This bottle is exactly as great as advertised The product is cuter than the photo and it was already pretty cute. I bought it for my 2 year old as she likes to run around with beverages, a problem when we want her to practice with open cups.

It was a delight to clean, easier than my adult tumblers (thinking of buying one of their bigger ones for myself). The whole reason I bought it was to have a leak proof travel bottle that was more sanitary than the reusable plastic ones we had.

Plastic still holds on to bacteria and odors, they’re starting to stink and are difficult to clean so I wanted to throw them out but needed a replacement. I absolutely recommend, she took it to bed and it didn’t spill, and she loves straws, so that was a plus, especially since it goes all the way to the bottom and she can get every drop.

If you’ve an energetic, excitable kid who likes to run and do handstands, this is a good bottle. I love that it came with a straw cleaner too!.

I bought two yellow bottles for my granddaughters. They loved the bright color. I know their pre-k teacher loves them too. They don’t break or spill when dropped. Easy to find when forgotten in class.

As they grow I wish this bottle held more than 12 oz. Great product for the little hands!.

Holds a lot. It does not fit in a cup holder. Does not leak. Light weight. Perfect for when young kids are around and perfect for the bedside. It’s not insulated but that’s okay, I drink a lot of room temperature water in this cold Seattle weather.

When I lived in Hawaii, i probably would get an insulated one like how they gave me at the hospital. Since I am nursing, I need tons of water and I find I need to buy the larger bottle so I don’t have to keep going back and forth to refill.

But this would be perfect for the average person. You do have to bite and then suck the water out. At first I wasn’t too sure about that but i love the fact it doesn’t leak. Especially since my kids likes to take it and play with it.

I love this water bottle since it makes it easier to drink more. I’ve also dropped it a couple times before and it hasn’t cracked yet.

Camelbak review I like that it’s made of 50 percent recycled materials and is BPA, BPS and BPF free! I appreciate also that the cap and bottle are dishwasher safe. I like that it is lightweight, and I don’t have to worry about metal being dented if I drop it, which I often accidentally do.

The hard plastic handle on this Camelbak is more durable than the soft plastic Nalgene loop on my other water bottle (which has actually broken after 2 years of everyday use). This feature is important to me because I attach a carabiner to my bottle for securing atop my kayak.

Additionally, because my bottle tends to fall out of my backpack side pocket, I use the bottle’s handle and a carabiner to attach it to a loop on my pack. My one recommendation for improvement: since people are more conscientious about their hands being sanitized nowadays or at least because hands can get quiet dirty in the outdoors (I bring mine when rock climbing), it would be great to have a button that releases a spring-loaded mouth piece and when in the closed position, have a plastic piece that covers the mouth piece (I have a different 32 oz bottle that has this feature).

Currently you have to touch the part you put your lips on to access the mouth piece. Other than that, it’s a great all around water bottle!.

This is a nice water bottle. It is so easy to carry and use, that I notice I am drinking more water than before since I got it. The bottle does not leak at all, even without folding down the mouthpiece.

The carry handle is wide enough to fit two or three fingers, so it is very comfortable to carry. And there was no plastic taste or smell from the very beginning, unlike some other plastic bottles. The mouthpiece is removable, which makes cleaning it somewhat easier.

However, it is still quite hard to clean on the inside. The top opening is a slit, so you can’t fit anything through there without damaging it. The bottom opening is bigger, but still too narrow to fit even a small brush, and the inside is wider than the opening so it is hard to clean around the corners.

The mouthpiece folds in a recess, but it is open to the air and not protected from dust and dirt e. g. when hiking. Another thing I wish it had is a printed scale to measure the quantity of water in the bottle.

In general, and other than the issues I mentioned, I like this bottle and I find myself using it a lot.

Are you an adult in need of a leak-proof cup? Look no further. The Contigo Autoseal Trekker Kids Water Bottle is the best leakproof autoseal bottle I have ever tried (even other bottles by Contigo). I have a tremor in my hands and often drop my drinks.

While annoying the majority of the time, I can clean up my mess and move on. except when I’m in my bed. I purchased these leak proof cups to help save my new mattress from more liquid spills and stains, (yes, my mattress protector failed), as well as the inconvenience of having to tear my bed apart in a rush in hopes of thwarting a catastrophe.

WOW! These leakproof cups are just that. There is no dribbles, drips, seepage, or best yet, the lid popping off. The lid easily screws off and on, but is secure. The button to allow fluid to come out is a bit stiff but if my hand moves just a skosh, it closes down, keeping whatever liquid is in there, inside.

When cleaning the bottle, I take my straw brush and run it on the inside of the opening to clean out any left over fluids and try to stop bacteria and mold from growing. So much cheaper than an “adult” spill proof cup and works just as well.

I loved these at first. Although the button to push to get the drink out is tough for toddlers, these started out great. They are leak proof but they are impossible to get clean! If you plan on buying these to dispose after a few washes, you should be good however, these aren’t something that you can continually use because they are impossible to get clean.

They are literally mold collectors! The way these were made, make it impossible to get the lid clean. Do NOT buy!.

Well. It just works as advertised. No spills. And I mean it – no spills. Believe me, I tried hard. I gave it good shake, good shake upside down, good shake in horisontal position – not a drop. You do need to twist-close it right though.

The threads are very nice, however, the sealing rubber gasket might under some circumstances get a little skewed. You will be able to tell, as the top cover will not be seated perfectly evenly, as it normally should, and the small visible gap between the cap and the bottle would be visibly uneven around the circumference.

Just unscrew it, and screw it back again, slowly and toughtfully, and you’re good to go. It does require a relatively clean carrying area – unlike bottles with swing-open top covers, the actual drinking hole (the place you put your lips around) is exposed.

Another trick is do not release the button until you finished your sip AND returned the bottle to the vertical position. This way you let all the liquid flow back down into the bottle, and you won’t have drops of your dring drooling form the cover.

I have owned a lot of water bottles over the years, some more expensive and some less expensive than the Chute Mag. This is far and away my favorite water to keep water with me on the go. I still carry a hydro-flask if I am schlepping something temperature sensitive, but nowadays those (much heavier) bottles get left behind in favor of this one when I just need good ole H2O.

My bottle has been everywhere with me over the past several months, from everyday work commutes in town to alpine adventures in the Alaskan Arctic. It has been dropped, scraped, thrown around, used, and abused.

Through it all, it has not failed or let me down. There are some superficial scratches in the plastic in some places from contact with rock and metal, but overall, the bottle is in great shape considering the conditions I put it through, and I look forward to making many more memories with it along in tow.

The shape of the bottle itself is great: It is thin enough to fit in the not so room cup holders of my car and not so tall that having it in my backpack becomes a chore. Where this bottle really stands out, though, is the lid.

The grab handle is just the right size. And the nozzle / cap setup is far an away the best combination of utility and ease-of-use that I have found so far. If I have one nitpick, it is that I am a little worried that the cap retention connection will fail long before the rest of this bottle is ready to give up the ghost.

However, that is in part why I spent a longer time (about 6 months) using the bottle before writing up the review, and while slightly looser at the connection point around the base of the nozzle—it can be wiggled side to side a bit, at this point there no sign of outright failure after *heavy* use.

The fact that CamelBak incorporates recycled materials into these bottles is icing on the cake. If you need a solid water bottle for everyday use, this one gets a wholehearted recommendation from me.

As a bike bottle, it is OK. I keep my bottle on the bike frame’s slanted support and want to be able to use it one handed. The bottle creates three problems in comparison w/ a 2nd bottle I use. One, the magnetic cap is not easily lifted, so you have to leave the lid fully open and thus expose the mouth of the bottle to whatever’s in the air, close the lid tightly and struggle w/ re-opening, or leave the lid just lightly covering the mouth.

The 3rd option seems the choice but due to the magnet, it can be difficult to lift it off one handed. Yes, you can learn how to do it OK, but that’s not ideal and that’s the first reason I rate the bottle just OK.

The 2nd problem is that, as has been said in at least one other review, the cap can easily knock against your nose. Not the biggest world issue, but another bother. Third, the handle doesn’t help hold the bottle and can get in the way of a quick snatch.

On the positive side, it doesn’t leak and it’s easy to clean. Overall, then, it’s OK. I have another off-brand bottle that I like better but couldn’t find it in my drugstore anymore. Walmart online was selling it for something like $22 (!) but the maker/distributor site had it for way cheap.

Unfortunately, the mailing cost for one bottle made it more expensive than the CamelBak. Buying more than one might make the cost reasonable. This Arrow Aqua Fill bottle carries 32 oz. and has a simple snap lid.

The lid is small and folds back out of the way. Once you unsnap it, you can rest it on top of the spout to block out dust and all, and easily lift it off for a quick grasp and gulp. Like the CamelBak, it doesn’t leak AND it’s EASIER to clean.

I need some bottle so I’m keeping the CamelBak, but not w/ any big thrill.

Let me start out by saying that these cups are extremely well made and the design on them are beautiful and clear. We bought 4 of them. My kids absolutely love these cups. They keep their drinks cold and don’t spill easily.

They are a great transition from a sippy cup. Now, for the down side. I have never had a cup that grew mold so quickly. Now, we did go on vacation and took these cups with us so they did not get washed right away and they did get left closed overnight.

But after 2 days there was already mold growing in the straw. If you are a parent then you know that sometimes cups get lost at the bottom of toy boxes or under a chair and that worries me a little because of the short amount of time it took the mold to grow.

The other downside of them is they do not fit in the car seat cup holder very well. I will continue to buy and use these cups and would recommend them. I will just make sure to open them and clean them every night, which honestly would be the thing to do anyways.

I’m losing count of how many Simple Modern water bottles are in rotation in our house. All four of us family members use them, and are absolutely in love with them! My son was very excited to get this new 18oz bottle, which is slightly bigger than the kids 14oz insulated bottles he was used to.

It holds a bit more water for his long school days as the weather gets warmer. On top of the great products, we have had a bottle with a leaky lid, and NO QUESTIONS ASKED, and with the most excellent customer service I’ve ever seen, Simple Modern responded to my email probably within the hour, as well as IMMEDIATELY sent me a new lid, completely free of charge.

These wide mouth bottles use the same thread pattern as Hydroflask bottles, which means that I can swap to whatever lid will work best for the beverage at hand. Simple Modern also has a range of different lids in different colors if the straw lid isn’t what you want.

They also have silicone boots that can be placed on the bottom to protect and (important for classrooms) muffle the sound of setting them down. I have dishwashered these bottles and lids without any noticeable deterioration.

About once a month I soak all the plastic lids in a jar full of water and a cleaning tablet just to get any crevices that I might have missed. No mold yet.

Everyone should try a product and leave a review after owning it for 6 months. The cap works great without the straw but the type of ice I use is problematic. I use the smaller pellet type ice and the ice is just small enough to clog the hole under the cap that restricts water flow.

After all ice melts, it’s fine. Larger ice cubes from the freezer door are not a problem. As one reviewer mentioned, water from the air outlet hole splashes on the face. When using the straw, at times, it is hard to get a strong flow, As if the straw is lying flat on the bottom of the flask.

The straw is cut to the proper length. Remove the lid and reinserting is a temporary fix until you refill the bottle. Some days the lids works as advertised. Lastly, as of late, the bottle leaks over night.

I will drink the water down to where the water is just below the straw bottom. That next morning water has leaked on to my counter top and is clearly visible around the spout while it’s in the closed position.

I would guess the pressure in the bottle forces what’s in the straw up and out of the bottle. I do not believe if I leave the spout in the open position this would be a problem. This review is not to slam of the product but a few things to be ware of.

When it works it’s great but when it doesn’t, dropping a small F bomb relieves the temp frustration. Not a bad straw for the but could be better. I won’t hesitate to try another one.

Bought to replace my lost 26 oz. with the “original” cap. The metal band at the top gets cold when ice is inside the bottle. This suggests that there is heat transfer happening which did not occur with the 26 oz.

It matters less that the ice melts quicker since 18 oz. will be consumed quicker. Still, you expect a YETI to be a YETI and if I wanted to pack it for later this would be an issue. The narrow circumference of the 18 oz.

makes the chug cap seem superfluous and it adds considerable overall weight. Seems like it is more than twice the weight of the original cap. When empty it feels top heavy. I wish the chug cap were optional.

I didn’t look at the pictures closely enough to realize that the cap cannot be screwed in WITHOUT the chug portion attached. And (I’m speculating here), maybe the thin clear plastic of the chug cap that screws in to the bottle is less insulating than the original thick black plastic which is why the metal is cool to the touch and ice melts faster.

I also purchased a 64 oz. with chug cap at the same time but am withholding my review until I see if it has the same heat transfer issue. If it does, I would still use the chug cap, but again wish it were optional and that an original cap were available for purchase or we had the option to choose at time of purchase.

I don’t even see the original cap as a purchase option. Hopefully this isn’t the case. Why fix something that isn’t broken?.

We’re loving our Mickey Sip & See Sippy cup by The first years! This cup fits perfect in my sons small hands he’s able to grip it with one hand and hold his iPad with the other he’s got the busy toddler multi taking down to the T.

I love how when he tilts the cup upwards the Mickey charm inside floats up the straw so he can see it while he drinks, that feature alone will get your kids to drink all their juice, milk or water, so that’s a win for me.

The carry handle on the lid is so convenient, I’m able to attach it to my diaper bag to take along when on the go. I had no issues when cleaning this Mickey cup even with the charm being permanently attached to the straw everything was still very easy to clean.

I personally would only recommend this cup to be be used with drinks that aren’t too thick Because it can get difficult to suck through the straw otherwise. The most impressive part about this sippy cup by first years was that it never once leaked! After having witnessed it being thrown more than a few times across the room this cup never leaked at all and that’s a solid Toddler cup in my book.

My toddler loves this bottle. The colors are vibrant to catch their attention. The bottle has a sliding cover that hides the straw. This is particularly useful as she wants to hold the bottle in her hands now.

We use it for milk, but can easily be used for water or any other juice – the straw is thick enough. The straw has a little weight at the bottom which keeps it straight in the bottle. Cleaning is easy too!.

For reasons I don’t understand, it’s impossible to buy a SMALL/compact water bottle for an adult. So I use toddler ones. For years, I resisted reusable water bottles altogether, despite wanting to help the environment.

I prefer my water ICE cold, so I always put my water bottles in the freezer, then let them thaw and drank the ice melt. Since buying an EcoVessel water bottle for biking and discovering it can keep ice icy for up to six hours, I finally made the switch.

Unfortunately, this water bottle’s not as good. On a four-hour workshift, I have to refill ice at least once – it all melts away within hours. The straw is far less accessible than other water bottles (again, I am an adult so maybe that’s the issue – but even other toddler ones are easier to drink from).

The straw is also annoying-as-get-out to disassemble for cleaning. On the plus side, hopefully that means it’s getting cleaner? As others have noted, the strap is convenient. until you have to clean it.

I haven’t figured out how to remove it so I’m just crossing my fingers that it dries well and doesn’t start to mildew. Also the water sometimes has an ‘off’ taste when you get to the end of the bottle.

(Possibly because it’s not that cold anymore?) Overall I’d say this bottle is pricier than necessary (especially if you, a normal person, are buying it for an actual toddler).

It SPILLS. EVERY. SINGLE. USE. I’ve been buying this style water bottle for 5 years, and loves it, but the redesign is awful. Ugh. The vacuum seal squirts the liquid straight up and out. As soon as you open it.

Every time. The straw seems awkwardly long Ava the whole thing is harder to use. The inside also gets difficult to clean on the underside of the top bit. The old one has a similar problem. Terrible straw cup.

Our daughter cold turkey quit taking a bottle, so we needed a way to still have her drink her milk and DHA. I saw this bottle and figured we give it a try. It has been more than 18 mo that she has been using this bottle.

The closure keeps tight and does not open when traveling in a bag. The ease of my daughter to open and close the lid to expose and hide the straw makes her feel proud. The exterior of the bottle has not faded or chipped, still looks brand new.

Would definitely recommend for a child to travel, increase independence and be done with a bottle.

The water bottle is great, it is leak proof which is fantastic! It fits in our lunch box, in car seat cup holders and in the side of a backpack. Great size for daily use to encourage drinking water and my child can fill it independently.

I’m not sure how long it will last, because we haven’t had it that long. But, it feels like it is made out of durable materials. Highly recommend.

My son likes his water bottle but water spills due to small silicon piece that comes off when the spout is opened. I have to constantly make sure it is not loose. I’m afraid it’s going to get lost.

My daughter loves it. I could not convince her to wait until school to started to begin using it, so she’s used it day since it arrived.

My family and I have a collection of Klean Kanteen products. We take them to school, work, the beach, on road trips, to sporting events, carnivals, etc. Aside from a few dents that add to their character, they are good as new after many years.

The customer service is incredible and I’ve had no problems replacing an o-ring or cap cover. Less than 10% of all plastic ever made has been recycled. Bottled water costs about 2,000 times as much as tap water, its environmental impact is 3,500 times greater and it is less regulated in terms of testing for bacteria and other contaminants.

I try to avoid buying it at all costs and fill up as many Klean Kanteens as possible. We especially love the 64 oz for bringing extra water with us to fill up the smaller bottles when we run out. Now if they can only make a stainless steel 5 gallon dispenser, I’d be able to replace my Gatorade jugs that we fill for long-term stays at a lake house.

It’s a beautiful and unique print and the size is perfect for my book bag or purse. Unfortunately the sports cap is not leak proof. It leaks through the small release hole if tipped to the side and has gotten my bag wet several times in the month since I’ve bought it.

You also have to be careful to close the spout very tightly or it leaks there as well. I love the bottle enough that I’m switching to a standard twist off cap. Unfortunately, Klean Kanteen only has turquoise tops in the sports style so I’ve purchased a cap from another well known brand whose caps fit klean kanteen.

Given the cost of the bottle I’m disappointed to have to spend more money just to use it.

I’ve enjoyed using Klean Kanteen water bottles for many years. I ordered two new bottles recently because the one I had been using was getting a little ‘tired. ’ The new bottles arrived with lids that made a loud squeaking noise when I would tried to use them.

I contacted customer service and spoke with a lovely woman who agreed to send me replacements. She sent me three tops to make sure I got the results I desired. All three lids squeaked as well. I tried every which way I could to make them work with no luck.

I’ve neglected to respond to this request for a review because I was reluctant. I had no other trouble with the two previous Klean Kanteen water bottles that I had purchased directly from a store in town.

I love and own Hydro Flask bottles myself, but never considered getting one for my kids- I was worried about them being too heavy (and I would end up carrying them around) or having them smash into something and cause damage.

When I got this one, I figured why not just give it a try and see what happens. Worse case scenario, we could always use another water bottle to keep for car rides or something. This has been nothing short of amazing! It is the perfect size for my 3 yr old, 12 oz is a solid amount of water at her age.

The silicone boot that comes on it is a must for the kid’s bottles- she is able to grip it well (hasn’t dropped it/dented anything), it isn’t slick when set down all crazy like on surfaces, and if it hits anything it is a great barrier with no damage! She can also carry it by the small loop on the lid, it fits easily in her toddler sized backpack, and she is able to easily work the straw mouthpiece to open and close on her own.

She loves the bottle and especially loves the pink! I love that it works for our lifestyle and keeps her water ice cold, even after hours of sitting in a hot car while we are out! Hydration in style & function for the win!.

We’ve had one of these for my toddler for a few years and just purchased this one for my one year old who keeps stealing his sister’s. Although heavy it’s actually a lot easier for him to carry around than I thought it would be.

He figured out how to open and close the spout himself in a few weeks and has had no problem drinking out of it. I love the boot as both bottles are dropped constantly and have only minor wear and tear.

My one complaint is the lid. The rubber gasket around the lid mildews and on the lighter color lids you can see mold forming inside the ball of the joint that’s impossible to reach with any brush. I even contacted Hydro Flask and they sent me a new (dark colored) lid and told me to keep the bottles open and drying as much as possible, which is extremely difficult when my kids use them sunup to sundown.

I love everything about the bottle except the constant fear the kids are going to mold and the fight of washing every nook and cranny and still seeing mildew.

Bought two of these for my twin toddlers. I needed something sturdy, NOT Plastic, and insulators as they really love ice water. As it is with kids, eventually they fight over the same one. With these it’s great because I can just buy different color boots so I know which one belongs to which kid.

I don’t have to buy different colors in the hopes that each will pick one color. The boot is more than way to differentiate. It also protects the powder coating so it doesn’t crack/scratch. I have had the same material cups where I have dropped and now it’s scratched and dented.

Such a great solution! There aren’t a ton of parts to wash, and kids can’t take off or bite through parts like a Camelback or Contigo brand. My theee year olds love these!.

I love this water bottle, it’s the best I’ve ever used! It does exactly what I need it to do at a fraction of the cost of most others sold at JL. It has a simple mechanism to lock/unlock it and is incredibly secure.

No need to unscrew a cap or fiddle with a complex lid – you just pop it open and you’re ready to go. The spout is great too. It is easier than drinking from a wide bottle without a spout and makes drinking water more enjoyable (which is great when you’re trying to stay hydrated!).

The design is lovely too. Nice colours with frosted plastic, so you can still see how much liquid is inside. No excessive patterns or unnecessary features, just an efficient, ergonomic bottle that works exactly as it should.

I thought this was the perfect toddler water bottle: great size, easy to carry, easy to open, and easy to clean. So I chose to ignore reviews that it broke and bought a second one. Right after I bought the second, the plastic clip that keeps the lid snapped off.

Then a couple of months later, the second one broke in the exact same way. Also, if using it for a young toddler, the way they break is not safe. The clasp that pops off is totally a choking hazard. Super disappointed.

Like others, we have had issues with this bottle overflowing with each use. Didn’t think the transition from bottle to cup could be more annoying, but there we go! We bought a bat and shark bottle in the original design and they never gave us issues.

This straw is also more narrow than the prior design and can’t fit over the top-shelf “pegs” in our dishwasher, so we have to handwash the straw. Kiddo loves the dog but this bottle wasn’t worth the money.

I gave it as a gift for my best friend’s baby. It’ll be his first bottle soon. My friend was surprised by the ingenious pattern. It’ll be treated not only as a bottle, but also as a toy. She also said that it’s very practical.

I loved this bottle and bought it for my goddaughter. So she’s not a toddler (she’s 7) but loves tigers. This would be perfect for little hands and mouths but as she’s 7 she can’t get enough out at one time.

For toddlers this is absolutely perfect though.

I love this water bottle. It’s intended for children, but at 82 I needed a small size bottle to keep near my bed to sip during the night. It’s easy to use with no leaking. Just gently bite down on the soft nozzle and you get water.

You don’t have to turn the bottle upside down so there is no possibility of a leak.

Purchased this water bottle for my 2 year old. She loves it, it doesn’t leak, it’s easy to clean and it’s easy for her to carry around by the handle. She caught right onto the “bite to drink” straw, too.

I got this for myself to leave by my bedside. I was knocking over taller bottles. The night sky butterfly is so pretty. I do wish you offered the stainless steel insulated so I could order that too. Overall, a great product.
