These have absolutely changed my life. The Be Calm patch was my last attempt at something natural before starting Daytana or another prescription for adult ADHD. I use one a day, stuck on within an hour of when I get up, and don’t take it off until bedtime routine.

Wow. this stuff is absolutely incredible!! I’ve been taking Anxie-T for several months now and can truly say without a doubt that it has worked wonders for me!! I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression my whole life, I’ve tried many SSRIs in the past and have unfortunately never benefit or had much luck with any of them.

Tastes horrible…I can’t take it

This is like my third time purchasing these products and I cant help but be overjoyed about them. Ive been focusing so much on getting my body and my mind right these past couple of years, st my lifestyle isnt just I need to eat healthy for a week and then I will be ok its, I eat healthy daily and exercise my body and mind because it feels good and its good for me too.

Ive transitioned more to vegan or products that have very little ingredients in them, that really help your body overall. Add to that, the stressors and anxieties of everyday that in trying to combat by not giving in and using substances; nor have I been taking my medication the doctor prescribed because it just doesnt suit me.

I haven’t been taking this long enough to do a total review, but here is what I have noticed. I have been taking it before I go out to feed all the animals on our farm. I take it about 20 minutes prior to heading out.

Capsules are average size but a better form then powder so I can remember to take them daily. Finished the bottle and very impressed! They enabled me to calm a bit of my anxiety, stress, fear, and masking/stimming just in time for my solo Europe trip of three weeks.

I don’t think I’ve taken Real Chill long enough to give a proper review (two weeks). I’ve been taking Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg, & Real Chill has much less Magnesium. When I take before bed, I go to sleep within an hour, but still wake up within three hours, but that’s normal for me with regular Magnesium & Potassium.

I always take Potassium with Magnesium because they work together better than alone. There was no information on when to take Real Chill—before bed, or in the morning. I like the concept of Real Chill, but haven’t yet seen a significant improvement in my sleep quality yet.

I have just finished my second jar of Calm Sweet Calm and I am ready to repurchase. Usually, I am guilty of being someone who doesn’t take their supplements consistently as I find it a difficult habit to get into.

As these are chewable and are disguised as a sweet treat, I have kept them on my desk and have always remembered to take them. I do think that they work in helping me manage some of the effects of stress, so I will keep taking them.

This was recommended to me by a naturopath years ago. I take it periodically and occasionally several a day if required. It does help reduce anxiety and also a lot of chaotic input.

My son was diagnosed with Type I diabetes on his 17th birthday and began taking two kinds of insulin (a minimum of 4 shots per day). A few months later I took him to a Naturopath who recommended Alpha GTF.

Three months later he had cut back to Lantus one time per day. Another three months later his A1C was so low that his MD ordered blood work to verify that he was still diabetic. Alpha GTF by Priority One is fantastic for controlling diabetes.

You probably need to talk to a Naturopath to determine the best way to add Alpha GTF to your regimen especially if you have difficulty controlling highs and lows.

The product itself isn’t bad, it does help with everyday stress. However the bottle I got had expired 4 months prior to the date I had it shipped. Not sure if it has lost potency but I should have been shipped a fresher bottle.

I am a 45 year old mother of three vivacious boys. Well, I say boys but they are now 22, 20, and 14. I work in a doctors office and he noticed my eyes one day. He said “Come here(looking closely at me)”and said “Emily do you feel weak or tired? I take this blend of herbs reg, just was looking for this blend that was a lil easier on the stomach, figured id try vitamin shoppe. It increased my anxiety 10 mins after taking it and I had a panic attack for no reason.

I think its the added stuff in it. There shouldnt be holy basil, lavender, sichuan pepper, ginger root, black pepper or habenero pepper in it. What is that supposed to do?Holy basil acts as a stimulant as is sichuan pepper, habenero is used to weight management, and ginger and black pepper are used for digestion.

Lavender is used to headaches but shouldnt be blended with herbs as strong as 5htp, and ashwanga. When taking an anti anxiety the last thing I want is to feel my heart racing while my mind is numb. This causes panic attacks.

DONT BUY THIS.

I tried this out to help with my anxiety. First off this tastes gross or at least to me it does. Very turned off by it. I tried to use this a few times before I reviewed to make sure how I felt about it but sadly to me this doesn’t work.

In fact I would like to note for people who do want to try it that for me it actually ends up giving me anxiety headaches when I do use it. I do slightly cringe panic when I drink it though because of the extremely unpleasant taste.

If I knew it tasted this bad I would have never bought it to begin with but since I did cannot return it I tried to give it a legit try. I do not notice any change in myself feeling calmer when using this in fact have side effects feel worse with this so I will not be buying this again.

I will note that I am new to these ingredients so if you usually like these types of ingredients I’d say give it a try. Different things work for different people. This one happen to not agree with me.

24 yeas ago I woke up with sudden onset of panic attacks and anxiety out of nowhere. This was back before people talked about this for fear you were going crazy. We didn’t have the internet the way it is now to research.

I am not taking any medication for it but since I received this free bottle and tried a capsule for the first time, I felt very relaxed and was able to control any effects of stress or my anxiety. I am very happy that it is drug- free, promotes calm focus and relaxation which is great for me.

These really seemed to help stabilize my anxiety and I wasn’t worrying as much about things I can’t control. I noticed I was calmer and more joyful with my children and I wanted to interact more with them and didn’t disassociate and check out or anything like that.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these stress and anxiety capsules, but I am glad I gave them a shot. First off, they are a good quality product. I didn’t mind the size of them but they are a little on the larger size.

They are easy to swallow, though. They have a little taste to them but they aren’t bad. You should take 4 of them each day to get the full effect too. The main thing I like about these, is that they are full of vitamins and minerals and not things that are bad for you.

I suffer from anxiety and stress so these were a welcome product. They seem to help pretty fast too which I like. I will have to keep taking them to see if they keep helping. I do recommend these to people who suffer from anxiety and stress.

You should at least give them a shot and see if they help you too. You won’t regret at least trying them out. Pros: quality, effectiveness Cons: none so far.

Life. Saving. For ten years, I have had doctors diagnosing me with different things-everywhere from schizophrenia to anxiety. Little did I know, that all I needed was a serotonin boost. Serotonin is a hormone that impacts your entire body.

I found this at my neighborhood Walgreens store. It had a coupon so I thought why not. I’ve been struggling with many mood disorders for years and do not like taking 20 pills a day. Plus a few years ago I had yet another diagnose of lupus and fibromyalgia meaning even more pills.

So I have been trying to find something natural to take a lot of the pills away. This pill has helped me a lot. I have a stressful job ( at times) and my own business. I only have one problem it is so expensive.

And is never really ever stocked. I found an off-brand of it through my otc mail order site I’m going to try. I used the time-released tabs. So will see how it goes.
