring, I was excited to try the Women’s Totes Cirrus™ Ankle Rain Boot – Loden. As an adult, I thought rain boots were only for kids. I began wearing these during a horribly rainy spring because I have a long walk from the parking garage to my workplace.

No more puddle jumping or wearing wet socks all day. The boots are lightweight and I can throw in my bag easily if I don’t need to wear home from work. The color is cute and the boots manage to look stylist.

I ended up wearing them the whole morning at work and got compliments from co-workers. I had bought Totes brand umbrellas before, but had not heard of their rain boots. The pull on loop does scare me, I’m afraid it will tear over time because it is thin.

Overall, I’m very pleased with owning the Women’s Totes Cirrus™ Ankle Rain Boot – Loden.

I really like the style of the boots. I did not have issues getting them on or off, but I have narrow feet, so maybe that helps. They look great. Yes, they are a bit heavy, but also offer more support than some other rainboots I tried.

They felt really sturdy actually. The sad part is, I had them less than 2 years and the last few times I wore them, my feet were getting kind of wet. Today I found a pretty sizable crack by the toes, which explains why my toes were all wet.

I would expect that something at this price point would last more than 2 years. Also, they are rain boots, not something that is worn every day. They are still under warranty, so I hope I can exchange them for another pair.

I really like those boots so want to give them another chance.

I wanted a quick slip on boot I could use for midwest winters- running errands, cute w jeans/leggings, wide enough for athletic calves. These are it! The quick slip on is huge for me as I don’t want to be lacing up huge snowboots just to run to the store or check the mail.

I can’t speak to warmth just yet since we’re not in true winter, but they’re super comfy and seem like they’ll be good with thick socks if outside for a longer time. I would definitely size down as it says.

I’m a 7. 5/8 and the 7 is perfect. Looking forward to wearing.

I definitely recommend these over the adult Hunters if your feet can fit into them. (I. e. , if you’re a size 6 or below. ) They’re softer and squishier. Also, if you struggle with taller boots because you have shorter shins, these boots probably won’t hit your knees.

Runs slightly large, I think so that you can wear thick socks. You should buy your regular size – I sized down and sadly had to return them because they were too tight in the toes (I’m normally a size 7 and the boots I bought were a 6).

Heartbreaking.

Fell in love with the grey floral print against a crisp white background. however upon arrival, I realized the background color is a pale putty color, not white. Not bad, just not as striking as I’d hoped.

I wear a true size 9 and this 9 fits very snug, is narrow at the toe, and a bit wide at the heel. All my toes touch the end of the boot. No room at all for a heavier sock. Order a half size larger. Sadly, I wanted to LOVE these, but they are going back.

I’m size 11 so ordered a size 12. Thank God I did that because it fit as a size 11 so they run small. they are simple and cute and its what I like. I dont like that when you take your feet out the inside thing comes out as well.

but I put it inside again and whatever. Overall it was an ok purchase, it does what it is intended to.

I’ve been wanting some rain boots for quite some time and cute ones with a decent price are just so hard to find. I found several options on the Walmart website but went with these because they’re so cute.

They were shipped super fast and I immediately opened them and tried them on. Unfortunately my calves are just a bit too bit to fit in them comfortably. I was so sad. I wish they had an adjustment option which they appear to have but not really.

It’s just a small extra rubber strip that doesn’t really adjust very much. I had to take them back. But there was nothing wrong with them. If I had been able to wear them, they would have been great.

I’ll wear these during inclement weather. The type of material and comfort won’t allow me to wear it any other time. They fit snug, a struggle to pull off, and not true to its size. I didn’t return it because I had discarded the shipping containers.

The boot is cute and well made but was tight on my foot with the insole. The calf is wide enough and without the insole it could have worked but the Gold Toe boots are almost the same but the foot is wider so I kept those and returned these.

I haven’t worn them yet outside but am sure they will work.

I have been on a 5-year quest to find the perfect pair of tall rain boots. It’s very difficult to find a boot with all of the boxes ticked. This is about as close as I’ve gotten to a just-right pair.

The embossed design, gorgeous lining, and adequate height puts these ahead of the pack in terms of good looks. The looped/buckle closure that is not only pretty but functional. I am one of those with thin legs and I find it virtually impossible to find a boot that closes around my calf, even in jeans.

Well, fear not if you are a twig like me, these can be tightened to a perfect fit BUT there also seems to be plenty of extra material to loosen the buckle and fit a wide calf. They are equally good for slogging around in the mud and wearing out on errands.

Like the others who reviewed, I purchased a size down and they my (socked) foot perfectly. The only downsides are that they are a bit on the heavy side (although that tells me that they are built to last) and the price is a bit steep – there’s a lesson here: you get what you pay for, I’ve had my fill of cheap rain boots.

My verdict? Buy these boots, you won’t be disappointed!.

I hunt and forage, and tire of ill fitting and cheap foulies. When the production of xtratoughs offshored to China the AK fishing industry went into uproar. Have been thinking of ordering some Nokias, frankly.

Just finding a rubber boot with a decent gusset and buckle-band at this price point is terrific, and not wearing a pair in the same standard-issue color is a treat. I expect when I head out in my Copper River long jacket I will exactly need to be concerned about wet knees in a squall.

Having a gusset and strap should allow for less wet or cold feet in the field, and in a very handsome piece of gear. We will see soon enough how they wear: I expect to need to add innersoles sooner than later, be certain to wear double socks.

If they tear at the fusion of the sole and heel like so many other products do I will be disappointed though likely unsurprised: good reason to go out and test them soon. With appropriate socks for field or deck use, I find them true to size.

Double socks will help with deterring mold/mildew as well.

I have tried to find the perfect rainbow and now my search is over! I love how these have the slight embossed look so they are timeless and not too showy. I wear a size 10 and purchased these in a size 10.

There is room for thicker socks and fit just fine with thinner ones. I normally purchase wide-calf boots and these fit my calves just fine since they have the buckle fitting where you can loosen the outer top (or tighten if needed).

I will love these for a very long time!.

If you want to spare your expensive work boots from harsh chemicals, sewage, mud and water, this is it. I use it for work and home. I like it so much that I’m buying another pair, so I don’t have to worry about packing it in my pickup.

The cost is a great value, knowing that it’s paid for itself if it lasts more than a year.

I’ve been using a couple of pairs of these over the last year, and I’m very satisfied for the price. I’m usually a size 11 in street shoes, so I bought these in both a 10 and 11 just for kicks. My toes are just shy of the end of the boots in the size 10, but I still find them useful for easy chores around the house – I wouldn’t want to walk a mile in this size.

The size 11 fit better, especially with an additional insole to take up some room – I have a low volume foot, so most footwear is too roomy for me without taking up some space with thick socks and/or insoles.

I cut a few inches off the top of the boots for easier on/off, and the boots didn’t unravel at the slice line. Quality is good, especially for the price.

Have not used them yet. They run a bit big. I got the size 10 and fits my 10 1/2 easily. Nothing a good pair of socks can’t help with. Look like they will last. Definitely a wide opening which helps getting them on.

On review says pants don’t go over the opening. Definitely need full cut or boot cut pants. The pants won’t ride up the boots that’s for sure. But a real good buy over all. A real good boot. Mine made in Dominican Republic (not that other country).

These boots are nicely made but I found that, with my shoe size, the were on the large size. However, I have put sponge insoles in and wear thickish socks and the fit is good. So, if you wanted a boot for wet summer days you may want a size smaller than shoe size but if you were going to wear them in autumn/winter then get shoe size.

I have found that the soles aren’t very thick and am glad I put insoles in. Even so I can feel stones etc through them, hence the 4 stars. Good for dog walking or bird watching in country parks but not a boot I would want to wear in the field, especially in really muddy conditions as the tread isn’t all that deep.

Similar to Hunters but at less than half the price.

These are properly wide fitting, so they don’t cramp my (men’s) toes. They’re light weight and easy to step into because of being also wide at the top. Cant say too much about long term quality, but hopeful they should last.

So far so good. tested in the muddy fields of winter.

This is an excellent, well-made boot. The foot size is generous (I’m normally a 10. 5 but got the 10 and I have plenty of room for generous boot socks). However, the “wide calf” description let me down a little.

I have quite large calves (18. 5in/47cm circumference) and the boots are a squeeze to get on. I nearly returned them but persuaded myself they would stretch a little. Do not buy these if you have really large calves.

This are very nice looking boots. I was deciding between these boots and a different pair from another designer, ended up sending these back and keeping the others. Two reasons, the other pair was a bit more comfortable, I think these would have stretched out a bit with wearing, but the other pair was comfortable from the start.

Also, these boots have an elastic panel, which was a nice touch, but I really wanted all suede. So these were returned. They are very nice looking though and I’m sure they would be perfect for someone else.

The shoes are very comfortable and can go with so many outfits. I normally hate wearing heels but I was able to walk around the city in these. A little bit narrow to start, but but got better with wear.

I do wish there was more leather on the back instead of the stretchy material (I know it’s wide calf) cause it is a little ugly lol but it’s on the back so not noticeable. Highly recommend.

The boots are beautiful, look like really good quality. Unfortunately the calf was quite wide. I have normal size calves, maybe slightly on the smaller side, but not small and I could fit my whole hand/wrist down the back of the boot while I was zipped up.

Disappointing as I really wanted to love them. They foot part did seem to fit true to size.

I got the “smoke” which is on the bluish side of gray, fine with me because I think the picture looks brownish and I wear a lot of blue. They run large and wide. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 so I bought an 8.

They fit perfectly, have plenty of room for a sock and my Superfeet arch supports. I also have a wide foot. If you are between sizes def size down. If you have a narrow foot these may be too wide. I also have long legs and they come up to about an inch and a half below my knee.

I have a hard time getting tall boots and these are perfect because they are high enough without interfering with my bent knee. I was looking for a simple, stylish waterproof boot for wet winter weather that wasn’t a puffy boot, that didn’t have ties, buckles and other nonsense.

With the back zipper they are easy to get on and off although I do use a boot jack to get them off. (A boot jack makes getting tall boots off less trying, especially rubber boots or cowboy boots. And you can get an inexpensive one from you-know-where.

) These are not for below zero weather but I have ultimate thermal boots for that. As others have said they are trim fitting on the leg, perfect for leggings and skinny jeans but not heavier pants. The price was right, I got them on a very limited “deal” so a no-brainer.

Do the rubber boot trend without looking like a fireman. The National Park angle is fun. Recommend.

Wow! I know Pendleton means Quality but they have really created an exceptional Winter Rain Boot. The dark green olive color is more on the gray side. Very matte look. Nice! They zip up easily. The calf width is fine for me with thin leggings-though I don’t think I can get my bluejeans into these and I am not going to stretch out the zipper.

I can leave the zipper 3/4 zipped and there is room for that. They look okay that way if you have to. These are not a wide calf width boot. I do absolutely love the warm cushioning on the inside of these Boots.

They have good arch support and this is very hard to find for this type of boot. I have had terrible luck with winter boots lately-the ankles are all just huge and I can’t wear them. This boot is loose at the ankles but gets narrower as you zip them up and they stay up! I highly recommend these gorgeous Rain Winter Pendleton Boots.

These boots are very well made. Love the back zipper as I was practically becoming a contortionist and throwing my back out getting out of my other pair that slip on and pull off. Good lug sole, too, for tramping and preventing slipping when walking through a muddy field.

I really like the height of the boots, too, as they guard against ticks and other critters getting on you when walking through tall grass. Well worth the price!.

I bought this rain lugged boots, they looked nice on the web site, I was so disappointed when I received them, very poor quality! Very, very tight on the ankle part of the boot. Really bad smell, Over all the worst quality ever!! Then I tried to return them for about 3 weeks no help what soever from the company! I got through one time and she said their system wasn’t working to call back later.

I got so frustrated trying to reach someone that would help with my return with no luck! I ender up throwing the boots in the trash, people think about the return process with this company before buying.

Totally would never recommend!!!.

Bought them, because I wanted some „modern“ rainboots. They fit good and are well comfortable. The model on the picture has really slim calfs. They are not tight, but really not as lose as you would think from the picture.

Just wore them a few times, so I can’t say more about the quality yet, but they look great.

I’m actually a size 6. 5, but the 7 fit perfectly. The chunky design looks good and the fit itself is pretty comfortable. Went romping around Seoul for one day with these on and they were comfortable the entire time.

I’ve only worn them less than 5 times, can’t say what the durability will be like so far.

I initially ordered my usual size (39) but found they were too big and there was more than enough toe room even with thick socks. I exchanged them for a size down and they are perfect! I’ve so much enjoyed wearing them.

Happily wearing them to run everyday errands too. These boots are very well made with not only practicality and functionality in mind, but style too – they are cute to boot! I highly recommend! As some other Darcy boot owners have mentioned in their reviews, they can be a bit tricky to get off.

This is probably going to be inevitable with any boot that doesn’t have a side zip, is made of neoprene or rubber and provides a closer fit to your leg than your average gumboot. This, I don’t mind and actually prefer no zippers – so long as I don’t have to kick myself in the head in the process of getting them off! Anyway, it helps to point your toe when taking it off – or if you’re tired after a long day wearing them, asking someone else is handy too! -Mon.

I really like my stylish Darcy Gumboot. They are well made and warm, and look really great. There are, however, a few things to consider in the design though. Everytime I sqaut down, the buckles press uncomfortably into the backs of my legs.

They cannot be adjusted out of the way. Also, the inner sole comes out everytime I take the boots off. The inner sole also makes the sizing a little too snug. I bought my usual shoe size, when I first put them on I thought they were too small.

When I took out the inner sole they were a perfect fit. The website says that they do come snug fitting and that they will wear in. So I persisted with the inner sole, they do wear in, but they are still snug.

I definitely can’t wear socks with them. On a hot day they become very hard to get off. I am not unhappy with my purchase. But thought for the price of them, I wish I had read a review like this one to help my decision.

I’m silly and accidentally ordered a size smaller than needed (not used to European sizing). The returns process was so quick and easy though! Once the replacements came they fit beautifully. I’ve only been able to wear them a few times but they’re very comfy and warm.

I would say the Darcy boot is probably more ideal for winter due to its warmth, but that’s not the fault of the boot. I’ve been considering ordering a pair of Bobbis to I can be prepared for any season! Would love to see the Darcy in a few more colour options but for the moment I’m digging the black.

Very satisfied with this purchase.
