Every now & then, a record comes down the pike that you just want to play again after you just heard it. This is one of those records. The CD is the soundtrack of the movie of the same name that won its stars, Glen Hansard (also the producer) & Marketa Irglova, an Oscar for best song in a film (2007).

Hansard is vetern of the international music scene, hailing from Dublin, Ireland as the front man for the band, The Frames. He penned a majority of the album, but Irglova makes a few fine contributions as well.

They make a great team. The tracks on this album tell of heartbreak, anger, hope & love. The music, both inspiring and beautiful, will make you smile and cry. The production of the CD is top quality.

I recommend this CD to everyone.

I LOVE this movie/songs and had been searching for the CD for years. I play this CD a LOT. The CD was in perfect shape (NO scratches); the case was cracked but that’s an easy fix. This was an AMAZING bargain!.

Often times, as an engineer, I find it difficult to provide a crisp clear recording while maintaining warmth of style and performance. BUT, this recording has hit that mark, and done so with style. A fine example of capturing what are mostly acoustic instruments and vocals.

Loved this obscure gem of the movie. The music was so good I had to get the soundtrack. Recently inspired me to go and see the lead singer live too. Can’t wait for the musical to come to Sydney. hopefully one day soon.

The most popular album by english shoegaze band ”Slowdive”. This is remastered version, not original. I think here sounds better, than original 1991 album edition. ”Machine gun”, ”Alison”, ”40 days” and ”When the sun hits” – the best shoegaze ballad what i ever heard.

The heavy weight vinyl is top quality. The packaging is heavy and well designed.

This is a very special record to me. I found it in a record store and looked on eBay and found it about $6 cheaper. Great deal and wonderful record!

I received this book as a first reads winner. It sat on my dresser for a while because I was busy. I opened it this morning and, literally, did not put it down until the last word. Thriller is an understatement.

It grabbed me from the beginning and didn’t let go until the last page. In addition, after enduring pandemic, civil conflict, attacks on the Capital and attacks on our democracy by some of our leaders, I want to thank T.

J. Newman for this reminder of what Americans really are when the chips are down. Hopefully, we will reconnect and put aside our differences for the common good. This novel is about duty, bravery, trust and love in the face of seemingly impossible odds.

One cannot help but remember September 11, 2001 and the many heroes who sacrificed everything for others, who worked together as fellow citizens and who exemplified the very best of the American spirit.

Although this story is not about 9/11, the characters in this book must have been inspired by the those heroes. Buy book. NOW!.

This book grabs you from the first sentence & doesn’t let go until the end. It’s fast paced, and we get to see through the eyes of those involved as the situation evolves. I thought this was well written – T.

J. Newman made me laugh a little and cry a lot. She’s drawn upon her experience as a flight attendant, and I feel that this has added to the experience for the reader. This book is a thrilling, action packed read that lives up to the hype – and one of my favourites of 2021! Enjoy the flight!.

This was a very enjoyable read. It got straight to the point and didn’t take forever to get into. The characters (especially big daddy, although I didn’t much like the nickname) were great. This was exactly what I’d expected from this book when I bought it, a page turner.

Sufjan Steven’s melodies will absorb into your girlfriends body and theres nothing she can do about beware when listening with her because sufjan Steven’s will float into your bedroom and seduce your baby momma and you’ll wake up alone with only his cd to soothe your soul.

A friend of mine recently introduced me to Sufjan’s album, Illinois. After hearing just two or three tracks, I was really impressed by the quality of the music and promptly bought the cd. I have not been disappointed.

There is not one song that I dislike (an uncommon occurrence). Sufjan Stevens’ music is fresh and catchy–however, the lyrics have substance. This music is not fluff, but it is still fun. I am making a point of introducing other people to this album.

The responses have thus far been very positive.

22 mellow, melancholy, mysterious tunes from the amazingly prolific Sufjan. I like everything he’s done but I believe Illinois is his finest project. Great artwork and backing by Danielson and the fam are an added plus.

Very well recorded, very realistic. Thumbs up for that. Good quality product. Only gave it 4 because the wave patterns don’t vary much, get very predictable. If you focus on that, it could get annoying, but overall, I don’t think many others would even notice that.

I recommend it. I like it. I use it.

There are NO cons!! I am dealing with a lot of stress and I put on the CD when I go to bed and I can set my CD /Radio to repeat all night! Listening to the ocean really helps me to sleep. I am a senior taking care of my husband and sleep is VERY important.

Love this CD! Just the sound of ocean waves. No annoying music or animal sounds. Helps me get right to sleep every night. I have other relaxation CD’s, but this is the best!

I have been a fan of Michael Cretu’s project ‘Enigma’ since his debut album ‘MCMXC a. D’. Michael Cretu never fails to produce anything less than art with each album release. And every Enigma album that is released is totally unique and groundbreaking from the last.

Michael Cretu’s music doesn’t fade out after a few years, it lives on as a timeless entity. That can be listened to anytime by anyone and still leave the listener with the same emotions they had with the first time listening to the music.

The album ‘Le Roi Est Mort, Vive Le Roi!’is no exception. From start to finish, this album takes you on a journey that is out of this world! I simply cannot describe how emotional this album is. Easily one of my all-time favourite albums.

Bought this set of Amazing Grace when it was $49. 99. It smells wonderful. I also have two more huge bottles of this scent so I’m pretty much well stocked up. I would recommend this set to anyone who hasn’t tried Amazing Grace.

It is creamy and has a GREAT lather. I use mine for both the shower and also in separate decorative pump containers in the bathrooms for hand soap. It is my favorite scent along with Summer Grace. You can’t go wrong with either one of those scents.

They really are the BEST. I also have so many bottles of the different scents of Philosophy and I give them as gifts, especially to people who I introduce to the brand.

In the past , I have used and really liked amazing grace body wash. This one feels as if it has been watered down. It takes an unbelievable amount to make a small lather. The small bottle that came with it is much better than the product in the large bottle.

I gave it two stars because I love the smell of amazing grace.
