I was shocked at being able to lose 4 lbs in one week, no diet change, no nothing. I thought it was water weight at first but it’s not. I didn’t want a product to have a diuretic effect, or caffeine high anyways so it’s exceeding expectations.

So I started taking this 5 days ago and have already lost 6 pounds. Im a 5 ft 7 female and weighed 227 when I started it so Im definitely overweight. I did what it said, eating 18g of fat or less every meal.

Just eating a bagel with cream cheese or cereal or a frozen healthy meal for each meal. Im eating enough to feel full and still drinking soda. I feel great actually. Less bloated, not making myself stuffed to the point of being in pain from overeating.
