20 Best Waterproof Watches For Women (2023 Updated)

I bought one of these via Amazon- it failed in 5 weeks, with water getting into it. Yes, I had it in the water, but that was the point. Amazon directed me to this site for return, and this site redirected me to Amazon.

I like the look and feel of the watch, but getting the date and time changed was difficult, and I could not re-set the year, so I ended up having to set it at something like year 2052 to get the date and day of the week to match up.

Also, I got the silver, but once this website realized I was trying to initiate a return, it would not let me back to review it. Sorry Armitron, but I am going back to Timex.

I bought this watch around 1. 5 yrs ago and it’s still working great. I like the size and the watch features. The battery has been good the whole time. It has also tolerated swimming and showering which is great.

My only complaint is that the band has turned a nasty purple brown after wearing it everyday, all day for so long. Would recommend getting a different color if possible.

The watch is super cute! I bought it for my 8 year old daughter. It’s digital and will light up if you push a button. The package said water resistant. It stopped lighting up the digital numbers the 4th day she had it.

I’m wondering if it wasn’t a new battery. I’m going to exchange it and try another because everything about it was perfect. I will try to update after we try a new one.

I am amazed by how well-made and affordable this watch is. It’s larger than I’m used to but in a good way. Its gold face and details with the pink strap makes for an understated arm candy. You can dress it up for office by pairing it with similar metal bracelets or you can go casual and layer it with gemstones or by itself.

It’s flattering, beautiful and affordable. You can also tell it’s built to last and it keeps accurate time.

I had a white Kensington watch years ago that I wore til it died and was unrepairable! I was so excited to see Nixon come out with a white Kensington again. It is a great everyday watch as well as dressy enough for evening wear.

I sold a watch I had owned for over 40 years and was going to use my cell phone as my “watch”. Well, after having a regular watch for that long, I just couldn’t get used to using the cell phone and decided to buy another watch.

I like to research things on the computer and finding a new watch was no exception. What I wanted in a new watch was: low price/keeps good time/water resistant/easy to read the numbers and an all around beater (one that, if something happened to it, could be replaced easily).

This watch fit every category I mentioned above. The price was great (under $25). I have had the watch now for 3 weeks and, because it is quartz, it keeps perfect time. The reason I know that is I set it using the www.

time. gov site and it is within 2 seconds from when I set it 3 weeks ago. It is water resistant to 100m which means I can leave it on all the time and not worry if I get it wet washing my hands or washing the car or jumping in a swimming pool.

I’m not going to go diving the Great Barrier Reef, but I bet it could handle snorkeling too! The face of the watch has easy to read numbers, which I like, as well as a day and date function which (if you read the directions correctly) is very easy to set.

In addition to that, the bezel is unidirectional and that is a nice feature to have also. The band is rubber based and I actually don’t sweat with it on like I thought I might. In fact, the watch isn’t heavy at all – so it won’t weigh your wrist down like some other diver type watches will do.

All in all, I am very impressed with the watch and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, inexpensive diver style watch.

I love my new Tissot watch. The face is white and big enough to see easily snd it has a second hand. The numbers are black which makes them easy to see too. Tissot is Swiss made and I hope it will last for a long time.

I loved this watch. I wore it for approximately two years before it stopped working. It is my understanding that it needs to be sent to a Tissot repair center at a minimum cost of 120. 00. I can’t decide if this is the path to take or should I just purchase a different brand of watch.

I was looking for a lovely keepsake to celebrate anniversary (40). This hit the spot. It was offered at a good price – I would have liked to know it was a return or open box. It would have been helpful to be asked for a wrist measurement so it could have been adjusted to fit out of the box.

I will take it to a local jeweller for adjustment.

I love the color scheme (that subtle blue!) and the size of the watch face. I haven’t been wearing it long, and while it’s mostly comfortable, there are some things my former watch (not Armitron) had that I wish this one did.

When it comes to the loop that holds the end of the strap flush to the watch, my old one had a nob that connected to the end of the strap. It wasn’t perfect but I do notice that without it, the strap becomes untucked a bit more often.

I also liked how my old watch was a stiffer material, so it fit almost like a bangle bracelet rather than conforming to my skin, which meant less pressure on my wrist. However, it’s possible that 1) the material of this watch will last longer than my former one (that watch made it about 2.

5 years before cracking), 2) I will get used to the feeling of this watch and it won’t bother me in a few weeks. I think this watch is a great fashion- and budget-conscious pick for a digital watch, but it may not be the one for you if you are sensitive to little things like I am.

I considered returning it, but my old one was cracked badly enough, and the price point was good enough, that I’ve kept the watch.

It took me forever to getting around to doing this review but I wanted to share my experience. This watch was so pretty and the perfect size for what I wanted. It just sucks that it didn’t last but a couple months.

The battery died I guess… I still have it and I’ve even thought to but it on just cause it looks so cute, but it felt like a reminder that I wasted money on something I had saved for. Really love the idea, just wish I didn’t have to be responsible for a battery replacement so soon.

Hopefully I get around to replacing the battery, it’s a beautiful watch in my opinion.

The watch itself – a replacement of the same model some 10-years old – is just what I expected: sturdy [thick], easy to read by day or night, keeping time well, no-fuss. I’d give it 4 stars. The strap, however, would get only 1 star: it is too short, it’s lined with synthetic, not leather, it has been stuffed to give it a plump appearance that stiffens it and makes the ’embossed leather’ of the top more likely to crack and break.

A great disappointment from the simple, flat, thin, all-leather strap of my previous watch. Also, the excessive packaging is shamefully non-ecological: a thick, hard plastic ‘presentation display’ with the instructions/warranty nestled inside [and very hard to fish out], put inside a box with 3 layers of cardboard, inside a plastic envelope.

Streamline your packaging and choose bio-degradable materials, please! I purchased my second Timex ladies watch in 2. 5 years. The first one died after a little over 2 years. Just stopped working altogether one day. I thought it a fluke and purchased another, very similar style which was this one.

It began keeping time intermittently after only 2 months. I am in my 60s, so not so active that I am hard on watches. Neither do I get them wet and remove them before anything messy. Timex used to be the brand to buy for a watch that lasted a long time.

No more. I was told that I could send it in for warranty work. By the time I package them up and pay for repairs, it costs 1/3 of a new watch, which given this history, does not seem worth it. Sorry Timex–You had a chance at a returning loyal buyer.

I bought this watch because I wanted a wind-up, and was surprised it came with batteries. So oh well but it’s a great watch. It took me a while to review it because I live out in the boondocks (which is why I wanted a watch without batteries) and had to find someone who could make the expansion band smaller; I wish I could do that myself.

I have a Timex watch from the 1950s with a metal buckling band you can adjust and I prefer that band. However. This watch is accurate, dependable, easy to read, what more could you ask for. It says it has a luminous dial and it doesn’t but that’s OK.

The product was sturdy, and did exactly what it needed to do. It was missing one of the dowel wood pieces that help hold it together. I happen to have one in the garage that I used. That was the only thing negative I can say about the product.

They need to ship a extra parts package as well. This would have solved my problem. Good product, and lots of fun.

This watch is so comfortable to wear. I have it in pink, blue and white. I don’t notice it’s on my wrist. Keeps perfect time. The rose gold on the dial and mother of pearly face are so pretty. The extra circle is kind of retro…I have a little wrist but looks great- perfect size.

After having problems with an allergic reaction to the case backing of my former favorite watch from a designer, I remembered that my very first watch as a teenager, one that I wore for 13 consecutive years without any reaction or problem, was a Bulova.

Then, I noticed this sleek Bulova watch online. The face on this watch is more of a metallic stainless steel color with it’s intricate wavy design, than a grey face. The watch links and case around the face are of a very high reflective polish, and the sapphire crystal is a wonderful plus.

The watch design is architectural, refined, and bold, yet not too bold. I was concerned that the watch face might be too large and overwhelming on my 6 1/2″ wrist, having ordered this watch sight unseen, but it definitely isn’t.

This watch is the perfect scale for my wrist. It is fabulous!.

I used to live in San Diego, and, man, I loved it (Not the traffic, but pretty much everything else). Now I live in Montana, which I also love, and which has mountains, and clean air, and beautiful sunrises.

No ocean, though, and that’s a drag. I used to wear a Superhero SS, and one of the reasons I loved it so much was because when I got too homesick for Cali, I could just punch a button and check out high tide at Pacific Beach or Swami’s.

Eventually, though, the old Superhero gave up the ghost, and Nixon couldn’t fix it. They recommended the Base Tide Pro, so I picked one up – black & sky blue – and after wearing it for a week or so, I totally, totally dig it.

First off, it’s light. It’s kind of like wearing a ghost on your wrist. I loved the Superhero, but that thing was heavy, and I never forgot it was on my arm. The B. T. P. is full-sized, but the case and band are plastic and rubber – RECYCLED OCEAN PLASTIC (which is cool) – and super comfortable on my wrist.

The backlight is bright and is a cool shade of blue that perfectly complements the watch, and the numbers are large and easy to read. It’s also easy and intuitive to set, but if you DO have issues, there’s a pretty clear set of instructions and about a million youtube videos showing how.

Feature-wise, the Base Tide Pro has 550 locations set into its tide table, along with sunrise and sunset times. It also has a stopwatch, and an alarm (with a loud – but not TOO loud – tone), both of which are simple to use.

Here’s what I do, on the early mornings when I’m able to get away: I hike somewhere high – somewhere where there’s an unobstructed view to the southwest – and I check my watch. When it’s sunrise in San Diego, I raise my waterbottle and toast the Dawn Patrol, out there on their boards 1300 miles away, waiting for that first wave.

I love Montana, but sometimes I miss San Diego so much it hurts. The Base Tide Pro softens that ache a little bit, and wearing it reminds me that the water’s always there, waiting for me.

It’s a really pretty watch, with good build quality. Ideal for workwear or casual purpose. One suggestion for Titan – invest in developing in app. Because the mobile site is not that good, and barely anyone online shops on the desktop nowadays.

I bought this watch as a gift for my husband and it ruined what was suppose to be a great gift. I believe it came with a dead battery and I can’t do anything to it. I charged it with the cable and nothing is happening so now I guess I have to go through the hassle to return it or see if I find a store open which sucks because I was trying to stay out of the store do to COVID.

The watch is beautiful but nothing works not even when I charge so I am not sure what is the point of charging it. I am not sure if it came broken or if it the battery. Also it did not bring me any instruction as to how to set up the watch.

This is a beautiful and subtly sophisticated Movado. The larger and thicker face make this a fine update of the traditional watch and the multi colored crystals around the edge of the face complete the elegant style.

I had never heard of this company before and was just looking for a nice Olivia burton watch for my daughter. I am thrilled with this watch. The strap is a beautiful soft dove grey colour and the silver lace pattern on the dial looks really feminine over the mother of pearl dial. It goes well with lots of different outfits and it feels really well made and looks expensive.

I bought it during the sale so it was very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this as a gift. Delivery and customer service was also excellent.

Bought the Olivia Burton with the black strap for a friend’s birthday. My daughter bought me one with a bee on it and it is a lovely watch (more expensive of course) so thought our friend might also like an Olivua Burton as they are lovely and stylish.

However, this one is somewhat smaller than my one and much lighter. It is a very nice watch though and suited our friend’s thin wrist very well. She was really pleased with it.

I wanted a simple but stylish watch and this is just right. A nice color and size for my smallish wrist. It’s a great price also, and I’ll buy here again.

I recently bought this watch from a high street retailer in the UK, and even after a few days, I have a lot to say about it. Firstly, this watch is absolutely fantastic. I love the colourway of the watch, the fluorescent yellow really makes it stand out.

Having a black screen with white text also makes it much more readable compared to other digital watches on the market, and overall the watch just feels really sturdy and well-built. The watch is also water resistant up to 200 metres (20 bar) which is amazing.

I’m not the kind of person to wear watches in water, but it’s good to know that the watch can easily survive in water. The light on the watch is also very bright, and easily visible during night time.

By default, it only stays on for 1. 5 seconds, but thus can be adjusted to 3 seconds in the G-Shock app. In terms of features, this watch is packed with them. It has a step counter, activity tracker, stopwatch, and it also has the ability to link up with a smartphone via Bluetooth and receive notifications.

However, this is where one of the problems begins. The Bluetooth connection on the watch. really isn’t that great. For instance, it will sometimes ‘disconnect’ from Bluetooth, and you have to re-connect it again, and sometimes this takes multiple attempts because it fails multiple times.

For a device of this price, this shouldn’t be happening. Once it’s paired, it should stay paired permanently without sometimes losing connection (for instance, after being left at night when you aren’t wearing it).

Also, the notification feature could do with some work. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fantastic feature to have, but there’s no way of controlling which notifications you get and which ones you don’t. As a result, you get notifications for EVERYTHING, and it gets really annoying after a while.

So this is something that needs to be looked into for future updates. Finally, I do feel that the £139 price tag for this watch is a tad bit steep. Somewhere in the range of £80-100 would’ve been far more respectable considering the type of watch it is and what’s on offer.

Overall, I would give this watch a very respectable 8. 5/10. It’s a really good watch, especially for fitness, but the issues it does have are relatively significant. Still, I would genuinely recommend this watch for anybody who is looking for a modern, sturdy digital watch.

little annoying things, like not being able to set the date DD/MM/YYYY but only YYYY/MM/DD. To use phone finder function you have to: long press A(1), scroll trough options press A 5 times at least, select phone finder B(7), scroll to activate function C or A(8), and then finally select the function itself B(9) 1 long press and other 8 buttons? i’d rather look around thanks.

Same for notifications long press A scroll select …10 buttons minimum. Airplane mode not selectable from the app so you have to guess what press other 10 buttons on the watch. Auto light doesn’t really recognise the outside illumination and will turn on every time you tilt your wrist.

No power saving option available or deactivate bluetooth, No solar recharge (i don’t understand why) no battery level access on the watch or app. Once bluetooth disconnect (and happens quite often) you have to long press A again and scroll to options to find timekeeping and then select bluetooth time which is not really immediate.

But still really good looking watch, strong as always, i would appreciate a bit more short cuts even because the long press function applies to only 1 of the 5 buttons present, if you long press the others they won’t do anything.

Comfortable fit, lightweight, good wrist presence. Nice “caramac” colour. The watch is really impact resistant – it’s a G-Shock & has water resistance to 200m. Who is this for? People who may travel – world time.

Sporty people – stopwatch & countdown timer. Young people – G-Shock have great appeal. People who want a watch that is tough, light & feature filled. There are opportunities to mod your watch with new buckles, bullbars or metal kits.

A G-Shock is a no brainer, I have at least eight. Totally recommended.
