The briefs are not what I thought I was ordering. I usually receive Bali Style 8700 when I order the Light Control Shaping Brief. The Style you sent, DFX037, is made with fabric that is too thick and uncomfortable.

I would like to know how I can return the 4 pairs that I haven’t unpacked.

I have worn these almost exclusively for 10 years or more. They are becoming increasingly difficult to find, so am always glad to replenish my stock. These are comfortable; they feel supportive and snug, but don’t keep clothing from slipping over them like some cotton panties do.

I am a plus size woman and a full sized brief fits my body proportionately. I absolutely love this panty and also that it is cotton. I’m not a fan of nylon, and the tummy control is nice, too.

These run small. I am between a small and a medium, and the mediums are a little snug at the thigh but they fit great at my waist. I have an ileostomy and was looking for something with more coverage and high waisted that isn’t shape wear.

The waist hits at the perfect spot and they are pretty comfortable to sleep in. I just wish they were a little softer and not as sheer. I also wish they were seamless so they weren’t visible under clothing so I could wear them out.

They are very comfortable for lounging at home though! I would buy again. I’ll be checking out different high waist styles from this brand. Glad I found them on target otherwise I wouldn’t have known about them!.

I usually buy Leonisa’s boy shorts because they leave no lines. But now they’ve made them too small. even the large size. So I’ve been trying others. These would be OK except that the leg bands are a tight elastic and not only would leave lines, but are uncomfortable for a full-figured gal.

Leonisa sells all kinds of incredible shape wear. Why not incredible panties for full-figured gals??? Can’t figure this one out. I’ll be returning these.

I got these for post c-section. Currently 35 weeks pregnant. Was a size 2 (5’4” and 115 pounds per pregnancy) and now weigh 140. I bought the large and I think they will work, but if my thighs were any bigger even the large would be too tight.

Otherwise I think these are great and will serve the purpose. They go above my belly button.

These were 1 of 4 items I bought on my first tomboyx purchase, wanting to see what fit in size and styles. I’m in-between sizes on everything and have an ample bum and thighs. As an “old enough to be a teenager in the 80’s,” non-binary person, I’d been forever wanting underwear that felt like me and actually fit.

Boxer briefs bought in the “men’s” section were too lose as they were made for those with more external parts. These 4. 5″ trunks fit my needs perfectly both mentally and physically. The fabric is soft, the seams unnoticeable, the style wonderful, and they’ve held up well to washing on the gentle cycle.

The fit compared the 3X trunks I have – the 4X is a bit looser overall (naturally,) and in the bottom of the crotch is a little noticeable when first putting them on, but then forgotten about. While both the 3X and 4X fit and are all day wearable, I’ve bought additional ones in a 4X.

I’ve had no problems with the leg openings in either size. But that’s my experience with my body. I can honestly say I’d recommend these to anyone. I know they’re expensive compared to store bought, but I justified them this way.

A multi-pack of “women’s” briefs may cost the same as 1 pair of these, but with those you’re getting 1-2 pairs of “I like this color,” 1 pair of “meh,” & the rest are “so not me at all,” with bonus you know they’re not going to last.

These tomboyx ones – better quality, thicker fabric, colors, patterns, & a style that matches who I am, and zero irritating leg openings. I can walk around the house in these on boiling hot days without feeling self conscious.

Same for running errands even though they’re an underlayer then. I am so glad I clicked on the ad, asked friends if they’d tried them before (a few had, others had wanted to,) and tried them out. As long as I can keep affording them, I’ll be a tomboyx customer.

I never want to go back to brick & mortar, common big brand name, store bought.

The comfiest pair of underwear I own. Like a second skin. A hug for your bum. Full coverage. Love that they fit right down the legs and don’t ride up or dig in at the legs or anything. The buttoning is a nice detail.

Feel super confident in these. Can wear just these around the house without feeling naked. Don’t know why its so difficult to find nice underwear with full coverage in regular stores. Thanks Tomboyx for filling this niche! Not sure about the long-term durability of this particular fabric, but I guess time will tell.

I am keen on ordering more in this style anyway as I love them. Would be nice to see a bit more choice for colours/patterns in this style maybe?.

I really like how these trunks look. The black, the white band, the lettering, I think the design of the apparel is very aesthetically satisfying. I wish all my clothes carried this same sense of Tomboy-ishness.

The fabric is super-soft. I really like it. Few fabrics come close to how to describe it. It’s softer than pajamas. The band around my waist was slightly too wide, but around my thighs it was a little tight when I was wearing pants, and they would bunch up when I walked.

This wasn’t super uncomfortable, but I didn’t want it to happen. After a few washes, trying air dry first, tumble dry low next, then just my regular drying cycle the third time, I think they have finally shrank/adjusted to my form a little better.

I think I bought the right size because my waist is pretty skinny, it just took a few wears to understand the feel. Overall, I would be willing to purchase another Tomboyx product in the future to experiment with.

Again, the fabric is super soft, and I love the look. More importantly though, I love the sustainable and ethical practices Tomyboyx promotes, and that is surely something that will draw me back as well and something I will pass onto my friends in search of moral clothing.

I’ve been buying these for years and usually love them. Simple and comfy for general daily wear. But recently the quality has lowered and they added a huge tag on the left side seam. The panties are thinner and the stitching isn’t as durable, resulting in tears and loose strings, which ends up as a useless piece of fabric.

And tag is unnecessarily long, not sure why they added it. They used to only have a stamped “tag” on the inside, which read the size and care instructions, etc. That’s still there, but they also added a tag which is about 3 inches long and has a novel printed on it.

The problem is that it’s incredibly scratchy and makes you itch, so you’re constantly fiddling with it while wearing them. I’ve tried cutting the tag, but you can’t cut it completely out without undoing the stitching.

So because they rub so closely to my skin (as undergarments do) that little remnant of tag pokes my side the whole time. Seems petty to complain, but it’s really a design flaw and ruins the whole pair.

Hopefully they change that.

The panties are comfortable! VERY high waist and very stretchy. Feminine products DO NOT STICK to this material. So if you were looking for that perfect monthly flow high waist granny panty, this is not the one for you.

My main complaint is not even about the underwear but the company. I ordered multiple pairs and did not receive all of them. This company gave a poor excuse, told me the item was no longer in stock to send a replacement (which was a lie because I checked) and issued a store credit minus the shipping cost.

Ordering a replacement will cost more than my original order.

I was skeptical of buying these as the waistband looked very thin, but after buying one pair to try, I am ordering more. I used to buy my underwear at Catherines and liked their basic high cut cotton briefs except I always found the waistband to have a seam that dug in.

I purchased a 34/36 in the Basic Cotton Brief in black here on the Avenue site, which seems to be the equivalent of the 5x on the old Catherine’s store/website. The thinner waistband is so comfortable and they stay up well and adequately cover my lower belly.

Plus, I was able to buy them at $3. 99 a pair on sale, which is great!.

I was looking for nice women’s boxers for a long time and was very excited to try these. Based on pictures and reviews I already expected that woxers is exactly what I need. It turned out different. Those boxers made for some rare asthenic type bodies and are absolutely not suitable for athletic or curvy ones (which I am).

I am pretty sure that most of girls who wear L have not really flat body. My hips are 41 inches (double checked it in a tailor shop, so there could not be any mistake), so I ordered size L. Waist fits good, but thighs area.

Oh, that’s a total disaster. The non-elastic seam (seriously, non-stretchy seam for the underwear?) literally blocked the blood flow, leaving red lines on my thighs and causing pain. I could see my thigh split in two by that seam even when wearing pants.

To finish my day I needed to cut the thread, so boxers are obviously ruined but at least I will not get a crush syndrome.

I previously ordered the XLs of both baller and stud. Plus baller high rise. They ended up stretching a bit after the first wear and were pretty loose so slipped down frequently, but super comfy! So I figured I needed to size down on my next order so they’d be a smidge tighter.

This was a mistake. Now I have a bunch of undies that don’t fit properly and are super tight, which means I won’t wear them much. They feel tons shorter somehow as well, I’m rather tall so length is vital.

I absolutely love that they don’t shrink and are super soft and the bras are crazy stretchy, so I’m devastated that I made such a large order of the wrong size. (I know how stretchy the bras are because I ordered Larges which and then somehow accidentally ordered a Small and I can still get it on but it’s very tight.

Other companies I assure you would not fit period. ) So the lesson to others is, if you are relatively comfortable in the XLs, even if they are a touch loose, DO NOT SIZE DOWN! Or you’ll be sad like me.

I have been looking for boyshorts for awhile and waited patiently for these backordered ones to arrive. Sadly they were not good for me. the leg band didn’t fit snugly so whenever pants were put on the boy shorts rode up.

since I wore them once I couldn’t return them. had I noticed the problem when trying them on I would have sent them back. this was a new product so there were no reviews.

I had one hip replaced almost six months ago. It’s taking time to adjust. This girdle is EXCELLENT for providing stability and evenness to my upper legs and hips.

I used this product everyday and I had no problem with it. This product is very good in providing support to the spine area and the stomach area. It really helps my upper torso and helps keep it in alinement.

I am a gastric Bypass patient of 10 years and this girdle makes my life easier and I can enjoy walking again.

Loved the color n the fit. Very comfortable, but was disappointed with the thick lining of a DDD bra. I mean really do you think someone with those size breasts need a thick lining. I like unlined or lightly lined (which I thought this bra ad said that).

I will keep it but with the hopes you will get one unlined in this style. Or at least removable pads. Thank you.

I got these in the undies and thongs. Love them both. I gave 4 stars as if they had a more stretchy cotton (with a touch of spandex) or blended with another fabric they would be even more comfy, like second skin.

I personally like the feel of second skin fabrics, but I prefer cotton. So they are almost there with these. I definetely recommend and would buy another pair myself.

I really enjoy the fit of the mid-rise hipster bottoms! I have wide hips, thick thighs, and a little mommy pouch left after birth a year ago. These bottoms shaped my back nicely and the front area felt dry and covered perfectly.

155 lbs. size 8 pants. Curvy hips with filled bitty. Medium bottoms fit all areas perfectly.

This product is absolutely worth the money. I wore this for a wedding and was so comfortable. The hold it gives is amazing. It feels supportive and I could barely tell I was wearing shapewear. It isn’t suffocating like other brands can be.

It flattened and shaped in all the right places. I felt so much better about my biggest insecurity – my tummy. Honestly, I am so grateful for Skims. My overall size experience with the brand is that it runs small.

So, I range from a L & XL and needed to size up to feel more comfortable.

I thought this would be great, long enough for my torso, big enough for my thighs and smooth out my tummy. This failed on everything. I’m 5’10”, 250 with a long torso. I took measurements to ensure I was buying the correct size.

I tried it on and I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. It didn’t come up to my bra like the models by 3 inches and everything I was trying to smooth out came spilling out the top in the back, there is a tiny note on their website to use the straps provided to get it up to your bra line but they don’t state if you’re supposed to keep the straps on nor do they have any models using the straps or models with long torsos.

The thigh hole felt tight (and I measured accurately) and was digging in places making it extremely uncomfortable. The compression is the ONLY thing they have going for them. Every other shape wear company takes into consideration torso length but it appears this company does not! So disappointed because these look sexier than traditional shape wear, too bad they feel flat on inclusive marketing and proper how to use.

I bought these panties to have a comfy pair to wear on long drives and at work. I also needed some cotton briefs to keep my Ph balanced and to have on days of my cycle. Well, these will not allow any feminine products stick to them.

So no pads stay in place. They also are very bulky and thick aka very noticeable under my pants. The brief digs into the top of my thigh when I am sitting and the brief is so wide it also digs into my thigh.

I ordered them a size bigger hoping for loose comfort and they just fit weird. My belly got bigger but the way these fit it does nothing to flatter my belly or help shape or compress. It just hangs down lower and does not look flattering at all.

Since when do briefs have a build like a hipster panty and just add way more fabric. Our waistline is above our hip line. Luckily I didn’t take the tags off the other 2 pairs so I can return them. I hope I figure out a purpose for the pair I wore so it won’t be a total waste of my money.

I signed in just to come write a review of these panties and the matching bralette. So, as I was first pulling them on I had a moment of regret, they seemed like they might be too small. But when I got them on they magically fit, like a good bathing suit bottom.

The material is thicker than a lot of Torrid’s panties and adds some gentle compression without any bumps or bulges. They feel breathable, too. Kind of remind me of a certain savage booty shorts. They’re super comfortable and I’m currently wearing the set around my house as a whole outfit.

10/10 would recommend. Super want more colors and maybe different bottom cuts.

The sweatpants of panties. I literally cannot believe how thick and weird these are. What is with you, Torrid? Your panties are either so narrow in the crotch and flimsy and thong-like, even the briefs, with huuuuge leg openings, or they’re gigantic for their size.

I could not have imagined that these would be made of thick sweatshirt type material, but ribbed, and even though I wear a size 3 these come up practically to my armpits. I tried them on over my sweatpants.

I’ll never order underwear or bras through the website again. I had breast cancer surgery last year and have struggled with getting the right size bra during COVID and can’t try anything on, and somehow I thought ordering plain black panties would be easy.

Thanks for the great deal, I have now have five pairs of these big thick black diapers. Can’t return underwear ordered online. I’ll try to shrink these down with a hot wash and dryer cycle and maybe wear them to do yoga.

Or sew together the leg holes to make a nice warm HAT.

Womens boyshorts that actually go below the butt cheek line are SO hard to find. So I purchased two pairs of underwear from this site to test out which ones I would like best. I bought a pair of the regular boyshorts and a pair of the feel free boyshorts.

Both have super soft material although it’s quite thin. The fit of the regular boyshorts isn’t perfect so I wouldn’t buy them again. It has a thick elastic waistband that gives you a muffin top, no gusset inside them, and the stitching around the leg openings is tight.

Maybe it’ll loosen up. The feel free boyshorts however are really nice. They do not have the same thick elastic waistband so no dreaded muffin too, the leg openings have a good stretch, and this style comes with a gusset inside.

I would definitely buy the feel free boyshorts again. My one concern however was with the sizing difference of both pairs even though I purchased both in a small. When held together, the regular boyshorts are literally 3 inches wider than the feel free boyshorts.

I found that odd. I am a 5’5” female, 125lbs for reference. Anyways I like the feel free ones a lot, just wish womens underwear didn’t cost $18 for one pair. That is completely insane, but the perfect boyshorts have been so hard to find and these seem to be the best I can find.

First, the positives: the fabric is soft – ridiculously soft – right out of the package. The softness saved these boxer briefs from a one-star review. The quality also appears good (though I have only worn them for a week at this point, so longevity remains to be seen).

They fit well at the waist (true to size), and feel nice when you first put them on. But then you start to move around, and so do the boxer brief legs. Which brings me to the negative: The legs ride up and create exactly the kind of uncomfortable package squeezing I was hoping to avoid with these.

I have fairly athletic legs, but not tree trunks by any means, so it’s not simply an issue of the boxer briefs not working with meaty thighs. If you squat down to pick something up, the legs ride up.

If you sit down, the legs ride up. If you take a particularly long stride, the legs ride up. If you just walk around normally, the legs ride up. This left me constantly adjusting and re-adjusting the legs so it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing tighty-whities, and it doesn’t give the lad-and-his-mates the kind of room they need, especially on a hot summer day.

I wanted to like these, and they’re very soft to touch, but the inability of the legs to stay in place and avoid constantly riding up means I won’t be buying more.

I bought my first pack of the “FeelFree Bikini” style underwear in July 2021. Now that it’s Feb 2022, I feel like I can give a review on wear. I LOVE these! I suffer from Hydradenitis Supporativa (a horrible skin condition that largely affects the major groin & underarm sweat-glands) so I CANNOT wear any underwear that “rubs” or is tight around the leg.

Any elastic or typical “bands” irritate the condition or are downright painful. I bought some VERY expensive hemp underwear that’s OK. But then I found the FeelFree line of underwear and dove into a 3 pack of the bikini undies in 3 fun prints.

They are the absolute softest underwear I’ve ever worn. Including the “seamless” thin types. Unlike the seamless materials, these stand up to wear. I bought “Large” in all 3 pair (I’m about 5’7 and 175lbs) and there’s plenty of stretch.

They’re never too tight, but never too loose. Do I follow the wash instructions? NO! Bc I’m a busy single mom with a teenage boy! I throw these in with my regular laundry (a big no-no as I have an old washer & dryer with no gentle cycle) and use Frey detergent with wool balls in the dryer.

After 7+ months wearing these, there’s a little “fade” bc I’m not washing them gently, but NO difference in size. Somehow they neither tighten up or loosen up in the wrong places like ALL underwear I’ve tried! These are expensive for me.

But after wearing them for 7 months, I just signed up for the monthly membership bc I’ve only tried bikini and high-waist (also awesome performance & longevity). I wear these frequently, wash frequently, and dry frequently.

These are the only underwear worth the money and membership of the more expensive, sustainable brands. So if you’re unsure of them being “worth it” for the cost & sustainability. THEY ARE. Other brands would already be falling apart or sizing would be junk by now.

I’ve tested them all. Including those seamless workout undies that are high-priced. They PEELED into pieces in less than a year. For reference, my July order included: 3 pack FeelFree Bikini (prints) 1 pair FeelFree high-waist panty with 1 matching t-back bralette (t-back bralette was disappointing, but not for comfort, just the sizing/cut.

) But I wear all of them. And you know if you order something and come back 7 months later to write a review AND sign up for a membership? That means it a memorably great product! You’ll save money in the long run.

I did. No cons on the FeelFree bikini or high waist panties! (Just ordered “FeelFree” cheeky briefs & ruched bralette for the first time, so I’ll update when I try those out!) Highly recommend this ultra-soft, “slow-fashion” brand compared to all others! ❤️.
