Best fit and function so far. I use it while doing construction carpentry and only occasionally need to pull it up off my hips. The pad pockets could use some Velcro to hold the pads in because they want to ride up out of the pocket.

I elongate the front attachment to cross over the top of the picket to hold it closed.

I am in relatively good shape but started a new job that requires repetitive heavy lifting. Was surprised to have hernia issues and didn’t want to start off the new job with doctor visits and insurance claims.

This Tenbon truss allows me to keep working until I can determine my next course of action. It’s a well made product and does exactly as needed. Highly recommended.

It surprisingly works way better than I expected. Keeps hernia comfortably in place while moving aggressively at work. Very pleased.

My husband tried these on and nearly started singing soprano. To say they were too little is an understatement. Ordered the largest size available and still didn’t fit. HE is an XL, but these were so not! They did not even go up to his waist or anywhere near it.

It’s too bad that an XXL isn’t offered.

I am totally satisfied with this product! It is helping me to control the bulging of my hernia until I can have the operation. I was so satisfied with the first pair of briefs that I’ve purchased several more pairs.

This garment works in some situations. I did not find it useful for any occupation that includes a lot of sitting there just isn’t enough support designed into the garment.

This hernia brace is great. I believe it to be the best I had looked at to purchase. I have had this problem for about two months. The first six weeks I worked and done things around the house without a brace, just kept pushing in on the hernia several times a day.

By the end of the day you are wishing for help. I have been to the doctor, they didn’t say anything about a brace, just wanted to refer me to a surgeon, said it was my decision when I wanted to have it done, that evening I searched the internet and found this brace.

It is just what you need for this type of hernia. After a day or two you don’t even realize you have it on. You, just realize your not hurting during the day. I’ve been wearing this one for about 2 weeks now.

It is fairly easy to use, just Velcro. I would recommend this brace to anyone needing one. I don’t leave home without it. THANKS!!!!.

The belt is of good quality but the two pads are so stiff they feel like a rock they are a very hard rubber and hurt on contact. I removed them and sewed in some soft foam pads in place of them and it works fine now.

Maybe the belt was old and the pads became hard like some rubber does but I would compare the rubber in this belt equal to the stiffness of a car tire.

It has allowed me to live a regular life again. Without it, I can be on my feet for an hour or so but no more. The support it offers is perfect and I can go about doing all my usual activities without discomfort.

Easy to put on and to adjust.

Pros: the product is soft and probably would be comfortable if various aspects were redesigned. Cons: the sizing chart is way off; large size is actually at least 1X or larger; the leg straps are non-adjustable in relation to the space between them and are positioned too close together in the back.

Also, all Velcro attachments need to be tapered because they cut into the skin when one is bending.

Have used other hernia belts and this one holds it in pretty good. For the price this belt does the job. For hernias that are not to big it can be used to help one function. I have used this belt for years.

Needs to be replaced about every 6 months if used pretty much full time. When the pads get smaller time to replace.

Best product of its kind. There are knock-offs of FLA Orthepedics products. Beware. This is the genuine article.

Velcro straps don’t last as long as I think they should, but would be OK if replacement straps were available separately, hint, hint. . . . .

This is the Best Truss I have ever used! It is much more comfortable, covers the hernia fuller, & gently keeps “everything” in it’s proper place. I don’t just recommend this truss, I Highly Recommend It! Going to order another one.

I actually bought this product for a friend and he said it did actually help relieve his inguinal hernia discomfort, when worn. However, he also reported a irritation on his upper thighs when laying down or wearing the device for long periods.

It takes some getting used to if you have never worn a hernia belt before, it’s a bit uncomfortable at first. But it absolutely does what it is supposed to do.

Works well. Had to get a few pair of boxer briefs so the straps wouldn’t rub skin with just briefs on. Trying to put off surgery ad long as possible. Heard so many recalls and lawsuits with the mesh they are using for these type hernias.

Hopefully they will get better at it. Read where alot of people had to endure 2 surgeries, to get problem solved. Price is good $11. 99 for medium and free pickup at my store. Add a little tax and it is just over $13.

Several on here looked very similiar for more money. I’m ordering another to be able to wash because of summer heat for a backup. I’ve only had it about 2 weeks, but I can function all day. Seems to keep hernia from bulging, burning when standing for long periods of time.

Mine is on right side, but I leave both in for balance. The type hernia I have, according to what I’ve read is an inguinal hernia. If anyone has had nonmesh surgery with good results I’d like to know about it.

It was surprisingly comfortable and gave me the support I needed. The price was cheap enough that I was able to order 2, allowing me to wash hand wash one while wearing the other. I ordered a size small.

I am 36″ in the hips and the fit was perfect. if I was any smaller I’m not certain it would have. It would be nice if they came in an extra small but I don’t think they do.

I had to order from Vitality Medical to get the size of hernia belt for my husband in order for him to keep working. Unfortunately their shipping is $12. 75 and 5-10 business days, which is a long time when you need it now.

I found the size he needed the next day from another website for free shipping 2 day ship. I contacted VM to cancel my order and they said it had already shipped. I told them my story and said I wouldn’t even open the box just put a new label on it and send it back and could they extend free return shipping.

They could not and it cost another $12. 75 to return ship and it was due to the size of the box(these hernia belts could’ve been sent in an envelope instead of this large box. I shouldve repackaged them but didnt.

)I asked them if they if they would consider refunding my initial shipping and they said they would “check with the powers that be” in the hopes of keeping a future customer because this transaction started off on the wrong foot.

Purchased this and another type together, this one is the better of the two. adjustments easy and in one hour had it set for me. support is very good and hides under pants well but needs adjustment to position thru out the day.

You move and so does it, allow you to bend easily. the legs straps adjust and takes a day to become used to but after that I did not notice any fit discomfort. great price point and will give the support your looking for.

No experience with other brands but this brace works fine for me. It was one of the most reasonably priced inguinal hernia supports that I was able to find. Vitality did indicate what the size was for S, M, and L.

Small is up to 35″ waist and that caused a lot of problems with websites that did not give the waist measurements for the sizes.

After suffering with increasing soreness throughout the day and being unable to walk more than a few meters without sitting for a while, I finally found this product with a simple google search. I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially with such a low price, but decided to give it a try.

I wish to return this product. Had purchased one from you about a year ago and it has worked great but is wearing our so wanted a second one. Your new product does not have the same part that puts pressure on the hernia.

The old removable part was much larger to put better pressure on the hernia. The new one is just a simple piece of foam and is not adequate.

Nowhere did I find measurements for small, medium, large or extra large so I ordered small and it is too small for me. Where do I either return or exchange it?

Helps with supporting abdominal hernia symptoms for example; posture which prevents lower backache, flare up swelling, and reminding me on proper bending down which always caused pain after. I would give it the extra star only if I was able to wear under fitted shirts or dresses.

I wear under loose shirts which is still better than not able to. This was the only supporter I found that I love. Others I tried were either too too thick and unable to even wear under anything. Material is stretchable of course and not too thick or too thin.

It’s not see through like maybe the pic seems like it is. I have an apple shape body, 5’3 and weight 165pounds. I purchase the L/XL nude and Happy with my purchase! I WOULD RECOMMEND!!.

Life saver. I have a symptomatic infraumbilical hernia and I’m considering corrective surgery in a few months. I’m a medical doctor working 12 hrs shifts and the pain from the recurrent obstructions are a real inconvenience not to mention lost unproductive hours.

The belt has really reduced the incidence and pain, I’m happier and it’s comfortable to wear even with scrubs.

Good quality product. However, going exactly by instructions for proper measurement, belt was still too tight/small. Returned about 2 weeks ago and waiting for XL size replacement. Hopefully, that one won’t be too large.

Truss belt looks like it would work for all but has to be adjusted for comfort. The inserts are useless. I can use it without them. Would like to have some smaller inserts.

The sizing was completely inaccurate for this product. I had to return it for a larger size, even though the larger size should be too big if the sizing chart is correct. However, it could also be that the one I received was incorrectly sized.

Battle tested and ready for thick thighed chafe victims. As someone who enjoys a comfortable long brief : My preference would be for a tighter compression around the leg. Something that took away from wearing these was that I repeatedly had to pull the pant leg down.

That is something you notice after a few occasions. I would caution the leg ride on the pant, but outside of that the brief accomplished its non chafe goal. My goal when browsing for underwear is comfort first.

Being able to forget I have something restrictive on really helps. This pair would potentially be great for sports wear or cold gear. I liked the length and combination of something that would support long games of basketball or outdoor walks.

The Chafe Proof Pouch Micro Long Leg Boxer Brief is an excellent garment. I have worn it under shorts at the gym and for casual summer wear. I was not really expecting it to be totally comfortable in the high heat of the last two weeks with temperatures in the 90’s, but it was! As advertised, the moisture was wicked away.

It is a very comfortable garment to wear. I am curious about how it will feel in cooler and colder weather. The size (small, for me) was a surprise. I have gained some weight and inches in my waist (now 32″), and I thought it might be too tight.

The fit was perfect, but If I purchase another pair, I will try a M size. I need to do more work on my quads, but the little work that I have done is highlighted to my advantage by these briefs. It is a very comfortable garment for any type of athletic activity.

You will notice that in pictures of these boxer briefs there are pockets featured on the side of them. I am almost positive that due to sales, the Tommy John team decided that the pocket was a no go and unnecessary as I once thought when I got my first pair.

However over time I came to realize that a small pocket on my underwear for my phone or other things was exactly what I was missing in my life. So much so they I decided to purchase more. You can’t imagine my disappointment when these arrived at my home and the small pocket was no longer featured, even though it is showcased on pictures.

The pocket that used to be on these underwear was ahead of it’s time. Tommy John, people don’t know what they need in their lives until you give it to them. Please bring back the pocket to the 360 sport underwear.

My husband learned about these from listening to Ben Shapiro a while back, and his mom decided to get him a pair for his birthday. His original pair lasted him for multiple years (I’m not exactly sure how many), and all the while he begged for more.

Tommy John was gracious enough to give me two pairs of these to replace some others that were falling apart. These 360’s have the right idea for active men like me for gym and other activities, but the pouch is not comfortable for the boys, and needs to be slightly bigger and there is already a hole developing in a pair that I have worn 3 times.

I own quite a bit of Tommy John Boxer Briefs and after about 6 months, they all seem to start falling apart. Sorry Tommy John! Most are very comfortable, but lasting quality is just not there for the price.

IšverstiShow in original language1. I like the design of this brace. I like how the pads covers a wide area. The pads give a good contact over the hernia. 2. I noticed when I put on the brace, the pad did not feel right.

I looked at the strap position and saw that the strap was underneath the pad which put the strap against my skin. I looked at the instruction pictures that came with the brace and the straps are all on top of the pad.

I switched the left pad with the right. Strap is on top not against the skin. Feels better now. 3. Also I am a little less than 41” waist. If I got the Medium sized belt it would have been too tight.

So I am going to put an additional velcro strap to make up the slack. I would suggest something to make up the slack. Making the belt adjustable. 4. Pads feel good. But overtime, they look like they’ll get less rigid from use.

Would there be replacement pads available?.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis American made brace was shipped and I received it a day earlier than promised. I put it on and my pain immediately dropped by 75%! After using it for weeks most times there is no discomfort at all unless I am standing for hours.

I just rest a little and the pain drops from 8 to. 5. Very helpful for me. It has exceeded my expectations. I remove it at night, but otherwise wear it all day. It has been a great bridge till I get my ultrasound and Physician recommendation.

I wear it under my boxers because it fits very snug and there’s too much material in my boxers that just clumps up. I put a folded handkerchief between the patch and where the patch is connected to the belt because I was getting irritated in those areas after all day wear.

One improvement I would make would be to make the strap that’s attached to the patch wider where the patch is wider tapering down in width as the patch narrows. This would keep the patch flatter against the skin and provide more support.
