I rarely rave about a shoe, which is not part of the Meta series. It is not easy for me to find a comfortable shoe, since I have a specific way of running – I am a very heavy case of forefoot striker.

Therefore, I need a lot of cushioning in a running shoe that would shield the front part of my sole from the road impact. Gel-Numbus 24 Lite-Show is one of the very few models that fit this requirement.

Their fit is perfect for me. They are heavier than racing models and don’t have the carbon plate, that’s why I use them for my daily trainings and I race with MetaSpeed. And the color is the best I could wish for ( I have them in Ice Mint).

Highly recomended for eveyday road trainings of any distance and intensity.

I have been wearing Asics for many years now. I began to wear them when I developed plantar fascitis. I healed within a few months and I only wear Asics for walking or being on my feet for extended periods of time.

These are very comfortable, have a good arch support and are very well cushioned. I ordered these just before my Disney World vacation so I wore them for the first time there. I walked in these and another new pair of Asics Nimbus 22 for a week.

We logged over 50 miles in that time and my feet did not hurt at all. So happy with these. I wear a wide width and these are one of the few shoes that fit me well. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had problems with holes wearing in the soles of my right shoes, directly underneath my big toe, regardless of the brand or model. ASICS was probably the one major brand I had yet to try when I bought my first pair of Gel-Challenger-13’s.

The first pair, which I bought approximately six months ago, held up so well that I bought a second pair as soon as I noticed my size was in stock, about a month ago, even though I had plenty of life left in the original pair.

I’ve never gotten six months out of a pair of shoes. Not only have these been incredibly durable, but they’re very comfortable and light. Without a doubt, this is the best shoe I’ve ever played in. I’ve recommended them to probably every player I know.

I will continue to buy ASICS, and this shoe, specifically, from now on.

i put these on this morning and for the first 5 minutes I was worried that they were a little boxy feeling. I’ve been wearing the same shoes for too long I guess. After walking around my house for a bit I really grew to love the solid feel and support they provide.

Played in them today and they were fabulous. Great support, quick reaction time, and firm footing. I love the dark blue with pink accents. They don’t feel like there is too much plastic to be comfortable.

Some of the shoes feel too rubbery but this is not the case with these. I very glad I went for the Gel-Challenger 13 Clay.

Very comfortable. Bought a pair for myself and 14 yo daughter. Size is perfect for her average to narrow foot, a little snug on my average to wide foot. Ordered true to size for her, 1/2 size up for myself.

Broke in quickly. After one 90 minute training session we both felt our shoes fit well after a few laces adjustments. Very comfortable on landing, good grip on the court. No foot pain during or after.

This was my first time playing in over 10 years! Overall, couldn’t be more pleased! Would totally purchase again.

After a couple of years using some nice non descript Adidas running shoes I decided to try something new. OK, that and the fact that the soles had already got all the miles they could have on them. The Brooks came out nicely reviewed as a every day runner with a nice neutral stride.

Have to agree with that assessment! After 3 weeks of running in them, mostly warm to hot weather and short runs between 5K and 10K, I am nothing but happy. There was no breaking in period at all. They also don’t run hot even in this blistering weather and they are true to size.

Another big improvement has been on how my joints feel after running. Huge difference there! I will definitely check what Brooks has going on next time I need to buy new trainers.

I bought the Tempos for speed days and races but I could easily get away with these being my only pair of shoes. Unlike other shoes, they don’t need a break in period and feel great from the moment you put them on.

They’re so light they make you want to run fast in them all of the time, however, they feel comfortable and stable at any pace including walking. I’ve clocked over 300 km in these and they’re showing no sign of wear so they’re better value than the price tag suggests.

The only criticism I would make is that the grip is not the best on wet surfaces (far from the worst, though). Any trails with loose or muddy surfaces are also probably best avoided. Having said that, I’ve done park runs on well groomed trails and they’ve been perfectly fine.

I can’t wait to run in these during this year’s Melbourne Marathon Festival half marathon.

I got these shoes because they are SO cute! They have the beautiful leopard pattern bottom with green and turquoise colors. I also bought them for my new running shoes but am not really satisfied with that aspect.

They are very very light weight and feel like you aren’t’ wearing anything on your feet. The bottoms are very squishy and good for walking but not supportive enough for running. My ankle kept wanting to twist when running because the base isn’t hard enough when coming down during a run.

I would consider these walking shoes, not running. I’m glad I got them because they are stylish and have gotten many compliments but I am disappointed that now I need to buy another shoe for running.

I was in search of a comfortable, light-weight shoe that would stand up to an 8+ hour per day standing job. I tried several styles, but couldn’t commit until I slipped these Brooks Signal 3 Running shoes on my feet.

They are light-weight, yet supportive around the ankle and footbed. I’ve worn them to work every day since purchasing and my feet feel a great deal better at the end of the workday. I highly recommend this style for the comfort and support; not to mention the beautiful rose trim.

I sized up a half size just so I could wear thicker socks this winter. I find them to be true to size.

I bought these shoes several months ago after I realized my ghost 13s were past their prime and while I was in store, there weren’t many Brooks products to choose from. They loved very similar to my Ghosts and felt comfortable enough, but man, such a huge difference.

Overall they are still better than many lesser running shoes, but the cushion on the balls of your feet and heel are by far inferior to the Ghost. Admittedly, they are also $40 less expensive so. I guess I got what I paid for.

Purchased these shoes back in February and did so mainly for the style. However, I quickly realized that they were extremely comfortable! There is some weight to them but the construction of the shoe provided great support and helped correct my poor posture! I found myself walking upright and without slouching which others were able to notice as well.

I’d like to say about a month ago, I started to develop lower back pain, my posture isn’t as great anymore and the bottom of my feet would feel sore as if I was walking in flat sandals all day. I couldn’t pinpoint why until a few days ago when I purchased a new pair of shoes for running and had these shoes on that day.

The 990v5 no longer had the support, cushion and comfort it once had when I purchased these shoes six months ago which was a shocker, honestly. I believe with running shoes it’s recommended to switch out your shoes after 200-300 miles and even if I were to apply that to these shoes, I don’t think I’ve hit that mark yet.

For a bit of background, I primarily wear these shoes for light walks/running errands and they get rotated between other shoes/sandals. Now when I put these shoes on and start walking around in them, I’ll get so much pain and sensation in my lower back and feet.

I haven’t experienced this with my other shoes and I’ve had some for over 5-10 years. I do find it a bit interesting, I may just need a new pair and or perhaps insoles but for the cost of the shoes and insoles only to be replaced after six months of casual wear, it’s questionable.

Overall, I absolutely enjoyed them during the six months of having them but my back and feet are telling me I need to retire them and that’s what we’re going to do.

I am writing this review to let everyone know how this sneakers fit. I bought a pair of USA 990v5 Core and let me tell you I will never go back to Vionic sneakers or sketchers or any bogo fit out their.

This 990v5 are the best comfortable strong well fitted sneakers you can own. They are a bit price but I am a 215 pound woman 5’7 Tall and let me tell you I have very bad knee problems and a right ankle surgery.

These sneakers support so much my walking that I have been thinking Why in the world didn’t I buy these sneakers before. They are strong and very arch supportive they are stylish and can go with everything.

Since I love love love them so much I am owning the black and navy blue pairs as well so I can wear different colors and balance the sneakers. I hope they can come with a nice white pair as well and perhaps other nice colors too.

Do not change anything. I am a size 11-Medium but in these sneakers I bought 10. 5 Medium they fit perfect. Thank you USA : God Bless America and its Products :).

Ordered the vegan 11. 5 and they were too big – sent them back no problem. Ordered the black/silver 11’s – too small in length, returned to the store and tried the 11 wide in black, fit great! Went home an ordered 11 wide in black/silver and a pair of More v3 in silver/white – I have the More v3 in black/white size 11 that I use for work so I wanted a pair for home and running.

The More v3 arrived first and they’re too short! I think the sizing is in consistent cuz my black/white More v3’s fit great, especially in the toe box. Then I got the black/silver 990 v5’s. Again, the sizing seems inconsistent.

The all black pair I tried in the store fit like a glove, but these are a bit long in length, but not enough to send back. They actually feel real comfortable Solid construction, quality materials, real nice foot bed.

The tongue tho, it slips toward the front of the shoe with walking. I managed to rig it by using the the 2nd to last shoe lace hole to pull the tongue up so that it stays in place. Thankfully the laces are extra long so that this is possible.

Overall I’m stoked. I expect these shoes to last a long time – definitely an everyday shoe. And New Balance has been great. I’ve ordered and returned several pairs of shoes in the process and had no issues.

I provide a lot of information below. I’ve looked at the “Court” shoe on other players for years, but I always went with the Asics “Speed” line and the lower price-point that goes with the Asics “Speed” line.

So, I was on the fence for many years, and I want to share what I experienced with my first pair of “Court” shoes. I gave the “Court” 4 out of 5 because of one small item I mention below. It’s not a reason to pass on the “Court”, but it’s an honest issue I have and it’s an item I read about from others (on other review sites), and I do hope Asics fixes it.

After six years wearing “Solution Speed” through progressive changes and improvements, I recently tried the “Court”. In a way, I was forced to move to the “Court”, as I could not find a “Solutions Speed” in my size through any of my usual tennis stores (online or physical retail).

It’s very similar to the “Speed” and I can’t say that I notice that it is a slightly heavier shoe. The weight difference is nominal. The upside is that I feel like my foot is more firmly locked into the shoe and there is greater lateral support as compared to the “Speed”.

I’ve read some complaints from others that the shoe is too narrow for their foot, but for me it fits just perfect; perfectly snug and locked into place. I notice greater stability, comfort, and foot protection near my toes.

The “Speed” is a little thin and lacks structure in the toe-box area. I’ve always felt that about the “Speed”, and occasionally, the nails of some of my toes took a beating if I was in a match with many points that took me from full (side to side) acceleration to rapid stops upon meeting the ball.

The “Court” shoe does offer greater protection in the toe-box and I have not experienced this wear-n-tear on my toes going from full sprint to sliding stops. I do have one small issue. I mentioned this at the very top; the reason I did not give “Court” a solid 5-star check.

I’ve heard about this same item through some reviews I read prior to purchasing the “Court”. This only occurs on my left foot. On the inner side of the ankle joint, just above the joint (medial malleolus), some part of the shoe rubs and has caused an abrasion through my sock.

It’s a small targeted spot. I don’t lace my shoes too tight either. And I’ve experimented to lace tighter and looser. I don’t think it’s the rubber outer shell of the shoe. There’s something about the height or shape of the inner-sock liner in that one area.

My outlook is that either I’ll build a small callus in that area, or if I get another pair, I may need to make a small cut to the area in anticipation of possible abrasion. If that goes well, the upside of the “Court” outweighs this one small item.

If you’re on the fence between “Court” and “Speed”, I’d say you should evaluate how often and how intensive you play. I am in my fifties and play 4-5 times each week. I’m replacing my shoes around 2-3 months based on feel (cushioning) and not exterior wear.

I play only on outdoor hard court surfaces all year around. I’m an all court player and I cover all parts of the court. I’m playing both singles and doubles and I sprint for all drop-shots and lobs. I also have the new “Solution Speed FF2”.

I was able to somehow get a pair right when they came out and before this whole backlog of Asics shoes in N. America began during the first year of Covid. The new “Speeds” (FF2) have a bit more of the lateral stability found in “Court”, as compared to the old “Speeds”.

The new “Speeds” feel better in the heel, but the toe-box area is still just so-so. If you play intense and drag your toes for sliding stops, it’ll mean something. They (“Speed”) are comfortable and you can feel assured that they are the lightest shoe in the Asics family, and last time I looked, Nike and Adidas each had one shoe that was close in lightness, but lacked the quality that you get with Asics.

Full disclosure, I used to be a runner and the Nike shoes breakdown super quick and do not come anywhere near the quality and durability of an Asics (running and tennis) or Saucony (runner not tennis).

Overall, the “Court” is a slightly higher quality shoe with a bit more stability over the “Speed”. I can’t compare directly to the “Resolution” model, as I’ve only worn that model of Asics once and it was a number of years ago.

The “Resolution” was too heavy and felt restrictive for my style of play. I think the “Court” really builds on the “Speed” model with the inner mono-sock component and a slightly more durable exterior.

Lots of support underfoot and especially great with lateral movements. Barely any break in time. Have always worn the Gel Resolution 8 but this may be my new favorite. A little harder to put on for my high arch foot but worth the extra time.

I also believe you get what you pay for but these are still pricey! Would be nice to find on sale or get a discount program for all these ASICS shoes I have purchased. I go through so many tennis sneakers.

Have 6 pair I rotate and only one of those is Nike, the rest are all ASICS! ASICS has the best court shoes of anyone and it’s been that way forever!.

The shoe is comfortable and fairly stable. I played for 2 hours and my feet felt good after. The main issue is the rubberized top folded up and pinched my toes a couple times. It was very uncomfortable and alarming.

Asics definitely should address this in the next model and make the top a soft material. Other than that it’s a great shoe but I can’t recommend these because tennis requires running with hard stops.

The shoe it’s self was awesome. I got a pair of these for chirstmas and are still wearing them. Heads up, if your looking for REAL Air Force 1s these aren’t it. When I saw these on the website I thought that they were real.

I guess I should’ve known myself but I was just looking at prices so be careful! Overall the shoe is good. One thing I wasn’t really a fan of is the dirt build up within the laces even if you didn’t get them dirty, I think it’s just the material but it’s a pretty good shoe.

If you want to make your kids a little happy for their birthdays or chirstmas I don’t recommend these shoes I think you should get the real ones but if your just looking for shoes and stuff for everyday I think these are good and I recommend!.

I bought these a week ago, *in pale pink* and have been wearing them non- stop. The heel is narrow enough to not slide off and there’s plenty of room in the toe box. These hug my feet without strangling them.

I love the sleek, classic lines as opposed to some of the clunky styles out there. They’ll go well with jeans, shorts, and casual dresses. I can walk all day in them, without feeling tired. And for a woman in her 60’s, that’s definitely a plus! I ordered another pair, in white.

I have bad feet, high arches and spine issues from two car accidents. Normally I have to wear insoles (like the hard orthotic Birkenstock ones) or something with built in arch support – so I do ok in the Adidas superstars – but Nike or Vans, Chucks – tend to kill my feet.

These are great though. They seem to have caught onto including some support on both sides of the arch – the heel cup feels good & supportive & the stiff upper around the ankles keeps my legs secure in the shoe – I agree with other reviews – these do run big.

I went with 8s that will be good for when my feet feel swollen or I want to throw an insole in there – but I also got a pair of backups in my usual 7 1/5 for other outings – they’re as pretty in real life as they look online.

The price is right & they’re comfy to boot – so don’t wait. Pick them up before they’re all gone.

The Air Max 97 sneakers in white are my new favorite sneaker that I can wear to the gym, to hang out in the city, and to enjoy the newly arrived springtime weather. I wear a size 9. 5W and would say that the fit feels about the same compared to my other Nike sneakers.

I wear them primarily in a padded floor gym, which it is perfect for my HIIT and cardio workouts. Although I don’t plan to run in these sneakers, the reflective design is pretty cool and really makes the sneakers pop.

I recommend loosening up the laces on these sneakers for a more comfortable fit. The only issue I have with the shoe is the toe area is a bit narrow, so these are not really ideal for long periods of running.

I love Air Maxes and these Air Max 97s are a great addition to my collection.
