We got tired of replacing water filters constantly for our drinking water but we did not wanted to go into individual water bottles because our children would just leave them all over the house and it would take a lot of space in our fridge plus it is not a responsible option for our environment.

Our Primo (top loading) water dispenser was the perfect answer to our issues, and it even provided a few pluses that we had not even thought about. It fits perfectly in our kitchen; it is also child proof which was a big plus.

The installation was DIY and was super easy, we anchored ours to the wall for security. The dispenser itself is light so its easy to move (without the water, of course). We were thrilled when we found out that refilling the 5 gallon bottle is less than $1! Primo has a locator which makes very easy to find the closest location that has their water refill stations.

One of the best parts is that we get the choice for cold or hot water! That was one of those unexpected extras that we find using a lot. The hot water is hot enough for chocolate, noodles and similar; it also has child safety for it.

If you are wondering, the dispenser is quiet. Oh, and it includes a coupon for free water (one time use). Overall, we have not found any issues at all, if anything we keep finding ways to enjoy it more.

Tip: dispense a few glasses of water before enjoying your 1st glass, it will make a difference in the taste (same process when as when you change a water filter).

I never thought i would ever own or needed a Primo Top Loading Water Dispenser, bt they are so handy & convenient. I love that it dispenses both cold & hot water! Providing the coldest & hottest water.

So whatever type of hydration u need just pick which one push the button & fill up! Love the color black. Has LED lights too. Easy push button controls. Just had to buy a 5 gallon of water, which i almost forgot about.

This water dispenser is a great asset to our life. The box was large and heavy but very easy to unpack. When I cut the ties the box just lifted off the cooler. Installation was so easy that our teenage daughter did it by herself.

First you plug it in. Then open the cabinet door on the bottom and place a 5 gallon water jug inside. You need to attach it to the pump. No need to lift heavy water bottles anymore. It dispenses hot, cold, and room temperature water.

We use it to make hot tea and also to fill cold bottles of water for our workouts. No fuss or mess ever. The machine is black and stainless steel. It has an attractive look. It fits nicely in our kitchen and matches the decor.

I purchased this Brio water dispenser for home use after reading many reviews. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’m happy with my purchase. The water is instantly cold or hot. It’s no louder than the noises my new refrigerator makes.

It’s small and it’s really easy to load the water. It was “shipped” within 24 hours and it took a little over a week to get from California to Michigan. I will say the downside is that they ship with FedEx.

FedEx seems to be very rough with their packages and unfortunately when I unboxed my dispenser it was dented on the side. Brio could have packaged the dispenser to withstand the shipping with more padding or foam.

Upon unpacking the dispenser I immediately called Brio customer service and they offered me a 10% discount for the damage. Of course I would have preferred that it came flawless, but I do also understand that things happen out.

Like I said, overall I’m happy.

It has been one year since I bought the AquaTru from Water & Wellness. I was pretty confident at the time – based on certified test results and recommendations from others – that the AquaTru would produce pure, clean water.

And that it does. I had forgotten how good truly clean water tasted like. I’m knocking it down one star because the unit had some minor leakage from the dispensing button (just recently started). It appears the spring is not fully reloading so that after getting a drink, it drips on the counter a bit.

If I release the dispenser button fast enough, it resets properly. A small complaint when all is said and done, as Water & Wellness is willing to send me a new dispenser (unit comes in three pieces – fill tank, filter unit and dispenser) as it’s just at the one-year mark for the warranty.

And you can always buy a replacement dispenser unit at a reasonable price from them if outside of warranty.

Coming from a Berkey I really wanted to love this product however it was very disappointing. Also important to note if you try to return this product they do not cover shipping. This unit will cost you $80-100 to ship back to them.

Customer service does not care and they even know this product is not worth what its selling for. Important things to note:- They do not refund shipping if you for not liking this product and shipping it back to them.

Will cost you 80-100 to ship back. – Super expensive with cheap plastic components- Waste water. ( you will constantly be notified to remove the waste water which will be almost half full. Its a house of two and we have to dump and refill 2-3 times a day.

– Water was giving us a headache- Filters are questionable.

This is a great water filter! Filters out more contaminants than most other RO units. It’s great to have on the countertop where it’s portable and easily dispenses water into your glass or. A regeneration feature would be nice, especially in areas where the water contains more minerals.

The units should be sold with the de-scaling kit for this reason. I have 3 of these units at the moment and plan to give 2 to family. The filters are easy to replace and not horribly expensive for how long they last.

They could use a bit larger water reservoir, seems like we are constantly filling, but we use this water for most everything. A parts schematic would be useful so you can repair or replace parts yourself.

They are quiet. The clean water reservoir can be removed and place in the refrigerator. The screen let’s you know which filter needs replacement with aa light and number. Make sure to read the manual before use to avoid issues/problems.

Overall we have enjoyed our Aqua Tru RO system.

I am so impressed with this cooler! I researched water coolers units for three days before I decided on this one, yes I’m a bit obsessive about getting just the right features but also getting a product that has good reviews so research takes me a while.

Of course I was still apprehensive because of the negative reviews that stated the buttons being hard to push or the cooler being noisy, or that there was a plastic taste. Let me tell you that every single cooler that I researched had these same comments but this one had so may positives as well as reviews stating the wonderful customer service that I decided to go with it.

I have been using it for almost a week now, and I have about two inches of water left in my first bottle, I absolutely love it. Unboxing and setup was super easy. At first I was disappointed that I had tiny scratches on the stainless door until I realized that it had a film that you have to peel off after set up.

I installed the water bottle turned it on and let it do its thing for an hour then came back to super cold and super hot water. My thermometer read 40 degrees on the cold and 190 on the hot which is colder than stated, my fridge water is 60 degrees so the temperatures make me very happy.

My buttons are easy to push and even though the water doesn’t dispense as fast as my fridge it’s not bad. My main concern when purchasing beside the longevity which only time will tell was how noisy this unit would be, well it was not what I expected at all, this thing is quiet! My tiny wine fridge makes way more compressor noise than this cooler.

I also read complaints about the noise the pump makes pulling the water up, well that is no big deal either, I think that people who experience that issue are not seating the bottle properly and letting the lines lie against the side of the bottle.

I also read in negatives the cold isn’t cold or the hot doesn’t work but if you read the instructions and do the set up step by step there shouldn’t be an issue. One of the last processes in set up is to turn on the buttons for hot and cold on the back of the machine.

I’m only speculating that people do not turn those on then feel the features don’t work. Lastly I only have one complaint, I wish the unit was taller. I see that I can purchase a 10 inch base to raise the height which 10 inches would be perfect but they are asking almost $80 for it.

This riser is black plastic and although a great idea, I feel like that is some serious price gouging. I am restating that I have only had this a week but all in all I couldn’t be more pleased. I purchased this unit from Amazon so I hope to upload a video review there soon to show how quiet this really is.

We love this unit. I got it from a big box hardware store as a complimentary review product. Loved it then, love it more now. We have well water, so having filtered hot and cold water is great. The hot side, which generates 180 deg F water for tea or cocoa, is used daily.

Its got a built-in ozone self clean option, or you can do a deep clean with powdered citric acid (sold everywhere, good for dishwahers, too. ). This later option requires removing the top and the sealed lid of the stainless steel water tank inside.

Not difficult. Filters last a full year for us. Ours is an older model with a single filter. Newer models have a 2nd charcoal filter. So, thats an improvement. Filters are readily available. After a whole house repipe, we learned our Avalon is “idiot proof” too.

We had no cold or hot water post repipe, and couldnt get it working. The plumbers had partially drained it, then forgot to turn the tiny shutoff valve back on. Once we found that valve closed, there was joyful gurgle sounds, and the internal compressor kicked on.

So, Avalon was smart enough to install safety switches internally to prevent damage in this kind of low water situation. There’s also a safety switch in the bottom sitting in a tiny plastic sump that shuts off the unit if there’s a leak.

So glad we have this unit.

I have never had a built in water Dispenser until now and I love it! The installing process of this product was fairly easy and took about and hour and half and 3 experienced people to install. We are now drinking water five times more than we were before we installed this water dispenser and the water is very fresh tasting! It’s great being able to walk up and place my water bottle under the spout and it automatically turns on the water.

My kids are always in a hurry and have found getting fresh cold water is faster than getting any drink and our now enjoying more water and keeping them hydrated! I thought this might draw weird attention to the wall in my kitchen but it doesnt and it actual looks very nice built into the wall.

We have been using this water dispenser at least 5 times a day over the last three weeks and have not a single gle problem or issue come up. Once installed this is very simple to use.

Literally the worst installation design. An attachment goes on you sink spout (so you lose your sink spout) and replaces it with a horrible, cheap adapter spout. Then you have a water tube running from your sink spout to wherever you place the filter.

The tube comes directly from the side of the adapter so it’s inconvenient and out of place and looks horrible. Didn’t even connect it, returned it right away. Who wants to lose my sink spout and have an awkward ugly water tub running off the side of my sink spout?.

I just got this filter and installed it quickly and very easily. The water taste so much better than it used to. I hate the taste of regular tap water but this filter makes it taste just like the water from the water dispensing machines, which I enjoy.

HOWEVER it leaks. After I turn off the water i still get drops of water coming out of the spout. One star knocked off for that. Yes, I turned off the water and turned off the little knob to directs the water to the filter.

Also something minor, but the wall suction thing that holds the water tube is not strong enough to keep it on the wall maybe because the water tube is very stiff. I wouldn’t recommend unless they don’t mind the small drip.

Overall I’m satisfied enough to keep it but if I ever need to replace the unit I will not be repurchasing it. I think that it should not leak at all. Also with the BBB 20% off coupon this is the place I found it as it’s lowest price.

My family uses roughly 50 gallons of water monthly not including water bottles. I got really tired of handling and storing 5 gallon water jugs! Never mind the ridiculous cost to have it delivered. The machine itself, love it! Water comes out fast, is good and cold and tastes better than so called spring water.

Hot water is also good and hot. Really love that the entire base is actually a reservoir in case of a water leak. Which well shut off water supply if water is detected. It is also a lot quieter than my old bottle unit.

The only thing that is a slight design flaw is the drip tray and it’s not a big deal. But instead of drip tray catching all the spills, it tends to leak down the backside of door and onto the floor. I still highly recommend and wish I had purchased a long time ago!.

Installing the Brio 500 Series 2 stage cooler was not as difficult as you may think. My husband is pretty skilled at fixing things around the house and installing, etc. but I think could have done this myself if I had to.

We recently moved into town from the country where we had our own well. For the first couple of months, we were buying water all the time! We just don’t trust the city water. and it doesn’t taste all that great.

First heard about “ionized water” through Kangen Water, and wasn’t at all interested in spending thousands of dollars for one, so found this unit as an alternative. I purchased this unit new, from the manufacturer.

I can tell you it’s a solid unit, quality built. There is plenty of documentation available online in regards to setting it up and actually using the various settings. basically fix the hoses to the unit, and fixes the hoses to your faucet diverter (included) and plug it in.

With a background in chemistry, obviously the first thing I did was test the water. The pH readings were right on the money, and the taste of the water is undeniably smoother on the daily drinking setting.

I think a lot of people forget the other settings, and neglect the fact one of the main benefits of these machines is removing pesticides from their fruits / vegetables. Unless you have one of these machines, trust me, you’ve never properly removed the pesticides from your produce.

It takes highly alkaline, or highly acidic, water to properly wash them off. Would I recommend this unit? Yes, of course. The price is right and it performs as advertised. It’s a “step up” from normal tap water and bottled water.

I did and I couldn’t be happier! I researched water ionizers for several months before settling on this one. This one is made of the same plastics and metals as the very expensive ones ($7,000-10,000) and provides the same healthy water! To be sure, I tested the water immediately to make sure it worked as advertised.

It did and does. It is one of the easier machines to use–very user-friendly. I have arthritic hands and a condition that causes chronic muscle pain. Within just a couple of weeks of drinking the alkaline water from this machine, my fingers and muscles have been pain-free! I still have the large knuckles from the arthritis but no more pain.

Alkaline water is the best thing I’ve done for myself! Do your research, then buy this machine! I highly recommend!.

I’ve had this unit for about two weeks now and the pH and ORP levela it produces at each of the presets is consistent. I think that maybe only having 7 plates and a lower power rating than more expensive competitors is the fact that better ORP levels are achieved when water flow is set to “low” at the faucet.

As the water passes more slowly over the 7 plates, it produces lower ORP levels than it does at a “moderate” water flow. (The screen on the ionizer displayed the speed of th incoming water flow, so my assessment of the water flow is based on the information provided by the unit itself.

We called up asked about the system waster water generation because there seemed to be an awful lot going down the drain. The response was that if could run for up to 5 hours per day depending on age of the system.

Our system is new Just 3 weeks of use. After talking to support, I routed the drain into a 4 gallon container. Just 15 oz of water filled the container. I filled a 5 oz glass and waited until the waster water completed draining.

I did this 2 more times and found the 4 gal tank was nearly full. This seems like a lot of waster water for merely 15oz of drinking water? Is this typical. Why is not system sold in drought ridden California without a warning? I don’t recall this much waster water being drained in my first week of use.

I am going to give it low stars, because it was an expensive purchase that didn’t highlight that reverse osmosis was unfriendly and should be understood before purchase. If this ran for 5 hours a day like the person said, this would be a disaster.

I think this is generating more than 1 gal a minute. Should only be used where water is plentiful.

I got this over 1 year ago from Costco. The one star is for the taste of water and one for ease of install. But when it comes to using it, we have to wait for eternity to get this thing to fill a glass of water.

I can easily count 20 seconds for the first flow of water. I know I have tried restarting and doing the “increase the speed” troubleshooting thing, but it does not work. The speed of water available is over the limit for this outlet, yet this thing is so slow.

I tried changing the expensive filter. no effect. I am now looking for an RO filter with a pressure tank. Rather than die of thirst or frustration waiting for the first normal ( which is also super slow) flow.

My suggestion don’t buy.

We absolutely love this product. The ease of hooking it up was a definite selling point. The only problem I ran into is the space under our sink. I had to order longer water hoses of the same type to reroute it under one of the other cabinets near the dishwasher.

I would recommend the hoses be about 6 to 8 foot long to allow individuals with my situation to hook the unit up anywhere they may need to. I do not want all that to be taken as a product negative, I mean seriously who knew.

Other than that, the water is definitely cleaner and I know much healthier for my family! I will recommend this product to all my freights and family for sure. We have been drinking bottled water for a long time and finally came to the conclusion of what we needed to do.

This will more than pay for itself in a matter of just 2 to 3 months. Great product, great water, a great win for us.
