Sinon tient bien en place, lisible, et pochette pratique pour une paire de lunettes et/ou un badge de télépéages ou un petit objet. Par contre c’est un peu gros mais il faut faire avec, car le choix du modèle n’est pas vaste.

I seldom submit reviews and I’ve never given any product a poor one, but this product is so frustrating that I feel compelled to do so. I apologize for the length, but I don’t want other customers to repeat my mistake.

Although the basic SP Connect concept is great, this particular product fails because only the slimmest smartphone cases fit in it (which is particularly maddening because it’s called a “Universal” Phone Clamp).

The product description makes it clear that the maximum phone/case width that the clamp can secure is 82 mm, but what the product description does NOT make clear is that the maximum phone/case THICKNESS in order for the phone to be secured is 11 mm, something I learned from painful experience.

11 mm is quite slim, and for a case that’s specifically designed to be rugged and protective — the type of case that I assume most active SP Connect users such as bicyclists and motorcyclists would prefer — a thickness of 11 mm or less is quite rare.

I have now tried seven popular cases for my iPhone 11 Pro by manufacturers including Otterbox, Presidio, Urban Armor Gear, Smartish, and Spigen, and none of them fit securely in SP Connect’s allegedly Universal Phone Clamp.

Extremely frustrating. (Note: I don’t want to use SP Connect’s phone case because I’ve also learned from painful experience that a case without a more raised bezel will not offer the protection I need.

).

I have both the Universal phone clamp and several SP Connect phone cases that I strictly use for mountain biking. I really liked the universal phone clamp because I didn’t have to constantly swap out cases, plus my generic, bright red silicone phone case is WAY easier to find on the ground and in leaves than the black SP Connect case when the phone fell off in a crash.

However, this universal mount hasn’t lasted nearly as long as the SP connect phone case. Their phone case lasted 3 years and 30+ crashes on the bike. The Universal clamp has only lasted 8 months and 4 crashes.

Very lame. It’s like they are using a more brittle plastic for the tabs on the mount’s center because they just broke off. If i were designing this stuff, I would have the that center post replaceable on all of their products so that I’m not throwing out a perfectly good phone clamp or case.

Blah- I’m actually really bummed about this thing breaking! I really enjoyed using it otherwise!.

Pros: Holds phone securely, quick and easy to use, Quality Metal tightening screw. Quality made. Cons: The clamp mold was designed for a phone with no case for best fit. was hoping to use with my OtterBox phone case ( I phone 11 pro) but does not fit, not wide enough or the right pattern to fit my iPhone with a phone case.

would fit iPhone perfectly by itself without phone case. I also purchased the SP phone case which also does not fit well in the sp clamp even though the clamp is not needed with the case, that’s just how I wanted to use it.

But it make sense to me that The SP phone case should fit nicely in the SP clamps. even know they was designed to use separately they should be designed to be used together as well. Overall good product.

But could use some tweaking.

There is too much at the base of the handlebars (clutch cable, gas tank proximity) for the upper loops to mount the bag. The backbone of the MC is covered with the gas tank and dash. This prevents the lower loop from being used at all.

Stop advertising your product as a MC case. It is useless for MC But then again, it’s another product from chyna that has 0 thought behind it. Sell it for bicycles, that’s all it’s worth for.

I love this item. I use this a lot. Very nice to be able to operate your phone while in this case. I dont have to worry about losing my phone out of my pocket anymore. Plus I love the extra storage for my keys, and wallet.

Fits nice on my bike. Isnt in the way of anything. Great item. Highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys biking as we do.

Looks great. Fits OK on the bike. My goose Nick doesn’t allow the bottom strap to fit well. But besides that very good. Touch screen Works great. It is waterproof. And there is a pocket underneath for keys or sunglasses.

Are using it everyday and is great for writing and watching the map or a show or listening to music.

Holds the phone(iPhone X) snugly on the rod so you can view easily when reeling in the sonar. It holds it too when casting, something I was worried about, but I haven’t tried a full blooded cast to hit the 100m yet.

I usually go for around 70-80m and it holds the phone for that ok.

It dose the job. Im using Nash Dwarf es rods so have small diameter. But I can cast and not worry that my iPhone will fall off. Only issue is it covers up the Corners of the phone. I use a iPhone X but you have to move the bits in the Corners if you change the settings.

If you got a deeper pro or chrip. I recommend this item.

It definitely puts the phone in an easier to view location, and makes moving about easy. However, it’s not secure enough to the rod to keep it from spinning around and catching your line as it goes out on moderate to long casts.

I purchased this to mount my new iPhone XR on the handlebar of my road bike. The mount fits well on a fairly narrow handle bar. While I like the option of adding a light to the bottom, I actually have it mounted backwards so the phone sits right on the stem.

Puts the phone closer and rides very solid. The case is a nice size, not as bulky as my old Rokform, so it fits in my pocket well for everyday carrying. The phone cover came with a “desk stand” tool to prop it up on my desk.

I ordered a second one because if the disk on the back of the case is in the wrong position when you attempt to attach it, there is no way to turn the disk, the tool is essential. While this may be considered a problem, it speaks well to the solid connection between the phone case and the mount.

I’ve only used it a couple of times, but I’m very pleased with the way it fits and how it looks. I purchased an SP vent mount for the car from Amazon since I often rent and don’t always have apple play in the car.

Finally, I had to contact SP to get an extra desk stand and the customer service was simply outstanding. I’m very pleased with the SP cover and handle bar mount.

was happy with the product until the phone dropped off the mount going over a small bump in the road and cracked the screen. then two weeks later and again just cycling on a main raod the phone came out of the rubber case itself and smashed the phone beyond repair.

so now i have to buy a new phone. could not be less happy!!.

We just bought 2 cases for our phones, a universal mount, 2 vent mounts and a handlebar mount. My husband uses the handlebar mount on his road bike and is very happy. The function is awesome and it is very durable.

I use the universal mount on our baby stroller and love it. While walking with my baby girl I can now easily use my phone. The vent mount works great in our cars. Overall, a really great product and i highly reccomend it.

I’ve never been more satisfied with a phone mount. it’s downright perfect!! strong, sturdy, highly protective. the moment you mount your phone you can feel it, this phone ain’t going anywhere, it’s never gonna fall, it’s staying on, and you can go on and drive with confidence and assurance.

The phone poncho is everything, such a simple solution for rain and stuff, yet so effective!!! my previous “anti-rain” mount cases were everything but. rain was pressing everything on my phone, routes were being cancelled, apps were getting opened and closed, but not the poncho, with the poncho, no matter how hard it rains, the screen won’t even dare to budge, and when it comes to me pressing on my phone, under the rain, all my touches were recognized.

The sensitivity is perfect, catches your touches, never the rain, i love the poncho!! not a drop entered my phone, and i love that it has a protective back piece also for the camera. you guys really thought of everything, to the smallest details, it shows!! and you deserve a pat on the back for this, and massive success for this.

because it really is perfect. I’ve put so much money on countless of different types of phone mounts, absolutely none can compete with QUAD LOCK. QUAD LOCK is on a whole other level, different page in the book, different book even.

Costs more than any other phone mount, but lemme tell you something, you get what you pay for, and the QUAD LOCK? it’s worth every single penny i paid for.

Overall I’m very pleased with the mount. I looked at a number of mounts before finally deciding. I bought both a handlebar mount and a ram fixing together for two motor cycles, I also got the anti vibration fittings and colour coded release lever.

I have tried them out on both motorcycles, BMW GS ram mount and a HD Softail handlebar mount and I’m pleased with both. The phone fits securely and is vibration free, particularly on the Harley. I do have two gripes though.

Firstly, the items are very expensive (especially the different colour release lever, a choice that could be included in the price) and since they are made of a plastic composite I’m sceptical that they with last however, if they do have longevity then that’s fine and worth it.

Secondly, I find attaching the case to the mount extremely difficult, I have to mess around for ages to get it to lock in place. It’s the same on both mounts so I don’t think there is a fault. It’s probably just me and hopefully I’ll get used to the mechanism with more use.

Having bought 3 or 4 of these in the past for the same phone I thought it would be straight forward! How wrong I was-the new quad case came and was obviously a lot tighter than previous cases so much so it smashed/cracked my screen protector? Lucky I had a spare so put the new protector on tried again and it smashed it again! Thinking it was me I went and bought a third new screen protector and got my wife to put the case on and had same results! 3 broken screen protectors, I emailed customer services and eventually got a response saying they had slightly changed the size of the cases recently and would be a tighter fit and appx 2mm extra overhang onto screen, and suggested I buy from Them a screen protector specificity designed (2mm) smaller to allow the case to be squeezed on! Another £20 plus p and p 😡no mention of this on the website when buying my case- was also told they would update web site to state this for future customers but this still hasn’t been done.

So disappointed with the attitude and customer service especially as I’ve spent hundreds over previous years! Not happy and won’t use again as many alternatives now on the market!.
