With the most advanced suspension in Forza Horizon 3 (with more than 70 cm of suspension travel), plus advanced dampening, you wont find the combination of power and stability like this anywhere else in the Horizon Festival.

The M12S Warthog CST will be available at launch for Forza Horizon 3, and will be sent as a free download to everyone who has played either Halo 5: Guardiansor Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One.

Eligible players will receive codes to download the Warthog via an Xbox Live Message, and codes will begin to be sent out during the week of Sept. 5. In addition, players who have not played an Xbox One Halo game will still have the chance to earn the Warthog via a special #Forzathon event coming to Forza Horizon 3 in October.

I absolutely love this game for racing fans as myself and just car fans! I highly recommend this game, there is so much content from the different seasons to the hundreds of cars to pick from and the types of racing you can pick from it is un-endless what you can do from drifting to road racing to just free roam and tear assing around in the country side, this game has it all! I discovered this from reviews and I was not disappointed one bit, I even purchased the ultimate edition expansion pack to go along with it and it was worth every penny! I love this game and look forward to Horizon 5!.

While the Forza Series has always been one that I adored, Forza Motorsport unfortunately went straight into the Dumpster after FM3 and While all of the Horizons have been really good, Forza Horizon3 has both things I Love & things I absolutely can NOT STAND- (I remember why I sold it after playing again) From Cars GAINING MORE GRIP IN THE RAIN, to the Physics Engine Changing at night, making it Harder to Drift, to the Unbelievable Traffic jams that occur (because of the games AI & its way of generating Activity around the player) IN THE DRIFT ZONES- to the AWD CARS Having waaaaaay to much Torque on the Front wheels, what I refer to as to much FM7 in the Physics Either way, its still a very fun game when it works properly! Unfortunately again, it doesnt always- I do Love the Graphics in FH3 as they are the Best all around of the Horizon Games! In FH4, the Resolution and Poly count still looks really good & While the Drifting in FH4 is THE BEST ITS EVER BEEN, Forza Horizon4 Lost All of the Plume of Tire smoke that should be there, Billowing Behind the Car.

poof=Gone Ultimately if you already have FH4, then FH3 is Not worth it imho- Unless, like me, it was the only one you were missing and wanted to complete your Collection!?.

These Horizon games post FH2/FH3 are becoming derivative. Although I really enjoyed FH4 after I got use to the lack of direction, FH5 on the otherhand has been a fun, but forgettable experience. I have done every race, showcase, stunt, etc and I’m officially over the game.

Not because the game is terrible (which it is not), but because I already played this game in FH4. This feels like a map update with less controller vibration feedback as well. I’ve put in at least 100hrs so of course I enjoyed myself, but its time for Forza to rewrite the Horizon formula like they will do with Motorsport 8.

Will return to FH5 when the expansions release.

You can try it on GamePass or buy to own but I’d still probably stick with Ultimate edition as you get both DLCs and all the car-packs which is simply much better value. Great racing, great music, lot to do but whatever suits your fancy eg if you don’t want to paint or tune, simply don’t do it.

The freedom and options FH5 gives you is quite amazing. I have hundreds of hours in each Horizon game so I’m a bit biased but it’s simply a great game, even if you don’t particularly like racing as it’s more than that.

You can play minigames, Eliminator (version of battle royale), take pictures, listen to music and cruise. the choice is yours. 10/10 IGN is spot on PS don’t think there’s a better game with better long play value than this on the market right now.

Like every other Forza car pack bundle you get every new car added to the game. Unlike past car packs you sometimes have to win the new car in a race which is no big deal. They have added something like 24 cars so far.

About half were just given to you and the other half are won like I mentioned While instant gratification is nice it’s honestly not hard to win the cars. If you ever have difficulty just make sure that you use a tune for the car your using.

If you don’t know how to tune the use one that another user has shared. Still the best racing series out there. Forza Motorsport and horizon are top tier and supported for years. Every week there is new stuff.

Great mindless fun. Graphics, gameplay everything is great apart from the extremely corny dialogue. I hate however there’s only 20 something gigs on the disc. Here on Series X I had to download 98 gigs just to play it.

I don’t have the best internet and frankly they could’ve put more on the disc. Yet I never hear anyone complain about that but whenever Nintendo does the same thing, everyone’s up in arms. Oh and being able to cross dress and give your male character female pronouns is critical especially when playing a racing game.

Hahahhahaha.

It lived up to expectations and is one of the best open-world games. Everything about it is so well done from the cars and physics to gun recoil and using hacks during combat. Everything works out so well surprisingly because I thought the hacking would be quite flawed but it wasn’t! I would call this one of the most definitive open-world, cover-based, third-person shooters behind GTA IV.

It’s missing car customization, weapon modding, and a real online mode as you can either do PvP or an open-world lobby with up to only 8 players. The multiplayer is fun but it’s better singleplayer wise.

The graphics aren’t too good, in fact, they kinda suck. If you want to have a good experience graphics wise I suggest you get a mod called “TheWorse E3 Graphics mod” as that greatly improves the look of the game to resemble what it looked like at E3 before the graphic downgrade.

Mods also work online so you can use another mod called “Ultimate Car-On-Demand mod” in order to get any car in the game including ones you shouldn’t be able to drive normally and it also works in multiplayer.

It’s not mandatory but after you beat the game you’ll have more fun if you mod it with features like this. You’ll probably play this game for up to a month after the game has been beaten because of how good the online is despite lacking many features though the singleplayer is only about 60 hours worth of content.

The music is very good and there are some songs you will have to unlock but the choice to use less popular artists gives them a chance to become more popular and it did work for some artists but there are also some more popular songs in the mix.

The controls can be wonky at times but don’t affect anything too much.

I just started playing this game and I think it’s pretty awesome. I am an old school gamer since I like Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt. This was a nice transition into a newer gaming console. My husband lets me play on his account and we rack up so many points! You never know what crazy score you can make it up to.

The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is because it lags, there are several really annoying glitches and it takes so long to actually get onto the game itself. Loading time takes forever! Fellas, let your partner play a video game or two.

Exploring the virtual Chicago for the first time,very exciting. Beautiful city filled with life,and content as the title says. The main story for me is very exciting,action-packed,and it includes serious questions about our privacy,and the place of IT filled in the field of politics,society,economy and other.

The hacking in the game is very interesting,you can hack many things to make sure that the technology is on your side,it’s very useful especially when the police forces are in pursuit. While exploring this huge city you have to take on many enemies so you have to arm yourself and the best place for it is the Gun Shops.

There are several categories:handguns,machine guns,shotguns,grenade launchers,submachine guns,and sniper rifles. These weapons aren’t so cheap so you have to complete missions,side-missions or you have to hack people’s phone to access their credit card balance.

To have a full enjoyment in this game,to be able to access all kind of content,you have to liberate CTOS Control Centres,Towers,so you have full controll of the city. These missions were my favourites packed with little puzzles and sometimes shooting or silent killing.

Verdict:this is the second time I bought this game,firstly at the reveal in 2014 for my PS3,and this was the second time,and it was a completely different adventure. It uses the WII U’s GamePad in clever ways,you can play the entire game in the GamePad,or while playing on the main screen you can see and use the minimap.

For me,this was a good game,but it has small negative things like you can’t shoot while you drive or the cars’ physics wasn’t the best I’ve ever seen,or you can’t customize your guns,so because of these I give a 4 stars rating,absolutely reccomend buying it for any WII U owner,especially because it’s the only GTA-like game in the system not mentioning the Assassin’s Creed 3 or 4.

If you didn’t play this game then it is the perfect time to buy it and for this price it was a gift for me.

I have been having so much fun playing Forza 5. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this game because I just thought it was going to be racing and that’s it but there is so much to do in this game I like that it has a storyline and Little missions in-between.

The cars look amazing and I like that every time you play a race you can win currency a car emotes clothing just depends on what kind of race it is. I am currently on level 54 and I just started playing two weeks ago.

Great game for anyone who loves cars for their detail and variety. This game is quite different from the traditional racing games such as the need for speed or burnout series. It can be challenging to adjust to this type of gameplay because for one every location in this game is a track there is no open drive freedom.

Second, rather than the automatic transmissions you experience in the simpler racing games you actually have to shift up and down, and also the driving is more realistic the handling, control acceleration, and etc.

There are settings of difficulty you can change in order to suit your needs of playing this game as a beginner, however I do warn you playing on the easier difficulties can get repetitive, and dull since on the easiest difficulty the game even brakes for you.

Aside from all the negatives lets move on to the positive aspects of this game. First of all the amount of ways you may customize your vehicles exterior are limitless, not only that the way you can customize the ways you can modify its performance are also extremely satisfying.

Next off the amount of detail and definition in every vehicle is absolutely stunning. If you are someone who enjoys the looking at cars like at a car show. This game is for you. I believe just to admire the huge variety of cars in this game is worth the money.

Graphically gorgeous, the game seems to take so many steps back from previous iterations. Career mode is a convoluted mess. The ability to find decent tunes from the online section is non-existent thanks to an inability to rate things.

And with the Forza Horizon sub-series taking the series into open-world, it would seem that time has passed by Forza. Only get it if you are EXTREMELY into car culture. Otherwise, if you’re just looking for a fun racing game, check out the Horizon series.

If you’re super into sim-type racing, you’d be better suited to get even a low-end PC and pick up any number of games that do sim-racing better. This isn’t a bad game. it’s just. uninspiring.

I bought this game because I love cars, I liked Gran Turismo (GT 2,3 &4) for PS2 and I wanted something comparable for my xbox, given it’s higher visual capabilities and the fact I have component cables for it, and not my PS2.

This game meets or beats GT4. After a couple weeks I’ve decided that this game is just as enjoyable as GT4, I won’t give up GT4 but Forza is some seriously stiff competition! Graphics – Forza does a good job in this respect, nothing absolutely spectacular but it’s good all around and nothing is lacking.

Plus, you can apply paint schemes, and decal graphics to your cars! Its nice to drive a car that feels AND looks exactly how you want it to. Sound – I thought it sounded tinny and hollow at first but after playing it for a week and adjusting my surround sound, it sounds good.

Good engine sounds, good tire squeal, and nothing really sounds repetitive at this point. The menu music gets annoying at times, but you can rip music to your xbox HD and play that instead, and as some reviews online mention, it plays continuously! No funny silence during loading, so those times are less ‘boring’.

My one gripe is the loudness of racing transmissions. They would be loud in reality (no syncromesh gears) but they seem to stand out more than in GT4. Not a HUGE deal, but when you’re getting used to listening for shift points on each new sounding car, things can sometimes get hairy.

I’m getting used to it though. Gameplay – The menu navigation is sometimes counter-intuitive if you’re an avid gt4 player, but besides that you have your basic classes of racing and different events, and its well layed out, in such a way that its eaiser to tell exactly what you have available, completed, and locked.

No stupid “manufacturer specific” races either. Cars get unlocked as you play the game based on points winnings at the end of each race. Get enough points and you level up, gaining ‘relationships’ with various companies.

Use prize money to BUY those cars. You also get reward cars when completing race categories. Winning points for an actual purpose is a GREAT incentive to race at a higher difficulty level. In gt4 you can’t earn anything with a-spec points but here, I have turned off ALL aids, and set the game difficulty as high as possible and so my points winnings go through the roof and my driving skill increases.

All this makes the game much more enjoyable. Now for the racing, the actual track time is great, and you really get a feel for every car you drive. After some playtime (in the most realistic mode, all aids off) you really force yourself to learn how to race efficiently and the effects of damage on your car make this challenging.

Accidentally downshift in GT4 now and then – no biggie, GT4 doesn’t care. Forza?. you’ll add some damage to your drivetrain and engine which you get to pay for after the race (no worries its not much).

Power out of a turn as you scrape against the walls of a turn in GT4? It’s all good, you’re now a toboggan racer! Do this in Forza. you’ll get visible damage to your body, and damage you can feel in your steering.

That can get expensive/cost you a race. Simply put, this game can really help your driving skills where GT4 is so forgiving it eventually just feels like a car collection game near the end. Forza has plenty of appeal and I haven’t even gone online with it yet.

I bought this game because I had another copy of it and wanted to do a system link between to Xboxes. I haven’t succeeded yet but it is an awesome game to play if your into racing. one thing I don’t like about it is how the menus are set up in the game (kinda confuses me at times of what option I select) but overall its a good game and the loading time isn’t that bad ether.

this game is a good driving simulator. you can tweak engine,breaks,gears and more to change how the car will act on the track. pretty cool if you ask me. always helps me get the most out of my car when its not running the way I want it too.

Forza Motorsport is undoubtedly one of the most realistic racing sims out there. From the accurate styling of the cars, to the excellent shadow rendering, the graphics are extremely well done. The game has a solid feel to it, with well-built menus and physics that closely emulate real life.

The physics system makes it a more challenging game to play, because gone forever is the arcade-style handling that is propogated in titles such as the Need for Speed series. Instead, you will be faced with tire slippage as you go around a corner at high speed, body roll that can be attenuated with multiple levels of upgrades – part by part, instead of the general upgrades provided in most other games of this genre.

All in all, this game provides an edge-of-your-seat racing experience, often emulated, but never duplicated. Highly recommended for both casual and hardcore racing fans.

Forza horizon 4 is a technical masterpiece, it is well optimized, looks great, has a great selection of cars, and launches as a complete game before the DLC, something other publishers seem to forget over the years.

Forzathon is much more fleshed out now and gives daily, weekly, and even hourly challenges. The seasons system is groundbreaking, and truly alters the game and the way it plays giving a lot of replayability and stopping the map from getting stale too quickly.

After saying this, why am I not as impressed as many others with it- Well unfortunately Forza Horizon 4 suffers from a lot of bad or questionable design choices. For starters the game has too much bloat: the cosmetic items take up too much of the prize slots of the wheelspins (basically lootboxes), and for the first 20-30 hours of the game I got next to no actual useful rewards from it, instead gaining only clothing, dances (which in my opinion has no place in a racing game to begin with), and random car horns.

A lot of what was just available in the base game in FH3 is now locked behind purchases (with in game credits thankfully) but it seems only to serve a drawn out progression system. Because houses have replaced all but one festival site, you now have to spend huge amounts of credits to open up new home bases, and to unlock perks, most of which, again was in the base game in FH3, this not only damages the way the game progresses, but because you no longer unlock festival sites there is nothing between each showcase, and you unlock them all far too early in the game.

Speaking of showcases (for those who don’t know, showcases are the main events and the big payoff for your hard work in Horizon, it’s sort of like those wacky races that top gear used to think of), FH4 has the weakest set of showcases in the entire franchise, the only truly original one the game has is recycled from the intro, and all of the showcases were shown in trailers and video clips by gaming websites pre-release so there was nothing left for the game to surprise you with.

The game is so multiplayer focused it feels like single player was an afterthought, the AI tend to constantly bump into you and often spin you out. The game also doesn’t do a very good job of explaining certain parts, for example, there are a lot of places in the map you need to get to that can only be accessed after doing certain events, or in certain seasons.

Despite its numerous flaws, I don’t hate FH4, it’s still better than the vast majority of its competition, I simply did not enjoy it as much as I did with Forza Horizon 3, a game I consider a masterpiece, something very difficult for a sequel to live up to.

If it’s your first Horizon game, you’ll love it, there’s a lot of good going for it and not a bad game by any means.

One of the best from Forza. Absolutely top notch. I bought this to pass the time after i broke every bone in my body apart from my right hand! Falling from a hot air balloon over Wigan. Luckily i landed on a batch of Gregg’s bread rolls that were cooling of outside of the bakery.

So here i was at home convalescing with only one hand. & My Joystick & X Box One Controller. Luv this game. Wish i could scratch my back. It’s driving me nuts.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I received a free sample in exchange for agreeing to write a review Forza Horizon 4 is a gorgeous looking, great sounding car racing game. The locations, the cars, the movement all look great.

In keeping with the latest trends in gaming, you have some limited choices in selecting your in game avatar. On the other hand, you have several additional options for customizing your vehicle. This is similar to what you could do in GTA 5, and is akin to leveling up your character in action games.

When you aren’t racing, you have the opportunity for some open world exploring, and the map offers “experience points” bonuses for performing jumps and executing tricks like drifting. Forza Horizon 4 is much like all the other racing games in content, but has received a facelift to update to current vehicles and accessories.

Where the game is severely lacking is the physics. Damage from collisions isn’t realistic at all, and I would expect to see more overturned vehicles, fires (if not full explosions) and undrivable wrecks.

Also, the environment mysteriously regenerates itself, so if you drive through a stone wall, moments later the stone wall will be repaired. Overall i’m impressed with the effort and achievement in terms of aesthetics.

The racing content becomes monotonous and even tedious, and doesn’t inspire repeated playability. Also, this game suffers from a common shortcoming of all racing games: a controller is wholly inadequate for the experience.

You need a gaming chair, steering wheel, and pedals to immerse yourself and enhance the driving experience.

I used the controller for about a week, so I can’t tell you exactly how well it will work after a year, but I might give you an idea. ## Comfort I used PlayStation controllers for most of my life, but my hands would get really tired after some time.

No such thing happens with this controller, it just feels great. ## Buttons and layout D-Pad is fine, some people complain that it’s loud… and it is, but I enjoy it using it. ABXY and joysticks are all good, nothing to complain about.

I was used to PlayStation layout, but after a minute of using, it already felt right, you shouldn’t have a trouble adapting to it. ## Features There aren’t really any many new features like with DualSense, but if you plan on gaming on a PC, it won’t matter anyway.

Rumble feels fine, nothing fancy. ## USB connection It uses USB Type-C and it will work for you out-of-the-box on Windows and Linux. It apparently should also be painless on macOS. ## Bluetooth Windows works fine, but on Linux… first-time connecting is problematic.

First, make sure you are using Linux 5. 12+. If you are not using 5. 12+, you will have to disable ERTM. After that I had to make a Windows VM in virt-manager and redirect my Bluetooth controller to it (it will likely show up in the USB redirect with some generic “USB controller” name, but just check `lsusb` and the ID for your Bluetooth card) and then pair the Xbox controller in the VM.

After doing so, you can unredirect your Bluetooth card and close the VM. From now on, you should be able to connect to the controller without any issues on your computer. If you are having connection issues on any OS, it is recommended to update the firmware with the Xbox Accessories app on Windows.

The only issue I found is that it might have incorrect button mapping on Linux like R1 being mapped to Start (which can fixed by using xpadneo driver or you can just rebind the keys on Steam or something).

## Build quality It’s great, feels solid and not like a toy. ## Longevity The controller accepts AA batteries, which means that you can easily replace them. The Xbox One controller still works with Xbox Series, so this controller is likely to also be supported in the next generation.

Both of these things are not true with PlayStation. Sony dropped support for DualShock with PS5 and doesn’t accept AA batteries, which is terrible, because batteries will degrade quick. If you care about using your controller for a long time, go with Xbox.

## Conclusion Even though I’m not a Microsoft fanboy (far from it), they make great controllers. You can’t go wrong with it.

Good controller, it’s a slight update from the existing xbox One controller. Physically it feels the same as my old controller. Buttons feel good not too soft and not super clicky like some 3rd party controllers.

There is a slight change to the battery door, the old door it is angled slightly to the front of the controller and where it meets the bezel at the charge port it sweeps out: the new xbox Series X/S controller it’s more straight without the bent sweep by the bezel it feels more flush to that bezel.

Rechargable battery, the original charge and play battery pack from Microsoft will indeed fit in this controller, you do have to use a USB-C cable to charge it but it does work and does charge, you lose the tiny charging light indicator though (it was removed even on the new play and charge kit from MS).

Any USB-C cable will work with this controller same as they do with any android phone/tablet or game console that uses USB-C. Now what I don’t like is how clicky the D-pad is, I like the feel of the D-pad I just don’t like how noisy it is, it also feels like it hangs up on something internally if I try to make full circles with it.

This may smooth out with repeated use. I got mine in White to match my computer case and I do like the fact that the front bezel is also white. I also like the A, B, X, Y buttons being colored and not the same color as the blue, neon green, and red controllers.

All in all it’s a solid controller with very minor upgrades and cosmetic changes.

The Robot white Xbox Series X controller is much like your previous generation controllers at first glance. However with the integration of Microsoft’s new share feature, the share button sits at the heart of the controller.

This is used for clipping gameplay moments that backtrack 5 minutes. I’m not sure how useful this is for the everyday gamer, but I’m sure it will be useful for streamers and content creators on consoles.

Once you’ve got your hands on the controller itself you’ll notice an immediate difference. Where the whites of your fingers hold the underside of the device, you’ll notice a tactile grip that is comfortable to hold and non slip.

This grip is also present on the trigger and bumper buttons as well as the sides of the analogue sticks. Much like the last generation of Xbox controllers, these also have a sleek matte finish. One important detail to note if you are buying one of these for the PC is that you will have to update the controllers firmware via USB Type C, otherwise you will encounter connectivity issues with Bluetooth.

P. S. Microsoft have yet to make a controller that has integrated rechargeable batteries, a little disappointing when the addon for a rechargeable is $50 when you can buy a PS5 Pro controller for $130.

Bien que les parties en lignes soient vraiment superbes, si l’on décide de jouer sur notre canapé avec un/une ami(e), les possibilités ne sont pas énormes. En effet, il n’est que possible de jouer en 1vs1 en local, c’est dommage car cela aurait été intéressant de pouvoir jouer à 2 contre des véhicules contrôlés pas l’IA ou en ligne par exemple.

A bit of an old game by now but still one of the best racing sim style games. Also its good to have Jerry Richard and James accompany the top gear logo, brings back the good old day of OG top gear. The livery designer is a bit of pain to use but you get used to it.

Awful worst Forza yet it takes so long to get new cars that you could beat the whole game before they release new cars Bored to death

Great content for Forza Horizon 5 players. Good add on and a good gift idea for gamers.

I normally don’t buy DLC for games like this, but this added a lot to the game for a reasonable price. I would recommend it.
