I couldn’t find where i was loosing antifreeze. No drip or spots under my truck. Must be internal. I bought the bars leak l have used before and it worked. I just had the thermostat and the housing changed a few months beforehand.

Now its working great.

It stops the leak, but it also clogs the overflow hole and hose at the cap. I noticed the upper radiator hose was collapsed after driving and letting it cool a bit. Upon removing the cap, air went back in the system and upper hose expanded to normal – which is when I noticed the material from the product clogging the overflow hole and tip of the overflow hose.

I removed the clog once, but after driving just 2-3 miles, it clogged the overflow hole again. Ended up ordering a new radiator, since this is a temporary fix anyway. Just be aware that this might happen and overheat the engine, especially if you have too much fluid or it’s overflowing at all.

FYI, my fluid is at the max line and this is a Chrysler under 10 years old, and the overflow hole is about a quarter inch in diameter.

I have a coolant leak in my 2002 VW New Beetle. I know it needs to go to the shop, but I was 120 miles away from home when the problem developed. In what I considered to be an emergency situation, I added half a bottle, as per the instructions.

You will find that the rats don’t like the pepper and will avoid your wires. A rural ranch buddy has had to replace the entire underhood wire harness on his wifes Toyota suv. for the second time due to rats chewing the wires.

It’s hydraulic oil in a container that makes it easy to refill any bottle jack, be it a stand alone bottle jack, a floor jack or a motorcycle/ATV lift. It gets the job done. Beyond that, the product backs up the brand name and solution that is Bar’s Leaks.

Why NOT buy the product that repairs a weeping, leaking cylinder?.

Not normally a fan of any stop leak products for automobiles, unless as a very temporary fix. But since my 25 year old Craftsman floor jack recently started a small, slow leak while under a load, I thought I’d give this a try.

Certainly couldn’t hurt to try it, I thought. So I drained all the old oil out and refilled with the Bar’s Leaks. After a couple of days, the old jack returned to functioning like new! Before passing judgement, just give it a little time to do what it does, which is to soften the old hardened rubber seals inside the jack.

But know that ultimately if a leak is too severe, the only real fix is repair or replacement.

This is a good product in a package that is easy to use to fill the jack with. Some manufacturers recommend jack oil replacement periodically to remove contaminants, and this is a great product to do that with.

In addition, the stop leak did the job and my jack is dry from any leaking, prior to the oil change there was a light but noticeable coating of oil on the outside of the jack.

My radiator developed a large leak, a new radiator is about $200. 00. I have tried stuff like this in the past and they are usually temporary fixes. My Ford Taurus doesn’t allow direct access to the radiator it has a large plastic reservoir.

I called Bar’s Leak advice line and they recommended PLT11. They said to mix the can of stop leak in a container with hot water first to dissolve the pellets and remove the top radiator hose and pour it in there.

It stopped the leak immediately. So far so good, only time will tell.

Tremendous and safe for your cooling system. Stopped my streaming leak the size of a pencil lead when other brands couldn’t. The pellets are the difference and what makes it “heavy duty” capable of plugging the larger leaks.

Important to idle the engine at least 30 minutes and until the leak visibly stopped. Been permanent since I then added 4 Oz of K-Seal product with (copper small enough) highly precision and smallest particulate to make it suspended then available for any future seeping that could develop, miracle that its really “cementing” where it’s needed to prevent any later seeping.

My Toyota with temperature controlling hvac works fine and wasn’t diminished for heating and a/c, engine cooling system working normally. I expect to be able to get continued service on the radiator and when it’s diminished I’ll replace it.

I used this about a month ago to ‘seal’ the corners of a 304SS reservoir holding water where the seam/weld had separated a bit. I had first tried JB weld (the metal one), and it didn’t quite do the trick.

This stuff painted right over that, and the sealed the corners. One thick coat probably would have been good… but I came back 2 days later and did a second coat… then waited about 4 days to fill the reservoir.

1 month in and no issues. I think it worked. Hope this helps because basically couldn’t find anything on U Toob or internet where somebody did this same thing to coat the inside (only the seams) of a reservoir to make it water tight.

It’s about 10ft x 2 x 1 ft deep.

I purchased at cockburn repco after reading online, it’s money back claim to seal leaks. It didn’t and I must further diagnose the issue. Bought as it was more expensive and sounded reputable, as I need my ute to get to work and can’t get into a shop to fix atm.

In my Toyota Landcruiser 200 series I drove towing a van to Toowoomba from Melbourne. When we hit Deniliquin NSW on the way up it started to drop about 1/2 the Power Steering reserve fluid a day from the steering rack input seal leaking.

I bought a local manufactured, well known brand fluid stop leak for power steering. That material reduced the leak to about 5mm per day, enough to leave a small puddle every night. Once home I researched the matter better and found this product which is a warm, honey like consistency and after siphoning the reserve cylinder dry I added it to fill the reserve to the correct level.

A test drive showed that It immediately stopped the leak and is holding with no loss at all. A great result!.

In my case the leak was from a busted seal on the Rack & Pinion on an ’07 Santa Fe! Too much for me to replace, so, I had to spend the $1000+ at a shop. Have to drop the engine subframe, which then makes it a 6 hr job!! Then the mechanic replaces the good tie rod ends with new ones -another $150.

And then to the front-end alignment shop, oh no -you can’t drive there, its got to be loaded up on a deck truck! Have you checked lately what the bill is for that? Don’t -you’ll tear your hair out!! And the alignment is what! $150 Finally you drive home numb after $1500, not sure how you’ll tell the family, cancel the holiday, stay out of the grocery store, and no, you can’t use the car tonight -its going to sit for a while , -till I can afford gas again !!.

Edit — After about 1 year, Bar’s Leaks stopped working. The gaskets on my Oil Pump and Valve cover had completely worn out. Cost a couple hundred dollars to replace, but the oil leak is gone. That said, getting 1 year of driving out of a bottle of this stuff still leaves me very impressed.

I’d use Bar’s Leaks more as a way to get you to a spot where you can get your car fixed instead of an end-all solution personally. 5 stars for 1 year of stopping an oil leak at the cost of $7. Original Review I can’t believe this worked.

I had one of those “everything went wrong” moments with my 2001 Camry. For a few days in a row I noticed a burning smell when I got out out of my car. Third day I noticed it, checked the oil level – nearly empty.

I had changed the oil a couple of weeks prior so this was a bad, bad leak. Drove to a mechanic who only gave bad news. They said they saw multiple leaks on it, and that it’d be somewhere between $1500-2000 to fix.

Took it to a second mechanic who said the same thing. On the way to the second mechanic, the check engine light flipped on, the burning smell was worse than ever, a brake light burnt out, and I was about ready to bite the bullet for the repairs.

On a whim I bought a bottle of this stuff. For 8 bucks what the heck, why not. My engine had lost enough oil in a couple of days to add the full bottle of the engine repair. Took it to another mechanic who said everything seemed to be looking great. I’ll check the oil once a week for awhile then probably longer intervals, but it seems like this stuff worked. Even if I have to add a bottle of it every so often, it’s way cheaper than the quotes I received were.

Awesome product. My TJ Jeep Wrangler started leaking it’s anti-freeze and couldn’t find the leak. To ease my mind while driving and avoid getting stuck out on a road with a “steaming” radiator, I poured Bar’s Leaks Liquid Aluminum Radiator and Heater Core Stop Leak.

The product started right away and I could see that no leaks after driving around with the solution inside my radiator. There was a “funky” smell for a couple of minutes but I am guessing its either the surrounding area (have my windows open) or from the product.

Either way, the smell dissipated after a few minutes. Jeep’s running well and smoothly again. Have a 2004 Kia Rio I’ve been doing a lot of work on. Just when I think I’m done, something else pops up. (I’m sure you know the feeling. ) Radiator started leaking. Before I freaked out and bought a new one, I did my research and discovered this.

I like to repaint the kids rooms every few years. Usually we use a basic drop cloth. They are thin like a plastic table cloth. This however is incredibly heavy! It stays in place and doesn’t get kicked all around like the cheap ones.

I never knew you could have a drop cloth that simply stayed where I put it. Easy to use, heavier than expected, but worked great.

This works great for any project like painting ar sheetrocking. Keeps the mess off of the floor which I like. Very heavyduty dropcloth. I will use it on all of my projects. Works great for me and anyone who likes to keep their floor clean while working.

I am trying to fix my glass window water leak during heavy rain. My glass window has 4 X 5 square panels (within the bigger windows) with aluminium strips separating each panel. In between the glass and the aluminium there is a rubber sealing which I think is the cause of the leak.

I could not figure out which panel is leaking. Hence thinking of sealing every panel. Each panel has rubber sealing running along with the glass and the aluminium. Hence the sealing needs to be done between glass and the rubber.

My windows is exposed to sun after midday. Do anyone know whether this spray might fix the water leak issue?.

I was looking to seal my 12-foot aluminum boat on the seams and rivets where I had slow leaks. I sprayed this sealant on pretty abundantly, and I attempted to use masking tape about 1. 5 inches from the seam thinking I could tear it off after it dried to give the seal a more presentable look.

I let it dry overnight, but when I went to pull the tape off the next day, the sealant kept stretching and coming completely off in several areas (didn’t hold too well too the aluminum). Also, inside the boat, water soon started seeping under the coating as I started to use the boat.

I’d sprayed the sealant during the warm summer, so the drying process overnight was during warm temperature. Maybe this sealant might work better for lighter jobs on non-smooth surfaces, but it is not meant for the job I attempted on semi-smooth aluminum surface.

And don’t expect a neat appearance. While spraying, splatter tends to jump at least half a foot away from the intended target. I used a sheet of cardboard to block most of the splatter, but I realized that quite a bit of the spray ended up on the cardboard.

New floor, new flange, new toilet – let’s try Korky #1 Toilet Repair brand. Followed the instructions, watched the video, the toilet bowl is rocky/unstable. This product was a waste of my time. I got my money back, who’s gonna give me an hour of waste time?!.

The are super soft and very comfortable no bunching. Really neat that liquids turn to gel. Not so embarrassing opening up a pad in a public bathroom anymore the material is less noisy. The size is perfect and the adhesive keeps them in spot.

I like the leak guards I wish they were more absorbent when I coughed I leaked through the top left. The front of pad could be wider. The floral perfume scent is over powering I wish it was softer. I can’t imagine carrying more than 1at a time in my purse because my bathroom stinks.

This is my first time using the Always brand for incontinence protection. I suffer from sudden urges to urinate and experience ranges of voiding from drops, spurts to gushes. After many years of this embarrassing and uncomfortable experience, I believe I found the pad that best meets what I have been looking for in a pad! I was truly pessimistic that this very thin pad would not leak and that because of its very long length, they would not be discreet.

Well, thankfully, these two important concerns were alleviated. Although the pad is much longer than I would want or have ever worn, they are not one-bit visible under my clothing, even when saturated.

I have purchased this pad drop size, and length for years now and my last two purchases have been un-useable for me. I thought it might have been a fluke so I purchased again for this size and the 6 long and same thing happened.

I can smell the perfume before opening the bag, The smell does not dissipate after being opened. There was no warning that there was going to be a stronger scent and the only clue that these are scented at all is a tiny little notice that they are slightly fragranced.

They are NOT slightly fragranced. I ended up purchasing some pads for sensitive skin that I had never seen in the Always brand before right before I got this horrible scented product so had something to switch to fortunately.

But after that was gone I picked up – through Instacart shopping – the same things again today hoping they would be ok. No sensitive skin offerings online through Instacart. Both the two new bags are heavily perfumed so now I have three and a 2/3 bag of perfumed pads that are useless to me.

This is an expensive disappointment. $12. 00 to $14. 00 per bag…. On top of the disappointment, money wasted, time wasted having to shop for more and now needing to shop another time, I also had a skin reaction to the perfume.

I had to remove the pad within an hour of putting it on and fortunately had an old version pad in my purse at the time. I am still experiencing discomfort from the perfume days later. This is unacceptable.

Seals as advertised. Haven’t found any oil, fluid or solvent it can’t seal yet. Used on automatic transmission pan gasket. No leaks.

I have used liners in the past and thought it would be interesting to try out Always Xtra Protection 3in1 Daily Liners Regular. The first thing I noticed after opening the liners box that I was not expecting was the scent that they have.

The box does not make it real obvious that they have a fragrance to them but they are. I do not like feminine hygiene products that have a fragrance so I was disappointed that these liners were. Plus the fragrance that these have I do not like at all which lowers the pleasantness of these liners.

My 11-yr old gun-shy coonhound is petrified of loud noises, so Independence Day is a challenge. Tried all kinds of “calming chews” in the past. At best, they made him sleepy but still afraid, and at worst they contained brewers’ yeast and other apparent allergens that induced ear infections).

I am very happy with this product for anxiety. My 7 year old English Creme Retriever I adopted in August 2021 was a retired breeder dog. She had a lot of fears when she came to me. This is the 3rd home for her as her original owner passed away.

I had been refilling the power steering on my 2011 Toyota Avalon every 6000 miles and after seeing a couple of YouTube videos i decided to give this a try. I pressure washed the undercarriage and found the leak was coming from the lines that connect to the steering rack.

I poured 1 oz of this AT 205 and cycled my steering wheel from end to end a couple of times. I have not replaced the power steering fluid but i swear this thing worked like magic. Not only did it fix the leak, it also decreased the effort to turn the steering wheel making it feel as if it was electric power steering.

I also poured 5 oz in the engine, sprayed all the belts, CV joint boots, motor mounts, and all the rubber components I could see for preventative maintenance. On another note, my friend was looking to replace an old overstretched drive belt on her sewing machine.

I took the belt out, soaked it in a glass container, reinstalled it and now’s nice and tight. No new belt needed.
