I am very pleased with this baking cocoa. I have a few set recipes I use baking cocoa in (one is a brownie, one a cookie)-This cocoa powder is so rich and creamy it made my already favorite recipes even better.

I have made hot cocoa with this as well but tend to use baking cocoa for baking recipes. This is a quality product I am so happy I have found. I will continue to use this baking cocoa.

It’s been hard to find good Dutch-processed cocoa these days. I’m so glad I found Rodelle’s product. It lives up to the claim of being an excellent product. There are some things I bake that require Dutch-processed cocoa specifically and Rodelle’s is the best I’ve tried.

I’ve tried it in my baking and also in smoothies and hot chocolate. The deep chocolate flavor comes through each time. I’d buy it again.

I used to love this product (700g bag from costco canada) as it was great quality for baked goods – they must have recently changed manufacturing because now its made in a facility that processes nuts, so now its no longer safe to use for those with allergies.

with very few nut free high quality baking ingredients on the market this change was very very disappointing….

If I could give these 0 stars I would. These were absolutely terrible. The chocolate did not stay runny enough for me to continue dipping. After a few times of having to melt it again the consistency was basically unusable.

The only reason I bought it was because the store was out of my normal brand so I thought Ghirardelli should be a better product. Boy was I wrong! Ended up having to go to multiple stores to find my old brand, and had zero issues.

Will never use these again.

I know when I use Ghirardelli wafers in making chocolate treats that they will be smooth and will not have that “cheap” wax taste and consistency. They are so reliable! High quality as well. Yes, they are more expensive than the colored melts from other companies but the difference is miles apart.

These wafers have excellent taste, high quality finish and color. They melt evenly and easily. They were delicious in a cookie recipe for truffles this Christmas and made them look professional. Would definitely recommend them!.

I bought this for my hubby who has diabetes. He’s been eating healthy and his glucose numbers have been doing good until he started using this product this morning and I finally took a good look of all the ingredients in it.

Yes, it has 15 grams of alcohol sugar but there is also hidden sugar in this product. Just in case you don’t know here are the names of hidden sugars that can add unto what’s already added to the ingredients.

It’s sweet and easy to put on ice cream. Consistency is a little runny and can get messy if you are not careful. I like my caramel a lot thicker and a more complex flavor profile, but this one seemed like it was simply high fructose corn syrup which I did not like.

My kids didn’t really care for it either, but the neighbor kid loved it. I think it probably comes down to what you are used to eating. If you are an old fashioned, homemade caramel lover, then this one is probably not for you.

If you have been buying caramel topping at the store as your primary use, then you’ll probably love this one!.

I had a bit of trepidation ordering the giant container as it was my first nibs order. When they arrived I popped the lid immediately & tasted a handful. They are not as sweet as the ones I’ve purchased at Whole Foods but holy cow – they are great! I toss a ‘rounded handful’ in my breakfast oatmeal every day.

The Roasted Cacao are delicious. I know there are getting discontinued but I hope you eventually bring them back. Thank you for all you do to provide people like with the best of the best. I have yet to be even remotely disappointed with from or about Burlap and Barrel.

A good quality cacao nib. I steep in milk to make my hot chocolate. Adds a nice mellow chocolate flavor. I detect a hint of fruitiness, but mostly a nice chocolate aroma. Good quality for the price. Does not have layers of scent or flavor like some nibs, but good chocolate flavor.

We had not had nibs before, tried another brand, didn’t like the presence of shell fragments, and went to Valrhona. Again, happy with the brand quality.

There are about 2. 75 cups of cocoa in this package. (The serving size says 2 “tsp” and that there are 25 in the package. That is just under a cup. ) I think they meant for it to reflect tablespoons.

This is a darker chocolate than typical cocoa, so go for it if you want something rich.

Incredibly high quality! Delicious, fresh and robust flavor. Nothing like authentic imported Holland cocoa, even has Dutch writing on the box and original packaging from over a century ago. Package arrived stably and unbroken with no tears in the bag even though it was a simple mailer box.

I bought some of this from Amazon but its cheaper here. I used it to make dark chocolate cupcakes with a caramel frosting; caramel drizzled on the top then heavily sprinkled with crushed toffee bars.

It was amazing! If you like dark chocolate you will love this; but if you are more into milk chocolate this might be a little too intense for you. It’s has a deep chocolate flavor and unless you compliment it with a sweet frosting like I did you might not care for it.

Think Oreo cookies. This is that dark black chocolate they use to make the outside cookie. If you eat the cookie alone you’ll taste the dark chocolate and understand what I mean. It’s not sweet on its own, but with the Oreo filling its perfect.

Delicious. We have been searching for a dark cocoa powder for what seems like forever now and we have finally found it!!!! This cocoa powder allows for any baker to achieve a bakery chocolate cake. Works well with almost all recipes.

I would not recommend using in a red velvet though.

I’m sure if I’d done my research better I would not have used this cocoa powder like any store bought or off the shelf type. This refined and elegant cocoa mixture makes for a dark cake and gives a slight chocolate flavour.

I really like Nesquik Chocolate Syrup. It’s a Great addition to milk, ice cream, and other desserts. Makes for some delicious chocolate milk. Very rich, sweet chocolate flavor, no bitter taste at all which I am like.

You can get Nesquik Chocolate in a syrup, powder, Ready to Drink mix. They also have Strawberry flavor. I recommend this product to others.

I was disappointed because I was never able to use this caramel because it was damaged during shipping. The other toppings I had purchased were very good but my biggest complaint is how the items were shipped.

You can imagine that most of the other items had become very sticky so it made things inconvenient as there was clean-up involved. There should have been some kind of packing between these items, not just bubble wrap across the top.

I wish I could give this a better rating but hopefully this will be viewed by the company and they will start packaging their items better. On a positive note, the refund was made easy. Thank you for that.

This is very thick and rich, I usually just use it as a topping but sometimes I use it with hot drinks. It’s too thick to put in cold drinks and it won’t blend well but that’s not what this is for, so don’t buy it trying to get a cheap substitute.

It is a very good product when you use it for what it is meant for.

This is a great deal for a party or just an ice cream loving house. Tasted alone, it’s obviously not quite as rich as the fancy brands. But for most uses, the main food makes up the difference. It thickens up, but does not harden on ice cream.

This works wonderful are protecting your skin from harmful sun rays. Skin looking and feeling smooth and younger. My 89 year-old mother has been using this for nearly 20 years and she looks as young today yes you did 20 years ago.

Many people buy products because of advertising or celebrities endorsing them. Ingredients are the most important. Nuskin products are a few more dollars, but worth it. Adding sunblock into the product is a bonus as well.
