20 Best Tires For Ford F250 4X4 Diesel (2023 Updated)

Ive had 2 sets of these tires an didn’t get 20k from them. I had them rotated often an kept proper amount of air checking the pressure couple times a month. Being a retired trucker of 50yrs I know tires an I THOUGHT I MAY HAVE BOUGHT A BAD SET SO I BOUGHT THE 2ND SET AN NOT 20K FROM BOTH SETS PUT TOGETHER.

I JUST BOUGHT AMERICUS 285/75/16 TO REPLACE THEM. 3RD SET OF TIRES IN 20K MILES. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TIRES.

I bought a set 4 years ago. I mainly drive on pavement. But do occasionally go off roading. Not just down a gravel road. But actual off roading. Sand, mud, some very minor rock crawling, etc… These tires don’t seem to care what kind of surface your driving on.

They just go. I have a set of full winter tires for winter. I do find my winter tires to be better in ice and snow. But they are purpose built for that. My MM A/T 3’s are pretty good in winter conditions except on ice.

They don’t have enough tread sipes for ice. I’m on the south west coast now. But I used to be north of 60° were it can get down to -50°C I found they get too hard to do well for much more than winter storage.

But any non winter specific tire does in my experience. You probably could run them year round up there. But I kinda fussy about having the best traction I can find with out spending a mint. A: Because I don’t have a mint to spend, and B: Because the moose are mighty BIG up there.

Any who. That’s just my two cents.

I had Canadian Tire AT tires from 2002 that I replaced because weather had taken a toll on the sidewalls. I wish I kept them instead of buying these. I just didn’t want to be 100km up a hunting road with a flat.

With these my truck drifts left and right, I get extreme vibration at 80km to 110km speed range and I have slippery cornering on dirt roads. I drive my truck about 5000km a year lately, so I have only had 3 sets in the trucks life.

These are the worst tires I have owned. The stock light truck tires from the 90s were better than these. The only good thing is they were cheap and work well with 4×4 in the snow.

I bought these tires brand new. Had a wheel alignment at Canadian Tire at time of purchase. less than a year later tires have a cupping problem which i didnt know until after a flat. A rock went thru the tire, Canadian tire replaced that one and said I need a wheel alignment which I had already did.

anyways 2 wheel alignments later and Tiires are Cupping Still. only worse. I would not recommend these tires. oh yeah the extra warranty you can buy dont cover cupping tires. No more moto master tires.

I loved this tire! It looks like a tire and is round. It is made of rubber and has air in it. When I brake my car, the car stops. When I push the gas pedal it moves. I like that the tire is black. Even though black colors makes one look thinner, this one looks normal.

I can tell all 4 tires come from the same family tree. They look exactly alike! I would recommend these tires but not the ones I have on my car. I need to keep them. Hope this helps you with your tire shopping.

I like the tires. They shipped fast only 2 day from ordering to receiving them. I’ve had them on the truck for a few weeks now ride is good and relatively quiet for an aggressive tread. I have the R/T 285 60 R20.

The tires seem to be balanced good as it didn’t take much weight to even out. Would definitely buy another pair when ready. If your thinking about buying these tires do it good quality and price.

Very surprised by the quality and look of theses tires! Also pleasantly surprised that the even with the aggressive tread pattern, theyre actually pretty quiet on the highway. Cant wait to see how they do in the mud and snow.

Decent price for a decent tire. I was going to wait a while to review these tires because I just had them installed a week ago, but here’s why I changed my mind. I was talking to my dad about the tires I bought and he actually bought the same make and model last year.

He has over 40K on them and they look like he’ll get a bit more. The tires are pretty quiet for an AT tire. In fact, to my memory they don’t seem any louder than the regular road tires I changed out for them.

If these last me as well as they have my dad, then they are well worth the entry fee.

So far so good. I had them shipped to my local Walmart and put on the next day 2 days ago. 500 miles in and they’re great. Almost all 500 miles have been highway miles. With no radio on they have a little hum to them but not very noticeable at all but that was expected with the AT tread.

Ride is smooth and they’ve handled well so far. Will update as I put more miles on them. Would recommend and buy again myself.

Put on a 2005 Honda Pilot. So far quite happy. Previous 2 replacement sets were Michelin Latitude Tour (unfortunately that product line now discontinued) and did get great tread life/wear (approx 100K km).

As a result wanted Michelin again and this was the one to go with based on specs and reviews. Road noise just ever so slightly more than previous but not surprising since slightly more aggressive tread.

After a couple hundred kms detected vibration at 115+ km/h but they just had to be rebalanced (all 4 checked no charge, 2 needed adjusted weights, solved). Have had that happen on previous set where the tire established its new/true shape after initial “break in” period.

Gave 4 stars because tires were 2 years since manufacture. Knew this before purchasing (as always inquire, and Michelin says they use 3 years for max shelf life). This unfortunate reality is a reflection of the pandemic…not as much driving so not as many tires being purchased, manufacturing sites impacted with outbreaks etc, and, this tire size not as popular anymore with newer vehicles trending to increasing rim sizes, etc.

This does not impact the warranty. And, this was not just a CTC issue as independent tire centers were similar. This size was made in Oklahoma plant where as more popular/larger sizes are made in the Canadian plants (Nova Scotia).

Was hoping to support Made-in-Canada (as were the previous Latitude Tour) but just as happy to support a North American made product for this purchase. Very pleased with the CTC auto center with the before, during and after purchase service and support.

Just had these Michelin X LT A/S installed today so i won’t be giving a full review now but will later after some miles on the tires. I had always had bad luck with Michelins and said I would never go back to them.

So I’m giving them another try. I usually go with Goodyear or Yokohama tires. They are the best in my opinion. Costco had a sale $150 off, so I researched, looked at reviews etc. Finally decided to go with the Michelins due to wear, gas mileage, quietness, all weather.

So far the ride is quiet, but due that they are brand new I will be updating the tires wear and information as the mileage accrues on the tires at a later date. Hope Michelin has gotten better with customer service, and backing their products, and their tires have gotten better as well.

my last set of Michelin tires 5 years ago, I had issues and never once did Michelin stand by their products, reach out, and their tires didn’t even last the milage they said it would. Thats why I never bought Michelin tires again.

You treat your customer rotten and they will leave. So here’s hopping everything will work out with these new tires!! I am only giving rating of average due that I just got the tire, and will change my review to reflect after more miles put on the tires.

Been running F350s, D2500s, Jeeps, 4x4s etc. for 10 years using every tire under the sun—BF, Goodyear, Cooper, Calvary, Thundertrack, Nitto, Eldorados, etc. THESE TIRES BEAT THEM ALL. They are mud terrains but they ride like luxury street radials.

Very soft tire however the wear life so far has been great. Great looking and performing 295 MT knobby tread but is quieter going down the road than my last set of 265 all terrains. When I got them mounted, the head guy in the shop commented how easy they were to balance out of the box for mud tires.

I currently have them on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU with stock rims and a 2” front 1” rear leveling kit. I will never buy another tire again as long as they keep making these. Real guy here with a business that depends on off road service—no BS.

This is the second set of Milestar Patagonia M/T tires that I have purchased. The winter grip in Northern Minnesota is impressive. Winter drifting shenanigans in my private parking lot take much more effort with these tires then the Firestone A/T’s that where on the truck when I first acquired it.

I have had countless other brands of tires most of which were purchased once and once only for one reason or another. I will continue to buy these for my other other trucks and SUV’s as the road noise is less than that of any other M/T or aggressive A/T ie Goodyear Duratrac that I have owned.

High traction off pavement tire with overall appeal. Have tested in a variety of terrains. Far quieter than swampers or federal couragia tires I have run in past. Aggressive voids work well in sand and mud.

Lighter weight than many similar models (48 pounds each for 31/1050/15 models ). Have done difficult slick rock trails at 15 psi. Will try on extreme difficult with 9 psi once pandemic is over- I dont run hog canyon trail 7 alone.

Might displace Goodyear Wrangler MT as my favorite. These do wear faster than some but with light weight of my Samuarai Im not too concerned. And suspect they will last far longer than a set of Chinese mud tires on the Cherokee that were completely racing slick smooth after just over a year.

Id recommend trying on a daily that sees weekly trail use.

Bought the 2021 Toyota RAV4 TRD Off-Road, switched the tires from the Fallen Wildpeak of 225/60R18. These tires are very quiet and comfortable. I just wanted a much thicker tire and a higher ride height.

I bought the ATIII of 235/65R18. The ride quality is much more different, in a good way. The tires grip the road much more and ride much more comfortably! When the road is smooth, the ride is like butter.

When the road looks like garbage, you feel every bit. Not complaining though. You do feel how much these tires soak up in terms of cushioning and it feels much more planted, much more stable and the road presence is great! My fuel economy did drop significantly but that was expected.

Instead of 32 per highway Im getting about 26 on the dot. *ALSO THEY BALANCE AMAZINGLY* *THESE TIRES ARE GREAT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM!* Also the size listed above fits a 2021 Toyota RAV4 with a 2. 5″ lift kit.

There is slight rubbing when at full turn both ways, nothing actually impacting or damaging. But that is expected until trimming is finished. So far Ive got about 1100 miles on these tires and I can’t complain.

This is exactly what I wanted and researched and its what I got. An overall great tire on the road, Offroad and all in between. I specifically wanted a heavier tire with a thicker ply for highway trash and offroad rocks.

Also Toyo Tires, Im not afraid to put my vehicle somewhere it may or may not belong. If you would like me to sample different possible production versions offroad and on road please contact me.

Have these tires on 03 duramax ext cab long bed. They were on the truck when I bought it so they had around 15-20k miles already. So far I’ve put on at this time an addition 35k miles on them. Heck these tires I didn’t rotate after a year cause they didn’t wear hardly so I totally forgot to rotate them unlike mud tires I rotate every 5k miles.

I drove it to north and South Carolina and back and I live in Ohio. It’s a farm truck and gets used from highway to the field. These tires I remind on long bed so there’s very little weight in the rear of the truck so sometimes it spins in very wet grass or mud.

But I’ve had these in the mud and fields and it still crawls out loaded down with hay or whatever is in the bed or attached to the truck. I’ve pulled trucks out of the ditch in snow storms and it actually slid me into a 2.

5 foot ditch and it crawled right out. My friend has these on his dually and he hauls heavy loads of hay and equipment cause he owns a farm and construction business. Those tires can handle a load that is for sure.

He has had 1000s of pounds on a trailer loaded with hay and the trailer was making the truck squat a lot and it’s an 2018 F350 dually and those tires took the load and drove the truck right out of the field.

Only complaint is they kinda dry rot but still hold air and they’ve been on the truck over 3 years now and it’s just now starting to get low tread to the point of needing replaced. They’ve served very well.

Hydro plains a little bit but I’m running 12. 5 wide so that doesn’t help. But even on low tread is still pulls great in the rain and snow. I’d recommend these tires if you want them to last and want something that can get the job done and take a beating.

There are videos of the truck on TikTok doing donuts in the field and pictures of it on Instagram loaded down with hay. I can’t figure out how to add a photo or I would on here. I pull on average 20+ miles a gallon on the high way and around 15ish in the country on 325-17-12.

5 tires in an 03 duramax.

I have now put just over 1400 miles on these tires in the past two weeks. On Dry roads the steering response is accurate, immediate, and quick (no hesitations noted. Traveling 70 and 75 miles per hour on highway the tires are very quite.

if I turn off the radio, close the windows and shut down the AC/heat I can hear a very slight noise from the undercarriage but once a turn on the radio or the heat/ac even at the lowest settings the noise is gone.

open the window and you can’t hear anything but the wind. The RAIN, I road though about 200 miles of rain all at highway speeds of 55 to 70 miles per hour. Some of the rain was heavy and some areas slowed down to less than a drizzle.

I never real worry about heavy rain as that in itself washes the oils from the black top away but the fine rain seems to make for a more slippery road, in my opinion. These tires tracked beautifully though both the heavy and the fine rain and at 55 to 70 miles per hour for both.

I always felt in control of my vehicle. The Dirt Roads – I was in the mountains this past week also on hard pack dirt roads. This included dirt roads with a lot of loose gravel (steep inclines and downhills) to deep ruts too include water and ruts from Gas Drilling Company which then started to turn those deep ruts into a slippery mud fest.

These tires handled every single dry condition with ease and that was in 2WD. The heavy ruts and water (from gas drilling company in PA Mountains – Lycoming county) I do admit I was not chancing sliding as the edge of that area in our mountains is a 100′ drop-off so I was in 4WD for that condition and felt totaling in control and secured footing as it were.

I was supper impressed and my last AT tires did not perform anywhere near as well as the Toyo OC AT3. The ruts were only 6′ to 10′ deep and the mud was only surface type mud not the kind the mud truck guys go looking for on weekends.

I do not have a rating for ICE and snow as I have not been in theses conditions as of yet but winter is coming and I’m sure I will have several occasions this year to deal with snow and ice coming up shortly.

When I do I’ll log back in and update for those conditions. As I only have just over 1400 miles on the tires I do not have a clue as to the treadwear ability for these and as they are new this year my guess would be we all have to wait a couple of years before we will all know for sure.

That being said they are rated at 600 for a 65,000 mile tire so I would expect them to wear well, at least I hope they do. I also list the Fuel Efficiency as Excellent. I can’t tell you I noticed any variation in gas miles and for the other guys and gals out there driving trucks , really who cares.

If I want great gas miles I would have bought a Prius, I want a truck and I willfully except the Gas miles what ever it may be. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and just as a side note for all those that place a high price on looks.

they do look great on my truck. tire size – 265-65R-17 – yes my truck has a 2″ front leveling kit that allows for the bigger tires. no rubbing at extreme turning radiuses. Great Job Toyo.

For a middle of the road line of tire this so far has worked well for me, but only had chance to drive in dry circumstances. So I will update you once we get rain or snow on the performance. Choose these tire for All season and all weather, the original tire I wanted was no longer available that I had used in the past, so my next best choice.

My tires came before they were supposed to come. Everything was absolutely perfect. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

The tires caught my eye because of the price, super cheap I thought to good to be true. The shipping was quick and the guys at Priority Tire kept me updated every step of the way giving me access to quick and easy links to track my order.

I couldn’t help myself, I had them put on the same day they came in and WOW! Ahaha it’s one things when your tires ride nice but it’s another when they completely change the ride of the vehicle. It’s made me fall in love with my truck all over again and the aggressive look help as well ! This tire is a Myth Buster when it comes to the saying “you get what you pay for” ! Over all I would recommend Thunderer as a tire manufacturer and Priority Tire as a tire retailer and distributor to anybody in the market looking for a great deal and a stress free experience!.

Was somewhat curious to see how these tires would do since they are not a well known tire manufacturer and the price was very reasonable. Mounted them at home with my dad with no issues whatsoever. Did not balance the tires.

They feel like they probably do need slight adjustment, but you should always expect to balance tires when you install them. I bought them for snow and year round use. They impressed me so much that I would highly recommended them to anyone.

I never need to use 4wd in light snow. We had some deep snow about a month back and they dug really well in it and 4wd was only needed when cutting a path, but I could have managed without. I have to fight in order to break them loose in light snow.

Used my truck with these tires to tow about 6000 pounds and have had no issues in that area either. My truck is a 2000 k2500 and it performs amazing with these tires. Makes me feel like I can go anywhere and not worry about being stuck.

Lotta tread, great traction, rides smooth, and very quiet. Switched from the thunderer track grip m/t, day and night difference, not loud and better mpg/lower rpms. Just get these and save the hassle from the mud tires, wont notice difference visually, they still look mean and good.

Highway driving is smooth, even when going 80 and thru rain. Doesnt slip. Overall a good tire, Im happy and for the price, cant complain. Inflated it to 45psi, seems to like it.

I recently installed a set of 37×12. 50R17 Toyo Open Country R/T on my 2016 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. After installation I began my overland trip through Colorado into New Mexico to Arizona and back to Colorado where the tires saw a wide range of surfaces including highways, snow covered trails, rough dirt roads, deep water crossings, and sharp sand covered rocks.

My initial impression was that these tires did not have the road noise on the highway like previous tires I have ran on this truck. I also noted that the tires made the truck feel much more planted when highway driving and the truck would hug the corners which I contribute to a strong sidewall of the tire.

Those sidewalls were put to the test when off-roading in the Arizona desert. I tested the sidewall strength by deflating the tires and using the sidewall of the tires to climb up rock walls and over obstacles on the trail and the sidewall did not falter nor did they show signs of fatigue or wear.

The traction of the tires was where I was impressed the most. To my surprise the truck did not break the traction of the tires in even under aggressive acceleration when climbing or going through water crossings the tires would just claw through the elements on the trails.

When in the deep snow-covered trails in Colorado the tires stayed planted and provided ample traction providing me with the confidence to explore deeper down the snow-covered trails then I normally would alone.

In the first week I put 3,000 plus miles on these tires and I would say that I am overly impressed with the performance of the Toyo Open Country R/T. I am looking forward to seeing how these tires hold up to the abuse and miles that I put my Ram Power Wagon through over time.

I would like to say thank you to Toyo for building a rugged tire like the Toyo Open Country R/T. It is confidence building to have a tire that can provided such a premium ride and excellent off-road traction for our adventure rig.

There isnt much on the internet about these tires so hopefully I can help. I’ve had them on a 2017 diesel super duty for 8000 miles, mixed driving. They currently have 14/32 tread. These tires will last over 50k miles under this heavy truck.

The Michelin tires were sucking up nails twice a week (I work construction) and these tires have not gotten a single nail in the few months I’ve had them. PROS: Long life. Look great. Tough tire. Great traction, in all conditions.

Balance well. Quieter than a mud tire. CONS: Wrecked fuel mileage (2-3 MPG decrease, both highway and city). Ride like they are wooden tires. Very heavy (definitely do not recommend for a half ton or lighter truck).

Noise level is similar to noisy ATs, but not as loud as MTs. In summary, if you value durability over all else, I recommend this tire. If you drive the family around as much as you work in your truck and value comfort and/or fuel efficiency, shop for a regular all terrain like everyone else does.

My previous AT tires were AT3 XLTs and they were significantly more comfortable and efficient, and I will probably go back to them, if these tires ever wear out.

Great tires for all your SUV needs. Handles great on pave roads regardless of snow, rain, or dry. Very predictable and sure handling. Very minimal road noise, considering its a A/T tire. And also does well off road and handles all that you throw at it there.

I have it on my 05 Liberty Renegade, upgraded from the stock Goodyear Wranglers, which were horrible tires, and went with a 245/70/16 size upgrade (widest allowed on stock suspension) from a 225/75/16 and the jeep and tires have perform flawlessly.

Recently bought my 2nd set and installed. But found out that Firestone has discontinued this tire and introduced a newer version “The Destination A/T2”. But have also raised the price significantly, which is a turn off for me.

As the price point and performance of the Original Destination A/T tire was just right. For the new Price point that Firestone wants, I’m better off looking at other brands with proven performance/history that are in the same price point.

So they may lose alot of customers, me being one of them in the future.

Of course these all-terrain tires rumble a bit, however I experience several manufacturing defects such as dipping and out of round. At one point balancing a tire required 7 oz. That’s excessive. The Firestone store in Lacey Washington could not road force the tires, which is a better way to test the balance.

I took it back and got the one particularly bad tire replaced. Still there was the wobble. To top things off the manager of the Firestone store told me that I absolutely could not get a refund based on the 90-day ride and try program.

That official Firestone policy says that you can get a replacement or refund “no questions asked”. I verified my initial understanding of the program online and found out he was not telling me the truth.

I actually got him to say I couldn’t get a refund twice. I confronted him about it and he said he didn’t know that. So here I am a customer who knows more about the Firestone policy than the Firestone manager supposedly.

Well I now have approx 3500 miles on the X/Ts these tires are a great all around tire From 6 inches of snow up north to icy roads coming back and muddy work job sites I feel confident With the traction they deliver now for life of the tire I see very little tread wear yet so I believe I will get the 50,000 miles of life the ride so far is good but its a load range E tire so they are going to be hard now as for noise these are not noisey but they are hummers you know there there.

The only thing I dislike about the tires Is that I am the guy that has stones In his tires and they will release in the wheel well or into ?. But I do recommend theses tires.

I have this set installed on a 2010 Jeep JK which is lifted. I used to run Goodyear MTRs but decided to try Toyo which my friend recommended. Now, I will never buy anything BUT Toyo. The tires are so well balanced even for 35s, the ride is very good on highway along with directional stability.

No wondering with these OC MTs. Offroad – traction is great in sand, mud and snow. I rotate my tires (5 wheel rotation) every 6K miles by hand. I do this every time I change oil and the wear is SO even.

If you don’t rotate and you get uneven wear – that’s a you problem. If you don’t get your wheels balanced – that’s also a you problem. Treating these tires properly will make them last a long time. I just got a JT Gladiator and will be putting Toyos on it as well.

My JK needs a new set as well so more money for tires and in this case – Toyo. These tires have been through the Black Rock Desert, Alabama Hills, Coyote Flats, Panoche Hills – BLM land and performed perfectly.

I was looking for a set of aggressive mud tires. After looking around I decided to go with a set 35×12. 5r17s on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Installed these February of 2012 with 100k on the truck. I have had these through 2-3 foot snow drifts, gone through some pretty nasty mud holes and towed way more weight than my truck is rated for and have never had an issue with the tires.

They do everything a mud tire is supposed to do and some things a mud tires shouldn’t do. It has done everything very well. When I bought these tires I was warned that they will only last 30-40k due to the aggressive tread pattern.

With just over 80k miles on them them now I feel like I have got my money’s worth. They are starting to show signs of age with some weather cracks, the front tires are starting to chop a little but not bad.

Mostly due to a lack of tire rotations. I have recommended and bragged about these tires often. I would strongly recommend these to anyone looking for a mud tire. If you are wondering yes they do make some noise, I feel like they are on the lower average of the mud tire world for noise.

Yes I did notice a decrease in fuel economy but I went to a larger tire from the factory size. Yes I did notice a steering difference but only until I figured out what air pressure to run the tires at.

50psi was the sweet spot on my truck lower pressure cause a wondering feel at high way speed higher pressure made the ride feel rough. I never really noticed a braking feel change tho. I hope this helps someone make a decision on these tires.

I bought these tires (37-13. 50-R17) hoping for the best. I knew when the tire shop balanced them they were going to be great. It took very minimal weight to balance them. The guy said they were as round as a Michelin street tire.

They are awesome! I rotate every 3000-3500 miles. I have 25K miles on them and they look great. No doubt I’ll get 60K+ out of them. I use my truck for daily driving, work and off road. They worked flawlessly on the trails at Uwharrie National Forest and others.

You will not be disappointed!.

Baja Boss AT Best tires I think I’ve ever owned. Ride is great. Noise is hardly noticeable at all. On and off road traction is great. I have 6 37×12. 50R20 on my wife’s F450 with around 12000 miles on them.

Can’t even see any wear. I have 4 35×12R18 on my F350 with 11500 miles on them. Love the tires. When they make them in a 38″ to 40″ I will have them on my Excursion. May have to settle for 37s but really want to do 40s.

I’m 45 years old and have ran a bunch of tires in my life. MT tires have got me hooked.

So far these tires are amazing! I bought them in load range F (12 ply). They are being used an a stock 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD pickup with a Duramax Diesel. What amazes me is how quite they are on the highway for how aggressive the tread is.

Ive never owned aggressive tires like this that were this quite on road. They handle great. Just took got back from a 10 hour trip cruising between 75 and 80 miles per hour on the highway with them. AWESOME! If they last a reasonable amount of time, Ill definitely be putting them on all of my 4×4 vehicles in the future.

Put stock size tires on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and they are extremely squirmy, to the extent that they are a safety problem. Freeway speed is a white knuckle ride. I’ve tried multiple air pressures to no avail.

I’ve put 2000 plus miles thus far. I’ll give them a few more miles before I change back to GY Duratrac’s.

I don’t even know what these tires look like because the wrong brand tires were shipped out to me. I was then told to track the returns myself and notify priority tire once they have reached their own warehouse.

I was told to get proof that the wrong brand tires were received by FedEx and later asked if I had affixed the return labels myself or let someone else do it. I did this myself and I stayed home from work waiting for the FedEx truck to arrive so I could personally put them on the truck and snap pics of them in it for proof.

I knew this was going to be a fiasco FedEx got three back to the warehouse and I am waisting my own time checking on the fourth tire and contacting FedEx wondering where it is… I’d like to get the correct new tires before snow flies and I hope the experience with them is better then this purchase experience has been.

I saw the price was reduced on the site on the tires I purchased. Can only hope I get a partial refund for my time spent on this….

Used the Falken Wildpeak AT tires on my 2010 Ram2500 diesel for 84K miles and still had legal tread (rotate EVERY oil change)! I travel over Donner Pass 20 times a year in the winter, and never had any issue with rain, ice, or snow.

Tires are quiet, smooth riding, and really last on a heavy truck pulling lots of trailers & equipment. I’m excited to use the Rubitrek which have slightly higher performance ratings versus the Wildpeak.

I’m a big fan of Falken AT tires.

I replaced a set of mud terrains with these all terrains. The sidewalls are comparable to the m/ts they replaced, but the all terrain tread is more suitable for the highway. Tremendous difference immediately.

These were 30% less expensive than the m/ts they replaced, and as a 4 ply tire compared to 10 ply the gas mileage is about 10% better so far. The Falkens are warrantied for 55,000 miles, and I like that since I barely got 30k out of the Milestar m/ts.

Time will tell if they make it but I wont be surprised if they do. Great tires so far!.

I put 285 75r 16 tires on my 1997 chevy k1500. They were 8 ply. I plow snow and pull the family camper with this truck. I live in northeastern Michigan 3 miles off the main drag and 25 miles from town.

Needless to say, I need to be prepared in winter to get myself out. I had retreads years ago as a punk that didn’t have a lot of money for tires. I never thought I would buy them again at 55 yo. I love these warden tires.

I ran them for over three years and they are still on my truck. 75% of the time on the black top-25% in the woods. Traction like no other tire I ever bought. Stiff side walls with the weight I have to put in the back of my truck during winter and were excellent with the camper on the back.

This is the first time I put an 8 ply tire on a 1/2 ton truck and it did make her ride a little rough. I got close to 60,000 miles on these tires. Proper tire pressure to the weight of my truck (by eye) and rotated 4 times a year.

Backs always ware first if your front end is running true. I will buy again but I an going to go with the 6 ply this time to get my ride back. The only thing with these tires is they took a bit to get them balanced and you did have a slight vibration in the steering wheel.

Not too noisy rolling down the black top and held the curves excellent with NO SIDE ROLL. This truck is getting restore due to buying a secondary truck for woods and plowing (3/4 ton) and I am buying these wardens in a 10 ply for my ’94 k2500.

For the money and if you can put up with a slight vibration. BUY TREDWRIGHT TIRES.

One tire arrived with defective tread blocks that were separating. Left me with a flat hours after mounting. The tire was replaced without a problem. The next day, a second tire was discovered to have a bubble in the sidewall.

Once the first replacement tire was received, it was used to replace the second defective tire. I was now still riding around on the spare tire (smaller than the new tires) and it took several days to have them agree to replace the second tire.

Then, back to the garage to have that tire mounted in place of spare. I asked for reimbursement of the garage fees for mounting and balancing the two replacement tires, which was refused. I lost several hours of time and am not confident that the tires I now have are any good.

In the past, I bought several sets of tires from this company and had very good luck with great customer service. This now seems to have changed – the tires are subpar and defective and the customer service is lacking.

I no longer recommend treadwright.

2 weeks ago I installed 6 new warden at’s on my ’08 f350 dually. I will start by getting the negative out of the way 1st. I run a service department at a car dealership so I have some of the newest and best hunter tire equipment made.

I found the tires have a very high road force (acceptable is abiut 25lbs on the high side for a car and in the low 30’s for a truck). All 6 were 85 +. I had to match balance all 6 tires (process where the wheel balancing machine measures the tire and the wheel and tells you where exactly to mount the tire for the smoothest ride possible).

Doing that I was able to get 4 out of 6 tires in the mid 30’s. On a 1 ton dually that is perfectly acceptable. However 2 of the tires only dropped down to 80l and 82 lbs of road force. I put those 2 tires in the right rear and mounted them with the high spots opposite of each other.

Now for the good: After all that the truck rides just as smooth as it did with the firestone transforce tires I took off. They are not noisy, granted its winter and my windows are up. I just got to test the tires in a good old New England snow storm.

I could not be happier with the grip and performance. I was ripping through a foot of snow like it was nothing! I have currently only put 500 miles on my new tires but for the price and the quality I would buy them again.

At half the price of the BFG AT KO’s I don’t mind the extra hour it takes me to install the 6 tires!.

It’s been like 5 years and I’ve become a fan of Nitto tires. I’ve gone through all types of weather and haven’t been disappointed yet!! Headed to Mammoth Mountain and drove just fine through powder and road packed ice deflated the tire to get more traction and it got me through with no snow chains.

Then headed South to Nevada. Inflated my tires for the road and it gripped syrprisingly through the swerve roads like a performance beast riding on rails. Hit the high desserts deflated the tires again and drove through rocks and sand with no difficulty.

The Ridgeline is no rock climber but with the AWD I-VTM and the combination of these G2 Grapplers made our excursions enjoyable especially when it started raining on the way back to Southern California.

With all that dirt and sand and then the rain, I was pleasantly surprised how these tires still held up with no slippage.

Live in northern Michigan. Put them on my Jeep wj with 4wd I run these year round. The performance is OUTSTANDING. My dad owns a used car dealership so I’ve owned atleast 100 vehicles in the last 17 years.

Toyo is my go to for any vehicle I plan on driving. Last year for snow was especially crazy, I bought a house on a hill during fall. I think I had my driveway plowed 4 times the whole year. These tires rock! And you don’t have any downside during summer driving.

They look and handle great. Bought a set of toyo rts for my lifted tj but I havnt started daily driving it yet. But they are such good looking tires, and the little I have drove the rts I am super impressed.

The perfect mix between looking aggressive enough for a lifted tj, but balanced enough to cruise on the highway and not notice that you have an aggressive tire on.
