All of the other proteins supplements that I have tried taste like… well, like things that I can’t mention here. The chocolate flavor of this product is actually just like drinking a milkshake when I mix it with one percent milk and use my immersion blender to get rid of all the lumps.

I love this stuff! It tastes good and it helps when you’re on a diet. It mixes well with a lot of your nondairy milks. Low sugar content which is also good if you’re a diabetic. And if you’re on a diet, the protein powder helps you maintain muscle mass.

This is the protein powder I have been searching for. I have tried many others and this is the one that checks all the boxes. I especially like that it has a nice light natural vanilla taste. So many others with various different kinds of sweeteners are sickeningly sweet.

The taste and texture of this product is perfect and almost completely lactose free. It mixes up easily. You really don’t even need a blender. I put it in a jar and shake it real well and it is ready to drink.

You would only need a blender of some sort if you wanted to add fruit or supplements to it. I am really pleased with this product and the price is reasonable especially for a grass-fed milk product with 20 grams of protein per serving.

This is the best protein mix I’ve tried. It’s got the highest protein to the lowest carbs, so if you’re looking for something like that first thing in the morning to manage blood sugar this is a great mix to try.

Since I’m not big on breakfast to begin with (and skipping breakfast is not good for my insulin resistance), a protein shake with this mix is a good compromise. I put a few ice cubes in a Ninja blender cup, pour in a little vanilla unsweetened almond milk, two scoops of this, maybe 1 Tbsp of PB Fit, fill the almond milk to the line, then blend.

It’s awesome. When I use the PB Fit it tastes like a peanut butter cup. And it’s still low carb enough to be healthy in the morning. I had to buy a different brand because this one is continually (very irritatingly) out of stock and it’s awful and tasteless and not as low carb.

I like this brand best.

The flavor is tolerable (as is the chocolate – really hate the strawberry). Adding a 1/2 tsp of “dutched” cocoa powder makes a big improvement. It’s helped with my bowel function, and the minimal lactose helps my wife’s IBS.

And, I we’re getting more protein, which we supposedly need as we age. Still, it seems relatively expensive, and it’s pretty much the same price no matter were you look.

Ive taken this in the past but never bothered to buy for quite sometime. I have neglected my health for the sake of others, which because I’m a mom and what had been instilled in me was not always correct or accurate.

I’ve tried many protein powders in the past, but Jay Robb protein powder is by far the best tasting as with only a few ingredients with no artificial sweeteners with NO artificial anything. Every morning, I add the unflavored protein powder to my oatmeal.

While it doesn’t add a flavor, it does thicken the oatmeal, which I prefer. I like the unflavored as I don’t want the added taste or sweetness unless I’m blending up a chocolate or vanilla smoothie. The protein powders mix well into whatever I add them to.

There is a very strong taste of artificial sweetener, which they claim to be Stevia; however, it tastes like aspartame and acts like aspartame. I really hate this product. It will be very difficult to use up the large bag of product due to the nasty artificial sweetener taste.

Stevia is not artificial; so I don’t know what is going on with this product.

I have been using Jay Robb Protein Powder for several years. Ive found it to be the best tasting protein powder that Ive ever used and it is the only protein powder that I will use. I have used both the strawberry and the chocolate flavored Jay Robb Protein Powders and both taste great as well as giving me a boost in energy.

I typically add the product to skim milk and/or low-fat kefir. It is high in protein(25 grams) and has 0 grams of fat and sugar. Try it and I sincerely believe that you wont be disappointed.

It’s not going to taste like a milkshake or extremely chocolate flavor like other brands. I see knocks on the flavor, but flavor to me isn’t worth artificial potentially dangerous ingredients. I don’t need to enjoy my protein shake that much, its gone in 10 seconds.

The flavor isn’t horrible, it’s only noticed if you’re shifting from a very sweet brand/flavor, or if you’re a sweet drink person like soda and juices, chocolate milk, etc. The flavor doesn’t bother me.

I personally only do 1 scoop at a time, 25 grams, thats enough for 1 serving, so really for me its 44 servings. Sometimes Ill mix it with almond milk and its great. In my 20s I didn’t care, but now mid 30s I refuse to drink “artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners” written right on the label.

or “sucrolose” or “aspartame” or “asuflame” no thank you. This is just cane sugar and coco. Theres no fillers if you look at scoop size and protein grams.

I have been using a vegan protein for about 3 months to aid in recovery after workouts and while I am very pleased with its natural taste, the carbs were a bit high and the protein was just not enough for my daily goal of 150g.

I am a female and was contemplating some of the gender targeted whey proteins but was not happy with all of the artificial ingredients added to the majority of them and during my research came across a few reviews for Isopure.

The serving size for the Natural Chocolate is 2 scoops but I typically like around 1. 5 scoops (still only 180 cal with 37. 5g of protein) mixed with around 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, LOVE the taste.

Coming from a grassier vegan option, this is the perfect balance of sweetness for me. I dont like the overly sweet flavors and really like that the few carbs this does have, come from the cocoa powder, that I can live with.

I have seen other reviews complain about the taste but I assume they may be more accustomed to the sweeter proteins out there. This is my new go to, it feels like I’m drinking a malt not a protein shake.

The bcaas and glutamine are an added bonus! While the price per container seems high, given the serving size I use, I assume I can get at least a month out of the 3lb container which is almost half of what I was paying for the vegan option (I’m not a vegetarian just liked the taste and benefits of greens).

That being said, Nature’s Best has a great reputation for using quality ingredients and knowing exactly what I’m putting in my body is worth the price – I actually think its a good value given the breakdown of the nutrients I’m getting.

As far as the consistency is concerned – no complaints, was very smooth, not too thin, not too thick, definitely didnt clump at all. I imagine it will taste even better blended with ice or a banana but love it on its own as well.

I have been using this product for a while now. I believe in testing what works for me and then zeroing in on a particular product. Blood samples, serum profiles, Fat percentage, callipers- You name the testing tools and I’ll have used them all.

Isopure Zero Carb has been giving me the best results in terms of what is physically visible and what is my profile on laboratory testing. My shakes are mostly post workout and in-between meals and I go ahead with whole foods for my macros along the lines of chicken, turkey, tilapia, brown rice, oats, yam, etc.

This is; hands down in the top two of my protein powder lists. The other one being ReKaged by Kaged Muscle. And Isopure wins because it provides more protein per paisa. The taste is something that you would not notice much.

Very understated and I personally feel that is perfect. A hint of cookies and cream or whatever flavour you choose is better than a strong artificial flavour. I am going to stay hooked to Isopure for a long time to come!.

This is the best chocolate protein powder that I have tried – and I have tried a whole lot of them. Great taste, no chalky texture, and mixes easily. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a low carb protein powder.

The grass fed component literally taste like grass. It is great as far as aiding me in a good amount of protein after I work out, but nothing special as far as taste goes. Also, this will fill you up if you are looking for a meal replacement.

I did not like the taste of this product. I mix it with an equal part of Gold Standard Vanilla Whey so as not to waste it. I will not buy it again. Just my opinion.

I absolutely hate the taste of artificial sweetener, it makes me nauseas and I also don’t love artificial flavors, in fact I don’t even like the taste of real sugar. It took me ages to find a protein powder that is unsweetened, unflavored and actually has enough protein to make it worth having a protein shake instead of just eating real food that has a high protein content.

I’m a life-long vegetarian and I work out a lot so I’ve always struggled with getting enough protein so I’ve been using protein shakes for my entire adult life and mostly just plugging my nose and choking them down because I hated the taste.

This stuff however, just tastes exactly like regular milk so I can use it to make my chai/matcha/royal milk tea lattes in the morning, or even put in on my cereal and actually enjoy my protein! Plus, I can put it in smoothies without feeling like I’m ruining the flavor of otherwise perfectly good fruit.

It’s also really easy to mix/doesn’t clump up so I don’t need to whip out my blender every time, a shaker bottle or even just hand mixing with a spoon does the trick just fine. Also, it came very well packaged with both an internal safety seal under the lid, a plastic ring safety seal around the outside of the lid and a clearly labeled expiration date.

The shelf life is pretty long too! This will definitely be my go to protein powder from here on out.

While my waist has lost some girth, my arms, shoulders, lats and traps have added mass enough to grow out of some of my shirts.

I visit the gym 4-6 times weekly, working a different muscle group each time, with 20 minutes of high cardio to warmup. About once a week, I do only cardio for a solid hour. About once a week I concentrate on one muscle group for two hours.

So first off, I would like to state that I have been drinking their protein probably back since 2019/2020? Specifically whey isolate, I tried most if not all their flavor offerings because it’s the easiest to put down.

At first, it was fine, about 3 ish months ago they did a switcheroo and never updated the Amazon page. They’re still advertising the strawberry but shipping strawberry milkshake. Idk exactly what is the difference, all I know is somewhere along the way it became way less easy to mix consistently.

So in that regard I gave them a 1 star for accuracy, as the last few times I have received something in place of what I have purchased. Flavor is strawberry milkshake it’s not as good as just plain strawberry but still fairly agreeable.

Value for money is getting slowly but surely worse, as when I first started ordering from them it was 45$~ now it’s nearing 70$~ may be time for a swap, especially if they keep sending the wrong product while demanding a premium.

If you are looking for a protein powder that is similar to keto protein powder, then this is it. It’s sweetened with stevia extract. I was using the other ON brand that is a black container with red writing and it has sucralose in it which can trick the brain into releasing insulin.

With keto you want to keep your insulin down and not spike insulin. Tye taste is pretty good with water, but it smells gross, but it tastes better than it smells. Also, I added alittle heavy cream to it to give it alittle fat and it tasted pretty good and took the funny smell away.

Great alternative to get you extra protein in the keto diet.

Didn’t like it at all! Don’t Buy. I do take protein from this company and I thought I give this bottle a try. normally I buy the black bottle with red or orange label mark either at gnc or bodybuilding website.

But I thought I give this a try since it’s sold at walmart and from a company I trust. Wrong!!! I will return this product for refund or exchange for the black bottle with orange or red label same company.

This is the only protein powder I’ve tried, as Optimum Nutrition was highly recommended to me as the “gold standard in protein powders” by several weightlifting enthusiast friends of mine. Luckily, the first flavor I tried, Chocolate Malt, ended up being amazingly delicious to me, so I never had to buy and try any others — though they have so many different flavors, I’d like to try some of the ones that sound good, such as the coffee, the vanilla, or the mint chocolate flavors.

Anyway, I use whole milk and drop a spoonful of this whey powder in a Blender Bottle, shake the crap out of it, and enjoy it after lifting. This powder blends REALLY well *with a Blender Bottle*, and I rarely get clumps/bubbles of dry powder.

I tried using a spoon and stirring once, and got tons of clumps. This powder is packed full of protein, as it contains a form of whey that packs more protein per volume when compared to regular whey which some protein powders use, which means you have to use more of those powders to get the same amount of protein as you would with Optimum Nutrition’s.

This product also contains a bunch of the BCAA (branched chain amino acids) that the human body requires after exercise in order to repair/build muscle. The only thing this powder lacks is ingredients for muscle recovery (chiefly, my favorite, L-Glutamine), things regularly found in nighttime/overnight muscle recovery/repair formulas.

This product doesn’t need it, but it would round it out as the perfect after-workout protein powder if it had L-Glutamine in it (but that would be unnecessary if you lift/drink these in the mornings).

Instead, I just add a spoon of pure L-Glutamine powder to my Optimum Nutrition shakes and I’m good to go! Anyway, obviously, I really, really highly recommend this brand, this product by them, and this flavor of whey protein powder for all your “gain” needs — Get those gains!!! 🏋🏻‍♀️.

I’ve been trying to gain weight for about 4 years, being 5”10 and weighting 150 lbs and I was very skinny for my form, I had decided to go hard this time and my gym friend recommended this particular powder over other ones I had been previously trying as he said it had helped people with similar issues to gain weight.

So I started Gym again with this shake (two scoops on a morning on rest days and 2×2 scoops morning and after gym sessions) and within a week started to notice results. Now results wont just come from gym and this shake if you’re like me, I’ve had to stick between 3500 – 5000 calories daily, with high carb high protein foods (as lean as possible meat) and a healthy side of multivitamins.

The result is I gained 11 pounds (5kg) in 4 weeks, which for me was mind boggling. So if you feel it’s extremely hard to gain weight and are looking around, contemplate giving this a try, eat healthy and work out, I can almost promise this will work.

It is hard work though, and it will cost a bit more monthly, but I feel better right now mentally and physically than I ever have in my life.

This is probably one of the 5 reviews that isn’t apart of a promotion lol. This is my first time ever trying whey protein in my life and this surpassed my expectations. I always thought whey protein was chalky and grainy but this is soooooo good and smooth.

When mixed with literally just alsmon milk (200mL 1 scoop of protein) it tastes JUST like Ensure lol. I didn’t even mix it in a blender bottle I just added the milk and protein powder to a water bottle shook it vigorously a few times and wala.

No lumps, grainyness, or chalkiness. It also tastes really good in my berry smoothie. Berry Smoothie: (1 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of frozen berry medley, 1 scoop of protein powder) super creamy and delicious.

Its super inexpensive compared to other protein and even though it doesn’t have that many grams of protein its enough for me right now I just started taking it yesterday so I will continue to track how it helps with muscle support and how my body digests it but so far so good! Buy it! Especially if you’re just starting out with protein – its a good way to build yourself up to protein powders that have more grams of protein in it.

First, don’t pay attention to the review that downgraded this product stating that top tier should be isolate rather than concentrate. As an athlete and from what little I know, my reading indicates that isolate is quickly digested and is for immediately following hard exercise, and concentrate is for downtime building of muscle.

Also, my reading states that concentrate has some kind of anti-aging properties that isolate lacks. Sorry no details. Secondly, yes indeed, it lacks strawberry flavor, and in my mind also slightly lacks viscosity, which I would like to have.

The lack of flavor could be and is a huge plus, because it is not overpowering, is less subject to individual flavor preferences, and you don’t get sick of it over time. I think I will purchase again.

I mix it one scoop per cup of whole milk in a blender and keep for several days. Keeping quality length is fine unlike some have written, and as a dairy industry professional I know how to detect when it starts to go bad; it depends on the milk quality it is mixed with.

It’s extremely rare to find a protein power that is exactly what you’re looking for. I’m picky. I worked in the professional athletic industry for several years and I can’t tell you how many garbage products are out there.

Enjoyed this brand for many years. However, I don’t like how they’re changing. They’ve more than doubled the sodium content, even though it was more than fine before. If you take 2-3 scoops a day, it really adds up.

Hypertension is a huge issue in the US and this is supposed to be a healthier food. There is already too much salt in people’s diets. Also a lot of the BCAA content appear to be less than it was before, which is an indicator of the possible degradation in the quality of whey.

It doesn’t say grass fed whey in the ingredients anymore either, which is worrisome as they may not be using it entirely.

So good. A bit of aftertaste from sweeteners. Take the stevia out imho. I was looking to replace the excellent whey protein powder that was discontinued by another brand. This product ingredient list is so similar, the flavor so excellent… only difference the other had stronger vanilla Carmel flavor without the stevia aftertaste.

I’ll stick with onnit’s product as it is superior to everything else I’ve tried.

Onnit takes a lot of pride in the products they make. I can understand that not everything will be perfect. I order many other products from them after thoroughly going thru their ingredients. Only down side of this protein powder is that they place sunflower oil in it.

Aside from olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil many of the seed oils are not good for the human gut biome; and that is generally due to the fact of how it is processed and made. I checked with the manufacturer that supplies the sunflower oil to this company, and it is refined, not cold pressed.

There are many other issues with seed oils and its’ affects on the human body, but one can do research and find out all this information.

Smooth and tasty. I like my shakes creamy, so I usually make them with some sort of milk (dairy or nut). But I tried this with water too and it is still smooth and creamy. It is not gritty either. The cinnamon adds a great extra taste and kick.

I will totally buy this again.

I used to love the formula in the metal can, both the vanilla and chocolate flavors. I just opened the new PLASTIC can, and it’s totally different. The label info and ingredients aren’t the same, and the powder is much finer.

The first thing I noticed was the SMELL- absolutely awful. It smells like fake, chemical candy- the old formula smelled like a dairy product. That smell is what it now tastes like- fake & chemical. I add all sorts of things to my drink, like raw eggs, milk, frozen bananas, vanilla, etc.

The fake chemical taste overtakes all of it- you can’t cover it up. I can’t stand the taste of stevia, but if I remember correctly it didn’t taste like this. I noticed they doubled the amount of sugar in the new formula.

This went from a 5 star product to a 1 star. so disappointed.

OK, so it seems they are being very sneaky about the changes and consumers are pretty clueless, right? Well, not all of them. And for those of you who think you are getting an all-natural product that tastes natural too, it seems you aren’t.

I’ve purchased this Tera’s whey grass fed protein powder many times at Whole Foods. This arrived in a “new look” canister that is plastic not the aluminum can like I’m accustomed to. When opened it had a very heavy order of synthetic perfume.

It smelt just like the scented garbage bags. I won’t be consuming this as I’m afraid it has been contaminated with something not edible. Sad to say I wasted my money on this one. The packaging has been changed to a plastic container, and when opened, smelled of strong synthetic perfume almost like a scented laundry detergent or scented garbage bags.

I used to love this product, but now it’s inedible because of this. I bought two containers and cannot return, what an expensive waste….

Love this product. Not heavy at all and doesn’t give you that bloated feeling a lot of protein powders give. I’ve been having it in my daily smoothies and ive lost 9KGs, its the only part of my diet and exercise routine that ive changed so its definitely works well as a part of a balanced diet.

Very smooth, dissolves easily and doesn’t leave a milky taste. Vanilla is definitely my favorite and goes with everything – unfortunately it was out of stock so had to try the chocolate, took a while to get used to the taste but otherwise great as well.

I’ve been using this product for almost 5 years and it was the best casein I’ve ever tasted. Up untill the latest redesign of the product. The label is just a bit different so it’s not that obvious, but as soon as you open the box you can notice a completely different product inside.

I purchased this unflavored whey isolate to add some protein to my elderly father’s drinks. I mix together a scoop of this isolate and an equal scoop of Nestles Quik in a Tupperware quick shaker, along with a little milk.

I shake it up good, then add more milk to make a couple glasses of protein filled chocolate milk. It actually makes the chocolate milk better! Creamier, but no other taste. Before this, I tried another protein powder which wasn’t good and wouldn’t mix well.

Then I bought the Nutricost whey protein concentrate, which was pretty good. But this isolate is “whey” better than the concentrate (see how I did that?) It really mixes better and definitely tastes better, as in it doesn’t really have any taste.

Definitely recommend.

Pros: The vanilla grass-fed whey protein powder dissolves well and digests as well as the more expensive and not grass-fed protein powder I’d been using before. Cons: The vanilla flavoring smells bad and tastes bad – not exactly like vanilla.

So you don’t want to mix this with a neutral liquid like milk or water. But in a fruit smoothie, it’s fine. Also, there is a lot of salt (330mg in the vanilla – less in others), which gives it a salty flavor when mixed with a neutral liquid.

Plus, of course, that’s a LOT of salt that you don’t need or want in your body. As a counterpoint, my previous protein powder was at about 150mg per serving and another one I bought was at 280mg. I honestly can’t imagine what all that salt is for, but if you’re exercising and sweating, it shouldn’t be a health issue.

This whey product is a top pick by Consumer Labs, an organization that tests products for content and purity. My husband and I are in our 70s and need to add more protein to our lives as we are losing muscle faster than we can build it at our age.

This whey product not only mixes excellently…before we bought a shaker, we just used ann old water container, nothing special, and no lumps or clumps. We chose the vanilla ice cream for the flexibility that it gives us to add it to oatmeal in the winter, or add to a fruit smoothie (although it’s better to eat your fruit that put it in a smoothie).

We tend to add crushed ice to it. I have mine after I’ve walked our dog in the AM; my husband after hiking or playing tennis since downing protein after exercise is the best time to take it. Now two of my husband’s tennis partners are taking this too.

Having this plant protein is my first step towards turning vegan. I have been consuming Whey for a couple of years now and to transition to plant based has been made easier by this product. Good: Easy mixing, no bloating, high energy levels post consumption, great recovery.

Bad: Protein per scoop is only 18gm. Wish it was more. Taste. It’s been a week and now I’m accustomed to the taste considering this is the only drawback of having plant protein. Now while consuming plant protein, one must not expect taste to be a plus point in any way.

It can be difficult for people who consider this their first protein powder or even for those who are switching from Whey to Plant just like I did. So I suggest you take the sachets first to see if you can handle the taste for a week(once you get used to it then it won’t bother) Great product overall!.

Terra Origin Plant Protein in Chocolate is not my favorite thing. I do like that it is a plant based protein as is it fits my lifestyle. It is a bit clumpy and hard to dissolve, hot or cold, and it has a very overwhelming flavor, not quite Chocolate.

With that being said, it does work. I am willing to try another flavor, as soon as I finish the Chocolate.

Great product. I bought this at 10. 00 with free shipping to try Whey Protein. I was not disappointed. It came quickly in a huge container and tastes yummy. I use a couple of spoons in my smoothies and have been enjoying this product and would purchase again.

I buy the chocolate and the vanilla. The pouches dissolve great after a few shakes just like advertised. Honestly, its just nice and simple to throw one in and shake it up instead of measuring and having another spoon around and powder spill.

Two packets also shake up no problem if you are feeling extra protein needy or want more of a meal replacement. They taste great without really that fake sugar taste that is so common. I tend to use half milk and half water and it its great.

Nice having some easy to use lean protein with no sugar. Bottom line if you think this is a product you could like, you probably will like it.

It takes a lot to get me to recommend a product, so that should speak volumes in itself. This stuff is the REAL DEAL. Almost pure protein, no carb fillers. So 20g of protein for only 90 calories!?! And amazingly, this stuff tastes GOOD.

All the other protein powders I’ve tried always have that weird chalky flavor or you gotta mix it with 3 other things just to get it to be palatable. This is SO smooth and light, you can drink it straight on it’s own just with water.

The little packets are portable too. I haven’t played with one to see how hard you’d have to poke it to break it open accidentally, but it seems pretty sturdy. And I thought there’d be “pieces” you could taste when you shake it up, but it really does dissolve 100%.

Absolutely delicious, just like a vanilla or chocolate milkshake! My dad even loves them, and he had never met a protein powder that he liked! Super convenient to have in a pinch when on the go, dissolves effortlessly in like 30 shakes in a blender bottle.

No chunks either! Don’t recommend water tho, use almond/macadamia nut milk or regular milk. Much better taste. Can’t wait to try the strawberry once it’s restocked!.

A friend gave me a sample of Isopure and it has 25 grams of protein per 8 ounce serving plus all of your vitamins and minerals,. I add low fat milk to mine and Chia seeds for extra fiber. I stir it really well with a knife there still may be a few little clumps, but no worries.

Put it in a shaker bottle shake it well. I always make mine the night before and by morning there are literally no clumps left. I love the extra vitamins and minerals that are added in because it alleviates a vitamin pill in the morning.

 I really didn’t feel Like I was getting enough protein in my diet so I’m so glad that I found a nutritional shake that actually taste amazing. They offer many flavors but I always end up with a Dutch chocolate.

I buy the 3 pound size.  I buy mine at GNC  online because they are always offering coupons- at least 20% off and free shipping. A great morning shake to start off my day! That actually does taste great!!.

Isopure Low Carb is for Weight-loss. I cannot stress this enough. Get a performa shaker. (Amazon) Use 6-8 Oz of ice cold water or ice cold Almond milk(35c/s) per 32g scoop. Replace 2 meals with these shakes.

I have had 7 flavors and the only one I didn’t like was banana. I’ve lost 172lbs by changing my diet and doing light to moderate weight training. if you’re struggling to lose weight, this is a go to.

Portion control obviously is a must as well as reducing carb/sugar intake. I would be remiss in my advice if I didn’t tell you bluntly. You must make the change yourself and stick to it. Don’t give up, it takes time to get use to new things.

I’ve tried so many shakes but this one just slaps different. You will feel full longer even if you didn’t consume solids. curbs snacking and helps keep muscle definition. Speak with a doctor if you are doing a liquid diet.

Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off the horse. get back on the next day and keep trying. YOU can do it! Toasted coconut goes well w chocolate. strawberry and cream tastes light and fruity. the espresso is great in the am.

I was hesitant. I read the reviews & was still hesitant. I went ahead and ordered a small bag. I got about halfway through that 1-Lb bag and ordered the tub. There’s no funky after taste, it shakes well & blends perfectly.

I add some peanut butter to change it up but the flavor is better than Isagenix (minus the carbs too!). Pleasantly surprised. My son loves the Tahitian Vanilla no prefer the chocolate!.

I’ve used lots of protein powders over the years, but this is by far the best I’ve had! I love the variety of flavors and the versatility in using it (check out Diana’s recipe blog!). I just started ordering the individual packets because they travel whey (see what I did there 😉) better than the larger tub/bag.

I’ve brought it on vacation to make sure I get enough protein during the day, minimize spending, and something sweet to ward off any unhealthy food cravings.

I love this peanut butter chocolate flavor this has really helped me with my weight loss journey to curb sugar cravings. It’s hard it’s I’m so tempted , When I’m shopping at the grocery store & I see all the candy bars at the checkout aisle….

But knowing I can have that an ice cold chocolate peanut butter shake when I get home, saves me from the chocolate bar temptation.
