20 Best Under Eye Baking Powder (2023 Updated)

this is the first and only banana setting powder i have been using for several years. I do have another brand now but i am still using this because i have a memories on it. I have the medium shade its perfect for my skin tone.

I super like the quality. It stays on my face. It’s a little bit dusty so be careful. Dubbed a little bit. Perfect finish on my face. It’s not cakey when you do it properly.

This is literally the holy grail of all setting powders to me! I’ve tried a few and always come back to this one. It’s a very fine powder so it always looks smooth and never cakey. I am more tan /olive complexion and the medium goes on beautifully without making me look pale.

I have extremely sensitive eyes and corners of eyes. This product does not effect them whatsoever. It’s amazing too because it sets my under eye concealer and it sets it ALL day long! I love this product and would highly recommend.

I am between light and medium skin tone. I ordered the medium tone and it looks amazing! The best setting powder I have ever used!.

I recently tried this powder, but I use the translucent. I am pleased with the coverage, but it’s not perfect as far as the color goes. I actually put it over my primer and under my foundation. I get a lot of compliments and queries about what I’m wearing.

It gives any foundation, and I use a bunch, wearability and stamina. Personally, I like a matte finish, and placing powder under your foundation usually ensures that.  I will definitely purchase this powder again.

The cost is really reasonable. .

This power has a yellowish undertone. It is so fine that it’s more like dust than a powder however a little bit goes a long way. I have extremely sensitive skin and worried about a reaction but didn’t have one at all.

Leaves a matte, silky finish and lasts for hours without blotting and I have extremely oily skin. Screw on top and generous amount.

They offer a “Translucent” option that I use religiously. It definitely offers a matte finish to anything its applied to (face, lips, brows) to which adding an illuminating highlighter to spot shine, will add luster back.

But if you are going for the matte look, this is a staple of mine that absolutely comes highly recommended. I also recommend their “Banana” version to illuminate under the eyes and forehead.

This is one of my favorite cosmetics that ELF has. I turned 40 a few months ago and I have started noticing a few things. A lot of older ladies don’t use this because they find it shows our fine lines more.

I think it depends on the person. I use it all the time and I think it helps me cover them. I always start with the HD Undereye Powder. Once I put it on I let it sit for a few minutes so it can melt into my skin.

Then I put on primer putty because it’s a feeler not just of pores it also feels fine lines. After I use the putty primer I put on the hd undereye powder again and it’s absolutely amazing what it does for my laugh lines.

I highly suggest you giving it a try even if you’re older just give it a try. If you don’t like it you won’t be out a lot I paid 3. 00 for it. I really like this powder. I used to use it all the time, switched to something heavier, and now I’m back to this. It’s really lightweight and translucent. I use it to set my undereye concealer and where I have lines in my forehead and it works great.

It doesn’t look cakey at all. My only issue with it is that it does have a white cast on my face (but I’m also super pale so maybe that’s just me) and it is in such a little container. Container is the perfect size for travel and for testing product use, but for long term use I would prefer a larger amount.

Usually will last me about 2 months.

Packaging: Love most E. L. F. ‘s packaging, simple to the point, this is no different. The pot is very small and the sifter is even smaller and hard to get product out of without getting it all over the place, I took the sifter out as I normally do but with this product it was mandatory because I was having to shake it to get any product out, which means my counter is pretty now.

Additionally the small brush that comes with it is proportionate in size to the pot and is as adorable as a baby but really ineffective, brush is a thin liner sized brush. I could paint the world’s smallest ship with this brush and is now my precision lip brush.

Consistency: As a light concealer. Concealed nothing, did not notice any reduction in dark circles. Thought it was odd that it states that it “camouflages” when it also states “sheer,” must have misunderstood what one of those things mean.

The mica in it actually drew attention to the area because of the effect of the glitter in the light and I notice the dark circles even more. As a setting powder. Set in concealer nicely, matted the area well for an almost flawless finish.

However again the mica gets in the way by making the look seem more immature and drawing attention. Would be great on the cheek bone to assist in highlighting, however as a light concealer and a setting powder e.

l. f. gets an F for effort! Scent: Non to extremely lightly scented. Repurchase: No, now that I’ve had it a few months, I don’t seem to use it very often. I force myself to use it because I own it but I would forgo to get an overall setting powder next beauty store purchase.

This awesome powder is cheap and yet one of the better setting powders that I have tried! Goes on a breeze and doesn’t go cakey or as I have found some high def powder make you skin oily, this doesn’t! The tub has easy to access holes for product distribution and comes with a cute little puffer pad.

I found it easier to use a stippling brush to apply though. Awesome no white flash back to this is definitely a must have! Buuuut also I found the Elf HD Under-Eye setting powder much better for under-eyes than this one.

If I baked with this or used it with a heavier hand, it did tend to give a white/grey cast to my skin (I especially noticed this under my eyes where my dark circles would look greyish, even after colour correcting and concealing).

Doesn’t crease foundation or concealer. Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula. Cons: The shimmer isn’t really enough to reflect light to make my skin look luminous. Settled into dry spots. Not for under eye.

I always see people eating products lower than necessary because they don’t understand the purpose of the item, proper application, what it’s meant for, and what tools to use. I think people aren’t understanding the difference between a setting powder, an undereye powder and a loose pigmented powder.

This isn’t meant for under your eyes. It’s meant to be pressed or dusted lightly over your makeup to seal it in. An undereye powder is typically pink tinted with some sort of reflect to negate dark circles and is less drying.

A tinted loose powder CAN be used as a setting powder but can also be used as a foundation. This is meant to be pressed or dusted onto the t zone or any place your makeup slips. Then dusted off. And you can’t give it less stars for not having a sponge.

The area underneath could be for you to put your own sponge or brush. If no one is getting it with a sponge there is a reason. Either it’s not meant to come with it or it could have been recalled for some reason.

Next time a product isn’t working for you READ THE directions. You may be using it wrong and with the wrong tool. Everyone reviewing this is upset it didn’t work under their eyes-it’s not meant to.

I got this because I fell onto a self tan companies website that sells a setting powder you put on after you self tan 🤩 Idk if I was living under a rock but I hadn’t heard this before and have been self tanning for years.

Instead of forking out the 40$ for that powder I decided to try to find a face powder with shimmer in it that was cheap to try it out. That’s when I found this product, in luminous. It has shimmer in it but you can only see in the sun or a bright light.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I applied to the whole body with a big fluffy brush a few mins after finishing the tan process. Focusing on the parts of the body that would crease or feel sticky longer like the inside elbows, under boobs, under backside, back of knees, you get the picture lol GAMECHANGER!! I felt drier way quicker and have NO creases like I normally would in a couple places.

The shimmer made me look so good with that fresh layer of tan(I used the st tropez/Ashley Graham tanner- FAVVV) Now I wouldn’t use this on my face, maybe under the eyes a bit and high points of cheeks to add some glow, because in the sun it sparkles.

It worked perfectly for what I wanted to use it for though. Totally recommend to try as a self tan set. ✨.

This product … I wanted to love it. I gave it like tons of chances two years ago. Stupidly I thought “maybe my skin has changed and this will work for me now and I tried it again. It just sits on the skin and magnifies each line.

It didn’t brighten because it settles patchy. I tried using a beauty blender , I tried a brush, , I tried my finger, I tried praying over it. Nothing makes this work for me. It just doesn’t smooth out even after using different application methods and techniques and then because it sits there all patchy it ruins my makeup look.

It doesn’t dust off you have to reset your whole face because it’s that bad. Wasted money , time , and just disappointing. Use a setting powder. This is gritty and not as fine as setting powder which I didn’t expect.

This is a fine and silky under eye powder. The key ingredients I like are silica which blurs, and dimethicone that smooths. It also contains a few plant extracts that may act as antioxidants that can be beneficial to the delicate under eye area.

It brightens some but I don’t see it as incredible brightening. The packaging claims that it keeps the under eyes soft which it definitely does. It’s a nice powder if you really want it but it’s not anything I necessarily feel like I need to buy the second time around.

I have a 100% silica powder from NYX that I can use for the same effect for less. At least it doesn’t dry your eyes out.

Becca’s Under Eye Brightening Setting Powder is a loose powder that the company claims is “designed to reflect light and blur the under eye area, while also setting concealer for longevity”. It is a mattifying powder.

It’s a very finely milled, soft, silky powder with no shimmer. I’ve found that when I apply this powder with a brush, it tends to look a bit “cakey” on my skin, and if I over do it, there’s a slight white cast.

I am 40 and have a tiny bit of dryness under my eyes. This settled into my lines and did not look flattering on me. No flashback, only had subtle brightening. Might work better on a younger person with slight dark circles.

First reviewer here but this product was impressive enough to break my silence. I have very oily/acne skin and have been trying to maintain it through all of my base products, primer, concealer, foundation, setting spray etc.

I found that this setting powder has been the most effective step. Other holy grail powders I’ve tried like Laura mercier or the maybeline fit me will mix with my oils in such a way that it becomes a cakey paste like slowly mixing flour into ingredients.

I found that with those powders the more I use the heavier and thicker it gets, figures, but with the dermablend I can apply and retouch as much as I want and still be light and airy! This powder is so finely milled that it creates the perfect non patchy canvas for my powder products.

I will say that it is so finely milled that it is easy to kick up a mess but also so easy to brush off anything. I recently went to a wedding this summer in Croatia ( VERY HOT + SWEATY) I ended up jumping off a boat and was expecting to be bare faced when I came up but was shocked to find my base was completely on and looking great!! Again I am very oily and have accepted my skin and understand that I will have to blot every few hours no matter what.

I don’t expect/need a product to delete my skin characteristics I know what I got and I’m cool with it. But when I use this powder I notice the touch up is significantly easier and when I check in mirror at look I’m always pleasantly surprised with how it’s held up and have less anxiety about my skin.

I pack on the powder pretty heavy with the puff it comes with after I apply my liquids and brush it away with either a clean brush or another powder for more coverage and or a different finish! + no flashback but I am medium-light to medium skintoned.

I have tried other powders yet I keep coming back to this. Slight flashback, but the quality & longevity far supersedes the Laura Mercier powder which made all of my foundations slightly oxidize. Dermablend’s doesn’t do that, especially w/ a setting spray.

Longwear, smooths the appearance of your pores/skin, doesn’t look cake. You only need to use a small amount so it will last your FOREVER. It can be applied with a brush or blender- I honestly prefer to apply w/ the flat side of my RT blender.

No matter how you apply it, 100% guaranteed your makeup will look great & last all day. 10/10 recommend over all the other powders I’ve tried- Laura Mercier, Becca’s Hydra-mist powder, both Bare Minerals original & hydrating , Nyx HD, elf HD, IT cosmetics bye bye pores compact, L’Oréal hydra perfecte, Maybelline Fit Me both loose & compact, Cover Girl loose professional & CG clean matte compact, etc.

I could keep going but I think you get the point. I’ve tried them all so you don’t have too. If you want your makeup to last & look flawless, give dermablend a shot! Seriously, I stopped using UD all nighter spray because this powder held its own with cheaper sprays like Morphe or even elf mists.

I have combination skin that tends to get extremely oily as the day progresses, especially when I wear foundation. I always rely on setting powders to stay matte and even. I ordered the white shade of this powder.

This product is fantastic! It does not cake, or leave you with that weird dry/fuzzy look. It lasts longer than other powders. Previously, I’d been using the white Bobbi Brown setting powder, and the light Laura Mercier loose powder.

Dermablend is soo much better and waay cheaper. I’m in my early 30s so I need to combat blemishes/blackheads without emphasizing the fine lines I’m starting to get. It’s been hard finding a powder/foundation combo that can manage this.

This is definitely the best formula for a powder I’ve come across in years. The powder itself is mostly translucent, but like all white powders, has a slight lightening effect. If you’re deathly pale like me, that’s always a necessity.

I can be prone to break outs, but so far have had no issues with this stuff. Definitely give this a whirl!.

I wanted this for a very long time. It’s royalty in the world of cult favorite beauty products. Any beauty aficionado can spot the gold compact a mile away. I also do my makeup on the go often so pressed powder is a must for me.

Some of my favorites are Clinique Redness Solutions, Tarte Shape Tape Glow Powder, Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder, and Too Faced It’s Bananas Powder. My biggest problem with pressed powder is if they shatter on me.

I am not above repressing my powder but it’s not the ideal situation. I have combination, fair skin. This powder does not seem in danger of shattering. I bring it with me a lot and it hasn’t fractured even slightly.

Which is good because I don’t think this would be a candidate for repress, it’s very thin and the pan is shallow. As far as application, I use a fluffy brush. The denser the brush with this will give you more coverage, but also can give you more cake.

This powder gives an immediate and more drastic soft focus effect than most powder. It’s also immediately mattifying. It has a luminous finish, but really soaks up oil immediately and throughout the day.

It’s like a finishing powder that truly sets makeup at the same time. As long as the brush is fluffy enough it’s a great under eye setting powder. I would make certain that you are sufficiently mCCoisturized under makeup to avoid any dry skin feeling or appearance.

Really, for all the powder I have claiming to deliver a soft focus finish, this one truly does that. I have to note, though, that this powder does darken my other base products by about half a shade.

I try to pair this with my fairest foundation and concealer. It’s true, the product amount is tiny in relation to price and other similar product amounts. But, if you have some extra change lying around, and you are committed to a soft focus finish and a boujee experience, this is your powder.

This product is AMAZING! I have struggled with finding the right finishing powder and this smashes EVERY OTHER powder out the bag! I sooo recommend this! It makes my foundation look even better and my skin BEAUTIFUL 😻 if there is just one thing from the range I would recommend (also the flawless filter) it is THIS! The colour match for me is perfect 🤩 it’s not cakey at all! It’s just a lovely perfecting finish brush for your entire face and it takes your make up game up another level! The difference this actually makes to my make up is beautiful! I’ve never really liked the translucent powders that have had such a hype like Laura mercier and the huda bake , I’ve found them messy and a sort of white cast look.

This powder is hands down my favorite powder ever. I purchased it back in November of 21 and I still have about 1/4th of the powder left. It is a fairly shallow pallet but A little goes a long ways with this product.

It is very mattifying but it’s a very pretty, soft matte. I have extremely oily skin and this product has been great for a finishing set to my makeup and also touch ups throughout the day. I would say the powder lasts 4-6 hours initially with no setting spray.

If you use setting spray, I’d give it 6-8 hours before my oil starts to seep through a bit. When I’m on the go, I bring a super fluffy travel powder brush with me and lightly dab the product where needed.

The only compliant I have with this powder is it is about a half a shade to a shade darker than my foundation. With a selection of only 3 shades; it’s not going to match every single skin tone. So I have to mix my foundation shades a bit to make it work.

I wish CT would release more shade varieties and I I truly think CT would be selling out of this product regularly.

I’m not an expert in make up. Being 50 and never having to do use it until now is a shocker for me. Due to insomnia and now having dark circles around the eye area, I need to use concealer. I’ve purchased many setting powders (always seeking advice before purchasing) to hold the concealer in place but colour has been too light or slightly to brown.

I had research Revolution Banana powder many times and decided to seek advice from an assistant in Superdrug who advised me to use the Beige powder. Looking at it I didn’t think it was going to match my skin tone.

Only used once, still working out how much to use but I can say the colour is a good match for my caramel skin. It holds the concealer in place well, I don’t know about smoothing out lines, it looks the seem as the setting powder however, I’m a novice in this field.

Im not bothered about my lines being seen, I just need something that is going to accomplish what it says it will do! Hopefully, this is it.

I bought the banana light and banana and mixed equal amounts in a separate powder container, applied it with a big, cloth powder round with a patting motion. It doesn’t take alot. I put it over tinted moisturizer and concealer.

Was smooth and wasn’t patchy or flaky. Just make sure your skin is exfoliated and moisturized, it may not look as good on very dry skin. The color was good. It absorbed my excess oil so my skin stayed matte.

If your skin color changes in winter and summer, get a lighter and darker shade and just mix them to customize to your needs. They smell nice too.

I bought banana light tone. very light delicate texture, does not clog pores, not yellow. I have light skin tone. I use bb loreal and put this light powder on top. the only inconvenience is where to pour it out for use? The lid is too small and the brush doesn’t fit.

minus for the inconvenience of using the powder. in general, the quality, tone and ability to be perfectly invisible on the face justify the purchase. ordered for £6 and received two jars. it’s a great investment.

I use a cap from another powder, invisible on the face.

I have used this powder for 2 years and it works well at blurring any imperfections. However, I have combination skin usually on the drier side and i often find that this powder sometimes makes my makeup look oily after a little while and sometimes it does not, not sure why.

Nonetheless, I am sure it is a product that will remain in my makeup bag for years to come. It works well at blurring and smoothing the appearance of the skin on its own without any other makeup on (foundation, bb cream or concealer).

I am quite surprised by this $8 powder! I have tried a wide range of powders from cheap to high-end, and this is the only one that does not make my make-up appear darker. The texture is lightweight and silky; however, a little goes a long way.

Will definitely repurchase again and again!.

Was looking for a powder without talc. It’s not fine and doesn’t go on smoothly. Leaves a weird textured look on your face and don’t even get me started on the under eyes. Absolutely the worst, creasing like no other and moved my concealer.

I have the original banana powder and it’s fine but this is so much worse.

I’ve got aging eyes with deep circles, darkness, millia and fine lines, and I often struggle with light peeling due to using retinoids to combat all that – I’m a concealer formulator’s worst nightmare!! I have yet to find a concealer that won’t migrate into the fine lines or snag on dryness or the millia – not shape tape and def not more emollient concealers.

That’s where this powder comes in – I can actually use it like a mini-bake with a damp sponge and it smooths the imperfections, does not dry out my under eye badly, and HOLY MOLY THE CONCEALER STAYS PUT!! It has been a complete god-send since I tried the mini-bake technique – and I don’t wear much make up, often just tinted sunscreen, concealer, mascara and blush – so I was hesitant to try anything like baking.

I found a light dusting of this powder with a brush didn’t make much difference in keeping things put for more than a couple hours though it did nicely blur and slightly mattify more luminous concealers.

However at 8hrs the mini-bake is hanging in strong!! There is a subtle brightening but not much – this isn’t for folks who are looking for major brightening/contouring assistance. I find it helps with my dark circles but in a very natural/no makeup way.

Also, I’ve had my pan for over a year and still have some left – a little goes a long way/get a lot of bang for your buck, though you might be taken aback by the small container at first. I have not tried the PM under eye, so can’t offer a comparison.

I have tried dusting and mini-baking with the standard LM translucent setting powder and find it too drying for me, if that’s a useful comparison. I do like the LM setting powder for my face with the poof-pat method (a brush makes it cakey on me for some reason).

The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder is my overall winner for a few reasons. I have the Translucent which is for fair to medium skin tones. I also noticed immediately that this formula is finely milled much more milled than the Invisible version.

It feels so much softer and lightweight. It also matches my skin tone and the makeup shades that I use. It never sticks to my makeup and works well with all liquid and stick foundations as well as CC creams and I had no issues with any of the foundations that have SPF built into them whereas the Invisible Powder did not work as well it was efficient but compared to Translucent it tends to cling more.

I love the Translucent all over my face it does a great job absorbing oil and never ever needing to be touched up. It lasts for my entire 12 to 16 hour days and leaves me looking air brushed. I do like the Invisible powder for baking my concealer under my eyes since and the Translucent for everything else.

I prefer a brush application for both except for under the eyes the velour puff does a perfect job and for clean dry skin days when your not wearing makeup either Laura Mercier powder will do well and applying it the the velour puff or even a wet beautyblender for a much heavier application its your choice.

My first go with the Laura Mercier powder wasn’t the greatest and although it took me a while to really come around I can honestly say, it’s good; not excellent. I think so many have hyped this specific formula up and it’s not as great as a few others I’ve tried.

In all, it’s rather pricey and the expiration date is unknown because it’s not labeled. I find the best way this powder is applied for my over age 40 year old look is with an extremely soft but fluffy brush.

I also lightly dab this on and use the same brush to blend out my highlight/contour lines. Along with this product I also use another powder under my eyes to brighten up my face. I have noticed if I use the oversized textured soft material Pom-Pom I was given by the sales-woman, the LM powder carries itself deeply into my wrinkles and fine lines – so my suggestion is just a dab.

Overall, I will be purchasing more because I do like the translucency of this powder, but if I find another translucent one, I would absolutely opt out.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this powder at all. The consistency was perfect for a loose powder since it was finely milled and blended easily into my makeup when setting my concealer and other areas where I wanted to control shine.

The value for product is amazing, especially if you’re on a budget as it contains a lot of product and is really pigmented and you will see a difference. It definitely isn’t the worst powder on the market.

Besides those only pros I can think of, this powder was very yellow and I am olive skin toned so I really thought it would’ve worked better for me. I do not recommend this to anyone fair since it’ll leave yellow patches on your skin.

On top of this the packaging isn’t the most ethical since you end up wasting a lot of product, if you pour too much into the lid there’s no way you’re getting it back into the tub. I’ve had to put this powder in my old Laura mercier pot to save wasting so much of it.

Due to the yellow pigment I’d say this would best work for medium- dark complexions. Wouldn’t purchase again but i don’t doubt for a second that it would work for other people ☺️.

I wanted to love this so bad. Used it for weeks hoping this was not causing my breakouts. I have oily skin but definitely not sensitive. I hardly ever break out and especially not from my skincare and makeup (when I do, it’s typically severe stress).

I love how fine this powder is, even though I do find it takes a decent bit of buffing in to not be noticeable. I’ve used powders at all price points and this is the worst for me just because of the breakouts.

I took a break from this, came back about a week later and my skin was totally clear before putting this on. End of the day when I removed my makeup, already had breakouts on chin, check, forehead. Yes they are small and barely raise the skin but they’re definitely there and I feel them.

Nothing else about my routine changed so unfortunately I must accept this as the culprit. I recommend giving this a try because if it doesn’t make you break out, I think you’ll like it!.

I had been using Laura Mercer for a long time until I realized it has parabens (yuck!). Loved that product but not the health implications. I tried other products looking for a more natural replacement that could match the quality.

Lots failed, Beauty Bakrie won! It’s just as good if not better than more expensive options. Flawless finish, no pores, lasts throughout my workday, and is light weight. No problems with caking, flaking, etc.

I have combo skin-oily T zone, dry everywhere else. This keeps oil under control and doesn’t dry. Love the packaging too. I’ve been using for 9 months now and will continue to use!.

Oh she matte! Matte Matte! I really enjoy this translucent powder. I am not an oily person. Pretty normal skin type. Only my nose gets oily. After priming my face, I use this to set the primer on my nose.

This helps me from looking like Rudolph the red nose reindeer by the end of the day. I really enjoy it. This is perfect for someone with really oily skin to see their primer. However, I could see it being drying under eye because she is matte.

I haven’t tried but I could see some not liking it. Also it is super messy!.

I have been loving this setting power by KVD! It sits soo beautifully under the eyes and doesn’t look cakey or drying under them! It also holds the rest of my face and makeup down when I do choose to use it on the rest of my face.

I will say a little goes a long way too. It doesn’t take much at all. It’s quickly became one of my favorites! I also like that it isn’t a completely white powder even though it’s translucent. It’s more of a creamy shade.

I always just feel like the white translucent powders look different and not quite as natural as creamy/light tan ones do. I recommend this powder if you’re looking for a new lightweight but great translucent powder!.

I got the mini version as a point perk few months back and have been using it as an on the go powder if I ever needed to do my makeup outside. I absolutely LOVE this powder – one of my go-to powders for sure.

I personally don’t use this to set my whole face; just the undereye area and my gosh it is SO GOOD! My under eyes never look dry, cakey or powdery when using this. Personally, I have only tried it using a brush and I would say that’s the best method of application because you really don’t need a lot of the product for it to shine.

i used the mini version of this product and at first i really liked it. but when i wiped off my makeup, the areas where i put the setting powder started to burn. i didnt think anything of it until the next day when my eyes were swollen.

i do have covid so i thought it could be a symptom until it got red and itchy and the swelling moved to all the places i put the product. i contacted my doctor and they told me it was an allergic reaction.

i realized the only new product i used was the kvd setting powder. i researched whats in the product and i found that mica and talc are in it. these ingredients are safe only if they arent natural. and i researched more to find that there are natural mica and talc in this product.

please dont use this setting powder on sensitive skin and find a much lower priced, safe setting powder from your local drug store. have a nice day.

I bought this loose setting powder by Absolute because I found it on sale I’ve tried the pressed HD Flawless liked it. This powder isn’t too bad works good as a setting powder, but it is a little drying.

I think this would work great on oily or normal skin, but in the winter, my skin gets so dry flaky (especially my forehead) this powder shows all those flakes. So overall I would recommend this in humid weather or on oily to normal skin, but it’s not something I’d recommend for dry skin.

I’m on the fence about a 3 or 4 star review, but I’m leaning towards a 3. 5.

I truly can’t believe how much I actually love this powder. Firstly, I have super dry skin so I very rarely use powders or find one that I love as much as this one. Secondly, I have a more neutral-warm undertone, so I normally don’t go for pink-toned base products.

But since pink setting powders had been trending recently, I really wanted to try one out to see what I thought. Despite this being quite expensive for a setting powder, I am so happy I splurged and decided to purchase this.

I’ve been using it just about every single day for almost 2 months now, and wow. This blurs the skin so beautifully almost gives it a filtered effect. It’s also doesn’t translate as pink on the face as I expected too, and it just gives a really gorgeous brightened look.

This is definitely more matte of a finish than I would typically ever go for, but it doesn’t ever feel heavy, cakey, or dry on my skin. Now, keep in mind that I do not ever bake my under eyes or face really press in a small amount of powder but with this I feel like it’s very difficult to over apply.

It’s just such a beautiful setting powder that has quickly become a favorite of mine. This is something that I will definitely repurchase when the time comes highly recommend. I’ve only tried shade number 3 which is the more pink-toned one as I stated above, but I assume that all of the shades are the same consistency beautiful finish.

So whatever shade would work best for your skin tone, I’d highly recommend trying. I think it’s 100% worth the money believe this would work for all skin tones skin types. If you’ve been eyeing this powder up, I’m telling you just buy it! It’s absolutely stunning!.

💜 First let me give the health warning on this! It’s very expensive for a loose powder, thankfully I got this at a discount price. So many beauty influences rave about this, as one of the best setting powders so I gave in and had to try it.

💜 This comes in six shades. I got 4 which is recommended for medium to tan skin tones. 💜 First impressions were that the colours intrigued me! It comes with 4 compartments with different colours, this one has lilac, mint green, peach and neutral.

It also comes with a lovely powder puff to use. The instructions on the box say to tap the box gently till some of the powder comes out and then grab it on the powder puff and stamp it on the skin. 💜 When I followed these instructions I just couldn’t get the product to work for me, I ended up with stamps of different colours on my skin, the green shade just looked odd and I couldn’t blend it out.

💜 I watched a few videos on how others have used the product and the one that worked was to shake the tub a little so the powders mix at the top, take the puff and grab the mixed product, then use it.

💜 Once I mastered applying it, I just loved it. it looks so beautiful on, it’s finely milled powder so doesn’t give a caked on look, although it claims to be a matte finish, I think it still has a touch of shimmer, which I don’t mind.

It sets makeup in place for hours and is beautiful under the eyes especially. It really does give a blurred effect. 💜 Do I recommend this? Sure! But is it worth spending a crazy amount on? I personally think there are other brands that have amazing loose powders so you really don’t need to spend this much.

This is the first time I’m trying a Givenchy beauty product so I was excited. The packaging itself is pretty bulky as with most loose powders. I really liked the beauty sponge it came with and it worked well with the powder.

I followed the instructions to shake the container so that all 4 different colored powders are dispensed onto the sponge but it doesn’t seem to blend well unless you swish it around on the sponge before applying to your face.

The product itself is very smoothing and created a soft airbrushed effect that was blurred any large pores. I was very impressed with how it made my skin look and it wasn’t cakey at all. It gave a matte finish and stayed on long enough in the day compared to most other finishing powders.

I especially love the light scent of the powder which wasn’t overbearing but smelled luxurious. Overall, I thought the product itself was great at blurring fine lines and pores to create a smooth skin texture but it’s not the easiest or most convenient to apply/blend.

If you don’t blend the 4 powders together well, it will leave different colored marks on your face. It took me a few times to get used to working with this powder so I don’t reach for it often. But if you’re in the market to try a new finishing powder to get that full coverage airbrushed look, this one is a nice option.

I don’t enjoy baking because the times I’ve tried I felt like all the moisture was being absorbed from my face. And I’ve tried with so many powders from Sephora over the years—talc-free and not. I love this powder because it does not make my face feel dry or tight—whether I use it to set or bake.

It is also the most finely milled powder I have ever used and it blurs pores, doesn’t make my makeup patchy. It also helps prevent the foundation on my nose area from looking separated when my oils come through after like 6 hours of wear.

The powder does have a slight tint that helps to brighten up where you apply it but, best part, no flash backs! In fact this makes me look smooth and airbrushed in flash photos. 10/10 would honestly recommend over all the loose powders I’ve tried at Sephora.

It’s so good, if you haven’t bought it or tried it yet you’re already wasting time.

bought this for the obvious reasons. rave reviews, every influencer ever seems to use it. I’m a bit bummed because it SMELLS so strong. You can smell it as soon as you take the lid off and it is almost as strong smelling as a shower gel.

It makes my eyes absolutely stream, so I will be taking it back. It bakes incredibly well, although I would think twice about using it on the under eye because it is industrial strength and is very aging, settling in fine lines.

it can also be used as a setting powder, and seems to be a little above average in terms of performance. I used it once to bake under eye and once just to set and discovered that for my 40 year old skin that using as a setting powder under eye looked better than baking.

Overall, I really like it but the smell makes it unusable for me.

Wow is this powder amazing!! I just tried it and I’m blown away by how beautiful it made my skin look. I put some on my under eyes with a damp beauty sponge and omg. THE RESULTS ARE BEAUTIFUL!! My under eyes look so smooth and don’t look like they’re creasing at all.

This powder is amazing so far compared to the last one I used by rare beauty. I had a bit of darkness under my eyes but bam, with this powder they’re mainly gone! This gives such a nice beautiful brightening effect and even canceled out the yellowish tone that I probably needed fixing on from my concealer.

I’m and always have been on the fence about morphe. I believe you get what you pay for. I will be 40 in 3 months so, powder is extremely important to me because most powders make me look older and more wrinkly.

I bought this on a whim, not expecting to like it at all. I used to use the Kylie powder or Jeffrey star under my eyes. Those two used to be most finely milled and set very lightly. Kylie changed her product and packaging.

I can’t use the new formula so I have been on the hunt. Again – I expected to hate this and throw it in my stash of dud powders in my vanity after one use. This blew me away. It’s so similar to the original Kylie powder yet somehow even less drying and more finely milled.

Morphe knocked it out of the ball park on this one. I would recommend this powder even for makeup artist to put in their kits because it’s affordable, versatile and has the ability to work on so many skin types especially aging folks which is the hardest category.

If you are over 35 and struggling with powder , I recommend this. If you’re a makeup artist and wanting a cheaper alternative for your kit – this is it.

I had never heard of Morphe before I started shopping for my beauty stuff exclusively at Ulta (used to be a Seph0ra disciple but Ulta has a much better rewards program, and a much broader variety of product and price points).

I am finding that everything I’ve tried from the brand, from brushes to makeup, has been amazing. Their Fluidity concealer is my HG forever, I will only use their brushes now, and I’m here to re-purchase this powder.

I mainly like it because it is talc-free but still does an excellent job of setting makeup, unlike the dozen or so other talc-free setting powders I’ve tried (including Fenty, ELF, NYX, Becca, Halo, CoverFX, etc.

). I’m trying to avoid talc, at least in loose powders, since it is a known carcinogen and I’ve been inhaling setting powder every day of my life for the past 30-ish years! Anyway, so this powder. I will say that it really doesn’t control oil much at all, but that’s the trade-off for not containing talc.

I can live with the more frequent blotting (I have super-oily skin). I bake everywhere that I use concealer (which ends up being nearly all of my face) with this, and it does not settle into lines, which is nothing short of miraculous.

I am 45 and have large pores and very textured skin, along with a few wrinkles, and this keeps everything in place for 16+ hours without caking, breaking up, sliding, or disappearing. I often swim with a full face and come out with everything still mostly in place (another testament to the Fluidity concealer!) The finish is a soft matte rather than full matte, which I like because it looks more natural.

Sorry this is so long, but I hope it helps others make a decision. This really is the best talc-free powder I’ve found, aside from Onomie, which I loved but the company seems to be out of business. So, given the price point, you have little to lose by giving this a shot.

This is one of the worst products I have ever used. I wish I could give it negative stars. I purchased it based on a video I saw, and from the first time I used this product, I realized I hated it. It left my skill feeling extremely dry and sensitive.

I figured maybe it was my skin having an off day. Living in an area that gets dry and cold during the winter months, sometimes my skin gets a little dry, but no. Every time I used this product, I noticed that it continued to dry my skin out more and more to the point that it irritated it and broke my skin barrier.

I know it was due to using this product because it is only happening in areas where it was applied. If you have sensitive or dry skin, I wholeheartedly do not recommend this product.

I thought I would try this since my long time favourite powder had a dissatisfying change in formula. So pleased I did. Very impressed it is just as fine and does exactly the same job at a fraction of the price.

This powder is amazing, for the price you honestly can’t complain I don’t see the point of paying for a dear one when you get the same thing in this little pot!! My new favourite, such good coverage and goes on sooooo smooth! Will recommend to everyone.

I bought this product more than a month ago and honestly it’s so good, as it’s my first ever setting powder I don’t have much to compare to but it doesn’t give me flashback which was important for me and doesn’t have too much of a yellow tinge.

Also, for what your getting I think its a reasonable price. For reference I’m a dark skin black girl.

Smooths and brightens. If your tanned I’d avoid this as when I’m pale I can get away with it but when I have tan on it looks ashy under my eyes. Really smooth. Only thing it’s very fragile as I had it less than a week and it already smashed in the pan by just sitting in my makeup bag.

This really does brighten the eye area. It keeps my concealer under my eyes in place. Smoothes skin around the eyes. I do suffer from dark circles and this product does help in disguising them.

I use this daily as I wear glasses which magnify my eye area. This sets the concealer all day without looking white after brushing the residue off. I have found that I ran out a lot quicker than I expected though.
