Excellent customer service. I wonder if they are targeting a low cost price point. The green tea product is not poor, but it does not taste as good as do other green teas I have had. I did not experience the l-theanine-focused relaxing feeling that I have had with other green teas.

I hope the company decides to upgrade their product even if the cost becomes higher.

Been drinking Yogi Tea Egyptian Spice for decades now, it is just so light and refreshing. I’m a big coffee drinker as well and find that Yogi Tea is quite a balancing refreshment to have at alternating brew times! It took me about 15 years to figure out that the tea bag labels have short inspiring messages on them – talk about a missed opportunity!! Credit to Holland and Barrett for stocking Yogi Tea, the big supermarkets abandoned it long ago.

I purchased the tower of am, daytime, pm. I had thought the amla in the pm tea was a touch tart, but I have begun to really enjoy the flavor. This tea is also nice chilled. There are just some teas that become a stable and this is one of them.

Let me start by saying the the Twinings Herbal Revive, Lemon and Chinese Ginger is one of my favorite teas. It is really a strong tea that gives you energy and wakes you up. Absolutely love the tea. Why then did I give it a one star you ask Well seems most of the time I order this tea from Amazon the send me the Twinings Herbal Lemon and Ginger not the Twinings Herbal Revive Lemon and Chinese Ginger.

They both have Chinese Ginger in them so what is the difference you ask Well to start with the Revive one is a whole lot stronger, it will really Revive you. I have a large coffee cup at work that I use for my tea.

To compare the two teas I will tell you they both taste great. But the Revive version I only need one tea bag to have a really nice strong cup of tea that really slaps you in the face kind of good. With the other I need four tea bags at the same time to get to half the strength of the Revive.

It really makes me mad that they dont know the difference or just dont care what the difference is. They are selling the regular Herbal instead of the Herbal Revive that I ordered, so in essence it costs me four or five times more because I need to use so many more tea bags.

Amazon has let me return them for my money back which is great. But I would love to have them fix the problem so I can get my Tea fix.

First time to try a chocolate flavored black tea and it was a real pleasure to drink; the combination of orange with white chocolate and a hint of vanilla was superb. The first cup I made I didn’t add enough tea and it came out a bit bland; the next cup I added a little more tea (a tbsp) and a touch of organic sugar with a couple drops of honey.

That cup was delicious and the reason for this favorable review.

If this was just a plain tea it would get 4 stars for value and taste but since this is a flavored tea that is supposet to be Very Vanilla, the 2 star rating is accurate. The tea hardly had any vanilla taste to it.

Had I not known this was suppose to be vanilla tea, I would have not tasted it at all. I am very disappointed with this tea. I should have spent my money on the expensive stuff containing a good amount of vanilla with better quality tea.

This was a very pleasant and timely additional surprise. As an avid coffee drinker, th I tea was light and refreshing with a lovely zing to it. As teas go, this ticks all the boxes for me= even if I did have to Google Lemon mettle.

I’m glad I did tho, as this tea has the added bonus of medicinal properties that actually DID work!.

Back in the day, I kept a container of Olbas Instant Herbal Tea in a desk drawer and it got me through many a marginal day when perhaps I should have stayed home. It is not only uniquely different, it really does get you through.

My sister – who does know tea – gave me the first container. When my brother was ill recently, I gave him the only container I had and he liked it so much that they bought their own while I replaced mine with this container of tea.

We love tea in this house so we’re always trying out new flavors and brands when we come across them. This tea is THAT Girl! Let’s talk about her! Even with no sugar, it is still sweet. I am a middle eastern woman who grew up having sweet tea for breakfast, dinner, and before I went to bed. First, the peach tea in this set is amazing, really sweet, peachy, and also is not overwhelmingly sweet.

Blueberry is so good! Even without sugar, you still get a rich but fruity taste with this one. Raspberry is a bit on the lighter note, but I still like the fruity element and change from the other type of teas.

Wild berry zinger kind of tastes like a watered down fruit punch to me, which at the end of the day I am not mad at because it is a much healthier option than Minute Maid. I am also not mad at the fact that while I am sipping this, I am happy that it is tea and herbal based.

Cherry is good too, tastes like watered down kool aid for me. Probably my least fav out the bunch but still amazing. Overall, this set is magnificent and I really can’t rave enough about it, treat yourself guys.

I’m giving this pack 5 stars because the concept and convenience deserves it. I really liked the Lemongrass Ginger. And Minty Comfort was good too, taking into account I’m not really big on mint. The taste of the Throat Therapy to me is sadness and torture because of the licorice and aniseed.

If you like those flavors then you’ll probably be fine with it. However, despite the horrendous taste of the Throat Therapy the real question is. does it make my throat feel better? The answer is yes.

The weather was warming up (hit 80 one day in early spring WOW pls stop) aaaannnd then it chilled WAY off. As a result I ended up with a little dryness and discomfort in my throat (not unusual when the weather does a roller-coaster impression).

I received Tetley Herbal Zingy Lemon and Ginger as a free product trial from BzzAgent. I have dipped in and out of herbal teas over the years so have tried several brands. The packaging was compact and the outer box is recyclable.

I like a strong herbal tea so left the bag in for the full 5 minutes, probably longer. Of the brands I have tried, this was one of the stronger but still not strong enough for me. I could taste the lemon, ginger and rose hip though.

It was refreshing to drink cold after a bike ride. I did some research and was disappointed to find that Tetley tea bags still contain plastic so I would not purchase again for this reason.

I am not a huge fan of ginger as it always stings me somewhere on the back of my throat, but this product took me by surprise. It is surprisingly pleasant compare to similar teas with exact combination or flavour.
