20 Best Underwear For Urine Leakage (2023 Updated)

I can’t say I would truly recommend these. I have incontinence issues due to MS. Even though these say overnight, I still place a disposable bed mat on my bed every evening because you will leak more than you don’t.

Sometimes it holds okay, sometimes I have it running up out the side towards my back. The two things I really hate about them is there is absolutely no odor control, so you will begin to smell quickly unless you change out of them right away, and, even though they absorb wetness so it doesn’t leak outside onto surfaces, it does not absorb wetness inside.

This means, that your skin remains extremely wet until changed. It is supposed to have a proskin barrier, but your skin is wet. This can cause skin irritation, skin breakdown, and just an outright feeling of nastiness.

I buy them because they fit better than others, but they don’t necessarily work better than others.

My urinary problem is a bit more than just bladder leaking; more serious and, fortunately, very treatable. So, I have tried every brand of “pullups” out there. Tena is the brand i have found to fit the best.

I’m no skinny mini, so finding an underpant to cover my large behind is no small matter (no pun intended). They are a good price point, absorb a lot, and fit me like undies should. You may find another brand suits your size and body type better.

For me, Tena is the one!.

I have used all kinds of pullups and pads and then I bought Tena products. I started using them in sm/md and then my store just had Lg Ex Lg. I had to use the other kind again. Then I found them on line in Sm/Md.

Now I buy them in packs of 64 count. They have smaller and larger packs. I was glad I found them and that’s the only kind I buy. I get the nighttime pullups for days and nights. They have a double layer around the legs so they don’t leak.

Try them once and that’s the only kind you’ll buy.

Did I miss the part that said these were hipsters and not full briefs? Did I miss the part that said these were about 4 inches lower in the back than they are in the front? Don’t bother taking them off and turning them around thinking the flowery part was printed on the wrong side.

It didn’t change a thing. I think there must be a typo about how much liquid they hold. I don’t remember that it posted it in ounces but there’s a cup someone has turned upside down on a napkin. Well, I don’t know how much I usually “go”, but it slipped right over the sides.

Maybe that was because of the bad fit? Well, it sure made for a cleanup on the floor. I’ve tried every brand out there and used the WalMart brand to start and didn’t realize there was anything better out there because seldom have I found a name brand that much better than the WalMart with anything I buy.

I think these hold true for the “you get what you pay for”. However, this product was certainly not worth what I paid for it. And why in the world did I not order the smallest package since this was my first purchase? I must have thought they were really going to work like the commercial showed.

I’ve compared different brands and Attn:Grace always came out on top. I need both brief and pad so I need these items to work together efficiently to be kind to my “fixed income” budget. All combinations of brands tended to tear up the inside of the brief EXCEPT Attn:Grace.

Pads and briefs are able to handle the flow and have comfort-first quality. I keep others in the back of the cupboard in case of shipment or out-of-stock delays. I am always grateful to A:G and my friend who recommended them.

I though I’d try the heavy ones so I could get my needs met with one company. I used one and won’t again. They were too bunchy and the pad separated leaving gaps that could cause leaks also they were a little large and were uncomfortable.

I don’t need the heavy weight ones but wanted to try them so I could use only one company’s product. I won’t be using the others so I wasted the money. I did really like your fabric so much better than the other company’s.

It is so soft and comfy. I do like the pads very much and wear them every night when I am at home as only need briefs for travel and overnights. It is import6to me to know yours are better for environment.

They are nice and absorbent but can’t you make an extra Large? If you had ex. Large I would subscribe. If you have a tummy, the large roll in front at waist. All other have ex large. You should too. I was just getting ready to order and looked for ex large because I like the absorbency of the large and no leakage but Large just is not comfortable when they roll all the time.

I have purchased 28 pair of shorts for my husband. They are cut very skimpy and shallow. He has to tuck in his undershirt so they stay up. I have no other choice but your brand. Please make a line of men’s shorts that come up to the waist not 2 inches below the waist! I’ve tried removing the waist band and adding a couple of inches of cotton knit fabric and then reattaching the elastic.

That’s a lot of work.

OK, so I have reached the age for these! And I find these useful and effective. And they last as stated. I wash appx. 05 sets a week and they have lasted near a year with all the washing and use. When they show signs of wear[such as falling off when I wear a kilt] then they are into the rag bag.

The pads make fine polishing cloths~! Good product, good price-you cannot go wrong with these.

This product is very comfortable to wear and has met all my needs while I am out shopping or traveling for many hours a day. A couple of things to keep in mind. While it absorbs a lot you have to be careful not to just flood it.

Give it some time to absorb. It works much better that way. Note to Wearever: It is a bit low in the back when you put it on, so if you could add about an inch or so it would fit much better. Also, would it be possible to create an indentation in the front of the pad for the male package.

That would really make it fit perfectly. Other than these small issues I am very happy with the product.

I wore these in preparation for a Colonoscopy Exam, and they caught a minor discharge I had. I was so happy I wore these, instead of wearing regular cotton underwear. This product kept my pants clean, and I didn’t have to worry about not feeling “clean”.

I have recently changed mom’s incontinent products to Tena. Before there were constant problems with leakage and accidents. Happy to say the Tena products have eliminated the accidents and mom is much more comfortable now.

Have tried several different brands and so far I like this one’s for my husband. They are light and comfortable for him. I wish they would make them lighter or thinner. They are used to protect the bed from discharge stains.

This company defines “moderate incontinence” as “occasional bladder leaks”. I don’t know any medical professional that would diagnosis someone who has occasional bladder leakages, as incontinent. Incontinent quite literally means you *** your pants.

Anyone that actually pees their pants with these on, will be extremely embarrassed, because it will leak completely through. The company takes no responsibility for their misleading false advertisement of this product.

So to be abundantly clear for anyone interested in purchasing these, these “Super Absorbent”, “Leak Proof”, Underwear for “Moderate incontinence” that “hold 10oz” — They are none of those things. The only hold 10oz of water after each oz has had time to fully dry, which they don’t do, there are no moisture wicking properties so anyone wearing these would be subject to skin breakdown and UTIs.

I’ve never in my life been more disappointed by a product made for disabled adults.

I Purchased (3) M100 Medium Regular Grey Briefs and they looked fine until I noticed that the Briefs are for men who dress Right. I happen to be Left and there is little protection. I called and asked if I could order Left Briefs and was told no.

Then I asked if I could turn the Briefs inside out but the plastic barrier would block the leakage. The only option was for Boxer’s M500 Heavy Duty. I am a Brief’s guy not a Boxer guy so I guess I have to look elsewhere.

Why was this not mentioned on line? The product is good if you dress right. Disappointed to say the least.

i purchased 2 pair to test for size and performance. one pair fit and the other (recommended by wearever site) did not. i called wearever and they immediately sent a replacement for the non-fitting pair.

very easy, very prompt. this underwear is an excellent product for my mild incontinence due to prostate surgery. no more wasteful, throw away products. they work well, wash and dry easily, and look and feel pretty much like normal underwear.

for me the ‘functioning fly’ is non-functioning. not enough elasticity. two suggestions i would make is to design the waist band to ride up a little higher in the back, as sometimes they feel like they’re riding too low or slipping down and to put a little more stretch in the leg openings.

other than that. thank you for a great product.

My husband has been having some medical issues and he’s younger so he was embarrassed to have to wear depends, UNTIL I FOUND THESE! I have to say myself, these are a sexy brief depends! They even have a stamp of the size on the back too like real briefs.

I love the color and the waist band makes them look so real. They work really well too. My husband says they are very comfortable. He doesn’t sweat in them and he says they don’t feel like a diaper at all.

Was staying with a friend for a two week working vacation. Helping him with chores on his ranch. Saw the box in his gust room and asked him how he liked wearing the briefs. He said his dad turned him on to them.

He started wearing them when doing work on his property. He was pleased to find out how comfortable, supportive, and perspiration absorbent they were. He gave me a few pairs to try for the next few days working.

I was amazed with the fit and comfort of the briefs at the end of a hard days work. Absorbs sweat, pulling it away from my skin keeping me cool and super dry all day long, even in the rain! Best of all, very durable and no chafing! Nether of us have have an incontinence problem.

These underwear are a great idea but need some improvements in quality control & design. Out of three pair, two had problems with the waistband – the sewing was poorly done & started to unravel after one hand wash (hadn’t even worn them yet).

This problems is likely a quality control issue. The second problem is more about design. The absorbent material in the crotch bunches up while wearing them. A simple solution would be to sew through this area (similar to quilting).

I did this on the remaining pairs and also resewed the waistbands. Seems to me like a lot of work for make expensive underwear useable. However, now that I’ve fixed them, they are absorbent, comfortable.

As a retired RN and post surgery/prostate, I have cared for many people with incontinence. Since the advent of “breathable” briefs I have discovered that anything that air can go through, also water can breach.

These leak. On the sides. Side sleepers beware. But daytime they work well. Plastic backed briefs, full mat, are great. But anything cloth backed will leak. And the tabs constantly come loose during activity and these briefs slip down.

This is normal for most cloth backed briefs. If you have any serious incontinence only plastic backed work well. Most people do not have that much of a problem. But many men post prostatectomy do. I bought these by mistake.

They leak at night because I am a side sleeper. And they will not stay fastened during the day, constantly they need readjusted. There is no pride for anyone who buys a cloth backed brief and has a leak in the middle of Walmart.

IF air can get through, so can liquids. Day or night.

This disposable diaper brief is very good. I have used only one brief that I thought worked better , and, it was made by Tena. That was what I thought that I was ordering. The brief has obviously been changed a little, but, it is still better than any of the many other brands.

I like the two tabs on each side. I do not like the design with a solid wide tab on each side. That one does not seem to cover as well. My husband has been wearing these for five years.

A++ We tried other brand adult diapers and pull-ups and found Tena to be the most comfortable, dependable and simple to use. Buying from Simply Medical makes meeting mom’s (Dementia) needs virtually effortless.

It’s one less thing (it’s a BIG thing) we don’t have to worry about. WHAT a relief!.

I bought these as I was going into hospital for an MRI and was worried about weeing in the multimillion pound machine lol; I felt pads might not do the job laying down. Fortunately the scan passed without fully testing them out, but I found them so comfortable that I’ve been wearing the leftovers for sleeping in and now I’m planning to buy more as the security is really reassuring, and easier than dealing with bed pads and changing sheets.

I am a chunky monkey and was worried about finding a product that fit, but the large fit fine; being low-rise they finish before my fat tummy. My hips measure 49 inches and these are about as tight as would be comfortable, but really if they were loose they wouldn’t be secure.

They also stretch slightly as you wear them, so they get comfier over the course of an hour, and I quickly forgot I was wearing them. The seams on the sides are on the outside, which I was a little thrown by at first, but actually if they were on the inside they’d rub, and as I understand it they allow the product to be torn down the sides for easy removal.

For a lot of us that’s really not necessary, and I think it adds something to worry about, as you don’t want to think of them ripping (though I rush to add that this isn’t something I’ve experienced).

The material is lovely and soft. Obviously the pad is relatively large, as these are designed for heavier incontinence rather than for people who lose a little wee when they sneeze or laugh, and of course as technology improves in future it would be nice if they got smaller, but as it is these are leaps and bounds more discreet than most pull-up options and adult nappies; reading some reviews here I wonder whether a lot of the reviewers have seen or tried the traditional options, which literally are like a giant child’s nappy (or much, much larger for two-part systems / fixation pant products).

Overall I’m actually really glad I had reason to try these, as they will now become a regular tool in my arsenal!.

These seem really good! I am a chunky monkey and so was worried about finding something that would fit, particularly since these come in a large but nothing above that. These seemed ideal as they’re low-rise, which means they don’t come up as high as my round tummy lol.

My hips in this area measure 49” and I ordered the large; they fit very comfortably without being tight whilst the fit still feels secure, and I would say that they are in fact an ideal size. I would recommend choosing a size based on your measurements rather than your dress size.

They’re very stretchy, and the material is lovely and soft, which also means they’re not too rustly. The pad is large enough to feel like it’ll do the job but they don’t feel too much like a nappy; I probably wouldn’t wear them with something tight fitting, but with a long top they should be fine.

The seams at the side are on the outside which confused me at first, but then I realised that if they were on the inside then they would probably rub, especially if you’re someone wearing these day in, day out, so it adds to the comfort, and they’re also designed so that they can be removed by tearing down the side seams.

The material has a slight sheen to it but it’s not really shiny.

I usually use the TENA Discreet Maxi but need a little more security when going away with friends. Sadly, I didn’t get it with this product. Firstly, I bought a the large size, (I am and M&S size 16/18 pear shape) so thought they would fit prefect, but they rolled down.

I put my finger through the sides trying to get them up. Secondly, when i a small leak (which my usually pad manages) it leaked. I had to shower and changes my trousers. I went back to proper underwear and pads with no more embarrassing issues.

I found the pants uncomfortable, very small, they rolled down and the pad hard to sit on.

I ordered the overnight underwear size Extra Large underwear. I found that the absorbency is better than any of the other brands that I have bougbt at the stores and my main complaint was they did not cover my rear end completely.

The Because underwear cover most of my rear end but not completely. I have lost complete control of my bladder because of all the many years of having acute UTI infections. I am living in a nursing home because of that problem.

Although they provide underwear & diappers they hardley have any padding & when I urinate the flow is so much that I wet the bed, my nightgown and the padding that they put on the bed. Your underwear although the padding is much better, I still have to buy the booster pads to keep me dryer.

I loss the use of my legs & cannot have time to get help to get on my wheelchair to go to the bathroom. I also have to use a diaper to go on top of the underwear so not to lay on a soaking wet bed until the attendants come to my room to change me.

But now with your underwear & Booster pads I do not wet the bed. A person that can walk and has time to go to the bathroom I recommend your overnight underwear as the best absorbency of any other that I have used in the past.

A few months ago I got a call from one of your marketing people, asking me how I liked the Because underwear I’d been buying. I told her I didn’t like the fit, especially the giant bulk of material between my legs.

She suggested I might prefer another product you offer, and suggested I let her send me some. She did, and I much preferred it. When I got your next order warning, I changed my order to your “premium” underwear, thinking that was what I had been sent to try.

But the product, which came in a different container from my usual one, is NOT the same, and I don’t like it. It is stiff and rough, and the material between my legs is even bulkier than what I’ve been buying! And it’s a terrible dun color.

I am almost 77 years old, and after spinal trouble I am now only 4 feet 11 inches tall. Both products I have bought from you are huge on my small body and uncomfortably bulky to wear. Although I have appreciated the convenience of discreet delivery, my last order was sent to my former address and I discovered it in the snow by accident.

So, when Because got rid of the regular premium line and replaced them with premium plus, I left. I had been a customer for over a year at this point. The “plus” line is awful compared to the old premium.

They fit worse for one, but the most awful part is how easily they come apart. If you want to be out in public and have the crotch part detach from the body of the underwear just from trying to pull them back up, this is for you.

Want the sides to slowly rip all day long so that by the time you get home it’s just hanging by a string? These are the ones. The ONLY reason I have broken down and started buying them again is because they are far more absorbent than anything in stores.

After being humiliated in public TWICE since my return because of this product falling apart I may be on the search for a better product soon. I just wish they would bring the original premium line back.

They were absolutely everything I needed in a product like this.

These are not meant to replace depends! they for leaks as they say! I love em and wear em when I have to go out for gorceries, dinner or other activites. A small leak will save me embarrasment as I won’t have any visible signs of a leak so I can make it to a restroom.

Please do not depend on theses as you would the disposable ones as that is not what they are intended for.

i have owned several pair over the years and they are great. You feel safe wearing them. The only part that wears out is the elastic. That can be replaced if you are a sewer. If you want something safe, convenient, and doesn’t show, these are great and well worth the money.

After experience with similar product purchased for my husband, I know the padding is made up of several layers which are not secured in place and bunch up when laundered. I stitched the padding in place prior to laundering and they came out fine.

I washed them on gentle cycle with warm water and fluff dried. These are very comfortable and feel secure. I no longer have to use panty liners which become dislodged and stick to my skin! Buying this item for my mom too and will stitch the padding in place before I give them to her!.

For the last 20 Years we have used a lot of products and this is by far superior. Soft and gentle on the skin, easy to pull on and off, as well as easily torn to remove if needed. Extremely absorbent, of course in cases of heavy urine saturation it will leak a little around leg bands if ignored for too long.

Find me a product that doesn’t. Also a bit high backed for those uh oh uncontrollable #2 moments which helps protect clothing/bedding.

I bought these “paper pants” underwear for my elderly mom. She has used other brands and most were comfortable and quite plush, but they were overkill for mom’s leaking and sometimes missing the the toilet.

Others would seal off air circulation. She likes these because they’re comfortable even when a little wet verses with the bulkier underwear she feels the moisture when a little wet.

This is embarrassing, but if I save one person the trouble I had, it will be worth it. I bought these to use on a long car trip and I didn’t want to get out and use the bathroom. The Equate brand works GREAT and I have tested them multiple times.

I bought these Depends thinking an adult diaper is an adult diaper. WRONG! I peed all over myself, my jeans, and my car seat when my urine leaked through the legs, into my jeans, and all over the car seat using this product.

I was so so so mad. The Equate band works extremely well and will hold a full bladder sitting down in jeans. The Depends leaked everywhere in the most inconvenient way – will never buy these again ever.

These have made postpartum care so much easier, especially after a cesarean. The high waist keeps the band from rubbing on the cesarean incision, the pad helps with managing postpartum bleeding, and the design keeps one feeling quite clean/absorbing any smell all day long.

For anyone with postpartum incontinence, it would also be a plus too I would think, but no personal firsthand experience to speak on that more – just know that these are designed originally for such.

They are a little bulky under tighter clothing but still much better than the huge pads supplied by the hospital and better than the Amazon equivalent brand, which is also quite bulky. These fit quite well for a woman roughly in the size range of 14-18 pant size.

Highly recommend for any c-section mommas out there!.

Compared the measurements of these to underwear I currently use. They were the same. I was shocked when I took a pair out and opened the u/w. Way smaller that compared to ones i currently use. If I CAN use these u/w I will have to make slits in the legs and waist.

The SEAT PANEL doesn’t. cover my butt. The rest of the u/w fits like a bikini. NOTHUING LIKE THE PICTURE> I consider your picture to be false advertising. The model must have been at the smallest of the inch measurements because she could not have been at the largest size in your scale.

Shame on you. Now I am stuck with useless underwear and feel you are responsible for me wasting my money on falsely advertised merchandise. HEAVY LADIES DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!.

The diaper does what it says. Easy to use. It’s absorbent and holds together. The velcro works well and makes it easy to take off and put on. There a flaps on easy side to extend the fit. I ordered a small for my petite mom.

It’s a little droopy between the legs but she doesn’t go anywhere so it’s okay. I had a few leaks but not as often as with others. By far this diaper has been one of the better ones.

We have been ordering these diapers/briefs for more than 3 years. We’ve used other brands when these ones are not available and they are not up-to the quality and retention of Tena. Medical Supply Depot has been able to accommodate the orders even during the pandemic months with some delays, but they arrived!.

My son is 12 and has suffered with bladder control and incontinence problems both during the day and at night his whole life. He’s an active kid with lots of friends so we do our best to let him wear regular briefs as much as possible, but since he usually wets heavily, he’s taken to wearing briefs with an absorbent pad insert while at school or out playing with friends.

However, since he always wets more at night, he does still change into a fresh diaper before going to bed and he typically wears a diaper while around the house. Over the years we’ve tried several different styles and brands, but these Tena youth diapers just seem to work best.

Some of the brands he’s worn don’t fit as snugly around the legs, leading to wet sheets. but Tena has done a great job in making these. They are super absorbent and fit him well. He no longer wakes up with wet sheets since we started buying Tena, and he actually doesn’t seem to mind wearing these diapers under his pajamas.

no more complaining about his diaper being too loose at least.

My father is a boxer shorts man and refuses to wear anything else. Wearever is the only manufacturer that has an incontinent boxer and it is finally back in size L. The fact that these are machine washable is great – dad had a disposable boxer once (diff make) and my parents had placed it in the washing machine – what a mess! Please continue to make this 2 in 1 boxer incontinent product – in all sizes.

I bought 4 pair I blue 3 checked all are Comfortable except the waist is very loose And the thighs seem tight yhe blue ones I bought first theyre fine they are still loose waisted but are holding up fine the checkered ones are comingapart inj the crotch already busted out one pair.

My 82 year old mom tried a couple of free samples of this product and found them to be super comfortable and have excellent absorbency. However, the ones inside the large Depends Fit-Flex Maximum (Medium) box we just bought from Costco feel flimsier despite the sample label and Costco box matching descriptions word for word.

My mom put the new Costco Depends on and ultimately a huge puddle ended up on the floor. My mom was confused and thought perhaps she had put it on backwards, but the second (new) Depends attempt resulted in the same outcome and mess.

Now, we are forced to return to Costco’s own brand despite having high hopes for Depends based on the samples we had received.

The product performs well. It can absorb a large amount of liquid, with minimal to no leakage. The pad can move and bunch inside the the moisture shield, but will still absorb fluid without issue. The absorbancy isn’t 100% and will leave the surface of the skin visibly moist.

The product’s “skin feel” is great, but wearing the product does produce a slight rustle sound when moving. The front fit is flat & tight, and not ergonomically suited for the male anatomy. The padding doesn’t extend very high in the front, and goes back further, presumably to absorb moisture from laying/sitting; although when sitting, any fluid is not absorbed by the back end, and may pool or leak in the product, until repositiong allows the excess fluid to be absorbed by the back end.

The side seams are pretty easy to tear for removal, but strong enough to not tear from normal movement. The waist fit is very accommodating, and has lots of give. The leg openings have enough give to accomodate large legs.

I bought Speax instead of the Thinx line because at the time, the Thinx full coverage undies were out of stock in my size. And I figured if they were absorbent enough for bladder leaks, then they should work well for periods.

Wow, was I right. I got stuck in a situation where I had to wear the same pair from morning until the next morning on my heaviest period flow day (gross, I know, but emergencies happen). And I have a very heavy flow on the heaviest day.

Zero leaking, and it was super comfortable because they absorb instantly. When I wear pads, I get really uncomfortable because I can really feel all the moisture and bulk etc, but these undies keep you so dry you don’t feel that moisture at all, and they are really thin so they don’t feel bulky.

I am not surprised that they are a bit of a production to wash to get them to not stink, especially if you get stuck like I did that one day and they’ve absorbed A LOT. I had no luck with hand-washing or gentle laundry cycle and hang dry like they recommend, they end up stinking for me.

So I have to wash them when I shower: I start rinsing out blood while I stand in the shower waiting for the water to warm up, then I load them up with soap/shampoo, hand scrub them so the soap penetrates, then I have to stomp on them with my feet as I shower so that they get enough water & soap squishing through them (and making sure that the water runs clear eventually thru them).

Then I squeeze them out and add them to the next load of laundry to be washed & dried. I rotate through 5 pairs each period (wear one during the day, then switch to a freshie at night), and I’ve had them for I think 9 months? And I wear them during workouts too with no leaks.

And they are getting a bit pilly in the pad area due to the dryer, but they are still just as absorbent. A note about size: I saw other reviews say they run small, and so although my measurements for clothes are usually XL/XXL, I don’t carry tons of that weight at my hips, more at my waist and thighs, and therefore usually wear size M/L in undies (from Target, for example).

So I upsized to XXL because I didn’t want big undie lines showing thru my clothes or squeezing my waist. They are in fact a bit roomy (i. e. I could have gotten XL), but even so, they have not leaked even once, even though I usually don’t wear them with a cup or tampon.

Ever since I figured out how to really wash them well, I don’t need to wear cup/tampon with them. I had a Prostate Surgery 2 years ago and now endure a light leak problem under strain and exertion. I tried similar protective underwear products in the earlier days only to find them irritable due to the regular construction methods.

Wearing something like this for the first time since my prostate surgery (after the obligatory pads etc. ) has given me confidence in situations where leakage can occur. For me, it is when exercising or doing heavy manual work (lifting etc.

) and sometimes when in social situations where alcohol is being consumed. I’m able to relax more knowing that the product will work. Positives – comfortable to wear/odour free. Negatives – the waist band is a bit narrow.

tends to fold over when wearing. I would never be a large, but the medium size is quite tight around the waist. It would be great to have less sombre colours.

I wore a pair of your Confitex shorts and played a round of golf. I was disappointed that the shorts still leaked onto my pants just like the Depends that I have worn previously. The leakage was a little less than the Depends; the wet spot was about 4 inches in diameter which is was certainly not as much as 100 ml that your ad stated your shorts could hold without leaking.

I washed them before I wore them to activate your water absorbing material just as you instructed. Your shorts help a little bit but not a lot. Their cost is not worth it for me to purchase more of your shorts since I still have a leakage problem when wearing them.
