I am in the middle of this book but so far I a glad I purchased this book. It is helping me learn to cope with my autoimmune disease. It gives you information that doctors will not tell you or suggest on their own.

It helps when you are in pain and its effecting y our daily life and the doctor don’t ttell you what your condition is exactly or how to cope or what can ease your pain. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I learned so much from this book. I have the audio version and have listened to it a couple of times but sometimes I wanted to go back & review a specific bit of information so I ordered the book. I highly recommend this book in whatever form you choose to use.

It is great for anybody who has any kind of health concern or interest.

I bought this to give to my daughter who has immune deficiency, because my sister told me it could be helpful for her to read. Then I ordered it and told a friend who has adrenal fatigue. She read up on it and was so excited about its possible benefits to her, that her husband sent for it.

This is an excellent book that I recommend for everyone regardless of the presence or absence of disease. The book actually helps the understanding of disease and how early events can lead to disease and permanent inflammation.

Surprisingly for me I thought my hypothyroidism was the source of my inflammation however, after completing the questionaries in the book it made sense to me that it was actually my childhood illnesses which has lead to my continued inflammation in adulthood albeit running slowly in the background almost unnoticeably.

This book is preparing me to change my lifestyle and although nervous I am excited and looking forward to the results. And there I was looking for an AIP diet book when I came across this book. So glad I brought it.

I have been interested in autoimmune disease since my daughter developed psoriasis. I have type two diabetes (in spite of not committing any of the ‘lifestyle sins’ constantly highlighted in the media).

I am keen to be healthy and stay off insulin for as long as I can. The book also covers many other autoimmune conditions. This book shockingly reveals just how much we are under attack from our environment, food production, cosmetics and some widely used medicines.

It has been a total revelation to me and has pointed the way to taking some control over how my body reacts to modern living and pollution. It explains things very clearly with anecdotal evidence from case studies.

It is not exactly light reading, but well worth the effort. Fascinating stuff.

Very insightful information about the explosion of auto-immune diseases And many of the possible causes. The only issue, I have so far is the “FIX”. He may be right about everything in this book, but the “FIX” of abstaining from certain foods that trigger these antibody response is anything but easy, We are surrounded by Dairy, Gluten, Sugars, etc.

and as he put it, the abstinence has to be 100% to be effective. Most people will fail and probably at a higher failure rate than even Smokers and some drug addictions. This is still worth the read if you have an autoimmune disease or a family history.

This book! If there is ANY BOOK in regards to pregnancy/raising kids that should be read, it’s this one!! It’s NOT an anti-vax book it’s things you consider about how to vaccinate your kids safely. It’s written by a doctor out of Portland Oregon and it is so interesting.

Lots to consider but so very worth the read! Knowledge is power and the more you know the better decisions you can make :).

I wish I had known about this book while pregnant, but am lucky to have found it while I still had an infant. This provides an in-depth look at Illnesses, the current vaccine schedule, and looking at ways to reduce exposure to environmental toxins, which is vital in today’s world.

I definitely could see the value and importance of vaccines but did have concerns with the amount given each time especially for a vulnerable child, and this book provided me with a common sense schedule and the scientific research to back it.

I feel extremely comfortable using Dr. Paul’s recommendations and I’m very thankful to have found this book.

This book is well written, great resource for a new family planning on baby wellness. Very informative and information is provided in easy to read language without difficulty medical terminology. This is a must to read book.

One of perhaps 3 supplements in my whole life I would recommend without hesitation. It helped me overcome debilitating hayfever (which was why it was recommended to me) and I then noticed how it increased my immunity over winter.

This product requires “loading”, which means you have to accumulate a certain amount in your body before it takes effect. I have been taking it regularly for probably 7 years.

We bought this product for my father who has a rare form of cancer. Although we didn’t use the manufacturer’s recommended dose of 9-12 capsules for those with cancer, we noticed its benefits by default.

Every time my father went into hospital for his chemotherapy, we would have to stop giving it to him, or his intake would become erratic and each time he would suffer from one infection after the other, including MRSA.

However, at no time during his chemotherapy did his white blood count drop to a dangerous level. I have 2 autoimmune diseases, Hashimoto’s Disease and Lichen Planus. Recently I have been experiencing some bowel issues issues and I think I have leaky gut. The G. P. s do not believe in this and tell you you have irritable bowel.

So his response was to send me off to have a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I have gone on this 30 day diet suggested in the book, which is supposed to cover everything. i have been on it for 3 weeks my issues are certainly improved but I did take Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve off.

Basically it is off gluten, sugar,dairy, nightshade vegetables, stone fruit,eggs and nuts. I can have lots of meat and seafood which is a blessing. I now believe it was the antibiotics i was on for 3 months+ last year that triggered the problems.

I am now not going to have those procedures as if they find irritable bowel and/or diverticulitis they will just tell me to change diet anyway. I have recently had a bowel cancer screen so know it is not that.

I will go and just chat to the specialist. i am also wary as i had a bowel operation 57 years ago and there is a lot of scar tissue there. i do not want them perforating my bowel which is what keyhole surgery could also do.

This book has also explained some other issues I had like gall stones and had gall bladder removed a few years ago. It is amazing to read things like that if you have one autoimmune then you are 3 times more likely to get another.

All seems to be related to the gut. Do not buy this book from her website as much more expensive in USA with shipping. You do have to put up with emails trying to flog you supplements etc but if you can sieve through that go for it.

I found out about the book from googling and going on her website so that is why I get the emails. I ignore most of it as I think these American naturopaths and doctors make their money from those. when they hook you in.

However, USA does seem to have much more interest and research in this area. I have made an appointment with a functional medicine doctor in Melbourne as the others don’t seem to want to work together and i want the expertise from both worlds of conventional medicine and naturopathy.

i also like second opinions when it comes to my health, i have been misdiagnosed before. i have also ordered the Thyroid book to see if what I can learn from that as well.

I had inflammation of my stomach and ankles along with pain. I dont take pharmaceutical drugs so I studied up on turmeric. I actually talked to people from India, and Nepal to see why their culture used turmeric for hundreds of years.

I started drinking 1 shot a day and within 2 weeks my inflammation and pain were gone. My non alcoholic cirrhosis is under control and no mass found for the last 4 years. I’m a hairstylist and I let all my clients know of Suja and what it does for me if they are suffering from pain caused from inflammation.

Also I haven’t been sick in 4 years with the common cold, and flu. I did get covid but symtoms of the flu only lasted three days. I do believe it was from keeping my immune system up with Suja immunity and zinc.

I can see why some people stayed in bed after drinking this. Dehydration and electrolyte imbalances from diarrhea is not a good combo. if you let dehyration continue without doing anything about it then your going to feel worse.

The others who had no side effects of diarrhea are probably constipated so it’s more likely a balance. A colon cleanse is not a bad thing all waste should be removed. However, the risk and benefits of drinking this should be reviewed.

Be prepared to replace your self.

I have been taking the immunity defense shot by SUJA for a year now. I am not as consistent as I would like to be however ever since I have been taking these shots I immediately feel the boost of energy and feel like I can run a marathon.

Even at a sign of a simple sniffle I immediately take one shot (morning, noon, and lunch for two days straight) and nothing ever seems to progress past the sniffle. I love this product however I would love it even more if it came packaged in a glass container.

And maybe for those of us that keep the glasses and turn them in we get a discount so they can recycle for other things, etc.

I bought “Buried Treasure ACF Extra Strength Ultra Immune Response with Elderberry” and it is SO very nasty, I can’t even take it! It’s been sitting in my fridge for a couple months. I’ve tried taking it with different things (even a smoothie) and it is absolutely disgusting! I guess I will have to throw it out.

What a waste of money!! I do NOT recommend!! (Overall impression = less than 1*/less than impressed!!!).

Vitamin C in general is inexpensive, so it’s not really a huge freebie, but it’s nice, anyway, and a good reminder to take vitamin C every day, especially in both winter cold and summer allergy seasons.

The freebie vitamin C also includes Rose Hips, which makes it more effective — so a good buy all round.

The vaccine is fine. The problem is with the fact they only supply one needle. By the time you poke through both vials it’s VERY dull. The first time I tried to administer this was a fail because the needle literally wouldn’t go in.

I poked my poor baby so hard he screamed in pain. I bought some spare veterinary needles on Amazon. Make sure to get lure lock needles or buy spare 2 to 3 ml syringes. Only lure lock needles with fit on the syringe it comes with.

I bought 23g needles but 25 would probably work too. Our second try the needle went in like butter and my cat is far less traumatized for it.

I have never had such a difficult time reaching an agent and receiving my order (with any company). I spent nearly 6 hours on the phone in a week and a half trying to get information about why my order wasn’t shipping yet and getting Petco connected to my vet office for approval.

The first time I called, I spent 45 minutes waiting for an agent to pick up, only to end up speaking with a woman who kept changing her answers for the same question and clearly didn’t know what was going on.

I spent over 30 minutes trying to get her to understand that I don’t want to risk the order getting cancelled, and that my vet didn’t receive an authorization fax yet. Turns out, it’s because they sent the authorization request to my vet under the name of the person I was shipping the vaccines to, not my name, the account holder and person paying for the vaccines (makes no sense!).

I asked if they could follow up with my vet via phone if the next fax didn’t go through, and she went back and forth on that too, including telling me that my vet needs to call them to give approval (which she also contradicted minutes later), to which I explained to her that they are running a business and can’t spend 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up.

Finally, I asked for a supervisor, who was much more helpful, but realized that there is no order number until it ships, making it difficult to even find the order in the first place. The total amount of time I spent that day on the phone was over 2.

5 hours. After waiting awhile and knowing my vet had sent in a fax to authorize the purchase (Petco never followed up with them via phone before that like they said they would), I called again, and the agent said that the pharmacy received the authorization and was processing the order, so it should be shipped in the next couple of days.

Progress! So I thought. After seeing the pending charge on my credit card, suddenly it was gone the other day. As a result, I called again to see what was going on, fearing that my order was cancelled for some reason.

I spent 2. 5 hours waiting for an agent to pick up yesterday, only to find out yesterday that the reason the order hadn’t shipped yet was due to low inventory. Why wouldn’t there be some kind of notification sent out so I knew that?? That same night, I received an email saying my order had shipped, which is great, but was not consistent with the information I received earlier in the day! I will never order another pharmacy item from Petco again.

The hassle was far beyond anything I have ever experienced with a company when purchasing supplies. No one seems to know what’s going on there. To spend nearly 6 hours on the phone to make sure the order doesn’t get cancelled or slip through the cracks is beyond ridiculous.

There is no live chat option, no email option, and no way to get through to an agent in less than 45 minutes. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I have 3 indoor cats, but it’s been a few years since they have been vaccinated with any upper respiratory vaccines. It’s time.

Wish they would package better to Hawaii. Pay for overnight shipping, but we can only get 2 day air. By the time they get to us, the cool packs are warm sometimes. Jeffers ships it to hawaii with extra gel packs to insure that the modified live stuff and other vaccines stay cold.

I have vaccinated my dogs for years. I used to get vaccines from the pharmacy but they no longer carry them. I feel it’s outrageous how much veterinarians charge to do this service so why pay them when I can do it.

The vaccines came quick and still cold. Will definitely reorder when necessary.

After I gave the vaccine to my horses, the are swelled huge and spread down their neck into the chest. my horses where sore all over, two of my horses had swelling in their hind legs, and 1 horse could hardly move her right front leg with out a lot of pain.

In my 50 years of caring for my horses I never had experience this kind of reaction. I have 1 vaccination left and Im not sure I want to give it to my young 4 year old, it kinda scares me. It took 7 days for them to get better.

I am a veterinarian but our mixed practice carries minimal equine vaccines. I ordered this for my own horse. I usually order my vaccines from another supplier but decided to give SLT a try for vaccines, though their prominent refusal to be held liable for vaccines not arriving in appropriate temperature conditions is disheartening.

The vaccines arrived on time, extremely well packaged, and all the ice packs were still solid and the the vaccines were appropriately cooled. This was over a two day period with temperatures in the high 80s.

I recently purchasedZoetis Animal Health – Fluvac Innovator 6 3 way Sleeping Sickness Tet Flu Rhino Equine Vaccine. I’m glad I did. When I ordered the Vaccine on-line (By the way it is very user friendly) I needed to have it delivered on a specific date.

It stated on the order site to contact customer service for any special requirements and provided the number. I contacted them and when I explained my situation they immediately said no problem and my vaccines arrived at the time I specified and it was delivered with cold packs which kept the medicine within the required temperature.

Be advised that this product has a risk of anaphalaxis. If you are planning to administer Covexin 8, epinephrine should be on hand. With minutes of giving the covexin vaccine, our healthy calf dropped over deal from anaphalaxis.

We are so disheartened by this experience.

Valley Vet wanted a review of the Covexin 8 vaccine I ordered for my goats (2 goats). Awesome stuff! Goats are still alive! No tetanus evident! Seriously, it’s a vaccine, I assume it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.

Administering it made the goats jump and scream, but I’ve learned that they are the drama queens of the farm animal world. One got a lump a few days later, but it disappeared in a week.

Great product works great. Keeps my animals safe. They get it once a year

The only problem with these same one-dose vials (bottles) is it is difficult to ever get a full 5cc/ml dose loaded into your syringe. Bought several of these for administrating to bull calves when castrating and to keep on hand if needed for other cattle.

Trying to get the last of the vaccine out of the bottle to have a full dose was pretty much impossible. Wish TSC would go back to carrying the larger vials/bottles; i. e. 10 dose, etc. Will personally go elsewhere to buy the larger dose vials/bottles.

We used this as a booster when one of our goats cut herself on a piece of sheet tin. Along with other treatments, this helped save her leg.

This is a great value vaccine. My gripe is the dispenser, specifically the needle. The quality seems to vary by package. Some package are fine, others inflict pain on puppies. Either the needle dulls quickly with the perforation of the bottle seals or it was not sharp to begin with.

The variable quality of the dispensing needle is a problem. I now discard the needles after mixing the vaccine and use a better needle and dispenser. Smoother, more reliable results into the puppies shoulder fat.

The manufacturer had to cut cots somewhere; I trust the cost went into the vaccine itself. The product is still great value, even with the extra needle.

My vaccinated 14-month-old Great Pyrenees test positive for parvo virus yesterday. He is in critical but stable condition. I administered the 10 in 1 three times two weeks apart when he was re-homed to me at 7 months.

Records of his vaccines, except for rabies, did not come with him. So, I started him over. He is our livestock guardian dog and does not leave our property. I don’t know how he contracted parvo but I know that I administered the vaccines to him.

The vaccines did not protect him. Now, I am concerned about my 8-month-old. I will be ordering a different brand.

Bought a lab pup when he was around 10 weeks old. Vaccinated him with Spectra 9 when he was 12 weeks and then I did Spectra 10 plus lime for his 15-week and I’m about to do it again for his 18-week. I wish the lime didn’t make it so much more expensive but living in the country with ticks everywhere we definitely need it.

Did not make him sick, he acted like his normal self.

Product came with nasal applicator for easy administration. Will definitely use Valley Vet for our future needs.
