20 Best White Strips For Teeth (2023 Updated)

Crest 3D Radiant Express strip are a great way to remove stains from your teeth and improve the whiteness. The product claims to improve whiteness levels in 14-days which it will if you’re able to use the strips consistently for that period of time.

Peroxide is the method of choice here, just like at the dentist. I wouldn’t recommend these for someone with super sensitive teeth, my teeth are somewhat sensitive and I needed to use the strips a few days and then back off for a day or two.

Still, in a two week period I could see that the coffee and tea stains I’ve collected since my last cleaning were being brightened a little at a time. The product does offer a warning about tooth sensitivity, and most people using this product will already understand that peroxide has this effect.

The other caveat is that the strips only work on natural teeth, they won’t have any effect on crowns, dentures, or veneers. That said, the strips are easy to use, they fold onto your teeth and have just a slight peroxide taste which becomes less noticeable throughout the hour the strips should stay in place.

The product suggests you not eat or drink anything but water while these are on and definitely no smoking. I found it best not to have a conversation with anyone during this time because I drooled somewhat, and sounded like I was 6-years old again.

This hour is perfect for meditating, working, or just waiting for the whiteness reveal, it’s not the best time for a Zoom call. Overall this is a nice product to have in between dental cleanings to keep your teeth looking whiter and ready for your close up.

Only ever use crest supreme so wasn’t sure about these as not as many in box but decided to give a go. They are amazing, good strong hold to teeth and as strips cover inside and out of teeth I cut them length ways to give more strips, therefore better value for money.

And most importantly, one 2 hr wear saw a good change in colour!.

I have used three of the whitening strips over the course of the last week (not in a row the way they suggest) and I am already seeing a noticeable difference in my teeth. I plan to continue using this pack and buy again, I’m so excited!! The only two drawbacks are (1) immediately after removing the strips my teeth look very patchy, but so far that has disappeared within a few hours and (2) after the most recent, and third time, I’ve used them, I noticed some tooth sensitivity, that again went away after a few hours.

It seems the only drawbacks disappear rather quickly, and my teeth look whiter!.

Got this product from my dentist I believe I bought it for 50$. I didn’t see much of a difference. I would recommend the crest strips over sheer white. Not worth it at its price. I will not be purchasing again.

To start off, I’m an avid coffee drinker, so the yellowing is real. My teeth haven’t been pearly white for years. When I got these in the mail, it’s safe to say I was excited. I’ve used the expensive crest whitening strips, and those things WORK.

If anyone comes out with whitening teeth strips, you know you’re battling with the big dogs, so come correct and prepared. While the concept of these were cool, they unfortunately brought a knife to gun fight.

When I put them on, I noticed that you only get one small strip with each packet. You get 28 but that’s a 2 week supply, for 14 days, precisely. So after I opened both packets and read the instructions, I put them on.

They are SMALL, barely cover your top teeth. You’ve got to keep them on for 15 minutes and not eat or drink anything for 30 mins afterwards. So you just sit there for 15 minutes while the saliva builds up, that you shouldn’t swallow, uncomfortable no? After you’re done, you spit out the residual stuff.

These didn’t taste bad at all, sort of like having toothpaste in your mouth but it wasn’t a very pleasurable experience. I gave them one star for the concept and another because they cause no sensitivity whatsoever.

If the crest whitening strips figured out how to decrease their sensitivity, they would become a household staple, *cough cough* take notes please. That being said, I saw no real whitening after using them the first time, they actually looked worse if that’s possible? I added pictures and of the strips on and afterwards, you’ll see what I mean.

Maybe I’m spoiled because of the immediate results I get with other whitening strips!? I shall use them for the two weeks and give them a good chance, if I see super good results, I’ll update my review… I doubt it though.

The brand is actually a very good one for teeth whitening, the packaging was super cute , but for the price point and lack of significant results, I give these a participation medal. Maybe next time, thank you, but no thank you :).

Hallelujah! These whitening strips actually stick to your teeth and don’t slide around all over your teeth/mouth shut up your teeth, which I think makes them slide around more, so that’s a plus. They aren’t as long as other strips, which probably also helps prevent them from slipping, but just know that they only cover the front 6 teeth.

If you have a wide smile, you’ll probably need to use 2 strips each on top and bottom. These strips dissolve, so you don’t have to worry about when to take them off and they do a great job of really adhering to your teeth and whitening around each tooth, particularly good for those coffee stains between teeth.

I am, however, a little lukewarm about the whole dissolving strip. The directions say not to swallow excess saliva and I did a pretty good job I think. But, if you do happen to swallow some saliva while the strips are dissolving you end up swallowing hydrogen peroxide, which doesn’t feel great on your stomach.

I give these strips an A, for whitening, as they seem to be really working on my teeth and just in time for summer! Yay! And finally, I like that I only have to keep them on for up to 20 minutes. In conclusion, if you can keep from swallowing any of the hydrogen peroxide from the strips, they seem to be a pretty great product!.

Whiter teeth in 15 minutes. Im calling it. the only reason my teeth looked Whiter was due to the strip residue itself. once it wore off, there was no whitening left over. Other than the flavor of lavender and mint, which I was surprised to find that I LOVE the taste.

These strips, however, have no top/bottom labeling, they’re all the same size and look like they’re sized for a child’s mouth. Other than what’s “visible” in a selfie, nothing else is getting whitened, OR, in my case, my front teeth are too large to be covered completely, so I had to rewrap it to fit my smaller teeth the strip could reach.

The texture and residue from such a small strip is insane. 15-20 minutes of the most horrific texture, these dissolve and leave your teeth feeling like you’ve brushed with glue. As for crooked teeth on the bottom, getting the strip to fit my teeth cost me length in where it could reach, but it was able to wrap over the top of my bottom teeth.

Other than the 14 days, I have no idea how often or when to use these, combined with the Snow powder you can use 4x per week, I don’t know what products to use when. the flavor is the only good thing I have to say at this point.

if somehow this winds up removing my coffee/nicotine stains, then I will update. until then, these glued my teeth/mouth together for around and hour. as well as no eating or drinking for 30 minutes after using them.

These strips are literally miracle-workers! I can’t even believe it. I would not let me upload my before and after picture, but it looked like I had used a teeth whitening app to edit it! The ONLY THING that you must know is that you NEED to dry your teeth and gums with a paper product or something BEFORE you apply the strip! OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT STICK AND YOU WILL NOT GET JAW-DROPPING RESULTS.

The product is a bit pricey but 100% worth the money. This was my first time using anything like this so I can only recommend this kind. But I would say that its probably worth the extra dollars to buy them from Crest than from a cheaper brand (although I have no experience with cheaper brands).

With Crest you WILL get great results.

Greetings to the reader. After seeing many positive video reviews of Crest whitening strips, I purchased these white strips in hopes to whiten my teeth after years of unintended neglect. The box contains ten packets (10 treatments and 20 strips total), and I did use each treatment for ten days consecutively.

I did not experience tooth sensitivity fortunately, but did feel stinging on my gums at times. I am disheartened that after ten days, I did not see the change I was hoping for. Perhaps I have to purchase the expensive kits to see the results I desire, but I sadly do not have the funds to do so.

Though the reader’s experience may differ from mine, I do not recommend this kit.

I’ve had such bad experiences with teeth whitening in the past so I was really hesitant to buy. I went to the dentist, paid a fortune for a professional whitening treatment and the pain was excruitiating!!! I was unable to eat or drink anything hot or cold for weeks after.

5 stars from me. I feel like I have to write this review to educate other Australians who are wanting to whiten their teeth. I’ve tried a lot of teeth whitening products and spent a small fortune buying both from ebay and other Australian websites and what I have found is a lot of websites selling cheap generic rubbish and pretending it is something of high quality.

I have now come to realise just how dodgy many of the retailers of these types of products are in Australia and thank you to HiSmile for not being one of them.

I bought this product directly from the company website and have several critiques with both the product and the advertising. For starters, I feel their advertising is misleading. The box I bought said it was “28 strips” so I assumed, as I’m sure many would, that I was getting almost a month’s worth of treatments.

When the box arrived I noticed it said “28 strips – 14 treatments. ” So only a two week supply. Why put 28 strips on there? It seems obvious that each package would have two strips, one for the top teeth and one for the bottom, so that just seems like a sneaky way to make buyers think they’re getting more than they are.

Very disappointed. On to the strips themselves: They are not easy to apply. They are super, super gummy and half the time when I opened the package, the gummy stuff was already coming off of the strips, either sticking to the packaging, or the strips were folded over, sticking to themselves, so I lost half the “whitening treatment” before even applying.

When trying to apply, they don’t stick well to the teeth and again, the whitening stuff is so gummy it often came off the strips when I tried to press them onto my teeth and I lost a bunch more. In terms of whitening, I bought the whole kit, so the strips, the toothpaste and the mouthwash.

I used all 3 each time I used the strips. While I did see a difference when I first removed the strips, brushed, and used the mouthwash…it didn’t really last and they seemed to go right back to normal by the next day.

Overall, would not purchase again. Not worth it for the price, quantity, and results. The only good thing I can say is I experienced zero teeth/gum sensitivity.

I have used them all over the years. From every version of crest strips, plus white whitening, go smile, burst strips, dentist recommend opalescent to various DYI methods. My teeth are a decent shade of white, but I like to maintain my shade so from time to time I try something new.

This is my favorite formula and taste. No weird numbness afterwards either. HOWEVER, the packaging of these strips are terrible. They are too thin, the bottom strip sticks to the inside of the package when opening.

It took three packs before one was finally usable. It’s a waste of product and money. This formula, with the thickness of the burst strip would be perfection.

I’m so confused by these strips. Sometimes when you go to peel them off, you can see two layers, but if I try to separate the layers it turns into a jumbled mess of goop. This is usually only a problem with the bottom one.

Top one usually works ok but I cannot stand how chunky the residue is when you remove them after 30 minutes – it makes me want to gag! I have to grab a tissue to remove as much residue as I can, and then I have to brush pretty hard to remove all the chunks.

There’s no way that rinsing with water after removing the strips would work (like the instructions say). Once I finish up the remaining strips I have will not buy these again. Honestly, just swish some melted coconut oil every day for a minute and then spit it out in your garbage.

You’ll get better results without the waste and the mess!.

I couldn’t find the exact product on here! However, I have tried Crest Whitestrips – all of them – and I highly recommend the systems! With the earlier Whitestrips Crest released, I experienced a lot of sensitivity.

With the newer Crest systems that include the light, I am very impressed and happy! If you are going for a Whitening kit, I recommend the Professional Whitening over this one (I feel as though the strips in this one aren’t as clingy and slip easily).

The Professional kit does say to keep the strips on for an hour, which may be a long time if you already have sensitive teeth. It doesn’t taste as bad as the other strips, infact, I didn’t really taste much from it.

I was only able to feel the foam from them. If you watch videos on how to use the light with the strips, everyone followed the directions wrong! The strips need to be on when you use the light because the light activates the hydrogen peroxide.

Every video I had watched about the kits, every single youtuber took the strips off. The directions on the box say to keep the strips on for the extra 5 minutes. The light clicks on easy and automatically turns off after 5 minutes.

It even beeps when it’s done. After one use, I saw an immediate difference! It does cause sensitivity but that is expected and the sensitivty doesn’t last long.

I tried the Crest 3D White kit. First the kit is nice and self contained – even in a little plastic container that made it easy for me to take traveling. The kit is to be used for 10 days. There are 10 sets or “upper strips” and 10 sets of “lower strips” and a blue light t activate the whitening.

The instructions tell you to put the strips on your teeth for 1 hour and then use the light which you use by closing your mouth around the “mouth guard” shaped rubber piece and holding the light in place until it goes off – my light stayed on about 8 minutes.

So 1 hour with strips, then keeping the strips on 8 minutes of light on upper teeth and 8 minutes of light on lower teeth. (1 hour and 16 minutes for the whole thing) The strips were easy to put on although I don’t think I used enough care in getting the strip down to my gum line, because the tops of my teeth whitened more than the gum line.

You can very easily talk, yawn, cough and sneeze with the strips on (I had a cold near the end of the time I was using them). On the 3rd day of using the kit daily, my gums were sensitive to the extent that I didn’t want to put the strips on the next day.

The kit gives insight that this can happen if your gums are sensitive – and to wait 2-3 days between treatments if there is any sensitivity. So, what I thought would be 10 days took 19 days as I took breaks in between.

Looking back it wasn’t so uncomfortable and I probably could have powered through 10 days, but taking a longer time was fine. I’ve never whitened my teeth before – I think I was expecting some dazzling difference, but I didn’t get that.

I DID definitely get whiter teeth and they look nice. Again – I didn’t notice for the first several uses that I was positioning the lower strip too high – so I can see the difference in color. (my fault and very few people look that closely into my mouth behind my lips, so I don’t thin it’s a problem – and I started placing the strip correctly the last few days and it evened out a bit) Pros: Nice kit includes all you need Easy to use Whitens teeth Cost effective At home! Cons: Takes longer if you have sensitive gums Make sure you position all the way to the gum line Hard to find an hour a day to do it.

Ever since I started drinking tea regularly, I’ve had to accept that my teeth will always be a little stained. I’ve tried Crest strips before with decent results, but ran into the same problem I did time around: my teeth HURT.

I think when I was younger I was able to tough it out a little longer but this time I only made it a few days. I also want to note that I only started this kit after my 6 month dental check-up, and there were no previous issues with my teeth or gums.

Even though I haven’t completed the full 10 days yet, I’m already noticing results. I will definitely try to continue with the remaining strips and just do it every other day or so after my teeth get back to normal.

Having used Crest whitening strips in the past, I can say that they have improved their gel formula and strips. It used to be very messy and the strips would move around a bit, but with this product these strips don’t budge.

This is great because with these strips on, you become acutely aware of how long an hour is, and you do not want to have wasted that time whitening your gums. Getting through the hour (plus ~ 10 minutes for the light) isn’t too bad, but I definitely suggest you spend that time giving something else your full attention.

You will salivate, and constantly taste the gel in addition to your tongue constantly hitting them. It is best to keep your thoughts occupied. After the hour is up, you will have this gel stuck to your teeth, and I highly recommend brushing afterwards.

I actually think I made a mistake the first night by only rinsing and that is why my teeth started to hurt so early. Overall, I think this product is effective and easy to use, but with all whitening strips it is not without some sacrifice.

But you know- no pain, no stain (removal) ! Pros: effective, easy to use, strips stay in place, improved product from past iterations Cons: tooth sensitivity, leaves gel behind after use, an hour is a long time to have something on your teeth.

I found these to be very easy to apply to teeth. They also hold without a problem for the recommended 30mins. I whitened my teeth at a dentist and the dentist told me that my teeth are extremely resistant to whitening, meaning it’s hard to bring them to a sparkling white and multiple procedures would be needed.

In light of that she recommended that I do an accompanying treatment with strips so I bought these. I see results and I’m on my third set of strips. They are not dazzling results but still there is a slow coming brightening effect.

I’ve previously tried other at home treatments like gel and they have always made me gag super badly. The strips are milder and easier to keep in your mouth for the recommended 30 mins since the taste is almost zero.

Anybody who has had hydrogen peroxide in their mouth will feel the slight taste but really it is not so bad that it makes you gag.

Let me start by saying I have never experienced a product like this before. These crest 3D white strips are nothing less than amazing. It comes with 16 treatments each containing an upper and a lower strip.

One thing to remember is not to brush your teeth right before you do the treatment. Other than that it’s all so super easy. Easy to apply and then you leave them on for about 30 minutes and only once per day.

For me after the first week ,I really started to notice a good difference. The results by the end are outstanding. I wish I would of tried these strips a long time ago. They don’t bother your mouth or anything.

You just go ahead with what you normally do throughout those 30 minutes and let them. work. when removing them start from behind your teeth and it’s easier to remove. The quality of this product is high end.

You would have to pay alot more for these results professionally. Totally worth buying and using. I’m super happy with results.

I was given this to review by TryIt Sampling. What I received Was a box of crest 3-D white strips dental whitening kit brilliance white. 32 strips and all for total of 16 treatments for both upper and lower teeth.

These are extremely easy to use. Just peel the strip off the backing, apply strips to upper and lower teeth, and after 30 minutes remove the strips and you’re done. Crest has made getting whiter teeth so easy.

The box states that crest 3-D white strips use the same whitening ingredient that dentist use in their office. For me that’s good information because that saves me a lot of money as well as time, to be able to use it at home rather than go to see the dentist.

I have used mine while I sit and watch TV. I’ve used mine while I’m reading a book, taking a bath. So much easier and convenient to use these at home. Also very important to note that these are ADA accepted.

I use to be an avid user of crest white strips until they sensitized my teeth. Since then I’ve been depending on toothpastes and oil pulling to get my pearly whites. Unfortunately the one downside of tea drinking is teeth staining.

I’ve noticed my teeth have got more dim and needed a boost! I bought these not expecting much but I’m surprised they work nicely! These won’t give you super white teeth, its extremely subtle. I used these for 5 days in a row and my smile does look brighter! I think if you have very yellow teeth, I don’t think these would work well.

I also like how they are not sensitizing to my teeth or gums. I have no pain when using these. Only con is the gel is gummy and can sometimes ball up so you have to be careful when applying.

I bought these on a whim while looking for aftershave. I had tried the gels and uv applicators which caused some unwanted sensitivity. These seem to have no harsh chemicals, it does make your gums / tongue tingle but I think that’s the peppermint ingredients.

It disappears after a few mins of use. I am on day 3 and my teeth are already whiter which I was really shocked by. While these may not work for everyone with heavy stains, they work for me as a ” coffee and tea ” drinker.

Would highly recommend.

I bought these a week ago i was very sceptical due to the lack of reviews but honestly these are the best strips i’ve tried. Made a very visible difference within the 3rd day. They do leave a gel residue on your teeth but this is very easily removed.

After months of research into teeth whitening and finding the best (safest) way, I decided to order 14 strips or the Oral B strips. Once these arrived I was very hesitant at first, as this was my first time using this type of product.

I used them once a day for 7 days. The thing that concerned me the most was having white spots and patchiness over the teeth. I did not experience any of this thankfully, but results did not seem to come until about day 5.

I was actually quite impressed, so decided to order another weeks worth, which soon arrived. The second week, results had slowed right down and it was hard to notice any difference in shade. I decided to contact Oral B themselves directly, who advised me that these strips should only be purchased through a dentistry, and not online.

They then went on to add that the strips UK teeth whitening are selling are most likely counterfeit as they only sell to recognised and approved dentistry’s. This got me worried. After having completed 2 weeks worth of this product I have noticed some whiteness on my teeth, and overall I would recommend.

By the third treatment results were undeniable. Paused at six treatments because many decades of coffee and other sins can’t be completely removed. Will use the remainder for a top up in the future. Packaging is a little wasteful, if that is your concern.

The box could be half the size and still do the exact job.

The order I placed was for Oral-B 3D White LUXE Advanced Seal Strips 28 Strips in Retail Box. The item I received was 3D Crest White Whitestrips LUXE 40 Strips. After calling the helpline and waiting on the phone for 15mins there was no answer.

After emailing them a reply was recieved saying take the strips out of the packaging and return them at your own cost and we will send out the correct product and refund you postal costs only when this was recieved.

This is really odd, as you question are the strips actually legit, most companies say return with original packaging. Secondly me paying for the postage meaning I would have to be inconvinenced by partung with more money because the error of UK Teeth Whitening.

The other comment which was recieved during the email was to keep the Crest product as it was stronger and more expensive than Oral B. It shows that this company does not care about the customer as for example if I specifically bought the product for Allergy or Health reasons, I may of had serious health problems.

A reccomendation would be to send out a return envelope with the product as most companies do, so that the customer does not have to incur additional costs. I wouldn’t recommend this company and will not be buying off them again.

It’s been a bad experience since first first go with these. We are on our second box. Ordered through target. The first box came and was open already when it reached us. The strips were out of the container and the moth was had been used.

So returned that and re-ordered. The second box was fine but these don’t have a solid exterior film. So they are flimsily and fragile. We tried so many different techniques, followed the directions to the litter used 2 fingers in each end, liked you YouTube videos.

Bit no matter what they folded and toasted and stuck to themselves before we could get both on. I’m trying ti unstick them to use, the strip wear tear and have to be thrown away. In 5 attempts we did not get a single one that got on both the top and bottom.

Like literally throwing money away. Additionally the strips that are are able to get on basically disintegrate in your mouth after a few min so what is the point? I also reached out to The brands customer service and they basically shrugged and was like “bummerâ€.

okay, so i saw & heard really good things about this product. but this is my opinion- packaging is misleading. it notes that you get “28 strips”, but in reality it’s only 14 because it’s one strip for the bottom and top.

that would be 14 treatments technically. two- they do not stick well to the teeth at all. i have tried two separate times and the bottom strip just will NOT stick to my bottom teeth. i can get the top strip to stick and stay in place while still struggling, but they aren’t very sticky at all.

i didn’t see results with this product like i do with my Crest whitening strips. one good thing i will note is that i didn’t have any issues with teeth or gum sensitivity with these during or after the process.

to sum it all up… will not buy again, not worth it in my opinion!.

I was bewildered when I opened my package delivered to me just today. I wasn’t sure which set to use – the Professional Effects or the Supreme Bright – and still don’t know what is the difference. The packaging was a plain cardboard box with the Crest logo inside the lid (see pictures).

I read the back of both of the packets to try to figure out the difference, but they are basically the exact words and ingredients – no helpful information – just warnings. I could find no instructions on the packets, nor on or inside the box, other than “Peel, Apply, Reveal.

” Not exactly helpful. How long? What details? It seems I remember folding them up and behind the teeth, as well, from previously using them years ago, but did I remember correctly? The design has changed over the years and my memory is waning.

— Ok – so I got the amount of time you’re supposed to leave the Professional Effects on. And somewhere in their negative reviews, they did respond to someone and included the remark to fold them to the back of the teeth.

So I did remember something correctly – but that is still nowhere to be found in this ‘generic’ shipment of them. And I am still wondering for how many days; and what about the Supreme Bright? This packaging also makes me wonder what the expiration date is on them, and the only hint is the stamp on the packet: (L)1256V441.

Maybe that has some code that they can decipher, but that is useless to the consumer. Because I have successfully used Crest White Strips before, I am giving it a rating of 3 stars, in spite of only receiving them today and not having a chance to see if they are going to work for me.

However, the suspect packaging, lack of better instructions, and question as to whether these are already expired or not is making me drop this down a couple of stars. Perhaps after using them for a week?? I will be able to update my review.

I was excited to try the 3D White Whitestrips with LED light as I never tried this combo before. The directions were easy enough to understand and I placed both strips on my upper/lower teeth and set a timer.

Once it hit an hour, I immediately applied the light. The whitestrips were comfortable to keep on and so was the LED light. The strips were a bit difficult to remove but not that much. After the first application, I felt some pain/sensitivity in my teeth and that continued for a day.

I took one over the counter painkiller and that helped a lot. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them again but I read in another review that someone recommended drinking water right before to wet the teeth a bit, so after a couple of days, I tried them again.

This time I had no sensitivity and that was the result as well for my following applications. I did notice a marked difference in my teeth after the 3rd application. Personally, I don’t like using these every day – just to ensure that I don’t have that sensitivity again, though the water trick seemed to work.

Also, they’re a bit of a pain in terms of planning when to use them – ie not too close to brushing teeth or drinking coffee. But otherwise, they’re a great alternative to a professional whitening.

I bought this kit, very excited to get it. It came with alot of treatments and a free gift. Ok, so i follow directions, put the strip on my teeth. The strip really grips your teeth. BUT, when i used it i noticed that my gums were inflamed and sore after use and it wasnt like that before use.

So i repositioned the strip the next time and same thing. I guess im sensitive to the strip. They also gave the tube you can put gel directly on teeth. Didnt like it. Why, because when you put the gel on your teeth, it tends to move around and not stay on your teeth.

I ate more of it lol then it stayed on my teeth. Ugh i really wanted all this to work. Maybe ill try again. But i feel i wasted my money.

Worst product ever! I bought these less than a month ago because of the low price. I’ve used other crest whitening strips and have never had a problem with them. I used these crest white strips the recommended way for 30 minutes and I started to notice my gums would start tingling and burn so bad that I had to take them off sometimes.

I started to notice my gums were turning white and even starting to recede. I am so upset and want my money back. I can’t believe they are allowed to sell these.

I am so impressed with these white strips by Crest. I had used this product in the past when it was very messy and there was all kinds of gel on there and the strips so the strid would slide. And if you left the strips on too long, they would really cause pain on the teeth.

But this version is perfect. 30 minutes a day and by the time I finished the box, my smile was far whiter. Made me feel great! My dentist suggested Crest White Strips!.

Love this product. I have super sensitive teeth to the point of not being able to use conventional whitening products. I drink tea, coffee, and smoke. When I started using this product my teeth were obviously whiter after one use and no sensitivity during or after! Now I can have white teeth and my bad habits!.
