20 Best Umbrella Stroller For Traveling (2023 Updated)

This is my first time came across this brand and I actually did a research on it and I am now agree with others why this brand deserve a good rating. Got this light weight stroller for my Legoland trip and I can say it was such a life saver.

Open and close was a breeze and can be achieved by one hand. Can stand alone by itself when folded is a plus. The fabric is breathable so that kid can sleep in during extreme hot weather without worrying of overheat.

I used it for my 3 years old and I can see it still have a lot of room in the legs area. When it stands, it is very sturdy that it did not fall even I hang a heavy backpack on the handle. I mean for a daytrip I can buy an 20$ umbrella stroller from Target, but the experience here is totally different.

That’s why I say it totally worth its price. My kid had a nice ride during the trip, comfortable enough for him to take a good nap on it, and I can see this stroller can be with our family for more adventures in the future.

I was very happy with this product. It was actually better than I thought it would be. Very sturdy and easy to maneuver. My only complaint is that it is difficult to fold up. I finally figured out that the front wheels have to face inward in order for the stroller to fold up flat.

I definitely do not see how they say it can close with one hand. Also be aware the wheels are plastic and not rubber. Otherwise, I am very happy with this product.

We are going on a trip and didn’t want to take the “deluxe” stroller which is heavy and would be awkward on planes etc. I purchased this one early for my grandson so we could make sure he liked it and he fell asleep in it on his first walk! It’s light, folds easily and I got a storage bag for use on the plane so we could send it with the luggage.

Highly recommend this stroller. Snack trays for baby and drink holders for parents! Even has storage under the seat!.

This stroller is great. We bought this for a great grand baby that stays with us. We had damage to our house and are staying in a hotel for a few months. It was hard trying to carry her up and down through the hotel.

We bought this stroller and I put her in it several times a day and we walk all over the hotel and to all of the eating and shopping places in the area. The space underneath is roomy enough I can put her bottle, bib wipes and a couple of diapers.

The cup holders work great too. It was easy to put together and its easy to fold, very lightweight and rolls very easy.

I bought this stroller to take with us while we travel as I wanted something that folds down pretty compactly to take on an airplane and to fit in a small rental car with lots of other luggage. I just wanted something inexpensive that still had a canopy to block the sun for naps.

I was not terribly concerned about it being great quality as I have another larger stroller but am thoroughly impressed with this little stroller. It’s actually really great and I will continue to use it along with our larger stroller we had before this one.

The canopy extends out really far which I love, it has a small storage basket underneath you can fit a few small items in, and it comes with a cup holder. Literally the only thing I can think of that I wish this stroller had was one of those little mesh or plastic windows on the canopy so that you can see inside and watch your little one while you push the stroller with the canopy extended.

I am so impressed and very happy with this purchase.

This was a really nice small stroller. Used it for around the airport with ease and at my destination. A little tricky on rocky terrain or sand but so much better than hauling our big stroller on vacation.

We immediately lost the cup holder which stunk. Loved the mesh backing to allow more airflow to child and the small pillow that would roll down to cover mesh during cooler temperatures. The basket is pretty much useless on this stroller.

Once my child was seated, I couldnt even stick my hand under. Folds with ease, light weight and has a latch to hold the stroller closed. The sunshade was a nice bonus, although it leaned moreso to the right than the middle.

Stroller does not recline! That would be a nice added bonus. Overall, great for the money and if you are in need of an inexpensive stroller.

While the quality of the stroller is nice enough, I should have listened to the reviews saying how small it is. My 10 month old (16lbs, 25in) looked huge in this stroller. It wouldn’t last much longer for her based on size alone.

It was also tricky for me to maneuver. I’m only 5′ 2″ but the handles felt low and I kicked the wheels several times while pushing it. The best features are the mesh roll-up back and compact folding.

The mesh back allows air flow in hot weather and the stroller folds up as small as a regular umbrella stroller. Features that leave a lot to be desired are the storage basket and canopy. The storage basket is very shallow, you would only be able to fit a folded up blanket or a couple books.

Baby is practically sitting in the basket, leaving no room to actually store things. The canopy was also not as long as I expected based on the reviews. Overall I’m not impressed and will be returning this stroller.

Save a few bucks and get a regular umbrella stroller or spend a bit more and get something more useful.

So far, so good. I did free pickup from my local store. There was only one left in stock, so I had to make my purchase on the fly, without really comparing it to the stroller I wanted previously that was more money.

I made a good choice, the stroller is durable and holds my 2 year old perfectly. It is a little snug, so I wouldn’t recommend for bigger toddlers. After I picked it up and took it home, I let my toddler sit in it to see how she fit, and she didn’t want to get out! She’s loves Mickey and Minnie mouse, so I love the design.

The basket underneath is not huge, it’ll hold a small bag with diapers and wipes maybe, but that’s it. I used it as soon as I brought it home, it just so happen that we had to go somewhere and wanted to try it out.

It held up to some rugged sidewalks and bumpy roads. The arms come up high, I do not have to bend over, nor does my husband who is 5’11”, so that’s another plus. The only thing I noticed is that the material is a little thin, so I’m worried that sometime in the future it might give out on me, but hopefully not.

Overall I’m happy with my purchase, and if anything changes I will update my review as needed. I would definitely recommend buying this cute little umbrella stroller.

We bought this and mickey mose for our 1 year and our 2 year old weve had them for 3 years and they are fantastic. We’ve been everywhere with them. Seat belta are nice i wish the hood was a bit longer to keep sun off them.

It was storage at bottom carry thing. We lived it at the zoo. We had so many compliments.

This stroller lasted us only about a month. We took 2 trips to the mall, 1 trip to a small amusement park, and 2 trips inside a store, (as my 1. 5 year old daughter loves to run about stores I choose to put her in a stroller before going into a clothing store).

I am quite disappointed – the front wheels no longer work, its as if there are breaks on the front two wheels and they do no turn properly and using the thing is struggle. I do not suggest this stroller I now have to drop more money an an expensive stroller and hope it works/lasts.

This is the perfect lightweight stroller for quick trips in and out of stores. I had a stroller like this when my children were small and now, I have one for my grand daughter. It’s so much better than those big bulky monstrosities that new mother’s think they have to have.

This stroller is quick, lightweight, easy to handle, and easy to store. Plus, if your child gets fussy and wants to be held, you can pick them up, toss this stroller over your shoulder and keep going.

This stroller is awesome! I love how lightweight it is. It is super easy to set up, and break down. It makes it easy to store in the trunk and pull out whenever I need it. The shark detail is so fun, my toddler son absolutely loves it.

It makes him feel a little bit fiercer! This is a stroller that he will be able to use for a long time, because it is really sturdy and fits him very comfortably!.

I replaced my full-sized bed with this and I’m glad I did! I have a big gaming setup in my room, including VR, so now I have plenty of room to play something like Beatsaber without knocking stuff off my shelves.

As a couch, it has great back support. Its a little firm, but comfortable! And I think with the firmness of the high density foam, it’ll hold up for years even though I sleep on it every night. As a bed, its a little on the short side, but so am I, so it works for me.

At first, I trimmed my foam topper from my last bed and would store it rolled up in my closet during the day, and it did make the firm couch-bed much more comfortable to sleep on. But the topper was pretty worn out and old, so I imported a traditional futon from Japan.

Yes, its ironic to sleep on a futon on a futon. LOL. And the Japanese futon was more expensive than the western futon. But since this isn’t just a guest bed for me, I wanted to make sure l got something high quality that would last.

If you’re not used to firm, I would definitely recommend getting a quality topper for this bed. And a long storage ottoman works great to store the bedding in during the day. And one tip for making the bed; lift the back a little to tuck the sheet in at the foot of the bed.

And I just tie the other corner of the sheet around the couch leg with a string of yarn. Sounds silly, but it keeps the bedding from sliding off you during the night. Whatever works! Lol.

Worse stroller investment ever. Loved that it was indeed compact enough but quality is terrible. The backrest does not stay up straight enough, the strap and buckle that adjusts the levels are always sliding off.

The back wheels are removable with the latch, ALWAYS falling off when being used. I had to push and watch the wheels and as soon as they start to come off, I’d have to kick them back in. The understorage basket, terrible as it came apart after a weekend of being used, and it only held a diaper bag.

Front wheels are not great for going over bumps and big cracks on the road/sidewalk.

super short stroller. Easy of folding/unfolding is fantastic- folds up super small for a good sized stroller. Doesn’t allow the child to sit up with any support- only recline. Steers really smoothly.

Sun shade isn’t long enough to completely cover the child and the screen that comes with is not very easy to use. Snaps for the foot cover don’t snap. Next time I will purchase a more expensive option.

I ordered this Minnie Mouse baby stroller for one of my granddaughter’s. OMG! This stroller is the cutest thing in the world. You will not be disappointed, the quality is great, construction is very durable! This item will not disappoint you!.

Who doesn’t love umbrella strollers. This fun and whimsical design gets every point for cuteness, however this stroller is so incredibly short that I can never do more than a quick trip or a car back up.

Too uncomfortable for an everyday.

Its lightweight and just what I needed. My son is one and I wanted to upgrade him into a stroller that wasn’t bulky. I pushed him around the my block and he seem to enjoy it. Easy to strap in. I like this one too because there is alittle space for storage under the seat which other strollers like this didn’t have.

When the cover is folded out though I’m not able to see him. It wasn’t too sunny when I took him out so I left the cover folded back. It works well for us. Good for quick stroll on the go. I would recommend it.

I have a 4 year old and almost 2 year old and we have used this ever since LO turned 6 months old. I love how lightweight it is. Ever since we converted from a full size to an umbrella stroller, I couldn’t go back and was hoping to find a double umbrella stroller and this was exactly what we needed.

I prefer the convenience of something lightweight and easy to maneuver over all the bells and whistles of a full size stroller. It’s easy for my kids to climb into themselves and I haven’t found a doorway I haven’t fit through (although you have to take off the parent cup holder).

The basket beneath is easily accessible and an adequate size. The seats recline just enough for the kids to be comfortable while napping, although not all the flat. Everything feels well made and it’s easy to clean.

The stroller is very easy to fold and easily fits in a standard car trunk (unlike the Joovy sit-and-stand we used to have). I also haven’t had any problems gate checking this stroller for flights (Like the Joovy which technically should have been light enough, but has been rejected by some airlines for a gate check).

Most of the other comparisons are based off the Maclaren single umbrella stroller we have which has a basket too small, is impossible to keep clean bc of how it folds, and doesn’t feel well-made as the canopy is constantly coming off.

I highly recommend this affordable double stroller!.

BEST stroller ever! When we found out we would have TWO under TWO I immediately began my search for an lightweight double stroller. I found the travel stroller to be the lightest weight. All the normal stroller ran between 30-35lbs which doesn’t sound heavy until you really began trying to managing one that so bulky.

The ZOE runs between 17-22lbs is so easy to use! I would definitely recommend. It also still offers good storage in the bottom, drink holders, pocket for your phone. Also one of my favorite features is the visor which unzips to become large enough to shield them completely from sun or germs when out and about! Also for the double one baby can sit up while the other lay down is another great feature which is hard to find!.

We actually have the additional tandem seat as well. I have a 3 month old and a 2 year old. We added an infant insert for baby and this is by far the easiest stroller to use for us. It’s so compact. It is a little odd taking stairs or going over things because it has 6 wheels when it’s a double stroller.

The basket is a little on the small side but with the rear seat reclined I couldn’t even use the basket on my other double stroller. I love that it has places to attach my rings on my diaper bag. I will say it tips easy if the diaper bag is heavier and baby is taken out of the stroller.

All minor issues compared to the pros of this bad boy.

I was so excited for the release of the traverze, but so disappointed when we actually put it to uses. Like the other reviewer was saying, the seat is NOT deep enough. That’s my biggest complaint. My son is literally sliding out of the seat even when he was completely bucked in.

It also doesn’t recline back very far at all. The back doesn’t sit upright all the way. It’s slightly reclining. The buckle and straps also seem very flimsy and cheap. Same with the flap of the seat wear his legs hang over top.

Feels very cheap. For the price of the stroller, I was hoping for better quality. Aside from these complaints, the one hand open/closer is great and the compactness and lightweight of the stroller is a plus.

At the end it was a waste of money for us bc we ended up buying a different stroller bc our son was so uncomfortable in it from sliding down all the time.

One of the bars in the frame is plastic and if you try to lift it from there, the stroller might break Seat is not deep enough My baby kept slipping out of the seat!!! MY MAIN COMPLAINT! My son kept slipping out of the stroller as we walk (all buckled in).

I think this is due to the combination of a shallow seat and a bad “sit up” angle. He literally was holding on for dear life because he was falling out of it.

I have three children, 6, 4, and 1, who we travel regularly with to Europe. This stroller is awesome for my six year old-he doesn’t sleep in it, but needs a break between sights when we are out. After trying out multiple super compact strollers in Buy Buy Baby, this was the only one I could easily push him in (47 pounds).

He has to be strapped in, because he is super upright in it, even in the lay back position, so if we hit a bump he can fly out without the buckle. It is so lightweight and easy to pull around though, it folds to nothing and can be dragged behind you with the telescoping arm.

I use this now as my everyday stroller for quick trips because it’s so much more convenient than my City Select. I think it’s definitely comparable to the Yoyo for half the price.

I’ve been using this stroller for 7 months, so I think I can give a fair review. Here are some pros and cons I’ve found! Pros: -It’s comfortable! Not only is the seat well padded, the seat actually sits upright when not reclined so your infant or toddler doesn’t have to lean their head forward to look around.

My son actually takes his best naps in the stroller. It doesn’t recline flat, so I just placed a rolled blanket or jacket under his knees to make it a bit more comfortable for him. No complaints. -It’s sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap despite being so lightweight.

-The basket is not mesh, so things stay dry and clean. Cons: -The basket is actually a decent size. However, there’s a curved part of the frame under the seat that gets in the way of using the basket to it’s full potential.

Because this piece curves downward, only narrow bags will fit in the basket. I’m not sure if it’s necessary for it to curve or if it’s decorative, but there’s no way to turn it sideways because it’s welded in place.

-The buttons to fold the stroller always “stick. ” I can still fold with one hand, but it takes a few attempts to get the buttons to click. That could just be my stroller in particular though. This is my only stroller, and I literally use it everyday! I also own the carry cot and car seat adapters, which were both well loved.

I’m excited there’s now a rider board for it, so I anticipate I may never need another stroller! It’s great, I love it.

This pram is a total game changer for us. We bought it to use for travel abroad, after having a difficult experience travelling with our Uppababy Vista(which we also love). We were looking for something that would fit in the overhead bins, and be versatile for some pretty tough use on Mexican unpaved streets.

First of all, it fit in all overhead bins, small planes, large planes. it did it all. Secondly, we literally took this thing on unpaved paths in Chichen Itza and cobbled streets of Merida, running between planes in Dallas.

I don’t know what we would have done without this pram. Best purchase ever. Easy to use, well made, and looks great too. I prefer it to the Babyzen yoyo2 which was the other model that we were considering.

The one hand fold is what sets it apart. When juggling diaper bags, purses, toddler, the one hand fold is a life saver. An added bonus to this pram, my child is so comfortable in it! I think she prefers this pram to the Vista, and had zero problem falling asleep in it on multiple occasions(she never falls asleep in the Vista and actively protests getting in it).

If you are considering the Jooz Aer. you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been looking for an ultra-compact stroller that would work for both the newborn carseat days and the older baby/toddler years. The snap-and-go we initially have been using has gotten too beat up from going through baggage claim and is a pain because it’s so un-foldable.

The Aer has been great for us since we got it a few days ago. My favorite features are the elasticized carrying strap, the tall handle bar (my husband and I are 6’3 and 5’9 so it’s appreciated), the ease of folding, and the fact that the carseat clips (purchased separately) don’t have to be removed in order to fold the stroller.

That is a game changer! I haven’t gotten the chance to do air travel with it yet but I look forward to putting it in an overhead bin, and also appreciate that it came with an airplane bag that will work for flying on smaller planes that require a gate-check.

If you’re on the fence about this stroller, go for it! I know it will serve our family for years to come, especially if/when we get the roller board addition when more kids come along.

The positive reviews on this stroller cannot possibly be for the same product that I have as this is the flimsiest most cheaply-made stroller I have ever seen. The wheels were not all the same size, they constantly got stuck sideways, the brakes would not remain set and the wheels got stuck on the smallest of cracks and bumps.

Even while walking on smooth concrete, whenever I made a turn the front wheels would get stuck sideways and slide until they were forcibly put back in place. Most of the pushing was done with the front wheels elevated so I wasn’t kicking at them every 10 seconds, but then the back wheels started to wobble and work themselves out of place.

These weren’t just occasional problems either, the entire duration that I had the stroller in use was a continuous fight with the wheels because they are of such cheap, poorly made material and not matching in size.

Not only that, but the canopy is a pointless accessory that I ended up removing completely because it would not stay attached and fell off every time I extended it or folder the stroller up. I would have returned it, but I had to purchase it at last minute because my stroller was left elsewhere and we were leaving for vacation.

This is when is 0 stars should be an option.

I got this stroller to review and thought it would be good as a back up to my smaller stroller. I am used to the umbrella strollers which are rather flimsy so that is what I was expecting. It was actually not a flimsy stroller at all.

Though the stroller is very narrow and the back doesn’t recline (not good if baby falls asleep), it is a great fit for a toddler. It is perfect for my visits from LI to the city because it is light weight, and easy to open and close, carry up and down steps, and to fold close on the train.

The design with the shark head is also super adorable. My daughter loved the shark. The picture does not do it justice. Some cons/things to remember: I would not advise putting a baby who is just learning to walk.

It doesn’t provide much support or safety for a baby not completely in control of his/her body. It is probably not good to go over hard materials (like a lot of gravel or rocks) because the wheels are very small.

I do wish it had a tiny basket or net in the back for baby’s things. easy enough to buy somewhere else though. Overall, it is a perfect, light weight stroller if you are looking for that.

Excellent customer service! I needed the stroller before a specific date and with the original express shipping I purchased it was barely making it but with processing time it wouldn’tve made it. I decided to call in to see if it was possible to have it shipped with a quicker method and Jessica helped me out.

She was able to get the stroller shipped overnight for me (at extra charge of course but that’s understandable) and made sure I received the stroller as soon as possible. She contacted the shipping company and did what she could to get the stroller to me quickly.

I spoke with her on the phone on Monday and already received my stroller midday today (Tuesday). She kept checking in with me and updating me on my order throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to work with.

Before purchasing a travel stroller we looked at the bugaboo ant (very nice and compact but quality doesn’t seem too great, would not last long, feels like it would break easily, and the seat is small).

We also looked at the yoyo which becomes like a handbag but we didn’t like the way it looked. I’m very impressed with the jet, it feels sturdy and love that it works for newborns up to toddlers. It has an easy fold and unfold, and the car seat I have ( Nuna pipa rx) which I forgot to order adapters for, fits pretty well on the stroller even without them.

Bought this stroller in April 2021. And in August of this year, he already broke down. To start with, the seat belts are terrible, very difficult to lock and unlock. Bought for travel, never been in checked baggage, never shoved or crunched in a confined space).

When I open the stroller, it gets stuck all the time. I have a hard time closing it, I almost feel like the whole stroller is out of order. The stroller is used for our little toddler. The stroller is not strong and not safe.

Huge, expensive disappointment. At this price point, take the Yoyo. Save time and money and buy something else. I wrote to Silver Cross but I haven’t received a response yet.

I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I specifically asked to test a lightweight, portable stroller, as I already have an everyday stroller that I love, as well as a jogger, and we travel a lot.

I wanted a stroller well suited for travel purposes. To sum up my experience with the Evenflo Gold Otto Self-Folding stroller, it does exactly what I need a travel stroller to do. Out of the box, this stroller was super easy to set up- in fact, the easiest of the 3 strollers I own.

It looks sleek, but my stroller did come with a snag in the fabric of the sunshade, so I was less than thrilled with their quality control. I am in love with the cup holder, though – it feels much sturdier than the cup holder on my other stroller, and accommodates my water bottle and travel coffee cups equally well.

We’ve used the stroller for multiple outings to our local zoo, and on a recent road-trip. I honestly don’t think my little guy was as comfortable in this stroller as his everyday stroller, mostly because the adjustable leg rest only allows the legs to stick straight out, or have a 90 degree bend at the knees.

He’s used to having more of a 45 degree bend, so didn’t like having his legs totally down, or totally straight out. I ended up leaving the leg rest straight out, and my little guy put his feet flat on the leg rest and kept his knees kind of bent up.

Didn’t look very comfortable to me, but he didn’t fuss, and seemed happy. He also wanted to sit up straighter than the adjustable back would allow for, but he’s 1. 5 yo and wants to see everything – and the stroller we typically use lets him sit almost totally vertical.

I also will note that the although the stroller looks beautiful, it didn’t feel very high quality while using. The wheels are a bit creaky sounding, and it’s not as easy to maneuver as our everyday stroller.

But to be fair, our everyday stroller is about three times the price of this one. I love how small this stroller folds up, and it’s super easy to carry around. It’s much lighter than my everyday stroller, and is perfect for travel.

It saved so much space in our vehicle by taking this instead of our everyday stroller on our road-trip. We will definitely get a lot of use out of this, as this will be my go-to travel stroller from now on.

I haven’t taken it through an airport yet, but this folds up so easily that I’m actually really looking forward to using this for our next plane trip, because I know it’ll be so easy to take him out of, fold up, and get through the TSA scanner, even one handed (I travel alone with my son a lot, and our everyday stroller was a pain to get through security without help).

I personally wouldn’t choose this to be my everyday stroller, unless I had a small vehicle and needed to save on space (then this would be perfect for that!), but I’ve been spoiled by the comfort of our larger everyday stroller.

I think it would be adequate for an everyday stroller, but I would definitely recommend checking it out in person before making that decision. See if the back and leg rest adjust to where your kid likes, see what you think about the maneuverability.

It’s not bad, it’s just not phenomenal. And as a SAHM, I use our strollers a ton (at least twice per day), so that’s where my perspective is coming from. I do think this is a great stroller for traveling, and would highly recommend it for that purpose.

I received the Maxi-Cosi Lara Ultra Compact stroller for free through BzzAgent to review. This is a decent lightweight stroller ideal for traveling or maybe as a backup. I gave this stroller 3 stars because I probably wouldn’t use it everyday, but it’s slightly more convenient to throw in my car than my current everyday stroller, the Summer 3DLite+.

Both strollers weigh in the same at 14 lbs, which is pretty light. I can carry both while carrying my child easily, but the Lara folds up quickly with one hand and breaks down into a flatter size than the 3DLite+, which fits better in my compact car.

However, the Lara didn’t come with a carrying strap like I saw online, so that was a bit of a con! Not sure if it was missing from my box or I just didn’t get the version with the strap. I really like the size of the two storage baskets on the Lara, the bottom one fits our backpack diaper bag (whereas the 3DLite+ won’t fit our diaper bag), and the second storage basket is convenient for items I need to grab quickly.

However, I do like the fact that the 3DLite+ has a zip pouch to hold money/smaller items, so I wish one of the storage baskets on the Lara were a bit more secure. The 3DLite+ has both a phone holder and a cup holder, which I love whereas the Lara only has the cup holder, so that’s a bit of a con.

I like the water resistant canopy on the Lara with the see through mesh to check on your child through, but the 3DLite+ has that as well. One of the major cons with the Lara is the seat positions. When the seat is up-right, it looks really uncomfortable and awkward for my child, like they’re forced to lean forward.

Additionally, the Lara does not maneuver as well as the 3DLite+. It struggles a bit with “off roading” and uneven sidewalks. Overall, not a bad stroller for how compact it is, I’d probably throw it in my car and use it if I needed to carry more stuff in it than I normally do since it’s got more storage space than my 3DLite+, but it is not going to replace my everyday stroller!.

This addition is the whole reason to have this stroller for my family. We have a newborn and wanted a stroller that can accommodate 2 children of various ages/sizes. It was easy to initially set up and when it is it feels very secure.

I do not worry about it falling off. It comes with strong secure safety belt that my child can not open. The front bar in the pics can be taken off and replaced with a snack tray. Well crafted and makes the stroller system complete for my family.

Review for the stroller itself First off I have to say I really like this stroller is a nice sleek beautifully designed kid toting equipment. My brodads are jealous! This stroller is much better than the first one we had for our planned baby but now that we have an oops child we needed a stroller more versatile and can tote around 2 kids.

The Maxi stroller is large enough and well designed enough to do just that but it does come with a large footprint so you need to have space in your trunk. Compared to strollers I find this to be on the lighter side of them.

I really like the fact that you only need one hand to fold it up which is great for us parents that most of the time have our hands full. Although it is easy to fold up I find it hard to release the sets from the base of the stroller.

I do like the basket at the bottom for it holds a lot of items so I don’t have to carry them somehow. The seats come with the extra cushion to make sure my baby is secure and can’t roll around. The nice thing is it is removeable making the seat good for many years as my child grows.

With the oversized wheels on the back it is easier to go up curbs, on the grass or if you need to go in the dirt. Like everything it has a few flaws but all in all I highly recommend this stroller system.

I know, my family will use this stroller for many years!.

My main stroller is the Uppa Vista and I bought this stroller as a travel and convenience stroller. I also have the Summer Infant 3D lite plus stroller, but I saw the Lara on sale and thought I would like it more for travel especially since it folds up small enough to be a carry on.

I was super disappointed in the Lara. The straps very difficult to adjust, the recline is so fiddly you can’t do it one handed and definitely not when your baby is in there. The fold button was hard to push, and then it was hard to get the stroller to lock into place when unfolded.

The back of the stroller is so flimsy especially up near where your baby’s head is. The double basket is not really a cool feature as they are both so small and hard to access. The seat is not as deep and my 7 month old baby looked huge and uncomfortable in there.

The Summer Infant stroller is not as good looking but the features on it are so easy to use that it makes it a superior stroller for half the price!!! Even if the fold is not as compact (gate checking a stroller is much more convenient than bringing it as a carry on anyway).

Still can’t believe how disappointing the Lara is.

I am a big Chicco fan and had a bit higher hopes for this stroller. Pros: sturdy; quite compact when folded and lightweight; almost no assembly needed and very easy to put the parts together. Cons: footrest not really functional for a 2+ kid; the 5-point harness has a bit too many pieces, some falling off while you are trying to fasten the belt quickly; folding and unfolding is a bit tricky but gets easier once you get the sense of it.

And last but not least: it’s a front-wheel drive, so not too flexible on the turns. Overall, it’s a decent stroller for travels or short-term needs, but I wouldn’t get it as the MAIN stroller.

I’ve had 2 travel systems that were awesome. I even bought the car convertible car seat because the ratings were fabulous and I loved my keyfit infant seats. But this stroller is AWFUL! The canopy is an aggravating joke that doesn’t offer much shade unless it’s pulled to my 19 mo olds lap.

Then it’s constantly popping off!! On day 2 of using it the spring and latch popped off and was on the ground when I folded the stroller up. We are on a weeks vacation with a nightmare stroller. I’m beyond disappointed and because I couldn’t find any local stores that had any chicco strollers I had to get this.

I regret it. I only wanted a compact chicco to travel, but I would never recommend this stroller. It’s not what I expected from my go to brand. Hopefully I can return a used , broken stroller. If not I’m stuck with this one for about 10 more lbs then it’s trashed.

Love this stroller! The recline positions are perfect for our 5 month old who is getting too big for his infant carseat and stroller. The canopy is a good size so its great for naps. The size, weight and one handed features are very convenient and exactly what we needed.

I researched a ton of lightweight strollers for tall parents and this was the best choice. At the price (nearly 50% off) it was a steal. Only two small issues are the extending handles only go out an extra inch, but this is fine for my 62 husband.

Also, the rear wheels are a bit close together, which is expected for a narrow stroller, but we do end up kicking it a bit sometimes. Otherwise, an excellent quality stroller from a reputable brand.

My son broke he’s bugaboo so I decided it was time for a stroller, I wanted a sturdy and a 1 handle stroller. I eventually found this one. After only ever having bugaboos I wasn’t expecting much from any other brand.

But I’m glad I brought this one, it’s just perfect, the wheels are a good size too so makes it easy to steer. The only thing I’d change is the over the shoulder straps I can’t make them any bigger ( unless I’m doing something wrong), but over all very impressed with this stroller.

Great lightweight stroller! After moving on from our bulky UppaBaby stroller, this stroller has been quite refreshing. My toddler has no complaints and it pushes very nice, even when using one hand. It doesn’t move well through really tough terrain but for what I need it for, it’s perfect.

My only complaint is that folding it down can be tricky at times… but once you get the swing of it it’s pretty easy. I recommend this stroller for the switch to a smaller, more compact one.

I was trying to find a small compact stroller that still had some of the fancy features that I love in my large stroller and in my wagon. Going on vacation is tough to do because my larger 2 strollers take up almost my entire trunk and it doesn’t leave much room for luggage and my backseat is full with the 2 car seats.

So this stroller exceeded expectations! The front 2 wheels are amazing! That was my major complaint with the cheap little umbrella stroller I just purchased. It was small but uncontrollable. This stroller glides smoothly and still had a drink tray for mommy.

It also has a tray for baby! The cup holder is basically unusable because none of my baby’s zippy cups fit which is a little disappointing but in reality she is 16 months and throws her cups if I leave it with her for too long anyway.

It has a basket for my bag at the bottom but it isn’t huge. My largest backpack does not fit unless i take 2 minutes to angle it just right and shove it in. But my smaller bags all fit easily. No biggie I purchased a 6$ mommy hook to attach to the handle for my extra things.

It folds so thin I ended up being able to fit it in the backseat between the back of my daughters car seat and and passenger seat. I’m very very happy with this stroller! Easy to fold, compact, and has all of the extra features to keep this momma happy.

I purchased this Nuna Trvl Stroller to utilize with the Nuna Pipa Infant Car Seat Lite Rx + Relx Base. My goal was to piecemeal the lightest travel system using one baby gear brand (for whatever reason, Nuna doesn’t sell its two lightest products as a packaged travel system at the time of my purchase).

Pros: – Extremely smooth maneuverability. – The user manual doesn’t state this, but I really appreciate how the recline harnesses can be un-velcroed and tucked into two back horizontal sleeves. This prevents the recline harnesses from dragging on the ground when the stroller is folded.

– Sizeable underseat basket. – Includes a travel bag. – Magnetic belt buckle is convenient. – Provides adjustable child calf support, but this isn’t an uncommon feature. Cons: – Not truly lightweight.

The 13. 6 lbs is without the canopy and child arm bar. With those attachments, the stroller weighs 16. 5 lbs. My Zoe Tour+ is a better travel stroller at 12 lbs with all of its accessories attached (canopy, child arm bar/snack cups, and parent cup holder).

– Opening/unfolding the stroller isn’t particularly easy and not really a one-hand motion. While you don’t have to engage the two buttons on the push bar to open the stroller (you do have to engage both buttons to close/fold the stroller), I find myself having to either (1) use my second hand to hold onto the child arm bar to unfold the stroller or (2) use my foot to press against the underseat basket (and this latter technique I dislike because it dirties the basket).

– Canopy is small. The Zoe Tour+ probably has the best canopy coverage of any stroller. – No option to add a child snack tray as of January 2022. – Parent cup holder is sold separately. – No back pocket for parents to store their cell phone, keys, etc.

, unlike Zoe Tour+ or Uppababy lightweight strollers. There is technically a zippered ventilation compartment, but I would be hesitant to use it as storage since the mesh ventilation can tear. Ultimately, I am keeping the Nuna Trvl Stroller for it’s compatibility with my Nuna Pipa Infant Car Seat Lite Rx and for the pro reasons stated above.

However, if you are strictly looking for a lightweight travel stroller that doesn’t need to be compatible with a particular infant car seat, there are other options that are more lightweight and include additional accessories (i.

e. , child snack tray, parent cup holder, and back pocket for storage).

I LOVE this travel stroller, I also love that it works with the Nuna Pipa line as well. You can open and close this stroller with one hand, which is so helpful when you have a baby in the other! This stroller checks almost all of the boxes and ultimately, I would highly recommend it if you’re on the fence.

Cons: Canopy isn’t quite large enough and doesn’t extend like many other Nuna strollers Window flap, when the wind blows the flap closes, it would have been nice if the magnets worked both opened and closed Doesn’t come with a rain cover Doesn’t have the available option for a child tray/cup holder This has never been a standard for any Nuna – however there are some lightweight strollers that actually have a hidden wheely-bag-like pull stick so that you could drag the stroller along side of you – I’d like to see Nuna do something like that in the future The pros definitely outweigh the cons on this one for sure, and all the cons are manageable.

All in all, I am deeply obsessed with this stroller.

Originally, my husband and I wanted to get this stroller because of how it closes with one hand and that’s amazing by itself (who thought they’d ever be excited about a stroller feature?). After reading further about it though this became a no-brainer because of how light of a stroller it is.

We needed to travel with our toddler while I was pregnant and we had recently done it with our only stroller, which was from a different brand. The other stroller worked well enough, but it was heavy and it could be a pain to open and close.

Having used it for a few months now, I have a lot of pros and only some cons (5 stars after all). Pros: – It is so light that it is almost too light – It comes with its own travel bag – Tons of configuration options that are actually useful, like thee recliner and adjustable calf (leg) support – The peek-a-boo window closes using magnets, which makes it actually easy to use just to take a peek – The buckle uses magnets to latch, which feels secure, but is also easy to attach (and our toddler loves to mess with it when standing in front of it) – Really folds with one hand and you can just pick it up and go Cons: – It can be front heavy, so if your toddler is in a climbing phase it can fall forward – The leather on the handles got damaged (a few little cuts in the leather) within the travel bag due to rough handling by flight crew (probably literally throwing it, which is why I didn’t take a point off for it).
