I have a well water system and the water quality was not that great. After getting it tested I purchased this filter system to improve the water and what a difference it has made. They offer many types of filters so make sure to test your water to ensure you are purchasing the correct ones for your system.

Our water was not very hard but the taste was awful due the sulphur content. During install I did over-tighten the filters which caused the gaskets to break. After contacting ISpring support Brian was able to assist me very promptly and send me new gaskets for the filters.

Their customer support is awesome.

My wife and I recently moved into our first home and immediately could tell we had very hard water. If the hot water ran long enough we could even smell the chlorine. We installed this and immediately noticed a difference.

Forehead is no longer flakey after a shower, hair feels softer and no more bad smell from hot water. Big time shoutout to Brian who followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was properly registered for the warranty coverage!.

I found this system to be good on the basis that RO systems of this capacity are difficult to find. There is usually nothing in the market between the small 200-300 L/day units and the large expensive industrial units.

The output is good although I cant confirm whether it meets the unit specifications. The only negative so far is that the waste water is at 3:1 and not 2:1 despite the water I use being within the specified range of variables.

Otherwise this unit is good value.

I use this when I need to refill my reservoir when I change out my nutes in my Under Current. One of the best priced on the market for this size and it was very easy to set-up. John was very knowledgeable when I called in with some questions and it arrived fast.

Excellent performance! Fills a 5 gallon bucket in minutes (even underpressured) rather than days like the other systems. I run at 30 psi which is low but this unit performs like a champ.

Clean looking product that also effectively filters water and is efficient in terms of saving you trips to the store as well as preventing you from producing trash and unnecessary empty bottles for the environment.

Technology has advanced since a decade ago in terms of manufacturing fit and finish. I was hesitant on installing my own system because of a bad experience from a different manufacturer years ago where no matter what i tried the parts leaked.

Well it seems like this filter system or maker overcame that issue and is providing a quality leak free system (fingers crossed so far no problems for over a month). The filters (upgraded model for the RO90) are made in USA which make it more trusting of the water.

It definitely filters, but one thing to be aware, you will need time to get used to the taste since it has a different mineral composition than spring water. Also the instruction manual with illustration is good to follow step by step and youtube video on the manufacturer channel supplements it well.

Note: they did change a piece that comes with the faucet so it may look a little different (mine came with a small nut, instead of a larger support piece, undersink) but functionally it all works fine.

I bought this product less than a year ago. For last 2 months I am having big water bills and I got letter from city water service about too much water usage, then figured out that my APEC RO system is constantly draining the water and it seems faulty shut off valve.

I tried to contact APEC CUSTOMER CSRE by email to get part as it’s still under warranty but nobody responded me back yet. I used my last RO system made by local manufacturers for 7 years with no complaint.

I bought this because of great reviews and higher GPD (90GPD), but really disappointed.

I bought the ROES 100 on1/21/2022. It replaced my old RO45. I felt it was time to upgrade and the ROES100 has a more than needed output of very good water. The change out was simple and quick because the ROES has 3/8 tube output same as my old RO45.

On the start up both 1/4 elbow thread ends at the input and exit of the 3 stage pre filter housing leaked and the threads required 6 wraps of teflon tape. The tape is supplied with the tank for mounting the tank ball valve.

The ROES100 is working with great output flow. The leaks were poor quality on the assembly line and I hope not an indication of ROES quality. APEC has quality filters and I ordered a set of RO pre filters to replace the F1- ES pre filters supplied.

I’ve had this system for the past 3 months. We got this system to replace our ROES 50 system due to increased family size (2-4 members) and to aid in faster filling of our 5 gallon water jugs we use for our Primo.

This system has performed beyond expectations. Our water PPM has been the same as previously despite the faster filtration and less wasted water (~280’s pre filtered to low teens filtered). Also, it previously took about 3 hours to fill a five gallon jug, now it only takes about 30 mins.

The water pressure is incredible! No more waiting around for cups to fill. Lastly, replacing the system was very simple as many of the parts were the same as the ROES-50 and did not require removal. If you have an older system, I would highly recommend the upgrade.

After messing around for years with big name box store RO systems I did my homework and ordered the ROES-100. Great tasting water, twice the flow rate of my old systems, full size ice cubes! This is solid, not a plastic toy.

The system is very well thought out and even includes a water leak sensor. We had to change our sink base after multiple small leaks from the old system. Nice touch! I did a basement install just to make the servicing easy, I feed 2 icemakers plus the kitchen sink with no pressure drops.

Since I was replacing an old system installation took less than 10 minutes, but even on a new install it should be easy as all the parts included should cover most installation situations. Thanks for a great product.

This saved my family relationship. It has given us safedrinking water without the hassles of bottled water. The installation was straightforward and extremely easy. The size of the unit is bulky but fits nicely inside our 36″ base with enough room for the waste basket.

The taste of the water is very good. To the point that regular tap water now seems off.

This is a Great System However, When everything was Connected and the tank was Full the Pump would continuously work resulting in nothing but Waste watering continuously flowing. Two things I did to Stop this is by using a ASO (Auto Shut Off) Valve on the Inline and Clean water outline, and I Also used a Check Valve on the Clean water output from the RO membrane BEFORE the electronic Pressure Sensor.

I used a Pressure Gauge to monitor the Incoming water, and I believe this addition of the Check Valve is Critical, as the pressure in the RO membrane lowers from not filtering it allows feedback from the tank and forth (carbon) filter, causing the pressure switch to activate the pump.

When watching the Pressure Gauge, the Addition of the ASO and Check Valve allowed the pressure to remain before the switch, therefore deactivating the Switch, while Activating the ASO and Stopping the Flow on the Inline into the system.

I believe Premeir should Definietly Include these two in conjunction with this system otherwise you May end up with a continuously running Pump and excessive Waste water. To much waste water can cause inconsistency in your Hot Water.

The filter itself seems good, however, there’s a check valve that is part of it which was incredibly cheap and defective, started leaking the instant I turned it on, even with water pressure < 60 psi.

I wouldn’t trust another one of those (basically looked like a thick cigarette, just push fittings and probably a cheap mechanism), so I spent over 30 bucks at the hardware store so I could put a proper check valve in with compression fittings and adapters.

Works fine now, but for 400+ dollars, didn’t need that. Also, the way it wastes 0 water is innovative, but should be known. It forces the rinse water back in through the hot water supply (hence the need of a check valve).

Nothing wrong with this on the surface, but you should probably be sure you have an expansion tank and pressure regulator if you don’t want to face water pressure issues. Also, if you’re running hot water and the filter pump is on, it will mix in and not get as hot–or you’ll wait longer for the hot water to get through, so you do potentially waste a little water that way.

This is not a significant thing, but worth understanding, particularly from a pressure standpoint.

I love the Watts Zero Waste, especially living in Las Vegas where water is a precious resource. I did, however, have a problem with the unit. The blue tubing that was connected to the top tube (the one that has the word “flow” on it) was kinked so badly that the water wouldn’t go through.

My plumber had to uninstall it and had to use the old tube from my last Watts Zero Waste unit on the new unit. I would say that the units should be checked or double checked before sending out to the customer.

Other than that I love the unit and the taste of the water that comes out of it!.

I bought this product a year ago. Great water and great taste. When I had an issue with the slow water flow and not enough water supplies, Nick gave me a lot of help. They have great customer services.

I service reverse osmosis systems for a major national grocery retailer, and I have installed other RO systems in my own home before, but I must say I was impressed with this system. User friendly design, very detailed, easy to read instructions in actual English, color pictures, plenty of hose and plenty of parts (even extra replacement parts).

All the accessories seem well built and well designed. It took my tap water TDS from 170+ down to 15. I’m very pleased, I will buy it again if the need ever arises.

Works nice for me. Fits under sink. Provides enough water. Electric water kettle was getting a lot of calcium buildup – it is better. Should mean our coffee makers should have less build up as well.

We called up asked about the system waster water generation because there seemed to be an awful lot going down the drain. The response was that if could run for up to 5 hours per day depending on age of the system.

Our system is new Just 3 weeks of use. After talking to support, I routed the drain into a 4 gallon container. Just 15 oz of water filled the container. I filled a 5 oz glass and waited until the waster water completed draining.

I did this 2 more times and found the 4 gal tank was nearly full. This seems like a lot of waster water for merely 15oz of drinking water? Is this typical. Why is not system sold in drought ridden California without a warning? I don’t recall this much waster water being drained in my first week of use.

I am going to give it low stars, because it was an expensive purchase that didn’t highlight that reverse osmosis was unfriendly and should be understood before purchase. If this ran for 5 hours a day like the person said, this would be a disaster.

I think this is generating more than 1 gal a minute. Should only be used where water is plentiful.

I got this over 1 year ago from Costco. The one star is for the taste of water and one for ease of install. But when it comes to using it, we have to wait for eternity to get this thing to fill a glass of water.

I can easily count 20 seconds for the first flow of water. I know I have tried restarting and doing the “increase the speed” troubleshooting thing, but it does not work. The speed of water available is over the limit for this outlet, yet this thing is so slow.

I tried changing the expensive filter. no effect. I am now looking for an RO filter with a pressure tank. Rather than die of thirst or frustration waiting for the first normal ( which is also super slow) flow.

My suggestion don’t buy.

We absolutely love this product. The ease of hooking it up was a definite selling point. The only problem I ran into is the space under our sink. I had to order longer water hoses of the same type to reroute it under one of the other cabinets near the dishwasher.

I would recommend the hoses be about 6 to 8 foot long to allow individuals with my situation to hook the unit up anywhere they may need to. I do not want all that to be taken as a product negative, I mean seriously who knew.

Other than that, the water is definitely cleaner and I know much healthier for my family! I will recommend this product to all my freights and family for sure. We have been drinking bottled water for a long time and finally came to the conclusion of what we needed to do.

This will more than pay for itself in a matter of just 2 to 3 months. Great product, great water, a great win for us.

Bought this about 6 months ago and I am now going to change the filters in it. Looks like they are $25 for 4. We have a softener and this RO system for our drinking water. Awesome investment. No more bottles or water coolers.

Water tastes amazing. It does take up quite a bit of room under the sink but it is manageable. Install may be a bit difficult if you are not mechanically inclined. Being a plumber made it easy. I bought this over a month ago. I am very happy I did. No more Chlorine taste in the water. If you ever drank spring water, this filter is as close as it gets. Coffee really tastes better. Installation was very easy, at least for me.

This thing is tough. Well built and a lot larger than I had thought. Measure twice and verify fitting in your desired area. We use our filter as a whole RV filter and we love it. No loss of pressure and our water looks and smells good.

The filter assembly is well designed and assembled. The mounting bracket contributes a lot to the finished product. The consumer does not have to come up with a way to mount the filters, which makes the installation more straight forward.

Packaging of the product for shipment is also excellent!.

Be sure to build in a complete bypass when installing into ur system. Ensure orings fully seated on canisters when installing or changing filters. Other than that, good lil filtration unit. Lost literally no flow after i installed.

I recommend especially for tight spaced areas like i have.

I’m not on city water but instead am on a well so a good filtration system is a must. This unit pleasantly surprised me with ease of installation, use, low sound level, low waste water flushes, and quality of filtered water.

There are a few things that most people, including myself didn’t know about installing one of these systems previously. 1. Prefilter – If you’re on a well like I am, you should add a decent prefilter before this unit to trap the larger particles to prevent clogging up the filter early.

2. UV light treatment – Should be considered to kill any bacteria or viruses present in the water. I think this is a necessity even if on city water. 3. Remineralization cartridge – Needed because reverse osmosis systems take out pretty much 100% of the minerals in the water, leaving you water without any of the minerals you need.

This process also leaves the water acidic as a result. A remineralization cartridge restores an alkaline property to the water and restores the taste. The best way I can describe the taste of acidic water is “sterile”.

These items above added about $200 to the initial installation cost as a DIYer, with the UV treatment being the most expensive at about $130. Filtered water tastes very good and the savings adds up quickly.

In my household of two with pets we were going through 2-3 gallons of bottled water a day which used to cost about $0. 70 a gallon, after Covid inflation we were seeing about $1. 20 a gallon for bottled water, along with hassle of hauling water bottles and jugs into the house.

This unit will pay for itself in less than a year and even the somewhat expensive yearly replacement filter cartridge at $100 and remineralization filter at $30 will pay for themselves quickly if you’re currently buying bottled.

I wanted a tank-less RO water filtration system because I don’t have enough room for a tank. This device is small enough for my need! Its filter is also a 5-stage all-in-one filter that is easy to change.

Installation is super easy. Only thing to remind you is that it requires electricity to work. The outlet I used was for garbage disposer which will shut off when I switch it off. I ended up pulling a power cable over.

The best of all, customer service is super quick. I reached out to them over walmart. com “reach out to seller” link. I sent the message at night; the support resolved my concern in the very morning next day! To walmart.

So far we are pleased with the operation of the system. The system is quiet and delivers water at an acceptable flow rate on our well system with a supply pressure of 30-50 psig. The only issue was with the outlet fitting on the supplied water supply tap.

The outlet fitting is not a compression connection and therefore the mating line to the water faucet did not seal properly plus the compression nut did not engage many threads. The adapter should have a compression connection; instead the mating surface is flat.

I used a Dremel tool to grind out the ID material to make a compression type mating surface. This fix worked great, so no further issues.

Well, when I saw that their instructions said it would be a 30 minute install, I was skeptical. and, indeed, to carefully do the install took almost 2 hours. Granted, a small part of that was taking apart the older canister based RO system; however, it was easily 90 minutes to just install the Waterdrop.

That being said, the install went smoothly as their instructions were very straightforward and all items in the box were clearly marked, making things happen smoothly. Having read ahead in the instructions, I saw that the system does a 30 minute run through the RO faucet after a 5 minute start-up ‘flush’ prior to being useable so I had my bucket ready to catch the water and take it out to my desert landscaping so as not to waste all that water.

I checked things out for several hours and all was working fine with no leaks at all and was pleased with ALL OF THE EXTRA ROOM I now had under my kitchen sink, not to mention that the filter changes, a PIA on the old system, will be easy-peasy, too! The water? After the initial start-up, I tested the water and discovered it was very close to the Waterdrop’s score of a TDS of 25.

this starting with tap water that was well over 450 and the taste was poor! My wife and I are quite happy with the results as the older RO system (4 different filters and a tank) was never that low. The flow out of the RO faucet is not too strong (e.

g. : doesn’t splash out) but more than needed to quickly fill a glass or cup. The only negative we could see was one we knew going in, having had an RO system before, is that the RO water tastes ‘flat’ unless you add a mineral cartridge back into the filtered water to give it more taste.

After looking at the cost of adding the mineral carts into the mix, it just adds complexity and cost, and we are fine with the ‘flat’ flavor over the taste of the water straight out of the tap. Also, make sure that before you buy you have an active plug under the sink and not just a switched plug like the one used for a garbage disposal (I had to add an extension tap onto the plug-in for the dishwasher, which worked just fine for me).

Hopefully, this system will provide us years of service and I look forward to the easier, frustration free, filter changes.

I got the G2 tankless water filter. Excellent water filter. The ppm reading for my tap water was around 438. After installing the filter it reads 50-60 ppm and the water tastes great. It was easy to install and does not alot of space under the sink.

They also have excellent customer service. I had some concerns after I received the filter. They were resolved in a swift manner to my satisfaction. Still have to see whether the filters last for the lifetime advertised on them.

But no major concerns so far.

Many modifications are required which may call for sawing your copper pipes and welding in order to fit their “feed water adapter,” which I was told MUST be used. Their assistance with installation was horrible.

It was indiscernible if the woman was talking out loud to herself, which she did consistently, or if she was speaking to me! I was always ignored, I would be explaining a problem or asking for clarity then silence.

then she returns talking about a totally unrelated subject. I had to keep saying her name and then ask if she was listening! Finally, she said she was going for her break and would call me back with some answers as regards my install.

I waited and eventually got an email saying I should just return it because there were so many modifications. Now if I keep the Waterdrop G3 and hire a plumber and an electrician to make the modifications I am concerned about future problems that may arise.

Will I get dismissive emails saying I should return it? One of the highlights of this machine was their advertised help with installation and problem-solving. Now, I am reconsidering my rationale for buying this and if customers’ concerns are easily dealt with by sending an email suggesting I return it.

It’s frustrating. I already removed my old GE reverse osmosis and looked forward to this new one. I am so disappointed.

When I got this there was no brand name on the box, just Reverse Osmosis System. Same thing inside, no name on the instruction booklet or the main filter assembly, and no made is USA sticker. The tank had a name I didn’t recognize.

It appears to be generic. It might work fine, but I don’t gamble with a water filter system. I returned it for a refund.

I was excited to receive 3 new products and get them set up and try them out to see what the family thinks as there’s 4 of us living here. I first hooked up the hand held shower and was immediately impressed with the weight and obvious quality with the shower head itself.

The typical home supply places provide hand helds yet they weigh barely nothing and feel cheap yet this head felt like top shelf stuff rarely seen. Using this just one time it was easy to see the amazing difference in the feel of the water.

And being able to shut off the water at the shower head is a great plus when washing our 12lb little dog as it makes it so much easier. Regarding the osmosis and the fluoride filter I was unable to hook up this counter top unit at 1st due to my kitchen faucet has external threads size 55/64ths and unfortunately the correct adapter needed wasn’t in the kit.

Tho I do realize there must be lots of different applications so having the “odd” one didn’t stop me from using this the very day it arrived as I took it to one of my bathrooms and was able to hook it up and did get over 2 gals of water in under 2 hours time.

(The next day I went to ACE Hardware and took the parts I needed to match up with the adapter for my kitchen and found I needed a size; ( 55/64 female – 3/4 male ) for under $5 so no big deal really and now I am all hooked up in my kitchen exactly where I envisioned placing this unit.

We are on municipal water so I ordered a fluoride filter and was very pleased to find this cartridge was all installed with the basic unit as I was not expecting that. Pleasantly surprised as I thought I would have to add this filter to the main unit myself.

Now that it is all installed we are using about 3+ gals per day for drinking water, tea, coffee, pet water and even brushing our teeth. So over all great job Crystal Quest with a good product at a great price to boot.

I would buy the product again and I plan on getting new filters when the ones on my unit need replacing. My main issue and the reason not 5 stars is that the instructions are not clear and missing some key points.

There is a red rubber thing on the end of the waste hose that needs to be pulled off. This is not listed in the instructions. Also, it’s not clear from the set up that if you buy the pre filter how to affix it.

While it was on the instructions on the back and not in the main install part the image is very small. The pre filter male portion was very difficult to seat correctly into the female filter port. It took me a good 20 minutes and countless tries to turn clockwise into the filter.

But I finally got it all in order and I think it is a great product. Customer Service was very helpful also in answering questions. Just be prepared to give them a call.

I bought this same exact model about 5 years ago and replaced the filters accordingly. Finally, my unit was starting to look a bit worn, and I decided to order a new one. There really isn’t anything fancy about this.

First, it costs about the same as ordering the filters individually directly from Crystal Quest. So you’re really not spending a ridiculous amount of money, so you can’t really expect much either. I noticed the new unit I received was almost exactly like my old one, but the spout looked a little different, and the waste water tube was a little more updated too.

But all in all, it works the same. It came with several pieces to fit to your faucet, and I was able to attach it just fine with the adapters that were included. What I really like about this is that it is portable, so you’re not spending lots of money on a RO system that gets installed, and then you can’t take it with you.

I did move recently, and was ever so thankful that my unit could go with me. It does take up a lot of space, and it doesn’t exactly look pretty. But I’m about practical, not looking pretty. Water pressure will determine how much flow you get, and my flow is pretty poor.

So I got a funnel, and some glass bottles, and now I keep four large glass bottles filled with filtered water. If one gets empty, I put a funnel in it, and let it fill up for about an hour while I’m doing whatever else.

I also found that I can save the waste water, and use it to water my plants. But that requires a little more maintenance. The water tastes very good when filtered through this unit. I can tell when it’s time for a new filter based on the taste of the water.

With a two person household, that drink a lot of water, I find that I replace two of the filters once a year, and the third filter once every other year. You can’t run hot water through this, it will ruin the membrane or whatever is inside.

I did accidentally run hot water through it once, and my water tasted awful. I was able to fix it by replacing just the first filter.
