Colgate optic white renewal (high impact white) I received this product free to test and leave a honest review. I love the packaging, very red and stands out to the eye. I love alot of colgate toothpastes so i was excited to try it.

Right away i noticed it saying 3% Hydrogen Peroxide which im not a fan of it at all , but i decided to give it a try anyways seems it was sent free and the most i can do is leave my honest opinion on it.

Placed the toothpaste on my toothbrush like any other product and started, almost immediately it started to tingle my mouth,but within a few more seconds mu mouth started to burn really bad, and then my tongue and i couldnt take it and spit it out and rinsed my mouth.

I really wanted to give it a good try and like the product as i have coffee stains on my teeth an would love to whiten them back up,but i just couldnt take it. It wasnt normal at all. i dont know if i got a bad batch or what but if all the toothpaste is like this, i wouldnt recommend it at all.

Ehh is the best word I can use to describe my experience with the Colgate Optic White Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste. I didn’t notice a change in the color of my teeth (not even a shade whiter if I am being honest) and found the flavor to be on the gross side.

I was just not a fan overall and would be lying if I said this was a pleasant experience. Would I recommend it? No, I wouldn’t really recommend the product either. With lackluster results on the whitening end and a taste that made me gag several times, seems Colgate is better off starting from scratch and recalibrating versus continuing to sell the product as is.

It would have been nice to know upfront that the taste was going to be so tragic. Between the lack of mint in the flavor and the harsh, almost sand like feel of the product, gag city.

I have got to admit, I am a die hard Colgate fan. They just truly know their business. This particular one is the Colgate Optic White Renewal! Like the other Colgate toothpastes it did not disappoint.

The taste is not good not bad, it to me personally could be either flavoured better or done with whichever works better. Your definitely left feeling fresh and clean, ready for the day or a nice night (wink wink).

You can see the difference in your teeth after a few weeks, it’s not a fast result but a nice result. I love the cap and the fact it stands upside down, definitely helps with wasting product! Are you a fan of the upside down sitting as well? GAMECHANGER right? So really at the end of it all the taste is about the only starless point haha, but again it’s not terrible.

I have been using the Colgate Optic White Pro Series toothpaste for two weeks now. Overall, I like it. The packaging and tube have an elegant look that give the sense that this is a high quality product before even trying it.

As far as toothpaste goes, this seems to work fine; I’m not an expert in dentistry, so I can’t really say if this works better or worse than other products, but it’s just as useful. As far as its whitening and stain removing/preventing capabilities go, it’s hard to say how much of an effect that had on my teeth; I don’t think I notice any difference yet, but perhaps that just take smore time.

This is harsh toothpaste. I realize that to accomplish the claims, one must be aggressive. but my mouth has clumps of dead skin cells after brushing with this. I have never experienced this before. I would also say that the mint flavor is harsh, bitter, and too strong.

it burns to keep using this. The foaming agent, causes this to foam up so much that I have to spit out half of the foam after 2 minutes of brushing. And. the paste is very thick. It is almost as thick as the polishing paste that my dentist uses.

So thick that I almost gag on it at the beginning of each use. It also feels very very abrasive. It sort of has the consistency of a super thick baking soda tooth paste. It definitely leaves my teeth smooth and feeling very clean.

It comes in an enamel strengthening formula so that I can continue to get benefit from that aspect of my old tooth paste. It foams up and does not leave me dribbling all sorts of thin white streams down my chin like most whitening tooth pastes do.

I normally do not fall for celebrity gimmicks but I decided to grab this toothpaste and the moon toothbrush from Ulta you know the one with the big Kylie Jenner photo right next to it. Let me tell you that they are not kidding when they say this whitens holy cow I have seen such difference in two times of using the toothpaste it is insane.

I immediately saw difference after the first time of using this toothpaste My teeth were extremely wider than they were before. So this product most definitely gets five stars for me and I will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Not only is it amazing at whitening but the mint flavor is not overpowering at all and I love that so like if I was to take a drink of coffee or tea or something after I brushed my teeth it’s not making my coffee or tea taste funny so that’s a huge thing for me.

After using a very popular brand for years I stumbled upon this Moon toothpaste and decided to give it a try. I fell in love with how clean my mouth felt after brushing. Something that I didn’t feel using other brands.

The peppermint gives your mouth a nice minty smell and leaves it feeling cooled and refreshed. Its super affordable and worth the few bucks it costs. I have not used any other brand since. Its fluoride free too so thats a plus!.

I was having a minor gum issue about a month ago and decided to give this a try. I thought it might be similar to the 3oz Optic White I’m used to. It is. sort of, but with some drawbacks. First: It’s a little on the watery side.

I don’t judge by the first squeeze because settling and sometimes a little separation can occur. This wasn’t the case though. The whole tube is that way. I would describe the consistency more of a cream-gel than a paste (w/no ‘grit’ like the Optic).

Second: Whitening is not impressive at all. I noticed no little-to no difference. Third: cleansing abilities; I felt this cleaned my teeth, but unfortunately my teeth did not stay clean that long. Fourth: Taste – Not bad at all, good, so no complaint there.

Outlying circumstance: I’m not sure if this helped my gums or not. If this product had been expensive, I would be unhappy but the issue resolved over time anyway so I’m not upset like that. Overall: This was okay to try and I will finish it at some point, but I wouldn’t go recommending it as I won’t be buying this again.

Prior to trying the Colgate Renewel Whitening Restoration Gel Toothpaste, my only experience with the Colgate brand was use of the Colgate regular white mint toothpaste. The Whitening Restoration Gel Toothpaste’s outer box and product packaging is appealing and modern.

Very eye catching. Initially when brushing with the toothpaste, the overall texture is light and almost airy, unlike other gels I’ve previously tried which often have a sticky, congealed texture. The cool mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering.

This toothpaste is amazing. Nothing to envy to leader name brands. Soft texture, and delicious minty flavor. My mouth feels really clean and fresh after brushing it with it. For those who did not know it, it is made by Colgate-Palmolive.

This charcoal fluoride-free toothpaste by Burt’s Bees is the first oral hygiene product that I have tried from Burt’s Bees. #gotitfree #trywithtopbox I’m usually a full-fluoride kind of brusher, but thought I’d give this “more natural” paste a try.

Boy was I disappointed. This toothpaste is grey. It leaves an unattractive mess in my sink after I’m done brushing but doesn’t stain my teeth. Neither does it seem to remove stains either, though, after a week of twice a day brushing with this paste, my teeth look no different.

The biggest difference for me with this toothpaste is the mouth feel. It doesn’t foam up like a traditional paste, so I don’t get that full mouth fresh feeling that I do with my normal paste. It’s just kind of.

slimy. and acts mildly abrasive to the teeth. While it is minty, it’s very very subtle and does nothing for my breath. Mouthwash absolutely mandatory after this paste. I don’t really like this toothpaste.

It doesn’t freshen my breath, nor does it leave my teeth squeaky clean. They’re no whiter, either. This paste would be a good option if you have an aversion to fluoride (I don’t) or if you prefer a really mild minty paste, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

It baffles me that you would choose to only make kids toothpaste (with crazy fruit flavoring) or a charcoal toothpaste that contain fluoride. All during Covid, I suffered through using the (icky) kids toothpaste or buying fluoride-free because I assumed the lack of availability was due to Covid shortages.

I like the light mint, unlike some users, because strong mint toothpaste gives me heartburn. And it has gotten very difficult to find fennel flavor without some kinda junk in it. ( Are you listening Tom’s of Maine?) I am amazed how this toothpaste whitens.

I have never had one work before. You put it in black and your teeth get whiter. I drink coffee or black tea daily, so my teeth were stained. They are getting whiter everyday. I haven’t run the ingredients through my EMG (Environmental Working Group) filter yet and I hope it passes muster, as I like the product.

I never stray from my Crest + Scope wintergreen toothpaste. When I was pregnant, I was so nauseous that I thought I couldn’t LIVE WITHOUT my usual toothpaste. I really like this toothpaste for it’s cleaning properties. I’m embarrassed to say, but I’ve been a smoker for 20 years. and a devoted coffee junkie also! As we all know, those are the worst habits to have when it comes to oral care.

Stains, bad breath(ew I know! I need to quit smoking y’all!) But this toothpaste really does perform the way it’s advertised. The name says it all!! “Complete”! I also have very sensitive gum/teeth, but this one doesn’t seem to bother either of those issues.

I really hate what’s happened with mass market toothpastes. I loved when Aqua-Fresh had a wide range of different toothpastes—-probably had at least eight or ten very different choices. For some reason, Glaxo-Smith-Kline seems to have abandoned Aqua Fresh for the most part, only offering a few different types now, no coupons in the newspaper, etc.

So that brand, Aquafresh, is still good, maybe the best. but not what they used to be. And basically, you walk into a drug store chain, one of the big ones like CVS or Walgreens, and almost all the shelf space is Crest and Colgate.

Ditto, supermarkets. It was much better when there were a lot of choices, a lot of different brands and all distributed nationally and readily available at the pharmacy and supermarkets. Now, it’s almost like a Colgate-Crest monopoly.

I decided to try this one because I read that it’s basically the old Gleem formula, now under the Crest umbrella. Well, it’s not bad, so I can recommend it. But it isn’t the Gleem I grew up with. Doesn’t look like it, only slightly tastes like it, and of course it’s Crest.

First glaring difference is that the best Gleem from yesteryear had bluish-green tiny crystals in the white paste. This doesn’t. Flavor is not as good as the old Crest, so you don’t want tobrush longer.

The strength of the best Aqua Fresh is the great flavor which makes people tend to brush longer. Anyway, this isn’t THAT Gleem you remember, but it’s still pretty good. As a side note, go ahead and visit the dollar stores if you want the real classics that still taste like the real classics.

Pepsodent is excellent. Close-Up, also excellent. Basic Aqua Fresh is usually available at these stores too, and tastes like it used to. AIM is also available and might be worth a try. I didn’t ever use AIM growing up, so couldn’t comment on whether it was the original formula or not.

Most of these used to be a dollar for a decent size tube—-now they might cost more or be in a smaller tube because everything seems to be going up in price. I highly recommend Pepsodent and Close-Up, and since I was always a big Aqua Fresh fan, that one too.

One other note—-if you care about country of origin, check the packaging. A lot of them are made in Mexico now, and maybe some in Asian countries, if that matters to you. I believe Pepsodent is still made in USA, and maybe some varieties of the other brands.

This Crest Fresh and White is manufactured in Mexico. Again, I recommend it as a decent choice, but it’s not the old Gleem you’ll probably remember.

I’m a dental hygienist and I am always skeptical about all marketing claims that whitening toothpastes make that say they whiten, they really only add harsh abrasives for removing external stain. After a few days it definitely whitened my teeth to the point that my guy thought I actually did a whitening tray.

The first toothpaste that actually noticeably changed the shade of my teeth. Super happy with this product and I do recommend it for many of my patients who want to enhance the whitening they do professionally and make it last longer especially for those who drink coffee and tea.
